of Instagram, doing my own business whatever, not paying attention
some dms had been coming in.

Wasn't really looking at them yet.

And then like four hours later, I go in and
I look and I linked that video not the shoes
on Instagram. So all these people who are like, oh, yeah,
I was interested in those shoes instead, they hear this,
have you.

out us? Well, whoever said this to you, they want
to actually at you, so you're doing them.

So yeah, that was a little surprised to whoever was
trying to get.

when she posts workout stuff.

So I had I had gotten a couple of dms
from people that was like, yeah, I don't think that's

and I looked and I was like, oh my god.

And so some people were like, we were wondering if
you were like trying to troll us or what the
deal was, and I was like, Nope, that was pure accident.
Had two conversations going at once. My brain skewed and

It is a good bit. That's the thing with like
cutting and pasting, and it so much like Cassandra's story
from a couple of days ago. When Cassandra was listening
to it, she was on a zoom meeting. You heard
her tell the story. She was on a zoom meeting
with like fifty people and it was getting boring, so
she private messages her friend who's also in the meeting,
a coworker buddy, and she tries to be funny and

she says, what's your favorite portn category? And she accidentally
sent it to the entire group and she got scolded
by her boss yesterday or the day before. And she
didn't get fired, but she was kind of like she
had to write a note to everybody and apologize for it.
So Jenny, I want you to apologize to and no,
I'm kidding, nobody cares nobody cares. You get it. It's funny.

But if you haven't done anything like that lately, you're overdue. Yeah,
it'll happen in the next couple of weeks. You will
send a group text to your entire family that's meant

on Monday, no Sunday morning, so we spring forward tomorrow night.
When you go to bed, put your clock an hour forward.

have to worry about it. But we got to get
up an hour early. We won't if you normally get
up at seven o'clock on a Sunday, you'll wake up

Like, for me, I would say pizza if I'm upstairs

I would get up an hour early for pizza daily,

Yeah, I mean I didn't think that deeply. I just thought, oh, oh,
that smells really good. I would also say if the
girls came over, If Allison brought her girls over and

I'd be like, oh, that's cool, all right, So pizza
or the girls. Jenny, what would you get up an
hour or what would make it worth a getting up early?

But I would say hiking, because I like to hike early,
so I like to get up for hikes so that
I don't do the trail when everyone and their mom
is doing the trail.

That's a good idea. What about you, what would you
get up early for on Sunday morning, like you know,
or anytime? What would you get up an hour early for?
We asked on Facebook. There's a couple free breakfast, says
Sarah at a hotel. That's worth it because normally they
cut off the continental breakfast at nine o'clock and you
go downstairs. The whole kitchen is clean, there's nothing bare,

but a bowl of apples and oranges is like, nobody
wants that. So getting up for the free continental breakfast
another one. Katie says, I get up at two or
three in the morning for half marathons and marathons. There's
nothing more fun than race day. Oh okay. Ray Anamarnadi
says catching his sunrise on vacation somewhere tropical I got
up early one time for whale watching. We were on

an Alaska cruise and they said, yeah, well tomorrow morning
we're doing whale watching. You want to get up early.
You gotta be up at four o'clock in the morning
because that's when the whales and I'm like four in
the morning. But we got up early and we saw
a couple of whales. It was totally worth it. There's
some more and Copeland says, a fresh cup of coffee.

Brittany says, the sun rise on the ocean on a
cruise ship. It's a must, at least for one morning.

But my nephew is such an early riser. She'll get
like five minutes. The next thing she knows she he's
right there.

She's like, ah, can we watch Frozen? Oh my gosh.

Renee says, to watch my grandson's play hockey. Tammy, he's
got a good one. What's worth getting up an hour
early for? I wake up early to get a run in.
It's so peaceful in the morning before the world is moving.
Then I have it done before life distracts me too.

I agree with that the whole it's peaceful in the
morning before the world is moving Like that's I think
that's part of the joy in getting up early.

That makes it like feel kind of cool.

And like electric because they're like, ooh, I'm accomplishing something
before anyone else's.

That's why I kind of like doing the Morning Show
is because we're up early. The world is still kind
of waking up. When I'm driving in, there's almost no traffic,
and we get to work and most people are still
at home kind of waking up, making their coffee, getting
their kids ready for school or whatever, and it's just
a great time of the morning. I like this one.
We asked what is worth getting up early for? Because
we got to do that on Sunday. If you decide
to road trip to the North Shore always requires an

Going to the grand opening of Universal's Epic Universe, that's
a good one if you're in Disney or Universal and
you get up early because you want to beat the
crowd when you get.

To the park, and that's like one of the best
getting up early and staying up late. You get up
early so you can make it to rope drop at Disney. Ooh,
because again that electric air. The sun's coming up, it's cold,
you're wearing a coat because it's still cold, and then
you're there until like eleven thirty pm, and you do
it all again the next day because time doesn't exist.

Sometimes even sometimes even later. Some of the times I
would work until like two am. Back in the day
two am they had rides go un till two am.

Because you just have to think about it because daylight
savings time starts on sun day morning. A couple of

he sucked. So had he not sucked in those last

two games, he would be worth about one hundred million
dollars as a quarterback, one hundred million and another team
might try to, like, you know, to like to pick
him up or whatever. But because of those two games,
now people don't want to hire him and pay him
a big amount of money and have him turn into
