Speaker 1 (00:01):
Vont stirs the pot vaunt what's on your mind?

Speaker 2 (00:06):
I am so sick of people trying to convince me
this is the best.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Wiggle song fruit salad.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
This is not the best wiggle song, and I'm tired
of the lies. Okay, I think the best wiggle song
of all time? Can you point your fingers and do
the twist? I don't think many parents a text call
whatever you're gonna do right now, because we're gonna argue.
People say fruit salads like their even objectively, this is
their signature song.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Here it is right. Can you point your fingers to
do the twist?

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Is my personal favorite, But even objectively, I think hot
potato is bigger than fruit salad.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
Cold spaghetti.

Speaker 5 (00:52):
Hilarious.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
I thought about this like two weeks ago, and I
was like, I need Dave back to do this.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Theirs the pot as somebody whose son grew up watching
The Wiggles, he used to say, I find a batch
of beaglesis he's now.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
Twenty four years old? A bunch of beagles?

Speaker 1 (01:08):
And I listened and watched The Wiggles for a couple
of years. Their signature song, no question is fruit salad.
That is their signature song. You can't ask anybody to
name a Wiggles song, that's what they're gonna name.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
I've never been a fan of this song.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
It's not a great song, it's not a signature song.

Speaker 6 (01:23):
It's not like a bop. But yeah, it's what they're
known for. What is a bop by the Wiggles?

Speaker 5 (01:28):
Though? To to chug a chug a big red cart.

Speaker 7 (01:30):
Ye red chikay, don't turn it out.

Speaker 8 (01:40):
Okay, card I understand why Dave knows these songs because
he had a kid around that age when the Wiggles
were big, and Van grew up with it. Bailey, you
need to explain yourself, why do you have so many Wiggles?

Speaker 6 (01:52):
So I remember going into ninth grade, the Wiggles would
be on the Disney Channel during the summertime, and I
would watch it because it made me happy.

Speaker 5 (02:01):
Oh I just so, it's so feel Goodly missed the Wiggles.

Speaker 6 (02:06):
That was like, Oh, I'm way too old for it,
way too old, That's what I was like.

Speaker 5 (02:10):
Did I miss it like on purpose? Or was I
just like too old? And they became boppul No.

Speaker 6 (02:13):
I was fully fifteen and bop it out to the
Wiggles Facts.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
What is the Wiggles best song?

Speaker 2 (02:18):
I don't think it's fruit salad, Dave, I'm surprised you
didn't name another iconic one.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
It's your go to.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Wig party.

Speaker 5 (02:29):
Who's that's Captain feather Sword?

Speaker 3 (02:31):
That stamp stands a wiggle your hits just like that?

Speaker 4 (02:35):
That was Captain feather Sword. Yeahaby isn't baby bop?

Speaker 3 (02:39):
No?

Speaker 5 (02:39):
No, come on? Do you have to the wiggle groove?
Because I love that one.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
I don't let me see dude do the move.

Speaker 5 (02:47):
They call the wiggle groove? That did it? Did it?

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Are their parents texting in about the best Wiggle song?
What do they think?

Speaker 3 (02:53):
It is?

Speaker 5 (02:54):
Rock by your bearing? Great one?

Speaker 8 (02:58):
Let's see Van, I'm sorry you haven't played Bounds for
Balls yet.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Come on, everybody, No, that's not an o G.

Speaker 5 (03:03):
That's oh I love a song.

Speaker 9 (03:06):
This is.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
So yeah, I'm starting the pop. Fruit salad Yummy Yummies
is not the best Wiggle song. I don't care what
anybody says.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
Well, let's see if there's like more debate about this one,
because I'm thinking people are very passionate about this one.
Hot Potato is a bop, there's no question. A big
red car Big is a great one. What is the
best Wiggles song though? Is it Big Red Car?

Speaker 7 (03:28):
No?

Speaker 6 (03:28):
I personally like to to chug a chug a Big
Red Car. I guess it is the same one, Big
Red Car. I think there are two different songs. Actually, yeah,
because Big Red Car goes Big Red Car, the Big
Red Car different.

Speaker 5 (03:41):
All these once to anything.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
This explains a lot about Bailey.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
How you know somebody? Bailey and Jenny are basically about
the same age. Jenny doesn't know anything. Maybe fruit Salad.

Speaker 8 (03:52):
I only know that because you used to pick it
when we played mixtape game once every four months. Fruit
Salad for one of his song Choyces.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
Another go to People say, is rock about.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Your bed rock by But this song is such a
snooze song sleep.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
Some people are texting in Dorothy Dorothy a dinosaur? Are
oh are oh t h y Dorothy the Dinosaur?

Speaker 4 (04:17):
Okay we should probably move on.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Okay, all right, it's just thinking.

Speaker 5 (04:23):
This hasn't been fun.

Speaker 8 (04:24):
I've never known any of these songs.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Well, then, Vont had an interesting observation. You got annoyed
because the Wiggles are now too diverse.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
I think they're Yeah, I think they felt guilty. No,
I just when I was younger, I wanted to be
the first black Wiggle, but I didn't think that was
gonna happen. They were four white guys for the longest,
and now there's women there of color, which I'm glad
for the progression, but it's just too confusing now.

Speaker 5 (04:47):
It was easy to keep track of when it was
just four justice.

Speaker 6 (04:50):
Though, for d I, because they were not four white guys.
Jeff is not a white man. You're totally right here,
You're totally right, Carson.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
We saw the Wiggles one time, and unlike most concerts,
they come into the crowd because they know the crowd
is harmless. So we're over at the Excel Energy Center
watching the Wiggles and they come out into the crowd
and Murray comes down our row and I'm like Murray
and I hold Carson up and he shook Carson's hand.
And so for years I'd say, remember Murray, and Carson

(05:21):
would say, he shook up.

Speaker 5 (05:22):
My hand and shook him my hand. Does Carson remember
that or is he too young?

Speaker 1 (05:27):
He says he remembers it, but I don't know. I've
got a picture of it. Thank god I had the
camera out good times. He shook in my hand.

Speaker 6 (05:33):
I went to a state fair ones with a sign
that said, well babysit for Wiggles tickets, and I stood
outside of the KDWB booth because I wanted you to
see it, because I wanted to go to a Wiggles concert.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Did it work? No, she never.

Speaker 5 (05:43):
Even came up to talk to me.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
I wouldn't drop anything to see the Wiggles live and
cars same.

Speaker 5 (05:47):
We're going together when they're here, We're gonna make it happen.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
Yes, they were dope. Text messages a bunch. There's so
many people that respond to this one. Uh, thank you
so much for bringing back the Wiggles. When I first
consistently listened to KTWB while commuting to my jo at
a daycare where my kids love the Wiggles, it's awesome
relating to Dave talk about Carson and the Wiggles song.
Carson had big Red Car, slippers were shaped like the

(06:10):
Big Red Car, and he had a little doll of
each Wiggle and he also had a feather sword from
Captain feather Sword.

Speaker 5 (06:16):
I'm so jealous.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Justice for Sam. Sam replaced Greg when Greg got sick
or whatever. The yellow wiggle and Sam's better than Greg
and the Hot Take get Out.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
Oh, Greg was the lead, he was the lead Wiggle.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
I know, but I love Sam. Justice for Sam.

Speaker 6 (06:28):
He has always been the best one and he's the
only one that's still around Anthony.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Yeah, he's the blurry Jeff and and Greg.

Speaker 6 (06:36):
Wow in the front seat of the big red cup.

Speaker 4 (06:40):
Do you think Rich is listening wishing we would move along.
Let's let's do that now, w B. What is on
your radar?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Every Tuesday we pull out something that's got you know,
like we're talking about it and maybe it's like a
movie I would throw out, for an example, the Unknown
Caller High School Catfish that is on my radar because
it is so good. Is it about a teenage girl
in high school. She gets all these awful, awful text
messages for two years and they have no idea because

(07:12):
they all come from an unknown number. Then they figure
out who is sending the text messages. It will blow
your mind. On my radar.

Speaker 8 (07:23):
On my radar is an account that's called I Think
I'm trying to find it because they collab with a
lot of accounts, but it's called We Think Deeply and
it's just like very motivational, kind of like memes and stuff. So,
for instance, the cost of never taking a risk is
spending the rest of your life wishing you had or

(07:43):
the longer you wait for the future, the shorter it
will be. So it's just a very motivational account that
I love. It's called We Think Deeply on Instagra.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
On Instagram, Okay, Bailey.

Speaker 6 (07:52):
On my radar is a podcast that both Jenny and
I really love called Basement Yard. Frankie and Joey are
the two guys that run it. Seeing clips of them
on TikTok, they are so funny and they're both so cute.

Speaker 5 (08:04):
So mine is The Basement Yard, which is like a
comedy podcast.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Not to steal it from Dave, but I put them
onto unown numbers, so I'm gonna double my radar unow
number High School Catfish.

Speaker 3 (08:13):
It's like number one on Netflix right now.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Okay, on our radar, obviously we love that one, but
also on Jenny's radar, We Think Deeply.

Speaker 5 (08:21):
It's an Instagram account that's very motivational.

Speaker 6 (08:24):
And mine's The Basement Yard, which is a comedy podcast
with Frankie and Joey.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
And there you go. On our radar, on K D
W B. What are you waiting for to arrive in
the mail? You're gonna hate me for this. It's a drum,
You're dumb? That shaped like a pot. I saw it
on Instagram, Okay, and it's got different it's like a

(08:52):
like a steel drum, like a.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Boo boo boo.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
It's got different tones.

Speaker 5 (08:55):
Oh, it's a steal. You bought a steel drum.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
It's a small one, don't judge.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
It's about as big, about as big as a pot,
about a spaghetti pot, about that big spaghetti pot.

Speaker 4 (09:05):
And it's got different tones. And you hit him with
these little.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Padded mallets just why and because it looks cool and
I like music.

Speaker 5 (09:14):
When he retires to the beach, to the beach.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
I'm gonna go on the beach went down And that's
what I'm And I haven't told Susan because she will
be pissed because I spent like one hundred and fifty
bucks on this truck. And I'm gonna have to sneak
it into the basement and play it when she's not
home because if she hears me playing it, she'll be like,

(09:38):
what do you do?

Speaker 4 (09:39):
What is that? What did you buy? Got?

Speaker 6 (09:40):
To cover yourself up with a little blankie.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
So that's what I'm waiting for in the mail. So
we asked you on Facebook and that's our talk Back Tuesday.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
Because it's exciting.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
You should always have something to look forward to. Order
something in the mail, go on Amazon. So we ask
people on Facebook what are you waiting for in the mail?
Have you do this on the talk back on the
talkback feature on the iHeartRadio app, open it up, pap
the red microphone and let us know what are you
waiting for. For example, Sarah's waiting for roaches for their

(10:11):
pet dragon. Okay, yeah, here's one orange red thread for
a sewing project. Oh nice, here's one of Renaissance Halloween costume,
says Sam for Martinez. A new credit card I applied for,
says Amber.

Speaker 8 (10:29):
Says A dressed for a wedding more attending this weekend. No,
I've waited a little too long to order that Alco.
I hope it comes here in time.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Tyler's waiting for a sign Brett far Football. You go
out and you look at your porch and you're like,
is it here? Oh, it's not here yet, So then
you scramble out through the mailbox and it's like, oh look,
it's it's here. It's exciting. What are you waiting for
in the mail? Leave a talkback on the talkback feature
on the iHeartRadio Apple. We'll play yours back.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
Next Frying show on Katie w B. We are you
know you.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Should be waiting for something? Like you always have something
to look forward to. It's in my book, take a shower,
show up on time and don't steal anything.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
Have something to look forward to.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
Maybe you're going to Taco Bell to get that five
dollar box for have something to look forward to you
if they have a nine dollar box.

Speaker 5 (11:11):
I didn't know that you even had a five dollars
You get a.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Five dollar box, seven dollars box, nine dollar box.

Speaker 5 (11:15):
Do you know that so well?

Speaker 4 (11:16):
I saw the ad last night.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Oh no, not the tinkle bell go all the time.
So what are you looking forward to? What are you
looking forward to getting in the mail? We've got talk
backs on the talk back feature. What are you looking
forward to getting in the mail?

Speaker 10 (11:29):
I'm currently waiting for the upgraded ring that I got
from my wife for our ten year anniversary, which that
she knows nothing about, also having it routed to my
work address. So you know it's it's highly anticipating and
uh and it's fully insured, so it's just like the
just waiting for it.

Speaker 6 (11:49):
You know, that's a.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
Thrill every day checking the mail room. You see if
that ring is there? What are you looking forward to?
Good morning, Katie w B.

Speaker 5 (11:57):
I ordered some.

Speaker 8 (11:58):
New fun toy if you know what I mean, and.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
I'm waiting for them in the mail.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
Legos.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
Oh wait, okay, she's all giggly and exciting. I guess
it would be exciting.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
Yeah. We got some text messages too.

Speaker 6 (12:12):
This one says I'm waiting for my sperm count test results,
hoping for zero since my vasectomy.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
Oh yeah, because you're gonna get the tested.

Speaker 6 (12:20):
Sure, my real ID sixty one days in counting tiny
hats for my friend's chickens.

Speaker 5 (12:28):
What I would love to see those pictures.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
We get more talk bags.

Speaker 9 (12:32):
I'm waiting for in the mail, A sweatshirt and all.
The reason this is funny is because I accidentally left
it behind somewhere when I went shopping with my friend
on Saturday. And it could be the hormones of who knows, perry,
menopause or my period coming soon. But I was so
distraught on Sunday when I realized I left it somewhere

(12:54):
that my husband ordered it for me again on Amazon,
so it's coming on.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
Oh my gosh, it's nice.

Speaker 7 (12:59):
Okay, this is Chris from Farmington and we're waiting for
our blinds for our bedroom because right now we just
sleep with all blinds and everyone can see us, which
is weird.

Speaker 4 (13:08):
Yeah, that is weird. Again.

Speaker 7 (13:11):
My nine year old daughter is waiting for a cat bag,
but she's gonna lose it when it finally comes.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
Oh my god, a cat bed is coming. Checking the
mail to see whether it's there.

Speaker 7 (13:22):
My t shirt.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
You're kind of hot, Katie w B.

Speaker 4 (13:26):
I can't wait to get it more because you wait.
You can order those online.

Speaker 5 (13:30):
Yep, you can.

Speaker 8 (13:31):
You should if you go to Dave ryanshow dot com.
It says katiew B Minnesota Say Fair March twenty twenty five,
and there's.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
Still a link there that you can order.

Speaker 6 (13:39):
We got some text messages too, saying I'm waiting for
my KATIEWB sweatshirt that I ordered because I couldn't make
it to the fair. And then my mother in law
bought me katiewb swag from the fair since I live
in South Carolina, now.

Speaker 5 (13:50):
But still listen everyone.

Speaker 4 (13:50):
Wow, that's awesome.

Speaker 5 (13:51):
Hey, thanks for ordering merch sweet.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Here's another one, not on the talkback feature.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
I like everyone, probably I am waiting for you.

Speaker 7 (14:01):
And and it's on its way.

Speaker 4 (14:08):
Yeah, another talk back.

Speaker 10 (14:11):
I am waiting for my voice activated blinds, white slash curtains,
so I can be even more lazy than I already am.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
How does that work?

Speaker 5 (14:22):
Close the blinds?

Speaker 1 (14:24):
Do you have to say Alexa? I don't know, Alexa,
close the blinds. She's like, no, Alexa, close the blinds.

Speaker 10 (14:34):
I'm sorry, but I don't see any blinds connected that
I can control.

Speaker 5 (14:38):
Is there something else I can help you with? But
she can control some.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
I guess if you connect your blinds, that is a
new level of laziness.

Speaker 5 (14:45):
Yes, like okay, it's like the clap on, clap off.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
That's a thing. I have a little lamp and I
put an LED light in there.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
You just connected through the Alexa app on your phone
and you could say Alexa, turned light on, and then
say a color, turn it purple, blue, green, And it
does it without me even having to flip the switch.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
Amazing. What what are you waiting for? The mail?

Speaker 6 (15:02):
What I am waiting in the mail for are my
Lost Lands ticket wristbands?

Speaker 5 (15:08):
We leave on Tuesday?

Speaker 4 (15:09):
What is lost Lands?

Speaker 5 (15:10):
I don't know. I think dum it sounds like medm.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Okay, yeah, there's another talk about.

Speaker 4 (15:16):
Okay, I am waiting for my new, brand new plate
for my brand new car that I financed all by myself.

Speaker 6 (15:25):
Yeah, yeah, says I'm waiting for my daughter's dress for homecoming.
It's our first home incoming dance ninth grade.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
Oh my god, it is going to be homecoming soon.
When is homecoming? Like middle of September or early October May? Okay,
all right, thanks for all those. We'll be back in
a second. I'm Katie WB. They're arguing over the fourth
best city in America. So you could say the standard
is New York, Chicago, LA. What city is number four?

(15:55):
Would you argue for Minneapolis or some of these other choices.
We'll talk about that next one. You can't make this far.
We're number four. We're number four, okay. So traditionally we
kind of think of like the top three cities in
America as the biggest ones. So you got your New York,
you got your Los Angeles, and then you've got your Chicago.
But there's a big debate over what city is number four,

(16:17):
and it's kind of up for grabs. So like, for example,
people in DC, I think it's theirs because it is
the center of power and history in the country. And
then San Francisco is going, no, no, no, no no,
don't forget about us. We got culture, cuisine, and the
fact that we are the center of Silicon Valley.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
So we win. But then people in Atlanta are like, no, no, no, no, no.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
We're the world's busiest airport for example, down Atlanta.

Speaker 4 (16:41):
Good thing.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
I don't think that's a I thought it was Colorado
had like Denver was the busiest.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
I don't know, Okay, interesting, I thought it was Heathrow. Honestly,
it was world busiest. Miami sites diversity in Latin culture,
which make it a top destination for domestic and international travelers.
And then there's Boston, which is like you know, there's
is like you know, Harvard, m I T, Berkeley College
of Music, for example. I don't know that we would

(17:08):
make it. We love Minneapolis except certain parts of it.
Looking at you, Little Canada, I'm joking.

Speaker 5 (17:14):
Come on, Little Canada is not in Minneapolis.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
You mean Minnesota.

Speaker 5 (17:17):
Oh, Minnesota.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
You mean anyway, you're having a shut up. So would
you argue that Minneapolis is the fourth city? I mean
I would not.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
I wouldn't say I'm gonna put Orlando because Orlando, come on,
you're leaving out Orlando, the theme park capital of the world.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
I wouldn't even say it's Orlando. I would put I
would say Atlanta comes it's in the conversation of number
four and maybe San Francisco. But I'm also thinking we
have like radio markets and like, you know, which which
are the big cities.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
So maybe that's why I'm thinking that.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
I think San Francisco is a number four radio market.
But then Philadela. Ain't nobody arguing for Philadelphia?

Speaker 8 (17:51):
Sure, because we're good they're trash trash in Philadelphia.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
But also historical. There's history there too.

Speaker 5 (17:57):
Facts. Yeah, there's history here though.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
What about Denver? I think Denver's good city. But it's
like it doesn't come to mind when it comes to
like the top four. Well, are you gonna tell us, no,
there's no answer, There is no.

Speaker 6 (18:07):
Answer there arguing Oh, I see, well everyone's arguing about it.

Speaker 5 (18:10):
We'll shoot what.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Should be the top four in you know, there's Chicago,
New York, la Omaha, o Maha.

Speaker 6 (18:19):
Rag on Omaha. That's a popin city. It is poppin' Dallas.
I've never been Dallas fort Worthy. It's also in that conversation.
I would say, I don't know what's out there, but.

Speaker 1 (18:29):
I would say I've been to Atlanta. I didn't find
it to be anything. It was neutral to me. I
didn't find it to be like, oh wow, this is
really cool. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (18:36):
I mean, I've been to Atlanta and I thought it
was cool because we went to the Coca Cola Museum.
Oh did you and that is fascinating?

Speaker 1 (18:42):
Okay good. I would say Boston might be up there. Yeah,
I'd put DC at like number five. I feel like
there is.

Speaker 2 (18:47):
I don't feel like it's number four, but it's not four,
but definitely five.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
Definitely five. What do you think that you can't make
this stuff up? On KD WUB, we'll do Dave's Dirt
coming up in a few minutes. We got this is
really interesting. The top three pop songs of the nineties. Now,
I'll play number three, but I'm gonna save number one
and number two for you. Here is the number three
pop song of the nineties. What is the number one

(19:17):
and number two pop song of the nineties. We'll tell you.
Coming up next on Dave's Dirt on kt WB, it
is Halloween costume for your pet time and Vaunt. I
think is this a Halloween costume or just a little outfit.
I think it's just a little outfit.

Speaker 2 (19:32):
There will probably be if you leave it up to
my girlfriend Alyssa, she said, a different Halloween costume for
our dog Eva every day of October.

Speaker 5 (19:38):
God, that's a waste of money, That's what I said.
What is the outfit that she's wearing.

Speaker 3 (19:42):
It's like a little too too. It's orange.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
It's on my Instagram at vaunt leak and it says
on the back little pumpkin. She was not let me say,
I'm not gonna say. She wasn't having it, but she
was trying to keep eating the tub not like, no,
they don't. I keep trying to tell Alyssa. Alyssa's so
hell bent on finding a nice cute little bow tie
for She's like, if I get an orange bow tie,
I got to get an orange leash and an orange
collar and it won't match because right now she just pink.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
I'm like, okay, sweetie, like your child. You guys are
treating this like a baby.

Speaker 7 (20:14):
Baby.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
It's good practice. It's good baby practice.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Makes it both because I do love Ava like she
is my child, but Alyssa just goes overboard sometimes, Like
Alyssa will when Ava crawls in our bed but me
and a list are on the couch, she'll take a
blanket from the couch that I have and go tuck
Ava in.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
I'm like, you know she's a dog, right, but.

Speaker 6 (20:30):
Have you training her, like I know you taught her
how to do the prison thing and get to her crate,
but like sit, stay and all of.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
That, she knows. She knows stay.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
We've been really really like trying to do the thing
where like you smell this treat in my hand, Okay,
do this before I give it to you. Yeah, And
we don't give her the treat until she gets until
her butt is sitting on the ground. If she tries
to get up, like nope, try again, and then we
do this thing I saw it on TikTok when we're
about to come in the door, Sit and then I
start to crack open the door. And if she comes
before I say come up, be like nope, start over, Sit,

(20:58):
and then she has to wait for me to say
come when I open the door.

Speaker 1 (21:01):
But at a door. Yeah, And Bernie is learning how
to sit. He sits, but he thinks he has to
sit in the same spot. It's very cute. If you're
in the kitchen or outside and you say sit, he
won't do it. But if you're in the house and
you get a little treat to say sit, he runs
over to a spot where he learned it, in front
of the fireplace, and he sits because he thinks there's
only one place for him to see. And he's such

(21:23):
a polite dog. He will not take the treat out
of your hand. You have to set it on the
floor in front of him. Then he'll pick it up
because he's just so polite.

Speaker 5 (21:32):
He's just like he's also a dirp what dud, I
gotta be right here for you to give me the treat.
I can't be right there.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
He's a little bit of a dirt, which is totally
different than Josie, because Josie was a brilliant dog. And
I've told that and Susan comes to his defense. He's like,
he's not dirpy, he's not dumb. It's like he's a
little Dirpy, there's nothing wrong with that. He's going to
be a big dog event coming up by Strut for

(22:01):
Much coming up this Saturday at Trap Farm Park in Egan.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
We're gonna be down there hosting.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
It's like a charity event, and you can sign up
on hold on, I'll pull up the website for you. Yeah,
but we're gonna be there on Saturday. You go to
Rescue NETWORKMN dot org and there's everything from food trucks
to pet photography. There is free caricatures of you and
your dog. I'm gon get one of those. It's kid friendly,

(22:29):
bring your wagon, bring your stroller, and this is just
gonna be a lot of fun Trap Farm Park. Sign
up online Rescue NETWORKMN dot org and use the promo
code KATIEWB to get ten bucks off, or just sign
up there on the Saturday morning. Registrations about nine o'clock.
Will walk and hang out start about ten o'clock.

Speaker 8 (22:45):
I'm also going to be down in Egan today if
you want to come hang out at Rasmussen's Egan campus
because they're doing a big anniversary run walk. It's only
one point two five miles, but I'll be down there
from noon to one and Egan and they're doing campus tours.
They'll have free food and we'll be giving away some
KTEWB merch.

Speaker 5 (23:02):
So swing by and say hi.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
And taking of school.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
I'll be at a Roseville High this weekend Friday for
Friday Night football. We kick it off and it'll be
every Friday. This week will be at Roseville. We're gonna
play a game that evolves dice, and if you win
the game, students, any students there will be able to
win a twenty five thousand dollars scholarship to any school.
It's to any school, but it's presented by College of
Saint Ben and Saint John's Orange to them.

Speaker 4 (23:23):
We're just everywhere and maybe at the Renaissance Festival.

Speaker 5 (23:25):
I am on Saturday and Sunday.

Speaker 6 (23:27):
If you happen to be at the Renaissance Festival, come
find me at the Danger Committee stage.

Speaker 5 (23:32):
I sell chocolate for them in a tent.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
Okay, I've seen I think I've seen you there before.

Speaker 5 (23:37):
Yet that's not directly through iHeartRadio. It's just me wanting
more money and working at that.

Speaker 4 (23:42):
Okay, nothing wrong with that.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
We're gonna do Dave's Dirt coming up in a second
after Alex Warren one of the biggest songs that there
is right now.

Speaker 4 (23:50):
On kd WB N your radio. It's Dave's Dirt on
kd w B. I thought it was kind of a
fun story.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
Somebody did, I don't know, like a Billboard Music or
something like that, did a report on the top three
songs pop songs of the nineties and number.

Speaker 4 (24:06):
Three is.

Speaker 1 (24:09):
Thank You, Number two ise and number one song of
the nineties. Don't disagree with any of those at all.

Speaker 8 (24:25):
There is drama in the Royal family as always. Prince
Harry has been spending this week in England, but he's
received a frosty reception from the royal family. Apparently, Prince
William and Harry are not on speaking terms since the
publication of Harry's Tell All Spare, and there had been
hope for reconciliation when communications aids of King Charles met

(24:46):
this summer with Harry's people. However, this week Harry's father
is staying in Scotland, so those two have not been
face to face for more than eighteen months.

Speaker 7 (24:55):
Oh, okay, for eighteen years old, quite that long, but yeah, drama, drama,
drama with that Royal family of theirs Ioadebris is going
viral for a response to this really like cringey interview
for their new movie After the Hunt.

Speaker 6 (25:10):
Andrew Garfield, Julia Roberts, and Ioadebris all were being interviewed
by this film journalist and the journalist asked the question
what can we expect in Hollywood after the hashtag me
too movement and Black Lives Matter are done? And she
asked this question specifically to Andrew Garfield and Julia Roberts,
who are both famously white, and Ioadebrie's like, hold up, no,

(25:34):
can can I actually answer that?

Speaker 5 (25:37):
So it was really awkward. It's going viral right now.

Speaker 6 (25:39):
And props to Julia Roberts because she's like, hey, can
you repeat that? Because that was weird and I can't
tell which one of us you're talking to.

Speaker 5 (25:47):
It's really interesting.

Speaker 6 (25:48):
Honestly, I would definitely recommend going and watching that clip
because it was cool to watch Iodewe kind of stand
up for herself and she's like, actually, no, I'm going
to answer the question.

Speaker 5 (25:57):
And also, what a weird question to ask.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Lizzo's been teasing an album for months and we are
not getting it.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
She said, she's putting it on the sholves.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
She said, I've changed the world has changed so much
and so much has happened.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
It just wasn't what I was feeling right now.

Speaker 2 (26:09):
I looky think Lizzo can't make a comeback, not because
what she did was so bad, like her whole the
harassing her backgrounds.

Speaker 5 (26:16):
It's not guilty, I know, and that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (26:19):
It's not because of that.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
I just feel like the moment has passed because that
was such a big thing, and that she hasn't put
out stuff in a while.

Speaker 3 (26:24):
I don't know if Lizzle's going to have another Truth Hurts.

Speaker 5 (26:26):
I mean, Chris Brown still has a fame fan base.

Speaker 4 (26:29):
Yeah it's true. Yeah, people forget I.

Speaker 8 (26:31):
Mean, is it does suck because I really do think
like Truth Hurts and all of those songs were so great.
I feel like it's like, why hasn't she come back
and had something.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
I think she feels it. Yeah, I think she feels it.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
It's like, damn, I don't think it's going to make
as big of an impact as you know it would
have before all this nonsense happened.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
But I mean, so many artists, I mean, being in
the music business for as long as I have. It
is hard to have an enduring career. I mean the
usually artists are popular for a few years, but it's
really difficult to have an artist that endures, like a
Taylor Swift, Bruns, I.

Speaker 4 (27:04):
Mean, Bruno Mars is one. He's endured for a long time.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
But there's a lot that either one hit Wonders or
they have a couple of great songs and then that's
kind of it for them.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
Yeah, that's just kind of the way he is.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
Yeah, Wellen Free she had a long run though she
was big for you know, about ten years, and she's
not you know, she's not totally disappeared. Joe Jonas was
given a funny speech about messing his pants.

Speaker 4 (27:25):
In middle school. Here's Joe Jonas.

Speaker 7 (27:27):
Middle school pants.

Speaker 9 (27:32):
Look at me now.

Speaker 7 (27:34):
So if you're out there pants at school, it's okay.

Speaker 3 (27:37):
One day you can become a Jonah's brother. Kind of
like moody.

Speaker 4 (27:43):
Monday motivation exactly. I wonder what that setting was.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
It sounds like picture him playing like a school cafeteria
or something like guitar.

Speaker 2 (27:52):
He was with Kai sanat that all three of the
Jonahs brothers. Kaysa not's a streamers, so they were on
his live stream, just doing a bunch of dumb stuff.

Speaker 3 (27:58):
That probably one of the funnier moments.

Speaker 8 (28:00):
So I've been watching the second part of season two
of Wednesday. I have one episode left, and it's been
so so good. But there is a character on there
which obviously you probably know from the Adams Family. There's
Uncle Fester and Uncle Fester on this season. It has
been so funny, and now Fred Armison is confirming that
there is probably going to be an Uncle Fester spinoff.

Speaker 3 (28:21):
And I heard that there might be chocolate spinoff of
Uncle Fester. Yeah, you're getting your own jealous Come on,
that's fantastic.

Speaker 7 (28:30):
It's that amazing.

Speaker 3 (28:31):
It's amazing, had a great past, great.

Speaker 5 (28:34):
And Tim Burton is Tim Burton.

Speaker 4 (28:36):
He's amazing.

Speaker 5 (28:37):
Yeah. Uncle Fester on It is just hilarious.

Speaker 8 (28:39):
He's not a huge character in it, but he's just
I don't really remember watching any of the Adams Family stuff,
like the og stuff. Yeah, but Uncle Fester on Wednesday
is hilarious.

Speaker 4 (28:51):
Okay, good to know.

Speaker 5 (28:52):
Dang, I'm jealous of Uncle Fester.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
They talked about the most annoying players in the NFL,
and I will get to the number one most annoying
player in a second, but in the top five are
Travis Kelcey because people just get oversaturated with Travis Kelsey,
Patrick Mahomes because.

Speaker 5 (29:10):
I thought he was going to be number one.

Speaker 4 (29:12):
Who don't like Patrick Mahomes?

Speaker 5 (29:14):
Yeah, well though I do not like him. I just
think he sounds like Kermit and it just.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Like he does Dak Prescott and Odell Beckham Junior, who
is currently not even with the team, but the number
one most annoying player in the NFL.

Speaker 4 (29:27):
Anybody want to take a guess?

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Is it?

Speaker 5 (29:28):
Aaron Rodgers is Aaron Rogers? Everyone hates him?

Speaker 4 (29:32):
Why did they hate Aaron Rodgers? Follow close?

Speaker 8 (29:36):
It's just like he got a lot of hate during
COVID time because I think he said that he had
gotten the vaccine but he hadn't and everyone was kind
of being required to get it in the NFL. I
don't really remember exactly what it was, So there was
a lot of hate with that, a lot of conspiracy
with that. But he's kind of He's done a lot
of like woo wu things that people like I don't know,

(29:57):
And then I've heard some bad accounts from X of
his that he was.

Speaker 4 (30:01):
A little bit Anika Patrick.

Speaker 8 (30:03):
He said that he was like verbally abusive and stuff.

Speaker 5 (30:06):
So I don't know that he's necessarily a great He was.

Speaker 4 (30:09):
Just to let you know.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
He had a great opening game on Sunday through four
touchdown passes and beat his old team, the New York Jets.
He's playing for the Steelers now. He was expressionless during
the interview. I mean the interviewer was doing a great job,
and Aaron Rodgers.

Speaker 5 (30:23):
Was just like, Yeah, that's how he's always been. Anything
new he got them sleepy eyes.

Speaker 1 (30:28):
Also, the Vikings came back last night in a game
that you might have turned off just after halftime. You
might have said, let's watch Netflix. They came back fourth quarter.
Big comeback is like twenty seven to twenty four or
something like that. So Vikings have one in the W column.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
How we start getting into sports, Like if I kind
of finally wanted to fall on the football bandwagon, how
do I start.

Speaker 4 (30:49):
Learning but watch with somebody who knows.

Speaker 2 (30:52):
And then have them explain it to me, like dumb
it down? Yeah, because I kind of want to care.
I don't know that I do yet. It is fun
to care about, Yeah, it is. It is fun to
care about. It's like something to do on your Sunday
afternoons or Sunday nights or whatever to watch football. Like
I watched the Super Bowl, but I usually watch it
for the halftime show, and I'm kind of understanding, like, oh,
this team has more numbers, so they're winning.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
But that's about the gist of what I get.

Speaker 6 (31:13):
I'd be interested just for the food and the community aspect.

Speaker 5 (31:17):
You could really come together for sports.

Speaker 4 (31:19):
They're usually wings.

Speaker 5 (31:20):
Yeah you wings.

Speaker 4 (31:22):
That is true.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
Yeah, that is the dirt brought to you by six
one two injured Himer and Lammer's injury laws.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
Speaking of chips, Dave, did you see that they started
changing this row hoo to a chi cheese?

Speaker 1 (31:31):
It's officially I totally knew that. Yeah, because they're bringing
back chee cheese. But it's going to be like an
upgraded twenty twenty five che cheese.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
I wonder when, because they've started construction so Rohos clothes,
I wonder when it's going to actually be done done.

Speaker 4 (31:41):
I hope the food still be Well. I'll take you
guys over there for lunch.

Speaker 5 (31:45):
No, we want to go to Benny Hanna. I would
take any of them. I would take either one.

Speaker 4 (31:50):
I bought you guys, pork chops on a stick of
the stage.

Speaker 3 (31:52):
You didn't buy me, Jack, I just want to say
that you didn't buy me anything.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
Sorry about that. All right, it's KATWB. We'll be back
at his second that Jenny's been on Reddit. I see
that the dog, my dog, Bernie is going to call
the show.

Speaker 5 (32:03):
Yeah, we haven't scheduled to call.

Speaker 8 (32:05):
He was, I know, he had like he was up
early and then he had a little morning nap so
he wasn't available till like after nine.

Speaker 4 (32:10):
He yaid, Okay.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
One of the dumbest bits we do is coming back
and coming up when we come right back on Katie
w B.
