When Rep. Tim Burchett says the whole D.C. ecosystem is a taxpayer-funded grift, he means everyone—Republicans, Democrats, NGOs, the whole Hunger Games Capitol. Chris dives into Burchett’s explosive interview exposing how foreign aid, dark-money networks, and elite insiders all get fat off your paycheck while nothing gets fixed. A rare, honest critique from the inside—and a warning to Burchett to watch his back.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Representative Tim Burchett, he gets it. I like this guy.
I've appeared with him before on it was a Fox
Business some of the television programs out there. Nice Felon,
Funny Guy too. Anyway, he did an interview yesterday, and
of course it was on a podcast, not on mainstream media.
They would never talk about this on the mainstream media.

(00:36):
I think it was Benny Johnson's program I Don't really want.
I had this clip sent over me and I like Burchette.
So I watched the interview and again he better tim
bedever watches back because he told the truth. He told truth.
You remember that earlier on this year, Remember that whole

(00:59):
bill that they put forward, some of the stuff from
Doge back in the day to defund the Taliban. Remember
when that came out. Remember that came out. We're sending
money to the Taliban. Yeah yeah, yeah, millions upon millions
upon millions of dollars. Oh yeah, Yeah, they put a

(01:20):
bill forward and how that defund it? Know what it's
doing nothing sitting there in the Senate sort of money
keeps flowing. Burchett basically explained how it works. He went
off on a bit of a rant like I do
here about how all of these politicians and people in Washington,

(01:43):
DC and NGOs, how they line their pockets with our
tax dollars. And he came previous, is the reason why
Musk got ran out of town was because he had
it right. He was on to the grift. He was
on to it all, and he was talking about it.

(02:04):
You know, money going from the taxpayers pockets to the
NGO's pockets, these dark money pools right back to politicians
enriching everyone in Washington, d C. And he called out
his own party. He said, I quote, Republicans are shady
as hell, not wrong, not wrong. It's both sides. It's

(02:32):
both sides. We have we have a system set up
where we have a city city where people come to
they go various different schools. They got the Ivy League schools, Georgetown,
all these places, and they stay there. They don't build anything,
they don't create anything. They grift off the taxpayers it's

(02:54):
hunger games people, except we're not sacrificing kids and killing them. Okay,
same concept. The rest of the country. We all bust
our ass. We pay high. Most of them pay higher more,
paying higher taxes than the slaves did. And ate in
Egypt for crying out loud, going to Washington, d C.

(03:15):
So these people can get rich. Prove me wrong. Watchdog
