Liam Payne's second solo album remains in limbo. Liam passed
away last year after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
He didn't get the chance to release the record prior
to his passing, and a decision on whether to release
the album has been put on hold while his family
continues to grieve. However, friends now say Liam was really
proud of the second album, but the label was concerned
