We have some real estate to talk about. First, the
Penthouse from Ghostbusters is for sale. This is where they
filmed the showdown between the Ghostbusters and the Stay Puffed
Marshmallow Man. Plus the building is where Sigourney Weaver's character
Dana Barrett lived. The Penthouse itself is twenty two hundred

square feet with some of the best views in New
York City at fifty five Central Park West. The Penthouse
can be yours for just forty two million dollars. And
then Dawson Leary's House from Dawson's Creek is on the
market as well. It's a one hundred and fifty year old,
four bedroom house in Wilmington, North Carolina, sitting on two
acres of land with its own private dock on the water.

Many scenes from the show were filmed in and around
the house, and if you're interested, it's going for three
point two million dollars. I really liked one suggestion I
saw that if someone buys it and makes it into
an Airbnb, they should give some of that money to
the American Cancer Society and James Van Beek's name as
