Speaker 1 (00:34):
A final hour nine to New Norden for PA on
a New Year's Eve. Happy New Year to all of you,
Happy New Year to Lovelle Neil. The third in studio
with me now at Lavelle Neil via X. I'm just
gonna start it here, and I imagine that would be
your response to when I say, how was the cruise, Lavelle,
(00:56):
how was the cruise?
Speaker 2 (00:58):
It was absolutely wonderful, great experience, great people, great conversations,
copious amounts of alcohol, copious amounts of cigar smoking.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
Enjoyed our three stops.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
Well, the first one was at Saint Martin the Dutch side,
not the French side, and Saint Thomas was next, and
Nasau was the final day. Wow, so people Saint Martin
seemed to be a little irritated that we were there.
I don't know if that's a Dutch thing or not.
But Saint Thomas people were really nice. And Nasa I
loved us, you know, so it was fantastic. Man, just
(01:34):
to chill, totally unplug. You're on a boat, youet no
control over where you're going. You're not driving, you know,
but you've got restaurants and you've got theaters, and you've
got stuff to do on board. I went to a
Scotch tasting event and my brother found they were doing bingal.
They did bingo like three times during the cruise. Larry
won three hundred and eighty bucks playing bingo.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
There we go. You know, meals were fantastic.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
We know we went off script because you know, with
the all inclusive bit, you get to eat the main
dining hall, but if you want to try some of
the restaurants, it's kind of like you have to pay
for those. And we did that a couple of times.
Did a great seafood dinner, hit the Bochi grill Saturday night.
Great entertainment, you know, because with the bachi guys, you know,
they're really singing and playing with their knives and cracking joke.
(02:18):
So it was hot, soaky too, so it was good.
Only on anything irritated me was the I called him
Rhys rh wise, roaming hordes of us between like supervised kids, Yes,
between eight and eleven pm every night. All of a sudden,
they're traveling in packs of five and six. They're just
(02:39):
roaming the chip and nobody's safe. Goofed off. You know,
there's a one am curfew. I don't think that was
really enforced for kids under eighteen. It seemed like they
were hanging out. People are in hot tubs as late
as one am in the morning, you know. But there
was an adult only area too, where we spent a
bunch of time at as well.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
How would you know that that people were in the
hot tub until one.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
Am because I was at one am and then you
were in unless you were in the hotel at one am.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
And plus I discovered this there's a there's a center
on a ship. It's called a casino. And I discovered
the casino the second night.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Now that that's not part of the all inclusive, No,
it's not so, but I ended up closing it down
three or four times.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
So, uh it was great because my sister and brother
aren't night all so by eleven o'clock midnight there they're
dozing offs. I always have the late night cigar, you know. Uh,
you know, I was on the I was in the
smoking area when Green Bay lost and the Bears closed
the division. So there are a couple of Bears fans around,
so we were kind of celebrating that.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
You know.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
There was an Eagles phantom board who got mad because
my brother had on the Bears jersey and he was like,
don't even look at me. You beat us, you know.
So some of that stuff was going hot. But it
was a great, great time. We're already talking about doing
another one. Don't know if we're going to do the
same one or a different part of Caribbean or maybe
mixing a little Mexico action.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
We'll see. Was the first cruise, first cruise ever, and
I will say this, I've still never been on one.
I will say this, there.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
Are definitely pros and cuts to getting the drink package.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
Really yes, so uh uh they uh.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Fortunately, when I was looking at the list of booze
available on the drink package, Buffalo Trace bourbon was one
of us. Okay, I'm in now I can drink Buffalo Trace.
So my heart's content. And by the day three, let's see,
there was a bar on the fifteenth deck, two bars
of the fifteenth deck, and the bar at the casino.
By day three I would be walking up to the
bar and they'll go, Buffalo Trace one cube of ice. Yes,
(04:36):
you remember, so I established that pattern pretty early.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
So is that if you I mean, is there like
a wristband or something that you that you in terms
of the package.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
No, they uh just run a room key or something.
They step it on your room key, ain't check in. Okay,
so oh you still got it. Yeah, I still got
it right here. Put it in the scrapple. So that's
right there. And he says, deluxe drink package. Okay. So
I'm just I'm boring. I'm a I'm a.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
I would probably do it because I just I would
just have beer. But now you're talking Buffalo trace.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Well you have children too, and that that sounds like
because I have a buddy. His kids are just getting
the high school as now. I think they're just getting
in them. They wear out the Disney cruises. They do
the Disney Cruise and it helped and that the kid bit. Uh,
it's a lot of stuff. And I did Rowd Caribbean
and there's stuff for kids to do. There's a giant,
(05:27):
gigantic water slide that you go up to the sixteenth
deck to hop into and you slide all the way
down to like the fourteenth deck.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
You know, I wasn't thinking about bringing the kids on
the cruise. Well you're gonna how are you gonna get
around with that?
Speaker 2 (05:39):
I'm thinking about mister and tquiest. We're going on a
cruise and you're not. How are you gonna are How
are you gonna square it out with the children?
Speaker 1 (05:46):
Go on a cruise with them someday, But in my
first cruise, I'd rather I'd rather bring my gal.
Speaker 3 (05:52):
Well, here's the deal with that one.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
The reason the roaming hordes of the roaming hordes of
you's were around because they had parents with them and
the parents were probably getting hammered somewhere and they didn't
don't care.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
Well no, but that's but I can't do that. That's
the thing is, I can't.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
I can't go and get hammered and let my kids
wander aimlessly despite being somewhat captive on a ship.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
But I can't do that. They're gonna jump off the ball.
Hold your kids? My kids? Well, my kids are ten.
Oh think they'll be fine.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
Okay, I'll tell you this what I was at. I
was waiting for a elevator and uh, there's this kid
look he had. He looked like he was, uh, probably
where he's Probably he's probably going to the Saint Thomas
Academy of whatever city he's from, right, it had that
had that academy kid look. You know, big bushy Harriet Low.
He's eight years old, eight nine years old. I was like, hey,
Mary was yeah, marry Christmas. He goes, you know, Mary, Christmas,
(06:41):
you I can't find my parents. We were supposed to
meet here, blah blah blah, and they're not here. This
is not the first time they've done this to me.
Blah blah blah. And I said, you know what, they
must trust you to be on your own if they're
not worried about meeting you on time. And he was like,
I don't trust them. I said, well, let's see what
happens in nine months.
Speaker 3 (06:59):
You may have a brother. Uh well, I I do know.
Speaker 2 (07:07):
Mister and missus north Quist Golden a cruise without the kids,
how do you think?
Speaker 1 (07:11):
What do you think is gonna be the outcome of
that one? Well, it's gonna be awesome, is what it's
gonna be. And uh, I'm gonna find there's got to
be a cruise level that. There's got to be a
cruise line or a cruise itself that would not have
all the kids on it.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
I think there's cruises like that. Yeah, maybe, uh Norwegian,
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
I'll check it out. People, but I'm glad. I'm glad
you had fun though, And the reason I'm just.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
Say, if you and the missus go on a cruise,
it comes Eric Junior. You know I have three daughters
and you need you need voting, June. You need help
with the voting because you're out voting three to one
right now, it's uh four to one. It's something in
my it's it's a thing I have Archie. I got
my dog Archie, and he and I just, uh we
we we try.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
To find moments to isolate ourselves. I'm from my three
beautiful daughters and my lovely bride. There's no doubt about
it that.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Why are you grinting your tee when you said three
lovely daughters and waterful.
Speaker 3 (08:08):
Because I adore them and.
Speaker 1 (08:12):
I am on an island sometimes I'm not even on
a cruise on an island somewhere. But no, someday, I
love that you had fun and you had a great
first experience on a cruise. And I don't know if
you watch like that Netflix show about when like the
sewer backed up on that on that cruise line.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
Okay, that came out in twenty thirteen. Someone told me
about it while I was at the airport about the
flight of Miami to start the SEK triviago. So I
went on Netflix and I watched the documentary.
Speaker 3 (08:39):
The Poop Cruise. It's called Poop Cruise, I think, so, yeah,
oh I was. I was on a Burrell That's right.
Speaker 2 (08:44):
I was on a Burill Friday the day before I
was leaving and someone's like, well, you gotta watch the
Poop Cruise, and so I watched it. And I don't
know why I watched it because by the time I
ride in the Miami I'm thinking, Okay, what have to
happens to us?
Speaker 3 (08:55):
What if the edge it goes out. It's a terrible
thing to watch.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
Everything goes everything goes six and sevens and it's a mess,
you know, literally infigurely. So what that didn't happen here
got through without a terrible calamity occurring because there's like
five thousand people on this boat and there's two thousand workers.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
That's ridiculous.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
No, I know, I watched the Netflix special. I know
what could potentially happen, and that'd be awful. But it's
the ultimate rarity. Yeah, we can you see things like that.
You know, something goes viral online or something you can
somewhat trick yourself or scare yourself into thinking that that's
actually more normal than the point zero zero zero one
percent that it really is. But I'm glad you had fun, man,
(09:39):
and I'm glad it was around nine to thirty ish.
I'm just curious you had that deluxe drink package. As
you mentioned when you sent a photo to Pa and I,
it was nine to thirty ish with the big old
stogy and I know what that meant, Go Bears. And
then there was a video I won't repeat you know
all the audio and the verbage that we used as
(10:00):
part of that. But there was a lot of excitement.
There was a lot of a lot of love coming
from your heart on a cruise that you were having
blast at while your Bears were finding their way to
being division champions and loving everything Bears our chair, you're
still loving everything Bears.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
Kings of the North of my friend Kings of the
North Right.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
Yes, So I gotta I gotta figure out best of
after the show.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
So it's Football Feast at Egan Friday. It's at Egan, Okay,
we have right now.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
I believe it's Chad Greenway the opening hour and then
we have and and I maybe you've met him Allen
Roach US State US Bank Stadium Vox. He does all
the superman I've never met Allen Roach. He first of all,
he's an awesome dude. And frankly, you know what I don't.
I don't always speak for PA, but I will in
this particular case. Why don't you drop by if you can,
(10:48):
I will find a way to chat it out. I'm
playing them swinging by because I feel like you and
I we and you would be aligned into this game,
as in, let's just beat on the Packers.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
I do have a zoom call at noon, so I
have to work around that because Nicott Medvet's doing a
zoom call prior to the Gophers next couple of games.
Speaker 1 (11:08):
Well, again, we're opening the ten am hour for it.
Maybe if you want to stop by before you get
to your zoom call. Okay, at noon, Lavelle, your Bears
are champs? Are you're still loving the Bears?
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Yeah? Obviously they exceed the expectations. I was hoping they
get to nine. I thought that if they got the
nine wins would be great. But the Philadelphia victory kind
of started changing my mind about what was possible, and
just the way things have shaken out in the NFC
and with some of these other teams. You know, I
was like, Okay, if we get to eleven, we can
win the division. So I was I was now getting greedy.
(11:42):
I was like, I need two more wins, need to
more wins. So the Packer game, you know, uh, definitely
was a big one.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
I don't think our defense is ready for prime time yet.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
We tend to give up yards too tight ends and
slot receivers, and we need to get more pressure on
quarter But Dennis Allen's done to remarkable job with what
he's had to work with what all the defensive backs
have been out. Kyler Gordon is out again for like
the second or third time this year.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
Nayshon right.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
For all the splash plays he makes and the fumber
recoveries and the passes, the fuck did teams still go
at him? So they must obviously see something in his
coverage ability that they feel like they can exploit. It's
kind of like my first year and the Twins beat
when they had Marty Cordoba and left. Marty was among
the league leaders and outfield assist It wasn't because he
was a terrific outfielder with a big arms because no
(12:36):
one respect him as an outfielder, so that he ran
in him all the time. So he got he racked
up the assists based on volume, you know. So I
see that bit with nay Shon Wright. But the offense
is really the last month, the offense has really kind
of falling into place here with Caleb dropping dimes and making.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
Albeit and a loss. How good was he at the Bay? Oh?
It was great.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
Here's the thing with San Francisco, and I think every team,
even the NFC's flawed. You could score on San Francisco.
There's gonna have. If you could beat, you're gonna have
to win. You can't get to the QB EM, you can't.
He gets rid of the ball so quick. He knows
where he's going with the ball before he's the ball
snaffed and he gets it out of his hand. Uh.
Christian McCaffrey, the first guy's not bringing him down. They're
(13:18):
not right, you know, And they and Shanahan's been able
to scheme other bits with his wide receivers. I love
how he uses his fullback. He puts him in the
motion and then he stamps the ball so now yu
Check turns into a rhinoceros because now he's rumbling and
he's just clambling people opening up blazes for McCaffrey. You know,
(13:39):
it's a great scheme that Shanahan's got going, uh, working
with San Francisco. But when at the beginning of the game,
were you're doing, You know, when they're announcing the players
and they're pro football focused rankings like all over, like
in his fifties and sixties, like a couple guys are
in the twenties, there was nobody in the top ten
in the position. I was like, Okay, this defense doesn't
have any hell races because Warner's out and Watts out right,
(14:03):
and that means a lot for them.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
So it absolutely does. And Caleb started making place with
his arm.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
Receivers were open, Luthor Burton was healthy, put up one
hundred yards. I lost a fancy Football championship because of
Luthor Burton because my opponent picked him up two hours
before kickoff. Burton goes one twenty with a touch and
knocks me out of the Fancy Championship, which the guy
was like, I was hoping that a former Bear, we
do you in. You know, I had to put up
(14:30):
with that crap, but absolutely, but it was. It was
an entertaining game. I was worried the Bear's gonna be
blown out, but they acquitted themselves well, So I bummed
up that they lost, but I'm not devastated.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Let's let's do this.
Speaker 1 (14:41):
Let's pause and continue this conversation, just to catch up
on the clock. I ran news a bit long in
the first segment, but we're going to continue this with
Lavelli Neil the Third in studio on a New Year's Eve,
a fresh glow about him post cruise. But final hour
nine to noon continues.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
Next.
Speaker 4 (15:01):
It's your final shot to win sweet tickets this Saturday
course Light Hockey Night. You enjoined Corey Cove Firehouse, Grill, Elco,
New Market eight to ten pm. Catch Minnesota, take on
La Enjoyed drink specials, play hockey trivia for your shot
at great prizes, including those sweet tickets. Do all the
details KFA dot com. Key, We're counted, nordowin for Pa.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
It will be as I said earlier, I put this
in quotes, it will be best of tomorrow New Year's Day,
and then we're live and local at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Egan on Friday, the finale feast Buffalo Wild Wings egan
to pump up Border Battle one.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
It's got to be around one thirty by now.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
But the Vikings hosting the Packers Max Brosmer versus Clayton
Tune who knows bretlake More.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
Mentioned earlier they added Desmond Ridder in Green Bay. So
Border Battle Subterfuge.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Desmond Ritter, who had been with the Vikings earlier in
the year because of our own quarterback related issues, now
a member of the Packers, probably backing up Clayton Tune
on something.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
I mean, the game is meaningless, so I can't see
how Subterfuge and its border battles are not meaning trying
to drop into somebody's playbook. You know it's going to
be a matter matter. So it was just may be
the best of the available quarterbacks out there.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
They're looking for any edge they can level because it's
a border battle. That's why they signed Desmond Ritter. At
this point, I think the loser gets a better draft pick,
right Gosh.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
So the Vikings are going for nine and eight though,
so that's their motivation.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
I think we're behind, aren't we behind the pack? Regardless
because of the tie oh god, yes, the tie. Yeah,
stupid tie, stupid tie.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
And they kicked the field goal to sure to tie,
didn't even have the marbles that go for it and
then get a touchdown?
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Is that true? Is that true? Brett? I was in Vegas?
It was Stember twenty eighth. Did you did you all
worked out?
Speaker 4 (16:55):
Because we clinched the playoffs and we've had been coasting
for two weeks now, so it's worked off for us.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
I don't know if you've noticed, though, I mean as
it's certainly worked out for you. You're in the postseason. Vikings
are staying at home, so I'm not standing in.
Speaker 3 (17:07):
A position of superiority. I understand that.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
But when we're talking about the NFC playoffs, there's one
team that just doesn't come up. There's one team that
just isn't a factor in the playoffs. And you understand that,
and I think you can, you can humbly understand why
that your team is not brought up as being a
factor at this particular point. But then you know Snotty,
You know the smugness of Packers fans, and ever since
(17:31):
you started doing Packer Review with the Sultan of Smug,
I feel like you are the court jester of Smug,
you are an up and coming Smug.
Speaker 3 (17:39):
Packers fan, and that's good. Wear it.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
The Packers as the non factor that they are. How
much would you love the ability to host green Bay
this first playoff weekend? Here Lavelly Neil the third in
studio and beat the Packet Soldier Field to advance in
the postseason.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
We feel that the Packers are the easiest route to
the next round of the postseason, So we welcome green
Bay coming back to so Royal.
Speaker 1 (18:07):
We as in the organization that team and everybody Bears
Nation prefers the Packers.
Speaker 2 (18:12):
You're seeking on behalf of the first round. Yes, I
am the Allery folks and everybody everyone. So let's have
green Bay come back to our crib and tried to win.
When we have, we have actually played better since that game.
Kal's definitely played better. We're going to be a little healthier.
Who knows who their quarterback is going to be? Uh,
(18:33):
what'll be Jordan Love? Are you sure he's gonna get cleared?
Speaker 3 (18:37):
Yeah? I mean that's still it's at that point.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
Yeah, he's already been out a week. Yeah that doesn't matter.
You know what, they'll gree of concussion he's happened.
Speaker 1 (18:47):
Okay, well, now had pass really on a border battle week,
gonna make me start defending and supporting the stupid small
Packers fans.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
You coun estimate what you could get. Well, that's a concussion,
definitely two weeks. I mean when he when he was,
I think protocol protocols like go, hey, he's not gonna
play next week. It's rare that you see a guy
play the next week after entering the concussion protocol.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
You practiced all I did? I totally agree. Well, what
is practice?
Speaker 2 (19:11):
Me standing on a sidelight play flipping a ball in
the air wirebody else is like running through drills.
Speaker 3 (19:16):
I mean, he didn't clip protocol. He's standing up right.
Speaker 2 (19:19):
Unless the Packers are doing some skulldugrey here to make
sure he's he's super healthy for the postseason, and just
claiming he's not out of protocol, well, of course that's exact.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
I mean, they're they're not going to risk anybody that
is high end on that team.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
But now now.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
So so so so I simultaneously totally agree with you, Lavelle,
that the Packers are.
Speaker 3 (19:41):
The easiest route to the next round.
Speaker 1 (19:43):
Yes, because the other choice of course would be one
of the NFC jug West Juggernauts. You want nothing to
do with the Rams or if the Niners or Seahawks,
depending upon who doesn't get the one seed, you you
would want nothing to do with them.
Speaker 3 (19:54):
So I get it, totally agree.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
Now I kind of want the Packers to roll in
the soldier field and want Jordan Love you can throw
off his back foot all day.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
I don't care. Find Christian Watson fifty yards down the field.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
And just dagger you guys now, And this is a
weird universe and a weird spot for me to be in.
But you're you're just so kind of just they're they're
They're not just a speed bump. They still have Evan
Williams and Edger and Cooper. Where Sean Garry could wake
up from his own coma that he's had.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
John Jakobs playing right now, Josh Jakobs is barely He's
barely moving through the locker room.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
And give him a weight between games. Now, give them
a week, we'll see.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
People have been counting on Josh Jacobs to completely fall
apart for like half a decade. The Raiders grinded him
into dust, and all he's done since he went to
Green Bay, he's put up three hundred and fifty touches
and has just been the clear patriarch focal point of
that offen.
Speaker 2 (20:45):
What I'm saying is that the Packers beat whereas have
watched him walk through the locker room the last two
three weeks with a noticeable lip because he's beaten. He
has been beat into the ground.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
Are you guys just the new school Lions fans?
Speaker 1 (20:57):
Lions fans used to put paper bags over their heads,
and now they're speaking in the Motor City like they're
onto a dynasty.
Speaker 3 (21:04):
Uh the last time.
Speaker 1 (21:05):
In fairness, your team has certainly been much better and
more game and more apt consistently over the course of time.
Your team in recent years has suffered his own struggles.
I'm living in perpetual purgatory with my favorite team. You
can you get just like the guarant would you guarantee
a win against the Packers? Against the Packers to guarantee
(21:25):
you win? But I like our chances.
Speaker 3 (21:26):
Okay, you're not gonna guarantee Why wouldn't you guarantee you win?
Speaker 2 (21:29):
I like our chances. I'm going to say that, So
what do you think? Look, here's my organization. The football
team that I support has been trashed for so long.
Uh through Iberflus, Uh, through Matt and Aggy. With that
one year he went twelve roll up on twelve wins
and then went, hey, why after that?
Speaker 3 (21:46):
Right, I'm going to Kobe Parky with the double doink?
Speaker 2 (21:49):
Yeah it was I want I'm gonna savorous. I'm going
to enjoy this. You know, we've suffered for several years
to get to this point.
Speaker 3 (21:56):
Hell yeah, So I'm all jokes aside.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
I'm just I'm litting all of them, stealing all the juices,
I like to say, just bringing it all in and
just savoring it all.
Speaker 3 (22:04):
Yeah, all jokes aside.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
You absolutely should because whether it's Caleb and I wouldn't
say that I've ever written him off. I just didn't
like what I saw, And that's easy in a vacuum
of a rookie season. But what Ben Johnson's done in
a very short period of time is nothing short remarkable
and deserving of all praise. And you know, mnung Guy
and Swift, the tandem that they've been, I mean, what
a find. Right with with Mnunguy the former Rutgers cat
(22:29):
wasn't Pacheco like his college teammate. He was a six
or seventh rounder out of Rutgers, and the Chiefs made
a thing out of him.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
Although they've they've had trouble running the ball now.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
But I have to say this, says last trap by
Ryan Paul's has been impressive because we've gotten Colston, Lovelin,
Luther Burden and kaw Manung guy out of it. Uh,
who have made who have made impact, who have impacted
the offense. Yeah, and Ozzie Trapilo is actually getting a
lot of reps as an offensive tackle. My guy, here's
a very here's a crazy thing. Uh. The more Roman Donza, Coston, Lovelin,
(23:02):
and Luther Burton all have between forty and fifty receptions
and all are like in the six hundred yards in
reception range. So all anyone whose bleting the team in
receiving yards this year. And DJ Moore's value, his skyrocket
has been He's he's reminded every one of his value.
With O'doonseay being injured and Ondonsay should be back for
(23:23):
the Packer game, but he is going to be back,
and we won. We beat the Packers with I think
that I don't know Burton playing that game, o'donsay was definitely out.
I think Burton was out too, so we'll be closer
to full health figures cross on this Sunday's game against
the Lions.
Speaker 3 (23:39):
Caleb does does? Caleb?
Speaker 1 (23:42):
Caleb needs wow, two hundred and seventy yards to become
the first four thousand yard passer in Bear's history.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
Well, he that means he needs one hundred and well
it was seventy finals to seventy.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
That means he needs just yards.
Speaker 2 (24:01):
He needs just over one hundred yards of passing to
break the single season passing yardage record held by Eric Kramer. Kramer,
which is like thirty eight hundred and something. I figured
it would have been Cutler. I don't know why Cramer. Okay, yeah,
so thirty nine and change for for Kramer. Yes, but
let's just you.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
Know, why don't we just shoot the moon here, Let's
just call it a four thousand yard season? Do you
think Ben Johnson? Well, here's what I'm gonna do. I'm
gonna pause, We're gonna come back. Final segment. I want
to ask you how important this week eighteen game is
to Ben Johnson Because it's the Lions and we'll put
a wrap on the show. Okay, Levell sounds good to me.
That's Leavelli Neil. The third final segment is now all right,
(24:42):
Final hour, final hour, final segment level. We're going to
talk about him and look, Ben Johnson, Bears need to
win to secure themselves the two seed. Whatever I'm on
the verge of, I'll never say go pack go in
this potential or most likely wild.
Speaker 2 (25:00):
Yeah, your boy Pa going on Twitter with the dude
the Packers a solid thing really really upset me.
Speaker 3 (25:05):
It did. I thought it was classy. I thought it
was Jack Asthrey.
Speaker 1 (25:10):
But but your Bears tremendous season. Thanks for the cruise update.
Appreciated that. Glad you got home safely, Glad you had
a blast. It was your first cruise experience. Got me
thinking about investigating cruises myself.
Speaker 3 (25:23):
I think a family cruise will be great thing for
the north quist no kids, no casinos.
Speaker 1 (25:27):
So somebody texted in this Viking River cruises actually sounds
pretty sweet. But I'm gonna check into some things and
find my way there. Uh, low key new year for you.
You're just gonna chill.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
That's the plan right now. Like I said, we may
hit the local watering hole for a bit. And then
we go back home and have some champagne at midnight
and call it a year. Man. So I mean call
it a year. I mean year President to ourselves. Was
the cruise, you know. So it's the the uh, the
urgency to really live it up on Newyear's Eve, isn't there?
You know, we're still coming down from the high. We're
(26:01):
