Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Okay, this could be uh yeah, one of the biggest
media scandals of all time, of all time, and I've
covered quite a few over the years. The bs that
the mainstream media puts out, remember Dan rather and is
fake but true documents. We can go on and on

(00:40):
and on, but this what has just transpired over the
past twenty four hours, what has come out from Doze
and what they're getting out of US eight and the
mainstream media is mind blowing and quite frank you file

(01:01):
this once again under G I really hate being right
all the time. This is yeah, And it's been twenty
five plus years in the making. We've been talking about
a myriad of stories. I mean further than that, twenty
five going back even further, going back to the nineteen nineties,
nineteen nineties, before I had a show, before I had

(01:25):
a show, there was something that took place back in
the old message boards. This is early Internet kids journal
list where it was discovered that all of these journalists
from various different publications, they had their own message board
place where people would go. It's how they converse on

(01:46):
the internet back in the day, and you had to
be a member of the journal lists and how they
would craft narratives in stories. Rush Limbaugh did this great
bit on his program, and the entire mainstream media all
of a sudden started speaking Latin. George W. Bush appoints

(02:08):
Dick Cheney to be his vice president, and all of
a sudden, every media outlets like, oh, Dick Cheney has gravitas,
and he's got gravitas, And I don't think I ever
heard that word on the mainstream media before, but all
of a sudden, they were all saying the exact same thing. Well,
as turns out, yeah, yeah, About twenty four hours ago,

(02:33):
I got word that the people that work at Politico, yes, Politico, yeah,
Washington d in Insider Outfit, their paychecks bounced. Yeah, their
pay checks bounced, Which is interesting, as turns out, As

(02:59):
a turn turns out, guess who was funding Politico? Oh?
You and I, Oh you didn't know your your little
rocket money app didn't pick up the fact that you
have a subscription to Politico. Well, it wouldn't because it's
filtered through the US government. Millions upon millions upon millions

(03:24):
of taxpayer dollars fund Politico. Oh and it doesn't stop there.
You just keep digging. Millions of dollars going to the
New York Times, millions and millions of dollars going to

(03:46):
the BBC. Yeah, we've propped up these media organizations with
our tax dollars. Narratives. One of the things we've prided

(04:07):
ourselves over the years, and I've said it again and
again here on the program, is we try to dispel narratives.
They're created, they're created, they're formed, and these media outlets
they take them, they put their little spin on them

(04:28):
to make them a little different. But it's a nudge
that's there to push you in a certain direction. It's
how propaganda works. Herman Garn, eat your heart out. This
is some serious Nazi esque Soviet type shit that's been

(04:54):
taking place. And once again we told you, we told
you what goes on and so many things. Again, I
got a memory. I have to re memory to telling
the story of me. I've told the story before, you know.
Sitting next to Bob Beckel, the paid expert for Fox

(05:18):
News on the left. Didn't know you know much about anything,
but he was there to give a strong opinion, strong
opinion to counter anything that was coming out on the right.
Doesn't matter whether you any knew anything, but that was
his job. Again, narratives, what's happening right now. What's happening

(05:43):
right now is that the mainstream media is completely unable
to keep up with Donald Trump, completely unable to keep
up with Donald Trump. And I'm going to talk about
this in another podcast when we're getting into the whole

(06:05):
uh uh, you know, brand new Club Monaco there at
the Gaza Strip. But what's happening right now, there's their
system isn't working. It was a great thread put together,
the kind of some things up today follow my name
of John Conrad put it together and basically what we've

(06:30):
been saying for years New York Times, New York Times,
Washington Post and go on on the usual suspects in
Wall Street journal. Now, okay, there they're they're they're not journalists. Okay,
they're not their their function is not journalism by any
stretch imagination. And to all you kids out there, I

(06:50):
want to be a journalist, you want to go to
Syracuse University or Northwestern or Columbia to be the next
budding journalists. Just pay attention because this is all you
need to really know the media. All of these outlets,
they coordinate narratives. They basically setting up the entire machine,

(07:17):
wanting to tell people what to think about an issue,
and they want to control it before it even takes off. Yea, okay,
give you a couple examples. Oh, we gave you the
Gravitas one. How about JD. Vance is weird? Remember that

(07:39):
man JD. Vans awaiting. All of a sudden, they started
covering that Joe Biden is staring sharp as attack everywhere
every media outlet, all the television shows. That's the narrative,
that's what we're going with. Well, they are all of

(08:04):
these outlets basically a decentralized mission command system for the
Democratic Party, the deep state. That that's what they are.
What you have. You have various different bureau chiefs. They

(08:30):
are watching around the country, station places around the country,
and they're seeing, oh, what's getting hits, what stories are
getting traction. They're getting phone calls from various different operatives
within the Democratic system feeding them narratives, stories that they

(08:53):
need to know about that. They have to start getting
their arms around that they need to control. Okay, Okay,
what happens, okay, as you get the editors, okay, the
big editors there in New York, Okay, they they look
at this stuff, and then these editors in essence figure
out what we're gonna do with it? You know, will

(09:14):
this story? Do you think that this is something that
will be huge, something that can explode nationwide? Will it
simmer for a period of time or maybe we should
bury this, maybe we shouldn't cover this. Then you have
the editorial meeting, you know, they decide on how we're

(09:35):
going to frame the story, and then they're gonna they're
gonna assign writers to it. Who's going to cover this?
And in today's day and age, they sign multiple writers
to these stories. Before, just before you do that, you
got to call You got to get in contact with
the uh, the deep state. You have to allow the government.

(09:56):
You got to give the government a head start on
controlling a story. Got it. Okay? Now, what they do
because they have these people, they have their sources, they
have their goal to people Okay, that they can go
to when they're crafting a story to take it in

(10:19):
the direction they want. If there's a story about let's say,
foreign policy when it comes to Ukraine and Russia, and
they want somebody to be there to talk about it
in a hawkish sense, they've got that. If they're trying
to change a narrative, they've got an expert there to
talk about it in a dubvish way. That's how they had.

(10:43):
If it's something in regards to the military or something
that might have happened, they've got a trusted general that
they can go to to tone it all down and
put it into perspective. They've any way, any way, shape,
matter or form or direction they want to go, they've
got somebody to go to to push that narrative, to

(11:05):
sell you that narrative. Now journalist has do it's a
difficult job. Okay, all you kids want to go to
journalism school. This is what you're going to do. You're
going to get quotes from the right experts. You're going
to write it up. You better stick to whatever angle

(11:26):
your editor wants it to go. And that's it pretty much.
I mean, if you come up with something on your own,
whatever it may be, you may get anecdotal stories We've
talked about that on the program. But these are major
national stories. The anecdotal stories are more of the human
interest type, and we've talked about that before here on
the program. Anyway, you know, if you screw up, whatever

(11:51):
it may be, you either kill the editor will kill
the piece, or he'll bury it somewhere. Basically, then what
this is all fed to? Oh, it's fed to every
news outlet, all the people that are feeding the teleprompters
that need to write the copy for all of the

(12:11):
talking heads to read. It's also sent to you know,
it's also sent to all the writers for the late
night talk shows. They need this information. Where do you
think they get it from? For crying out loud again,
this is they're pushing out a story to all of

(12:31):
these different The narrative out of these is and everybody
gives their spin on it. So it's just a little
bit different, but the same is. This is how it's
been working. This is what I have been talking about
for years and years and years here on the program,

(12:53):
trying to alert people to and now we've got receipts. Now,
now we actually have receipts that not in that you've
you've been paying for this. You've been paying for this.
I mean at some point in time, at some point

(13:19):
in time, I hope that you're going to get a
little bit people that are understanding on the left. Aren't
you tired of getting your intelligence insulted? I mean again,
I'm I'm Michael Corleoni. When it comes to this, don't
insult my intelligence. It's gonna make me angry. Yeah, it's

(13:42):
that they're not really insulting mine to becas again, I
see right through this stuff. But yeah, this is how
they've operated. This is how they're able to sell you
a war. This is how they're able to sell you
a government program. This is how they were able to
sell you climate change. And you bought it. You bought it.

(14:06):
And I know you know, I know this the game.
You know, Plato's cave. Looking at the shadows on the wall,
you might want to look into the light. Okay, this
is what we've been dealing with. This is you know,
we have been ruled by these people. You know you
guys at you're fourth of July, mer go right end

(14:28):
at the free free, free your mind, okay, free your mind.
Take the damn red pill. Okay, Matrix fans, wake up
wake up to see again this again. I've never seen
any thing like this. I went off on a major

(14:51):
rant yesterday, and you know, I'm just I'm just collecting
receipts here right now. Watched the on Wall Street dot
