Speaker 1 (00:00):
He's some advice.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Your cumpile company would never offer you free flowers for
a survey.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
It's War of the Roses on Katie w B.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Jake is on for War of the Roses today about
a cheating girlfriend. We don't know if she's cheating, We're
about to find out. Jake, how did the whole situation
go down that made you think that maybe Cassidy's up
to something?

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Ah Man, Well, it all kind of started off with
some tail and all I was I was searching for
tylenol in the house, couldn't find any for the life
of me. And I know that Cassidy keeps my girlfriend,
Cassidy keeps a extra in.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
Her car, so I went out to the car.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
To check ed look for the talent on. As I
was opening the center console, like it was almost like
it was timed, this phone started ringing and I didn't
I didn't know why she left her phone in the car,
but it didn't look like her phone. It was like
a spare phone, like one of those uh what the
burner phones, throw away phone? Okay, yeah, So it started

(01:03):
ringing and I kind of, without really thinking about it,
just answered the phone and then the person hung up
so I brought it in and handed it to her after.
I mean, I did find the title and also that
was good. But I gave it to her and I
was like, what you know, is this what's what's with

(01:24):
the what's with the random phone? And she said it
was her weed phone?

Speaker 1 (01:29):
What's a wee?

Speaker 3 (01:32):
My girlfriend says we she self hot?

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Okay, the phone.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
There's a phone that she uses for not her personal
phone or her sending up weed sales.

Speaker 5 (01:42):
Okay, and you know about that that.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
She does that? Yes, yeah, okay, so I don't stop.
The surprise.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
The surprise was that she's got this phone that you
never knew about.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Yeah, oh yeah, no clue.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
All right.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Did she seem honest when she's it was her weed phone?
Or was she kind of like, uh, that's that's my
weed phone.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
I want to say it was a mix between the two.
It almost felt like she was thinking on her toes.
But at the same time, when she said it was
a red phone, it kind of made sense. But I
didn't really have any think that to argue with until
that was uh that she was she want she went
thrifting the other day, she says, she went thirft thing. Anyway,
The other day and she came. When she came back,

(02:28):
she leaves her shoes by the front door because we
just don't wear She's in the house and she left
her shoes, and I look and there's stand in her shoes,
like she went to the beach or something. Oh, I
don't even know. I didn't even confront her about that.
I just I noticed that on my own. And I'm
kind of like, you know what I'm gonna. I want
to put her on like this word the roses thing,

(02:49):
and I want to I want to get I want
to get Andrews because me talking to her, she's she's
easily finding a way to talk around stuff, it seems like.
And I just want to know once and for all
with that, you know, messing around or having to having
to do all.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Again. And I just think it's horrible luck, like an
act of God that as you open the center console
it starts ringing at that moment, like it was meant
destined for you to find that phone, but you don't
know who was always But okay, but why would the
other person hang up? I mean, and guess they're expecting
a female voice, but also it could be some you know,

(03:26):
some guy on the side true that here's a guy
answered the phone.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
Right, it was a weak phone. They probably wouldn't care
who answered the phone. They're looking for me, so why
would they?

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Very true? Very true?

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Yeah, all right, So what we can do is instead
of roses, what do we want to offer this girl
when we call.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Well, I was thinking this time, maybe we do a staycation. Okay,
So something that can be romantic and still works because
it's not roses.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Okay, because you wouldn't choose a staycation with like, you know,
you choose that with your boyfriend probably or maybe your
sister or something like that. I guess all right, stay there, Jake,
and we'll make the phone call to Cassidy and see
if she can sell us some weed.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Okay, sounds good. And now the dramatic conclusion of war
the roses. Well, girl'll help one one K D W B.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
No. I will not give out Cassidy's weed phone phone number.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
I will not.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
Now, in case you missed this, we were talking to
her boyfriend and he went out in her car to
get tailand all because he's like, oh I got a
headache or whatever he's going to it opens up the
car console the middle thing and as if an act
of God. The phone starts to ring and then he
answers it and the person hung up, and he was like,
you got a burner phone?

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Well she's like yeah, because I sell weed.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Okay, great, she's industrious, she's an entrepreneur. So he's like, well,
wait a second, is there more to this story? So
we're gonna call her now and see if she wants
the night out with him, Jake or someone else on
War of the Roses on Katie WB.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
You can take.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
Okay, thanks for doing that for me today. Like I said,
we're actually doing this special right now where we're giving
all of our customers a staycation for taking the survey.
So the first thing I'll need from you is the
information I've got yours. But who will be your plus
one for the staycation?

Speaker 4 (05:29):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (05:29):
Okay, fun?

Speaker 4 (05:31):
Can you put it under Jimmy?

Speaker 1 (05:34):
Okay? Perfect?

Speaker 5 (05:35):
And I do have to send some information over to
the So the next thing you'll need to know is
do you want a king bedroom or a double queen bed?

Speaker 4 (05:45):
It's definitely a game bad please.

Speaker 5 (05:47):
Okay, awesome? And then I'm uh, you know, they gave
me a handful of different weekends that we can book
this for Are there some weekends coming up in the
next month or two that works for you?

Speaker 4 (05:58):
Text Jimmy. Honestly, any weekend next month maybe with the
August fifteenth to the seventeenth work.

Speaker 5 (06:05):
Yeah. I think they said they have a lot open
in August, so that should work perfect, So I can
so the fifteenth to the seventeenth should work.

Speaker 4 (06:13):
Yeah, but that, honestly, that would be good for both
of us.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Okay, God, I feel kind of I kind of feel
bad for her, but I don't because she was so
excited about the hotel stay in the staycation.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
None of that is real, Cassidy. Do you like surprises?

Speaker 4 (06:30):
I want to say yes, but now I'm scared.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Yeah, well there's there's a surprise, and it's not necessarily good.
We are doing a little bit to trap you, and
I say we it's Katie able to be in the
Dave Ryan Show. We're doing a little bit bit just
to test you, Cassidy, to see whether you would pick
your boyfriend Jake for this staycation.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
And you went with.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Jimmy because Jimmy is he's I don't know about Jimmy,
but Jake is listening on the phone right now.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Say hi, Jake, Hi, Jake.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
He was suspicious about the phone that was in your car.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
Okay. Then he said that you.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Said you were thrifting with the girls over the weekend
and you apparently worked because you came home with sand
in your shoes. So he had us call you. Are
you still there? He had us call you to see
who you would want to, you know, spend it like
a weekend with a little staycation, and you picked Jimmy.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
But you also chose the king size bed.

Speaker 3 (07:47):
Okay, yeah, what's that about.

Speaker 5 (07:50):
It?

Speaker 4 (07:53):
It's not a big deal.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
A deal.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Yeah, I was gonna say it sounds like a big
deal in a big bed and I had a big,
bad one.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
Yeah, that is a good It's a lot of space
for people to chill. It's not a big deal. We're
not like something's gonna happen. It's not like we're going
to bang on the staycation.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
It's not like you're gonna bang. Jesus Christ, are you
kidding me? No, I'm not kidding.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
I can't.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
Yes, you could have as many friends as you bloody like,
but you don't need to be taking them on weekend
staycations in a king bit okayomfortable.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Do you want me to take you. You want me
to pick you, fine, I'll pick you. Why isn't it
It's too late, it's too late.

Speaker 2 (08:42):
Yeah, you can't stay like okay, Like for example, if
like you know, if you're seeing somebody and your boyfriend
walks in on you and you're doing the hibity dibbity
and you go, okay, well do you want me to
do the hibbitty dibity with you? I'll do it right now.
That doesn't it doesn't work that way, Bailey, just remember.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
That, Okay, ongoing me write that down, Gibby.

Speaker 5 (09:01):
I do have Cassidy's phone number, though, so I'm gonna
text her and be like, hey, is it the weed?

Speaker 1 (09:05):
So you got the hookup? Or you got that gunja?
I got that gunja? You got that gun jab?

Speaker 5 (09:12):
Like, aren't you that person who gave me that survey?

Speaker 1 (09:15):
