that what the really valued franchises do? And I get

But what separates I think those cute little teams from
the teams that are really, really successful and consistent franchises

everything's great here. How about we make the postseason just
two years in a row. I'm not even asking that you

make a run, but that you make the postseason two
or three years in a row, or six out of

Before we celebrate all of our accomplishments and how stable
we are and how wonderful we are, and how well
we work together and how collaborative we are, because we're
gonna have to start a whole new streak again next year,

playoffs for one consecutive year again, which is what we
tend we've tended to do post Danny.

We've really been trading off of, Yes, the eighties and
nineties consistency.

There haven't been many bottom out years, right, There's only

and ten, so those are pretty bad. But there three

Yes, that was Frasier's first year as the full time coach,
because Children's got fired in the six and ten.

So, but we've been trading off the fact that they've
been pretty solid for a really long time. Yeah, those
numbers would kind of suggest otherwise we're just kind of
a team.

We're better than that, and we know we can come
out of No, you're not come out of nowhere. We
can have a good year in a row and then
the next year the bottom falls out and then we
get I mean, you can always look at it as like, wow,
but we're good at recovering.

It's the Vikings, for God's sake, it should be a
yawn when.

what they do. I mean, there are some teams are
they not in fall of this classification? And pretty much
it's a given they're going to make the postseason year
after year. Kansas City obviously doesn't. Buffalo make it pretty
much every year they do, they have since Josh Allen
got there. I know they've been a little more up
and down. I guess this year I have to check

the Packers. How many times have the Packers in the
last twenty years made the playoffs? It even as much
as little as two straight seasons. I'm not sure Gerby
will be able to answer, but I think a decent
amount of a. Yeah, so we're not half what we're
cracked up to be, and I don't want us to
forget that. In sort of this nap time period we're

in now where no outcome matters, no game is going
to mean anything the rest of the season, including the
game that played on Christmas Day, which, by the way,
it sounds more and more to me that we're kind
of wedging in a football game during a concert, right,
I mean, how many concerts are we having on Christmas?

I know that's national and we got to do it.

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole.
