Speaker 1 (00:00):
I guess there's a problem. There is trouble in paradise
on the Dave Ryan in the Morning Show. Sure is
one member of the Dave Ryan Show is annoyed with
another member of the Dave Ryan Show. And we need
you to tell us who's right and who's wrong. We
need your verdict in the Dave Ryan Show people's courts.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Okay, you're gonna.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Have to be like the judge Bailey, so you'll have
to have the plaintiff and the defendant entered the courtroom.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
All right, order order, order. Plaintiff is gonna come in first. Well, yes, plaintiff.
Watch now entering the courtroom. Plaintiff Jenny Loodyboody, what what's up? Okay?

Speaker 4 (00:40):
Hi, I'm here today because I am so pissed off
at Dave Ryan. Oh I am so upset. I actually
went home and cried yesterday after I found out something
that he did that is so disrespectful. So we're just
mining our business, chit chatting about some things on Minnesota
Goodbye yesterday. And then I look over and we brought

(01:04):
up the calendar I brought God Dave for Christmas.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
And it's a joke calendar.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
It was corny dad jokes new joke every single day,
and I go, oh, davelake, where's your joke calendar? You
know what he did? What he threw it away? What
he threw it away because he said that it was
bad and he hated it and it was an awful
present and that it was worth us and he can't
believe I would give him something like that, and that

(01:28):
there was too much clutter, so he needed to clean
up his little space over there. And so instead of
I don't know, maybe the five different leftover cups you
have over there, you threw out a present. You threw
out a present that I gave you that also helped
with content for the show when we needed to fill
time because we didn't have enough content.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
You threw it out. It was hurtful.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
I would never throw out a present, especially one that
sits in the public eye that the person who gave
it to you could see. Okay, So I am taking
Dave to court today because he is guilty of hurting
our friendship and being disrespectful of the thought I put
behind a Christmas gift.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
I got him, all right, all right? Order order or okay?
Defended Dave Ryan, You are available to come to the
stand now.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Well, apparently you didn't swear anybody in to tell the
truth of the whole truth.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
Swear me right now, do.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
You swear to tell the whole truth? Nothing but the
truth will help you.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
God, I do indeed lies lies.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Lies.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
First of all, she's not that madch she doesn't really
care that much. Number two, I never said that it
was a terrible present. This is what I did. I
looked over. You guys are always giving me a hard
time because I have a stack of garbage junk over
here on the left side of my room. It includes
a couple of coffee mugs, a coffee mug warmer, several
magic tricks, and then some microphones, some card games, and

(02:47):
several cans of sin. But there was also over the
items that I threw away. First of all, the jokes
were not funny. They we didn't read them. They were jokes.
They were like horrible, not funny, corny jokes. So I
threw away the joke of the day calendar. And also

(03:07):
threw away a bottle of part spray. Yes, we had
a bottle of part spray that we didn't use anymore.
I also went to a rock shop in Colorado, a
few years ago and bought a rock for forty dollars
that was supposed to exude positive energy into the studio.
Just more clutter, a couple of things that we never
touched over here, and I threw it all away, and
I thought it was a blessing, and that's why I
did it. I did it for the betterment of the

(03:29):
entire studio environment. I certainly never talked disparagingly about the
plaintiff or her present to me.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
I just cleaned up clutter.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
All right, Jenny Lutenberger, do you have any witnesses in
this case?

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Yes, am, I would like to bring Bailey to the stand, please, Yellow,
can you tell your side of the story of what
happened when we found out that that calendar was suddenly missing.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
Yes, I remember like it was yesterday, Come on drama,
because it was yesterday. But when Dave said, oh, I
threw it out, Jenny had one single tear fall from
her eye. It was very beautiful, and Dave laughed. He went,
you know what's funny the way that this makes you sad?

(04:17):
It was so evil and I'm just it's just not fair.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
It's just you guys are ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
This is such a biased court room witness.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Okay, thank you winness, Judge Bailey.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Yes, should we get some jurors on the phone.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
I would love to get some jurors on the phone
to see who is guilty and who is exonerated in
this situation here, I.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
Would like to offer this up. While you're looking for
jurors on the phone, I will like to offer up
the fact that I do appreciate the gift. Jenny is
a good gift giver. Not certainly not a great gift giver,
but she's a She's a good gift give a good gift,
and I do appreciate the gift.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
You know, you're you're all.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
You're kind of the person that'll buy me something incize small.
I'm not as small. You'll be your bring and something
like like that.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
You you sort of tell the truth.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
I'm just saying.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
I'm saying you're a good gift giver. You're not a
great gift giver. This is a good gift. I appreciate it.
It wasn't a great gift. So really, the world is
a better place without the joke of the day calendar.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Well, we're gonna let the jury decide, so call us
six five one nine nine, katiewb. We need three jurors
on the phone and then we will decide if Dave
is guilty or not.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
The deck is so stacked against me. I need to
get Heimer and Lamber's on the phone right now.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Thank you, welcome back to the court. This is Judge Bailey.
I have plaintiff Jenny Loody booty, and I have defendant
mean terrible Dave. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
See, I can't get a fair trial in here at all.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
And I'm here to talk to some jurors today to
see whether or not Dave is or is guilty.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
OK.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
I like what you're in there. Our first juror is
te Tina. Hello, Welcome to the court. Hello, Hello, welcome.
Can I can you tell me is Dave guilty or
not guilty for his crimes? Not guilty, Tina, explain yourself
as a jury member.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
Alright, So Janny should know better. They've been friends for
a long time. He should know that Dave do better
joke than those corny joke.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Thank you, thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
Have you heard his jokes?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Like my marriage has never been the same since the accident,
the one where I got that ring stuck on my finger.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
That's a good stuff. Okay, right there, thank you, thank.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
You for not guilty. Now all right, we've got Suzanne
on the line. Suzanne, welcome to the court room. Thank
you so much. Judge Bailey, I appreciate, thank you here,
very welcome.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
Here we go already, I can would you.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Like to rule not guilty or definitely guilty?

Speaker 4 (07:06):
So Steve, I'm.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Gonna have to say you should probably be careful because
I'm going to go with not guilty.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
What why explain yourself?

Speaker 3 (07:14):
Suzanne somn not guilty comes from the fact that I've
been listening for many years and I have heard how.

Speaker 5 (07:22):
Many times Dave has gotten yelled at to clean up
that corner. Yes, and to be honest, I can't.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Recall one single joke that has been told from that
from that calendar. Very forgettable, your honor, And you're right.
I have been harassed, harangued and do and and diminished
as a human.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Something, Suzanne.

Speaker 5 (07:45):
It I wouldn't add to it. Dave.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
We got you your car, Thank you, Suzanne, love you.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
There is a lot of junk in that corner that
also has never been touched or even opened. I think
there's plastic wrap on certain things. Yeah, So at least
the joke book was getting used every once in a while.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
Well, okay, it's kind of like there's untouched myth in
your house. I'll have more respect for you than if
you have a bowl of meth on your coffee to
your maths analogy. I don't not my best analogy, Susanne,
you know what I think. That go ahead, Suzanne, I'm gonna.

Speaker 5 (08:16):
Opt out of that part of the conversation.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
I appreciate your support. There's a rally outside the courthouse later,
so I appreciate you. There'll be protests as starting this afternoon.
We're gonna block inter State ninety four. It's gonna be
very cool. Finally, on the phone, right now, we have
a final juror.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
Hello juror jerm Matt, Welcome to the courtroom.

Speaker 5 (08:35):
Good morning, Hello Durmatt.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
Now it's up to you here. Okay, No, it's already no,
this is mackets two votes, So, Matt, are you gonna
vote not guilty? Are you gonna vote guilty?

Speaker 5 (08:49):
Wow? I mean I know what's road I was gonna take.
But if I get double vote, not still not going
to change my mind. It's a queen feet Dave.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
You are.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Oh I can't believe it. David, how how do you
feel exonerated?

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Well, I feel due.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
It's exactly right, exonerated with the capital n exonerted. And Matt,
what's your justification on the and not guilty of out plead?

Speaker 5 (09:15):
You know how many gifts people give that just get
thrown away? Anyways? The only problem is is, yes, it
was done in public light, but at the same time, like,
there are so many gifts that people get that just
get cluttered and either they hit a garage sale or
they hit the garbage can. Ye, so you were perfectly fine, Okay.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
Maggie, Matt, Can I tell you one little tidbit of information.
I would get Dave a Joke of the Day calendar
almost every year, and then one year I didn't get
him one, and he was.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Like, oh, no, Joke of the Day calendar and.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
He cried and I was like and I was like, oh,
I didn't know you liked it that much. So I
went back to getting it for him, and then he
throws it away, so he'll never.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
Get it, Dave.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
The defense rest the defense is marching proudly out of
the courtroom to admirers and reporters from Fox nine Yeah,
