Speaker 1 (00:04):
All right, we have a plethora Sarah, plethora, yes, plethoro.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Plethora of talkbacks to get to.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Responding to the interview with gubernatorial candidate Attorney Chris maddle
I'll get to those in just a moment on Twin
Cities News Talk as we enter into our three tomorrow
on the show, David gartan Stein or Oss will be
talking AI. Time magazine could make artificial intelligence. It's Person
of the Year. It's not a person. There's a new

(00:37):
reality show apparently made up of AI. That's not reality,
well virtual, I guess. Also, the Department of War picks
an AI platform as a fighting force. So we'll talk
about those things and others, time permitting with David when
he joins us at six thirty tomorrow. Also Representative Elliott
Engen in studio at seven thirty.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Looking forward to that conversation.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Now, before I get to your comments on the interview
with dobinatorial candidate Chris Maddel, I want to go and
play this this game in last hour. It's a friend
of the show. kW kW is a friend of the show.
We don't agree politically a lot. He's been around for
a long time on this show, but I appreciate the
fact that you know, much like Chris was saying last hour,

(01:22):
Chris Maddele, you know, calling it as he sees it,
and he does.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
I don't deny that at all.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
kW does as well. He doesn't let the partisan politics
get in the way of his view. We don't agree,
but I appreciate his honesty and that he's rational and
level headed. This is what Kate w had to say
regarding the conversation last hour of the ICE operations going
on in the Twin Cities, including that woman who so
bravely stood in the way of ICE enforcement and then

(01:48):
got herself detained or the greatest moment of her life.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Good morning, This is kW. I from a great city
of Minneapolis. The greatest deporter in chief and the greatest
president of my lifetime, Rock Obama, and I think I
should give him a call because I'm pretty sure he'll
say there are things I like that ICE is doing,
but I just can do things a little bit better.
And plus the people need to just let ICE do
the job. And because it's a little bit of the job,

(02:16):
and let them make their mistakes, then we can be
poured on it. Thanks to great day in kW.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Again, I appreciate the honesty.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
We're going to agree to disagree, but I do appreciate
how rational, uh you you are.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
To that point.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
I had a lengthy conversation privileged to be on the
Sarah Westall podcast Sarah Westall dot com. She also has
a suspect a substack excuse me, sorry about that. You
can find her show on Rumble under Sarah Westall.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
That's the s a A r a H. Westall w
E S T A l L.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
We had about an hour long conversation talking about what
we've been discussing on the show, fraud, ice involvement, and
one of the things we got into too. Kw's point
is that because the activists are out there muddying the situation,
causing the chaos, if ice does go, if any law

(03:15):
enforcement official goes and acts outside of the bounds of
their authority, it's going to get lost in the shuffle
of all of this. Nobody's going to take it seriously.
I believe that immigrations and Customs enforcement, border patrol, law
enforcement do the best job that they can, but they're

(03:35):
not perfect. Mistakes do get made. I'm not going to
say otherwise. There's been documented cases of that, and if
any law enforcement official ACX is out acts outside their authority,
they should be held accountable for that. But with all
the chaos that's being created right now, to Kw's point
those different times, if it were to happen, they're going

(03:56):
to get lost, lost in all of the chaos and
confusion that the activists are are currently causing in the
wake of all these of these different warrants being served.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
So all right, before we get to walls not.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
In Minnesota traveling in the comments that he had to
say in front of a captive crowd twenty five hundred
dollars to attend to. Speaking of campaign donations, let's get
to some of your thoughts regarding the interview that we
just had with gubernatorial candidate and attorney Chris Maddel.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
Sold this guy running for governor donated to the DFL
because for his own self interest. Yeah, that's not a
guy I want run in the government.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
That's the people we got to get out of the government.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
Sorry, your answer was long winded, meandering, and it didn't
sound very truthful.

Speaker 5 (04:49):
Were Chris Mattel's saying the quiet part out loud that
our relationships and government are based in monetary donations? And
monetary value, so they're not actually serving the people. So
I'd like to know from Chris Mattel what he's going
to do to make sure that he can stop that
type of relationship happening between the people and the government.

(05:10):
This is a massive problem, and this is why we
have all the fraud in this state. This is why
we have distrust in our government system. They need to
get back to working for the people.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
You know. And the good news is, while I didn't
get a chance to ask him that question on the show,
the good news is there's going to be plenty of
time for further questions to be asked of all of
these gubernatorial candidates.

Speaker 6 (05:30):
Hi, John Jay Fromlake Though, thanks for having me Chris on.
I really appreciated here in his perspective, his answers to
your very well thought out questions, And I think that
that's a governor that I could get behind. If the
optics of a candidate are more important to some listeners,
then I don't know that I want their candidate. I
would like to see somebody like it Chris, who is
presenting some very actionable items that can make a big

(05:52):
difference and represent conservatism.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
No offense to this guy, But I keep waiting to
hear him say, you know.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
I'm a knucklehood.

Speaker 7 (06:03):
Sometimes this guy has no shot.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
No shot.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
I like a lot of what this guy is saying,
but that doesn't mean I want to reward him with
a seat in the Governor's office.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
But welcome to the party.

Speaker 8 (06:20):
Maybe I don't know that I would trust Attorney Chris John.
He says, how in God's name could you support Democrats
when Walls did what he did recently? I want to
know how could he have supported Walls given him a

(06:40):
bunch of money when Walls did what he did to us,
when he kept us in our homes and kept masks
on our faces and took away our rights and created
a snitch line.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
All right, thank you for the topbacks comments. Brought to
you by Lyndall Realty from the iHeart Radio app. So
I'm gonna play for you the audio, I'll comment and
on the I'll comment on the other side of the break,
but from the Mountain Democrat website.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
So I had to go.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
So I saw the clip of Walls at the Seattle
event and just peeling back the curtain here and you know,
playing the.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Role of Wizard of Oz.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
What I typically do is if I find a piece
of audio, especially from somebody prominent like Governor Tim Walls,
I tried to go and find a subsequent story to
go along with that. So I went looking to find out,
all right, is anybody talking about this event in Seattle.
Of course you had to go outside of Minnesota media
to find this out. So this comes from the Mountain Democrat.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walls, under fire for failing to prevent

(07:44):
massive fraud welfare scheme in his state, was in Seattle
on Tuesday, special guest to Governor Bob Ferguson's fundraising luncheon,
telling those in attendance that Somalis were being demonized and
vowing to bring more into his state.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
Though there's multiple clips.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Rolling around, the one you're gonna hear right now is
Walls up on stage at the beginning of his speech
before he introduces the Seattle Governor Bob Ferguson to the audience.
But there's another clip going around where he tells it's
exact same story of him just sitting around playing yatzi
with family members as individuals drive by his home and

(08:23):
yell the R word, which is now Ever since he's
brought it about. Even if it didn't happen before, well
it certainly he manifested it, because it's happening now. I've
watched the videos online, and again, people shouldn't. People shouldn't
do that. What a horrible thing for you guys to
go and do, to go by the governor's mansion and
yell the artword. Shame on, Shame on all of you.

(08:43):
Here's Walls from Seattle on Tuesday. We'll have more coming
up here on Twin City's News Talk.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
Thanks playing Yazi. You gave money and he's a.

Speaker 9 (08:52):
Nephew, you know me able a little bit on our
Yasi in our house and I get it by slur
from my president.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
What okay, wait a second, hold on, he changed it.
I didn't even pick up on that.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
I didn't even pick up on that until right now.
He changed the story. Originally, I gotta go find the audio.
Now we'll find it during the break. Okay, we gotta
find it during the break. Originally he said that people
were outside of his house. Maybe he gets back into it.

(09:34):
I know I stopped it too early. I've only had
a chance to previewed a couple of times.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
According to that.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Version, he was playing Yachtzi taking money from his eas's
and nephews, and there was a drive by of the
President posting online, all right, let me go ahead, and
maybe I'm missing it here, let me play it again,
playing Yazi.

Speaker 9 (10:00):
I'm a little bit at our yachts in our house,
and I get it drive by a slur from the president.

Speaker 10 (10:06):
What type of place had we gotten to when on
Thanksgiving the President of the United States is apparently questioned
in a room, ranting and calling random governors of the
RL if.

Speaker 11 (10:23):
That would be bad enough, then his failed songs.

Speaker 10 (10:26):
Add in and throw that stuff at my children, and
then they pile on.

Speaker 11 (10:33):
And start humanizing the entire community of Verse from all
that Union Minnesota that we're.

Speaker 10 (10:37):
Incredibly trout.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
And okay, I'm gonna stop it here. I found the
other clip.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
I'm going along here, and I apologize because he says
more on stage, not that it matters, but I just
I'm curious whether or not we've just caught him in
another lie because originally when he said this, and I'll
find the audio during the break, he said that he
was at home and people were outside of his home
saying the R word, and there he said it was
a drive by from the president. Here is the other

(11:06):
clip that I was referring to a moment ago at
the same event. He's not on stage. He's in the
middle of a crowd. That would be Governor Tim Walls.
Here on Twin City's News Talk.

Speaker 12 (11:13):
I state, are experiencing the pettiness of this this administration.
I always have to check myself because he brings out
the worst in me. Thanksgiving night, I'm minding my own business,
playing yachtzie with my relatives, and I get a drive
by slur from him, calling me seriously the R word.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
He light again.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Okay, we'll get into more of this coming up on
Twin Cities News Talk AM eleven thirty and one O
three five FM. If Governor Tim Walls's lips are moving,
the man is lying. It's all so incredibly stupid, evergreen
statement for the show, I assume. But so Walls isn't

(12:00):
in the state.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
I predicted as much.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Twin City's News Talk from the sixty five to one
carpet studio. I figured he was either going to go
media silent, claiming against the holidays, which is understandable, or
I always be fair, even I'm going on vacation after
next week on Thursday, Sorry guys here and talk show
hosting his time off too, or he was going to

(12:29):
leave town and he's left town.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
So he was in Seattle on Tuesday.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
We were just talking last hour with gubernatorial candidate and
attorney Chris Maddel, and he had mentioned that he spoke
to a friend on a flight out of San Francisco,
and apparently Walls was on that flight to San Francisco.
So I assume that we'll have more audio soon of
Governor Timballs at some event, maybe with Gavin Newsom, but
he's at this event for Governor Bob Ferguson in Seattle.

(12:58):
Washington State Convention Center drew more than a thousand supporters,
including table sponsors, who paid upwards of twenty five hundred
dollars to attend. So I grabbed the audio and let
me play for you. This is the remainder of the
clip when he was up on stage. Oh and I

(13:20):
ended up doing the wrong thing. I hit the wrong button.
We played it.

Speaker 10 (13:23):
Thanks Giving, need playing Yatzi.

Speaker 11 (13:26):
If you take.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
Money for my nephews, you know the diable a little
bit at our Yachtzi in our house.

Speaker 9 (13:33):
Can I get a drive by slur from the president.

Speaker 10 (13:37):
What type of place had we gotten to when one
Thanksgiving the President of the United States is apparently question.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
In a room Randy and calling.

Speaker 10 (13:50):
Random governors the r If that wouldn't.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
Be bad enough, then his failed songs add in and throw.

Speaker 10 (13:59):
That stuff in minds you, and then they pile on
and start humanizing the entire community versus and all.

Speaker 7 (14:06):
That union Minnesota they didn't.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Any So.

Speaker 11 (14:16):
The response to that, and I keep saying that when
you see a man like Bob person, accomplished, compassionate, a
dedicated by the games community, humble affect the compassion effect
you going back that So but.

Speaker 10 (14:33):
I mentioned earlier today, and I think now in this moment,
we need to be very clear about this with this governor,
with any Democratic governor, with any of us, these folks
better not ever mistake our kindness for weakness, because we're
going to stand there a breach, We're going to get neighborhood,

(14:56):
and we're going to activate things.

Speaker 9 (14:58):
The Mega deficts and so you know this.

Speaker 10 (15:01):
But I think it's important this moment brush together together
for us to figure out.

Speaker 9 (15:06):
I don't know how to do it because he said bring.

Speaker 7 (15:08):
Out the worship me.

Speaker 10 (15:09):
I hate when I get to that point where it
gets paid.

Speaker 11 (15:12):
I hate when the sense of anger comes among union.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
So this was all and so he does this, I'll
play the other clips. So this was him up on stage.
But he says this like this is all scripted. He's
got this all planned out, probably had somebody write up
the whole thing for him. But this whole idea of
all it just brings out the worst in me. This
is Governor Tim Walls's attempts to try to spin away

(15:38):
from any of the hypocrisy and what I'm about to
expose here as well, but the hypocrisy that plagues him
everywhere he goes, you know, him bringing in Trump's family members.
It's like he is he's trying to debate, He's trying

(16:00):
debate where his daughter puts up his ridiculous social media
videos all the time.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
He knows exactly what he is doing.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
But the antidote of.

Speaker 10 (16:11):
That is is positive actions to improve lives.

Speaker 11 (16:14):
They go against what they're trying to do.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
More and he never mentions, and of course he does,
and he never bothers to go and mention why the
whole Somali issue is here in the first place, bettering
people's lives. Billions of dollars have gone up and smoke
because of Walls's inability to have his government, his administration
tackle the issue when it started.

Speaker 4 (16:41):
Trump is brilliant. He lives in these Democrat heads and
all he has to do is say one thing and
listen to how they go off. He plays them like
a fiddle.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
I mean the fact that he is willing to steal
money from his nieces, and I guess that should make
me feel a little better that he's stealing my tax money.

Speaker 13 (17:06):
God Kim from Susaga City. This guy just can't help himself.
He's got to try to take money from everybody.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Good morning, John.

Speaker 14 (17:15):
As if Tim Walls couldn't gain more weird Now we
find out that he gambles with family on yacht.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Sea who gambles on yacht?

Speaker 1 (17:22):
See.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
Now, let's go back in time just briefly. I'm running behind.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
We're going to talk with Liz Collin from Alpha News
here in just a moment. But this was during the
press conference when Walls was laying out the economic future
of the state, how he had a small short term surplus,
but we're heading towards a further deficit.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
And he tells this story. This creates danger.

Speaker 11 (17:44):
And I'll tell you what.

Speaker 12 (17:45):
In my time on this, I'd never seen this before.
People driving my house by my house and using the
R word in front of people.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
This is shameful.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
And now suddenly that story has changed because it's not
a drive by of somebody in front of his house before.
Now it's a drive by posting of the president.

Speaker 12 (18:03):
My state are experiencing the pettiness of this this administration.
I always have to check myself because he brings out
the worst in me. Thanksgiving night, I'm mine of my
own business, playing yachtzie with my relatives, and I get
a drive by slur from him, calling me, seriously the
R word.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
Do you stand Bydick leave of calling to me? Yeah,
I think there's something wrong with you, got it, there's
something wrong with wolves.

Speaker 10 (18:30):
Enough man, his fail sums at in.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
So what was it?

Speaker 1 (18:36):
So was he lying about that too, because now it's
no longer individuals driving it is now people driving by
his home. But did that ever happen in the first place,
or did he just make up that whole story of
people outside of his home saying the R word, where
in reality, what he was telling the crowd in Seattle
was the truth, and what he was referring to was
a drive by posting of the president. He can't even

(19:00):
keep a simple criticism straight. That's what a wreck, Governor
Tim Walls is. All right, I'm grossly behind. I apologize
up front to Lizz Colin from Alpha News. Got a
lot to talk about with her from Alphanews dot org
and we will get to that next here on Twin
City's News Talk. A'm eleven thirty and one oh three

(19:22):
five FM. All right before we talk to Liz Collin,
and I know that I've kept her waiting already, so
my apologies. Twin City's News Talk from the sixty five
to one carpet plus some of the next day install studios.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
I do need to get in our talkback of the day.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
It's brought to you by minileafan minileaf dot com, taste
happy at m I N N E L e a
F dot com and a hearty congratulations.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
To Hans this morning.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
Buttering up always helps when it comes to the talkback
of the day.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
I have no shame about that.

Speaker 7 (20:03):
Yeah, I don't know John Man, but talk about hard
hitting questions. That's why I tune in every morning. You
would make me laugh and give me information. But he
had me up until Hey, I made Walls donations. I
made Steve Simon donations. I don't know game or not.
That's tough to get over. That shows lack of judgment.

(20:24):
I mean, I don't know. Walls is a weasel ever
since he ran Nebraska days. I have a great day
right now.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
That is your talk back of the day, brought to
you by Mini leafan MINILEAF dot com am I an
N E L e A f dot com.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
Head on over to the website and check that out. Listen.
I only learned in my time being here on.

Speaker 1 (20:40):
Twin Cities News talk to be able to dispense those
hard ending questions because of individuals who do it much
much better than I do, like Liz Colin from Alpha News.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
Good morning list, Good morning John. How are you never
a dull moment? My friend? Never adult?

Speaker 13 (20:57):
I know, I'm like, what remember was there ever a
time that we were like, oh, there's just nothing to
talk about?

Speaker 14 (21:02):
You know?

Speaker 13 (21:03):
You usually around this last few weeks.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
Yeah, usually this time of year is when things slow down.
As a matter of fact, I have the stack. I
may do it next week. I got them on the
air for four days next week and on vacation starting
Thursday next week. But I had this stack of stories
that I just have not been able to get to.
I may not even look at the news. I may
just go through that stack Monday through Thursday next week, just.

Speaker 2 (21:23):
To get through the pile of stick.

Speaker 13 (21:25):
Honestly, it's a good idea. I remember we would talk
about like studies about pets on the show sometimes or
you know, just just mindless chatter. But anyway, always good
to talk to you, and you know, I always wish
the news was perhaps a little bit better, but I
am appreciating I think the national spotlight on the state
of Minnesota.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
So before we dive into we've got a couple of
items here from Alpha Newsantalpha news dot org. I just
this little discovery that I just made. I don't know
if you heard it, but as I predicted, Walls was
either going to Tim Walls was either going to go
media silent or he was going to head out of town.

Speaker 2 (22:02):
And sure enough, he went out of town.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
So he's had the Seattle fundraiser, and suddenly now the
story of people saying the artwork the R word outside
of the Governor's mansion has changed, it's no longer individuals
driving by saying it. Now he's telling that crowd multiple
times that he's playing Yatzi taking money from his nieces
and nephews on Thanksgiving when there was a drive by
post from the President. So he can't even keep that

(22:26):
story straight.

Speaker 13 (22:28):
Yeah, it's weird. It's like it's it's like the guy lies,
I mean, like about I mean just honestly about everything.
But yeah, I know. Also it's you know, it seems
like the state in so many ways is up in
flames and this guy is just out on these these trips.
You hear he's having a hard time I think a
fundraising perhaps, so he's looking for some outside help. But yeah,

(22:54):
I caught that too. Just the discrepancies are amazing in
every story the guy tells you.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
You'd think, with Minnesota can knewing to dominate the headlines
regarding this issue, that he would be Now, these may
have been pre planned trips, so let's just be upfront,
they probably were. These things don't happen overnight, know, maybe
they do. Maybe I think maybe I shouldn't be giving
him too much credit, But you would think, though, that
he would be here to continue to take I'm sure
he's getting requests to do media interviews.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
You think he would be here to address this.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
In the meantime, individuals like yourself, you know me, you
know other friends of the show, Dustin, Gregie, you have Holstrom.
Everybody's out doing interviews talking about the state of Minnesota.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
But the governor is not even here for crying out loud.

Speaker 13 (23:34):
So anyway, yeah, actually, coming up this morning at nine,
we're going to be posting this. We went looking for
the governor and for Attorney General Keith Ellison at the
state Capitol, where these guys in theory are supposed to
be after our questions about fraud have gone unanswered frankly
for years at this point. So that's a fun story.

(23:56):
You can see what happened when we went to the capitol.
They were really excited to see me. I don't want
to give giveaway too much, Okay, but that's coming up
at nine o'clock on else the News, and we'll throw
it out on all our social channels as well.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
You know what, I'm gonna take just this quick moment.
I know, I know we do have other things to
talk about as well, but since we were talking walls
and looking for him. I forgot that. I had this
really quick clip of Trump from this event overnight.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
Would you mind if I play it real quick? Absolutely?
All right.

Speaker 1 (24:26):
So here's the President Donald Trump and he's once again
talking about Governor Tim wolves elan Omar and.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
The people from Somalia.

Speaker 15 (24:34):
They hate our country and they think with stupid people,
which actually when they allow that to happen, they are
that's headed by Governor Wallis, one of the dumber people around.

Speaker 2 (24:48):
Nobody's given, but think of it, he's given. Not like
penus billions.

Speaker 15 (24:53):
These are people that don't work in their own country.
Their own country's are fans, They have no money, and
yet they come into country and steal tens of billions
of dollars. How stupid are we to allow that to happen.
They can't earn ten cents in their country.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
They come over here and rob, are we that easy?
Are we that easy to allow the things like that?
Apparently we are.

Speaker 15 (25:18):
That's up to you. And look at what's going on
in North Carolina.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Almost you just uh, you know what you got.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
You got to appreciate Trump never, I mean, we always
kind of hope this is would happened. But here we
are where you have the President calling out Walls's and
elon Omar is being stupid.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
So that's fantastic.

Speaker 13 (25:38):
I haven't heard that one. Thanks for the thanks for
the heads up. Oh and also yes, thank you for
having Chris on this morning. And enjoyed that Chris has
become a friend. The guy's a fighter. I knew you
had to ask him the questions. I understand that. Appreciate
the job you do. Obviously, the guy's a problem solver,
so I appreciate that the time you gave him, and

(26:00):
I know he kind of goes into this story we're
going to talk about since more people are coming after
Alpha News and Chrisis saved us at every turn, So
we're grateful for his representation, that's for sure.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
Well let's get into the let's get into this.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
So a former Elka River English teacher who wrote that
Karma's a witch with a bee. I'll keep it clean.
We're later in the show, a witch with a bee.
After the news broke of Charlie Kirk's assassination, is now
demanding that you Alpha News to lead all of your
coverage of her Facebook post, claiming that the outlet, not

(26:32):
her words, caused her unemployment and the backlash that followed.

Speaker 13 (26:38):
Yeah, so we were doing quite a few of these
stories in the wake of Charlie Kirk, whether it's people
in medicine, their teachers, taxpayer funded folks. In many cases
we thought, hey, this is newsworthy. Do you really know
the depths of some of these people. And again, these
are public pages, you know, whether it be Facebook, Instagram,

(26:59):
a few came from. But sort of cheering on his death,
it was you know, you were doing a lot of that.
I know as well, John talking about it because obviously
the rest of the media was silent. But if it
was flipped, we know how, we know how that would be.
So I guess this gal, this English teacher, she says
she had to leave her job, she was fired. She

(27:19):
basically replied to someone's post that, yeah, the karma is
a is a witch, as you've said with a be
And now we get this legal demand that we need to,
you know, scrub the story essentially, and Chris went ahead
and fired back with a bit of a response, but

(27:41):
you know, saying that the public teacher posting this was
not just inappropriate, it was grotesque. Anyone with a shred
of decency notes you do not cheer on a killing
and the fact that the taxpayer funded educator thought it
was clever to broadcast that filth online is astonishing. Teachers
are supposed to set an example, yet your client showcase
judgments so warped and mean spirited that it calls into

(28:04):
question not just her professionalism but her basic fitness to
stand in front of a classroom at all. So I
think mister Chris maddele made it clear we will not
be taking down the story at all, and perhaps this
just kicked it all up for her again. But yeah,
no one believed in free speech more than more than
us over at Alphanus. But I don't know that you know,

(28:25):
you don't have the freedom to do this and not
face consequences at your job. I mean, it's just the
way it is.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
Yeah, it doesn't seem like she has any legal standing.
And until your point of what you just mentioned, which
I always find utterly ridiculous about circumstances like this, is
that really all you're going to end up doing in
the end is drawing more attention to the initial thing
that you did that you're upset about. I just don't
make it once again on the show.

Speaker 2 (28:49):
Make it make sense?

Speaker 13 (28:52):
Yeah, and I think Chris reminded her in the letter too, Hey,
this didn't really work out last time ELPHA News was
sued and Katie Blackwell had to go ahead and pay
attorneys fees, and the judge found that, you know, everything
to be substantially true in the book and documentary. So anyway,
that's the story up at ELP.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
The News got that was a seventy five thousand dollars
in attorney's fees.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
That's a that's a chunk of that is still a
lot of money.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
I know we get lost in the mire of billions,
but seventy five thousand dollars, that's still a significant chunk
of change.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
Yeah, all right, let's go here.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
And I was really appreciative of this interview that you
did on the issue of the money leaving MSP. This
certainly got brought back to the forefront in the wake
of that Christopherufo and Thorpe City Journal article of taxpayer
dollars heading over to potentially land in the hands of

(29:45):
terrorist organizations. And this was one of the circumstances in
which I've cited many times on various news outlets of
when I'm asked and I know you're asked you know,
how often have you known about this going on?

Speaker 2 (29:57):
It's like, well, it goes back a couple of years.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
So talk about this interview with a we're a TSA agent,
you know, providing further details on this story that we've
all been referencing in light of the recent revelations.

Speaker 13 (30:08):
Yeah, Liz Jackska is her name. She retired a few
years ago now, but worked for five years as a
TSA agent at MSP and she's like, Liz, this has
been going on. I was there for five years and
she's like, Honestly, I estimate that every week at least
I saw two Somali men, sometimes the same, sometimes different,
come in with a carry on filled with cash, and

(30:31):
they knew it well. As tsagents. It would be between two.

Speaker 2 (30:34):
To three million dollars in.

Speaker 13 (30:35):
Cash and it would have to go to a special room.
They would check it out, fill out paperwork. They all thought,
you know, this is crazy. Among her colleagues, they would
talk about it and this made news. I was at
CCO at the time. I remember it well, but it
was twenty eighteen. Fox nine did a story and Ben
you had, you know, Jason Lewis, there's some of this

(30:58):
that has now trickled out again. People do think this
is a new phenomenon, but absolutely not. It's been. It's
really been in the news for years. I think the
frustrating part is that what the heck is you know,
being done, But this this former TS agent just kind
of came forward and to tell her story, not only
the cash John, but she talks about at one point

(31:19):
she saw passports an entire carrey, I'm filled with passports
and she has not felt good about this for years,
and then all this you know, national attention being kicked
up here recently. She just kind of wanted to, you know,
tell her story and just to say, hey, if there's
a you know, a fresh set of eyes that can
look at what the heck is going on here in Minnesota,
you know, I'd be happy to provide more information. And

(31:40):
since that interview too, I've heard from many tsagents, some
who are currently employed at the airport to say that
this is an ongoing, an ongoing thing. So she had
a lot to say encourage folks to listen to that
conversation on Liz Colin Reports. The podcast is available on
all of podcast platforms. Best though to subscribe to our

(32:01):
YouTube channel. ELSA News mm.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
Well, and to that point of the other TSA agents
coming forward, Not that you need to divulge any of
it here, but I'm just wondering, you know what, are
you receiving a lot of different tips on these various
issues that are dominating national news headline since all of
this broke.

Speaker 13 (32:20):
Oh, we have just been flooded. And even even before
this became a national story, you know, we've been doing
a lot on fraud. Excuse me, but yeah, whether it
be empty empty buildings. You had a recent conversation that
that was pretty interesting that I actually spoke about on Newsmax,
but with a commercial real estate broker who talked about,

(32:41):
you know, you thought that this would slow down, but
she's contacted. She said, I mean bombarded is how she
actually described it. Those were those were her words with
people just looking for, you know, buildings, whether it be
for transportation companies, autism centers, adult daycares. And she says
in some cases they will just admit it to her

(33:01):
that they just want an address in case they're audited
by the state of Minnesota. I mean, this is how
this is, how out of the open and obvious this
all this all seems to be, And she reached out,
just saying, you know, hey, this hasn't flowed down. In fact,
it's kind of just given.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
The green light for more of.

Speaker 13 (33:19):
It to happen. And it's really really troubling. I mean,
I don't mean to make to make light of it,
but I just want to be honest as to what
we're hearing and what we're seeing.

Speaker 2 (33:30):
I want everybody to a head on over to alphanews
dot org.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
There's a couple of stories we don't have a chance
to talk about now is we've got to wrap things up.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
I'll certainly be covering them on tomorrow's show.

Speaker 1 (33:38):
The MPs Minneapolis Public Schools gets transportation company a new
multimillion dollar contract despite major discrepancies. Also, we mentioned this
briefly and I'll cover it further. One of the first
Department of Correction inmates released under the new program is
now a oneted fugitive. So those are both available at

(33:59):
Alpha news Org. Liz, as always, thank you so much
for the time. Let's do it one more time next
week on Wednesday before the Christmas break, And thanks for
joining me this morning before.

Speaker 13 (34:09):
You go on vacation. Good for you, lucky guy. Yes's
great to be on with you.

Speaker 10 (34:12):
John.

Speaker 13 (34:13):
You have a great Wednesday, my friend.

Speaker 2 (34:14):
Thanks, we'll talk to you soon. I'm a new one. Spike.
This in really quick from the talkbacks.

Speaker 14 (34:19):
For those that are comments. Magivie on Christmas. I don't Hey,
he made some donations because when you're attorney and you're
trying to get into the field and build find hell,
you have to make donations like that. Did he make mistakes, Yeah,
and he's admitting to it. But what he does moving forward,
we've seen with Tooper Landergun how he fought against the machine,
the liberal machine. So if you're going to make your

(34:40):
opinion on that, well, good luck to you. But everybody
makes mistakes, and I think if we've probably looked in
your background, you probably made some stupid decisions on that
he didn't make.

Speaker 2 (34:50):
To make it personal. Listen.

Speaker 1 (34:52):
If you missed that interview, be sure to check out
the podcast hour two. You can catch all three hours
on the iHeart or radio app. I hope you enjoy
the rest of your day and I'll talk key guys
tomorrow morning starting at six zero six. Have a great Wednesday,
Be careful on the roads.

Speaker 6 (35:05):
Bye.
