I backed the pack which is criminal, but it worked out.

you know a handful of games. Playing one way doesn't

but the Browns are four and one against the spread
at home, and should he didn't look lights out electric,
but he played pretty well against the Raiders. Now, I
know the Raiders are a terrible team in a terrible
city with terrible fans, et cetera, et cetera. But I
think the Browns are gonna be a little bit fired up,
and I think should do. Rus Sanders is going to
come out and lead the team to a quality performance.

individual drills tells me that everything's pointing towards Max. Bros
were making his NFL debut in a in a very
tough place to play. Although the Seattle Seahawks. For whatever reason,
I've been a lot better team on the road than
at home. It's it's it's a weird thing because they
are obviously contending type team and a very difficult division.

But I think Brosman is going to get a chance to,
you know, to try to rally the troops and see
what he can do in a controlled fashion to kind
of try to keep his football team in it as
long as possible as a Sammy Darnold slings it against

team as powerful as Seattle unless you turn the ball over.

really good offensive team, that shouldn't be enough to knock
you out of the game, and there are any circumstances.
But for the Vikings, it was I mean it literally
was the end of the game. I mean, the Vikings
could not barely get a first down. Micah Parsons got
unleashed and that was the end of it. I think

the hope is that, you know, the game plan will
be I mean, I was saying somewhat similar to last week,
where they want to run the ball against Seattle, take
some time off the clock, has some controlled passes. I
mean Brozemer's ability to kind of, you know, get the

get JJ involved, the Jefferson involved right away, kind of

thinking he's gonna come out their bombs away like Seattle's

to try to make it a game as long as possible,

make it difficult for Seattle's defense to stay on the field,

to get Jets involved. You get arguably one of the

and I think should do. Rus Sanders is going to
come out and lead the team to a quality performance.

if anyone needs the work every rep he can possibly

get in practice, it's JJ McCarthy right now. So the
fact that he did not participate in that and only
individual drills tells me that everything's pointing towards Max. Bros
were making his NFL debut in a in a very
tough place to play. Although the Seattle Seahawks. For whatever reason,
I've been a lot better team on the road than
at home. It's it's it's a weird thing because they
are obviously contending type team and a very difficult division.

But we know the rest of the storylines in that game.
But I think Brosman is going to get a chance to,
you know, to try to rally the troops and see
what he can do in a controlled fashion to kind
of try to keep his football team in it as
long as possible as a Sammy Darnold slings it against
the Vikings defense. So yeah, I think Brosberg gets to start.
I think at some point, I mean, I don't think

there's any doubt that McCarthy will get back in when
he went healthy, but whether it's I don't think it's
going to be this week. And you know, they go
look at the schedule they have after this, they play, Uh, oh,
they got they got Washington. That's Washington, Washington at home.

That might be a game where healthy then that's one
you know, when McCarthy hasn't had any success at home.

Then they go to Dallas after that, and uh, they
play at New York against the Giants. And your kiddies

games left? But I think that could we run the table?

I don't. I suspect that most people, given the circumstances,

they would send ripples across the league and certainly internally here.
If if the Vikings were to upset the Seahawks on Sunday, now,
that would take forgetting what Brozmer can do and can't do.
That would take a hurklean effort by the defense turning
the ball over, forcing Darnold to do what happened against
the Rams last year, the playoff game, you know obviously

Brian Florda the Rams this year or Rams this year. Yeah,
but I mean it would take two of those type
of plays turnovers into six points. So the kind of
game they had against the Bengals earlier this year, which
stood out because that's the only one they had where
they ran away with it and their defense was scoring touchdowns,
It's going to take that kind of you know, the
bounce of the ball getting in the interceptions. They only

picked up what still they're still holding it three interceptions
this year It's pretty hard to do that against the
team as powerful as Seattle unless you turn the ball over.
So you know, you wish the best for the kid
and see how he does. The kid he's older than
McCarthy's two years are still in him. But he's only
twenty four.

They're all kids at that age, well they are they are,
especially when you've never played a pro game. Let me
ask you a question, now, I just let me ask

be a one where he's like McCarthy. Do you think
he'll be a ten where he looks like, oh my gosh,

What do you think? Well, I hope it's somewhere in between,
I think more than anything, and that that has a
lot to you look at the game. Even as as
pathetic as that the Vikings offensive game was last week.
You know, when you have a ten to six game
at halftime and your field goal kicker just kicked out
a fifty nine yard field goal, and the Vikings are
in theory in that game until the punt mishap that

turned everything around, and all of a sudden, the Vikings
are down two scores, and that if you're playing a
really good offensive team, that shouldn't be enough to knock
you out of the game, and there are any circumstances.
But for the Vikings, it was I mean it literally
was the end of the game. I mean, the Vikings
could not barely get a first down. Micah Parsons got
unleashed and that was the end of it. I think
(22:04):
the hope is that, you know, the game plan will
be I mean, I was saying somewhat similar to last week,
where they want to run the ball against Seattle, take
some time off the clock, has some controlled passes. I
mean Brozemer's ability to kind of, you know, get the
ball out. I think a little quicker uh you know,
get JJ involved, the Jefferson involved right away, kind of
(22:25):
just move the chains, do the things wrong. I'm not
thinking he's gonna come out their bombs away like Seattle's
probably going to do. But yeah, I mean they're going
to try to make it a game as long as possible,
and Brozemer is going to play in that kind of
you know, methodical I want to call it boring, but
you know, just to turn the ball over, uh, hang around,
(22:47):
make it difficult for Seattle's defense to stay on the field,
you know, keep them on the field as long as possible.
And obviously you don't want to settle for three. And
the Vikings have a great kicker. We know that, but
you know, just it really be nice to see them.
You're almost shocked when the Vikings score a touchdown. It's like,
what just happened? I mean, were you used to watching
him for years, even when the Vikings weren't great, but
(23:10):
they could put the ball in the end zone and
now it's just sort of like it's such a challenge
for them to score that when they do, you're just shocked, Like, what,
they just score a touchdown? So I mean, I think
it still should be somewhere in between. I hope they
don't feed them to the Wolves and they get behind
by a couple of scores and then you know, Brozemer
is going to start doing things that he's not you know,
(23:31):
probably ready for, and that's you know, slinging it around
the yard. But easier said than done. But I guess
this very powerful offense at Seattle as.

I think he's going to play really well.

So he plays with the Gophers and then all of
a sudden, the seasons are he gets a call from
Kevin O'Connell says, hey, kid, you know we watched it
play a lot. We've talked to you. We want you
to come to camp and we're gonna give you a
chance to earn a spot.

He's like, hello, woke, Seriously, how cool is that?
Speaker 2 (24:28):
So he shows up, does well enough where they say, kid,
you have made the club. So now I was with
the team and it's sort of like, now he's playing
with house money a little bit. Hey, I'm in the NFL.
This is cool, and I'm the third stringer and that's great.
And all of a sudden he goes from McCarthy starts,
and all of a sudden, McCarthy's out incomes.

Wins.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
Now I've been elevated. I'm the backup quarterback. I'm one
snap away. Now all of a sudden, it looks like
they're gonna let you play. It's like, yeah, it's a
tough place to play it all that, but it's like,
this is cool because I don't think he and maybe
I'm maybe he had this idea he was going to
play in the NFL someday.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
And he was gonna get a chance. But I gotta
think it's like, this is really cool.

That doesn't mean it's going to alleviate any butterflies or
nervousness or that you know, he'll be The kids used
to say, what Jedi Knight?

There's right, he sees everything and there's noth that fools of.
But I just think he's gonna and.

Here's the thing, apparently he can throw the ball a

of the ball quickly. McConnell's made a point. So with
all that going for him, maybe he just goes in there.
I would hope that the head coach just says, just
go have fun, just go wing it, throw the ball around,
you know, just do whatever you do, and maybe he

plays really well and sparks the team.

I'm not saying that the other players on the team
don't like McCarthy and don't wish him well and want
him to evolve.

And be the starting quarterback.

But I think it's got to be a little bit
of a load off of a weight off of them two.
It a go boy, it's we got a different kid,
a different chance, a different look.

You might get your wide receivers thinking a little bit
like that.

I just I think he's gonna I just think he's

I like the way you think, and I hope that
it's just not when I talk about the kind of
conservative game plan that that witens me approach it. At
the same time, I think it would be really refreshing
if you know, let the kid air it out a
little bit. You got justin Jefferson and Jordan Andison who
are very capable of beating the Seattle defensive backs, and
it would be nice early in the game to at
(26:28):
least give it a shot, you know, just throw a
great fly pattern down the sidelines and maybe it could
be past interference or don't be too protective of what
they're trying to do. What have you got to lose
right now? You're not going to make the postseason unless
they don't lose a game the rest of the year,
and that there's no guarantee that would even get you in.
(26:49):
So you know, let the kid kind of feel his
way through it and and don't be ashamed are afraid
to get Jets involved. You get arguably one of the
top two receivers in the game, just hasn't been able
to play at that level this year. Put the ball
of them, you know, to get some time early on. Hopefully.
It sounds what koc here listening today that both Donovan Jackson,

christ and Darris will play. They're both coming back from injury,
so they didn't practice today. But this key to any
Brozemer's success. Have a lot to do with having those
two guys in the lineup, getting that offensive line intact
as it was at the beginning of the game against
the Packers last week. But I think from a fans perspective,

there's certainly going to be an It's crazy to think
everyone was so excited about jjmer and everyone, you know,
see what JJ McCarthy's got after missing all of last year,
couldn't even practice, and now it's like, whoa, let's see
what this kid's got from Minnesota opening up an opportunity
for him to play on Sunday against a really good
football team. But there's an intrigue, there's a there's an

interest level, I think from the fan base to see
what Brozeman can do because they watched them in the preseason.

couple of guys that are keep down the road but
are encouraging when you start shutting people out the way
they are and playing at this high level, and you
got bolding and capriso of if leading the charge offensively.

a highly anticipated game on Black Friday. Friday afternoon at
Grand Casino Area Arena, hosting the almost unbeatable Colorado Avalanche here.

I would just like, you know, obviously like to see
a win, but just a real professional performance, start to finish.

No, the other team had more effort, no blowing games,
lazy passes, turning the ball over late in the game,
missing free throws, play a solid game, push the thunder
to the limit, and they should be able to win
the game. I mean, you know, it's not against the
law to beat the exactly the Oklahoma City thunder.

Well, and and you know this goes back. Obviously they
faced them the Western Conference Championship last year. But the
teams have you know, taken off on a different level.
And okayc has not slowed down. They're just accelerating in
the way they approach the game with their ten man rotation.
The Wolves, I saw Mike Conley in particular, called a
not a players only meeting, a player's only dinner last night.

Ok Okay, they were on the road, so and I
heard Chris Finch. I didn't hear the particular sound bite,
but he apparently took the blame for the last two
losses that he just didn't coach as well as he
needed to. And I wouldn't disagree with that. I thought
he made some calculated mistakes. I still feel, like I
said it the other day, I don't think Kim Comley's
gonna sit on his hands. I don't know what trigger

they're gonna pull, but they need a point guard and
that in order to compete at the highest level, not
just against okay See, but against Houston and Denver in particular,
those three teams. I just think the Waves are too stagnant.
They're too disorganized offensively, especially at the end of games
against these better teams to maintain this throughout the season.

So I you know who they're going to trade for.
How they're gonna make this work salary wise, I don't know,
but I just I don't see the patience level maintaining
itself too well. But I'll see if they have some
fun and I maybe steal a game against okay Se.
