Speaker 1 (00:05):
Joining me in the six' five one carpet Plus Next
day install studios here On Twin Cities News. Talk my
name Is John, justice and key Is Representative Tom. Emmer
in the middle of WHAT i would refer to as
A emmer style blizzard right.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Now good, Morning, tom Geez, john this just seems to
be like light. Dusting good.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Morning it was a sketchy drive, in BUT i was
thinking about, you so.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Thanks you're.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
RIGHT i woke up today and it's Like christmas. Morning.
Man this is.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Great all, Right let's get to from the, uh from
the weather. Outside let's get to the topic that we've
been talking about the last few, days stemming back to
last week in that bombshell report By Christopher Rufo City,
journal taxpayers In minnesota funding terror networks overseas Al shabab,
specifically we know That President Donald trump moved to remove

(00:57):
terminate temporary protect the, status which has been done before
With venezuelan's as far As i've, been as far As
i've been informed your thoughts on, this, though this controversy, Continues,
tom and it really has brought to the forefront the
issue of fraud here In minnesota and specifically the concern
that people have with how their tax dollars are being.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Used, yeah, well.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
First you know our Own John, justice you did a
fabulous job for. US i think On Laura Ingram. SHOW
i think that's WHERE i saw it the other, night
on this very. Topic and you, know let's be, Clear
Donald trump did what he did On friday night to
start a. Conversation why because no one in this, town

(01:41):
no one In, minnesota seems to want to Hold Tim
walls or criminals. Accountable in this, case we understand that
Under Tim, Walls minnesota taxpayers are allegedly Bankrolling somali Al shabab.
Terrorists hundreds of millions of taxpayers dollars have been stolen
incentive who knows where. Else and at this point we

(02:04):
got a wonder and these are the questions that need
to be asked and. Investigated, John was The walls administration
really that incompetent or was someone actually completed with this?
Stuff the, delegation myself and my colleagues have been in
contact with THE Us attorney In, Minnesota Dan, rosen who

(02:25):
they're going to look into. It but you got you've got, Facts,
JOHN i mean the autism, fraud it goes well beyond
the feeding our. Future now it's autism, fraud it's medicaid,
fraud it's housing. Fraud on the autism, Front you've got
One somali woman who's alleged to have defrauded millions From
minnesota's autism. Program and it appears that she and her

(02:45):
co conspirators went around The somali community recruiting kids for
autism service, services whether or not they actually had. Autism
and because again Under Tim walls and his incompetent, administration
the barrier for entry into this program is virtually, nonexistent
these fraudulent autism services then received hundreds of thousands of,

(03:08):
Dollars i'm, sorry millions taxpayer, dollars but hundreds of thousands
of those dollars were sent. Abroad by the, time by the,
way that this gal was done with her fraud scheme
and it was, exposed one in Sixteen somali four year
olds In minnesota john had reportedly been diagnosed with. Autism
that's a rate more than triple the state. Average and

(03:30):
then autism claims To medicaid skyrocketed from three million in
twenty eighteen to nearly four hundred million in twenty twenty.
Three that's just not. Normal and there's eighty autism clinics
that are under. Investigation, JOHN i guess my point on,
This my frustration is we have been talking about this

(03:51):
for a long. Time these investigations did not just start
in the last few. Days Joe thompson tried to The
assistant attorney trying to raise the alarm earlier this fall
or late last, summer talking about this could reach two
billion dollars in fraud under The walls. Administration where In

(04:12):
god's name are these vaunted journalists who are supposed to
be holding people. Accountable they're not doing. It and neither
Is Kim, walls neither Is Keith. Ellison and and then
you got This Ilhan, Omar, Hey, Ilhan this ain't about,
hatred it's unless it's. Yours and it's not about. Racism
we're talking about. Criminals they just happen to be people

(04:35):
in The somali. Community we've got Great somali. Residents quite,
frankly we've got The somali's For trump in my. District they're,
Entrepreneurs they're they're chasing Their american dream where they're they're
keeping their culture but adjusting and assimilating into The american.
Culture this group Of somalis that we're talking, about they're.
Criminals and the other thing That Donald trump did the other,

(04:57):
day WHICH i am very grateful, for is he started
the discussion there Are somali gangs that are running loose
in The Twin cities and they are causing a lot
of these, Issues, john and no one seems to want
to report who it is or what they're.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Doing well and when they do because and it was really.
Interesting you had The Minneapolis Police Chief brian. O'haray he
came out was either early last week or late the week,
before and he specifically AND i was actually surprised to see,
this talking With Representative Tom. Emmer he said that kids
From east To, africa kids are coming Into minneapolis and
causing these, problems talking about their driving their Parents mercedes

(05:38):
and coming in and they are the ones that are
perpetuating a lot of this crime taking place in certain.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
Areas AND i was actually.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
SURPRISED i was, Like, okay it's clever wording and in
the way that he's, describing but at least he's being.
Honest and then within a matter of days he had
to go out and. Apologize he had to go out
and say he was sorry if he offended anybody in his.
Specificity these moments where these individuals they want to go
and speak the, truth but immediately they bend the knee

(06:06):
in the face of any sort of level of concern or.
Criticism it's incredibly frustrating even when you have people trying
to speak the truth on these.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
Issues Don, john how is.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
The how deep does this corruption? Go In minneapolis And Saint?
Paul if you, know you remember when you had huge
at least from our, history we were not, there but
when you had The irish The italians all coming. In you,
know if you're involved in criminal, activity there's nothing wrong

(06:37):
with identifying where you came. From people then can figure, out, oh,
oh it's that community or this community where we've got
to be addressing some of our. Attention in this, case
for some, reason you're not allowed to call A somali
who's a criminal A. SOMALI i don't get. It we
do it with The, irish we do it with The,
italians we do it with anybody else that will be

(06:59):
involved in criminal. Enterprise and it really baffles. Me AND
i know that our local workless biased corrupt media in some.
CASES i know that they probably would like to point
to The Jacob fry reelection as oh, see it's not That,
really are they going to investigate this rumor that this
is actually a clan, fight that there are two different

(07:22):
clans Of Somali one was With fata And ilhan and
the other one was, not and so they aligned With
Jacob fry to get them re. ELECTED i, mean how
deep does this? Go and why don't we know the?
DETAILS i, mean there are good people in the community
that we work, with but if there are bad criminal
elements that need to be exposed and held, accountable it's

(07:45):
going to start. Somewhere and Thank god For President.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
TRUMP i want to before we wrap, UP i want
to add something to our conversation and ask you a.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Question we made national news.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Again we covered this locally on the show, yesterday but
it's now gone national as jurors or outraged after This
minnesota judge ended up overturning the conviction of a forty
five year Old abdi FATA yusa for stealing seven point
two million through fraudulent healthcare. Company and now you had

(08:16):
this activist judge who went and overturned the jury's. Ruling
i'm being asked to question a larger question regarding this
and what we've been discussing this, Morning Representative Tom, Emmer
AND i know you mentioned talking with The Attorney rosen
moving forward and investigating what else is being?

Speaker 3 (08:32):
Done is anything being done.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
That you can add at the federal level to look
into what is taking place here In? Minnesota and with,
THAT i know government works, slowly investigations work. Slowly do
you have any sort of anticipation on when people can
begin to hear about any potential investigation at the federal
level into what's been taking place Under Governor Tim.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
Walls, well a specific case you're referring, TO i believe
it was like seven million and it was convicted of
yes in the state taxpayers of. It still is hard
to understand how that can be. Overturned the jury is
where that. Decision they are the finder of fact and
the facts that they found convicted the man beyond a reasonable.

(09:15):
Doubt how a judge then overturns? IT i guess they
got to read the. Decision and, historically Historically JOHN i
have been reluctant to criticize jurists because that is the
other branch of. Government But i'm going to tell, you
over the last few years in this, state when you've
got a judge who does not allow a police training
manual into evidence as the standard that someone actually complies,

(09:39):
with that would exonerate them because they were doing exactly
what they were trained to. Do that's unheard. Of when
you've got a, supervening intervening cause because someone commits a
criminal act and then you have a mistaken situation where
somebody unfortunately loses their. Life can you ignore the law

(10:01):
and you pursue that or you announced the night before
something goes to trial a multi million dollar settlement with
the alleged victims. FAMILY i, mean this whole thing stinks
to high, Heaven, john and so. On the second piece
of it, is by the, way it's just a five
common sense on this. ONE i Think Pam bonnie in
THE Us Justice department should be. Investigating i'm sure we're

(10:24):
going to be in touch with them as, well AND
i can guarantee you that our NEW Us Attorney Dan
rosen and his first, Assistant Joe, thompson are going to
be looking into.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
It Representative Tom, emmer thank you for the time this.

Up after the bottom of the, Hour.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
Transportation Secretary Shawn duffy announced that The Federal Motor Carrier
Safety administration.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
OR fumska OR.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
Funk, YEAH i got there, RIGHT fmc, SAY i don't
think you're supposed to pronounce it like, that has determined
That pennsylvania violated federal safety regulations by illegally issuing non
domiciled commercial driver's, licenses including the individuals who were not
legally eligible to receive. Them duffy, says The democrat state

(12:47):
Of pennsylvania is breaking the law by giving driver's licenses to. Illegals,
okay now come and Do minnesota, Please speaking Of Sean,
Duffy department Of transportation. Unveil the campaign aimed at bringing
more civility to air, travel Urging americans to dress with
respect and remember simple courtesies like saying please and thank

(13:12):
you to flight. Attendants travel experts say they're skeptical it
will make much of a.

Speaker 3 (13:18):
Difference the past.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
Few times That i've, Traveled I'VE i wouldn't say dressed,
down BUT i certainly have dressed more comfortably THAN i
have in the. PAST i KNOW i have friends of,
mine fellow talk show Host Tony katz, specifically and he
would be the first to go and admit, this So
i'm not speaking out of. Turn you, know he believes
you need to dress for success when you go like

(13:41):
almost get to a suit level like the way that
we used to. Until he's fascinating to me when you
go back and look at the really old footage going
back to like the forties and, fifties and or even
if you watch Like, madmen but if really those those
forties and fifty, videos thirties and everyone just looks.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
Dapper the new.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
Plan is called The Golden age Of travel starts with.
You it is meant to jump start a nationwide conversation
about how we can all restore courtesy and class to air.
Travel you, see this would be a fun. Debate this
is The Golden age of air. Travel starts with you. Plan,
Look i'm down with having a conversation and looking at

(14:23):
this more so THAN i am the whiteness. Pandemic here's
a little bit more of what The Transportation SECRETARY i
had to say regarding this particular.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
Issue BUT i think we have to think about how
do we do a better, job how do, we you,
know maintain maybe some of that frustration we have as
we travel This thanksgiving. Season maybe we should say please
and thank you to our pilots and to our to
our flight. ATTENDANTS i think, AGAIN i call, this, uh
just maybe dressing with some, respect you, know whether it's

(14:55):
a pair of jeens and a and a and a decent.
SHIRT i would encourage people to maybe drew a little,
better which encourage, us encourages us to maybe.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
Behave all a little.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
Better let's try not to wear slippers and in pajamas
as we come to the.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
AIRPORT i think that's. Positive good, luck godspeed on your.
Efforts Sean. DUFFY i don't disagree, necessarily BUT i just
get the feeling that a lot of people are not
going to be adhering much to. That there's a few
other points to be made on this encouraging air travelers

(15:30):
to ask themselves to follow these different questions that you
should ask while you're while you're. Traveling So i'm gonna
hold off on this. Though we'll get to this in
the remaining minutes of the show after we talk With
Liz collin From Alpha. News next we'll also get to
your talk back of the day too here On Twin

(15:50):
Cities News talk AT am eleven thirty and one oh

Speaker 5 (16:22):
Lakeville Hey, john eric In lakeville not foe of the.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
Show.

Speaker 5 (16:27):
ERIC i was In indianapolis with my wife this weekend
where we went to A German christmas market and it
was great to see people of all, races, ages, sexes
religious backgrounds enjoying the arguably white culture of A German christmas,
market and nobody was worried about what color they.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
Were thank, You, eric you are the talkback of the,
day brought to you By Mini, LEAF.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
M I N N e l E af dot. Com
AND i guess.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
It you.

Speaker 1 (16:58):
Know it brings me to the question To Liz colin from, Alphainows,
liz if you thought much about whether or not you
are a contributor to the pandemic of whiteness in this?

Speaker 6 (17:09):
Country you know not at? All, John.

Speaker 7 (17:14):
NOT i haven't spent one single second on, that despite
everyone telling me perhaps THAT i, should specifically Of university
Of minnesota right that.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
Curriculum oh, my just what?

Speaker 2 (17:27):
What?

Speaker 1 (17:27):
What next level? Insanity, like it's not. New AND i
know that there are individuals that you, know we talk
about and, Going, john why are you surprised by? This
it'll be a sad day When i'm not shocked and
surprised by this, stuff and just how over the top
they can be in their ridiculous mythology that they perpetuate.
This there's a whiteness pandemic. ANYWAY i know we're going

(17:49):
to talk, about but holy, cow that was.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Crazy.

Speaker 7 (17:51):
NO i know we were texting yesterday when you sent
that in my, way AND i was, like, yeah we're
doing a story about, it AND i THINK i proceeded
to send you like, five you, know palm forehead emojis in.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Return that's Exactly that's exactly what you. Did WAS i was, encouraged, Though,
LIZ i Know Alpha news and. OTHERS i wasn't encouraged
to see that a lot of people had zeroed in
on it because it's just that. RIDICULOUS i guess the
question remains now of whether or not anything at the
university will be done about. It that being, said you
AND i both know that even if that curriculum is

(18:24):
challenged and it should be taken, down it shouldn't be made.
Available it's horrible and. Tracist but it's also not changing
any of the hearts and minds of the individuals that
are behind any of it at, all or those that
might partake in. It but it still would be the
right thing for it to be removed because it is
just that.

Speaker 6 (18:39):
Awful, YEAH i very.

Speaker 7 (18:41):
Much expect a federal complaint probably to be filed today
by our Friend Mark, perry so we might even have
a follow up on An Alpha news about. That but,
yeah it's it's, illegal you, know.

Speaker 6 (18:52):
Period so all, right let's go.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
HERE i, know we've got a couple of different a
couple of Different Derek schaffn related items to get. To,
first let's start with the Attorney Greg joseph filing a
memorandum in support of a petition for post conviction relief
on behalf of his, Client. Derek what is this, About Liz.

Speaker 7 (19:12):
Colin, yeah so these developments took place late last. Week it's,
BASICALLY i guess you could describe it As chauvin's last
line of defense in his state. Conviction but it's the
seventy one page post conviction relief that was filed In
Hennefin county court late last.

Speaker 6 (19:30):
Week many.

Speaker 7 (19:31):
Things you, Know, basically they can't use arguments that have
been used in the past to make That chauvin did
not get.

Speaker 6 (19:38):
A fair trial and. Whatnot so in this.

Speaker 7 (19:42):
Filing you hear now from more than fifty police officers in,
all more than thirty were used from our case from
our defamation case That katie Brought Katie blackwell brought against
us Over Elfin. News but then in, addition you have
twenty three more cops who've beenically signed on to these
declarations to, say, HEY mrt the Maximal restrained technique was.

(20:03):
Trained that's What Derek chauvin was doing that day On
may twenty, fifth twenty Twenty so you hear from more police.
Officers and then also it goes into more of the
medical evidence in the. Case why did you hear from
Doctor Andrew, Baker fifth's on the witness, Stand these you,
know so called experts took the stand before. Him yet
Doctor Andrew baker is the only one who actually did

(20:28):
an autopsy On George. Floyd he's the only one that
took a look at his. Body there's no signs of
asphyxia at all And Andrew baker's. Findings but yet you
hear from these other experts all about, asphyxia that's what
they're focused. On in, fact you have Doctor baker say
there are no signs of asphyxia at, all and cardiopulmonary
arrest is the cause of death Of George. Floyd so,
BASICALLY i think it's forty five. Days the state has

(20:51):
to come back with some sort of response to, this
and we'll see what the judge. Decides they're either asking to.

Speaker 6 (20:55):
Vacate, ope.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
We Lost Lis, LIZ i think we lost. It did
you self mute? Yourself i'm going to text to over
tour right, now getting into a few more of the
details while we wait to see if we can't Get liz.
Back as she was, mentioning the petition states that the
case involved two key, issues and she mentioned this intent and.

(21:23):
Causation that, is, one whether the restraint Of floyd followed
policies and procedures of The Minneapolis Police. Department in, two
if the restraint actually caused his. Death And, devin are
you working on getting her on getting her back in?

Speaker 3 (21:39):
There let me know it, win if, win and if you.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
Do with regard to the intent and, Causation Greg joseph
stated the petition That shavin's conviction rested on these two thin,
strands and seeking to vacate the conviction or obtain a new.
Trial the petition argues That chavin was deprived of his
right of due process under the Fourteenth amendment and THE Us,

(22:05):
Constitution article one of The Minnesota. Constitution now along with
this and hopefully we'll Get liz back in order to
is you, Back?

Speaker 3 (22:14):
Lizz you back?

Speaker 6 (22:17):
Here you a whole? Time, sorry these are two inches
of snow here in this there we? Go, yeah really
hit the phone, LINES i guess let's.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
Let's move over to the conversation that you had with
doctor J. C, shay of course the director of The
fall Of, minneapolis but also this, pardon the calls for
his pardon going viral after these court. Filings now at
the court filings attached to the ones that we were,
discussing or are these other court?

Speaker 7 (22:41):
Filings, yeah so this is these are new court filings
that were public On.

Speaker 6 (22:46):
Friday pretty. Interesting the mainstream media At minnesota have yet
to even touch.

Speaker 7 (22:50):
Them now THAT i would say the highest profile case
In minnesota, history but they haven't reported on any of.

Speaker 6 (22:55):
This but instead you.

Speaker 7 (22:56):
Have Elon musk reporting reporting on the court and many
other you know WHAT i would consider influencers on x
just straight out calling for a pardon For Derek chauvin
at this time and re sharing our content On Elpha.

Speaker 6 (23:10):
News but, yeah doctor J.

Speaker 7 (23:11):
C she has done so much research on all of
this and joined me on the podcast to talk about
all of these latest.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Developments and again we're looking at AND i know that
there's a bit of you have you, know what's a
place in terms of the state, convictions you have the
federal ones, too and you could have a pardon at
the federal, level but it wouldn't happen obviously at the state.
Level and that's where the other petition that we were
talking about, earlier the other court filings From Greg joseph
come into.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
Play, Correct so.

Speaker 7 (23:38):
You actually have a STATE i wouldn't even categorize it
as an appeal because this is a petition for post conviction.
Relief you have that going, on and you also still
have the federal appeal that has yet to be ruled
on as.

Speaker 6 (23:50):
Well and, again very.

Speaker 7 (23:52):
Strange that there's even a state and a federal conviction
in this and that was the case with all of these.
OFFICERS i don't think that's really discussed much as. Well
but which is why some have said, they you, know
don't want a pardon From Donald trump because that only
goes so. Far he's brought back To, Minnesota Derek schauman
and then has to serve in a state prison. Here

(24:12):
so it's a really complex. Case and but this is
basically kind of you know WHAT i WHAT i would
categorize as the last line of defense For.

Speaker 6 (24:21):
Chauvin and we should know something in the next few.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Months, well And i'm glad you and that's WHAT i
was and thank you for mentioning, that because that's WHAT
i wanted to key in, on was you, know the
difference and what would happen at a federal pardon and
then the ramifications of that which may not necessarily be
the best thing at the moment for for For derek
in this. Case so, YEAH i appreciate you clarifying. That

(24:43):
let's go here to another story From. Alpinus of, course
we've been talking a lot about Fraud, minnesota looking at
the article reels from one fraud bombshell after, another autism
therapy costs exploding into the hundreds of millions of. DOLLARS i,
know you guys continue to go investigate various different aspects
of fraud and in this, case one particular autism center

(25:07):
that had little on side activity and yet still received
some two million dollars in taxpayer. Funds talk a little
bit about. This, yeah this is a.

Speaker 6 (25:19):
Really a great reporting From Jena. Globe we kind of.

Speaker 7 (25:21):
Teamed up on this Story Anthony gokowski as well over
At Alpha. News but and this is what it's come. To,
John we've actually seen this, before.

Speaker 6 (25:30):
But this is kind of another.

Speaker 7 (25:32):
Level so we have neighboring businesses taking matters into their own.

Speaker 6 (25:35):
Hands they're so.

Speaker 7 (25:35):
Upset they see this place that that pops up a
couple of years ago across from their businesses In. Burnsville
they noticed there's never any cars in the parking.

Speaker 6 (25:44):
Lot there certain never.

Speaker 7 (25:45):
Seems to be, anybody you, know coming and going from
this autism. Center so they kind, of you, know spoke
to spoke to us about. This they set up a
camera to actually capture this non, activity and then we're
able to monitor that surveillance video as. Well AND i
went into this autism. Center there's one gal working there and.

(26:06):
Everything i'm just gonna be. Honest i'm, Mean i've toured
a lot of daycares in my, time. Schools everything almost seems.
Untouched it's almost staged in a. Way and the scale's
telling me that there are ten kids that go, there
many of them get in home. Services Then jenna follows
up a little, later all of a, sudden it's four
kids that.

Speaker 6 (26:27):
You know are. There, well they're getting. Two they got
two million dollars so far more than that.

Speaker 7 (26:31):
From the state Of minnesota from tax dollars and Also
onun't you know that these type of centers don't actually
even have to be licensed from the, state yet they're
getting millions of. Dollars now there ARE i think eighty
five open investigations into these autism. CENTERS i Know Congressman
emmer was speaking about this this as, well but it's
just so out out in the, open you, know at

(26:53):
this POINT dhs has basically said they can't confirm whether
or not they're investigating a specific, center but.

Speaker 2 (26:59):
You have you know the.

Speaker 7 (27:00):
Owners their story is changing, clearly and there's no any
kids that are going back back and. Forth so where
are these kids that are getting?

Speaker 1 (27:08):
Services it reminds ME i was going through the article
is and for those that are familiar with the with the,
office like in another, respect it reminds me of When
dwight one he tried to create his own daycare daycare
center that the on the other floor of the Dunder mifflin,
offices and then the other time when you went and
tried to do a gym the same, way and they're

(27:30):
just both were utterly ridiculous and nobody would ever want
to go and use any of.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
Them that's just where my mind went to on.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
This but it's it's it's just the same story we
keep hearing over and over and over again regarding the,
fraud and whenever anybody goes and investigates these particular, locations
they seem to find this exact same scenario playing. Out
it's like where are all the children At it's kind
of like where are all the kids that were supposed
to be fed during feeding our. Future it's all a

(27:57):
part of the, same the, same the same, scheme just different.

Speaker 7 (28:00):
Day, yeah we'll have more on this report today On
Alpha news as, well but just the lack of licensing
and again it's you, know actually it was funny once
we started making, calls you could tell there was more activity.
There it's actually what happened to an adult daycare center
we investigated not that long. AGO i always tell people,
to you, know head over to alphanews dot.

Speaker 6 (28:22):
Org we have a special fraud.

Speaker 7 (28:23):
Page everything is right there about all of these these
stories and keep sending us your tips tips at alphanews dot.
Org we're in the process of checking out quite a
few more locations as, well AND i see.

Speaker 1 (28:36):

Speaker 1 (29:20):
John all, right let's wrap up on, this and we're
talking about The department Of transportation and urging dress with
respect on. Flights Transportation Secretary Sean duffy said he's encouraging
your travelers to ask themselves the following five questions to ensure.
Civility are you helping a pregnant woman or an elderly

(29:41):
or the elderly with placing their bags in the overhead? Bin,
okay those are all very. Nice are you dressing with?
Respect it's. Subjective are you keeping control of your children
and helping them through the? Airport are you saying thank
you to your flight? Attendance IF i see the pilot
always do thanks for bringing me to my destination. ALIVE

(30:02):
i greatly appreciate. It are you saying please and thank
you in? General and can dressing better improve economy? Class
there's a couple of questions you can ask this holiday
season if you're traveling to see loved.

Speaker 8 (30:14):
Ones, GEE i GUESS i haven't been to an airport
for a. While every TIME i went through an, AIRPORT
i practically was strip. Searched SO i dressed down to
make it easy to get my shoes. Off SO i
wore slip on, shoes you, know SO i could get
through the. Line AND i didn't have any metal on me.
Whatsoever so SOMETIMES i went with sweatpants and you, KNOW t,

(30:35):
shirt so it was easy to search me when they
wanted to search. ME i, MEAN i don't know. Whatever
so now we're changing that? Great, yeh we're not.

Speaker 1 (30:42):
CHANGING i don't think we're changing. Anything there is offering.
Up they're, more you, know they're more suggestions and. Guidelines,
ESSENTIALLY i never BOUGHT i never it never bothered me
going through security cold get.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
It you want us to be. SAFE i understand how that.

Speaker 9 (30:56):
Works Hey, John WHEN i, fly, YEAH i Oh miami
vice and shock me nice, BLAZER t, shirt dress, pants
pair Of nisee. Shoes you act, polite you look like
you are successful because in your mind you are, successful
and that rubs off on those that you're dealing. With
AND i have been upgraded on many, flights hotel. Rooms in,

(31:20):
FACT i got a twelve thousand dollars a night hotel
room at The Mandola bay one.

Speaker 3 (31:24):
Time, okay so you gotta address it's.

Speaker 1 (31:26):
Right keyed the advice a friend of the, Show Scott.

Speaker 3 (31:32):
John good, Morning good.

Speaker 10 (31:33):
Morning as a retired airline, pilot, NICE i have been
asked at least one hundred times different situations as to
the way people get. Treated AND i would always start
the conversation with them, saying let me ask you, this
how are you? Dressed and invariably people, say, well what

(31:54):
difference does that? Make it makes a difference on how
you're dressed, off.

Speaker 1 (32:00):
You, know like office culture and air, culture they're so,
interesting like for a short period of, time AND i
might start doing it again now that now that we're
we're into the colder. Temperatures but on OCCASION i would,
COME i would show up And i'd BRING i wear
like a suit, jacket you. KNOW i, MEAN i wouldn't
dress up with a certain tie here at, work BUT
i would just toss on a NICE v neck and
and a suit jacket WHEN i was coming. IN i
did this for a, while and it just throws everybody

(32:22):
off because we're very casual here in a good. WAY
i was, like what do you want a suit jacket
for people from the sister station next door Us, like
you look like a you look like a.

Speaker 3 (32:31):
Spy it's kind of. Cool, nope let's go.

Speaker 2 (32:36):
Here good, Morning.

Speaker 11 (32:39):
John this Is mac From Apple.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
Valley my mother got a job With North Central, airlines
which turned Into republic and.

Speaker 2 (32:46):
When we first started.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
Flying as employees', kids we had to dress in.

Speaker 3 (32:52):
Suits they had a dress. Code once they can have
a dress code, again it's.

Speaker 8 (32:57):
Legal these.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
Weedies have a good, day.

Speaker 1 (33:01):
Gentlemen, YEAH i don't think we should go so far
as to have a dress.

Speaker 3 (33:04):
Code don't. MISUNDERSTAND i don't think that's the, case.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
But just you, know advising individuals to dress a little,
nicer you, know nothing, Wrong nothing wrong with.

Speaker 6 (33:12):
THAT i Love.

Speaker 11 (33:14):
Sean, duffy but that stuff he's talking, ABOUT i don't
need people to say remind me to say please and thank,
you tell me how to. Dress that's like the very
last thing.

Speaker 3 (33:26):
He should be talking.

Speaker 11 (33:27):
About he should be talking about safety twenty four to,
seven not please and thank.

Speaker 5 (33:32):

that of you can do all of these?

Speaker 3 (33:44):
Things you?

Speaker 2 (33:44):
Can you?

Speaker 3 (33:44):
Can he Was we talked about the fact that he was.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
Getting On Pennsylvania democrats state for having driver's licenses for
illegals at the same, time SO i was talking about air.
Travel it is the busy, season AND i think a
part of the commentary of What Sean duffy was saying,
too is that there's been just this uptick of individuals
on flights that have been rabble, rousers acting, inappropriately delaying,

(34:09):
flights grounding. Flights and so he's just simply offering up
a suggestion of you.

Speaker 3 (34:15):
Know, hey maybe if we dress a little, nicer, right.

Speaker 1 (34:18):
If you respect yourself a little bit, more people around
you will respect you.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
More PERHAPS.

Speaker 11 (34:27):
I will, say smelling.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
Respectful smelling, Respectful.

Speaker 2 (34:32):
