you're saying that black and brown people they can't achieve

unless you make the exams easier. That's an essence what
you're saying. You're saying that these minority groups black people,
brown people, mine or whatever minority you want to point to,
they can't make it. They can't make it unless you
make it easy. So you're saying that they're all stupid.

I mean, what else could it be? What else could
be used to they can't compete again. I really can't
seem to understand how people can't get this through their
thick heads. You want racist policies, that's a racist policy.
