HIV treatment and Uganda, narcotics interdiction in Colombia, prosthetics for
refugees and me and mar and many more US funded
overseas assistance programs in sudden limbo. Have you got any
sort of success stories with these programs that we keep
piling money into made me wonder about how much money

I do because because I know how the world works,
I know that the large, large portion of this money
is ending up in some fat ass behind a desk's
pocket or in some Caribbean Swiss Isle of Man bank account.
