Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it will have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Elon Musk should be president. Quite frankly, I'm calling it
like I see it right now. I don't know if
you've got a chance. Okay, I don't care what side
of the aisle you're on, whatever it may be. And again,
if you're an anti Elon Doge person, we just suggest this, okay,
before you freak out and have another you know, go

(00:36):
out and put a swastika key another tesla. Watch the
interview that Must did with some of the people that
he's working with at Doge on Brett Behar's program yesterday.
Just watch it, Watch it and then come back to me,
send me an email and tell me what you think.

(00:56):
I for the life of me, it bothers me. It
really does. I get angry off that. Well, it's always
been kind of fine. On the course. I get angry
when I see injustice. I think that's normal. I think
if you're not angered by injustice, I think you're a

(01:18):
bit of a sociopath, quite frankly, And the way that
I see people treating a guy who, again he's one
of the wealth this guys were old billionaires. So what
do you do people? He lives, He has a twelve
hundred square foot house. They were making fun of the
furniture that he has in his house. He is constantly

(01:41):
working all the time. He employs countless people. He just
brought the astronauts back that were stranded up in space
because our government couldn't do it. He is taking time
out from his businesses to because his belief is he

(02:05):
thinks that America is the greatest hope for humanity and society.
He believes that, and he's doing what he can and
using his position of power and what he has to
try to get rid of our biggest threat to this country,

(02:29):
which is our fiscal situation. We're thirty six trillion dollars
in debt, We're running trillion dollar deficits. He's using his
best efforts, donating their time, paying for them to root
out all of this waste in fraud. How can you
be against something like that? How where he's.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Unelected, Most of people that work in government are not elected.
That is the I or another fricking person saying he's unelected.
Who cares that they were unelected? Ninety nine point nine
nine nine nine percent of the people that worked in
government are unelected. He's donating his time, donating his time.

(03:19):
You take a look at you know, you got those
documentaries on History Channel, the ones men who built America
and you know, the various different you know, call h
robber Bent, whatever it may be. And again, you can
take a look and go to any college campus around
the country. There's probably a Carnegie Library. You go to

(03:40):
New York City, there's the aster, this in the Frick Museum,
and and all of these different things that were donated
by wealthy people, wealthy people, And that's all well and good,
nothing wrong with that.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
You know, you want to put a wing on a hospital,
you want to do various different and things. I think
that's what people should do. I admire people that do
well in life and give back. I've talked a lot
about one of my you know, business heroes is Ken Langoon,
one of the founders of Home Depot and what he's done.

(04:16):
And you know, again, now, if you know, you get
into uh n Yu Medical School, you're going for free
based upon the endowment and the money that he's raised,
and lang goone health and all of the things that
he has done outside based upon the great success that
he's had in life. Look at what Musk is doing
right now. This, this is could save our country. All

(04:42):
those other things that these other billionaires did, and I'm
not knocking them good stuff, you know, fantastic, fantastic, but
this is, this is I can't think of another. I'm trying. Yeah,

(05:04):
you know, I'm a bit of a history buff. Someone
that is that is going out of their way to
literally save this country our fiscal situation and the way
that he is being attacked, and again, you know that
that happens throughout history for people that you know, are

(05:25):
stepping outside the norm, going against the bad guys. You know,
it's it's biblical, it's a story, it's it's been everywhere. Again,
I highly recommend watching the interview. And yeah, I hope,
I hope, I really do you know all everything that
this guy is doing. Again, I don't have I don't

(05:50):
have confidence that the people that we do vote for,
the people that are elected are going to actually follow
through and make the cuts. That's my concern. Elon must God,
God speak to you and what you're doing. Watchdog on
