Speaker 1 (00:00):
Go to the Project hotline right now. I'm looking forward
to welcoming to the show. Eric Egger's vice president of
research at I'd never even have to be honest, sir,
never knew this existed, the Government Accountability Institute. I'd love
some government accountability. You guys actually doing your thing there

(00:22):
is when can we count on this beginning government accountability?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Manny, this is what makes you going to leave broadcasters
your preparation. So yeah, now.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
We've actually been in existence for we've been in existence
for thirteen years. Is actually founded by Peter Schweiser and
Steve Bannon, Okay, and so I've worked with Peter. Yeah,
I've worked with them since the beginning. So like we
did the book Clinton Cash that exposed, you know, the
overlap of networks between people that don'tated the Clinton Foundation,
and it got favors from Hillary's Department of State. So

(00:56):
on some level, you know, we've been providing accountability. It's
a very highlight for some time. We supposed insider trading
by members of Congress, which led to the passages of
the Stock Act. We've exposed the ways in which members
of Congress, you know, are you in there congressive flush
funds for lastile subseags, which has led to investigations. Ultimately,
Robert Menendez is arrest So we are here working, Binny.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Come ono. No. Look, effect of the matter is had
you countered instead of zapping me as well as you
just did, which was great. And if you said how
long do you think we've been around that, it sounds
about right to me. Thirteen years. I would have said
twelve thirteen years because that's when accountability that became the
battle cry of the republic was we want accountability, and

(01:42):
that I think that's why. Not long after that, you know,
when Donald Trump started talking about draining the swamp, that
catchphrase really resonated too, and people want that. And then
when it started happening the swamp started getting drained, everybody
was up in arms about it. But it's what we wanted.
And love shoeing what you guys are doing there. And
I also want to give a shout out to your podcast,

(02:04):
The Drill Down, because it sounds like it's probably really
compelling stuff. How long you been doing that?

Speaker 3 (02:11):
So we've also been doing that for about three years.
I appreciate that very much. Again, and that's something I
do with Peter Schweizer and you know, we do it
once a week and you can find all of our episodes,
including you know, I'm being you know, Peter and I
have the same power of relationships sounds like you have
with your producers, except for I'm the one with the
criminal record in that relationship. So so yeah, we but

(02:32):
we do what we doing it for about three years.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
You can find all of our episodes. That's the drill
down dot com.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
That sounds great.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Let me ask you, and I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
It's the world series is having a hard time.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
It's beating the hell having tough. It's beating that I'm
a morning radio guy. You know it's not. It's not
conducive to my lifestyle.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Trust me, I am an NBA league past owner and
I did morning radio for about a decade. I'm familiar
with the struggle.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Yes, something else I would have known had I done
any homework in preparation of this exchange. But the fact
of the matter is my homework is more over on
mom Donnie, which is why we're I wanted to have
you on, although he's an elusive one. But to that point,
you know, a further proof that I did very little

(03:15):
homework as far as Eric Eggers is concerned. Before we
get into Mom Donnie, let me just ask you this.
You don't sound it. Are you in New Yorker? Are
you a native New Yorker born and raised? Or what's
your New York deal?

Speaker 2 (03:27):
I actually am the opposite.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
I'm talking to you right now from North Florida. Okay,
So I'm in Tallahassee, Florida, which is where the government
accountability is too okay base, but you know where we
focus on national level in New York. Unfortunately, qualified biggest
city in the world, is the most important city in
the country and in many respects. And we've previously come
out with a report that showed how the whole New

(03:52):
King's two point zero wasn't really this organic uprise of
people protesting Donald Trump's power, but it was actually a
money story, and how all these Soros and Bill Gates
funded groups had been astro turfing support for that. And unfortunately,
part of that investigation led us to the same network,
or at least an adjacent network that is I think

(04:13):
artificially propping up the rise of Mom Donna to make
this Islamic democratic socialist candidate appear to be the organic
choice of the Yorkers when it's back. He's being propped
up by some very nefarious forts.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Totally, totally, I love it. That's well said. That's better
than anything I can do, because there's nothing organic about
it to even for them to even try to peddle, like, Wow,
look at how grassroots this was. The guy appeared from nowhere.
He's a total trojan horse. What frustrates me the most
about the Mam Donnie machine, all pill for your words,

(04:49):
although I think he just might pull this off next week,
is that that's his competition. Is Cuomo like that? That
was the best New York could do? It took me
back to that time. And I had a conversation with
a friend of mine yesterday. But do you remember the
days of Wiener? Remember we Wiener's im Men's fall from

(05:12):
grace for you know, just being a scumbag husband and
a perv. Next thing, you know, he's running for mayor
in New York. I mean, the Democrats are shameless, but
here they're also brainless by pitting Cuomo, who's fall from
grace is still fresh and everyone's right, he's got no
chance against Mom Donnie unless you say otherwise. You tell me.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Even if I did say otherwise, it wouldn't make it true.
I don't have that kind of power being into a
guy talking from North Florida. Well, so I don't. I
don't think it's true. And I watched the most recent
debate and it's actually incredibly compelling because, like nowhere else
you hear a discussion about, Hey, what's the deal with
Israel and God? And also what are we gonna do
about the rat? You know?

Speaker 1 (05:53):
And yeah, the rat?

Speaker 3 (05:55):
And I forgot all the rats. Yeah, And so you know,
New York has a rat problem. Unfortunately, as you just disclosed,
I think they also have a political Hubris problem, because
where else would you get someone who, as Cuomo, was
disgraced and was removed from office, and then he becomes
the second best choice to run for the most important

(06:16):
city in the country. I mean, mom Donnie's tweets from
twenty twenty in which he's calling the law enforcement new
York has a serious crime problem. New York has also
facing a major police shortage problem. They've had to dramatically
lower the qualifications for who can enter the police academy.
They're facing tens of thousands of more people to retire soon.
So they have a real cop problem. And you've got

(06:38):
a guy who's about to be the mayor saying that
they should defund the police, calling them anti queer. From
twenty twenty, those should be disqualified, except for his competitor
in twenty twenty was doing something worse. He was killing
senior citizens by sending them to COVID lab nursing home. Yea,
so right, it's not a good time to be a
New Yorker. I'm not a New Yorker. I'm a Floridian,
so I actually stand to benefit because the worst year

(07:00):
get them of my property.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Diues go up.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Well, you know that argument's been taking place here in
Connecticut as well. As far as Connecticut politicians are concerned
because everybody's bailing on New York. Maybe hanging on to
a job in New York, but they're snapping up. And
real estate's going through the roof in Connecticut because they're
moving here because there's a mass exodus going on. As
far as New York's concerned. Again, right now, we're on

(07:23):
with Eric Eggers, vice president of research at have you
ever heard of this? The Government Accountability Institute, also the
author of fraud how the Left plans to steal the
next election. I want to get into that in a second. Two.
You know, having been born and raised in Connecticut and
New York often have been my entire life. I've worked

(07:45):
in New York for a good stretch of time too.
I have a twenty two year old daughter whose goal
upon graduating college, which she just did, was to get
to New York. It's been hard. Even she's seen the
last half dozen times we've gone in. It's filthy. She
sees rats the size of raccoons. Uh. She doesn't even

(08:06):
bring it up anymore, Eric, if you don't mind my
calling Eric. She doesn't even bring it up. And she
had a circle of friends who wanted to get to
New York too. They all got the jobs there, but
they've chosen to do them remote while staying in Connecticut
because it's not safe, it's filthy, and there's not a
cop a cop to be found. And I don't see
I don't see any of that changing. I heard these

(08:27):
guys winning, but especially if Mom Donnie does when money.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
Well, I think you're I think you're absolutely right. But ironically,
the conditions you've just described are exactly why Mom Donnie's
going to win because it's not like people are choosing, Hey,
I want the shady guy with Islamic fundine who's Democratic
socialists to saying I want something else, because New York
is a hell whole Yeah yeah, too expensive, it's crime ridden,

(08:52):
and it's infested with rats and traffic and noise. And
here comes some guys saying, hey, we can fix all
these problems. We're gonna make buses go fair free, even
though it was a disaster in Kansas City and other
cities in which it's been applied. We're gonna make childcare
free for you. We're gonna do all these things, and
we're gonna do it by acing other people.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Yeah yeah, and.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
We're gonna pay for it by making other people, you know,
have their taxes rate even though the governor has said
no chance. So enough people are like, okay, sounds good
to me. They're not picking what mom Donnie's selling as
much as they're rejecting the status quo, and they're just
saying I'll take anything else. In that way, it's very
much like what Obama sold in two thousand and eight,
and so I think, unfortunately, they're just gonna have to

(09:32):
come to reconcile with the fact that these democrats socialist
policies and platforms will not lead to a better lifestyle
for New Yorkers. But you can understand why they're tempted
to pick something like that.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
But you and I also know too that New York,
much as it is a melting pot, he'll largely get
in thanks to And I don't know. I'm fifty eight
years old. I don't think. I think I'm gonna die
not understanding the guilt ridden yet highly evolved Caucasian voter

(10:06):
who mom Donnie checks so many important boxes for him,
for them that qualifications don't really matter. It's just right.
And I feel good about myself doing it because they're
guilt ridden over what I don't know. And it's just
he'll get all the liberal votes that he needs because
they're not xenaphobes like the rest of us, like me

(10:29):
and you, Eric, where's xenophobes?

Speaker 3 (10:31):
Hey? Now, keep that ex word out of your mouth. No,
I mean, you're exactly right. And you know, it's like
it's like that movie get Out in which the white
progressive dad like I would vote.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
For Obama for a third time. I couldn't.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
This is their chance. This is their chance to do it.
And and by the way, that's exactly the entire population
that fills up all the now Kings protests. It's all
the older progressive liberals. You know. That's why it was
such a failed kind of crash out thing. People were
hoping it was going to have a sequel. They're hoping
it was going to have the energy of Godfather too. Unfortunately,
all they drew was the cast at the Poon three,

(11:07):
you know. And so these old people they have, Yeah,
they're just this is what this is, who they are,
is what the movement is. And Obama Mom Donnie gives
them this energy to make them feel alive.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Yeah. The reason I even reacted the way I just
it's wild that you just went to the get out place,
that twenty two year old daughter that I already mentioned
to you once, And you know that's half the reason
I rage as much as I do. I also have
a nineteen year old son. The America they're getting is
not the america I had grown up, and I feel
badly for them about that. I'm really at a point

(11:38):
where I could give a damn what happened. We want
to continue to make a mess of everything let's go
ahead and do that. But I got kids who I
wish had love the love of country I had at
their age. But they are baffled, they're paranoid, they're scared.
And she actually came home the other night and told me,
she goes, Dad. Somebody actually said to me today that
they would have voted. They don't even know the movie. Yeah,

(12:01):
she said, she goes. Those people really exist. They said
to me today they'd have voted for Obama a third
time if they could. I'm like, there, Jordan peele knew
what he was depicting. There, he did, like, those words
are actually uttered by people.

Speaker 3 (12:16):
No, it's tremendous, and it said it sumbs it up
like the Ethos and the zeitguy.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
So well, it's a great film.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Yeah. What is the one thing that Eric Egres would
say that people don't know about Mom Donnie and need to.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Know the biggest thing is that he has been groomed
and selected. You know, remember, uh sure Jesse Jackson used
to be like, he didn't get elected, he got see elected.
And you know, I mean, Mom Donnie has pretty much
been selected by this grassroots organization that comes from the
Bernie Sanders world. But he's been part of this movement

(12:51):
the last eight years. There is a great breakdown of
this on a Fox News investigation. But there's you know,
kind of dark and shady funding so verses that come
from this weird alliance of Democrats, socialist organizations, but also
islaw neck organizations. So Mam Donnie plus the lieutenant governor
candidate in Virginia and the mayor of Dearborn, Michigan, are

(13:14):
like the three people. They've got one elected already. The
mayor of Dearborn famously recently told a Christian pastor You're
not welcome here. He said it's because the Christian pastor
did not want to coexist. But some would suggest the opposite,
as is often the case with the left, what they
say is actually the opposite of what's true. And so
you do have this very real funding network that is

(13:37):
promoting people, I think in a way that outpaces the
organic supports they have, and Mom Donnie is the most
prominent example of that.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Yeah, to that end really quickly before we let you go,
because I know I've had you for a long time.
Here and again it's Eric Eggers. The podcast is the
drill down. The book is fraud. How the Left plans
to steal the next election. How long has mom Donnie? Speaking?
Like I said to you early, you don't sound remotely
like a New Yorker to me, neither does he. How

(14:06):
long is he called New York even home? That's the
one thing Cuomo's got going for him is, which is
very little. I mean, he because his record kills him.
But he he's a New Yorker. He's a native new Yorker.
He sounds and he looks it, you feel it. Mom
Donnie comes off as he's lived there about six months.

Speaker 3 (14:25):
Well it's a little longer than six months.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
But no, he used to live in Uganda.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
He has not been in the city.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Near as long.

Speaker 3 (14:32):
And I mean, Vinnie, I don't know. You're the one
who's got kids in the in the area and you're
living the state that's neighboring it.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
I mean, do you think.

Speaker 3 (14:38):
Cuomo's got any shot? Because Cuomo does play the old
school New York card, But unfortunately, like what does being
a native New Yorker mean? It's just a legacy of
failure and higher high crime, high cost, So that doesn't
really work. It's not a brand that people are choosing anymore.
