Speaker 1 (00:04):
It's that time, time, time, time, luck and load. Michael
Very Show is on the air. Look, Mike, we're not
going in there like that, like what hey. Look, all
our lives we've been bad boys all right, now it's
time to be good men. Who in the hell want
(00:25):
to sing that song? Good man, good man? What you're
gonna do? Well, blame me if you're singing a song
like you minute in a catch home.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Shut down the FBI headquarters building and open it up
the next day as the Museum of the Deep State.
And you send those seven thousand agents in the headquarters
building down range to chase down rapists, to chase down murderers,
to chase down drug traffickers, and let the cops be
cops on the streets across America. You keep a small
contingent in Washington, DC.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
What's he gonna do? What's gonna.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
Boy?
Speaker 1 (01:00):
Boy, what's he going to do?
Speaker 4 (01:02):
What's he going to do?
Speaker 2 (01:04):
You get rid of half of the legion of lawyers
and special counsels that exist within the FBI to do
one thing, to corrupt and obstruct government oversight from constitutionally
applicable committees in.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Congress, Timothy writes Tzar watching the RFK confirmation yesterday and
the questioning by Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. Once again,
isn't it ironic that the people who say there shouldn't
(01:35):
be billionaires are now defending the billionaire drug companies who
just happen to fund their campaigns. Timothy also includes a
little joke at the end. Jeep has a new car
model dedicated to Elizabeth Warren. It's a white Cherokee. That
(01:57):
pretty good, Timothy. Watching the cash Patil nomination process today,
I realize, you know, President Trump has always said it's
not him thereafter, He's just standing in between you and them.
(02:20):
That's why he gets shot at. They can't shoot all
of you. They put a bunch of you in prison
January sixth, they got a bunch of you fired the
clock shot.
Speaker 5 (02:33):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
They've kicked you out of jobs. They've kept you from
being promoted, They've kept you from being admitted. They've kept
you from being hired on the basis that you're white,
or on the basis that you're a male. They've managed
to destroy your businesses and get you fired because you
dared to post a question of our government or Biden's competence,
(02:56):
or Hunter's integrity. Oh yes, they've swarmed and canceled. They've
gotten you fired or demoted or punished. They've empowered the
HR departments to bring harm upon you. But these confirmation
hearings are a powerful reminder that what scares them about
(03:22):
Trump and it is fear. George W. Bush didn't scare
the left. He's one of them, Cheney Bush. I mean,
you notice you look at the funerals, they're all chummy.
It's just a question, you know. It's like high school
student government. Susie and Billy are both the most popular kids.
(03:44):
She's a head cheerleader, he's the quarterback of the football team.
And one of them is going to get to be
student byke president and they both want it for their resume.
Whichever one is the president, the other one be the
vice president. And it'll be fine. I mean, they'll be
battle it out because they each want it for their resume.
But let's be honest, they're still not going to do anything,
(04:05):
just be stuit up by president. You know, prom king
prom queen doesn't matter if you get right down to it.
The Bushes or the Clintons, the Obama's and the Biden's,
they don't really dislike each other. They'd like you to
believe they do. But that's why they're so chummy. Is
at the end of the day, one is gonna be
(04:25):
suit up by President. The other one's kids are still
going to get hired by the government, the same government.
They all go to the same schools, they all live
in the same neighborhoods. They're all married one way or
another to each other. They're all gonna hire each other
as lobbyists. They're all going to pretend to battle it out.
Look at the Washington Generals and the Harlem Globe Trotters.
(04:49):
At the end of the day, the globe Trotters are
gonna win. The generals are going to lose. But the
general's job is to lose. The problem is, you don't
just want to see the Harlem Globetrotters play by themselves.
That's a warm up. You want to see them make
the generals look silly. And it's even better that the
globetrotters are black than generals are white, because that's the
(05:10):
best I mean, that's that's a subject of every commercial
on TV show today. Dumb old gordon't goardon't goard on, Hello,
I'm most right guy. I'm here to be a nerd.
And then there's the cool black guy going, oh lord,
he just doesn't get it. He is not cool, and
all the kids will go, hey, mister black man, how
(05:31):
come my dad such a dumb ass? And he says, well,
he means, well, I don't worry, I'll talking about over here.
I'm white dad. I don't know what's going on because
I'm not cool and helping with it. Who's the best
wrapper today, I'd sure like to know. And everybody that's
not white or old, you know, the young people, including
(05:54):
the young white people, as long as they're willing to
say that dad's just an old idiot, you know, stuff
and dumb and out of touch and he's not cool
and hip. And that's the narrative, right, that's the narrative
for everything. But back to my point. Trump always says,
and he's right, yet he's not where the bullet is
(06:17):
really intended. He's just what's standing in between you and them.
And this nomination process should be the greatest reminder of
that fact, because Trump isn't just Trump. Trump's one man,
and I got news for you. He's going to die
just as I'm gonna die. And you're gonna die. We're
(06:37):
all going to die. Trump represents bringing Cash Patel in
to fix the FBI. Trump represents bringing Robert F. Kennedy in,
a lifelong Democrat. I mean, this is Democrat royalty who's
screeching about what they're putting in our our foods and
(07:00):
what they're putting in our arms. And they're getting rich
to do it. And they don't want it stopped. They
don't want it exposed, and they don't want it stopped.
They want an FBI that they can use to destroy you,
to infiltrate January sixth, to intimidate school board protest parents
(07:22):
who don't like what's going on at the school, and
if Cash Betel comes in to start with that will stop.
But even worse, they'll expose what they've been doing that
you wouldn't have believed. They don't just want Trump out.
There's the problem with him bringing Pam Bondi. There's the
(07:45):
problem with him bringing Tulsey Gabbard in. Tulcy Gabbard blew
the whistle on Kamala Harrison. The next day, she appeared
on a double secret list of people who if they
fly and she travels all day every day she's given speeches,
having meetings. They're going to watch every move of hers.
(08:08):
They're going to know where she is at all times,
who she's talking with. This is I mean, this is
not even Soviet, it's where, this is East German. This this,
this is bad stuff, and she's going to be in charge.
The Michael Barry Show, Michael Barry Show. Bobndez called Donald
(08:33):
Trump a Russian asset, claimed Russia claimed Trump was under
the control of the Russian government. Pretty nasty thing to claim.
He had a lot of people in the Deep State
claiming the same. They defended and silenced any criticism against
(08:57):
Hunter Biden when the basis that that was the Russians
who did that, and now they all admit, no, it
was real and we knew it. Bob Menendez, a longtime
Democrat senator, was taking bribes for a long period of time.
He was also being connected with underage girls in Dominican
Republic that powerful men were paying for a number of crimes.
(09:25):
And just when it looked like he'd never be properly
prosecuted because he was never going to stop, his wife
was in on it as well. He was, and his
corruption case is historic. The man who was the chairman
of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, a very powerful position.
Is the first public official in US history to be
(09:49):
convicted of acting as a foreign agent while in office.
Pretty serious deal. The news broke, uh, I guess technically
day before yesterday here was the Fox News story about
(10:10):
him being convicted and sentenced, the.
Speaker 4 (10:12):
Judge Sidney Stein handing out an eleven year sentence against
former Democratic Senator of New Jersey Bob Menendez. According to prosecutors,
this is the harshest criminal sentence that has ever been
handed down to a US senator in our nation's history.
We're still waiting on more details as we get them
(10:32):
as to whether or not he'll have to pay a fine.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
Now.
Speaker 4 (10:35):
This follows two of his co conspirators, new two New
Jersey businessmen, who are also sentenced today to seven and
eight years in prison, and they had to pay over
a one point two million dollar fine. This extraordinary sentencing
comes after a jury last July convicted Menendez of those
sixteen federal charges, including bribery and acting as a foreign
(11:00):
agent on behalf of the government of Egypt. Menendez was
found guilty of selling his influence to those New Jersey businessmen,
but also to the government of Egypt in exchange for
those gold bars and hundreds of thousands of dollars in
cash that were found at his home in New Jersey.
And of course, who can forget that convertible Mercedes Benz
(11:22):
as well. Now, prosecutors asked the judge to sentence Menendez
to at least fifteen years in prison and to pay
an over two million dollar fine. They said in court
today that it was a truly grave breach of the
trust that was placed in Menendez. They also noted that
this was the first time that a US Senator has
(11:43):
ever been convicted of a crime in a leadership position
as US Senator that is, chair of the Foreign Relations Committee.
It's also the first time that a US senator has
ever been convicted of being a foreign agent while they
are a public official working on the half of the
people of this country. Now, Menendez spoke in court today
(12:05):
on his behalf and he cried. He cried in front
of his son and his daughter. He said that you
have before you a quote chastened man, he said, quote
other than family, I have lost everything I care about.
Every day I am awake is punishment. His lawyers argued,
(12:25):
Martha that in the ark of his life he has
done more good than bad. They were hoping for a
minute eight years in prison and he ended up with
eleven years and making history today.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
Our government for sale, not just Bob Mendez. You know,
isn't it fascinating You had these these hypocrat these hypocrites,
hecus hypocrites work too because they're democrats, most of them.
You have these hypocrites up there asking Seth have you
(13:01):
ever cheated on your wife? Have you ever been drunk?
And they're all drunks, and they're all Philanders and they're
all frauds. How dare they ask that question? I mean,
just sickening seconding, I tell you. And now for something
entirely different. A baby born in Alabama in the parking
(13:25):
lot of Krispy Kreme Donuts after the parents got stuck
in the snow last week during the winter storm. The
story would go viral after Krispy Kreme offered the mother
free donuts for a year, while also promising to host
the baby's first birthday. The baby's birth certificate is also
(13:49):
believed to be the first to name Krispy Kream Donuts
as quote place of birth. I love this story Dallas
Mitchell like the entrance, I felt like Super one ring.
Speaker 6 (14:03):
On Wednesday, the day after Doating's historic snowfall, Shanaya began
having contractions, so she and Keon, Dallas's father braved the
ice over roads.
Speaker 3 (14:14):
It definitely slowed us down, and he was driving, so
I was scared. I was thinking he was gonna start
fan again and start driving fast.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
But he did very good. With nine to one one
on the phone.
Speaker 6 (14:26):
The family traveled towards Flowers Hospital, but they didn't make it.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Oh, I really don't know how, I said. I was
really scared. I was scared she would I feel like
I could mind fly. Really could be a lot of them.
Speaker 6 (14:39):
They got to an intersection a mill from Flowers Hospital,
where Dallas Mitchell refused to wait any longer.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
I felt the babyhead the red light, and so once
we got into the crystal cane parking, like I couldn't
stop pushing, and I just saw him sliding out and
I'm like, come.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
Grab, we'll go ground.
Speaker 6 (14:58):
By the time paramedics arrived, five pounds fourteen ounces Dallas
had been born in his fence.
Speaker 7 (15:06):
Remember, Krispy Kreme was closed for the storm, but after
learning what happened. The manager promised free donuts for a
year and even offered to host Dallas's first birthday party.
Speaker 1 (15:18):
Okay, that's all the manager had the authority to do.
But if I'm the CEO of Krispy Kreme, I've got
a talk show host in Houston broadcasting to the nation
talking about Krispy Kreme. That's a product placement of incredible value.
I'm gonna do more than a year of free donuts
(15:39):
and a one year birthday. That's donuts for life. Okay,
start with let's that's donuts for life. Maybe the baby's
picture goes up on the wall one every year. I mean,
this is a story. It's to get good publicity in
twenty twenty five is hard to do. He just got
(15:59):
millions of publicity. Krispy Kremes should get involved in this case.
I mean, it's a great story, and the poor moms
like you kim it. But I'm over. I had to
get birth in the car.
Speaker 2 (16:15):
You've got dumb Michael Berry show.
Speaker 1 (16:21):
I got a notice a week or two ago that
Houston Fire Department was sending out to Los Angeles a
group called the wild Land Unit, and that is a
group of firefighters with special training in taking down tall trees,
(16:41):
in dealing with forest fires, in dealing with wildfires. The
difficulty of fires in heavy winds is it's quite different
than fighting fires without winds. When we have a fire
in a forested area, a thicket in the greater Houston area,
(17:05):
the likelihood that it's going to spread fast is reduced
dramatically because we don't have those big heavy winds that
you see in California that accompany the fires that cause
it to spread sodorn fast. But it's also the case
that there is a lot and this gets back to
(17:26):
the decision making, there is a lot that goes into
preventing forest fires. And this isn't the old PSA here
of don't leave a match or drop a cigarette. This
is about the undergrowth and controlled burns. When you do
(17:46):
not engage in control burns, you end up leaving a
tenter box that undergrowth, over a period of time grows
more and more dry and capable of a fire, far
more dangerous. I have a friend outside of Houston about
(18:08):
two hours and he owns forests or timber interests, and
he manages it himself, thousands of acres and it's a
county called Grimes County outside of Houston or two hours maybe,
and it's a rural county, and he said he wrote
(18:31):
me during all this, he said, zar, I personally conduct
controlled burns on about three hundred acres a year on
my place here in Grimes County. I keep all vegetation
within one hundred yards of my house in every direction
at knee level or below during the summer months, which
is the greatest risk. Fires were always part of nature.
(18:58):
Fire suppression is not natural. Like they said, everything will
burn eventually. The question is do you burn under control
periodically or let a twenty five year fire burn everything again? Folks,
(19:21):
this goes back to the president's press conference at eleven
Eastern today. You could show up and say, boohoo, who
we had a crash, thought some prayers, and then go home.
Or you can say, first a moment of silence out
(19:43):
of respect for the lives lost. Now the families will grieve,
and we grieve with them alongside them. But to honor
their lives, we will learn from this experience. We will
assess blame, and then we will solve it. If you're
(20:07):
the guy that every time we hand you the ball fumbles,
we might like you. You might be the right skin color,
it might make your hometown real proud that you're the
ball runner, but you ain't getting the ball anymore. You're
binched for somebody who can deliver. And that's what the
President said today. And if the state of California's voters
(20:32):
knew what was good for them, they would say, Karen Bass,
you're benched by the way. You see this story come
out now she's giving control for the redevelopment of Palisades
to some outside consultant. You know how many kickbacks they
are going to be. You got such valuable real estate.
These democrats can't handle it. Fox in the Henhouse, you
(20:54):
got a bunch of low grade DEI individuals who are
stupid and incapable of making any money in the private
sector because they're lazy who All they've ever done is
use race and sex and everything else to get ahead.
That's all they've ever done. They're not good at what
(21:15):
their core competency should be. And when they see all
this money at play, they don't give a damn about redeveloping.
They don't give a damn about the people who built it.
They don't give a damn about who owns it. They're
looking at how can I grub as much money as
I can? How can I steal as much money as
I can? And that means bringing in my buddies, putting
(21:40):
them in charge, even if they don't know what they're doing,
so I can get kickbacks. That's what's going on in Chicago.
This idiot mayor. I mean, it's got to be saying
something when you're when you're the guy that replaced Lori Lightfoot,
and you might be worse than beetlejuice, really, my goodness alive.
(22:04):
And then you got this is it Thornton outside of Chicago.
Have you seen this? The mayor and her boyfriend getting
a fight and her wig comes flying off. Dear, my goodness. Allow,
We've got to learn, folks. You've got to learn to
stop electing people on the basis of them being black
(22:28):
or a woman or Hispanic or this or that. And
you know, the sad reality is there's a lot of
black people that would make great mayors. They won't run
for office because that's not the type of minority that
the establishment picks to be in a leadership position. It's fact,
(22:51):
the David actual Rods, there's a whole there's a whole
piece written about this. I need to post that today
about how David Axlerod brought mark marketing into politics and
change to Democrat Party by convincing white liberals in major
cities to vote for corrupt black mayors, not on whether
(23:13):
the mayor would do a good job in fact for
re election, fully understanding that they would do a bad
job because they just witnessed it, but on the basis
of it makes you a good person to vote for
that kind of person as a mayor. I'm the white liberal.
I have a good life, I make a lot of money.
(23:34):
I'm a partner in a law firm. I'm an executive
at a marketing firm. I'm a corporate executive. And I
could elect a person who looks just like me to
do a great job as mayor, who has an MBA,
who has administration experience, who understands budgets. I could do that.
I could. That would make me a bad person. What
(23:54):
would make me a good person is to say I'm
going to let my city fall into squalor and crime
and violence and bankruptcy all for the greater good of
electing someone who doesn't look like me. Because diversity is
death and I will choose it so that I may
(24:18):
virtue signal, and he ran campaigns and that has become
what's happened across the country is people who virtue sign
are with their vote all the while their community burns
to the ground, and in this case literally, I say,
I'll have to say this. I had some firefighters from
(24:40):
Houston's fire department who went out and fought that fire
in Los Angeles, and I couldn't be prouder. It was
from this morning show. If you want to hear the podcast.
I couldn't be prouder to people all of the country
who went and helped. The Michael Verie Show continues to
use politicians blied for so long in the same that
(25:01):
many people had stopped even believing them. Anyway, we'd rather
just hear the promise than not even knowing good and
well you wouldn't do anything about it when you got elected.
That's what makes what President Trump was doing so darned shocking.
Lake and Riley was a young nursing student at the
(25:23):
University of Georgia, taking care of her own personal health
in addition to hoping to heal others as a nurse.
One of the most noble things you could do, putting
into practice the idea that good physical health is part
of good mental health, keeping her body ready as she
(25:45):
learned to heal. Others jogging around the campus at the
University of Georgia, all American young lady. And there was
an illegal alien who broke into this country, who grabbed her,
pulled her away from anybody being able to see, and
(26:08):
bashed her head against a rock to kill her. The
worst kind of savage. There's lots of other people just
like that guy. I'm not going to say his name
because he doesn't deserve it. Her name needs to be remembered.
There will be lots of Lincoln Riley's that will be
killed from the illegals that are already here before we
can get them out of here. And they've already been
so many before. So I don't want to hear Selena
(26:30):
Gomez cry for the murderers that are being deported. And
if the answer is, well, they're not all murderers, get
rid of every person who might be one. They're here illegally.
Why should we have to suffer because you can't figure
(26:54):
out which are murderers and which aren't. Why should the
American people suffer America first, Americans first, That's what every
other country does. Stop putting the people of other countries
above our people. Stop asking our neighbors to bury their
daughters because you want cheap labor or voters who will
(27:19):
vote against American citizens. The Lake and Riley Act has
been signed into law. Lacoln's mother, Alison Phillips, Boy, this
one's gut wrenching. As a parent. I got to tell
you every one of you who's a parent will understand.
Standing alongside President Trump before the bill signing, she made
this statement, Our.
Speaker 5 (27:41):
Family will forever be grateful for the prayers of the
people across our nation and for helping to get this
legislation into law. We also want to thank President Trump
for the promises he.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
Made to us.
Speaker 5 (27:53):
He said he would secure our borders and that he
would never forget about Lincoln, and he has. He's a
man of his word, trust that he will fight for
the American people. Most importantly, I want to thank our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, because without his sacrifices, Lincoln's
(28:14):
story would have ended on that horrific day that she
was taken from us. But because of him, we can
continue living knowing that we will see Lincoln Kin. There's
no amount of change that will ever bring back our
precious lacoln Our hope moving forward is that her life
saves lives.
Speaker 1 (28:36):
We're so thankful of that.
Speaker 5 (28:38):
Her passion for helping others, and her legacy for doing
good in the name of Jesus Christ will carry on.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
Thank you. Our country is under attack from within and without.
The Department of Public Safety in Texas is reporting that
Mexican cartels are furious over the closing of the border.
This is very bad for their business. They're trying to
intimidate border officials with violence. Star County, one of our
(29:07):
border counties, Starr, the border patrol came under fire from
the cartels. This is why the President is declaring them
a terrorist organization, because that's exactly what we are, what
they are. We need to stop sending money to Ukraine,
stop trying to fight other people's wars, and focus on
(29:30):
our own, because we are at war with the cartels,
whether you realize it or not. And by the way,
Pope francis attacking President Trump's deportation plan, calling it a disgrace. Folks,
I know there are a lot of you who are Catholic,
and I know you're weak. I know your knees buckle.
(29:54):
You can't question the Pope, and I know it'll upset
you and you'll send me Mills because I read him. Michael,
You've always hated us Catholics, and now you've today just
gone too far. You didn't need to criticize the Pope.
And then you'll make some excuse for him. POPI she's
trying to do what he believes is right for the
Lord publish. She's trying to be a man of God.
(30:17):
All right, here's what I suggest we do. Let's load
up the next ten planes full of illegals, and we're
not gonna vet him. We're gonna get the Lake and
Riley murderer in there too. We're gonna get to two
that raped Joscelyn nunger A, the twelve year old little
girl in Houston, raped her all night, than torture to
(30:38):
the rest of the night, then murdered her and threw
her in the in the gully. We're gonna send some
of them too, in the Vatican City, which is a
perfect little wonderful world with walls around and the Swiss
Guard protecting him. Uhh, No, no, no, No, we don't all
get Swiss guard. Pope. We don't want to disgrace you.
(31:00):
So you're gonna let those illegal aliens. You got all
this space, all the space in the world, so you
don't have to worry about illegal aliens coming in, You
don't have to worry about them crowding you out, you
don't have to worry them about them raping you or
someone else in your family. So you're going to take
them in. And if you don't, then you're a disgrace. No,
(31:25):
I'm not Catholic. You're right, but I don't know anything
as Catholics. Why would I. I don't believe it's the
one true church. But hey, I'm pretty arrogant about my
profession of faith and the way we evangelize. We can
coexist and have a lot of fun with it. But
it's time for Catholics to call on the pope and
(31:46):
say our deportation plan is not a disgrace. And if
you're not willing to do what you demand of us,
which is allow illegal aliens to run them up, then
don't pass judgment at us. Because I hadn't checked lately.
But perhaps those walls are made of glass and you
(32:09):
sure are hurling a whole lot of stones. Father, it
is time that people of faith. Be they Baptist, be
they Episcopalians, after what happened with the President the other day,
be they Catholic, Mormon, Muslim, Hindu. It is time that
(32:32):
people of faith stand up and say, illegal immigration is
destroying our country, it is killing our children, and it
has to be stopped. And it is not a violation
of the tenets of our faith to enforce the laws
by which we protect our people. That is what conviction means.
(33:00):
Now it's up to you. Now, must have some for you,
(33:33):
Thank you, and good night.
