Well, Big night last night the VMA's the ladies taking
it home. Lady Gaga big winner last night at the VMA's.
She was nominated for twelve, but she walked away with four,
including Artists of the Year, which she dedicated to her fiance.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
And So my partner in all things, Michael, Creating this
year with you was a beautiful, beautiful dream and you
have been my partner every step of the way.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
I dedicate this to.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
You, to my love.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
I was a little annoyed because she literally read from
a state like read from a statement.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
It didn't even feel heartfelt.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
But she ran off the stage because she was performing
at Madison Square Garden.
Speaker 4 (00:39):
How crazy is that?
Speaker 5 (00:40):
So?
Speaker 1 (00:40):
I mean that performance was who and the performance at
the VMA's last night was a pre tape performance because
she was Madison Square Garden that night she ran off
the stage. Sabrina Carpenter another big winner, taking home three VMAs,
including Best Album.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
This world, as.
Speaker 5 (00:55):
We all know, can be so full of criticism and description,
donation and negativity. So to get to be part of
something so often more than not, that is something that
can bring you light, make you smile, make you dance,
and make you feel like the world is your.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
Do we all agree? I was a swear. I'm so grateful.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
Thanks for the swear, Sabrina. I think we're all in agreement.
She looked the best last night. Oh my god, just stunning.
Absolutely are in a grande and Mariah Carey all highlights
for me last night, And I'll give you the full
scoop coming up this morning at seven fifty, I got
inside scoop on Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco's wedding. They're
reportedly getting married at the end of the month. This month,
(01:37):
they're going to be tying the nod in Santa Barbara.
Tons of details are still being kept secret. In fact,
the guests haven't even been told the venue yet, oh wow,
or where they're going. Guests will be shuttled to the
location on the day, so they're not even going to
know the location until they get there.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
Which you accept an invitation to a wedding union, no,
I mean, oh, come on, it's spontaneous and fun.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
I really no, I don't know where I'm going, and
I've got inside scoop and Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's wedding. Jeff,
You're right, rumors are going to tie them on in
Rhode Island after home in the town of Westerly Watch
Hill next summer, supposed Lisa date, Her mansion is still
undergoing two million dollars of renovations, according to building permits
Cheff that I looked up. Updates include a new wing,
(02:19):
a bedroom, more bathrooms, and an updated kitchen. The mansion
already has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms or ten bathrooms.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
I don't know why she I.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
Don't know why she needs more, but it's currently under
construction for the big wedding next year. You can check
out her mansion and more in all of these stories
Kiss ninety five to seven, dot com slash.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Courtneys ninety five seven, hard for traffic.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
Somber on Dressed and is kiss ninety five seven good
news if you like fashion.
Speaker 6 (02:42):
Yes, the VMA is obviously were last night in case
somehow you missed it.
Speaker 3 (02:46):
But the red carpet fashion, we got to talk about
it all right.
Speaker 6 (02:48):
Number one on your list Sabrina Carpenter, ohkh and not
just because I think she's everything, but she had this
like sheer red lace gown on head to toe.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Absolutely killed it for cheyep.
Speaker 6 (03:00):
Second line for me was actually Jessica Simpson, she had
like this black tool and it was kind of like
wrapped all over her body.
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Very very pretty.
Speaker 6 (03:07):
Tyler looked great and like a think like a classic
Chanel dress, right, but like very many very cute.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
The missus Tate McGray, she totally missed for me.
Speaker 6 (03:15):
A lot of people liked it, but it was giving
like maternity shoot to me.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Her performance was pretty, Her performance was great. She should
have wore that on the red carpet.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
The guys in the background.
Speaker 3 (03:26):
There was a little something for everybody.
Speaker 6 (03:28):
And then the other miss that the outfit wasn't bad.
But Doja Cat gets the miss simply because she literally
ate her lipstick on the red carpet and it made
me one of thems.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
So that's like my worst dress just for that.
Speaker 1 (03:39):
Okay, all right, hey, listen, I've got good news. If
you're back at work and you gotta, you know, hit
up some fast food for lunches, McDonald's bringing back its
extra value meals. I mean, if you go to any
of these fast food restaurants now, you might as well
just go to a nice one and sit down.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
It's gonna cost you the same amount of money.
Speaker 4 (03:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
Well, McDonald's is bringing back their five dollars sausage, big
muffin with egg eight dollars Big Max. If you like
the extra value meals, they'll be back in November.
Speaker 3 (04:02):
Can McDonald's bring back the dollar menu?
Speaker 6 (04:04):
Like?
Speaker 3 (04:04):
Can anybody else remember that?
Speaker 1 (04:06):
We actually need that? You're right literally while were jeff
with you for good News.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
I don't know which story you want me to do, Cortney,
because you gave me two stories. One's about a little
boy saving his family and the other about the other
stories about a swingers resort. I'm gonna go with the
swingers resort. That's a good choice if you have the cash.
There is a swingers resort in California on the market
for ten and a half million dollars. Wow freshly renovated
rooms and has three pools, and it also features the
(04:33):
legendary play mass. Yeah, it's a play maze. If you
can get lost in a maze. If you're something adults,
you can do whatever you'd like. So that is in
Palm Springs, California for ten and a half million dollars.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
Coming off our summer sendoff party. It is coming up
the twelfth Elicit Brewing. You gotta win your way into
our party, because somebody at the party is gonna walk
away with a trip for two to see the Jonas
Brothers in Nashville.
Speaker 3 (04:58):

win power Ball. It is kiss ninety five seven Courtny,
Savannah Walmart Cheff hanging out with you.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
I hope.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
I was hoping one of us would win, but we didn't.
Two people did, but we do. I don't even know
where they text us. I forget where they were Missouri.
They weren't here. Whatever time for the peaks of the weekends,
the highlight of the weekend, mine was kind of lame.
I'm gonna be honest. I put together a new dog
crate for Jackson, my boss.
Speaker 3 (05:27):
He's on creen, was getting old. He needs a little
crate rest the thing.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
I couldn't figure it out, so shout out to Rice
Hardware in Windsor. I went down to the hardware store.
I'm like, is this uh? Is this pole effective? And
they're like, yes, it is, let's and they helped me
fix it.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
Oh nice.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
So after struggling for two hours, I finally put it up.
So I know My highlight is lame, but that's it
is what it is. A new dog crate for Jack
has been put together to.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
Be an independent woman over there.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
But I just hate crying.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
I hate crying when I'm putting something together and I
don't have the tools. I'm like, this screw doesn't fit
in this was the screw fit in the hole? Well
because it was threaded wrong. Yeah, no, it is frustrating,
I know.
Speaker 3 (06:05):
Anyway.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
So anyway, the peak was I finally did it and
put it together and it's beautiful. Savannah, hopefully you had
a better peak than mine.
Speaker 6 (06:10):
Oh man, everyone and I had a really really low
key weekend, which was great because last week was so busy.
I sat my butt on the couch and I binge
watched Perfect Match on flick.
Speaker 4 (06:19):

Speaker 3 (06:20):
I love perfect I have one episode left to go.
I have one left to go. I won't tell you.
Speaker 6 (06:24):
I won't tell you how it is so unhinged, like
every time you're like, Okay, I think I see where
this is going and left so good.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
So what about when the two guys walked off? Did
you see that one yet? Oh no, I don't want
to tell you what. You'll have to watch.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
Jeff Pepe's Pizza Courtney on Saturday night after the storms
rolled through, I was like, I'm not cooking, let's go.
So yeah, we went off to Pepe. It is such
a good good good times.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
Were a dot, I gotta flashlights and a bottle of
Vanika and I was like, really just talking to my dog,
like we're going to be tonight.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
Your storm prep was flashlights and a bottle of vodka. Yeah,
that one, it.
Speaker 3 (07:00):
Was a bust.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
I mean it was just rain.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
I don't know. I watched my driveway go down the street.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
Oh really, Oh yeah, because we don't have.
Speaker 6 (07:05):
A paved driveway and so gravel and it started downpouring
and I'm like, everyone look.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
At our driveway as I'm binge watching Perfect Match. There
it goes. Hey, you can check out our peaks.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
Plus, I want to see what you guys did over
the weekend. To check it all out on the Courtney
and Kiss of the Morning facebook page. Leon Thomas Chris
Brown Mott on Kiss ninety five seven. This should be interesting.

is time for your junk.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Jaff Yes, I have men's hobbies that women are turned
off by. Yes, Courtney. Oh jeez, I don't.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
I got to raise my hand.
Speaker 4 (07:35):
Golf.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
That's so annoying.
Speaker 4 (07:38):
Why is it annoying?
Speaker 3 (07:39):
Okay, it just is.
Speaker 4 (07:42):
Fishing fishing, No, that's why does that turn off?
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Just a fisher? Grosso poker nights?
Speaker 4 (07:48):
Uh No, that's not on, Yes Courtney.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Anything fantasy because I think it's creepy because it's fake. Yeah, hello,
it's fantasy if you're with a man that does what
it was the fantasy football or whatever. Yeah, get a life. Yes,
it's called fantasy compulsively gaming like not once in a while,
like all the time.
Speaker 4 (08:08):
Uh no, can I just get to the list. God,
what type of guy are you looking for? It just
sits in a basement all day and does absolutely looking.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
For none of those I mean fantasy fantasy? What you're
going down with.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
Your buddies and hang out with anyone? You just have
I'll explain fantasy sports to you off the air. We
don't have time for. Oh, someone's watching the housewives the
men's hobbies. Women are turned off by number five magic?
Speaker 6 (08:39):
Wait, who is just popping out magic chicks like Harry.
Speaker 4 (08:42):
Number four on the list. I do not agree with
this one drinking. I'm a hobby to some Yeah, okay,
debating number three on the list.
Speaker 3 (08:51):
Is that a hobby? That's what you do? In an argument.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
Women's hobbies at men's hobbies that women are turned off
by Number two cosplay guys on like comic con justing
up as like.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
I'm so sorry, same lines as the fantasy sto.
Speaker 6 (09:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (09:06):
Number one on the list comic books, right behind class
A grown.
Speaker 3 (09:10):
Man reading a comic book is weird?
Speaker 4 (09:12):
It really is? Yeah. Or if you go to like
a comic shop with your kid and there's like a
bunch of grown men in there. Oh, oh, this is weird.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
This is really weird.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
All right, Coming up, we're gonna get you qualified for

(09:41):
Last Night, Lady Gaga won four VMA's Last Night.
Speaker 3 (09:46):
She was actually nominated for twelve.
Speaker 1 (09:48):
She walked away with four VMA's Last Night, including Artist
of the Year, which she dedicated to her fiance.
Speaker 3 (09:54):
She sounded like a robot. I was disappointed in her speech.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
I thought it was gouda be more heartfelt and like
speak to the people's big to your fans.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
Went on a little too long, if you ask me
as I wrap it up.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
She ran off stage to her performance at Madison Square Garden.
She was performing like just a few minutes after she
picked that award up. Her performance on the VMA's Last
Night was pre taped. Sabrina Carpenter another big winner last night,
taking home three VMAs, including Best Album.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
The World is what she swore. Oh, I didn't find out.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
I feel like we didn't need to, didn't need the
Square Serena, but whatever. Mariana Grande and Mariah Carey both
huge winners last night.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
I'm going to fill you in.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
I got the full scoop coming up at seven fifty.
Inside scoop on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's wedding. Rumors
are going to tie the knot in Rhode Island at
her house in the town of Westerly Watch Hill, which
we all thought was that's probably where they're gonna get meat.
Speaker 3 (10:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
The wedding supposedly is next summer. Her mansion is undergoing
two million dollars worth of renovations. The mansion already has
eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms, but she wants more.
Speaker 4 (10:52):
You know how, we kick around the idea of getting
a courtney and kiss in the morning boat. I think
now it would be the perfect time to do it.
And then we parked the boat in front of her house,
and then that way we know when she gets married.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
We've never ever once mentioned getting a cordy kiss in
the morning.
Speaker 4 (11:05):
But but I've talked about it with people.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Yeah, but I'm not.
Speaker 1 (11:08):
Mad about it. Actually, listen, I have a paddle board.
You guys can go in and get a bow. I've
paddleboard and buy her house in Western the Wes. Okay,
we can do it. And finally, Justin and Hanley Beaber
celebrated the release of Justin Swag two over the weekend
at an album release party in New York City. The
actually they were very cozy and lovey dovey at the party,
had his arms all over her and around her.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
The next day they went to lunch and it was very awkward.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
They barely spoke to each other and when they left
the restaurant, she was like a mile ahead of them.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
Yeah, that's a right.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
Later in the day, Justin posted lots of cute photos
of himself and his son Jack Blues. You can check
out all the photos and of course all of these stories.
Kiss ninety five to seven dot com slash Courtney VMA's
last night It is Kiss ninety five seven Courty and
Kiss of the Morning. If you didn't get a chance
to watch, Actually it was a great show. Sometimes I
don't like these award shows, but I thought it was fabulous. No,
it was all right, I liked it, so I thought
(11:58):
it was great. We had Sabrina car and Grande, Tate McGray,
you had Lady Gaga with twelve nominations, she was the
big winner last night. She actually won four and then
she won four Artist of the Year, which was like
a huge award for her.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
Yeah, well deserved though, Yeah all Riana Grande so cute.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
She won three awards, including Video of the Year for
Brighter Days Ahead.
Speaker 7 (12:18):
Thank you to my dad who acted in this video
for the first time in his life and he is
the best scene partner and dad in the world.
Speaker 1 (12:28):
Oh my God, does she sound like she sounds like
a twelve year old though.
Speaker 4 (12:31):
She's adorable.
Speaker 3 (12:32):
She's so happy, gosh adorable.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
Sabrina Carpenter won three awards, including Best Album. What'd you
guys think of Tate McCrae's performance, She didn't care.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
Well, I was watching football. I'm not sure, Okay, come on.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
I thought it was good. I think it was probably
the best one of the night. I liked it. I
thought best of the night, the best rest of the night.
Sabrina Carpenter.
Speaker 6 (12:51):
Oh my god, Sabrina. She looked so gorgeous on the carpet.
Her performance was amazing, Like she just I was super
nervous going into the Video Van Guard Award. You never
know what you're gonna get with Mariah Carey, and I
was hoping that my girl Mariah would sound sober and
she did.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Thank you so much MTV for giving me the Van
Got Award. I can't believe I'm getting my first VMA tonight.
Speaker 6 (13:19):
I just have one question, what in the sam Hill
were you waiting for?
Speaker 3 (13:25):
You're right, Mariah, her first VMA. I had no idea.
That's crazy.
Speaker 4 (13:30):
She had like a million number one songs. Yeah, Mariah
Carey in some of the best music videos that I
can think of it. Yeah, I have no idea. I'm
glad she got the video Van Guard Award. She looked fabulous,
she sounded great. My heart was happy. I will say
the one thing I did catch on the VMA is
last night was a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne.
Speaker 3 (13:49):
Oh yeah, I was willing.
Speaker 4 (13:51):
Who did the singing of whatever songs? He did?
Speaker 8 (13:54):
That?
Speaker 4 (13:54):
Right? There is a real rock star. He's not one
of these new age twenty five rock stars that you
don't really know what you're gonna get. He was a
real legit rock star last night.
Speaker 3 (14:06):
God bless it was a really good night all the
way around. Bomber. We're all at work this morning.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
It is Kiss ninety five seven, Courtney, Savannah Walmart chef.
None of us won Powerball, Nope, nope, we yeah, And
then I was hoping, Wow, if nobody wins, we're gonna
be up to two billion.
Speaker 3 (14:20):
It would do it easily. If nobody had won, it.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
Would have gone to two billion dollars. More than that
one point eight billion dollars. Two people, one in Missouri
and one in Texas won.
Speaker 4 (14:30):
Well, two winning tickets. We don't know how many people.
One can only hope it's a group of school teachers
or nurses or something like that.
Speaker 3 (14:38):
That'd be so time.
Speaker 4 (14:39):
No, we don't need the doctors getting richer nurses. But
I mean, where any of you guys like legitimately sad
that you didn't win? No, my wife was, she was,
She was upset. She was like, well, somebody's got to win.
And I'm like, we weren't gonna win.
Speaker 3 (14:52):
Well, what's sad?
Speaker 6 (14:53):
Was like when we were driving to buy the tickets,
my husband and I are like, okay, so what are
we gonna do with the money.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
And we had a plan and we agreed on it, okay,
and I was really excited.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
And now I'm like, oh no, I I was upset.
I spent twenty dollars yes, and tickets. I'm like, I
got sucked in like everybody else. Okay, So my husbandumped in.
Speaker 6 (15:10):
My husband being like crazy finance kind of nerdy in
that respect.
Speaker 3 (15:15):
I wanted to buy like five.
Speaker 6 (15:16):
Tickets, and he was like no, because like the probability
that you have like more odds to win doesn't increase
significantly enough to.
Speaker 3 (15:23):
Like basically support buying more tickets. Who's like, we're getting
one number each and that's it.
Speaker 4 (15:27):
Yeah, I never bought into that. I mean, the more
you the more you play, the more you win. That's
why I like to go. The more chances you have,
the more chances.
Speaker 6 (15:34):
Allegedly, the it's marginal, so you're wasting your money either way.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
Yeah, either way, I wasted twenty bucks.
Speaker 4 (15:41):
That's my money was either going to go towards tickets
or strippers.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
So yeah, well one of those is a sure thing.
Speaker 3 (15:48):
Jeff, Jennifer and East Windsor is standing by. She was
on War of the Roses.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
Her husband was disappearing a lot, and then she found
her best friend's glasses in her husband's truck.
Speaker 3 (15:56):
Do you guys remember that?
Speaker 1 (15:58):
I'm not even sure we got to the of it.
She is back with an update. I cannot wait to
find out what's going on.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
Warre the Roses? Where are they Now? Coming up next?
All right, you guys, it is time for War the Roses?
Where are they now?
Speaker 1 (16:08):
When we check in with the past guest to find
out what happened since being on the show. Jennifer was
on the show. Her husband Doug was going to home Depot,
remember that, spending like three hours there. And she also
found a woman's pair of sunglasses in his chest.
Speaker 4 (16:24):
Turns out to be this.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
Girl's girl, Kelly's sunglasses. I guess he's got a buddy
and it's his buddy's wife or something. He also refused
to give us anything on the air, so they had
to talk off the air, and guess what, she's back
with an update.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
Good morning, Jennifer. What has been going on since you
were on War the Roses?
Speaker 8 (16:42):
Okay? So, yes, he was having an affair with her,
and then I'm going to say.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
Her name, okay, Kelly.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Yes, her name is Kelly.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
Kelly.
Speaker 8 (16:53):
So, and he promised he would end it with her
and that we're not going to socialize with the two
of them anymore. Okay, And you know, he, Doug really
wants to work this out. He knows how long we've
been together and like how strong our family is, and
(17:14):
he doesn't want to break up our marriage because of
how much he cares for me and our kids. So
I'm really it was really hard, yeah, to confront and
talk about it, but it opened up a lot of
issues that were separate that we could address. So it
(17:36):
was kind of a moment of like, Okay, we've broken
the vase now we can like actually really tangibly put
it together again, like our marriage. So I'm just really
glad and you know we're still together and you know
we're working it out.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
Okay, Well, Jennifer, I'm going to continue to pay for
the couple's counseling, our marriage counseling and is as long
as you guys need it and you're working on every
thing and working on your family and staying together, we're
going to pick up the tab.
Speaker 8 (18:03):
Yeah, it's very helpful. I really thank you guys for that.
That has been like key to this whole thing.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
Good.
Speaker 1 (18:10):
Well, we appreciate you, you know, checking in with us
and giving us an update because we didn't really get
much out of.
Speaker 3 (18:14):
It, you know, last time. So I'm so glad we
know what's going on now.
Speaker 8 (18:18):
Okay, great, Well, thank you for your help.
Speaker 7 (18:20):
It's very helpful.
Speaker 1 (18:21):
You're absolutely welcome call us anytime you need us, and
like I said, we'll continue to pay for the counseling.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
Thank you for taking time out of your day to
check in with us. Jennifer.
Speaker 8 (18:30):
Thank you guys. Have a good one
