At the end of every week, Matt and Tyler name the New Zealander of the Week.

It's an honour that we bestow on your behalf to someone, or something, that's had an impact on our nation over the past week. 

There are three nominees but can only be one winner.

strong lift in early reading skills with the share of
new entrant students meeting or exceeding expectation, jumping from thirty

read for once new entrants Kiwi Kids, You are first
runner up for New Zealander of the Week.

And a new entrant Kiwi Kids who can actually read
for once. If for whatever reason, the winner cannot fulfill
their duties as New Zealander of the Week, you'll be
