Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, everyone, Brian Johnson here. No, not the lead singer
of ACDC, or the virgin from the Breakfast Club, or
the journeyman placekicker who's probably in the XFL by now.
This is the Brian Johnson who has been a co
host on Fantasy Football Weekly for eleven years. As most
of you know by now, Paul Charching and the rest
of the FFW crew are no longer on the show.

(00:22):
This is an unprecedented change. Replacing charts and replicating FFW
as you know it is virtually an impossible task. But
the show must go on, and we're going to mix
things up a little bit. I'm excited to bring you
the reboot of Fantasy Football Weekly. Cory, Feraz and John
are all veterans of this industry and we're going to

(00:42):
continue to help you win funds and have fun with
the game. We all still love fantasy football and yeah,
we'll have some nuggets for you gamblers as well. So
to all those tuned in, thanks for being here, and
let's finally get down to it and talk some ball.
Week twelve, Fantasy Football Weekly is Dak Prescott would say,

am Corey Parson, the Fantasy Executive. I've been doing this
for a little while, kind of a vettermin of source
as they would say, but the truth be so, I'm
glad to be back in the saddle seat, getting us
ready for the ending and the playoff run of your
fantasy football season. My man, Brian Johnson, what's going on

(02:31):
with you?

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Boys? It's an honor to be here, Corey john for us.
I'm excited to keep this show going. I know it's
a big change, but we got we got big things
in store. You guys bring a ton of awesome insight
and analysis that I'm already blown away by. So I'm
excited to get this new chapter going. We got a
big slate here for week twelve, so let's dive into it,

(02:53):
shall we.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Yes, and let's hop into that big slate. Now we
are looking at week twelve, we are getting closer and
closer to the beginning of the Fantasy football playoffs, and
you got to be in it to win it. So
every matchup every week right now is going to be
very critical on your journey to fantasy football greatness. Now
coming up over the course of the program. What we
are going to do is we're going to break down

(03:14):
every matchup for Week twelve. Our analysts are also going
to break down every position group, giving you kind of
a ranking on their playability for the upcoming week. That
should be all we need to get you set ready
to rock and roll, get some injury information and everything
that you need. We got you covered. So let's start
off with a matchup that should have a lot of

(03:35):
Fantasy football fireworks. That is the game between the Tampa
Bay Buccaneers and the Los Angeles Rams, two of the
better teams in the NFC, and Brian, I want to
start things off with you as we break down the
quarterback position in this game.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Yeah, big time. Matchup on Sunday night very well could
be a preview of the NFC Championship starting with Baker
Mayfield Robert Sartin. We're raiding players on a star grade. Boy,
I'm giving Baker two point five stars out of four.
Gotta love Baker still an MVP candidate following the Buffalo loss.
Of course, I can only imagine the numbers Baker would

(04:11):
be putting up if he had all of his weapons
healthy this season. Like Evans a Mecca, Buca, Chris Godwin,
even Jalen McMillan for those who remember, hasn't had that
still putting up huge numbers. But I hate the matchup
here for Baker in LA against the Rams, who have
allowed multiple touchdown passes in just three games this year.
A mere four passing touchdowns surrendered across five total home games.

(04:35):
Not a smash spot at all. Baker did fill it
up last week in Buffalo. The rushing touchdown really helped
that in the rushing yardage. Can't bank on that from Baker,
not saying bencham, but two point five stars means there
might be someone streamable out there, and I think we'll
un earth some quarterbacks who could fit that bill later
in the show. And over to Matt Stafford, this won't

(04:57):
take long. Easy four stars for Stafford coming off a
brutal matchup against Seattle, much softer place to land here
at home against Tampa Bay who have surrendered five touchdown
passes over the last two weeks to Drake May and
Josh Allen. Matt Stafford clearly in that class, So easy
four stars for Stafford throwing to Puca and DeVante Adams,

(05:19):
who will talk about more in a second here, but
that's all I got for quarter at quarterbacks, fellas all.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Right, John, Let's head over to the running back position,
where we got an interesting name, Sean Tucker. Coming off
a good week last week. How do we look at
the running backs in this contest right here?

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Yeah, Tucker's a definite star, but I've only got him
at two and a half stars opposed to three. Brian
started touching on the difficulty facing the rams. That front
seven is in absolute nightmare. But anytime you're in a
fifty point game total, you're gonna want the RB one
out there. Bucks coordinator Josh Gizzard said he deserves more
carries if you see that last week he was out snapped,

(05:55):
though he did out touch Rashard White twenty one to twelve.
He also got all of the gold to gold attempts.
So these are two and a half stars. But again
he got to pump the brakes into three because Mashad
White is still getting the passwork and the two minute
drive stuff. Flipped to kyn I think the rumors of
his demise might be greatly exaggerated. He's got my three
star mark. He's still the man in LA. I think
we kind of had a bit of a false flipping

(06:17):
in we saw the snap count draw closer, but he
still got at least two thirds of the touches since
week seven and eighty percent or more of the snaps
whenever they're up three points. Not to knockorm, I think
he's one of the premier handcuffs to having the game.
He's the only other ram with to touch this season,
So I think you roll out the starters and kind
of maybe avoid the other guys.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Interesting stuff right there for roz De wide receivers in
this game, you got some star names, you got some
big time guys, and you also have a player that's
underachieving right now in Fantasy circles and Pook and the
cool one hundred percent.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
Let's start with the Bucks and Mecca Abuka, you know him,
and really the entire Bucks passing game, including Baker Mayfield
last week rough Day only five catches for forty yards
for Igbuca last week, but he still had nine targets. Right,
he still had a thirty five percent target share, And yes,
he hasn't been the same guy as early in the year,
but he's getting more attention from defenses at this point.

(07:11):
So we got to live with it, right. The good
news is that he's getting an elite wide receiver one
like target share over thirty percent in each of his
last three games. And listen, while the Rams defense is good,
they're middle of the pack against wide receivers, so not
a matchup that you want to stay away from by
any means. They're actually allowing the seventh most receptions per game,
the tenth most receiving yards per game to wide receivers.

(07:32):
And also the Rams play way more zone coverage than
man coverage, and Baker has the fourth highest yards per
dropback against zone.

Speaker 5 (07:39):
So maybe not as bad.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
But you know, with Vegas expecting the Pug the Bucks
to be chasing points a bit, you know the fact
that it's really tough to run against the Rams, maybe
a little bit of a pass funnel here. As a result,
quarterbacks have been averaging the fifth most attempts against them,
So we could see that volume be there for Igbuca
this week. That's all we can really ask for. So
I want to go three and a half stars out
of four this week. And now, as far as these

(08:04):
other wide receivers are, the Bucks, we got a full
practice for Chris Godwin this week love to see that
for him. It looks like he'll be good to go
this week. Now, I don't feel super comfortable throwing him
in my lineup in his first game back, treating him
as a flex play if I don't really have many options. Now,
what's going to be interesting for me is whether they
keep Teses Johnson in as the flanker. It's been Sterling

(08:24):
Shepherd as a slot and that's the role that Chris
Gowin will be taken on. And I'm really hoping that
that's the case because tes has been doing his thing.

Speaker 5 (08:31):
Now.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
The Rams have given up the third most Fantasy points
of slot receivers this year, So Chris Godwin would be
the one that I choose if I had to choose
between one of those two guys and Gowen. You know,
he's like, what the heck type of flex. One out
of five stars for Chris Godwin in his first game back.
Now on the Rams side of the ball, we're talking,
you know, two four stars out of four with Pukunakua

(08:53):
and DeVonta Adams pretty easily. But one interesting to note
here is that we've noticed, like Corey said, over the
past few weeks, is that the Rams are running a
lot more three tight end sets right thirteen personnel, which
is actually reducing Puka's time on the field. So since
the Week nine byes that they had, Puka has run
a route on only sixty seven percent of Matthew Stafford's dropbacks.

(09:14):
That's reduced his target share to only twenty four percent
during this three week span. It hasn't really affected to
DeVonta Adams as much because he's their extra receiver. He's
on the field no matter what. But you're still starting
him against a Bucks team that's given up the fifth
most fantasy points of game two wide receivers over the
last four weeks. You're obviously starting all these guys. DeVonta
Adams is basically their goal line back, you know, with

(09:36):
eighteen end zone targets this year, ten of them have
turned into touchdowns and no wide receivers even closed. So,
like I said, four out of four stars for both
of these Rams wide receivers.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
I and Brian bring us home with the tight end
position in this game right here.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
Yeah, let's put a bow on this one. Start with
Kate Ott and you give them two and a half stars.
Really has delivered double digit PPR points in five of
his last six starts, and I like his chances to
do the same in this one against the Rams. The
tight end usage against LA has been off the charts
over the last two weeks. Last week, the Seattle tight
ends combined for thirteen targets ten catches. The week before

(10:12):
eleven targets, eleven catches for the forty nine Ers tight end.
So two point five stars for Kate Otten And even
though the Rams four man platoon of tight ends is
down to three with Tyler Higbee on IR, we can't
play Russian Roulette here with the Rams tight ends. We're
giving them all. I'm gonna go zero stars. First zero
star rating in the reboot history, zero confidence, Serence Ferguson

(10:36):
Brian n Well in Dynasty. Maybe for Ozmon, that's not
this week, Honestly. If I have to pick one, it's
Colby Parkinson, just because his route participation percentage slightly higher
than the other two. But yeah, there's better places to
look at tight end than the Rams this.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
Week, All right, Brian, good stuff. Now let's go back
to about twelve weeks ago when the NFL season first started.
It started with the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles, Well,
this week we get part two as the Philadelphia Eagles
travel down the Big D to take on the Dallas
Cowboys and John the quarterbacks. In this matchup, one are
two names that we know well, Dak Prescott and Jalen Hurts.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
Yeah, I got a pair a two and a half
stars starts. I think you have to start him with confidence,
even though I'll be honest, I'm always a little uneasy
when I'm this far off from the Vegas totals. This
is the highest total on the board at fifty one
and a half. I'm gonna be honest, I'm not really
seeing it. Maybe a boomer take, kind of a divisional
rock fight, I see more. I think both of the
defenses are maybe a little bit better than we think.

(11:36):
Eagles on paper and on tape are really good. I
don't think Dallas is as bad as maybe the spreadsheet says.
To Jalen Hurts, he's taken a lot of flak. I
think it might be unwarranted. Phillies fans have probably been
a little spoiled having the best roster top down for
the last few years. Hurts is at twenty Fantasy Sports
a game sixteen tds to one pick one oh seven
QBR and plus nine aards per tentph Those all kind

(11:57):
of checkout under the hood. I think it's wheels up,
even if it's not always sunny in Philadelphia with the
missing two really critical pieces. The on off splits for
the Eagles without Lane Johnson are ridiculous in terms of
EPA and success rate. I don't think it's over. They've
had trouble in the trenches. Maybe we see a little
more roll out, maybe more shotgun to allow routes to
develop in the Philadelphia and Dallas has been gettable in

(12:19):
the secondary. And then Dallas and Dak Prescott he's slinging it.
The only reason he's not at three stars are above
is because of the tough match of Philly. That defense
is really carrying them and could be really that force
multiplier down the stretch and into the playoff run. Dak
third and completion rate. He's leading the NFL and EPA
against his own and they have the third most drops
as Dallas. He's the QB three off the buy. So

(12:42):
I do see the potential for the scoring, but I
still think we're gonna see more stops than touchdowns. So
I like him. You're not gonna find a better replacement
on the wave wire. But I'm tempering expectations for the quarterbacks.

Speaker 2 (12:53):
In this one. Interesting stuff right there, Paraz. The running
backs are kind of set and stall on. That really
too much to discuss here, but go ahead and give
us a breakdown of the running backs on this matchup
between these divisional rivals.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Yeah, pretty much, not much to say, but I will
I will say this, man. We drafted Saquon Barkley to
be an elite running back and he simply hasn't been
that this year. Only four percent of his carriers have
gone longer than fifteen yards this year. That's the middle
of the pack. You compared that what he to what
he did last year when he was at the top
of the pack at seven point two percent. But the
offensive line hasn't been good like as you mentioned, Lady Johnson, uh,

(13:29):
and that that's not helping at all. But the good
news for Saquon is that the matchups is starting to
lighten up a bit, you know, moving forward, and that's
starting this week against Dallas. Fifth most Fantasy points per
game given up. They're giving up over five yards per
carry to running backs over the last four weeks, so
we have reason to be optimistic for Saquon this week
and potentially moving forward. So this week, four out of

(13:50):
four stars for Saquon. And on the other side of
the ball, Javonte Williams. He hasn't found the end zone
in two straight weeks. But the other thing that, you know,
the other thing that we really have to keep in
mind is that he's had only one catch in each
of the last four games. He had five catches the
week before this stretch, and these four weeks have been
the weeks after Ceed Lamb has returned to the lineup,
So a bit of an underrated casualty of CD Lamb

(14:12):
being backed. And now on paper, you look at the
matchup and it's done so bad with Philly in terms
of being middle of the pack giving up fantasy points,
but they're actually giving up only three point five yards
per character running backs over the last four weeks. That's
third best in the NFL during that span. But listen,
regardless of the matchup, Jefonte is in your lineup. He's
six in the NFL in terms of expected Fantasy points

(14:34):
per game this year, and by the way, without those targets,
he's down at fourteenth most but regardless, he has a
little bit of a dip lately, but he's still one
hundred percent in your lineup. I'm gonna give Jamonte three
and a half stars out of four this week.

Speaker 2 (14:47):
Now, Brian nowI receiver was in this matchup. Very interesting.
You got AJ Brown, who is constantly in the news,
and then you got George Pickens, which was a fantastic
pickup by the Dallas Cowboys.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
Yeah, no doubt We'll get the Pickens in a second.
And how bad that Pittsburgh blew that trade. But anyway,
back to AJ Brown, like you alluded to, Corey, of course,
he comes through last week in the game right before
the game where he says don't play him in your
fantasy lineup, but got a plan this week coming off
the squeaky wheel somewhat of a squeaky wheel game. Didn't
give AJ Brown three stars and Devonte Smith I'm with John,

(15:23):
so they both have three star potential, but they're both
not gonna both have three star outcome. I'm with John
where i think I'm leaning just the unders in general
in this game, but they both have three star potential
against the Cowboys. AJ Brown and Davonte Smith do, but
I prefer Smith a little more, who crushes zone coverage,
which Dallas deploys at the second highest clip in the

(15:44):
league eighty percent of the time. Dallas plays zone on defense,
and AJ Brown leads the Eagles and targets per route
run and yards per route run against zone coverage. AJ
Brown somewhat struggles, but I still give both three stars.
But I like DeVante Smith a little more. If you
must pick one over to the Cowboys side, Yeah, we
got to start with George Pickens over CD Lamb. Just

(16:05):
on an absolute sun run right now since Week two. Pickens'
worst game from a PPR perspective was when Dallas routed
Washington in Week ten and he had four catches for
eighty two scoreless yards. That's a pretty good game, but
that's his worst game. That said, his Pickens' worst game
did come in Week one against the Eagles, whose secondary

(16:26):
has been stifling opposing wide receivers all season, holding them
to twelve catches one hundred and fifty yards per game.
Not great numbers, not awful, but just not a lot
to go around for both he and CD Lamb. So
I just got three stars on both. Like Smith and
AJ Brown, they both have the potential, but they're unlikely
both to get there because I do think, like John said,

(16:47):
this is kind of a divisional rock fight on the horizon.
So just three stars for both Pickens and CD.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
All right, John, go ahead and bring us home on
a tight end position in this matchup.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Yeah, Titan's pretty simple. Dallas got You gotta roll him
out three stars. He's the overall time six. He has
three top five finishes, two of them are as the
number one, So in today's economy, you just gotta roll
that out. Though again, Dallas's defense maybe not as bad
as the year to date stats by tay Quinnon. Williams
is gonna add a boost to that front no matter what, though,
Dallas has given up six receptions up per game to

(17:19):
the tight end, so you gotta start Cartered. It's Ferguson.
I'm probably a little bit colder on. I have him
down at two stars. Yes, we saw that short term breakout,
but that was missing one of the kind of prevalent weapons.
So I think since CD is back in the lineup,
Ferguson maybe back to those preseason expectations. Four and a
quarter of targets per game, just a thirteen percent target
per route run. Though I would not drop him even

(17:42):
if I like other streamers more. I think this iteration
of Jake Ferguson on these Cowboys are one of the
rare instances where you kind of stansh this guy. I
might stream ought and over him, but you want to
stant him because if something happens to one of those
Dallas wideouts, you're talking about another kind of wide receiver
two out of your tas.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
All right, we are off and rolling right here on
the brand new Fantasy Football Weekly. Jonathan Taylor has been
having a fantastic season. Will that continue? Will break down
coach Chiefs when we come back right here on Fantasy
Football Weekly. All right, back up in natal Fantasy Football Weekly.

(18:56):
Right here, I Heeart Radio, Corey Torts from the Fantasy
executive John ged Brian Johnson for Rod SIDEKI. Let's hop
right into it. Big matchup AFC Indianapolis Colts Kansas City Chiefs.
I want to start with the quarterback position. Why I
tell you what. Daniel Jones leaves New York, and I
guess you know, like a lot of athletes, when they

(19:19):
leave New York, they try and there they find their
true being. And of course the other quarterback you know,
we call him the Boogeyman one. Mister Patrick Mahomes.

Speaker 4 (19:28):
Corey, you can't set me up like that, man, All
these New York quarterbacks leaving, every team leaving New York.

Speaker 5 (19:33):
I cannot stand it. I can't.

Speaker 4 (19:34):
I can't really can't. Anyway, two down games for Patrick
Mahomes at this point in Buffalo, in Denver.

Speaker 5 (19:40):
But he was straight up balling before that.

Speaker 4 (19:42):
He was QB one fantasy per game, Fantasy points per
game going into Week nine against the Bills before his
buy tough matchup in Denver obviously last week. Now he
gets Indy at home. They're allowing the seventh most passing
yards per game to opposing quarterbacks. On paper, you might say, like, wow,
the Colts really tighten up on defense, But the last
four weeks they went against cam Ward, Aaron Rodgers, Michael Pennix.

(20:05):
Right before that, Justin Herbert threw for four hundred and
twenty yards and three touchdowns. So I think Mahomes will
be just fine in this one. He's obviously in your
line up. Four stars out of four for Mahomes. Now
on the cold side, Daniel Jones, a little injury scare
popped up on the injury report on Thursday with a
calf injury. Turns out it's actually a fibular injury, but
he is good to go. Shane Stecken said, he should

(20:25):
be all good, so he should continue to give you
that high floor that he's been given you, like he's
been high floor and pretty much all matchups, good matchups,
tough matchups. He's been pretty solid, Like there is no
doubt you know, he's going up against a very tough
Chiefs defense. They're giving up the fifth fewest passing yards
per game, the fifth fewest passing touchdowns per game. But
at the end of the day, this game has one

(20:46):
of the highest totals of the week and the good
news for Daniel Jones is that he has the fifth
highest yards per dropback against two high safety coverage and
the Chiefs play too high at the sixth highest rate.
So yes, this is a tough matchup overall. And I'd
viewed Joan is more of a low en QB one
this week, so I might consider other starting low on
QB one types who have better matchups, like we'll talk
about in a little bit. I'm sure some of you

(21:08):
guys will come from so two out of four stars
for Daniel Jones, But if you need to start them,
you can.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Brian running back position. Jonathan Taylor having a hell of
a season, but is this week still gonna line up
pretty good for him?

Speaker 5 (21:21):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (21:21):
Fantasy managers certainly remissing JT over the bye week, who's
most likely been carrying their teams. But uh, not a
great matchup for return. Of course you're gonna start them,
but I can't give JT four stars here or just
three point five against the Chiefs gonna be the toughest
test for Taylor all season. Kansas City allowing less than
seventy five rushing yards per game to opposing backs. That

(21:44):
is just brutal. Just five rushing touchdowns allowed to running
backs all season. The Chiefs aren't giving it up to
running backs through the air either. JT can catch the ball,
but just a little over four catches thirty yards per
game allowed by the Chiefs receiving to running backs who
have only caught one total touchdown all season, So on
paper it's brutal. But enough about Jonathan Taylor. You're still

(22:07):
gonna dunk him into your starting lineup regardless. Just temper
your expectations a little bit, and I guess you gotta
dunk Kareem Hunt into your lineups as well with Isaiah
pa Checko ruled out. Got Kareem Hunt with three stars
came through last week in a real tough matchup at Denver,
sixty rushing yards and a score on the ground. Much
better match up here against the Colts, albeit again coming

(22:29):
off their by but still they've surrendered six running back
scores over their last five. So three stars for a Hunt.
But we're not gonna play the brashad or Brochard Smith game.
I don't know. That's been too much of a roller coaster.
We're not even talking about that. I'm done, I'm shutting up.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
Now, let's move on, all right, John Brian is done,
So let's move on, and let's hop into the wide
receiver a position man.

Speaker 3 (22:51):
Anything less than for stars for JT. Massive disrespect now
kidding aside, this is another one. I don't know what
I became the resident way blanket. I don't have fifty
points here. I'm starting to have my doubts about the
Indianapolis offense. And Kansas City is really a defensively driven
team right now, So let's get into the whiteouts. I've

(23:12):
got Michael Pittman two and a half stars. You really
got a start on PPR floor, plus he gets en
zone looks. Josh Downs is probably the guy that I'm
the most down on since the season started, even through
last year. Daniel Jones not much of a slot guy,
less than twenty five percent of targets to the slot.
Kansas City defense also top three and epa versus slot.
They tackle really well, They're very aware spatially not a

(23:34):
great matchup for Downs makeaway for Alec Pierce though, my
three stars start in Indianapolis's new wide receiver one. Since
Week seven, when he returned ninety percent of routes run check,
he is the target and yard leader. He's earned seventeen
of eighteen deep shots, and his one hundred and sixty
three air yards per game is more than double Pittman
and Downs combined wheels up for Alec Pearce, he is

(23:56):
a pretty much must start, even in a tough matchup
flip side Kansas City Chiefs. It's Rashi, Rice or nobody.
I don't think you can get him below three stars
because of the way they create for him, especially in
the paint. Other than that, the Kansas City wideout situation
is really bad. They don't have a single wide out
on that team with a better than forty percent weighted

(24:16):
opportunity rate and Worthy who I did like coming in
as a vertical threat that doesn't seem to be working
one point two yards per route run for fantasy, I
think I'd be looking more towards Taekwon Thornton. I think
he's got a better chance as Kansas City finds there
back up against the wall. He's the guy I think
that could really stretch a verticality in the field. So

(24:37):
it's Rice this weekend, and maybe Thornton ends up winning
that ex job in the future.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
Interesting colon Thoughnton Taraz. Let's look at the tight end
position in this one right here. Oh, somebody must have
found the fountain of youth. Huh.

Speaker 4 (24:57):
Travis Kelcey has just been balling over the life last
three weeks. It isn't not really not much to say
about Travis kelce now in this matchup. I think he'll
be perfectly fine. Indianapolis plays a lot of single high
safety coverage. Travis Kelsey has been doing his thing against
single high this year. Travis kelce listen, if this was
a few weeks ago, he might have gotten one and
a half two stars out of four. I think I

(25:18):
got to give him three out of four stars this week.
I think he's a very very solid tight end one
this week. And you look at the Colt side, you know,
Tyler Warren, the rookie has been doing his thing kind
of up and down right depending on the type of
coverage that they're going up against. But this week, Kansas
City going up against them, going up against Kansas City
who plays a two high safety coverage shell most of

(25:39):
the time. They're one of the i think the fifth
highest rate among all teams. So that's a matchup that
you want to see for guys like Josh Downs, for
guys like Michael Pittman, and for guys like Tyler Warren,
Alec Pierce as actually somebody you know, John I was
looking at this earlier. Against two high safety coverage, he
has one of the lowest target rates you know, against

(26:01):
against that coverage. So it's really interesting. We'll see who
ends up. It's a very crowded room overall, we'll see
who ends up getting most of the targets. But Warren
against twohigh safety coverage, I'm liking it. I'm actually going
three and a half stars out of four for Tyler
Warren this week.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
Yeah, I like it.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Yeah, three and a half stars. That's good stuff right there.
Let's head to another division matchup, NFC Battle Minnesota Vikings
and Green Bay Pack because Brian, you lead us off
with the quarterbacks in this game right here.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
Yeah, Border Battle Wisconsin Minnesota. It's a big rivalry. But
I'm not gonna spend a lot of time talking about
the quarterbacks, especially JJ McCarthy. Just one star for JJ.
You can't trust him in any seasonal format, even super flex.
I mean, if he's your only QB two, I might
fill my super flex spot with somebody else. Now, if
you're playing on DraftKings, playing some dfs only five k

(26:52):
he's gonna be super low owned has rushing upside, but
I'm not going there either. There is even we can
dive deepster, sorry deever in the dumpster at quarterback on DraftKings.
We'll get into that later in the show. So one
star for McCarthy. I've spent too much time talking about JJ.
Maybe in the future we'll talk about more talk about
JJ Moore on the show. Over to Jordan Love Don't

(27:13):
Love Jordan a whole lot more. One point five stars
for Love through two scores against the Giants last week,
but zero touchdowns in the two games prior. He and
the entire Green Bay offense are clearly missing their best
wide receiver who is a tight end, and that is
Tucker Craft. So I can't I can't trust Love in
seasonal formats. Even though the Vikings held Lamar Jackson and

(27:36):
Caleb Williams to one good mine touchdown pass over the
last two, I mean, that's bad. They allowed more touchdowns
on the road, but I'm not trusting Jordan Love this week.
One and a half stars enough on the quarterbacks here.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
That's a combined two and a half stars for the
quarterbacks in this game. So that goes to all the
executives out there, all right, John the running back position.
Hopefully we get some more stars out of these guys. Yeah,
I got it.

Speaker 3 (28:01):
Back up the super flex truck just for one second,
because we're in We have totally simpatica on how bad
McCarthy's looked. You want to go where the ball is going,
not where it's been. Maybe in those really deep leagues
you're queing up Max Brosmerkas another appearance like this for
McCarthy and it just he just may get the gong
for anybody.

Speaker 2 (28:19):
You know.

Speaker 3 (28:19):
Just dated myself with that one. Let's do the running backs,
Aaron Jones, you spoke about the fountain of you. If
he's back, easily a three star back at the minimum
since the return last two games, nearly three quarters of
the backfield touch here, with a twenty five percent target
per route run, more than three quarters of the red
zone touches, and the one goal to go carry. How
many of those you're gonna get with mister nine on

(28:41):
the center. I'm not so sure, but you do have
to roll with Jones in this running back environment. I
think Mason is an afterthought, just really a handcuff thing.
Flip side. I'm not You're not gonna find any kind
of injury optimism with me. I've been playing fantasy for
entirely too long. I don't think Josh Jacobs is gonna play,
and it's not a knocking him. I just think to
turn around, it's too quick. I do think you'll get
Emmanuel Wilson in the case when Jacobs is out. If

(29:04):
Jacobs is playing, he's always a three star start, all
the volume, all the red zone stuff. We've all heard it.
It's Emmanuel Wilson time. Minimum two and a half stars start.
You gotta pump the brakes people. Four point two YPA,
forty three percent success, sub six percent explosive rush rate,
and that's against a sub thirty percent heavy box. So
he really hasn't been great.

Speaker 2 (29:25):
Butt.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
But but right the big shaking butt. He got a
one hundred percent of the touches without Josh Jacobs, so
it's pretty clear, though maybe uninspiring in this game.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
Let's head over to the wide receivers for us.

Speaker 5 (29:40):
Man, just the elephant in the room here.

Speaker 4 (29:42):
Man, it's just been so disappointing from Justin Jefferson lately, man,
and unfortunately in games with JJ McCarthy, he's only averaging
twelve point three Fantasy points per game. That's not a
number we usually associate with Justin Jefferson. That puts him
in the wide receiver three range, right talking we whide
receiver thirty.

Speaker 5 (30:01):
So hard to believe.

Speaker 4 (30:02):
You look at the underlying utilization though, thirty one percent
target share, like that's what you want to see. But
if the offense is only going to throw the ball
twenty eight times and McCarthy's only going to average one
hundred and sixty eight passing yards per game like he's
doing right now. It's gonna be rough ten targets per
game over the last three weeks, but only a sixty
percent catchable target rate. So this is not something that
you want to see. And this matchup, like, I'm not

(30:23):
overly worried about it, Like the Packers are giving up
the eighth most fantasy points to perimeter wide receivers this year.
But it hasn't really been about the matchups ever with
Justin Jefferson, right, It's never been. He's in my lineup
this week obviously as a wide receiver too, but I'm
giving him a you know, three out of four rating
on the week, which is like, just can't go lower
than that. It's Justin Jefferson, right, But I guess, you know,

(30:46):
as far as Jordan Addison goes, this simply isn't enough
to go around here, right. He's been the wide receiver
of fifty two in Fantasy points per game since McCarthy's returned.
So I got to go one out of four this
week for Addison despite you know, he's a desperate flex
if you need someone to throw into your lineup. You
know he could catch a deep ball here, but not
really encouraging right now. Now the Packers out of the ball.

(31:08):
Great game by Christian Watson last week against the Giants,
and we liked them going into the week because of
the single high nature of the Giants. But this week
he goes up against the Vikings defense that plays too
high coverage more than any other team in the NFL,
and as a result, they've given up the third fewest
twenty plus yard passing plays this season. And it's kind
of Christian Watts's game, right, Like two point seventy two

(31:28):
yards per route run, nineteen percent target rate against single
high coverage, and you compare that to only one point
seventy three and thirteen percent against two high coverage. So
you might want a temper expectation on Watson this week
despite what he did last week because of that, but
also because the Vikings are giving up the third fewest
fantasy points to the position. So two out of four
for me on Christian Watson, I would probably go back

(31:51):
to the Romeo Dubbs train. I'd rather play Dubs over
Watson personally as a wide receiver three, he's been the
more reliable wide receiver against two high safety coverage. So
I'm going two point five stars out of four for Romeo.

Speaker 2 (32:03):
Doves Finally tight ends in this one.

Speaker 1 (32:06):
Brian, Yeah, Sadly, it doesn't get a lot better for
the Vikings at tight end, and TJ Hawkinson just one
in five. I'm sorry, one point five stars for TJ
catch totals of two, two, two, and three over his
last four games, hasn't topped forty yards during that same span.

(32:27):
TJ Hodginson was getting drafted well before Tyler Warren in August. Guys, oops,
oops the daisy. For all the drafters out there, the
only tight end to have a good game against the
Packers over the last six weeks, by the way, was
Trey McBride, who was on a whole nother level than TJ.
Howkinson and basically everyone else. Theo Johnson Dallas Goddard both
held under forty five scoreless yards over the last two

(32:49):
weeks against Green Bay. So look elsewhere at tight end
other than TJ. And really, if you're banking on Luke
Musgrave when Tyler, I'm sorry, Tucker Kraft went Luke Musgrave,
by the way, drafted before Tucker Craft the same year
by the Packers. I only got one star on Musgrave
played the fewest snaps of Green Bay's three tight ends

(33:10):
last week. John Fitzpatrick Josh Wiley out snap Musgrave, who
was essentially benched in the second half. So uh, you
can't trust any any Packer tight end and you're all
all miss.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
I still plenty more to go coming up right here
on Fantasy Football Weekly, including a pity of quarterbacks with
the questionable tag all right, final pegment of the hour

(34:04):
right here Fantasy Football Weekly presented by off iHeartRadio. Excuse me,
let's get ready to hop right into it. You don't
need to hear from me anymore. You need to hear
from the analysts breaking us down and giving you giving
your players grades for the week. Let's go with the
game between the New England Patriots and the Cincinnati Bengals.
John my Man lead us off with the quarterbacks in

(34:25):
this one.

Speaker 3 (34:26):
Let's go Drake May eight stars, twelve and a half stars,
twenty five stars in the goat smash spot Cincinnati dead
last and EPA dead last and success rate and yards
allowed to play bottom three and blitz rate, press rate
and total sacks, and the one redeeming quality on that defense.
Tray Hendrickson is out again, wheels up everything. Patriots may
should have a massive, massive game. He's aligned for like

(34:49):
to be one. Then the other side it's doctor Flacco
and mister Hyde. I've got one and a half stars.
I'm not really sure what to make him. We've really
seen the very best and the very worst. Three straight
twenty four point fantasy game really really good, then wham
twenty three or forty one one one?

Speaker 2 (35:03):
Not very good?

Speaker 3 (35:04):
Gonna be missing all world wide out Jamar Chase, who
had soaked up thirty six percent of the team target chair.
With Flacco under center, he's gonna be forced to throw
in a high total game, but he's gonna be able
to do it against a tough defense with limited weaponry,
is my concern. I'd be looking to avoid Flacco if
I could, though I think you probably could do worse.

Speaker 2 (35:26):
Uh Faraz at the running back position, just Traveon Henderson
and Reminder Stevenson. Thing is going back and forth. How
would you break that down?

Speaker 4 (35:35):
So it looks like Rimandre Stevenson is playing this week,
but it's gonna be tough to leave Trevion Henderson out
of your lineup A after what he's done over the
last two weeks, and B against the Bengals, Right, So
I wouldn't be surprised if the Patriots play a lot
more Vermandra than we'd like. But I'll take my chances
with Henderson given the potential upside in this matchup. The

(35:55):
Bengals have given up the most fantasy points per game
the running backs this season and over the last four
weeks as well. In fact, it's been even worse over
the last four They're allowing over forty fantasy points per game.
So the running back position over the last four is
absolutely insane. Maybe there's enough to go around, maybe for
Remandre as well. Right, they're allowing six point four yards

(36:16):
per carry and one hundred and thirty seven point one
rushing yards per game, both the most allowed against running
backs this year, So even Romondre, maybe throw them in
your flex if you need someone. Right, A huge range
of outcomes here for both these guys, especially Vermondre, but
the high end of that can be pretty good in
this matchup. Four out of four stars on the scale
this week for Henderson, I'll give her Madre two out

(36:36):
of four stars as well. You know, being that it's
his first game back from injury. Now on the other side,
you look at Chase Brown and you might look at
the matchup on paper and you're like, man, I don't know,
I have zero worris on Change Brown. I'm starting Chase
Brown this week no matter what. Samaja Piran has yet
to return to practice, which means the Brown's going to
continue to be a must start. Over these last two
games without p Ryan, He's been on the field for

(36:58):
eighty nine percent of snaps, eighty three percent on the
rushing attempts.

Speaker 5 (37:01):
He ran a route on.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
Eighty five percent of dropbacks over these last two weeks,
which is unheard of for a running back. We're talking
more rouse and wide receivers. Okay, he's seen a twenty
five percent target share. This is a running back we're
talking about here, right, So all the gold line carries,
all the goal line snaps.

Speaker 5 (37:17):
You just can't sit that.

Speaker 4 (37:18):
Even if he is inefficient in the run game, which
I probably expect them to be in this one, they do.
The Patriots do allow the most receptions per game to
running backs, which only helps their running back, averaging eleven
targets over his last two games, so four out of
four on Chase Brown. Despite the tough matchup on the ground,
he's an RB one player for me this week.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
Hi Brian, what's up with the wide receivers? All right?

Speaker 1 (37:39):
So I'm with Stefan Diggs, who's on a heater right now,
But only three stars for Digs. Shockingly, the Bengals have
only allowed six wide receiver touchdowns all season. They're just
too easy to run on and with the Patriots being
a seven point favorite game script, a little bit of
a concern here with Digs, but still very startable at
three stars. But as for the other wide receivers, with

(38:01):
Kaishon Boody likely to make his return, Mac Collins has
been surging to Mario Douglas still in the mix. I
don't know where to go here, and there's too many
MOUs to feed against the Bengals. So again, not a
great matchup on paper for wide receivers, allowing just just
over ten catches one hundred and thirty yards per game
to units as a whole. So I got one and

(38:22):
a half stars on all the other wide receivers. I
think I like Booty the most if he comes back healthy.
But again, Mac Collins been coming on strong. These are
all DFS darts. Though you're not starting any of these
guys in seasonal formats. You will start t Higgins with
Jamar Chase suspended. As we all know that Lougie, he'll
be sitting on the bench this week. But just three

(38:42):
stars for Higgins, who should be peppered with targets, but
he's gonna be draped by standout corner Christian Gonzalez for
New England. Christian Gonzales this season three hundred and four
coverage snaps, zero touchdowns allowed, forty four percent completion rate allowed,
fifty nine point one passer rating in his coverage brutal

(39:03):
matchup for Higgins, he will see volume you got. You
do have to start him with three stars, but I
like his counterpart now, andre Iosavus, a little more I'm
gonna get. I'm giving a lower grade at two and
a half stars, but I am bullish on DraftKings at
forty one hundred. Again, Christian Gonzalez is gonna be draped
all over Higgins and recently secondary receivers have scored against
New England John Metchi last week and Tes Johnson two

(39:25):
times two weeks ago. So Iosavus, if he's out there,
pick him up.

Speaker 2 (39:30):
Great analysis right there, Brian John. What do we got
with the tight end position in this matchup?

Speaker 3 (39:35):
Well, I love the yoshikoll Byron Man. Brian there. I
dug into last year's utilization and it turned out when
they were missing t Higgins, Yoshiwash actually stepped into in
every down roll in two wide receiver sets, something that
we always kind of want to check just to make
sure it's not just a purely slot role. So yeah,
I think all the points that Brian Meade and more

(39:58):
wheels up for Yoshiwash. He could be the the leading
receiver in this one. And if you're playing from behind
with the high throw rates, there's a chance that he's
kind of a really good dark horse play to the
tight end stuff. You could tell I was trying to
justify getting some of these guys in the lineup against Cincinnati,
who's the worst defense against tight end. But man, the
Hunt the Henry thing feels like a little bit of
a trap to me. I don't know if I'm really

(40:20):
feeling it. The usage is kind of down as of late,
and I don't think we've seen a top ten finish
from him in quite some time, So I'm a little
bit worried. Plus with the game strip. If it gets away,
you may not see Henry that use a lot. If
you want to twist me on, I understand. Hey, you
get through them out On the flip side of the Bengals,

(40:41):
Mike is Sicky is back, who I thought might kind
of fill in that third slot spot, which he might,
but with the existence of font who's actually been kind
of productive in earning targets, I don't think you can
go there. I'd be fine just leaving all these guys
hit him with the one and a half star where
if you could stream anything better, you do it. But
if you really stuck, you roll them out there.

Speaker 2 (41:01):
Let's move on to the matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers
in the Chicago Bears. Faraz, Let's start at the quarterback position.

Speaker 4 (41:08):
Now, it looks like Aaron Rodgers has a chance to
play this week. I'd imagine he's doing whatever it takes
to play against the Bears once again at Soldier Field. Now,
I'm not going to go out of my way to
put Rogers in my lineup, you know, as a QB
one this week, maybe more of a QB two. He's
finished outside the top twenty quarterbacks in three straight weeks,
so maybe a QB two in a super flex league.

(41:29):
I'll give him a you know what out of four
starts over there in one QB leagues and maybe two
out of four in two QB leagues. Now, if you
were thinking of starting Caleb Williams this week, this would
be a solid matchup to do it. And the Steelers
are allowing the most passing yards per game to're composing quarterbacks.
But most importantly, Williams has been getting it done on
the ground. Over his last four games. He's averaging forty

(41:51):
one rushing yards per game. That's worth an extra touchdown
right there in most leagues. So he's right there as
a borderline QB one for me this week. So solid
two and a half out of four stars terms of
him going in my lineup, all.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
Right, Ryan's on you, my man for the running backs. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (42:06):
Kenneth Gainwell was about to be in a smash spot
if Jalen Warren were to miss this game, but Warren
has returned to practice, so we're gonna see another like
sixty forty split against the Bears, who have allowed one
hundred and thirty combo yards per game to running backs
over the last three weeks. Those are good numbers, but
kind of a rotation here. Warren should see the majority
of the work, but not by a huge margin. So
two and a half stars for Warren and two for Gainwell.

(42:29):
DeAndre Swift three stars for him. Chase Brown and Kamani
Videll both topped one hundred combo yards against Pittsburgh over
the last two weeks. Shockingly, the Steelers had held Jonathan
Taylor to fifty seven scoreless combo yards of the week prior.
But Swift has been running hard and the eye test
he's been passing, and I thought Kyle Mnunguy was gonna

(42:51):
steal a lot more touches from Swift even when Swift
made his return, but that hasn't been the case. So
three stars for Swift, just one point five from a
young guy who, according to Wayne McFarland's utilization report, since
Swift return, he scores a forty three when un Guy
does as opposed to to Swift seventy five. So since
it's not a smashed spots, just one point five stars

(43:12):
for banun Guy while Swift gets three.

Speaker 2 (43:15):
John, I think we got some interesting decisions to make
a wide receiver in this game.

Speaker 3 (43:19):
Yeah, I'm finally getting back on the DK Metcalf train.
You gotta give it up, give up on the Austin stuff.
It's just not happening. I've got too many wells for that.
I think we can get back on the Chicago d
They've struggled up front, bottom five and pressure rate. They're
also thirty second and twenty yard completions. So I'm gonna
label Metcaff with the three star right here. I know
he is zero wide receiver one finishes in six weeks.

(43:41):
I think we correct that ninety four percent participation rate.
He's out there every single you know play, twenty percent
team target share, thirty nine percent of the team air yards.
You should should be there from the old man, and
if you give Rogers time to operate, that's probably the
only time I'm gonna be bullsh on him. Flip side
to the Bears. Man, It's been a little bit up

(44:01):
and down, but I think when in Rome, I think
you go back to mister doonsa Pittsburgh defense, it's very
man heavy, a lot of cover one. So I think
anytime we see that press man set up a one
on one set up on the outside I think Caleb
is gonna be queuing up Rome's number twenty eight percent
target for route run and more than two yards per
route against Man. He also has two top eight wide
receiver finishes in the last four. The rest of the

(44:24):
bare wideouts, I don't know Man one and a half
stars across the board. DJ Moore is getting the routes
without the targets. Luther Burden is getting the targets without
the routes, and he's still sharing the middle with the chaus.
So it's a little too muddy there. I know people
listen Burden rest of season. If you're in a more
shallow league and he's available, you add him because you're
gonna want him down the stretch. I don't think the

(44:44):
time is this weekend?

Speaker 2 (44:46):
All right, This is the all new Fantasy Football Weekly
right here on iHeartRadio, Corey Pauston, the Fantasy Executive, my Man,
Brian Johnson, John Legeza, and for Ra Sedeki. Now, we
still got plenty of stuff coming up in our number two,
including a I want to call it a homecoming of sorts.
But you know how every week or every other week

(45:09):
and when it comes to fantasy football, we get the
revenge game and that revenge narrative. When we got a
big one coming up, we want to talk about that
break that down. Also got Jacksonville and Arizona. Still plenty
of action to get to listen. It's week twelve. The
fantasy football playoffs are quickly approaching. This is not time

(45:30):
to make lineup mistakes. This is time to get your
best guys out there, get the maximum points. And you
know what, you got the four horsemen right here to
help you do that. When we come back, we're gonna
start talking about the rest of this weekend matchups in
fantasy football. Alright, I wur number two right here Fantasy

(46:24):
Football Weekly. You may not recognize my voice. I'm Corey Passing,
the Fantasy executive, joined by Fara Sadiki, Briant Johnson, and
John Legazza, the All Knew Fantasy Football Weekly right here
on iHeartRadio and wherever you get your podcast from. Now
we ended off last hour. We're talking about the matchup
between the Pittsburgh Stellers and Chicago Bears. Now, faras you

(46:44):
did not get to get into the tight end situation,
the floor is yours.

Speaker 4 (46:49):
Yeah, we don't really want to start any titan in
this game man to be honest with you, like don't
know Washington, Like come on, let's peak Arthur Smith right
here running him out there. But I mean, super fun
to watch Washington just pulverize anything in his way after
he catches the football. So zero out of four stars
for any tight end on that side of the ball,

(47:10):
and then on the Bear side, like it would have
been really nice to see a potential breakout for Colson Loveland,
but nope, Cole Comet had to come and ruin the party.
These guys are basically splitting stuff fifty to fifty, So
if I had to pick a one, it'll be Lovelin.
But at the end of the day, I don't want
to start any of these guys. One out of four
stars for the Bears tight ends.

Speaker 2 (47:27):
All right, Brian, you set us off talking about the quarterbacks.
In our next matchup, it is the Carolina Panthers traveling
to the West coast the Bay Area to take on
the San Francisco forty nine ers. Christian McCaffrey up against
his old squad. But Brian, we're particularly coming to you
to discuss the quarterbacks in this matchup.

Speaker 1 (47:46):
Yeah, CMC revenge game. We'll get to that in a minute.
Like you said, this is the Monday night matchup Panthers
at forty nine ers, starting with Bryce Young, who basically
throughout his career has either been really bad on the
bench or elite like he was last week. So I'm
bullish here. I'm rooting for the shootout between these these
two teams. So I'm giving Bryce three stars.

Speaker 2 (48:07):
Maybe.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
Since week seven, San Francisco has allowed the most passing
yards per game and the fourth most passing touchdowns. So
three stars for Bryce Young at the same rating I'm
giving to Brock. Perdy looked great last week. Purdy nearly
has all his weapons at his as at his disposal.
Excuse me, we're still waiting on you. Brandon Ayuk. I

(48:29):
think you're still out there somewhere, but I won't have
Ayuk this week. But still love Purdy with this with
the with the three stars middle of the road matchup
on paper, But since week five, two a tounguea Viola,
Dak Prescott and even Tyler shuck through for two hundred
and fifty plus yards and multiple scores against the Panthers,
and Purdy certainly has that potential. Three stars for Brock.

Speaker 2 (48:54):
Oving right, along going to the running back situation in
this matchup. John obviously seeing versus former squad, is going
to be the talk. But give us some ratings and
break down the rest of the running backs in this matchup.

Speaker 3 (49:08):
Yeah, there are many four star running back matchups on
the border. I think we got a pair of him here.
He's starting the Carolina side with Dowdell. He was just
too much for Hubbard to keep off seventy five percent
of the running back touches in the last three He's
running double the routes of Tuba Hubbard and he has
three overall RB two finishes in the last seven weeks alone.
You gotta roll him out there with confidence. And I

(49:30):
do remiss to mention the forty nine ers without just
the cluster of injuries in the front seven. It was Bosa,
then it was Warner, then it was Williams, and I think,
if I'm not mistaken, the forty nine ers have the
worst tackle success rate in the league over the last
month because of the injuries. Roll out Dowdell, four stars
and CMC. If there was room for a fifth star,

(49:51):
he would get it. He only has a single game
outside of the top ten all year. He's earning a
ridiculous half a Fantasy point per snap. He needs an
every down player. I mean, it is just unbelievable. Again,
if there's one lesson, it's that we know very little
to nothing about injuries and how to time them. Both
of these guys just smash spots this weekend.

Speaker 2 (50:15):
For Rob when mean, look at the wide receivers we
just saw where uh pulling on his head. Coach Kyle
Shanahan was very complementary of Carolina Panthers rookie wide receiver
Totoria Ted McMillan. I know he doesn't like to be
called that, but mister McMillan and the wide receivers in
this matchup.

Speaker 5 (50:34):
Yeah, man, breakout game for for tet Raa McMillan.

Speaker 2 (50:38):
T Mac.

Speaker 1 (50:39):
He likes, he likes t Mac.

Speaker 5 (50:40):
We can go.

Speaker 1 (50:40):
I know we all probably think of Tracy McGrady at
least Corey and.

Speaker 5 (50:43):
I I got tea Max Jersey somewhere.

Speaker 1 (50:47):
I still rolle with T Mac though when it comes
to Tetrolla, it's easier.

Speaker 4 (50:51):
Eight for eight for Buck thirty and two touchdowns for
t Mac last week, you know, getting him to an
overall wide receiver to finish first top ten finish of
his career is gonna be plenty more of that. He
could follow that performance up with another good one this
week against the forty nine ers defense giving up the
most fantasy points to wire receivers over the last four weeks,

(51:12):
they're allowing the fourth most receiving yards. They're most receptions
to wire receivers this year. To make sure he's in
your lineup. Okay, four out of four stars for McMillan
for Week twelve. Now, I do think both Jalen Coker
and Xavier Logette serve as some like deep flex worthy
plays if you really need somebody. The forty nunitards have
just been really bad defending wide receivers lately, and for Cocer,

(51:35):
the forty nunits are actually giving up the most fantasy
points the slot wide receivers this year. Xavier Legette last
week very solid eighteen fantasy points. But you know the
fort units have given up the most fantasy points to
wide receivers on the right perimeter as well, where Lagette
ran most of his perimeter routes last week. So just
in case you need someone in a pinch this week
off the wavewire, I give both these guys a one

(51:56):
out of four because of you know, the opportunity is
super questionable, but great matchup. Maybe a one plus out
of four housed, but the opportunity is really where the
question mark is now the forty nine er side of
the ball, we have yet to see who the clear
wide receiver one for the forty nine ers is. You know,
moving forward, right, we got Ricky Piersoll back. I do
think personally that Piersol is the better wide receiver than

(52:18):
Juwan Jennings from a talent perspective and profiles more is
who I think should be the wide receiver one for
this team. But hey, like we're at the mercy of
Kyle Shanahan, right if he decides that Kendrick Bourne should
be the wide receiver one, he will make that happen
right as he did earlier this year. Shanahan just continues
to be like one of the best at scheming wide
receivers open. He did it for Jennings last year. Rock
Perdy had a great rapport with Jennings, so we'll see.

(52:39):
As of now, Jennings the guy twenty six percent target
share last week, since week seven twenty five percent target share,
so pretty consistent on an opportunity basis. There we'll see
if Shanahan wants to flip that switch to Pearsall, and
if he does, I think Pearsall has the ability to
be a top fifteen Fantasy wide receiver, but this week
relatively tough matchup against Carolina. They've been pretty stout against

(53:00):
wide receivers this year, but they've let up a bit lately.
I think Jennings is more of a borderline wide receiver
two this week. Piersaw maybe a borderline wide receiver three
flex played despite not getting it done at all in
his first game back last week. So I'll go Jennings
two and a half stars out of four and Piersall
one and a half stars out of four.

Speaker 2 (53:19):
Good stuff, right there, Brian. What's up with the tight ends?

Speaker 1 (53:22):
Yeah, for those who are looking to stream a tight
end this week, maybe you are counting on Luke Musgrave
and he's clearly not the guy. I think Jatavian Sanders
might be the answer here. I'm can give him two
and a half stars. Over the last three weeks, opposing
tight ends have racked up twenty five catches, two hundred
and sixty seven yards, and four touchdowns against the forty
nine ers. Now, yes, Trey McBride was in the mix there,

(53:44):
but still really healthy numbers out in the other two
games for opposing tight end. So two and a half
stars for Jatavian Sanders and George Kittle. Life is good
when George Kittle is healthy, right easy. Four stars for
Kittle last two games nine catches eighty four yards and
a touchdown, six for sixty seven and two touchdowns last week.

(54:05):
I'm looking at what Jawan Johnson did to the Panthers
a couple of weeks ago. Four catches ninety two yards
in a touchdown. Man, we might see that in the
first half from George Kittle. So four stars easy, easy,
four for Georgie.

Speaker 2 (54:19):
Yeah, George Kittle looking like one of the players of
the week. So everybody get involved with that right there.
Let's stay on the West coast. Jacksonville Jaguars Arizona Cardinals
matchup right here. Jacksonville a three point favorite in this one,
total sitting around forty seven and a half. John Let's
set it off with you. Let's go with these quarterbacks

(54:40):
in this matchup right here.

Speaker 3 (54:42):
Yeah, I know a lot of people are gonna be
tempted to go after Trevor Lawrence again, but I'm going
to ding them with the two star rating. I don't know,
I just really have trouble back in the sky. He
really locks him on the first read, negative EPA, sixty
percent completion rate, double digit off target rates. These are
old massive bread legs. He has three QB one finishes

(55:02):
on the air. They all came with a rushing touchdown.
So unless you really think you're gonna get that when
he's got quality running backs, he's hard to get behind.
The Arizona D's a little bit spotty, but they are
top ten in fantasy points a lot to quarterbacks. They
are gonna be missing their best cornerback. That looks like
Taylor Demerson might not play. I don't know if that's

(55:23):
gonna matter. Flip side Jacoby Brissette. Let's go three stars,
three and a half stars. I think he should be
your option if you don't have an absolute must start.
Jacksonville is a pass funnel. Every time Pressette takes the field,
he winds up being a QB one. Jacksonville runs a
lot of zone and a lot of too high heavy looks,

(55:44):
so Perssett's pretty accurate and he has no problem working underneath.
I they've got this guy named Trey McBride who might
get twenty five targets, Persett sixty eight percent completion, seven
and a half ypa against the zone, and again with
the ultimate security blanket. There be another big completion game
for the Cardinals. I think they get it done on offense. Yeah, Precient,

(56:05):
I think you're gonna roll out, especially with all the
injuries in the running back room there.

Speaker 2 (56:13):
Yeah, the running back room interesting stuff for OZ. You
have been giving the job of breaking down a running
back situation in this game.

Speaker 4 (56:24):
You know, it's interesting because Traves etn this week was
seen practicing in a non contact jersey on Thursday and Friday.
This week, he's dealing with the shoulder injury. Limited throughout
the week, so it's not like he's missing practice, but
maybe that means he's somewhat limited on Sunday. But hey,
he is off the injury report going into the weekend. Okay,

(56:45):
so that is good news for if you have If
you have him, like, you're good to go, you can
start him.

Speaker 5 (56:51):
But tootin.

Speaker 4 (56:51):
He's also practicing on a limited basis, which means, you know,
coming into the week, we weren't sure high ankle sprain,
no high ankle sprain. This probably means he does not
have a high ankle spring. He should be good to
go for this week as well. That is great news.
But with Tuton slightly more involved than ETN in the
first half last week, and with et shoulder injury going
into the week, we could see a lot of Tuton

(57:13):
once again. It's gonna be a little bit iffy, right.
We got some injuries here, right, a couple more variables
to really take to really consider going into Sunday, but
there could be enough to go around. The Cardinals have
allowed the eighth most fantasy points to running backs over
the last four weeks. They've allowed more than five yards
per carry during that time as well, so the matchup's
looking pretty good. So with you know, with Tuton being
very active near the goal line for the Jaguars and

(57:36):
very successful, by the way, more successful than ETN. It
is worth noting that Arizona's also allowed the third most
rushing touchdowns to the position. He's still less than fifty
percent rostered on platforms like sleeper, so I'd pick him
up if he's still available in your league regardless, even
if you're not starting him. But if you're needy at
the position, throw him in your lineup. Okay, Etn looks

(57:56):
like he's.

Speaker 5 (57:56):
Good to go.

Speaker 4 (57:56):
I'm gonna give him three out of four stars. Very
solid RB Twoton working in a bit, and I put
Tuton at two and a half two and a half
stars going into this matchup. Now, on the Cardinals side,
it's been absolutely brutal since James Connor went out early,
but there is an optimism that we'll be seeing Tred Benson.
Maybe I would say that it doesn't seem likely for

(58:17):
this week. He said he looked good. We'll see how
it goes. But when you look under the hood. With
Amrio Democatta out with the hankles Brandon, Cardinals did go
ahead and activate Jamar Jefferson to the active roster for
this week. So that's not a great sign that Benson's
going to be active this week. So if no Benson,
we're probably gonna see a combination a Bam Knight on
early downs, Michael carteron passing downs. But listen, I will

(58:38):
just do my best to stay away if I can.
The Jags have really been good against running backs this year,
six fewest fantasy points per game. I'm going zero point
five out of four for each of these guys. But
if you're desperate at the running back position, maybe sure
you shot with Bam Knight and his gold line role.

Speaker 2 (58:55):
Zero zero point five for all the running backs. Definitely
not a situation where you want to be involved with
a running back in this game right here. I don't
care if you're in a twenty four team league, but Brian,
we may have some better luck with the wide receivers.

Speaker 1 (59:10):
Well, it depends. Uh, you're not in good luck if
you're banking on starting Brian Thomas Junior for Jacksonville this week.
He has been ruled out. So it's the Jacoby Myers
show again. Canna give him three stars? Arizona has allowed
Since Week seven, Arizona has allowed the ninth most receiving
yards per game in the sixth most PPR points per
target to perimeter wide receivers. So three stars for Jacoby Myers. Now,

(59:34):
Parker Washington more of a primary slot receiver, but they
move him all over the field with BTJ out, I'm
going to give Parker Washington two stars here. I'm not
going to get as cute as to start Diami Brown though.
I'm not even gonna give him any stars, So three
for Jacoby Myers, two for Parker Washington. Now over to
the Cardinals side. Marvin Harrison Junior will miss this game

(59:55):
as well. He has been ruled out, so fire up
Michael Irvin will again. I'm gonna give him three stars here.
Since Week seven, Jacksonville has allowed the eighth most PPR
points per target to permit a wide receivers. So Michael
Wilson certainly startable in this game, as is Greg Dortch.
Only two star rating for Dorge in this one. He
did have a top twelve finish last week, but we

(01:00:18):
can't expect Jacoby Brissett to throw the ball nearly sixty
times again. Well well maybe we can, but we can't
bank on it. So unlike Wilson, this is a bad
matchup on paper for Dorsch. For slot receivers. Since the
that same week seven time frame, Jacksonville has allowed the
third fewest PPR points per target to slot receivers, so

(01:00:38):
teen period expectations for Dorge in this one. But with
Marvin Harrison out, targets will be Uh, There'll be targets
to go around, but we're gonna get to the tight ends.
And a lot of targets going to one in particular.
That's for sure.

Speaker 2 (01:00:52):
That is definitely the case. John is gonna be a
lot of targets going to one of the tight ends.
I think we will know which one it is.

Speaker 3 (01:00:59):
Yeah, this is the full star spectrum here. McBride good
for fourteen of them, and the Jacksonville side probably none
if we can go negative. Put me down for that.
McBride four stars start easily. I haven't projected as my
wide receiver six apples to apples, which is ridiculous. He's
been the overall tight end one in three of the
last four weeks. He has forty points on the T two.

(01:01:21):
It is just unbelievable stuff. In all the matchup zone
stuff I mentioned, he is set to feast OtherSide Jacksonville
very easy. Trevor Lawrence doesn't get far enough into his progressions,
like I mentioned Earl enough to get to the tight end,
so he only has a sub fifteen percent tight end
target rate. Jacksonville as a unit has zero top thirty
tight end finishes in the last seven weeks. Pretty easy

(01:01:43):
to pass on that.

Speaker 1 (01:01:46):
All right, let me throw a throw a quick question
out here, Corey before we go to break. I am
a believer in that Trey McBride is, without a doubt,
a first round pick next year in any format. He
is a top five wide receiver that you can play
tight end like.

Speaker 5 (01:02:03):
Is Kyler Murray the quarterback?

Speaker 1 (01:02:05):
Though, No, Kyler Murray is going to be playing for
the A's, not the Oakland A's wherever the A's are
anywhere in my fantasy world, Kyler Murray is not quarterback. No,
in this scenario. That is vital to the scenario, no doubt.

Speaker 2 (01:02:20):
Not definitely. I would anticipate probably see some people taking
McBride on the one two turn. As we look for
fantasy football next season, all right, still plenty of more action,
still plenty of more analysis, Still plenty of more injury
news and updates. And for the first time this season,
we get to break down the fantasy prospects of one

(01:02:43):
mister Shador Sanders. Is Fantasy Football Weekly right here iHeartRadio.

(01:03:25):
I remember right here at Fantasy Football Week with the
iHeart Radio, we already know how it goes down. Getting
ready for victory eight the week number twelve, Let's get
to our next matchup on the list of New York
Giants travel to Detroit to take on the Lions and
lines with ten and a half point favorites in this
game right here for Rods the quarterback position in this one.

(01:03:46):
What have we got with Jackson Dart and all? What's
the deal as far as well, jeh, rid golf Yeah,
Rid Golf, Yeah, Rid golf.

Speaker 5 (01:03:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:03:56):
Man, No Jackson Dart. Unfortunately for the Giants this week,
And while I wholeheartedly admired but also wholeheartedly question Jamis
Winston's attempt at the Harlem Shake in the end zone
last weekend, I don't know if I'd feel comfortable having
Winston anywhere near my lineup this week. Maybe is a
QB two. I don't know even that I'm questioning, but

(01:04:16):
it could be a rough one for the Giants. They
could fall into an extreame negative game script in this one,
and Jamis in a negative game script probably one of
the most volatile things you're ever gonna see. But the
Lions have also been a lot better against quarterbacks over
the last four weeks, so I look elsewhere. Zero point
five out of four for Jamis in a one QB
league and maybe one point five out of four in
the two QB league. Jared Goff, though, on the other hand,

(01:04:38):
he's been up and down all season, but you're gonna
want him on your roster, particularly because he has three
home games over the next three weeks, but also he
plays in a dome for the rest of the fantasy
playoffs all the way until Week seventeen, and it all
starts with the Giants this week. They're giving up the
fifth most fantasy points to quarterbacks over the last four weeks,
the second most ope the course of the season, and
Goff's been one of the best quarterbacks against man covers

(01:05:00):
this season. He's averaging the second most yards per dropback
against man and the Giants play man covers at the
highest rate of any team in the NFL. Lions also
have the highest implied team total for this week. To
fire him up. Three and a half stars out of
four for me on Jared Goff this week.

Speaker 2 (01:05:17):
All right, Brian, let's head over to the running back
positions in Giants in Lions.

Speaker 1 (01:05:22):
Yeah, it's kind of opposites here for each backfield, starting
with the Giants side one star for Tyrone Tracy and
Devin Singletary, the Lions allowing a paltry ninety six point
seven combo yards rushing in receiving per game to opposing
running backs. That is absolutely brutal. Detroit has surrendered just

(01:05:43):
five total touchdowns to running backs all season, just one
since Week five. So one star for Tyrone Tracy, Devin Singletary,
do not utilize them. Tyrone Tracy may be in PPR
if you're desperate, but awful, awful matchup for them. Cannot
say this for the Lions. Four stars for Jamiir Gibbs,
Galaxy Universe, all the stars, whatever you want to call it.

(01:06:06):
The Giants are on the complete other end of the
spectrum when it comes to running back matchups. More than
one hundred and sixty combo yards end a touchdown per
game allowed to the position. So that is why David
Montgomery gets three stars. They want to give David Montgomery
more work. And the beauty of the Lions in general
is they will not take their foot off the gas.

(01:06:26):
So easy, four for Jamiir, three for David. And let's
see how many stars of the receivers get for Detroit.

Speaker 2 (01:06:35):
Yep, that's just spot John. Let us know how many
stars the receivers get. And now what I will tell
you is and you kind of hit on it. Brian
the Detroit Lions when they are double digit favorites, they
really are double digit favorites, and lie of that work
could come from those where I receive with John.

Speaker 3 (01:06:53):
Oh yeah, I mean this is if for us we're
starting to hint around the smash spot of smash spots.
Getting Jared Goff into the climbate control on the carpet
against the Giants is just a dream matchup. Ten touchdowns
to no picks versus Man this year. So that's you know,
four stars for Amaan ros Saint Brown. Check this out.
This is your LOL stat of the day. Amarra has

(01:07:15):
a forty target per route run against band coverage this year.
That's the lulls, as my daughter would say. And then
its wheels up for jameson also right, take a shot
to James Williams. Three and a half stars, easy, Sam Laporta.
Unfortunately my guy Paisan out for the season. With the
back we get the new playholer that knows, hey, let's
throw the ball to the really big guy who's super fast.

(01:07:37):
Seven targets a game more than two yards per route run.
Without Laporter it's wheels up for Williams all the way out.
If anything, his only Buggaboo this weekend is probably if
he gets scripted out of the game. But you gotta
get to thirty five points first, so you roll them out.
Giant Side a little bit more interesting, though I hate
to say anything too good about them. You gotta roll
with Wandale. It's two and a half stars. I think

(01:07:58):
he's in absolutely like a flex play twenty nine percent
target per route run with Jameson, and he got a
little bit of everything. He got a deep target, three
slot targets, and an end zone target. Hard to ask
for much more from a flex guy. Detroit d is
a tough task here. Their top five yards, a lot
of per game success rate and YAK per reception. So

(01:08:18):
I put the blod thing. But that could be good, right.
Lots of man in Cover one, which brings me to
the half star dark Horse pick of the day would
be jail and High. If you're super desperate or really
kind of punt playing your DFS stuff, need somebody to
go deep and if you're gonna get cover one looks
we know Jameson has no problem challenging vertically. Height ran

(01:08:40):
twenty five routes. He runs all the seven eight nines,
right that's your corner's posts and goes. He had an
over eighteen average depth of target, So I think he's
the deep shot. I don't have a ton of confidence,
but you could get one for forty five and one
you're Deshaun Jackson line. But other than that, pretty much
not too exciting.

Speaker 4 (01:09:00):
Yeah, if you have to, if you're yeah, I think
I think I'm seeing here that Darius Slayton is going
to be good to go this week. Does that kind
of change your mind a little bit?

Speaker 2 (01:09:09):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:09:09):
I mentioned myke See there's my injury pessimism. You called
me in and I have to be called this. I
never have optimism. I was kind of penciling him for out.
That's a very easy one V one though it's a
great call because that's a very easy one V one
corus and post lots of deep targets. Yeah, and that's
all that's where Slate makes his bones. He's actually been
pretty good winning out there, So yeah, you gotta like
him in that route if he's out though high like

(01:09:31):
a Tamu version.

Speaker 2 (01:09:35):
Shut out to Temu foras what's going on with the
tight ends? We already mentioned the Sam Reporter news. What
else we got?

Speaker 5 (01:09:41):
Yeah, man like.

Speaker 4 (01:09:42):
As you mentioned, the same reporter is absolutely brutal. Brock
Right will be the primary tight end in his place,
but not someone I depend on. Only sixty four percent
participation last week. You want to see the number closer
to seventy five eighty percent if you're really going to
depend on a tight end. So not enough to enter
my lineup, let alone roster on my bench. Go zero
out of four for brock Right on that side. On

(01:10:03):
the Giants side of the ball, the idea of THEO
Johnson has been a lot better than the actual THEO
Johnson this year, three or less catches in five of
his last six games. So not someone I really want
to depend on this week. After just a fourteen percent
target share from Jamis Winston last week, and the lines
have been relatively solid against tight ends the season. So
just one star out of four for THEO Johnson this week?

Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
All right? Next matchup Cleveland Brown's at the Las Vegas Raiders.
Total in this game thirty six and a half. Not
really ideal for fantasy football purposes. But Brian, you get
the chance to talk about the quarterbacks.

Speaker 1 (01:10:41):
In this matchup, Well, Corey, I don't have a whole
lot to say, starting with the Chador Sanders just one star.
You're not trusting chaduor in any kind of traditional seasonal
fantasy football, But looking at that forty two hundred dollars
price tag on DraftKings, if you're a daily player with
the rushing upside and you know the Raiders are essentially

(01:11:05):
dog water all over the place, I'll dabble in shodure
in daily, but just one star for traditional fantasy football purposes,
and Gino Smith not much better. I'd see one and
a half stars. Regino, I might see the bench in
this one. Cleveland is a brutal matchup for opposing quarterbacks.
Only one quarterback all season has top two hundred and

(01:11:26):
fifty passing yards against the Browns, and that has been
Drake May. And Gino Smith is no Drake May. So
just one and a half stars.

Speaker 2 (01:11:33):
Regina moving right along John to the running back position.
Maybe we get a little bit more love in this
area of the field.

Speaker 3 (01:11:46):
No, no, not really for all the talent in these backfields,
it's just hard to get excited with all the kind
of environmental rot that's going on. It's sort of Cleveland.
A firstr Door Sands is gonna at least be good
to run a functional offense. So Judkins could be a
four star player. I've got to take him down to three.
He's a must start for the workload. Since he took

(01:12:06):
over the job in week three, he's RB seven in
touch share, but when it was the last time he
mattered all the way back in week seven, the last
time Cleveland kind of saw a positive game script verus Miami.
So that's what we're gonna need to get Judkins involved.
But again, in this environment, you have to start him
for the opportunity alone. The Las Vegas stats look strong
on paper. Sub for YPA put their bottom ten the

(01:12:28):
success rate and rushing TV's allowed. I think it might
be more of a script thing. Over to Genty, who
I really like. You watch this guy run with any
kind of space. He's going to be very dangerous at
some point. This is not the year. The Raiders were
already bad, then they lost Carlton Miller at the tackle spot.
Then they just lost center Jackson. Powers Johnson, he's gone.
Here's your stat for this game, the one stat that's

(01:12:50):
gonna matter more than everything. The Raiders are dead last
and yard before contact per rush at less than a
half yard. Cleveland's defense is first in yards before contact
for rush, so expect a lot of Coke bingling in
the backfield. But again, you have to roll at genty
more than five receptions at least in two of the
last three. Just too much volume and too much to

(01:13:12):
touch on, equity to pass on, but really hard to
get excited you.

Speaker 2 (01:13:16):
Yeah, no, definitely got to agree with you a lot
on that analysis of how you break it down on
for raz the wide receivers here.

Speaker 5 (01:13:24):
It really hasn't matter who the quarterback has been this year.
For the Browns.

Speaker 4 (01:13:27):
We've had zero fantasy relevant wide receivers from Cleveland this year.
We're gonna see Shador this week, and I guess it's
worth noting that twenty seven percent of his passes went
Jerry Judy's wait, but we probably shouldn't trust it until
we see it. Zero out of four for any of
the Browns wide receivers. Now on the other side of
the ball, we're pretty close, you know, when it comes
to Raiders' wide receivers as well, But you know, Trade
Tucker's kind of barely keeping that candlelight. He had a

(01:13:50):
great matchup last week, came through with a touchdown. You know,
tough match at the week before against Denver had a
thirty yard touchdown callback. So you look at it against
Cleveland like I'm gonna pass man, like they're They're giving
up the fourth fewest fantasy points to wide receivers over
the last four weeks. I do not trust the Raiders
offensive line against the Cleveland pass rush. So I'm all
set one out of four for Trey Tucker and that

(01:14:11):
might be generous.

Speaker 2 (01:14:13):
Not a lot going on with the high receivers here,
auto running backs, auto quarterbacks, Brian Doue, got any love
for the tight ends here? You know what I'm saying.
The total is thirty six and a half on this
one for a reason. I see.

Speaker 1 (01:14:26):
Yeah, I was gonna have some love for Harold Fan
and if David and Joku was ruled out, he was questionable,
but he has returned to practice, So I no no
love for either Cleveland tight end. I have one and
a half stars on David and Joku and Harold Fan
and who have both seen their route participation route participation
percentage in target percentage drop with a return of Cedric

(01:14:48):
Tillman at wide receiver. But a bad matchup for tight
ends against the Raiders. Shockingly, they're allowing less than four
catches thirty yards per game to opposing tight ends, just
three total touchdowns all season. Not one tight end as
top seventy yards against the Raiders, and only two have
cleared fifty. So just one and a half stars are
in Djoku and Harold Fannin and I want to be

(01:15:09):
more optimistic about brock Bowers. You're not benching them, that's
for sure, but only two and a half stars for Brock.

Speaker 2 (01:15:15):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:15:16):
You should have been drafting Train McBride over brock Bowers
all summer, that's for sure. Not a great matchup for Brock.
On paper, the Browns are allowing just four catches forty
two yards per game to tight ends. Mark Andrews, the
once healthy Tucker Craft, the once healthy Sam Laporta, the
kind of has always sucked the season. TJ. Hockinson, we'll

(01:15:37):
mention him. All have been held in check. None. It's
still starting rock.

Speaker 2 (01:15:48):
All right. We are down to our final three matchups
of the weekend Week number twelve. Maybe we got some
hidden gyms hitting in there, Maybe we don't. Maybe we
got some daily plays hitting in there, and we don't
break it all Dawn, I'm coming up on it. Fantasy
Football Weekly, final segment Fantasy Football Weekly right here, Iheartradios.

(01:16:48):
We get ready to send you into week twelve with
the best advice. Don't forget wherever you listen to your podcast.
Check out Fantasy Football Weekly, like subscribe to all that
good stuff. Give us the highest possible rating you can.
We've been keeping it real with our readings on this
play on these players, so go ahead and keep it
real with us all. Let's get to our next match up,
the Atlanta Falcons. This is really a big time rivalry.

(01:17:11):
Uh mayn't have the thunder as some of the other rivalries,
but Atlanta Falcons New Orleans Saints John start us off
with the quarterbacks in this matchup.

Speaker 3 (01:17:20):
My note for Kirk Cousin says, no, but I didn't
just right.

Speaker 1 (01:17:25):
No.

Speaker 3 (01:17:25):
It's in bold letters with an exclamation point to make
sure that I really drove the one home answers. No,
I'm gonna go Missouri on this one. You're gonna show
me first, mister Cousins. Zero mobility, negative EPAP to drop
back a sub five YPA and no, Drake London, I
am out on this one. Let him show us a pulse. First,
I tried to cut him some slack, thinking maybe we

(01:17:46):
needed time off the Achilles until he could at least
get the ball to the sticks. I'm not backing anything
right now for the other side. Now, got ready flip side.
I am the high man in the industry on Tayler Shuck. Actually,
my note here says three stars. Hear me out. Tyler
Schuck in the game versus Carolina probably had the best

(01:18:08):
rookie start of the year. It was the best start
in terms of EBA per attempt plus point five, pass
A rating plus one twenty nine, and yards per ten
TV's over ten to two hundred and eighty two yards
was just one yard shy of Jackson darts lead. He
might be good against an Atlanta team that's been bottom
five in the secondary. Last four games, they've given up
more than thirty points a game. And this actually just

(01:18:30):
broke now sore you our fingers never leave the pulse
of the league. Cornerback Billy Bowman is gonna be out.
He hurt himself in practice out with the achilles. So
this sounds crazy, but if your deeper leagues streaming quarterbacks
super flex, Tyler Shuck actually could be the answer. We've
seen the high pass rate and a little bit of

(01:18:51):
production are you could be seeing kind of a blooming
rose here. So give me Tyler shuck with the three
stars start and I'm out on Cousins all the way.

Speaker 2 (01:18:58):
Interesting and stuff. Didn't think we'd hear a phrase Tyler
shuck could be the answer for ros what's going on
with the one in backs?

Speaker 4 (01:19:06):
It is a rough situation and downgrade for the entire
Falcons offense, but you're obviously starting Bijon Robinson. He's gonna
get the work and the Saints with top ten and
rushing yards allowed rushing touchdowns allowed to the running back
position four out of four for Bijon this week because
he's Beijon Alvin Karra on the other side of the ball,
he had a bit of a resurgence in Week ten,

(01:19:26):
the last game before the before they're by that they
just had last week. Going into that game, he hasn't
gone over thirty one rushing yards since Week four. But
then he went win again and have us. He gave
us eighty three yards on twenty two carries, three catches
for thirty two yards twenty five touches overall.

Speaker 5 (01:19:44):
So now what like, what did we do?

Speaker 3 (01:19:45):
Like?

Speaker 5 (01:19:46):
Can we trust him? Do we trust them?

Speaker 4 (01:19:48):
That's the question right the perfect like The matchup is fine.
Atlanta's allowing the third most Fantasy points to running backs
over the last four weeks, but ninety five percent of
that production came from Jonathan Taylor the two hundred and
forty four yard game with three touchdowns. Just a couple
of weeks ago, rico' dowdell went nineteen for forty five
against then Trevion Henderson went fourteen for fifty five. Devon

(01:20:09):
Han when eighteen for sixty seven. So I don't necessarily
have all the confidence in the world for Kamara this week,
but the Falcons do allow some receiving production to the
running back position, so he's an RB three flex player
for me. I'll pray he gets the volume, but he's
a two out of four on the scale for me
going into Sunday.

Speaker 2 (01:20:28):
Him Brian and Rye receivers. We already got the news
on Drake London. What else you got for us?

Speaker 1 (01:20:32):
Yeah, Drake Glenn another big name missing this week, so
insert Darnell Mooney, but certainly not a replacement level player
for Drake London. Just two and a half stars for Mooney,
who has done nothing this season, went healthy, even though
oc Zach Robinson recently said at some point here he
Mooney he is referring to, will get a high amount
of targets and start taking off. I don't know if

(01:20:53):
that's gonna be this week against the Saints, so I
have yet to allow an opposing receiver to top one
hundred yards, but I will still start Mooney with the
two and a half stars. He should see a healthy
amount of targets in this one. The only wide receiver
I am an interested I am interested in though for
the Falcons, and only one receiver I'm looking at for
the Saints, and it's not you, Devon Vela. I'm sorry.

(01:21:14):
Maybe next week show us something and I will put
you on the show. But it's Chris Olave. Of course,
three stars.

Speaker 3 (01:21:20):
For a Lave.

Speaker 1 (01:21:21):
His current season pace one hundred and sixty one targets,
one hundred and two catches over eleven hundred yards, seven touchdowns.
Those would all be career highs. The Lave has proven
to be a draft day steal this season, and unlike
earlier in the season, Atlanta's secondary has gotten shredded in
recent weeks. Over their last four games, the Falcons have

(01:21:42):
surrendered eight wide receiver touchdowns. So wheels up for a lave.
I love pairing him with John's guy Tyler Shuck in DFS.
You'll save some say some coin there and spend up elsewhere.

Speaker 2 (01:21:54):
For sure, good stuff right there with daily advice as well. John,
go ahead and bring us home with the tight ends.

Speaker 3 (01:22:01):
Well, you think after losing a down payment on Kyle
Pitt's best ball bags, i'd be excited about the opportunity
coming to us this weekend. But you know, sad trumpets sound,
I'm not again. It's tied to the quarterback love. I
just got to see from Cousins first. If you're really stuck,
you could start pits. He does get the one and
a half stars. He's a startable player, but I haven't

(01:22:22):
projected at the back end of the tight end blob
where Jawan Johnson will be at the front of the
tight end blob. He's got three straight top ten end finishes,
which is not that great, but it's something I'm also
a little high on.

Speaker 2 (01:22:33):
Shuck.

Speaker 3 (01:22:33):
I think you've been able to get at Atlanta. It's
a fast track and they're at home again. Tight end
we're not asking for a buck. So I think Johnson,
with his skill set and ability to earn targets, has
a chance to finish. You know, it's a top six
tight end and move it on.

Speaker 2 (01:22:49):
All right, let's say it to the next match up.
The New York Jets traveled down the Jersey Turnpike, they
get on the Beltway, and they end up in Baltimore
to take on the Baltimore Ravens. For rods. The quarterbacks
in this one right here, you kind of on one side,
you're at the top, and on the other side you
kind of at the bottom.

Speaker 4 (01:23:08):
Yeah, Man, and Lamar Jackson was at the bottom last week. Man,
extremely rough week against Cleveland. Miles Garrett just a terror
this week expecting a completely different Lamar Jackson against the Jets.
The Jets have allowed the tenth most fantasy points per
game to quarterbacks years. This year, they've allowed the seventh
most passing touchdowns per game. And given the fact that
the Jets are primarily a man coverage defense as so,

(01:23:29):
Lamar's feast of this year eighth in yards per drop
back against man coverage four out of four start this week,
And on the other side, I would not be trusting
Tyrod Taylor in a one quarterback league. I guess he
could be considered in a two quarterback league. But then
I look at the Jets fifteen and a half team
implied total this week and I would just maybe move
away if you can one out of four for Tyrod

(01:23:52):
this week?

Speaker 2 (01:23:54):
All right, what do we got, mister Brian with the
running backs?

Speaker 1 (01:23:59):
It's not looking good for Brice Hall Corey. I'm just
giving Breice two stars, and that's in full PPR if
you're in a half PPR or standard borderline bengeable for
bris Hall, but I'll give them one and a half
stars and non full PPR formats, but awful matchup on
the ground. The Ravens are allowing less than sixty rushing
yards per game to running backs over their last five.

(01:24:22):
But the saving grace for Hall could be could be
the receptions posting backs averaging six per game over the
Ravens last two. So through the air really the only
path that's any success for Breze Hall on Sunday, temper
expectations there, I think you can have some pretty high
expectations for Derrick Henry though it can give him three
and a half stars. Has been trending up over the

(01:24:44):
last four weeks. In that time frame, he's RB seven,
averaging sixteen PPR points per game, and as we all know,
the Jets defense has been gutted six total running back
touchdowns allowed over their last three games alone. The only
concern here is Henry doesn't see the second half because
the Ravens run it up so much. And for that reason,
I'm giving Keaton Mitchell two stars. Go out and grab

(01:25:06):
Keaton Mitchell by the way at a handcuff worth having
even if you don't roster Derek Henry and all close
with a stat from Ian Harditz, a Fantasy life's own
the most career yards per running back by the most
career regards per carry by a running back in NFL
history with a minimum of seventy five rush attempts, Keaton
Mitchell six point six.

Speaker 5 (01:25:27):
There we go.

Speaker 1 (01:25:28):
He can play.

Speaker 2 (01:25:31):
Shout out to Keaton Mitchell. I for ros and the
tight ends.

Speaker 4 (01:25:36):
Mark Andrews has been really just touchdown or bust this year,
no more than thirty four yards receiving any game since
Week three, but he had the rushing scorer last week.
I think first career rushing scorer. I'm not mistaken and
then three receiving touchdowns in the two games prior, and oh,
would you look at that? The Jets are tied for
second with the most receiving touchdowns per game allowed the

(01:25:57):
tight ends this season. Two and a half out of
four stars for Mark Andrews this week, and on the
Jets side, it is possible that Mason Taylor leads this
offense in targets, but the Ravens have been pretty stout
against Titans this year, only two touchdowns allow allowed all
seasons long, and no tight end has had more than
sixty receiving yards against them this season, So I'm good
on all that. Zero point five out of four for

(01:26:19):
Taylor this week. Man, I feel brutal today? Am I
a little brutal? I feel like I am.

Speaker 3 (01:26:24):
Now?

Speaker 2 (01:26:24):
Is the teams that are brutal? All right? Speaking of brutal,
Seattle Seahawks at Tennessee Titans, our final matchup of the
weekend really going to be a fantasy pools in this
one right here? Turah set us off with the quarterbacks.

Speaker 4 (01:26:39):
Man, I can't wait for this match. And I don't
know about you guys, but I cannot wait for this one.
But Sam Darnold Man coming off a rough game against
the Rams, throwing four interceptions, But I am more than
cool throwing him back in my lineup as a streamer
this week if you need him. Against Tennessee. They've allowed
the fourth most fantasy quarterbacks for points to fantasy quarterbacks,
I should say, over the last four weeks, and he

(01:27:01):
excels against two high safety covers. Looks he's second in
yards per drop back there, and the Titans played two
high safety covers at the third highest rate in the NFL.
The Seahawks have the sixth highest implied team total for
the week, so feel free to throw him back in
your lineup. Two and a half out of four stars,
and then cam Ward on the other side thirteen and
a half team implied total.

Speaker 5 (01:27:22):
For the Titans.

Speaker 4 (01:27:24):
Most of my lineup is gonna be scoring more fantasy
points than that, so I'm good. I'm staying far far away.
Zero point five out of four stars. I was gonna
give him zero, but I figured that I was being
a little brutal today, so I give him half a point.

Speaker 2 (01:27:38):
What we got with the running backs John Man not
much less than zero.

Speaker 3 (01:27:42):
On the Tennessee side, they don't have a single top
ten running back finish on the season yet, which you
would think just by accident, might happen. A couple of
pass inference calls, he gets up on the one like
who knows that hasn't happened. The Titans are like historically bad.
Flip side the Sea wall. That defense is incredible. They're
in a get right spot. I wouldn't touch anything in

(01:28:04):
powder blue this weekend. On the Seahawks side, Klint Kubia
just frustrating the heck out of us. You know, Seahawks
running back gms. Just as Walker started to separate, he
cannot buy a goal line touch. So I think in
this kind of game you probably have the script. You
could roll them both out, maybe slap a milk toast

(01:28:26):
two star rating on Charboney and Walker, who did pop
up in the injury report, seems like maybe it's a
little bit of a gray area something with a glute. Obviously,
if he's out, Charbona is a four star, you know start.
But if not, given that spread, I think everybody might eat.
Given the game script, I don't think Tennessee can hang
with the Seattle defense at all. Could be a total blowout.

Speaker 2 (01:28:48):
Next up, what do we got Brian with the wide receivers.

Speaker 1 (01:28:52):
Yeah, John with uh as you mentioned, it could be
a total blowout with the Seahawks favored by thirteen and
a half points, that does not scream shoe. So you
gotta be a little wary of the passing game for
Seattle because if they get up early like they did
in that Arizona game with the two defensive touchdowns, we
could see him dial back the past attempts big time.
But of course you're gonna start Jackson Smith and Jigba.

(01:29:13):
He gets four stars forever. I'll just mention this about
JSN on pace to beat Calvin Johnson's single season receiving
yards record, and people give JSN grief because like say, oh,
he's got an extra game, but he's on pace to
do it on forty less targets than Megatron had in
twenty fourteen. So JSN just a historic season in the making.

(01:29:35):
If you want to go over to Chamire dk or
elk Ao Manor for the Titans, yeah, they're gonna be
chasing points, but the Seattle secondary just so brutal and
cam Ward still learning. You're not playing anyone for the Titans.
You're not playing anyone for the Titans. It was gonna
put it that way, and I should touch on Cooper
Cup and Rashid Shiheed again. I'm just worried Seattle gets

(01:29:56):
up too soon. There's just not gonna be enough to
go around. So one and a half stars for Shaheed
and Cup with four for JSN and I'll throw two
on DJ and Ao Manner.

Speaker 2 (01:30:08):
If you're desperate, all right for Roz bring us home?

Speaker 5 (01:30:12):
Yeah, man, if you want to go a J.

Speaker 4 (01:30:13):
Barner as a streamer, maybe eighty percent of participation twenty
five percent target show last week, but who knows that
can go up and down. Gunn heer Helm working in
a little bit, but I really don't feel confident there,
so maybe you have a streamer here, But other than that,
I don't want to touch the tenants.

Speaker 2 (01:30:31):
I hope everybody out there feel confident going into Week twelve.
