They're doing it outside so they'll have a ton of space,
and then you just kind of shop what other people brought,

Kiddy yoga at Smash Park in Rooseville. I think I
did puppy a couple of weeks ago, but kittens. Everyone
in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities loves cats. Two sessions
ten am and eleven tomorrow. Basically you just do yoga
for forty five minutes and then there's little kittens running
around the room and then you get fifteen minutes like
take photos and stuff.

child's pose and they're making little biscuits on your back.

Number two is Twin City Skaters is like a roller
skating group. They have a ton of skates and they're
setting up at the Rock in Saint Louis Park. It's
like an open air event venue. Okay, so you just
calm show up.

It's free. They have skates of all sizes.

They're skiing every bar whatever.

Speaker 6 (17:19):
Yep, exactly. That's a Memorial Day from five to eight pm.

I mean that's fun. And they'll have raffles and prizes, games, food,
all kinds of stuff.

And then number one, I heard you guys talking about
this earlier is the kickoff to the State Fairs going on.

A lot of people don't know about it.

When I talk about on social media, they're like, I
didn't even know this was a thing.

Yeah, this is great. Like I hate the heat there,
I hate the crowd.

So they're gonna have forty food vendors and like thirty
you know Minnesota base companies selling merchandise, music, entertainment, free parking,
The Giant Slide will be open. Sweet Marthas will be there.
This is my best tip for Minneapolis people is the
best egg girl in the city is from Quavette, and
they'll be the stand quaveet It's a they started in

northeast Minneapolis. They have like a takeout place so you
can eat into. They're kind of expanded in recent years now.
I think they have a place in Brooklyn Park and
at Saint Paul. I think they do too. And it's
spelled to just because it's hard to pronounce. But it's

I always get a Vietnamese coffee there every year, and
then I usually get their wantons too.

Yeah, everything they have is phenomenal. They have many that's
a mile long. So if you like that kind of thing,

the kickoff to the face. Probably maybe all they have
all their vendors, like all the food vendors on their websites.

If you're a first time home buyer, it's very competitive

can get you can negotiate things, repairs, price change, you know,
stuff like that. Right now, you got to come with
your best game to get and like the best houses
are gone and they're getting you know, five to ten
offers at least.

On day one, they'll get five to ten offers and
you'll offer asking price and somebody will pay like you know,
x amount over asking price because that's what it takes.
