Speaker 1 (00:10):
With all of this fraud, has anyone resigned? Has anyone
been fired?

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Well, those are two different things here, right, You know,
you have two different issues. You have individuals that should resign,
and we've talked about that. Typically when you see this
level of fraud being exposed, good leadership does do just that.
Somebody should take responsibility. And it was so funny. I
used the example of that heist at the Louver that

(00:37):
took place, you know, a couple of months ago, wherein
the director there was like, I'm going to resign.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
This happened under my watch.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
You know, somebody needs to be held accountable and they
were kept on the job because they were good at it.
But that's typically what you've seen before we get to
the fired part of it.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
Let's just remind everybody it's our three here on.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Twin City's News Talk from the six five to one
carpet plus Next Day Install Studios. My name is John Justice,
and in studio with me this morning is representative at
Elliott Ingen also running for state Auditors. So in terms
of people being fired, I know you had sort of
an instinctive reaction to this.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
No, not a single one. There was only one that
was quote unquote let go. And it was right before
a fraud committee hearing where they were supposed to testify
and you know, kind of open up some of the
information that DHS did not want to come out. So
the only firing was to allow the fraud to continue happening.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Think about that. You got to fire them, Yeah, next November,
So let's go here.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
So yesterday we had on attorney and hubernatorial candidate Chris
Mattel and he was at a town hall forum with
other GOP governor candidates.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
In at that town hall.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
He was critical of both Democrats and Republicans and what
should be done about fraud. So when I had him
on the show yesterday, I asked him, well, what is
it that you want to see Republicans do that they're
not currently doing at the legislature.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
You know, when I first saw.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
The comment, I was thinking, well, we know the dynamics
of the legislature right now. You have a divided House,
you have a slim majority of on the DFL side
in the Senate, you have Governor Tim Walls in the
Governor's office, so you know, there's not a lot that
can be done. But this was his answer yesterday when
I asked him, and I wanted to get Elliott's response.
So here's Chris Maddel from yesterday's show and what I'm

(02:24):
really talking about.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
There are a number of tools that have not been used.
Chief among those tools is the Minnesota government data practice
is that that's Chapter thirteen of Minnesota Statutes. This is
the statue that the media uses. Liz Collin has used
this repeatedly in order to send things into various aspects
departments of the government owner to get documents out. That

(02:46):
is done. It can be done by any citizen. It's
not just legislators, but legislators. When you do that, what
normally happens, especially at the Walls administration, they stonewall.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
They just say we're not you know, they drag their feet.

Speaker 5 (02:59):
They're not going to do any There is a specific
statute in there, it's thirteen point eight that permits you
to sue the government on an action for damages and junction.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
You can get attorney's fees.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
You can get costs, you can get skilful penalties.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Just in twenty twenty.

Speaker 5 (03:14):
Five, there was a gentleman in Saint Paul that sued
the Saint Paul City government got thirty thousand dollars from
fourteen separate violations of the Data Practices Act. He was
just trying to get documents posed BikeE trail planning process
on Summit Avenue.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Let me pause here real quick, because he goes on
for a little bit further so on what he is
referring to here. What are your thoughts on what Attorney
Chris Maddel had to say, He's writing a lot of aspects.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
What I'm sick and tired of is Republicans only responding
to fraud that's unearthed by somebody else, whether it's lu Ugus,
whether it's some media outlet. When they finally want to
come around and say that fraud is a real thing
here in the state, they're waiting and kind of sitting
on their hands and responding retroactively rather than being pro
active in finding that fraud and then alerting the public

(04:03):
and exposing just how deep the corruption is. And I
actually took a look last night after you sent me
that that clip, and we have seventeen data requests in
right now PHS. So this is something that we've been
doing extensively, and while they're supposed to get those requests
that data pack it back to us within ten to
fourteen days. The one that unearthed the optimum the optim

(04:26):
issue took forty days.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
So they do slow roll. They do cover up a
lot of their tracks.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
And actually we've heard from DHS anonymous whistleblowers that will
redact pieces of the of the request that are the
most disparaging or damaging.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
This is an actual cover us. So is there a
way to hold to hold.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
The administration under walls accountable for not adhering to the
time to the timeline.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
I really don't think so, because who's going to be
taking up that case. It's going to be Keith ellis right,
So we got to win elections. There's no legislative easy
button to fixing this broken system. Minnesota voters are the
only way that we're going to turn this thing around.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
So he's not wrong in his assessment.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
But you're also saying that that the GOP has been
utilizing what he's referring to.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Well, I would say some people do.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
Okay, there are legislators up there who I believe have
been in too long and when they're not in the majority,
they simply think that the job is sitting down and
pressing the no button and that's it, you know, not
even saying anything in response to the nonsense that Democrats
will will continually pass. And I think that we should
be articulating a vision for what the state could be.
And the only way you can do that is if

(05:40):
you wake up every single day looking to unearth a
new a new fraud scandal that the Democrats have perpetuated,
or you put forth legislation that prevents it in the
first place. We've been doing both, and I think for
that we've been rewarded and people recognize that we're working
hard for him. But the Republican Party as a whole
needs to do a better job.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
Let to go to this talkback.

Speaker 6 (06:04):
Okay, this is for Elliott Engan, please, and I'm not
being flippaned, but at this point I have to wonder
is there anybody in Minnesota government that we can deem trustworthy?
And I'm really serious about that. This seems too involved
for just Keith Ellison and Tim Walls to be involved.

(06:26):
Who can we trust anymore?

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Well, I'm biased, but hopefully me there are people up
there that are there for the right reasons, and typically
they don't stick around the longest they get in and
they get out because they recognize that it is a
broken system. It's egotistical, you know, nonsense, people who aren't
actually there to solve problems, but just make a name
for themselves and you know, utilize their positions to get wealthy. Simultaneously,

(06:53):
what I think we could inspire in twenty twenty six
is a reform Republican win people who are looking to
go in there and disrupt the system. And I think
Chris Mattel's quotes actually spoke to that a little bit.
We need to look to do things different. We can't
just you know, say the same platitudes from the Reagan
era and hope that that wins out the day. We

(07:13):
need to go out and search that fraud right now,
and that's what we're doing in the state auditors race.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Here here's more of what Mattal had to say regarding
the answer of what the GOP could be doing.

Speaker 5 (07:22):
The Republicans have not used that one bit in order
to put Walls's feet to the fire with respect the fraud.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
First off, that's that's kind of not true, though I
just used it right right, Yeah, So again to the
to the point it has been utilized, it can be
utilized more. But you guys have used the very thing
that he was mentioning and what he's criticizing Republicans for.
So here's more of what Mattel had to say yesterday.

Speaker 5 (07:47):
They just keep throwing in these requests and then they
just let one wall stonewall them, and then they write
letters people to the federal government or or whomever and
say please investigate us. I think it's their obligation to
do that themselves. That's number one. Number two, the committees
have subpoena power. Now, that subpoena power requires the two

(08:08):
thirds majority, so the Democrats is evenly divided, it's.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
Likely to be voted down.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
My idea, though, why not draft a subpoena that requests
one category of a fraud related issue by one department,
but that in front of the committee every day and
let the Democrats vote that down.

Speaker 3 (08:30):
Is that tangible anyway in your opinion?

Speaker 4 (08:32):
So?

Speaker 3 (08:33):
Yes and no.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
The reason why we are putting in so many data
requests right now with DHS we want to see everything
that they're not that they're not being transparent about, because
that in and of itself is a story and we
can alert Minesultan's as to how they're muddying the waters
to the fraud that they're overseeing. But when it comes
to subpoenas, yeah, we can get Democrats on a bad vote.
We do that all the time, but it doesn't amount

(08:55):
to much when the media is working alongside them and
doesn't report it. We need to now be our own
independent media sources. I mean, I put out a video
just last night about the Optum scandal that we honor
via that data request, and I think right now it's
sitting at over one hundred and fifty thousand views. So
we need to actually tell Minnesultans what's going on. We

(09:17):
can't just rely on other sources to do it, and
we have to be the ones to break the news,
not just respond to it.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
Good morning, guys.

Speaker 7 (09:24):
Well, I really appreciate Elliott Engin and what he's trying
to do in his observations.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
I am very.

Speaker 7 (09:29):
Worried indicated that many Minnesoltan I'll waking up to see
what's going on.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
I'm afraid there are way too.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
Many Minnesultans that will well for.

Speaker 8 (09:38):
Anyone with a D behind the name, follow them over
a cliff and it doesn't really matter.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
Let me stop here real quick, because this is an
easy answer. I'm not worried about those individuals. That's not
who I care about. I don't personally want to see
a tremendous amount of outreach to Democrats right now. We
need to focus on Republicans and getting as many Republicans
out to vote as possible on election day. There is
no point debating with Democrats right now. There's no point

(10:04):
in trying to convince Democrats to vote a different way.
When you look at the percentages of the individuals that
go and vote in every single election, there are votes
being left on the table for Republicans.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
That's true, that's where the focus is.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
I will say this though, simultaneously, while forty percent of
the electorate, which are the hardcore Democrats who you are
never going to change, You're never going to turn them over,
they're going to hate us, throw that to the wayside.
There are a bunch of bleeding heart liberal, compassionate voters
who think that these these dollars should probably go to
the vulnerable Minnesotans who actually need them, rather than fraudsters.

(10:36):
And they've been reaching out to us, and they're telling
me that they're going to be voting for a Republican
state auditor candidate in myself why because they're sick of
this too.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
But we have to we have to talk about it.

Speaker 4 (10:47):
We have to say, Look, if you're an autism center,
if you are needing substance abuse disorder treatments, if you
are needing housing stabilization services, you're going without them right
now because Democrats are so crappy at governing, and when
we go in there, we're going to make sure that
these these programs are tightened up and the money actually
goes to the people it needs.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
To go to.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Representative Elliott Ingen, thank you for the time this morning,
Thanks for having me.

Speaker 3 (11:10):
Man, It's going to be a while. Twenty twenty six,
Oh it sure is it? Sure is man.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
I was telling Melinda last night that this year has
been more draining in terms of like I've been looking
forward to vacation more so than I was even after
the election year that we had. This year has been
just a lot just there's been a lot more going on, yeah,
ever since Trump took office and under that.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
So thank you for what you do.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
And thanks for coming in this morning again running for
a state auditor. And next time most people will probably
be in the new year. So Merry Christmas and a
happy New Year you man and your family. Buddy, it
was great equation.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Coming up, we'll get to more of your comments from
the iHeartRadio app. So molly Man says he's an American
citizen after he speaks out after ICE detainment. Again, this
is the Democrats trying to reframe this argument that suddenly
now having a federal law enforcement agency arrest or detain
an American citizen is some in some ways, some sort

(12:04):
of issue we've never contended with. We'll get to the
details coming up, and your talk back of the day
brought to you by Many Leaf just after a thirty
here on Twin Cities News Talk AM eleven thirty and
one oh three five FM from the six y five
to one conference plus home of the next day install
studios on Twin Cities News Talk AM eleven thirty FM.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
One oh three point five and on the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 9 (12:36):
Good morning, John, Just kind of playing off of one
of the comments that you made about we need to
be speaking to Republicans and you know, likely Republican voters.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
What do you think is the proper way to a.

Speaker 9 (12:53):
Turnout the entire Republican voting base and then b activate
the grass roots that are leaning that direction.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
Thanks and have a good date.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
Well, the model would be, and there's no quick answer
to this, I'll just give you the short, radio palatable version,
in my opinion, for what it's worth, the model would
be last year's election, what the Trump team did nationally

(13:25):
in turning out the vote, in the efforts to get
individuals involved at the local level, to bring in voters
to the polling booth on election day. Small things for example,
like not being able to go and get yard signs
unless you bring in ten different individuals or names of

(13:46):
people that could go and possibly possibly vote. What people
have been reaching out to me over and we've mentioned
a few times on the show, there is a Trump
aligned organization out of Colorado that has been sending out
these mailers across the country, and in these mailers it
talks about getting on the permanent absentee ballot list.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
A lot of people have.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Concerns thinking this was Democrat efforts because typically you see
the Democrats going and using this as a means to
get people to go and vote. This isn't This is
Republicans trying to use Democrat tactics.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
To increase the vote.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
If you don't want to be on the permanent absentee
ballot list, you don't have to. Democrats have already used
this to their advantage, so the Republicans now are essentially
playing catch up and trying to get as many Republican
voters on the permanent absentee ballot list, and those would
typically be individuals that wouldn't be as likely inclined to
go vote on election day. It all happens at the

(14:45):
grassroots level.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
I'm just done with.

Speaker 2 (14:47):
We had a talk back that came in saying you
still got to reach independence, and sure, yes you have
to reach independence, but the number of independence available in
terms of the percentage, right, it's there, but it's not
that signific. But yes, you're right, but you can't go
compromising your views and values. There is no debate right
now with Democrats.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
There just isn't. So trying to spend any.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
Time being a moderate relating to Democrat issues or issues
that may lean there to bring people in.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
It's just not going to happen.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
So there's no simple answer to this, but that's where
the focus needs to be in my opinion. Further exposure
of what's taking place with the fraud. Being able to
articulate how complicated the issue is not beating up our
own over this. I understand the frustration, and it's valid
in a lot of cases. It's valid that there is
more that could There's always more that can be done

(15:38):
in politics, there's always more that could be done.

Speaker 3 (15:42):
You need to do as much as you can.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
But like we talked about with Representative Elliott Engen a
moment ago, we had those comments from Attorney Chris Maddele
regarding what he wants to see Republicans doing, And as
Engen pointed out, Republicans are doing that very thing that
Mattal was saying, and they are getting stone walled. But unfortunately,
because of the political dynamics here in Minnesota, where Democrats

(16:09):
still have a majority of power and Walls is still
sitting in the governor's office, they can stone wall and
there's no accountability for that. So ultimately you're back to
making sure you get as many bodies out to go
and vote as possible. That's where the change has to
take place. Yes, continue to hold Republicans accountable, to make

(16:32):
sure that they're using every tool available to them in
their toolbox to go and deal with this, but don't
throw the baby out with the bathwater in all of this,
and make sure you're supporting candidates that actually have a
chance to win. There's a lot of individuals out there
that may speak a really, really good game, but unfortunately

(16:54):
they've burned so many bridges with so many individuals and
turn so many people off.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
There never going to get elected.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
And while they may be right in the way that
they want to go and tackle things, but they're not
electable candidates.

Speaker 3 (17:07):
I know none of this is easy.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
I know everybody would like a surefire answer to all
of it, but it's just it's not in the cards.
All of it requires work, all of it requires effort,
and the most.

Speaker 3 (17:20):
Difficult part, in my opinion, is not.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
Going and tearing everybody down in the process of trying
to do what's right on our own side.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
And still I see it this morning. It's a bummer.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
If you don't like a particular candidate, great, but don't
tear them to shreds. They're still better than the alternatives
of what we've been dealing with, and we're never going
to be able to make inroads on any of these
issues relating to voter.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
Integrity, for example.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Or getting something really comprehensively done about fraud and holding
people accountable unless you get Republicans into office where they
have the power to actually go and do things, and
they can't be stone Wall, they can't be stopped. All right,
we'll get to your talk back of the day coming
up in just a moment. We'll turn our attention back

(18:09):
over to immigration. We have a follow up to the
activist yesterday, Sue Tincher.

Speaker 3 (18:16):
Who was detained.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
We have a brand new individual now who is playing
the pat actor role. This would be the performative activist Theatrics.
A guy that was detained by Ice is now making
the rounds and public appearances as if this issue of
a citizen being detained to something that has suddenly never
happened before in the history of law enforcement. I'll give

(18:41):
you the details next. Got a lot of audio to
share coming up on Twinsday's news Talk AM eleven thirty
and one h three five FM.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Don't go anywhere. You know what happened last night?

Speaker 2 (18:58):
I forgot to take my mini leaf night gummy. I
was wondering why I was having difficulty falling asleep, and
then I finally woke up at one point, I was like,
why am I waking up? And why can't I fall
back asleep? I was like, oh, I forgot to take
my Mini Leaf nightgummy, and then I did you know
what happened? I woke up feeling refreshed.

Speaker 3 (19:15):
Afterwards.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
I say all this because here on Twin Cities News
Talk from the six five to one carpet plus Next
Day install Studios, Mini Leaf, M I N N E
L EAF dot com is the sponsor of your talk
back of the day.

Speaker 8 (19:29):
In an oddball way, the Minnesota government is being run by.

Speaker 10 (19:33):
Artificial intelligence, because it certainly is a normal intelligence.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
That is your talk back of the day. Thank you, Joe.
Brought to you by Mini Leaf and mini leaf dot com.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
So yesterday we presented for you the story of the
performative activist theater actor Sue Tincher.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
Here's a portion of her story from Carol Levin.

Speaker 11 (19:57):
Meanwhile, in the last few hours, community members on minneapolis
Is North Side gathering rallying around an ICE observer who
was detained during a raid. Susan Tinsher said she arrived
at the raid at Oliver in twenty first Avenues around
six this morning and was asked by an agent who
she was, and the agent told her to back up.
She says she refused, and.

Speaker 12 (20:17):
I stood my ground. I just stood there on the sidewalk,
and other officers came up. Yeah, and I was thrown
to the ground, tightly handcuffed, put in an unmarked truck,
and driven to the Whipple building, where I was put
in leg shackles and held in a cell for four hours.

Speaker 3 (20:35):
Now that's what happens when you obstruct law enforcement.

Speaker 1 (20:42):
What she doing is illegal.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
You should really go and get upset at the individuals
around you who aren't bothering to help you.

Speaker 3 (20:49):
Instead just filming you getting hauled off, especially if this
is illegal.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
We have a new actor on the scene, however, only
man says he's an American citizen speaking out after ice detainment,
conveniently choosing as we go back and forth in this story,
when to refer to themselves as an American and when
to refer to themselves as a Somali, based off of

(21:16):
which is more politically advantageous for Democrats at the time. Now,
before I share with you the words of Mubsher who
said he showed his identification multiple times he was obstructing
law enforcement, let me give you a quick update on Sue,
because you see Sue was eventually released. Right She showed

(21:38):
up after getting an alert on her phone, according to
comments that she had with local media, rushed to the
scene to defend her neighbors being hauled away by Immigrations
and Customs enforcement. Who was Immigrations and Customs enforcement hauling away?

Speaker 3 (21:55):
We go to Fox.

Speaker 8 (21:56):
News, Hey, he assaulted the police officer, even attempted to
choke him and steal his weapon.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
Now he was picked up.

Speaker 8 (22:02):
He was arrested, but then released before Ice could file
a detainer. So yesterday they had to put together a
big special response team and going to the north side
of Minneapolis to get him.

Speaker 13 (22:13):
If there was no sanctuary policies in city like Minneapolis
and Saint Paul, we'd be able to get him.

Speaker 1 (22:19):
At the jail.

Speaker 13 (22:19):
But because they have those policies, we have to go
look for him at their house. And we go to
their house, We're going to arrest anybody.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
That's illegal in that house, and that's what they did.

Speaker 8 (22:28):
Two more guys I says or in the US illegally
were found in that house.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
They were swept up in the raid.

Speaker 8 (22:33):
People in the neighborhood started waking up and blowing whistles.
That drew a small crowd of protesters, and one of
the protesters put her hands on the ICE agent a
little bit of a shove, if you will, trying to
get through the perimeter. That was enough for her to
be zip tied and taken into federal custody, all of it,
instead of handing this individual over in the jail.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
Boy, you know, that certainly seems to be a much
different story than the one that Sue told originally when
she was just standing there as if she was minding
her her own business when.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
She got tackled.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
And interesting too from Fox News in that reporting how
they said that because of the sanctuary policies, there's another
way we can go and get these individuals. But unfortunately
Democrats Governor Tim Walls, Minneapolis Man Baby may Or Mom Jeans,
Jacob Frye. You have the police chief Brian O'Hara, and
they had these policies in place, which makes it so

(23:26):
ICE has to go to these individuals' homes to go
and deal with this. So yesterday the police chief was
expressing his frustration as ICE agents say they detained to
as he says that ICE agents detained a US citizen.
The chief calls their tactics questionable, doing that thing with
my fingers and unplanned, as he says, they're putting everyone
at safety, everyone's safety at risk. So this individual, this

(23:51):
move moobushar mub Bushier. There's video evidence of what transpired here.
He got in the way of ice officials, so Ice
officials hauled him off.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
He was detained, continued to resist a rest. You can
watch the videos online.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
I posted him on x And yet now he's become
another actor, performative activist, theater out there talking about his
arrowing experience of being taken into Ice detention.

Speaker 14 (24:22):
Posing an outside for mere seconds before, I seen a
mess person running at me full speed. He tackled me.
I told him I'm a US citizen. He didn't seem
to care. He dugged me outside.

Speaker 3 (24:33):
By the way really quick.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
Why would he care if you're obstructing law enforcement and
law enforcement has to take action against you. I love
this new alternate reality that Democrats are now creating, wherein
you just need to say that you're an American citizen
and they can't do anything to you.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
In what world is that supposed to happen?

Speaker 14 (24:51):
Huto snow while I was handcuffed, restrained, helpless, and he
pushed me to it round and he put me in
a chokehold and he said, when you're taking you into
Bishop Henry Allowing. I did my fingerprints and they finally
let me go. They said, no, you have to walk
in the snow. Eventually my parents team and picked me up.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Oh, he had to walk, and he had to walk
in the snow.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Can you imagine if our telling Linda that Welanda wanted
me to go and shovel the driving, but honey, I
have to go walk in the snow, she'd be like, yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:20):
And residents deserve better from the federal government.

Speaker 13 (25:24):
Random efforts in which individuals who are are being stopped
because they appear to be Latino or because they appear
to be Somali is wrong.

Speaker 3 (25:33):
That's not what's happening.

Speaker 14 (25:35):
What happened to me was unjust on called for.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
We're demanding accountability, immediate changes on how these operations are
being carried out. They have no argument on their side.
That's why they make up this garbage because they have
no defense for what is taking place. Four hundred arrests
have been made from the immigrations and customs enforcement uptick

(26:04):
here in Minnesota. All of those individuals we're here illegally
and can committed other crimes. Some of them were sex
offenders to minors. The Augsburg University student was a sex offender.
You've got domestic abuse, You've got drug trafficking. The list
goes on and on and on. And you have Governor

(26:27):
Tim Walls out there posting that all Trump wants is
a show. Sit on that for a second. Not like
we need to talk any worse about Walls. I think
he's already shown to be just to complete and utter disaster,
a blank show on. So it's really rich of him
calling Trump just wanting to do a show. But think

(26:49):
about what he's pushing back against. He's pushing back against
individuals who are criminals, not just illegally like in any
other circumstance. The rhymes that these individuals have committed. If
they were arrested by regular law enforcement, nobody would bad
an eye. They'd be like, good, lock that person up.

(27:11):
But because they're creating this false universe, this alternate universe
regarding immigration, they just completely ignore the crimes that these
individuals have committed for the sake of political expediency in
crafting these narratives, ridiculous narratives.

Speaker 3 (27:27):
Like I mentioned, I said that I was a citizen.
He just came.

Speaker 14 (27:31):
You just came after mosing an outside of mis stands before.
I've seen a mess person running at me full speed.
He tackled me. I told him I'm a US citizen.
He didn't seem to care.

Speaker 3 (27:41):
And that's not what happened. If you go and watch
the video, not even close. Hey John Greg here, good
morning guys, great show.

Speaker 7 (27:50):
If I'm speeding in a cop behind me, Do I
get to just keep going because I'm an American citizen
and not stop?

Speaker 1 (27:56):
Is that how this works?

Speaker 7 (27:57):
If I rob a store, I'm a cop asked me
to stop and tries to arrest me, I just get
to walk away because I'm an American citizen, even though
I'm breaking the law.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
Exactly.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
It doesn't make any rational sense, you know. I grabbed
a couple of posts online. There was one done by
this David Sawyer that I really really appreciated. I wanted
to share it, share it with you, you know. First off, though, again,
this is an ANTIIS individual from Minneapolis briefly detained by
federal immigration agents after refusing to comply with a request

(28:27):
to identify him.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
He shouldn't have interfered.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
He should have been respectful, he should have cooperated and
provided ID. And the person posting on x says it
in the video tells you all you need to know.
David Sawyer wrote this though I thought it was really interesting.
He says he's trying to understand the post, and it
was relating to the clip that I just shared of
this move Bashir guy. Trying to understand the post feels
like trying to read a map where north it changes

(28:53):
directions every five seconds. One moment he's a US citizen,
the next to uses Somali, And somehow we're expected to
pretend that those contradictions don't matter because the outrage demand's obedience.
It's the same dance, over and over and over again.
When it's useful, they say Americans. When it's useful, they
say they are Somali. It's the same thing that I
was identifying earlier. He just articulated it really well online.

(29:13):
When the President of Somalia visits, ilhan Omar refers to
him as our president. When convenient, the homeland is Somalia.
When convenient, the victimhood is American. The rest of us
are supposed to pretend the contradiction doesn't raise legitimate questions.
You lean on that contradiction because without the entire emotional

(29:34):
script you are trying to sell collapses. You cannot decide
whether he is a US citizen or Somali in the
political sense, you want your audience to hear, so you
bounce between the two depending on which version makes the
story sound more dramatic. It's not clarity, it's narrative engineering.
Before we even get to this spot. However, before we

(30:01):
even get to these incredibly relevant and cojed points, the
person in question obstructed the law. End the story, we
would not have any of the controversial issues that we're
dealing with right now relating to ICE conducting their lawful
business if it wasn't for what these activists are doing,

(30:23):
if it wasn't for Minneapolis Man Baby Me or Mom Jean's,
Jacob Fry, Governor Tim Walls, Keith Ellison, Minneapolis Police Chief
Brian O'Hara, and any other Democrat that's spoken up. The
DFL was trying all day yesterday online to make hay
out of this particular situation. If you didn't have these
activists showing up, no one would even know. Arrests and

(30:44):
warrants get issued and are successfully executed every single day.
Stephen Miller, talking to Fox News brought up some rap
What are interesting data points that I wanted to share
with you on the show this morning before you wrap
things up.

Speaker 10 (31:04):
Not only is the first generation unsuccessful against Somalia as
a clear example here, not only is the first generation unsuccessful,
but you see persistent issues in every subsequent generation. So
you see consistent high rates of welfare use, consistent high
rates of criminal activity, consistent failures to assimilate. But this
shouldn't be a surprise, will It's just common sense. If

(31:29):
Somaldians cannot make Somalia successful, why would we think that
the track will be any different in the United States?

Speaker 3 (31:35):
Go third world country by third world country.

Speaker 10 (31:38):
That was saying, look, there are people all over the
world that are great people, but you look at the society.
If Libya keeps failing, if the Central African Republic keeps failing,
if Somalia keeps failing, right, if these societies all over
the world continue to fail, you have to ask yourself
if you bring those societies into our I then give

(32:01):
them unlimited free welfare. What do we think is gonna happen?
You're gonna replicate the conditions that they left over and
over and over again.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
Let me stop here really quick. If people don't like
the facts of.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
This, if those in the left don't like the facts
of what is being detailed here, then stop trying to
use the facts to your own political gain. For example,
under the clip that I played of the move bus
year post, this was done by the DFL.

Speaker 3 (32:33):
The comment was, is a.

Speaker 2 (32:34):
US citizen lived in Minneapolis's whole life? He was tackled
handcuff taking into federal custody in his neighborhood. The reason
he's Somali, That wasn't the reason. That's a lie. He
obstructed law enforcement. Thank you so much for hanging out
