Speaker 3 (00:37):
Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor
Amanda Williams, Director of Science at Invite Health, and I
have some really wonderful news to share with everyone, and
that is that we are having our April Showers of
Savings event going on right now. It is a limited
(00:58):
time sales event, but we thought we would, you know,
leave April and spring into May with a savings event
on the entire product line. So it's a bye two
get forty percent off any product in our product line.
I have many different things that I want to cover
for you in this next half hour before we have
Jerry Hickey on and let's get started. Let's talk about
(01:21):
a brand new study that just came out of the
American Academy of Neurology. This is important. We want to
always recognize that Americans as a whole don't do really
good when it comes to overall metabolic health. This is
something that is certainly well known at this point in
(01:41):
time when you look at the rate of obesity, diabetes,
fatty liver disease, and these all kind of incorporate into
metabolic syndrome. And this brand new study that just came
out is looking at the direct link between metabolic syndrome
and an increase risk of young onset dementia. And they
(02:07):
were zeroing in on all of these different parameters that
fit into metabolic syndrome, having a larger waistline, high blood pressure,
and they could see this correlation between individuals who fit
this mold of having metabolic syndrome earlier on in life
and an increase risk of developing dementia at a very
(02:32):
young age. So this is quite problematic. Clearly, we know
that there are many things that we can be doing
as far as lifestyle modifications, adherence to a Mediterranean diet,
and of course incorporating in the right dietary supplements, including
things like omega three fatty acids, which are so key
(02:53):
for overall blood sugar control, blood pressure control, and of
course maintaining healthy brain volume. As we get older. If
our brain begins to shrink, that can become a big
problem for us. We don't want to have a skinny brain.
That's not ideal, and we want to make sure that
we have a good balance between all of the different
(03:17):
nutrients that we are taking in and so in corporation
of fish oil or krill oil advanced each day would
be incredibly advantageous. I always talk about the different things
that everyone should be doing each and every single day,
regardless of what your health concerns or your health goals
may be, and that does include taking an Omega three
(03:39):
fatty acid each day. So if you're not exactly sure
if you're doing the right things as far as your
supplement routine, please reach out to one of our wellness advisors.
They're available seven days a week and you can ask
those questions. Maybe you've been into your doctor recently and
you were told that your cholesterol levels were too high,
(04:00):
or your blood sugar is, you know, teetering on the
edge of being too high, So ask those questions that
you make sure that you are on the right routine
for yourself. And we're all unique and we're all you know,
have our own needs in the body. But as I mentioned,
there's there's kind of the basic four things that most
(04:20):
folks are going to need, and the omega threes fall
into that. The other thing that we always want to
look at is a comprehensive multi vitamin multimineral. This is
very key we have to to realize. Even if you're
adhering to a Mediterranean diet and you're eating organic, the
(04:40):
likelihood that you're getting adequate exposure to the key vitamins
and minerals each and every single day at a consistent
rate of getting those B vitamins and magnesium, for example,
in just from your diet alone is likely not that high.
So this is why taking a complete multi vitamin multimineral,
(05:01):
and the reason why I say complete, you want to
be taking a powerhouse of a multivitamin. If you're going
to be investing into your health, you want to make
sure that the multivitamin that you're taking has been tested
and shown to have a high absorption rate. And that's
exactly what the Invite health formulations will do for you.
So the Performance Multivitamin. That is always my go too
(05:25):
when it comes to the way in which the body
can respond to the Performance multivitamin, it's quite remarkable. The
Performance Multivitamin not only has your complete spectrum of vitamins
and minerals, including a full spectrum natural vitamin E in
that it also contains a wonderful eye health vitamin that's
(05:47):
packed right in so you're getting all of your power carotenoids,
which is really key. We have to recognize that as
we get older, our eyes require a much higher amount
of to be able to fight off ox dative stress
and the different air pollutions that we come across on
a daily basis. And having a multivitamin that yields us
(06:10):
the carotenoids that the Performance Multivitamin or the Core and
the Men's or the Women's provides is a very nice
added benefit. Now, what makes the Performance Multivitamin so nice,
especially for springtime, is it has that Rodeola extract in
that so rodiola is an adrenal adaptogenic herb, and we
know that rodeola does a wonderful job at not only
(06:33):
fighting off the effects of stress such as daily stressors.
At the same time, Rodeola can help the mitochondria or
your cells little energy maker make additional ATP, so that
is the direct energy. So by taking the Performance Multivitamin,
(06:53):
not only do you yield that benefit of getting the
nutrients for your eyes, all of the B vitamins, the
natural vitamin E, all of these nutrients that help to
support our immune system as well as our cardiovascular system,
but we're also getting the ability to fight off the
effects of stress each and every single day. And on
(07:16):
top of having the Rodeola extract in the Performance multi Vitamin,
you also get SOD, which is super oxide dismutaste, very
important for the way in which our vascular system can
deal with the aging process itself. SOD is one of
(07:37):
the body's most important natural antioxidants and it plays a
critical role in maintaining the blood vessel structure and function
as we get older. We know that there's a direct correlation,
and that is between the rate of diabetes and SOD levels.
(08:00):
So if you have low SOD, your natural antioxidant in
the system, if you have low SOD levels, this can
be directly correlated to worsening of the vascular system itself,
and this is something that we definitely do not want
to be dealing with. We have enough issues that we
(08:22):
can deal with as we grow older, so we don't
want to add insult to injury by walking around with
low levels of superoxide dismy tastes. So if you can
take a multi vitamin that contains the Rodeola extract to
give you that energy to fight off the stress, on
top of giving you the SOD to help bring those
(08:43):
levels back up, this is a great way to start
off your day. And so knowing that the American Academy
of Neurology is looking at the metabolic syndrome and that
link to dementia, then we should say to ourselves, yeat,
you know what, maybe I need to be zeroing in
on not only some dietary changes and trying to adhere
(09:06):
more to a Mediterranean diet, but I also need to
make sure that I'm taking my fish oil from Invite Health,
which goes through a double distillation process, which is very
important when you look at the sourcing of fish oil
and the way in which fish oil makes its way
from the sea into a soft shell. This has to
(09:28):
be done in a very careful way. We know that
the oceans are unfortunately incredibly polluted and so where we
source our fish oil and the process to which we
extract out those potent omega threes is done in a
very technical way so that you can assure that when
(09:49):
you're taking the Invite Health fish oil, you're getting just
those powerful omega threes, You're not getting any of the
other clutter that comes along with the ocean water. And
this is important for you. So when you look at,
you know the difference between different product lines that are
available to you, you always have to look at you know,
(10:10):
what is the background of this company, And at invite
Health for thirty years now, we zero in on the quality,
the testing, the science backing all of our nutraceuticals, so
you can rest assure that whenever you're using any of
the Invite Health formulations, you're getting the most powerful potent
(10:33):
forms of all of these different nutrients, including those omega threes.
And then of course we have our krill oil, and
krill oil is unique in and of itself because it
has that added phospholip and it has phosphatitle coaline along
with astaxanthin in that so it's a wonderful way to
just kind of start to design your dietary supplementation routine
(10:57):
is to select a product such as the Performance multivitamin
with that Rodeo Life it's a registered trademark form of Rodeola.
Plus we use extramel, which is a registered trademark form
of superoxide dismutastes. So you're getting both of those along
with the kelated minerals to enhance the absorption of those minerals.
(11:21):
Because remember, we want to be able to combat the
effects of aging. We want to combat the effects of
metabolic syndrome, for example, so getting the exposure to to
these wonderful trace minerals is really essential. Now, another fascinating
study came out looking at the impact of loss of
(11:43):
function within the cell's energy maker, which is your mitochondria,
and the direct link between low output of ATP, which
is that energy. Remember that's what rodeola is helping to
make ATP. So when we're looking at ATP supplementation, this
(12:03):
is another really great way for us to power up
our cells and make sure that the cells have that
capacity or the ability to continue to generate out that energy.
So these are all the things that we want to
make sure that we're doing on a daily basis. So
we offer a wonderful formulation called ATPHX, And for folks
(12:27):
who are going in for any particular surgery, for example,
if you're going into having new replacement rotator cuff surgery,
taking ATP would be a great way to allow for
an enhanced healing approach for the body because it's allowing
(12:48):
every single cell to have a supercharge of energy to
function at a much higher capacity. So with that being said,
there was a study that came out out in Japan
looking at ATP and they said, you know, most commonly
thought of as the fuel of our cell playing a
(13:08):
very surprising role in different neurodegenerative disorders. So looking at
conditions like Parkinson's, looking at Alzheimer's disease, and recognizing that
low ATP output coming from the cell was really a
driving force to the worsening of those conditions. So with
that being said, perhaps you're listening and you say, hmm,
(13:30):
you know, I am concerned about my memory, or I
do know someone who's struggling with Parkinson's disease. Taking ATP
HX that direct energy source, Partnering that up with the
performance multi vitamin is an excellent way to encourage healthy
cell energy production. Each and every single day. So when
(13:52):
we sit down with folks to design a personalized supplementation routine,
these are some of the things.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
That we go over.
Speaker 3 (13:59):
We ask those questions. You know, have you had recent
blood work done? If so, has that blood work indicated
or shown that perhaps you need additional magnesium, that you
need additional vitamin D you know, are your triglyceride levels elevated?
Speaker 2 (14:17):
If so?
Speaker 3 (14:18):
You know, should we be adding in an extra soft
gel of fish oil as an example. So there's much
that we can determine for you when it comes to
how to design a daily supplementation routine based off of
not only blood testing, but just what your your current
(14:41):
health issues are. Are you taking a medication, if so,
is that medication potentially driving down levels of magnesium or
B vitamins or coenzyme Q ten. The more we understand that,
the better we can do at developing a supplementation routine
for you that is geared to cover any of those
(15:04):
nutritional gaps, but also to cover any nutrient depletions that
may be brought on because of a particular medication that
you're on. So always keep that in mind. That's the
reason why we have our wellness advisors. They are there
to help guide you through the process so that you
can achieve wellness and that you can age gracefully, because
(15:25):
at the end of the day, that's what's most important.

(17:04):
doctor Amanda Williams. We're having our April Showers of Savings
event going on right now. Was talking about the importance
of taking a comprehensive multi vitamin multimineral every day. We
have our Performance Multivitamin, which I always say kind of
falls into the category for me whenever I'm working with
individuals as the number one multivitamin that we offer when
(17:27):
it comes to cardiovascular support and blood sugar support. So
for folks who fall into that category of metabolic syndrome
or pre diabetes, this is the go to multivitamin for you.
You definitely want to look at taking this particular product.
(17:47):
It's amazing because I think when Jerry originally formulated the
Performance multivitamin so many years ago, it was really focused
on athletic performance for people who were, you know, very active,
and we had many athletes who were using that formulation,
and then we started to see this trend where individuals
(18:10):
were like, well, you know what, I don't really work
out a lot, but I would like to feel like
I work out, So maybe if I take that performance multivitamin,
they'll give me that extra little push. And that's what's
always interesting is when people start to use any of
the Invite Health multivitamins, so whether it's the core multivitamin,
the Performance multivitamin. This is the best way for me
(18:35):
to describe this is people will always come back or
they'll email me and they'll say, you know, I've used multivitamins,
you know, throughout my adult life. I started using the
Invite Health multivitamin and I actually feel different. I feel
like I have more energy. And we expect this because
of the way that we formulate all of our multivitamins.
(18:58):
The fact that we have those bioactive B vitamins, those
powerful anti oxidants, having the eye vitamin built right in
to all of our multi vitamins makes such a difference
so that when you are taking any of our multi vitamins,
you will see a difference. And I have people who
(19:18):
reach out to me and say, oh, Amanda, I was
going on a trip and I forgot to take my
Core multi vitamin packs and at the end of my vacation,
I felt, you know, like I was a little drained.
And of course traveling can do this, but not having
those nutrients on board every single day to support cellular
(19:39):
function really will impact the way that you're feeling. So
if you want to challenge yourself to you know, taking
a high potent, high quality multi vitamin and actually seeing
a difference with it, then I encourage you to head
over to Invite Health and try either our Performance multi
vitamin or that Core multi vitamin because you will see
(20:02):
a noticeable difference. And I also mentioned the ATP. That's
such a great product. And I get this question a
lot like, if I'm taking you bickwen All, if I'm
taking the Invite Health you biquenl, do I also need
to take ATP? And the answer to that is, it
really depends. It depends on you any other underlying factors
(20:25):
that perhaps we're dealing with. Do you have a particular
condition that really starts to deplete your energy levels and
If so, then ATP would be a really nice inclusion
into a daily supplementation routine. So this is once again
(20:46):
another reason why you want to sit down and have
one of those conversations with one of our wellness advisors,
who are available seven days a week. I always mention
that if you can't make it into one of our stores,
you can always give us a call and we're happy
to put you through to speak with one of the
wellness advisors because it really can gain you a lot
(21:08):
of insight into you know, am I doing the right things?
And I always use myself as that example when I
first got into this world of vitamins and minerals, because
remember I'm traditionally trained. You know, you go to medical school,
you don't learn about vitamins and minerals, folks, regardless of
what your doctors want to tell you, you just don't. So
(21:29):
for me, when I even got into this whole world
of taking vitamins and different supplements, I was completely overwhelmed
and I didn't know, like, am I doing the right things?
Should I be taking you know, fish oil or should
I take krill oil every day? Is it wise? If
(21:49):
I take additional magnesium? Does it make sense for me
to take rizveritrol. So all of these questions that came
up for me, I know come up for other people.
And when I'm having those conversations, that's usually what happens
is people say, well, I had a friend and they
told me about you know, flexaychecks. Is this the right
(22:10):
product for me? Because they started to use the invite
Health flex ajax for their joint pain and they said,
you know, within a week they were feeling so much better.
Is this the right product for me? And it could
very well be the right product for you, but we
may find that you are better supportive with using our
college x Ha for example, which is a hydrolyzed collagen
(22:33):
partnered up with hyaluronic acid. It has glucosamine in that.
So this is why I always encourage you to sit
down and have a conversation with one of our wellness advisors.
The flex ay checks, I will say, is always my
go to for anyone that's in an acute situation. So
(22:54):
maybe you're out, you know, playing pickleball, or you're doing gardening,
or you just do something where you feel like you
strain your back or you tweak your knee a little bit.
Then the flex HX is always my go to because
it has bromoline in it, and that bromolaine does such
(23:17):
a wonderful job at going in and gobbling up inflammation,
acute inflammation. So this is a reason why the flex
HX for me is a nice add on to say,
you're already using our college x HA, or you're using
our collagen HX, and then you have this little acute injury.
(23:40):
Adding in a scoop about FLEXHX can make a huge difference.
It also has dermatine sulfate in that, which is a
really unique form of kndroyten, and so we know that
kendroyten has its own anti inflammatory and analgesic properties to it,
so it has pain relieving and anti inflammatory properties. So
(24:02):
you're taking the bromo lane that goes in and helps
to eat up that acute inflammation. You have the chindroiten
that's working as an analgesic. Plus we get the structural
support of that hydrolyzed collagen. So this is a really
nice way to address some of those concerns. And actually
(24:22):
just had someone who reached out to me yesterday about this.
They said, I don't know I did something to my
lower back, and you know, what should I be doing?
Should I just take some additional magnesium, Which is not
a bad idea. However, always keep in mind sometimes if
you take too much magnesium, then this can create a
problem with loose stools, and then you're not going to
(24:43):
be too happy. So I always say the best way
to supplement with magnesium is to go low and slow,
because it really varies. The person I was talking to
yesterday had that experience with magnesium and was a little leery, like,
I think I should take magnesium to allow my muscles
to relax. But you know, in the past I've had
(25:06):
problems where when I do supplement with magnesium, it creates,
you know, loose stool, and for anyone that's dealt with that,
that's the last thing that they want to experience. Again,
of course, so you know, trying to determine how much
magnesium you need each day, it once again, it varies
from one person to the next. I have some folks where,
(25:27):
you know, taking two hundred milligrams of magnesium per day
is the perfect amount. I have other folks who can
take a thousand milligrams of magnesium. So you always want
to start low and slow. That's the steady as they go,
as they say when it comes to magnesium. Now, here's
another little fun fact. I was talking about the the
(25:47):
Invite multi vitamins and how they have this wonderful blend
of carotenoids that are added in to all of those
multivitamins for additional I support, including lycopine. Now, just this week,
there was a study that came out looking at lycopine.
(26:08):
This came out of the American Physiology Society, and they
were looking at the role of lycopene as well as
other krotenoids when it comes to weight management. Now this
is quite interesting because you think, okay, so lycopene coming
from tomatoes predominantly, how can this help with weight management?
(26:32):
But it really comes down to the antioxidant properties of
lycopine being able to fight off oxidative stress that are
occurring within your fat cells. And we know that with
oxidative stress or free radicals that build up within the
fat cells, they get more enlarged and more inflamed. And
so they could see that lycopine had a direct interaction
(26:58):
on those cells and the metabolism of those fat cells.
The other thing that's really fascinating from this study was
looking at how the lycopine had a really nice ability
to help regulate blood glucose levels. And we know that
if we have excess glucose just circulating through the system,
(27:19):
this can lead to problems when it comes to weight
gain as well. So the study was very unique because
of the way that they were addressing the clinical problem
of obesity and saying, you know, if we have a
rich source of an antioxidant such as lycopene, can this
provide a supportive role for pancreatic function, for liver function
(27:46):
when we're looking at non alcoholic fatty liver disease also
known as metabolic liver disease. So another little side benefit
that goes along with taking any of our multi vitamins.
So this April Showers of Savings event, you'll go through
your your cabinet and look and see, you know, am
(28:08):
I taking a multivitamin? Am I taking my Omega three
every day? Do I take krill oil advance from Invite
Health where I'm getting this high amount of phosphatitle coaling
to help with memory and focus and overall cognitive function.
We also have to recognize that phospatitle coaling is a
(28:30):
key fat for liver detoxification. So that's another one of
those great things about taking our Krill Oil advanced formulation
is not only do you get the power of those
Omega three fatty acids that help with blood pressure and
cardiac function and brain health, but you're also getting that
(28:51):
phosphatityle coaling to help with memory and for liver detoxification.
Plus you get asked as anthem Remember that's always the
that's the lgbased crotenoid. That's what makes pink flamingos pink.
And we know that the power of astes anthon in
our Krill oil is second to none. So make sure
you check out what you're doing every day that you
(29:12):
include a comprehensive multi vitamin from Invite Health and a
powerful Omega three. Do be sure that you stick around
after the news. We have the wonderful Jerry Hickey coming up.
If you have questions for me, please reach out A
Williams at invitehealth dot com and until we speak again,
be well.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
Welcome to Invite Radio. You're about to receive responsible, life
changing information on health and nutrition. You'll hear from Invite
professionals who are leaders and targeted and anti aging nutrition.
Get ready for tomorrow's Nutritional Science Today right here, right now,
Good morning, Happy Saturday. Welcome to another edition of Invite
Health Radio. I'll be your host. My name is Jerry Hickey.
(30:24):
I'm a nutritional pharmacist. You just listen to doctor Amanda Williams.
And as you may have heard with Amanda Williams, we're
having a big spring sale. You know, April brings showers,
so they're calling it Showers of savings. They could have
just as well called it Spring into savings. But you
know whatever, You know, you come up with these corny
names for your sales, but the message is you're saving money.
(30:47):
So let's start now. I only speak about the best
of the best of the best of disciplements. And if
a company takes the time, puts in the effort, understands
the research, and covers the research, they can come out
with an amazing probiotic supplement. So what are probiotics is
(31:09):
actually a definition, but basically it's taking a supplement of
healthy bacteria to enrich your body. Because the bacteria work
everywhere in your body, is not a part of your body.
They don't affect they affect your brain in a good way.
If it's good probiotics. They affect your intestinal health. I
think everybody knows that, but they also affect your immune system.
(31:30):
They affect basically everything, heart health, blood, sugar health, controlling
your appetite so you don't get overweight, all these different
things helping you with exercise. How would a probatic help
you with exercise? When you do intense exercise, especially in
the humid weather or hot weather, which we're moving into now,
probatics prevent you from getting nauseous and getting those stomach
(31:54):
cramps you might get when you exercise. But this is
a brand new study. It's in the Journal of Microbiology
and biot Technology, which is where you would expect to
find a good study on a probatic supplement. It's about constipation.
It's mostly from Soul National University. Now, about twenty percent
(32:17):
of Americans have constipation, sixteen to twenty percent depending on
what data you're looking at, So it's a lot of
that's a lot of millions of people. Of course, in
nursing homes or as we age this number of climbs,
I mean it's zooms like in nursing homes, I think
something like seventy five percent of people on nursing homes
(32:39):
are on a laxative, and fifty percent of them have
pretty severe constipation, which causes cramps. You're very uncomfortable. I
was just not good. The only time I've ever felt
constipation is when I was traveling out of the country
and it would only last for a couple of days.
But in those couple of days, I mean, you're not
enjoying it. So they found that when they gave a
(33:04):
probiotic with five different strains, many of them mirroring the
strains and our probiotic checks which I designed, like there
was by Feta Bacterium animali subspecies like this, there was
Electo Biscilla's plantarum, they found that constipation really cleared up.
The constipation and a very and this was a double
(33:25):
blind place of controlled random i AZ human clinical trial.
They found that by four weeks and most of these people,
the constipation had improved dramatically, really really important improvements, like
they were pooping more frequently. That's the technical name for
stool frequency. Like the gut pain, the abdominal pain was
going away to scraening. That strainings dangerous. I know a
(33:49):
guy that used to cover scenes like crime scenes et cetera.
And he used to do the construction. I'll tell you
had fascinating stories. But he frequently would tell me stories
about how people would die on the toilet because they
would have a heart attack because they were forcing their
(34:10):
stool out. So this really has important ramifications for some people.
So within four weeks, constipation cleared up dramatically in most
of these people, basically using the ingredients in our probatic
e checks. But what else can you expect from our
probatic e checks. You might not get it from all
probiotics because not all of them are well thought out,
(34:31):
and you have to have at least two different bacteria
in there. Don't buy a probiotic with just one bacteria.
You need at least two, and you need at least
a billion to two billion of the strain to mean anything.
So human clinical trials show this. So we have five
strains over eight billion bacteria. That's plenty. That's believe me,
it'll have a definite effect on your health. So what
(34:53):
can you expect from the envy probatic checks. Well, first
of all, it's going to help you control your appetite
so you're not hungry all the time, and you're not
eating potato chips and you're not running after food all
the time. So it helps clear out the belly fat.
By the same token, it helps clear up your blood sugar.
It gives you some ability to improve the control of
your blood sugar. It's not a miracle, it's not a
(35:15):
diabetes drug, but it helps you control your blood sugar. Now,
for someone like me who has healthy blood sigar, that's
important because that helps prevent me from developing diabetes in
the first place. It's very good for your immune system
in both directions. Like some people their immune system is
out of whack, it's crazy, so they have autoimmune diseases,
(35:36):
or they have severe allergies or skin dermatitis, et cetera.
It helps with that to a degree, especially allergies like
dog and cat allergies, or food allergies, or allergies to pollen.
I mean a lot of people now with pollen analogies,
the tree pollen, Like in New York the Tri State area,
the tree pollen is very high. So if you have
(35:58):
allergies to like poplar trees and stuff like that, you're
probably suffering right now. If you take our probiotic over time,
it whittles away at your allergies, and eventually the allergies
don't even mean anything. It's like the allergies are gone.
It's rather amazing. Without taking into histaminell's the problem in
it to histamines. They work for allergies, but they make
(36:19):
you lose your memory. They're no good for your brain,
or your eyes or your digestive health. Probatics will help
with your allergies, and they're good for your brain, and
they're good for your digestive health. So probatics help with analogies.
Probatics help with controlling your appetite and to a degree,
(36:42):
to a small degree, controlling your blood sugar. They help
with constipation. They also help with diarrhea. They help with
stomach bloating. You know, some people eat food in thesto
much spells all the way out. They help with stomach cramps.
They help lower the risk of colon cancer. They actually
something in your colon called uteric acid that helps prevent
(37:05):
the formation of polyps and colon cancer, so they help
prevent colon cancer. They enrich a woman's breast health, and
they help get rid of toxins in a woman's breast,
which should lower the risk of breast cancer. They're very
good for a woman's urinary tract. They're very good for
a woman's vaginal health. But they're also really good to
(37:27):
help you fight off infections because they bring back cells
that don't do well as we age. We have cells
like natural killer cells and neutrophills, and these cells are
important for fighting viruses and bacteria. They're important for helping
(37:49):
prevent cancer and fighting cancer. They kind of wear out
with age. The probiotics bring them back. Your immune system
fights for you the good fight, helping prevent colds and
flu and all those other infections. So it's a really
good thing. We have a fabulous probiotic probatic HX. You
(38:10):
could take it with food. Most probatics you cannot take
with food because they'll die. You could take our probatics
with food because of the technology we have high tech.
They absolutely work. I spend six months putting this stuff together,
and research comes out on a weekly basis supporting my
choices of these probatic strange that they're really top notch.
(38:31):
There's no milk, there's no gluten in the product. It's
a really clean product, and all these bacteria are guaranteed
to be alive, So not all probatic. You get the Probatic,
it doesn't say they're alive, and this one they're alive.
They're going to work for you. You're going to improve
your health. So all of our probatics run special. We
have the Probatic for weight, it helps you feel full
(38:52):
of burns, a little fat. We have the Probatic for women,
which is better for the breasts and the urinary tract
and the vaginal tissue. And we have the Probatic chex,
which is it's the one I take every day. I mean,
it's amazing. So everything's on special with the invite label on.
It doesn't matter what it is. If it says invite,
(39:12):
it's not special. And if you buy two of any product,
you get forty percent of suggested retail And if we
ship it to you and it's thirty five dollars or more,
we pay the shipping. So that's a big deal. That's
the deal today all invite products. You buy two bottles,
you get forty percent of suggested retail. If we ship
them and it's thirty five dollars or more, we pay
(39:33):
the shipping. Now there's two powders. I really want people
over fifty to take. There's two powders. One of them
is creatine monohydrate and the other one is our collagen
our collagen powder. They both mean a lot. They're both
(39:53):
involved with muscle, they're both involved with bone health. They're
both involved with brain health. I guess you should prize
to hit at creatines involved with brain health, right or
bone health. Doing research is a tricky thing, you know what.
Let's go to a break a little bit early. When
I come back, I'll give this discussion. Okay, Jerry, he
can you Invite Health we're having our Spring into Savings
(40:15):

We'll be right back.

eight hundred sixty three two zero five seven to two.
That number again eight hundred six three two zero five
seven to two, or go to invitehealth dot com.
Speaker 2 (41:18):
Okay, welcome back. We're having our spring sale. You buy
two of any infot products, you get forty percent off.
So that's all the Invite products. And that's a big
deal because these are really high quality fresh products. They're
very clean products that they work. But a lot of thought,
a lot of knowledge put into creating these products and
maintaining their quality. You can't just make them. You have
(41:40):
to maintain the quality. So when you do studies right,
it's a tricky thing. First of all, you want human studies.
You can't depend on studies on flies and sells and frogs.
You need human studies. You have to make sure it
is no bias. Sometimes if a company like a drug
company pays or a study, there's a bias in a
(42:02):
study to get good results, so you have to rule
that bias. The studies have to be well powered, and
that's really important. I mean, if they get amazing results
but there's only ten people in the study, that doesn't
mean anything that could be luck, that could be anything
that could be totally chance. You need enough people and
(42:25):
the study is to be performed depending on what they're
studying for a long enough period. So if you have
two hundred women in a study looking at rest ferratrona
brain over a two year period and it's really good
for the brain, you know the results are good. You
know the results are real, right, But you want the
results to be consistently duplicated. You want the results to
(42:49):
be repeated, and you want it to be from consistently
good research institutions, and you want it published in quality
journals because there's some really terrible parasitic journals out there.
So that's what I look at when I look at
a study. I don't just say, oh, this study is
good for me. I can prove anything with the study.
(43:10):
I have to make sure the people who did the
study were reliable. It's an honest study, but it also
has to have a lot of studies spelling after the
same thing. And then you know it's real when their
study after study after study from good research institutions, published
in good journals, when they're getting the similar results. Doesn't
have to be exactly the same, I mean, come on,
(43:32):
but very similar results. You know you could go to
the bank with that. You know that's real. And that's
what's happening with the supplements I'm talking about on this
program today. With probiotics, consistent good results, Well you get
the same thing with our collagen. There's consistent good results.
Collagen is the number two ingredient in you and me.
(43:56):
It makes your brain, It makes your skin, It makes
your hair, your nails, It makes your bones, It makes
your joints. It makes the lining of your blood vessels.
It makes the valves in your heart, It makes the
filters in your kidneys, It makes your ear lobes, it
makes you nose, It makes everything. There's collagen in your eye,
the whites of your eyes, collagen and water. That's the
(44:16):
whites of your rise and collagen and water. So you
need collagen all over the body. After water it's the
second ingredient in the human body. So there's been many
studies looking at skin health and our collagen and also
nail health like University of Rochester did one and and
hair health. See, as you grow older, your hair things.
(44:39):
So you might have almost as much hair, but it
doesn't look like as much because the hair gets thin
and wiry and hard to manage and you can't comb
it correctly, et cetera. So your hair is mostly collagen.
So when you take collagen, the hair becomes plump again.
You look it behaves better, It looks like you have
more hair. You haar looks young. It doesn't look like
straw anymore, doesn't have that strang, that thin scraw effect
(45:01):
you see in older people. See, you need collegen fore
your hair. You need collagen for you nails. I mean
your nails are mostly collagen. That's what they are. They're
mostly collagen. And you need collagen for your skin. Your
skin is seventy percent collagen. But when you take our collagen,
it allows you to create all the things that make
your skin. It allows you to make highaluronic acid, it
(45:23):
allows you to make elastin, It allows you to make
more collagen. Today, there's many studies showing that our collagen
very quickly makes your skin hydrated. It's not dry, it
doesn't look creepy. It's hydrated. It doesn't look that powdery look.
It gets rid of wrinkles. Like fifty percent of wrinkles
(45:45):
go away. So when a cosmetic you wash it off
with a face cloth and hiding, the wrinkles is gone.
The collagen stretches out the skin and fills in the wrinkles.
See what's happening. You get wrinkles. You know, maybe from
the sun or whatever, but you get it, or smoking cigarettes,
whatever pollution causes wrinkles. But you're getting wrinkles because you're
(46:06):
not making collagen and you're getting these crevasses in your skin.
When you take the cogin to stretch us out the
skin and the wrinkles go away. Your skin becomes firmer,
the texture is smoother, it's elastic. Like you do that
pins test, it goes back to normal. So there's many
studies showing our collagen is good for your skin, hair,
and nails. It makes the part of your brain where
(46:29):
you do your thinking and memory. They've shown in human
clinical trials when you give our collagen. The parts of
the brain involved because of the collagen in your body
is our collagen ninety collagen and our and your body
is our collagen. It's bioidentical collagen for your body and
my body. So they've shown that the part of the
(46:51):
brain involved with your memory, the hippocampus, thrives when you
take our collagen. That grows back to normal and the
memory improves because there's more storage space for your memory.
They're show enough to spine improves. Your spine is mostly collagen.
So your spine is these separate bones. All bones are
(47:11):
thirty six percent collagen. It's the number one ingredient in
your bones. Calcium is like, no, it's not number one.
Your bone is about thirty five percent calcium thirty six
percent collagen. So your spinal bone is basically collagen with
calcium and vitamin doing a couple other things, but there's
(47:32):
saxon between it that prevent it from mashing together. They're
called disks. They're collagen and water. That's what they are,
collagen and fluid, and then there's joints that hold every
spinal vertebrae. The vertebrate is the name of the spinal bone.
Your spinal bones are not connected because you have to
be able to bend over and twist and move right,
so they separate. So there's a second between them that's
(47:53):
made out of collagen and liquid. That's called the disks,
and then there's joints that hold them into place. Fastive
joints their man out of collagen. Collagen also makes your
joint tissue, the cartilage and your joint is collagen. That's
where the glucosseman and condroyit and go. That's why sometimes
glucossemen and condroyt and don't help because if you lack collagen,
(48:15):
there's no place for them to go. So just like
collagen is where calcium goes to win your bone. That's right.
The calcium in your bone has to attach the collagen
or it's useless. So if you don't have collagen, you
can't fix your bones. So the calcion goes into the collagen.
You have bone, the high auronic acid, and the last
thing goes into collagen. You have skin, the glucosemin and
(48:37):
conroyt and go into collagen. You have a joint, you
have a knee joint. So they've shown in study have
to study after study that our collagen is great for
knee pain and knee health, arthrit knees and arthreatic kIPS.
It helps them, authretic shoulders, it helps them. Now, the
other thing that collagen's good for, well, basically it's good
for everything. I mean it really is. But your blood
(49:01):
vessel wolves. One reason why people develop blood vessel damage
with age is they don't have enough collagen to make
new blood vessels. So collagen works all around your body.
It works all around your body. It makes you sells,
it makes everything, It makes you lungs, it makes everything.
So our collagen has been used in menum clinical trials.
It's not the Chinese collagen. The Chinese collagen is very questionable.
(49:22):
It's very questionable. This is an Italian fringe company that
makes our collagen. It's the real thing. It's been used
in menum clinical trials and the results are in. The
results is study after study that it really works. So
our collagen. I take it daily, but I mix it
with creatine. I mix you with creatine because a lot
(49:42):
of things that collagen does creatine supports. Creatine is interesting,
like when you have a poor night's sleep, you release
creatine to have more energy. In the brain. Creatine gives
your brain energy. You know, we once thought that creatine
was only good for muscle power, because that's where the
(50:03):
studies came out of. But now we know you need
creatine for your brain. The studies started coming out early on.
They were giving all the people creatine so they could
exercise to help prevent them from getting injuries or cramping
or getting dehydrated. Because the creatine holds moisture into your muscles,
(50:25):
so it prevents cramping, it prevents injuries. So they were
giving all the people, like in nursing homes and in
exercise regimens, et cetera, creatine to help with the exercise.
And they noticed their memory was improving and these people
were all reporting it, so they did study specifically looking
at memory. They found that in everybody creatine gives your
(50:46):
brain energy, which is very interesting. All the people are
not inactive because their body's tired. They're inactive because their
brain is tired. And if you give them creatine, they
could go out and have fun. Again, you give an
all the person creatine and they're with it. They can
have that conversation at dinner. They're out and with their
friends on the boat talking and chuckling and telling jokes,
(51:08):
and all of a sudden, they're remembering everything because the
brain's coming back because the brain has energy. Now the
brain is still there, it doesn't have the energy it
needs to perform. You give the creatine and the brain
starts to function again. Creatine is really important. I give
all the people creatine because it's important for their bones,
it's important for their brain, and it's important for their
(51:28):
muscles and performance. So it helps prevent them from falling
and breaking the hip for something. Because they're stronger, they
have more physical energy, they have more brain energy. So
here's the benefits of creatine. Let's talk about muscle first,
because that's what people know about creatine. They know about muscle.
It helps you create muscle. Now that's important for older people.
They've lost muscle. They need to recreate their muscle, so
(51:52):
they need the creatine to recreate their muscle. So muscle building.
But it also gives you the strength and the power
to perform when you're exercising, and it helps prevent you
from getting cramps or an injury when you exercise. Plus,
you know I'm older now, I left weights. I feel
it like the next day, so I might wait two
days before I lift weights again. Where creatine, your muscles
(52:16):
recover faster. That's important because it prevents you from getting
an injury, like if you're playing pickle ball or golf.
For just hiking. I love the hike. So you can
help prevent injuries. You can help with your balance, you
can help prevent yourself from falling. You could build strength
and power by taking creatine, and you look better in
your T shirt and shorts because you'll get some muscle back.
(52:38):
That's really important stuff. Muscle is so important when you're
raging because you're losing your muscle very quickly. The creatine
helps prevent that from happening. Now, what about bone health.
It turns out they found us by accident that when
they were giving people creatine for their brain or creatine
for their muscle, they started building bone more rapidly. So, yes,
(52:59):
when you exercise as you build bone, but when they
gave them creatine, they built thicker, stronger bone at a
more rapid pace. So it turns out creatine and there's
a number of studies showing us. But the brain function
is why I'm taking it. I'm strong, I could do pushups,
I lift weights, I could kayak, I can move. I
(53:21):
could garden all day long and not be tired, not
have any muscle aches, not have any back aches, not
have any shoulder pain. I'm strong. I'm seventy one, but
I'm strong, and I'm not bragging. I'm doing these things
to keep myself strong. So I'm taking to collagen. I'm
taking the creatine. I take the creatine mostly for my
brain because I do a lot of studying and research,
(53:43):
and for the Coast Guard Auxiliary. I'm always reading up
on stuff and all. By the way, look into that.
I'm telling you. If you feel a little bit lonely,
if you need a purpose to get up in the morning,
not just meeting your friends will pay some aimless cards
or checkers. You need a real, a real reason to
wake up in the morning, look into the Coast Guard
(54:04):
to auxiliary. I belong to the one out in Eaton's Neck,
out by Huntington, out by Northport. I belong to the
Coast Guard Flotilla twenty two too. I belong out here. Okay,
you could join this one. You can be you know,
you could be out there with me. You don't need
a boat, you don't need to know how to swim.
You could just be on the dock. Okay, you could
(54:26):
be a vessel examiner. That's a lot of fun, let
me tell you, very rewarding. You're helping people. You're helping people.
People don't realize how dangerous, even like going into one
of our ports are. It's dangerous. They don't realize. They
think they're on vacation, and you are. You're on vacation,
but you have to know how to stay safe. It's
very pleasurable when you know what you're doing and you
(54:46):
learn that in the Coast Guard Auxiliary. It's really cool.
You can learn all that. I mean, it's really cool,
but it's very exciting. It's a lot of fun. You
meet great people, you meet a lot of you make
a lot of friends. Look into the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
I joined it at at the age of seventy, so
don't tell me I'm sixty five and now I joined
at seventy and I'm loving it. Man. It's a real
(55:07):
reason to wake up in the morning. And you get
a uniform. You cool. So Coast Guard their jewelry. You'll
have fun. Now let's get back to what we're doing here.
Creatine is great for your brain. Energy. All the people
become inactive because their brain's tired. The body's fine, their
(55:28):
brain's tired. Take the creatine. Your brain will get energy.
It'll be good for your memory because your memory is
still there. You just need the energy for the memory
to work. But it's also helping expand your bone health,
and it's very good for nourishing your muscles. You'll be stronger.
Just by taking creatine, you'll be stronger, and they'll help
(55:48):
prevent you from having an injury, like if you're playing
pickle bull of them because it helps prevent cramps and
it keeps the muscles hydrated. Now along with that, mix
it with the collagen. I mix it with the collagen.
Every day. I exercise all the time because I'm either
gardening for four hours or I'm doing something. I'm hiking
five miles. I'm always doing something every day. There's not
(56:11):
a day when I don't get exercise. My wife literally says,
you just need to rest today. So resting for me
is lifting weights and doing push ups or walking two miles.
That would be a bad day. So I take the creatine.
I also take one called active HX. I take creatine
Active HX and collagen every day, and I'm rewarding my
(56:35):
entire body. I'm rebuilding my entire body. I have a
seventy one year old body. I want to make it
like a fifty year old body. So that's what I'm doing.
Let's go to break Jerry Hicky Invite Health all these things.
Here's a top quality, clean fresh supplements that have been
used in human clinical trials. You want the Invite supplements,
I'll be right back.
Speaker 3 (56:53):

or go to Invitehealth dot com.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
Okay, welcome back. You know what's true what I should
be for. If you look into the cabinet where I
keep my supplements, I have a whole shelf of implements
except for the powders. That's a different shelf. Those powders
take up them. I have a whole shelf of supplements,
arrange very neatly in rows. And if you look, every
single supplement in my supplement cabinet is an Invite Health supplement.
(58:16):
And if you go into my wife's shelf, she has
a smaller shelf, you'll see every supplement she taches an
Invites supplement. And there's a reason for that. I trust them.
I created these products. Now, I had input from doctor
Amanda Williams. Her background is biology and medical school, etc.
And nutrition. I had input from a lot of doctors
(58:37):
and nutritionists. But I created these supplements. I mean, if
you go back to our multis even doctor Andrew Wild
was involved with creating our multi vitamins. So he's like
maybe the biggest name of nutrition, right. I mean doctor
Atkins used my multivitamins. I mean, that's how good they were.
He used them personally, he used our multi vitamin. I
don't know if people knew that. I never said it
(58:59):
when he was a live because he had his own
thing going on, you know, but he used our multis.
He used to come in to buy our invite Cops
multi for him and his wife and any event. Yeah,
you remember doctor Ratkins, the diet doctor and any event.
Let's get back to it. It's funny, but a lot
of big medical doctors use our multi vitamins. A lot
(59:19):
of famous athletes. I don't give out names. A lot
of famous athletes use our multi vitamins because they didn't
give me permission to use that names. Why would I
use that names. I mean, there are some that allowed
me to use their names. Roger Clemens, Andy Pettit, Chuck Nablock,
all those guys in baseball, we're using our multile They
still are using our multi vite. A lot of them are,
(59:42):
I mean they're retired now. They were huge in the game. Right,
Andy pettit's the sweetest guy in any I have this
wonderful frame photo of Andy Pettit Jerry and up. It's great.
Thank you Andy. Oh yeah, you should go into my
den and you'll see all these baseball players that autographed
(01:00:05):
photos for me, including Whitey Ford, Yogi Berra. I mean,
it's just amazing in any of it. They're not worth
anything other than to me because they have my name
on them. So it's not like they collect as items.
You know, it's not like it just says Yogi Berra
or Whitey Ford. You know what I mean. But let's
(01:00:27):
get back to it. H So, our multi vitamins and
our supplements have been used in human clinical trials. We
know they work, we know they're safe, we know how
much to give you. That's a lot of information right there.
We know they're safe, we know they work, we know
how much to give you. We use the ingredients used
(01:00:48):
in human clinical trials. We make sure they're clean and
fresh and have the right dosage. We checked them for
potency to make sure they're the right dosage. Because a
lot of companies don't do that. They make a product
and then they forget about it. They don't check it
to see how much is in there, and we put
a short freshness date. We purposely short so there's an
expiration date that might be three years, we'll only put
(01:01:10):
two years. We want to make sure that it's a
million percent fresh. So whereas other companies, if this study
say it's good for three to five years, they'll put
five years. If our studies say three to five years,
we'll put two years on the label. We purposely short
the expiration date to make it, to make it so
we know it's a million percent active. Because we care
(01:01:31):
about you, we care about me. So these are the
supplements to buy. They're clean, they're non gmo, so there's
no round up or any of that crap in there.
I mean, these are good supplements, ninety nine point nine
percent of them. I think they might all be gluten
free at this point. There might be one, but it
would say gluten right on the label. But I think
(01:01:53):
there will gluten free at this point because some people
get stomacharans from gluten because it's hard to digest it.
It just is. Uh So let's talk about it. Multi vitamins.
You know, we have this multi vitamin called Invite Performance
U nvit Performance would be great, like if you are
(01:02:14):
in track and field you know you're a runner, or
if you play a lot of uh pickleball in the
hot sun, like you're down in Florida playing pickle ball,
or if you lift a lot of weights or do
anything like that. The NVITE Performance has Rodeola in it.
Rodeola within two or three days gives you more energy
(01:02:38):
and endurance. Rodeola is an herb human clinical trials. It's
good for physical performance. But we also add an antioxy
called SOD that's great for physical performance. It protects your
body from physical performance and by the way, it's great
for knee pain. Now let me go on all of
(01:02:59):
our multi So if if you're a real athlete or
you do a lot of physical activity more than me, uh,
you should be on the Invite Performance.
Speaker 3 (01:03:08):
You.
Speaker 2 (01:03:09):
We have a lot of professional athletes using the invit performance.
Baseball players, hockey players, NBA wrestlers, boxers. I'm telling you
we really do. People in the Olympic athletes, world class
martial artists, UH, stuntmen or stunt people, stunt women's stunt
(01:03:29):
We have stunt men using the NVIC performance. It's big
in Hollywood. Let's see a super Our multi vitamins are
incredibly popular. There's people all over the world that will
order our multi vitamins. The let me just say this,
(01:03:53):
this is top quality multi vitamins with top quality ingredients. Okay,
there's there's no ifs, hands or Bucks. So what's so
special about amultis Regardless of what company you use for
your supplements, whether it's sol Guard, twin Lamp, you should
be using our Multi, you should switch to our Multi.
If you're not using our Multi, you should switch to
our Multi. Okay. There's study after study after study that
(01:04:16):
multie keep us alive. That is no joke. That multis
cut the risk of cancer strongly. Multisee cut the risk
of a heart attack. Multie cutter risk of a stroke.
Multie are great for the brain to give the brain energy. See,
the brain is a super high energy organ and the
(01:04:40):
vitamins involved with energy. Magnesium is a mineral and very
important for energy because it stabilizes energy. But you need
to be vitamins to create the energy out of your
food in the first place. Basically, all the bees are
involved with the brain and energy, all of them, and
controlling sugar in the brain. All that. So many human
(01:05:03):
studies in children, in adolescents, and adults, in the elderly,
in both men and women, doesn't matter everybody. Taking a
MULTI is great for your brain. It has different benefits
at different timelines, like kids have more focus, adults have
(01:05:24):
more energy. Older people it helps them retain their memory.
They keep their memory when they're on a MULTI. So
what's so special Y are multi? I would say that
most multis are better than no multi. Even something like
syndrome is better than no multi. Okay, even one to
day is better than no multi. You know, even though
they might have dies and chemicals and all, they're better
(01:05:46):
than not taking a MULTI. But when you take the invite,
we don't have artificial colors, we don't have all kinds
of crazy chemicals in there. What's in there belongs in there.
The liquids are in a liquid phase, so you can
absorb them better. You take the liquid with the food,
for sure, and the absorption is magnified. It's just made intelligently. Now,
(01:06:07):
I said before doctor Andrew Wall and all these very
clever doctors were involved with creating that multi. This is
going back to about the about nineteen ninety eight. All
these brilliant doctors that everybody in the world knew were
involved with creating the Invite multis And then you know
(01:06:28):
who they came to at the end and said, take
a look at this me. I was the last one
in the food chain. So all these doctors that did
research at the University of Arizona, at the University of Maryland,
at universities in California set all of these top notch
medical doctors put together this multi vitamin. They turned around
(01:06:51):
to me and they said, Okay, what else do we
have to do? And I changed two things and they
loved it. Over the course of that that was for
the Core multi Over the course of time we added
some things. So we have an Invite for women more
specific for women. We have an invite for men, more
specific for men where it's good for their prostate. Uh.
For the women that there's some breast protection and uterus
(01:07:12):
protection and energy and all that skin. There's the Invite
Performance if you need some zoom for your physical activity.
And then there's the Invite Core, which is the one
I take. Finally, but what makes it special, Well, first
of all, it's in a little cullifane pack. You open
it up and your set I mean for some people
that's all they need to take in a day. Like
(01:07:33):
a young a young a person forty five years old,
take the invite call multi. You don't need anything else
you need you need a good diet and exercise and
enough sleep. You all need ten ten other products that
that core multi unbelievable all the people. We need some
extra stuff. We need the collagen we need to create
in you know, we need a couple extra things. I mean,
(01:07:56):
that's just how it is. We need you bick one
all now. First of all, in our MULTI you get
a form of folate that helps protect you from cancer
and Alzheimer's dementia. See, most multis have something called folic acid,
which is made in this rather weird factory in China.
(01:08:16):
A lot of us, especially older people, we don't utilize
folic acid. We can't change it and to what it
needs to be. I'm going to give you a mouthful
methyl tetrahydrofolate. That's what's in the human body, methyl tetrahydrofolic
So they can't take the folic acid made in that
factory in China and convert it to what it needs
to be. Well, that's a disaster for older people. Because
(01:08:38):
you need methyl tetrahydrofolic to help prevent cancer. It's at
the core of preventing cancer. It helps prevent your cells
from being damaged by viruses, by chemicals, by drugs, by pollution,
by smoke from fires, inhaling, pollution from fires and cars.
That helps protect your cells from damage from radiation. So
(01:09:01):
you need a MTHF that's the abbreviation MTHF. That's probably
easier than methyl tetra hydrofolic MTHF. You need the MTHF
to help prevent cancer. It's at the core of preventing cancer.
Without MTHF, you cannot prevent cancer. And if you're getting
a regular multi with folic acid, you might not be
(01:09:22):
getting that protection. Now, the second thing that's in there
is really important for older people too. It's called methylal belement.
It's the form of B twelve you need in your brain.
If you lack methical element in your brain, people are
going to think you have Alzheimer's disease. That's the truth.
If you lack methyl cobaloman in your brain, they will
think you have Alzheimer's. That's how important it is for
(01:09:44):
the brain. Yet a lot of people can't take the
cianical element cobaloman is B twelve. Most multi vitamins have
cianocobalomin where they attach B twelve to cyanide cnic co belement.
Now the cyanide is purportedly not dangerous. I mean, I
don't like the idea silight. But we have methical balloment.
(01:10:06):
We add a methyl group, which is a carbon with
three hydrogens to the coobalamin. That's the way it works
in your brain. So a lot of people can't take
the ciana cobalumen in their regular multi vitamin and change
it to methical baaloment, and methical balloman creates all the
different forms of B twelve you need throughout your body,
like Cobama mind for your muscles and heart, Cobama mind.
(01:10:28):
So right there, that makes our multi exceptionally good. But
then we go further. We have loutine five milligrams. If
you look at your eye formulas from most companies, they
don't have five milligrams of natural lutine. Lutine you need
a free vision. It preserves your vision and fine vision
and seeing at night, and lutine is needed to protect
(01:10:50):
your brain. So the small amount of lutine in your
food will get stuck in your brain because it has
to go through Things have to go through your brain
before they reach your eyes. To brain'll hold on to
the lutin. You don't have enough lutine to protect your eyes.
There's plenty of lutine in our Multi vitamins and its cousins.
He is antin for protecting your b memory and for
protecting your vision. And then we have lycopene likopedesa red
(01:11:13):
stuff and tomato sauce. You'd have to have a bowl
of tomato sauce every day to get five milligrams of lycopene.
This is natural lycopine from tomatoes, all the o resin.
It protects your skin from the sun to a degree.
It protects women's breasts, It protects men's prostate, and it
protects the colon it He's prevent your prostate from swelling.
It may even lower the risk of prostate cancer. So
(01:11:35):
that's why you need the Invite Multi. That's why it's
the only MULTI I will take. I always have three
months of the Invite Core Multi in my cabinet. I
always have three months of the Invite Core Multi from
my wife and for me, and if I go down

Speaker 2 (01:13:30):
Okay, welcome back Jerry here, can you invite health? It's
always an other knee of privilege to be speaking with you.
Plus it keep my brain going. I love it. Okay,
so I'll be doing this for many years hopefully. Now, pain,
we have a solution for your pain that doesn't raise
your blood pressure. That's right. Would you take advil or
(01:13:50):
or celebres which is also solicoxib When you take those
drugs for your pain, they raise your blood pressure. They
can literally cause damage to your heart. They can literally
cause damage to your kidneys. They literally can cause a stroke,
literally cause a stroke. Next time you buy IBB your
profit open it up, take the paper out. You'll see
(01:14:14):
a black box on top a black border, and it'll
say how dangerous these drugs are. You don't want to
stand in those drugs. If you have to use it
for one or two or three days for pain, that's fine,
but don't stay on them. They're dangerous. They were never
meant to be used every day when I first started
in pharmacy. They were rescue medication. In other words, use
(01:14:37):
for a limited amount of time because there's repercussions if
you use multime. So what can you use every day
for your pain? Biocurcumen five oxen? How dependable is it?
What I'm saying? Well, research institutions like Johns Hopkins have
come out and said this stuff really works. It works
as good as advil, it works as good as a leave,
it works as good as celebrates. But it doesn't have
(01:14:59):
the danger, It doesn't have the side effects, it doesn't
have the interactions. Biocurcumen is a well absorbed turmeric. Turmeric
is very poorly absorbed, which is not terrible because it's
good for your coldon but is very poorly absorbed. So
when you take regular turmeric, you're not absorbing much. This
one is really well absorbed. They reduce the particle size
(01:15:24):
so it's easy for humans to absorb. And then Frankinson's
that's the second ingredient. And both of them come back
pain and inflammation from the two major pathways, the fibal
of poxygenized pathway and cox two pathway, so they both
help snuff out inflammation. So when you take the biocurcument
(01:15:44):
five oxtion, if you have neck pain, it'll help. If
you have back pain, it'll help. If you have shoulder pain,
it'll help, like persistent pain, chronic pain, if you have
knee pain, arthritis, hip pain, pain in your thumb, pain
in your wrists, even tennis elbow or a golfer's elbow
or achilles tendonitis, you know, tendinopathies, whatever. This stuff will
(01:16:05):
help the pain. It'll help the pain. How do you
take it? I usually tell people take two twice a
day with food. Take it with breakfast and dinner to
get the pain under control. And once you get the
pain under control, you could take two a day with
food instead of taking for a day. Take two a day.
Can you get away with three a day at first? Yeah,
it'll just take a little longer you get. But you know,
(01:16:27):
if you have authritis pain, you can't take advvil every day.
It can cause heart failure, kidney damage and affects your eyes.
That affects your hearing. It can make you bleed, It
could cause a stroke. You can't take it every day.
It gets dangerous. This stuff you could take every day
because it's good for you, colon, it's good for inflammation.
(01:16:48):
Inflammation increases in humans as we age, and inflammation whittles
away at our health by killing ourselves and endangering us.
So the biocurcab but five bloction will reduce inflammation and
the heart and the brain, and the lungs, the kidneys
and the liver all over the body and the blood
vessel walls. I mean, it's really good in the skin.
It's really good for inflammation. And that's how it helps
pain by dampening inflammation, because it's the inflammation that leads
(01:17:09):
to the swelling of the pain. So the biocurricument five loxin,
I take it daily. I take two every day. I
take it from my brain because it helps you grow
new brain tissue. That's another conversation. You release things when
you're sleeping called nerve growth factors, Like one of them
is brain derived neurotrophic factor abbreviated BDNF, and this helps
(01:17:31):
you grow new memory cells. Well, all the people don't
release a lot of b DNFs, so they don't create
very many memory cells at night. But when you take
the biocarcumen, it triggers to release a BDNF and you
create more memory cells. Maybe that's one reason why my
brain works. So I'm actually taking to biocurricum in five
(01:17:52):
lox to lower my risk of colon cancer and to
grow new brain cells. But other people take it for
this spinal arthritis, their back pain pain, cervical spine, or
the lumbard spot, or they take it for sayatica, or
they take it for arthritic knees or whatever it might be,
muscle pain. They take it for you know, like I
have a number of older dancers who are now choreographers
(01:18:15):
and they wake up in the morning and their body
stiff and then knee hurts, and they take the biocurricremut
five blocks and it's fantastic. I have young ballerinas who
take biocurricumuent five blocks and there you go, because this
did bodies under sum much stress. It's ridiculous. The ballerinas,
they're elite athletes, So what can you expect from the
envy probatic jets? If a company takes the time, puts
(01:18:38):
in the effort, understands the research, and covers the research,
they can come out with an amazing probiotic supplement. So
what are probiotics. There's actually a definition, but basically it's
taking a supplement of healthy bacteria to enrich your body.
Because the bacteria work everywhere in your body, there's not
(01:18:59):
a part of your body they don't affect. They affect
your brain in a good way if it's good. Probiotics.
They affect your intestinal health. I think everybody knows that.
But they also affect your immune system. They affect basically everything,
heart health, blood, sugar health, controlling your appetite so you
don't get overweight, all these different things helping you with exercise.
(01:19:21):
How would a probatic help you with exercise? When you're
do intense exercise, especially in the humid weather or hot weather,
which we're moving into now. Probatics prevent you from getting
nauseous and getting those stomach cramps you might get when
you exercise. But This is a brand new study. It's
in the Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology, which is where
(01:19:41):
you would expect to find a good study on a
probatic supplement. It's about constipation. It's mostly from Soul National University. Now,
about twenty percent of Americans have constipation, sixteen to twenty
(01:20:01):
percent depending on what data you're looking at, so it's
a lot of that's a lot of millions of people.
Of course in nursing homes or as we age this
number climbs, I mean it's zooms like in nursing homes.
I think something like seventy five percent of people on
nursing homes are on a laxative, and fifty percent of
(01:20:24):
them have pretty severe constumpation, which causes cramps. You're very uncomfortable.
I was just not good. They found that when they
gave a probiotic with five different strains, many of them
mirroring the strains and our probiotic checks which I designed,
like there was buy feeda Bacterium ANIMALI subspecies like this,
(01:20:45):
there was Lectobiscilla's plantarum. They found that constipation really cleared up.
And you have to have at least two different bacteria
in there. Don't buy a probiotic with just one bacterium.
You need at least two, and you need at least
a billion to two billion of the strain to mean anything.
So human clinical trials show this. So we have five
(01:21:06):
strains over eight billion bacteria. That's plenty. That's believe me,
it'll have a definite effect on your health. Now, let
me talk about rest virtual real quick. Now, Actually, let
me talk about grape seed, because I really took about
grape seed. Our grape seed has been used in many
human clinical trials. We know it's great for your circulation,
(01:21:27):
and that's the key thing. See, with age, your blood
vessels stiffen and it's harder for the heart to pump blood.
So because of that, the heart pumps harder and your
blood pressure goes up. Well, what the grape seed does.
Our grape seed, the indeeda grape seed, it's a French
Italian company. In human clinical trials, the Indiana grape seed
(01:21:51):
restores the youthfulness to your blood vessel walls. It makes
them elastic and tough and resilient, so in the heart
beats they could pop open and the blood flows easier
to your legs and your arms and your eyes and
your brain, et cetera. See, your blood pressure naturally goes
back towards normal. In fact, there's been several studies now
(01:22:12):
where our grape seed when they gave it to people
twice a day, the blood vessels got so hot. These
were unhealthy people, people with diabetes, people with high blood pressure, smokers,
older people, they were unhealthy people in general. When they
gave them our grape seed, it did such a great
job that many of them their blood pressure went back
to normal. So when they took people where the blood
(01:22:34):
pressure was like one hundred and forty five over ninety,
which is dangerous, and they gave them our grape seed,
most of them, like ninety three percent of them, their
blood pressure went back to normal after several weeks. Not
because it's pushing down their blood pressure like a drug,
because it's making the blood vessels young and healthy again.
So the young, healthy blood vessels and these older people
(01:22:57):
and these unhealthy people can now react to the signals
from the heart and they open up appropriately, so the
heart doesn't have to pump heart pump hard. It's when
the heart is pumping hard, that's when your blood pressure
goes up. So the blood pressure was going back to
normal because the heart didn't have to put pump heart.
So that took pressure off their brain, that took pressure
off their eyes, that took pressure off their kidneys, their heart,
(01:23:19):
their lungs. I mean it was very good for them. Now,
another thing about grape seed, if you want to lose
weight or control your blood sugar, take it before meals
because it blocks the absorption of sugar. If you don't
need to control your blood sugar and you don't need
to lose weight, then take it after meals, are in
between meals. So that's a really important trick with grape seed.
(01:23:42):
You take it before meals and it blocks the enzymes
that breakdown carbohydrates and you absorb blood sugar like seventy
percent of less sugar from your meal. I'm not kidding you.
So if you have pre diabetes or diabetes, or you
just want to lose fat, that'll really help you. But
if you don't need to lose weight, you don't need
to control your blood sugar, you just want to help
your blood pressure, then take it either at the end
(01:24:04):
of a meal or take it in between meals, and
then it'll have no effect on your weight and no
effect on your blood sugar. So grape seed is great
if you need help control in the blood sugar or
you weight, and it's great for your circulation. Hey, you
know what, I can squeeze respirritul in there real quick?
Do I have time? Yes? Rest virtul is good for
(01:24:26):
circulation to the brain. So where grape seed is great
for circulation in the heart, the arms, and legs, et cetera,
rest virtuel is great for circulations to the brain. So
if you have a problem with your memory, take respviritual.
I'm basically out of time, so let's go through this.
