Speaker 1 (00:00):
Piece of advice.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Your subcile company would never offer you free flowers for
a survey. It's War of the Roses. I'm Katie w B.
Never had a War of the Roses like this one.
But but it's interesting because I will say that Vaunt
is also guilty of what you're about to hear. Guilty
in War of the Roses. Now, we haven't gotten to

(00:22):
that part yet, but when we get to it, I
will say Vaunt is also guilty. Okay, all right, so
Laura is on the phone. Laura, what's going on with
your boyfriend? And why are you doing War of the Roses?
What's up with Dylan?

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Well, Dylan and I have been together for a while
and recently he got one of those like privacy screen
protectors for your phone.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
For your phone? What does that do? What does that
thing do?

Speaker 3 (00:55):
So I can't tell what he's doing on his phone ever,
and he more And not that I was super nosy,
but before like I could look over and be like, oh,
he's texting somebody or he's on social me And if
I'm sitting at not directly looking at the phone angle,
I can't see anything that he's doing much.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Okay, now let's stop right here. Why do you have
one of those on your phone? I think I've had
it just for years.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
I think somebody I knew had one and bought me one,
and I was like, oh, this is cool. To stop
nosy people like Bailey from seeing it from talking junk
about her next time, that's what I'm really just texting
my food orders.

Speaker 5 (01:30):
It works so well though, because literally I'll be I'm
sitting next to vant right now. I can't see anything
on his screen. It's a black screen from my eyesight.
But if I was sitting where his eyes are, I
could see what it says.

Speaker 6 (01:42):
It's so annoying too, because vont does all.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
Our social media, so we'd be like, guys, look at this,
and we all have to be like basically on top
of him to be able to see what's on his screen.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Well that's a good thing, is when I go on
milfhunter dot com. Yes, I don't want Susan or the
boss to be like, why are you on milhunter dot com?

Speaker 6 (01:58):
You don't have a screen protector.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
That's what I mean. I need a screen protector. So
why did he tell you? Because I'm sure that you
asked your boyfriend why why do you have a screen protector, Dylan,
what did he say?

Speaker 3 (02:11):
He travels a lot for work, and he said it
was because he's tired of nosy Karens on the airplane
trying to take a peek at a screen, because he's
always like texting me or writing emails to his boss,
he said, And he just he always felt like people
were prying into his business.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Okay, does anybody ever get paranoid the person on the
airplane is looking at your phone? Yeah? I don't do
anything on my phone on the airplane that I'd be
nervous about.

Speaker 6 (02:36):
Yeah, still same.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
I think at least I can see when people are
like texting, and I'll be like, okay, maybe sometimes yes,
I'll I get nosy. So I wonder if they're being
nosy looking at what I'm texting.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Okay, so he says it's for nosy Karens on the airplane. Whatever.
But then there's more that you kind of start putting
two and two together that makes you go, something's up?
What else?

Speaker 3 (02:58):
Well, when all this happening, of course, my mind started wondering,
and I started to think about the fact that we
have not hooked up in a while, since New Year's
Day in fact, and I know the exact date because
we both woke up that morning and neither of us
had to work, so we we got down to business.

(03:22):
But that was the last time, and I just it
seems weird. And when I asked him why we don't
ever have sex anymore, he came up with the excuse that,
you know, I don't ever want to have sex with him,
and that you know, it's my kind of my fault.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Why is it your fault?

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Because he says that there's always something with me, like
I'm too tired, or I tell him he smells that,
or he hasn't shaped or something like that, which it
has happened, but it hasn't happened enough for us to
like have gone this long.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Okay, So that's that's a good long time. Okay. So
here's what we can do. We can call him and
we can put him on the spot and say, okay,
who do you want to send flowers to? You win flowers?
Who do you want to send him to? And then
hopefully he will choose you, and if not, then that's
when we everything just kind of blows up and goes downhill.
But let's hope that he sends him to you, they

(04:19):
almost never do. You listen to War of the Roses,
you know that they almost never do, So prepare yourself
for that and we'll come back and see who he
wants to send roses to next. Okay, okay, thank you.
That's Dave Ryan's War of the Roses d w B.
Case you missed part one and need a little recap.

(04:41):
So she noticed that he got a I don't know
what you call it, a screen protective.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
It's a privacy screen protector, so it blacks out for
anybody that's not looking directly at it.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
M okay Vaughan, Yeah, we know.

Speaker 6 (04:57):
We all questioned von as soon as the definitely started
on the sho and have that.

Speaker 5 (05:00):
But a lot of people are texting and saying that
they also have one for like the exact same reason,
because there's always noisy people behind.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
You, all right. And I think that's what she said,
is like, he claims that when he's on a business trip,
he doesn't want nosy Karen in the next seat on
the plane looking at what he's doing. What is he hiding,
you know, probably nothing, He just doesn't want her looking
or them looking. So she's like, okay, well that's a
little weird, and then she started thinking about how the

(05:26):
last time they had the sweet sweet love and was
on New Year's Day because they woke up and they
didn't have to work that day, so that was the
last time they hooked up. So putting all this together,
is he cheating? Well? We can find out maybe by
calling him and saying, Hey, guess what, We're going to
give you a survey from your phone company. He'll think

(05:46):
it's their phone company calling and he'll take the survey
and will be like, Okay, your reward is to win roses.
Who would you like to send roses to? Trap his set,
He'll say, either the right name or the wrong name.

Speaker 5 (06:06):
Thanks for doing that survey today with me, Dylan. I
really appreciate it. It really helps our company out. Like
I said, though, as a thank you, we have a
dozen red roses to send out to whoever you want.
So the first thing I'll need from you next is
who do you want to send the roses to?

Speaker 2 (06:25):
Laura?

Speaker 5 (06:28):
All right, I'm assuming it's spelled just how it sounds.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Yes it is.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Hey, here's something. Can you spell F A K E?
Can you spell yeah? I know this is all. It's all.
I'm sorry, it's a ploy. It's a trap. It's all fake.
There's no roses. We're trying to trap you. Dylan, do

(06:57):
you have any idea? Why, any idea? What's going on?
You ever heard of War of the Roses on kd
WB No, okay, it's amazing. There's a lot of people
who don't listen. I think they're k fan listeners or something. Okay,
So Dylan, let me relax. Everything's okay. This is all fake.

(07:20):
There's no survey. We don't have roses for you. We're
trying to see whether you would send roses to your
girlfriend Laura, which you did, and she's listening right now,
so you're she's even heard that you're sending rosa to her.
Say hi, Laura, so Dylan knows it's real.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Dylan, Hey, what's going on?

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Okay? She asked us to call you to send to
have you win roses to send anybody you want to,
and you chose her. She was worried that you might
be interested in somebody else because of what you tell him, Laura,
tell him why that you were suspicious.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
Because of that stupid screen protector, and then on top
of that, why don't we ever have such.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
I like I told you it's perfectly legitimate. Reason, Like
I fly out of town a lot, you know, two
to three days a week for work, and like I'm
just kind of tired of like holding my phone in
like a way so people can't see it. I don't know,
it's just there's people everywhere, and I I definitely can

(08:32):
pick up on people looking at my phone, and I'm.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
Are you be honest with me? Are you looking at
milfhunter dot com. It's a great website, milfhunter dot com.
There better be an actual website like that than people
are looking it up. Okay, So, but then she also
was curious because you guys haven't hooked up since New
Year's Day, Dylan, I mean.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
It's like never into it. But I'm down, Like, I'll
come home right now. I'm available.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Are you serious?

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (09:13):
I mean you want it, I'll come.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Home right now.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Yeah, I want it now.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
This is good news. So you're gonna come home. I'm
gonna guess you're at work or wherever, and then you're
gonna come home and you're gonna like get it on
right now, within like within minutes.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Then yeah, I just I'm totally available.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
I'll come home right now you know what I'm gonna
do to you when you get here, I am going
to I'm going to drag you to that back bedroom.
I'm gonna lick and give you all the attention that
I have sent.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Out for you. God to dry spells. Wow,
