Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, this is Jeffrey. Jeffrey from Dundalk. So I am
a extreme vegan and.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
You live in Dundalg.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Yeah, I live in Dundalk.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Are you must be the only extreme vegan in Dundalk? Yes? Probably,
thank you.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
So what I do. Here's the thing is some people,
you know, some people say, you know, people get sick
off of this, and and yes, yes, that is.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
That is.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
There's some truth to that. It's it's some people not
being disrespectful. But some people don't really know what they're
doing when they first get into it, right, right, So
you have to cleanse, and it doesn't take five days,
it takes about ninety days. So I went on a

(00:54):
cleanse for ninety days and I drank nothing but smoothies
and fruit and I have salad, and of course you're nuts.
So so yeah, you're nuts, right, like walnuts and cat
well not cat bean, right. So there's a lot of
things that make people sick that they don't understand why

(01:17):
it's making them sick. So when you cleanse right, when
you cleanse, you can have certain things like black beans.
You can have you know, kidney beans every now and then.
They're not really that good for you. That's why people
get sick. So there's hybrids. There's hybrid tomatoes, almonds are hybrids.

(01:37):
They have uh.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Okay, I can't they have bubba.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
I can't go down your menu the they have what
do you? But so when like, so you did your
ninety day cleanse, and when you when you say you're
extreme vegan.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Like, how do you like? What is your protein? What
is your protein?

Speaker 1 (01:54):
So there's no such thing as protein, But there is
such thing as minerals. Now, whether they want to argue
it's in knots, STEP's fine, you know, maybe that's just
what they call the minerals. But I take sea moss,
and sea moss has ninety two out of one hundred
and two minerals that your body needs. So if they're

(02:18):
not taking seamss and they're not taking iron, which is different,
there's two different kinds of iron. There's iron. There's iron
from metal, which is not good, and then there's iron.
Then there's iron from plants, which is called iron fluorine.
So if you take iron fluorine and you take seamoss together,
which also has iron fluorine, then you won't get sick

(02:41):
because you can't get sick if you take iron fluorine.
I've been doing this for four years and I have
not got sick. I have not got covid, I haven't
got a cold, I haven't got the flu nothing because iron,
because iron fluorine never tested. Protect Yes, protects you from

(03:02):
all the diseases.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Can I ask you this, that's so you've been doing
You've you've been doing a four years.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Are you in pretty good shape? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Yeah, yeah, I'm one hundred and fifty eight pounds. Yeah yeah,
I'm sure, but I was I was two hundred and
forty pounds.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Wow. Wow, good for you. Has Diana I've never heard
of sea moss?

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Now, yeah, well Diana also thinks that there's protein, idiot.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
So the thing is that, right? The thing is is
that protein is a mineral. I mean, yes, protein is
a mineral. So so your body works off of minerals,
not vitamins. See, if you look it up, it'll tell
you that vitamins are man made. They can say that

(03:51):
they're in things, but they're really talking about minerals.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
Right, Hey, Can I ask you when you when you
drop a deuce, does it just reek?

Speaker 1 (04:02):
No? No, No, it's not supposed to have a smell.
It's not supposed to be messy. There's this herb that
I take. It's called calf.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Garrison sgul is messy with smell.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Hold on the STU part families getting ready to steal.
Wait a minute, wait what part.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Of my listener? This could be really important? You go ahead.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Wait, So say it's not supposed to be messy, it's
not supposed to smell.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
What What was the next thing you were saying?

Speaker 1 (04:31):
So I take this herb, right, it's called calf GARRISI gratta,
So say somebody has uh, say, somebody can't go to
the bathroom. So so basically what vegans are trying to
do because vegans don't always eat the right thing, and
neither do I. I'm not going to say I do

(04:53):
you know I do about ninety five percent and five
percent that I eat is not good. But if you
take this casc era, and if you take like things
like ginger, it gets the wist out of you. See,
there's no weight on you. There's just waste inside of you.
And if you cleanse your body, you're getting the waste

(05:16):
out of you. Now, if you cleanse your body and
you don't take things like iron, uh, and you don't
take things like seat sea moss. And there's another one
called nettle leaf, which is good for like if you
if you you're supposed to, you're supposed to, right, piss.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
A lot, right nettle.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
Nettle cleans out your your urinary track.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Right is the first thing you said.

Speaker 4 (05:46):
Cascar serratata cigrata that makes you not smell and it
makes you it makes you not be messy.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Is your store even brown?

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Sometimes? So? Okay? So sometimes it's green, sometimes sometimes it's
well it's supposed to be because you're right. So cath
garisgrata is the only thing that would make your your

(06:23):
your crap stink because it's trying to get everything out
of your body.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
I love you, and it's drawing.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
It draws the mucus, It draws the yucas out of
the crevices in your colon.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Christmas, all right, hey, dude, you're the best. Well what
is he in those days that he's not one hundred percent?
What's the what are you eating?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
So the five percent of stuff that I eat that
you're not supposed to eat? So there's things like people
talk about what are.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
The bad foods you're eating?

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Sometimes I'll have cereal. Uh sometimes I'll have potatoes, red potatoes.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Excuse me when you say cereal, are you eating like
cashee or are you eating.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Cat and crunch?

Speaker 1 (07:18):
I eat these things called great grains.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Hey, cereal, we've heard of that before. Ever, never I.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Don't get that.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
I'm so full on cascato marata that so.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
So yeah. So. The reason think the reason people get
sick is because there's a lot of hybrids. Carrots are hybrids.
That's why they turn your skin yellow. They're made from
the Queen Anne's lace. So potatoes or hybrids. If you
want to eat potatoes, you should eat the red ones
because they're the closest to the red rose potato. Uh. Spinach.

(07:56):
Spinach is really good, but spinach has downfalls. Spinach is
hard on your kidneys, so if you have kidney problems,
you can't eat spinach. Same with cashews. Cashews are good
to clean out your gut, but they're not good on
your kidneys. They're part of the poison ivy family and
they can make you sick. Walnuts black walnuts are real walnuts.

(08:18):
Everything else is a hybrid from the black walnut. You
can still eat walnuts, you can eat as much as
you want, but they don't have cyanide in them like
the almonds. Almonds have cyanide in them. Black walnuts don't.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
Hey, where are you on? Where are you on? Chickpeas
and garbonzo beans?

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Chickpeas are good. They have a pH of five point
five and anything over a seven is good or seven.
The chickpeas are okay.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
Do you know the difference between the chickpeas and a
garboxo bean?

Speaker 2 (08:52):
I'm sorry, the same thing. I'm a jackass.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
No, No, you're good.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
Was this just like you doing your own deep die
into this stuff? Are you like, like medically trained or
nutritionally trained?

Speaker 1 (09:04):
So I have been doing this for so long that
I've learnt so much over the years. I actually work
on the highway and I met a guy. He said,
you know, we started talking about fruit and how fruit
isn't the way it's supposed to be. So watermelon is
not the way it's supposed to be. It's supposed to
be white with pink blotches. Uh, there's We started talking

(09:26):
about apples. We get seven and seventy.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
When that guy picked you up as a hitchhiker, do
you think at any.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Point he was white?

Speaker 5 (09:34):
He's working on the highway, not walking, working, working, I
gotta go.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
No, No, he's there.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
Continue he wasn't done, I know, but I can't what.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
I scratched my hands because I'm on. I just took
my first I left you time. You're so funny.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
Wait, so watermelon is supposed to be white with well,
because if the red watermelon is a hybrid.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Yes, and you can't find a real watermelon, just like corn,
you can't find.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Real soon see you soon. I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
The beef things aren't good for you, but yeah, you're good.
I mean not the beets. Things aren't good for you.
You can have them, but it's just in moderation.

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Hold on, what, Tyler, you're being a real buck thorn
in our side. I knew he'd last. Which one me
or here?

Speaker 5 (10:42):
He really is a study in contrast this guy. Yeah,
he's the highway worker from Dundalk.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
Yeah, I'm telling you, if you, if you, if you
did a census of everybody in Dundalk, they'd be like,
you gotta move, like they're going to run you out
of your Yeah. By the way, people love you. I'm
looking at this note. Can this guy do middays on
DC one oh one?

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Absolutely? I'd love to put them on. I'd love to
put you on. All right, let me do this, Let
me do this. I might really do like it.

Speaker 1 (11:11):
I do.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Tell you keep not letting him finish.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Tell us every other detail from this conversation about three starting.

Speaker 2 (11:18):
Now, all right, let's do this. You know what can we?
Can we? You know I'm a street monitor.

Speaker 4 (11:28):
I also whip the roads.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
Hey, can I can? If I put you on hold?
Can I get you?

Speaker 2 (11:35):
Let me get your phone number if anybody I.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
May need some kind of like raw vegan expert or
just a dundalk person, or if people have more questions
about cascata marada. Yes, you're my guy. Hold type one,
you're my correspondent. Hold on one second. All right, all right, hey,
you got it. Hold on one second.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
