Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it will have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Well, would you look at that congratulations to uh Liz Cheney.
She got herself a deep state participation trophy. Oh yeah,
Presidential Citizens Medals ceremony. Liz Cheney and a bunch of
other deep state leftists. Oh, they got themselves a trophy

(00:41):
from Joe Biden yesterday because Liz Cheney stood in the
face of her party, according to Biden, did what's right
for the country.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Right. Liz Cheney.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Again, daughter of no other than Darth Vader himself, Dick Cheney,
a guy that quite frankly war criminal as far as
I'm concerned, along with his buddy w But anyway, Liz
Cheney got this because she went against Trump, like many

(01:21):
other deep state Republicans as well. Again, if you take
a look, you go look at Liz Cheney and her resume.
She's worked for the deep state her entire life. She's
been a nea khon her entire life, just like daddy.

(01:47):
But again she got herself a trophy. She got herself
a trophy.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
I can't you got a off? You know, I gotta
tell my participation trophy story. Why not, it's Friday. We'll
have a little fun here.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
So building up a lacrosse program, and there was another
program that was not far from us that couldn't compete
with us in any way, shape, matter or form. And
they reached out to me and the people that I

(02:23):
work with and wanted us to take over and train
their kids and whatnot.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
And I kind of explained to them, you know, it's
kind of like, wait till they get a load of me.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
We have a way of doing anything, way of doing
things that was much different thannybody else leich is. We
we didn't buy into the whole woke coaching method where
everybody tithes and it's all awesome and you just did
a great job.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
No.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
No, I dealt in reality again, because sports is not
so much about learning about the sport that you're playing
and trying to be great at it.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
It's there to teach you life lessons. Anyway.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Make a long story short. Coming to the end of
the season and again, parents, well, we need to make
sure that everyone gets a trophy and a medal at the.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
End of the year. I'm like, what now I want
to do that? Yeah, and a big you know argument.
You know, Chris's have been tough on the kids all year.
We think they deserve it. Well, you know, I'm not
paying for it.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
If your club wants to do it, fine, And then
I don't know there how to be you know, in
their entire program.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
I let's say about one hundred and something kids.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
They were like, Chris, we're gonna call the kids up
individually and you're gonna say something about each and every
one of them.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
No, I'm not, No, I'm not. Okay, their little kids.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Okay, you want to give them their little fake piece
of metal and a ribbon, Okay.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
That's on you. You.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Okay, I don't buy into any of that crap. But
if you think I'm gonna sit up here and you know,
give a speech about over one hundred kids, something wrong with.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
Your madulab one gud, I ain't gonna do that. But again,
that's what they also do in Washington. It's what politics
is all about.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
We got to hand ourselves trophies and medals and then
you get up in politics, you get a post office
named after you, or a bridge or some other government
building that you didn't pay for. The taxpayers in every
government building, every bridge out there wasn't paid for by
that politician.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
It was paid for by you and I. So why
shouldn't those things be we.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
The taxpayer memorial bridge, the taxpayer memorial post office. We
paid for that shit. They all patent themselves on the back.
