Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it will have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Joe Biden is a saboteur. Yeah. Well, I don't know
if it's Joe per se, but it's his people. It's
those socialist communists, how shall I put it, a holes
that are running the country right now, and they're doing
everything and anything that they can to sabotage the Trump

(00:38):
administration before they come in case in point, case in point,
President Biden just locked in a quote work from home
deal for over forty two thousand federal workers, which would
prevent Elon and Vivek from ordering them to come to
the office for five days a week. Again, Biden didn't

(01:00):
do this. They saw Biden yesterday in Africa. He could
barely find his way to a podium. It's people, And
I mean we talked about this here on the program.
Most government workers don't even come in anymore. Most of
them have a Washington, DC pay scale and they live
somewhere else collecting their money. In fact, I think the rules.

(01:22):
For many of the government workers, they only have to
come in one day a month. So what they do
is is that they come in the last day of
the month and then the first day of the next month.
So again that makes it easy for him. This this
is your government at work. What Vivek and Elon are
going to have to do to break many of these

(01:43):
civil service contracts. And I'm gonna be honest with you,
I don't care. I really don't care. You're gonna have
to just do a mass firing. Can't do the civil
servants man can put people out of work, Yeah, you
can have to do it randomly. Yeah, they're gonna Actually,
Vivek talked about this. We're just gonna pick pick the

(02:05):
end of your social Security number. We're gonna fire everybody
that's got an odd number or an even number. Flip
a coin, goodbye, you're gone. You know, people say, don't
you feel sorry putting these people out of work? I
don't feel sorry for people that barely work. I don't
feel sorry for people that aren't productive in our society.
I don't feel sorry for people that are essentially thieves. Well,

(02:28):
what are these people gonna do for jobs? Okay, we
can make the same exact argument, same exact argument for
everyday thieves. Right, well, what are those people gonna do all?
You know, those people that are going a home depot
and lows and robbing them and then selling the wares

(02:49):
online or selling it somewhere else. Should we let them go?
It's not the same thing. Yeah it is, Yeah it is.
You're just stealing tax payer money. And we all know it.
We did think about it. We have a government workforce
of over two million people. Again, think of a college
football game. Think of what is it. Well in ann

(03:11):
Arbor there, Michigan, the big House, over one hundred thousand
people out a game. Look at the mass of people,
there's over two that's over one hundred thousand. We have
over two million government employees, and they're doing everything and
anything that they can to protect these nonsensical jobs. I'm sorry.

(03:31):
Guess what's going to happen. Guess what's gonna happen. You
cut government spending, you will allow more money to flow
back to the private sector. Guess what private sector is
going to create more jobs? I grew again, I've talked
about this before.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
I grew up with this. I did.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
I grew up with this Auban and New York Auban
in New York State capital, and you deal with it.
If you live in a state capital somewhere in the country,
more often than not, you take a look at all
of the government buildings that are there. State office building,
State office building, state office building. What exactly do you
say you do here?

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Again?

Speaker 2 (04:06):
The bobs from office space been talking about that for
some time.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
What do you do here? Exactly? Ever?

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Do that?

Speaker 3 (04:15):
You go sit in a government you just take a
look at the people just breathing the air and doing nothing,
doing nothing at all. Again, I always, hey, everybody, yet
my high school growing up, our get a job.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
I'm gonna go to go to go to SUNI school,
go to four year school, party on, go to two
year school, come back home and get a job for
the state. Gonna go and get a job working.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
With the state.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
What exactly is that? It don't matter, work at some department.
Sit my fat ass down in a chair, play solitaire
all freaking day, get all the benefits I want, retire early.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Really, Wow, you're you're contributing so much to society, aren't you? Again?

Speaker 2 (04:58):
The government workers, what do you do?

Speaker 3 (05:04):
I mean, what do you do?

Speaker 2 (05:05):
I listen. I know, I know there's.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
A few that actually contribute and do something. But come on, people,
I mean, let's let's be honest here.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Okay, if you don't, you don't tell me, don't tell
me that we couldn't cut the government workforce and half
and not even feel it.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
You do that in the damn private sector for crime
of aline. Elon Musk did it with Twitter, Carl Icon.
We told the story about Carl Icon buying the railroad
car company firing an entire building of workers. No problem,
companies company did better. Sometimes it just needs to be done.

(05:46):
But again, watching the bid the administration sabotage, the Trump
administration coming so they can protect their government workers. By
the way, by the way, again we past these people
Washington DC, These people that are out living in I
don't know, Appalachia, on the beach, in Florida, whatever it
may be, collecting their DC salary. You do know that

(06:08):
ninety six percent of the votes in Washington DC went
to Kamala. You do know that some of the wealthiest
zip codes in the country are surrounding Washington, d C.
Is that what you think the founders had in mind?

Speaker 1 (06:19):
Nah?

Speaker 2 (06:20):
