He’s a two time America’s Cup winner, won the gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics, silver in 2012 in London and 8 World Championship golds in the 49er class.
He’s also a founder of Live Ocean - a charity which supports marine science, and conservation projects and is encouraging kiwis to take the plunge in the annual Live Ocean Winter dip next week.
