Castle told Simon Barnett and Phil Gifford the only thing she's paying attention to is pushing on with big strategic changes which are starting to pay dividends.
“That’s what we have set about doing the past few years.
"Those results are not immediate, but I do believe we have the building blocks in place to see things improve.”
