Speaker 1 (00:00):
Are we going to talk to this girl right now?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (00:01):
What's her name? Her name is ar Deane? Ardane, Good morning, Ardan,
how are you?

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Hey? Good morning?

Speaker 3 (00:07):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Tell us what it is.

Speaker 4 (00:09):
You were calling because you have an ambition and you
want to get some help from people who listen to
the show.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
What's going on?

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Yeah, So, I basically am trying to become an influencer,
and I like I post so much. I do like
a whole, like a day and a life up on
my story, and like last summer, this has been going
on since las summer. I've been trying to do this
since last summer. Okay, so yeah, on this summer, I
was on Lake Minnetonka, and I have so much fire

(00:37):
BETWEENI pictures and I went to college that did all
of that, but I don't really want to use that.
I want to be I want to be like an influencer.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
I think we all want to be influencers because it
sounds like a great life. I mean, I'm sure there's
some that work really hard, but it's like God, I mean, yeah,
but you don't want to use your degree. You want
to be an influencer and post bikini pictures from Lake
Minnetonka and have a bunch of people follow you and
then get a contract with like makeup companies and like
clothing companies and hair companies and all that. That's your
that's what you want to do.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Yeah, but like not everyone can do it, and like
I know that I can, Like not everybody can do it?

Speaker 1 (01:15):
What do you mean?

Speaker 5 (01:15):
What do you bring to the influencer realm? Like are
you going to be a food Instagram influencer? Are you
gonna be a fitness person? Are you just gonna be
one of those hot girls showing off your bod?

Speaker 2 (01:25):
So kind of like whatever I want to do, I
feel like I have that choice and often to do.
And another plus is that I've been told I was
pretty like my whole life, like all my friends always
kind of be like jealous of me all the time.
You're like all of the they're like boyfriends or like
guys always liked me. And my family tells me I'm pretty.

(01:47):
I know I'm good looking, and whenever I walk in
the room, I can always be the like people are
like they always check me out, Like I'm always like
that show maybe.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
You got something in your teeth? I mean, maybe maybe
you've got toilet paper on your shoe. Maybe they're checking you,
not because you're so right time, but maybe you got
have you checked your shoe? Form throw the paper so
you're you're like, okay, I mean I get this, and
I understand it because a lot of people on Instagram,
they have like a million followers, and really all they
do is like they like, look at the sunset, but
they're actually showing off their booty. Yeah, it's like, it's

(02:16):
not about the sunset. It's like, oh, look at me
and my new cat, and it's not about the cat.
It's about the cat held up to their boobies.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Right.

Speaker 6 (02:23):
I love this new swimsuit from old Navy.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
Right boobs, boobs exactly. So you think you've got the
body for it, you think you're pretty for it. I
don't know why you're asking us, because none of us
are really Like maybe somebody listening can give you some advice,
but well yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Yeah, so like I said, I have advice, and then
I just don't want you guys to take this the
wrong way. But like, yeah, Jenny, don't take this the
wrong way. But I'm not Jenny pretty. I'm really pretty.

Speaker 7 (02:48):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
Wow, Wow, you're kind of a clawed hopper to say
something so rude and not even realize that it's rude,
to say, I'm not Jenny pretty, I'm really pretty.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
I don't. I think I don't know anything. A dime?
What is a dime?

Speaker 6 (03:05):
A ten? She's a ten? Thank you? You've never heard
that before.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
I don't know that. I mean that. That sounds like
a great life. I don't. I don't know, but I
think I don't know what the how many followers you
got right now?

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (03:17):
Are you succeeding?

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Right?

Speaker 7 (03:18):
So?

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Anyways, like I was saying, so I started off with
fifteen hundred followers and then I was like pursuing the
influencer life, and I gained three thousand followers right away,
but like now, I barely gain one new follower week.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
So I just don't.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
I'm just like, that's why I'm calling, because I'm not
understanding what it takes to be an influencer and like
what am I doing wrong? Like I'm posting the photos
and like it was like my mkinie and I want
to know.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
I yeah, I don't, I don't know.

Speaker 8 (03:49):
Really, you're an influencer, Dave, you got lots of follower
I don't do it, Yeah I do, but I also
have the power of a mighty radio station behind.

Speaker 6 (03:54):
It personality, And.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
Do you want to fight with this girl because she's
fight with her because I'm sure she is super hot.
I mean, by the sounds of it, it does sound
like she grew up being told she was pretty, So
why would she not pursue Instagram because she was told
she was pretty her whole life? I get that, But like,
you don't just become an influencer because you're pretty. I
think unless you're like super model hot, I think most

(04:20):
influencers still have a personality. I think you do still
have to have a personality.

Speaker 4 (04:25):
Okay, so like a kind, nice personality, not somebody who says,
don't take this the wrong way. But I'm not Jenny hot.
Yeah I'm really hot.

Speaker 6 (04:31):
I don't even not even necessarily have to be kind.

Speaker 7 (04:33):
But they have to have like something that they bring
to the table in terms of like a personality, so
like some unique way of thinking that they.

Speaker 6 (04:41):
Can talk about. So it's not just like, yeah, it
is my butt and that's it.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Uh yeah, I'm.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Not really sure that you've come to the right people.
Maybe somebody listening will have an idea.

Speaker 6 (04:51):
Well, I think that is.

Speaker 7 (04:52):
My advice is that if you can show off a personality,
but if your personality is garbage, then good.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
If your personality is just your boobs and your butt
and your front, tell me then I think. I mean, honestly,
I think those people on Instagram are a dime a
dozen and they fill up my Instagram every time and
I can't get rid of them. No, they really don't.
I don't really look at like the hot bikini girls
on my Instagram because it's just not my thing. I'm
looking at plane crashes and dogs.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
I don't know. What do you want to tell her,
Jenny anything? They're not really friends with her.

Speaker 7 (05:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (05:24):
I don't know that I have too much advice, except
for the fact that I do think you have to
have a personality on top of being hot and or
to gain a following.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
Do you think you have a good personality?

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Yeah, I think I have all of it. Like when
I walk in a room, everybody is always wanting to
talk to me.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
Well, that's not because of your personality, that's because, I mean,
people are drawn to talking to beautiful people.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
We just are.

Speaker 4 (05:44):
I mean, if people didn't know what you looked like,
do you think that you would be. I don't know
if you met somebody on the phone, do you think
they would like you on the phone. Hey, we don't
like I'd be honest with you. We don't like you
that much. And I don't mean to be mean, but
you were rude to us. I will go ahead and say,
we don't really like you that much. You're not showing
any humility, You're not showing any bu I don't know,

(06:06):
compassion or even manners. You just want to be a
hot influencer.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Well, this is a weird situation for me at this point, because, like,
everybody probably really likes me. Everybody normally likes me. Everybody
normal likes me. And I think that I think just
because I am just being confident and telling you guys
that i'm pretty in the you know, like that I'm
just that I'm pretty and that you guys are just
taking it the wrong way.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
I know, I totally believe that you are pretty, and
I'm glad that you can acknowledge that you're pretty. But
when you tell somebody I'm not Jenny hot, I'm really hot.

Speaker 8 (06:40):
Now, Jenny is hot, but she's not really but she's.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
Hot.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
I agree with her. I'm not opposed to go. I
just feel like you got to bring more to the
table than being hot is all it comes down to.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
That think's true. Hot gets old really fast.

Speaker 7 (06:55):
It seems we got a lot of like text messages
that kind of feel the same way, where they say
you need to figure out who you are besides just
being pretty, and that being an influencer is more about
than just posting good photos. It's about learning social media
and algorithms and being relatable. So I think you have
to lean into actual like personality because if you did
just your face, then that's not going.

Speaker 4 (07:17):
To be Oh, Sonia, you heard her talking about how
she wants to be an influencer. What is your What
did your advice for her?

Speaker 6 (07:23):
Sonya?

Speaker 3 (07:24):
I would just say that I completely agree with Jenny
and a lot of people that are calling in that
a lot of people nowadays follow people for a substance,
and it's not just looks. They follow people based off
of what they had to offer, and it's not just
bikini picks and stuff like that. I follow a lot
of people that are unconventionally like, they would not be
considered attractive people, and that's because I can tell that

(07:47):
they have a heart, and they have stuff to offer,
and they talk about you know, she seems like the
type of person that, even if she did get followers,
she would get kimdled pretty quickly based off her personality
and what people would find out how she is behind
the scene.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
I hate to have her hang up the phone going, god,
I got a crap hole of personality, But I don't
I think that maybe she needs to let that part
of her personality shine rather than just be Look, here's
my boob shot, right, we got one more. Were going
to take a break here, Katie, what'd you want to
say to what is her name again?

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Ardine?

Speaker 4 (08:16):
Ardine, which is a pretty cool, unique name. I give
you that one. What did you want to say to Ardine?

Speaker 1 (08:21):
Katie?

Speaker 3 (08:22):
Yeah, I was just going to echo what everybody else
is saying. People follow influencers because they're relatable, and this
girl doesn't have a clue clearly.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
Yeah, I kind of.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Yeah, I think there's got to be something more because
if you just try to get we all know the
cliche of somebody a guy or a girl who they're gorgeous,
but they really have like the personality of an ice cube.

Speaker 6 (08:42):
Lights they're out.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Yeah, that's just nothing there, you know what.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
I don't want to make you feel bad about yourself, Ardine,
but I do think that, you know, maybe there's something
more that you can add into your Instagram that shows
like your fun. Maybe adopt some puppies or or a cockatoo,
get a kockatoo, or if.

Speaker 6 (08:59):
You're not fun, and seek out ways to become fun.

Speaker 7 (09:02):
Like if you need a personality and you don't have one,
you gotta go find reasons to have one if you
want to be an influencer.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Are you sorry? Hot? Are you sorry? You asked us, Ardine.

Speaker 7 (09:12):
No.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
I think I'll just take my friend and then we'll
just take some like extra photos and stuff. So I
got some ideas from you guys.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
Okay, okay, good well, thank you, Ardine. Appreciate that. Genny.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
I want to let you know you're hot, but you're
certainly not Ardine. Super hot.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Katie will give
