Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
There's not a day that goes by. Especially lately, it's
getting worse instead of better, where I'm not reading something
or seeing something and I don't think that I'm freaking hallucinating.
I have to read check stories. I'm like, this can't
be real. Am I again? Lucy in the sky with diamonds?

(00:36):
Am I hallucinating? Am my seeing this the right way?
Did someone drop ten gummies and my coffee in the morning? Anyway?
I just about that. But this is not funny, And yeah,
I'm you can do what you want, okay. My suggestion is,

(00:57):
don't make fun of people that are obviously mentally ill.
Not funny. It's not funny. I am Bill Ackman cracking
a joke about this next story, and many others saying, Oh,
it's like Darwin and they're not going to be able
to survive and the Liberals are not going to be
able to breathe. This was a story out of Michigan

(01:23):
and this this young lady kid, but she's a representative
in the Michigan House. Her name is Laurie Potsky. She
posted a video where she said she sterilized herself because
of Donald Trump. She is a pro abortion advocate, and

(01:48):
she says she refuses to be treated like currency. Just
under two weeks ago, I underwent surgery to ensure that
I would have never have to navigate a pregnancy in
Donald Trump's America. I refuse to let my body be
treated as currency by an administration that only sees value

(02:08):
in my ability to procreate. If you know people who
are questioning how serious this is, I'm going to repeat myself. Okay,
you have a sitting government official that sterilized herself because
she was uncertain she'd be able to get contraception. This

(02:33):
story is, it's horrible, it's sad, it's horrible. Again, this
is obviously someone that has no one that cares about
her at all. She's got no one that's being answered.
This is someone that is obviously has mental, serious mental issues.

(02:55):
And again, what does this say about her party and
Democrats there She talked about it with them, that they
didn't try to stop her and they said, ooh, this
might benefit our cause or whatever it may be. You know,
God bless this. I feel horrible. This is what you

(03:18):
liberals do with your poison and your VICTI O this
poor girl, she doesn't know what the hell she's doing.
She needs help. I don't know how this goes. Did
she go into a doctor and the doctor asked her why?
And she said because of you know, she doesn't know how.
That's what she told the doctor, and the doctor agreed. Again,

(03:40):
I don't know how it goes. Doesn't a doctor have
to ask that question? Why do you want to sterilize yourself?
You're in your twenties early thirties. Why would you want
to do that? Did she give them a reason? Or
she lie? Because I know I wouldn't do it if
I was, I said, no way, I'm not doing that.
I'm not going to mutilate you because you're misguided. I
mean again with a doctor. You know, if somebody came

(04:02):
in and said that they wanted to cut off their
finger because of whatever reason it maybe they had a dream,
and if they didn't do it, they're I mean, would
the doctor do it? I am? And you're gonna it's
all over making rounds on social media right now. You
don't ridicule people like this. You don't ridicule, you don't

(04:27):
make fun of people like this. You feel sorry for
people like this. You have pity for people like this.
This is a horrible, horrible story. Watchdog on Wall Street
