Speaker 3 (00:31):
Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor
Amanda Williams, Chief Science Officer at Invite Health, and happy
Saturday morning to everyone. We are having our Labor Day,
buy one, get one fre sale. As you know I
talked about this last weekend. You still have time, you
can stop by one of our store locations. You can
give us a call, or you can go to our

(00:51):
website invitehealth dot com and stock up on all of
your favorites. I'm going to cover some different products for
you this morning before I turn the mic over to
the fabulous, wonderful Jerry Hickey, who will be sharing his
knowledge and expertise. Now. When it comes to savings, not

(01:13):
only can you take advantage of the Labor.

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Day buy one, get one free sale.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
We also have all of those products that are on
overstock sale right now, so do make sure that if
you are on our website and you are placing your order,
that you check out those products that are on the
overstock sale. You can also ask when you call in
and you're placing your order for the buy one, get
one free, ask about those overstock products. You can also

(01:41):
go into one of the stores and check out the
wonderful savings that we are having on many different products
like Rodeola extract sixty percent off. We definitely know the
importance of doing kind of a generalized detox or cleanse
from season to season and get the colon HX. The

(02:01):
power of that silium extract with the bent Night clay
is a great way and allow your body to kind
of get rid of some of those toxins that can
build up. We're exposed to so many things on a
daily basis, so taking the colon HX would be a
really good way to help to declutter. We know that

(02:23):
the silium in that formulation really helps the microbiome thrive
and help to fight off inflammation, supports our immune system.
If you're dealing with any type of gut in balance
or GI issues, taking Colon HX can be incredibly helpful.
So the silium helps with the making of the short

(02:47):
chain fatty acid butyrate, and that in and of itself
has its own anti inflammatory properties. So if you're dealing
with a little bit of gut dysbiosis, an imbalance of
your healthy microbiome, or if you have a history of
irrable bowel, taking Colon HX during the seasonal changes. So

(03:13):
as you go from one season to the next, I
always say, turn to colon a chex that is on
the overstock sale, So do make sure that you check
out all of those different products before you check out
on the buy one, get one free sale. Now I
want to talk about cryll oil and why our cryll

(03:34):
oil that we offer it invite is so powerful as
well as being so incredibly unique. You can find a
lot of different krill oils out there on the market,
I mean goodness. You can go into Walgreens or a
CBS and you can find krill oil. You can certainly
go into Costco and find kryll oil. But what is

(03:54):
the quality, what is the potency? What is the sourcing.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
And the invite health.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
Crill Oil Advanced is sourced in such a unique way
and it's incredibly sustainable. This is something that's very important
to myself as well as to Jerry, and so we
have partnered up with a supplier for our krill oil

(04:19):
that gives us the most sustainable way to actually access
that krill from the Antarctic.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
And this is where.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
The point of you know, research and understanding goes beyond
that of just the science and the health benefits, but
it really comes down to that sustainability. So the form
of krill that we are using it is you know,
certified as Friends of the Sea, meaning it's not doing

(04:52):
damage and harm to the ecosystem to which it is
sourced from, and that really is important. We have full
trace ability with every single batch that we produce, and
to us, this makes a huge difference because we want
to understand, we want to be able to see how

(05:12):
the krill itself is raised and how it is actually
produced for us, and having that full trace ability with
every single batch certainly makes us feel incredibly comfortable when
it comes to bringing you a high potent krill oil. Now,

(05:35):
remember krill itself has natural containing phospholipids in it, so
it has this wonderful phospholipid complex. So you get the
Omega three fatty acids, you get the EPA and the DHA,
but you're also getting that phosphatitle coaline and we know
that coline is giving that additional support for your heart,
for your brain, for your liver, for your eyes. And

(05:57):
there's been a significant amount of research done in the
past decade even looking at the way in which the
fostatitle colling is very beneficial when it comes to skin
health and for sports performance, which is really kind of
a fascinating wing of research that has kind of taken

(06:18):
off over the past decade, and looking at the benefits
of krill oil when it comes to joint health. This
is something that I find incredibly unique, especially with the
sourcing that we do with our kryl oil. But when
someone comes in and they are talking to us, maybe
they have carpal tunnel, or they're dealing with rheumatoid arthritis,

(06:41):
or they're dealing with osteoarthritis of the knee as an example,
once they start using the invite Health crill Oil Advanced,
it doesn't take much time to see that role that
those omega threes are playing and regulating in flammation, and

(07:01):
you get this high amount of as dis anthem. Remember
that's what makes pink flamingos pink, that very powerful carotenoid.
So you get the benefit of the asda's anthem when
it comes to eye health, but also for brain health.
And this is why when you are supplementing with our
Kryloil Advance, you're getting this full system support for brain,

(07:24):
for heart, for your joints, for your skin, for your eyes,
for your liver, and we know that coaline is very
important to support the little tiny liver cells and every
single day your liver is going through the different phases
of detoxification. Leaning on coalin is very important to that process.

(07:46):
We also can see when it comes to brain health
and having that phosphatidyle coaling to be utilized as a
precursor step for making acetyl colin, which is our primary
neurotransmitter for memory. This is also incredibly important. So when
you're using our Crylloil Advanced, you can rest as shirt.

(08:09):
This is really great for my brain and for maintaining
brain volume. I always say, you don't want to be
in the skinny brain line. As you grow older, you
want to maintain good brain volume. We also can recognize
that through taking this kryl oil advanced formulation with the
high amount of astesanth and that this is beneficial in

(08:30):
supportive for our eyes to be able to fight off
even UV radiation that comes from the sun. So we
always have to have concerns about the blu rays that
are emitted from our light emitting devices such as our
cell phones and our computers, that we always want to
make sure that we have an extra layer of protection
and support when it comes to fighting off the harmful effects,

(08:53):
the damaging effects of the sun. We can also look
at other formulations that we can add in also provide
that UV protection support. So formulations such as the oranges HX,
all those powerful carotenoids.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
Taking the green.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
Tea, whether that's the green t TX or the green
t HX capsules, the EGCG that comes from green tea
very helpful. So always keep that in mind. If we
think about the sun, we don't want to just think
about vitamin D.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
We want to think how can we.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
Help ourselves from the inside out to have this added
layer of protection. And this is where formulations like cryl
oil advanced, where the formulations such as oranges HX and
greens HX and the green TTX all can be very
very helpful for making sure that we can fight off

(09:52):
the effects of photoaging. I mean clearly photoaging gets worse
with time spent in the sun and maybe you notice
it as far as age spots as people will you
call them, or more pronounced wrinkles. So we want to
do what we can to combat further damage done to

(10:14):
our skin and at the same time also have a
remedy to repair those damaged cells. So looking at the
supra krill that we use, this is one of those
products in our product line that I really enjoy talking

(10:35):
about because not only is the scientific research and all
the clinical research trials out there on the efficacy of
krill oil when it comes to the uptake into the bloodstream,
how effective it is for all of those different systems
in our body. When you look at the form of

(10:57):
krill oil that we're using, this registered trademark form that's
been used in trials and has this traceability and the
sustainability that it's not doing harm to the ocean ecosystem.
This is something that is very important to us and
should be important to you as well. So when you're
supplementing with our formulation, you know that you are doing

(11:22):
the right thing for your body but also for the
ocean as well, and that's a great thing. It's a
testament to what we do. We take a lot of
pride in that. And you're getting the powerhouse nutrient coline
in this, You're getting that powerhouse antioxidant asked xanthon in this,
and then of course you're getting the benefit of that

(11:44):
EPA and that DHA all packed in to a single capsule,
which is a wonderful thing. So if you're not taking
an omega three every single day, this is something that
you should really talk to one of our nutritional experts
about because I always go through the basic things that

(12:05):
everyone should be doing, regardless of what your health goals
or your health conditions are, So just across the board,
everyone should be taking an omega three fatty acid every
single day. We know that our intake of omega threes
from our diet alone is not up to snuff.

Speaker 4 (12:23):
It's not where it should be. Even if you're doing your.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
Best to adhere to a Mediterranean diet, the likelihood that
you are getting an adequate exposure to consistent omega threes
each day is usually not so high. And you know
you're not going to likely be eating salmon every single day.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
Maybe you're not having high enough.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Servings of seeds and nuts in your diet every single day.
So even with your best effort, oftentimes we will fall
well shy of what we should be getting. And so
when we look at our options for omega threes, we say, okay,

(13:07):
well we have fish oil, and we have krll oil,
we have flax, you know, if we're looking for a
vegetarian option. But what really makes the kryll oil so
incredibly beneficial is that you're getting these additional side benefits.
You're getting that fospatitle coaling, so it's helping with liver detoxification,

(13:27):
it's helping to combat daily stressors, it's helping with eyehealth
with the benefit of that asd xanthem and so that's
what makes krill oil so nice to incorporate into your
daily routine. And then of course you want to partner
this up with a comprehensive multi vitamin multimineral, and luckily

(13:48):
for you, you have many that you can choose from
at Invite Health. We've got our core multivitamin. We have
the Performance multivitamin, which is the core multi that's enhanced
with the inclusion of having SOD. So we use extra
melts or registered trademark form of superoxide dismy taste that's

(14:11):
obtained from melon, so fruit sourced and then we have
Rodeo life in this so it's a Rodeola extract.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
So it's very helpful.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
When it comes to energy production and to fight off
the effects of aging. So superoxide dismytastes is one of
our natural antioxidants, and we know that as we get older,
the levels of SOD begin to go down, and they
can go down to such a degree that it can
actually create a problem with your carotted artery becoming a

(14:45):
little bit thick, and we don't want that. We want
to have good blood flow up to our brain. So
this is why that Performance multivitamin, I always say, is
the go to for anyone who has blood sugar concerns
or cardiovascular concerns. Performance multi it's not just for those
marathon runners and for those weekend warrior athletes out there.

(15:08):
The performance multivitamin is across the board. Really the most
comprehensive formulation that we offer to really enhance sell energy production,
of course for muscle recovery, but for circulatory support as
well with that super oxide dismutaste. So we want to
have our omega three, we want to have our multivitamin.

(15:30):
We of course want to add in our ubiquinyl talked
in some detail about coenzyme Q ten over the past
couple of weekends. So taking the ubiquinl with NADH, getting
that added benefit of that vitamin B three substrate which
could be very helpful for supporting healthy cholesterol. So if

(15:51):
you're dealing with cardiovascular concerns such as high blood pressure
and high cholesterol, taking that ubiquinol with NADH is going
to be your go two.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
And then finally, we always want.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
To look at vitamin D as part of a daily
routine because we know that diet alone doesn't give us
enough vitamin D exposure. It's roughly about ninety percent of
Americans don't get enough vitamin D from the foods that
they eat every single day. So this is why that
rate of vitamin D deficiencies and insufficiencies is so high

(16:25):
in this country. So I want to talk about some
more nutrients. But I do need to squeeze in a
quick break, so stick around with me.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
I will be right back just after this. Hi, Jerry
Hickey here and Amanda Williams.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
And try something new.

Speaker 3 (18:08):
Our Vitality Plus beadlets are incredibly popular since we've launched those.
That is the five hundred milligram sustained release. It's such
a unique way to deliver vitamin C so that you
get this really nice, steady state of vitamin C going
into your system. So definitely get those. As we're getting

(18:28):
closer to cold and flu season. It's always advantageous to
make sure that you're always getting vitamin C into your
system each day, and this is a wonderful way to
assure that you're always going to have this nice amount
of vitamin C going in and staying in your bloodstreams,
so it can be helpful for your immune system and
for your blood vessels, and for your heart, and for

(18:49):
your eyes and for your brain and beyond. So that's
the Vitality plus beadlet. Stock up on those during this
buy one, get one free sale and we have the
overstock sale going on, so do make sure that you
check out those products. I mentioned that Colon HX very
good choice for doing that seasonal cleanse. I'm not big

(19:09):
into the you know, just have cayenne pepper and drink
water for three day cleanses. The problem with that is
we oftentimes are stripping the body clearly of toxins, but
we're also stripping the body and not getting enough electrolytes.
So this is why you know, doing crash cleanses are

(19:32):
usually not advisable. But doing a seasonal cleanse with a
powerful formulation such as that Colon HX, getting that but rate,
that natural anti inflammatory, that fatty acid that is derived
from the cilium fiber in that product is a really
nice way. Plus you get that ben tonight clay, so
it's grabbing onto all those toxins to remove any impurities

(19:55):
in your system. So definitely check that one out, whether
online if you go into the store, or if you
give us a colt on an overstock sale.

Speaker 4 (20:03):
Plus we've got the buy.

Speaker 3 (20:05):
One, get one free sale going on right now, so
a lot of different ways that you can save.

Speaker 4 (20:10):
So I just kind of went through.

Speaker 3 (20:11):
The basics of what you should be doing on a
regular basis when it comes to your supplementation routine. This
is regardless of what your your health concerns are. Talked
in the first segment in some detail about this very
unique krill oil and the way in which we source
this crill oil. It's been used in clinical trials. We

(20:34):
can see how quickly this crill oil can actually create
that balance of your omega threes to omega sixes, which
is important because both of which are essential. We know
that for Americans in particular, we have a very skewed ratio.
So the ratio should be like two to one, two

(20:55):
omega six for every one omega three. The average Americans
sitting at about twenty one, so that's not good. So
we know that if you are supplementing with our kryll
oil advanced that this can help significantly in terms of
allowing that omega three index, that ratio to come to
a healthier range. And that's important. So we know this

(21:16):
from the clinical trials that I said. We use this
very sustainable sourced krill and it's a powerhouse when it
comes to its omega content, the astes anthem and that coaling. Now,
there are many different things that are happening in the
world of research on different nutrients that we talk about

(21:42):
quite often here on this program. And there was something
that I was reading in the Aging Journal just last
week and they were looking at the benefits of tea
and garlic and berries and rosemary and to marry. So
these should all kind of ring a bell for you

(22:03):
if you've listened to Invite Health Radio for for many
years now. We talk about all those polyphenals, those OPCs,
those oleegomeric pro anthocynodms that come in products like oranges
hax and purple's hax that are packed with those powerful
fruit and vegetable extracts. We have our black seed with
rosemary extract formulation. Now, the rosemary does a wonderful job

(22:27):
at regulating histamine. So if we have excess histamine, this
can create problems for us, not just in the sense
of you know, sneezing and having allergies, but also when
it comes to digestive concerns. So it's interesting a lot
of times when people take our black seed with rosemary
formulation and they're taking it with the intention of supporting

(22:48):
you know, healthy sinuses for breathing for the lungs, and
they will come back and.

Speaker 4 (22:53):
Say, you know, this is really great.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
I'm not, you know, affected with my seasonal allergies the
way that I used to be, but I also.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
Feel like my system is improving. This is not a
surprise to us.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
We know that the black Cooman extract in that partner
up with the rosemary extract and that cordyceps mushroom can
do a wonderful job at really creating balance and lessening
inflammation within the GI tract.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
So back to this study.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
That just came out and published in the Aging Journal,
was looking at how when you have high exposure to
the EGCG to the garlic which contains allison in that
the pro anthocynodins, all those powerful antioxidants that come from barries.
Looking at all of these how much of an impact

(23:44):
that can actually make on slowing down the aging process.
So they set up this study where they were able
to identify just food based intake of these different types
of nutrients, and then they were looking at telomere length
and there was a direct correlation between those who had

(24:06):
high intake of berries and rosemary and garlic and to
American their diet and drinking green tea as far as
their actual aging effect. And so those who had a
high intake had slower aging of their cells compared to.

Speaker 4 (24:22):
Those who did not. Now, what's the point of the story.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
The moral of the story here is we know that
Americans have a high intake of not green tea, berries
to meeric extract, garlic. No, Americans have a high intake
of ultra process foods which shorten the lifespan of our cells.

Speaker 4 (24:42):
So your foods matter.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
I always talk about this. Let food be thy medicine,
adhere to a Mediterranean diet. But also keep in mind
that we want to make sure that we zero in
on adding in these different types of nutrients. So whether
you're taking the green TTX, our powerful green tea tincture,
or if you are using the purples HX as an example,

(25:06):
with the blend of all of those deep pigmented fruits
and vegetables, so the blues and the purples and the reds.
And this is a great formulation for brain health as
well because it has a high amount of blueberry extract.
In that we know that blueberry extract does a phenomenal
job at crossing that blood brain barrier to fight off

(25:27):
oxidative stress and free radicals and neuro inflammation and toxins
in the brain. So we can see the beneficial brain
boosts that you get when you're using the Purples CHAX,
but is overall circulatory and sell energy function as well.
Plus it's a great trade off during the warmer months
instead of drinking a sports drink is to turn to

(25:48):
your Purple's HX and allow all those nutrients to not
only help with hydration, but to also help with fending
off the effects of UV.

Speaker 4 (25:58):
So it's not just the oranges.

Speaker 3 (25:59):
HX and those powerful crotoids, but a formulation like the
Purples hex also can be incredibly advantageous to add into
your routine. So I always like to share all of
the different studies that come out, you know, fascinating one
that was in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition looking at
vitamin D and how that in and of itself can

(26:21):
slow down the aging process. So just think about that
you're taking your vitamin D supplementation from us every single day.
How much do you need really depends have your blood
level tested. There's many different factors as to what can
affect vitamin D absorption, so do keep that in mind.
But at the end of the day, we know that
we need to do our best when it comes to

(26:43):
allowing our system to get exposure to the vitamins, to
the minerals, to those fatty acids, those omega threes, all
of those powerful carotenoids and antioxidants. So we know that
the foods alone are not going to be able to
achieve that for us. This is why supplementation becomes so
incredibly important. And we can look at you know, our

(27:04):
formulations like risveratrol, just thinking of rosemary extract again from
this study that came out of the Aging Journal, our
risveratrol max formulation has rosemary extract in it to help
to support maintain the potency of that transras veratrol. And
I had mentioned this product. I believe last week that

(27:25):
you get two hundred milligrams two hundred milligrams of trans
ras viatrol in every single capsule along with the OPCs
from GrapeSEED extract and corsetin, so across the board, this
is an excellent product when it comes to brain health,
circulatory health, for the support of prostate because you're getting
that coursetin. If someone's dealing with peripheral artery disease, chronic

(27:48):
venus insufficiency, any type of a vascular issue, taking that
risveratrol max is incredibly advantageous. Not all riz vitrols are
created the same, so if you really want to yield
the powerful benefits that we know exist with risveratrol, you
have to be using a risveratrol that has been shown
to absorb. Because the way that we make ours, we

(28:10):
do it in a very controlled environment, so it's not
exposed to oxygen for the breakdown or loss of the
bioavailability or the action of that resveratrol. Ours isn't a
liquid capsule, so this is where that rosemary becomes very important.
It also has MCT oil in that so the medium
chain triglycerides also give an extra brain boost, so when

(28:32):
you're using that risveratrol max, you can get so many
benefits from that particular formulation. So it's a nice add
on to a daily supplementation routine. To say you're taking
that performance multivitamin along with the kryl Oil Advanced.

Speaker 4 (28:46):
You partner that up.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
With the ubiquinyl coenzyme Q ten with NADH, take your
vitamin D three and then add in that super booster
rizveritrol max and you are off to the races when
it comes to giving a comprehensive way to support all
of your cells. So I know that I'm running short
here on time. I do want to just mention again

(29:09):
that we have the Labor Day and overstock sale still
going on right now. Still have time to take advantage
of that. Do be sure to reach out to us

the products, and these are very pure, very clean, well
made products, very high quality ingredients that have been used
in human clinical trials typically and I use it myself.
I give them my family. I mean that's sort of
a testimonial. I don't use any other company. There's no

(31:54):
other company that I use, just Invite. Now, these supplements
are safe. You know, when a supplement's been used in
the human clinical trial or many human clinical trials. A
lot of our supplements have been used in many published
human clinical trials, and these are gold standard studies. They're
double blinded plice super controlled randomized human clinical trials published

(32:15):
in peer reviewed medical journals and scientific journals. And when
it's been when these products have been used in human
clinical trials, that tells us how much we should make
in the supplement. So it is no guesswork how much
you need to take for any given issue. The safety.
We know these are safe products, we know they have benefit,
we know they work, so it's all good. So I

(32:37):
can speak about my dearest supplements when we do a sale,
and by the way, a few place in order not
only to get fifty percent of suggested retail, but if
it's thirty five dollars or more, you get free shipping,
which is really a low bar to meat. Thirty five dollars.
I mean, come on, you go out to dinner, request
to you how much forget it? Dinner's gotten very expect

(33:00):
to eat out. We don't do it as much as
we used to. First of all, my wife's a great cook,
so I want to eat her food. And I'm a
really good cook, so she wants to eat my food.
So it is not much of an inducement. As far
as flavors go, we really only go out to socialize. Okay,
let's get back down to facts here. You always, throughout

(33:21):
your life have to nourish your brain and your heart,
and it becomes even more tricky and more critical as
you grow older, like i am, I'm seventy one. So
there's a supplement that's great for the brain and the
heart at every age, at every stage, but it becomes

(33:42):
really important when you grow older. It's called krill oil.
Krill oil is similar to fish oils, except it has
additional ingredients that use to make your brain and to
help your brain function properly and to aid your memory.
So krill has the fish oils, and the beauty of
the krill is they're really well absorbed. Fish oils need

(34:05):
to be enteric coated because your digestive enzymes and your
acids can destroy fish oils. So krill doesn't have that issue.
So it's really well absorbed and it's not damage. You
absorb it intact because it's attached to something called phosphatides.

(34:27):
But the beauty of that is these are how fishiols
exist in the human body, attached to phosphatides. So when
you take a fish oil, which is a great supplement
and it's great to eat good quality fish. When you
take a fish oil, they go to the liver and
liver detaches something called the triglyceride and attaches phosphatides krill.

(34:48):
They already exist like that, so they're already made to
interact with your heart and your brain. So the ingredients
in krill, the phosphatides and the fis literally make a
great deal of your brain cell, a great deal of
your brain cell. And this is important because the exterior

(35:10):
of the brain cell stiffens with age. It's called the
cell membrane. It stiffens with age, and signals through the
brain travel slowly, which means your brain isn't what it
used to be. Your brain has aged, it's not as sharp,
it's not as quick. The ingredients in a krill wil
continue creating the membrane, the cellular membrane of the brain cell,

(35:33):
the outside, and they keep it smooth and elastic and resilient,
and your brain functions better. It functions more clearly and
faster and sharper. But there's another ingredient in krill that's
incredibly important for your brain besides the fish shaws and
the phosphatides. It's called phosphatidal coaling. So why is that important.

(35:56):
Coaling is nominally a B vitamin, and in the body
it's important for your muscle function, your nervous system function,
your liver health, your heart health, your energy production, et cetera.
But in the brain it allows you to think, and
it allows you to reason and solve problems, and it
also allows you to make a memory, have memory because

(36:21):
the coaling and in the krill gets into the brain.
A lot of coaling doesn't get into the brain. Okay,
the coaling in most vitamins don't get into the brain.
But the coaling that's in krill gets into the brain.
It's phosphatidle coling. It gets into the brain, the brain
loves it, grabs it, and the phosphatitle coalin goes on

(36:41):
to create a seedyl coaling. Now this is remarkably important.
A seedyl colin is needed for you to learn anything,
and for you to remember anything, and few to heal
your brain. And I'll explain healing the brain in a minute.
So as we grow older, we have less of seedyl
coaling and our suffers. It's not what it used to be.

(37:02):
So when you take the krill, you're restoring a seattle
coling levels your memory starts to come back, but it
does something else too. The coaling that forms the seatle
coaling at night helps you create new memory cells, so
you have ongoing good memory into deep old age like
your nineties or beyond. If you can make it, be

(37:22):
nice to make it right if you're healthy. So krill
is dynamic for the brain. Always take it with food
because anything that's fatty is absorbed better when you eat food,
like vitamin D, like vitamin K, like vitamin E. And
krill or fish wells, they're all absorbed better if you

(37:43):
take them with food. So you take the crill with food.
I take two every morning. I eat fish. My wife
and I eat fish. We cook fish. We have to
love fish. But it varies how much we have from
week to week, and there's no steadies. Like some weeks
we have a one, in some weeks we have a
three or four times. It's all over the map. But

(38:03):
the krill. I take it every day. It doesn't matter
if I'm having fish that afternoon, I still take the krill.
I've already had fish, I think three times this week,
and I still take drill every day. I don't want
to do without it because it's also remarkably important for
your liver and your heart. It gets fat out of
your liver. If you have a big belly or pre
diabetes or diabetes, you have fat in your liver. The

(38:26):
ingredients and krill help get fat out of the liver,
so the liver works better at breaking down toxins. Now,
the other thing about krill, it's great for your heart.
Fish wails in general and eating fish lower your risk
of a stroke and a heart attack because they help
maintain the proper rhythm, the proper beating rate of your heart.

(38:47):
They help prevent arrhythmias, and they also help prevent sudden
cardiac death. So krill does that because it has the
fish shails and they're remarkably well absorbed. But also krill
lowers something very effectively that inflames the heart and leads
to hardening of the arteries, what we call atherosclerosis. It

(39:10):
helps prevent hardening at the uteries because if the heartening
of the audies gets too bad and gets inflamed, a
piece of a plaque can break off and close the
stroke or a heart attack. So the krill helps prevent
that by lowering inflammation in the heart, and that's a
really important thing. I see my doctor from my every

(39:31):
six month check up next month, and one of the
things I'm going to have the doctor check, and he's
happy to do it is inflammation in my heart. It's
something called HSCRP. It's a good thing to check once
in a while. And my HSCRP is like zero. I
mean it's like zero point three. Five one is normal,

(39:52):
so mine is less than one. Two you're developing hardening
at the utteries. Three you're at risk of stroke and
heart attack. So the krill gets rid of that. So
krill is the first supplement I'm talking about. Now, krill
is a better experience than officials. Now, don't get me wrong,
I love officials. I think they're fantastic. I just think
krill is better because the officials who are absorbed better.

(40:13):
They are absorbed intact, they're already functioning because they're attached
to phosphatides, and it lowers inflammation in the heart, something
that fishials don't do as good as well as job
of Okay, so I love krill. But krill is a
better experience than officials because it's smaller. Because officials are
better absorbed. You can make a smaller capsule. It's easier

(40:35):
to swallow, and it doesn't close fishburks. And our krill
is extremely fresh, and it's been used in over twenty
human clinical trials. That is many many human clinical trials
using krill, but ours specifically has been used in many
of these human clinical trials that are published in medical journals.
So when you get our krill, you're doing a good job.

(40:55):
So let me go to our first break. We're having

Speaker 2 (42:26):
Welcome back. We have a very safe supplement for your arthriders.
And that's important because the drugs for arthriders, some of
them are risky. Like if you take a celacoxib or advil.
You know ibuprofen or diklof finac, which is a voltain.

(42:46):
If you take them all the time at a high dose,
they get really risky. They could trigger a stroke, they
could cause heart failure, their bed for the kidneys. So
we have a supplement that works as well as these
drugs over time, yet it doesn't have risk. It's really safe.
So if you have knee pain, you really if you

(43:09):
don't have to be you don't want to be on
those drugs every day, you might want to try our
biocurcumin five loxin. Biocurcumin five loxin has been compared to
the pain reducing effects of celicoxin, which is celebres diclofenac,
talinwol ne proxant, which is a leave an ibuprofen, which

(43:31):
is advible, and according to leading research institutions and human
clinical trials, it works as well as them without the toxicity.
So it doesn't cause bleeding ulcers, it doesn't damage the kidneys,
it's not bad for the heart, it's not bad for
your hearing or your vision because, believe it or not,

(43:52):
those drugs can't affect your hearing in vision. So biocurcumin
five Loxin is two herbs that are grown in a
very pure, clean way and they're super concentrated. One is
Frankinson's and the other is turberic. You know the ingredients

(44:14):
in turmeric, There is like one hundred and fifty of them.
They're fantastic when they're mixed together for pain. So you
might know them as kircumen, but there's really a whole
bunch of them, and when they're all mixed together, they
work better than just plain curcumin. And this curcumin that
we have, we'll call it generically kircumin because that's what
you know it as, but it's way more than that.

(44:35):
Is really well absorbed because regular turberic regular circumen is
not absorbed. So what kind of pain is this good for? Well,
they've studied it for headaches, but in all honesty, it
does help headaches, and if you have chronic headaches, you
might want to do it. But obviously an aspirin may

(44:55):
work better for headaches, so we won't go with that,
but we will go for neck pain. It works as
well as celebres and advil and all those drugs for
neck pain. A lot of people have arthritis in their neck.
It works as well for back pain, lower back pain.
It works as well for knee pain, it works as

(45:16):
well for hip pain, and it works for nerve pain.
It's even helpful for nerve pain, like if you have
a ssiatica or anything like that. It helps with plantar fasciitis,
tendin itis, pain and ligaments, all these different kinds of pain,

(45:38):
and it even helps with muscle pain. So when I
first designed it, I designed it many many years ago
and I never had to refine it because it works
so well. I designed it to come at inflammation and
pain for both avenues. See, drugs like celebres only affect
one of the avenues with pain, so it kind of
pushes It added a frying pin into the fire, so

(46:01):
the pain just gets moved around the inflammation, that damage
gets moved around, and that's one reason why those drugs
have side effects. Whereas the bio curcumin five locks, and
I designed it to come at both avenues for inflammation
and pain, inflammation, closing pain, the fivel apoxygen in these pathway,
in the Cox two pathway, and it works really well.

(46:23):
It works dynamically, so some people have their pain under
control and they only have to take one Biocurriculman five
locks in a day. Other people need to a day
because they have so much damage. But to get it
under control, you might have to take three or four
a day, you know, to start out to get the
pain under control, which it'll do. It really does work

(46:44):
magnificently for most pains. It'll help dramatically. Take two twice
a day with food, get the pain under control, then
reduce it to one three times a day with meals.
Take it with food, it's absorb better, and then eventually
you might one or two a day is plenty. So
I originally made it for knee pain and hip pain,
and then I realized, just as many people have back pain,

(47:08):
we're doing a lousy job in the medical industry of
solving back pain. They're just not doing a great job.
They really need to do more work on that, spend
a lot more money and time, and all these brainiac
people put that equity into looking at back pain. So
half the people using the Biocurricum five locks and are

(47:28):
taking it for back pain. The other half are taking
it for knee and hip pain. And it works really
well without toxicity. It works really well without toxicity. So
if you have arthritis, and you can use it for
any kind of arthritis. Not every supplement helps with every

(47:49):
kind of arthritis, but Biocurricum five lox and you could
take it for siatric arthritis. You could take it for
lupus arthritis. You could take it for room and to
an arthritis, take it for ostroarthritis, which is the kline
that most people have. And you could take it for
all kinds of neck pain and back pain, shoulder pain,
arthritis in the thumb, any of these things. It works.

(48:11):
It's very reasonable, it's very clean, it's measured properly, it's
very fresh. We sell tons of this stuff because it
works so well. I probably don't even have to talk
about it, because this product sells on its own because
word of mouth, people tell other people about it. It's
always among our five top best sellers. I take it

(48:32):
myself for a different reason. There's been colon cancers in
the family, and I take it because it also reduces
inflammation in the colon, so that lowers my risk of
a polyp. I do three things to prement polyps. I
take a probiotic, our probiotic HX. I drink green tea

(48:54):
with our tincture in it, and I take the biocurricum
In five locks in and I've been polyp free. I
don't want I did have one about fifteen years ago
and haven't had one since, so I don't want one
because it's the polyps that generally convert them to colon cancer.
So I'm taking to Biocircman five locks and to prevent
inflammation of my colon, which is a valid use of it.

(49:15):
Some people take it to help their autoimmune diseases because
some people have like like hashimotus thyroditis or chogrin syndrome,
or romatode arthritis or lupus, So they take the biocurricumin
five locks and to help their medication work better, they
piggyback it on for extra value, added benefit. So that's

(49:36):
the Biocirricman five lox. Now I just mentioned I take
probiotic to help prevent polyps, and that's that's a true
valid use, but also to help prevent colon cancer in general.
When you take our probiotic, there is strange There are
strange of bacteria and our probiotic HX that convert fiber

(49:59):
in food and to buterrate and butyrate helps to prevent
colon cancer. But rate is strongly protective of the colon
to lower the risk of colon cancer and to reduce
inflammation in the colon. But butyrate has two other jobs.
So when you take our probatic checks, first of all,

(50:20):
our probatic achex has no soy, no sugar, no wheat,
none of that. There's five different strains in there that
are dynamic to the human body that have a whole
bunch of a host of benefits. And one of the
benefits is creating but rate. When you eat some food.

Speaker 5 (50:39):
With fibrin, like like broccoli or whatever, anything with fiber beans,
you name it.

Speaker 2 (50:48):
Salad. In any event, the but rate has three jobs.
One job is to help prevent colon cancer. A second
job is to help aid the absorption of minerals. Minerals
supposed to be absorbed from the upper digestive tract like iron, calcium, magnesium,
all those minerals from the upper digestive tract, but that
doesn't always happen, so they go down to the colon,

(51:09):
and once the minerals like calcium and magnesium get to
the colon, they're really not absorbed unless you have butyrate.
Butyrate causes the absorption of calcium and magnesium and other
minerals from the colon. But there's a third job besides
helping prevent colon cancer. Besides aiding the absorption of minerals,
buterrate repairs your brain. A little bit of a buterrate

(51:31):
that the good bacteria make will go into your bloodstream
and go up to your brain and repair a protective
barrier in the brain called the blood brain barrier. And
that's really important. The blood brain barrier keeps nasty things
out of your brain. A nasty thing in your fingernail
or your toe will not hurt you, but a nasty

(51:52):
thing in your brain can kill you, like certain bacteria.
Let's take that. For instance, you get a bacterial infection
in your toil, big deal. You get to save bacterial
infection in your brain, and you have meningitis, which is deadly. Okay,
So there's a barrier to keep bad things out of
the brain called the blood brain barrier. The problem is

(52:14):
the barrier gets leaky with age. The butyrate. When you
have good bacteria and you eat some salad with lettuce
in it, et cetera, or any fiber rich food. The
butyrate that's made, some of it gets into the blood
and goes to the brain and repairs the blood brain
barrier to keep nasty things out of the brain. One
of the ways people develop Alzheimer's, possibly all the ways

(52:38):
that people develop Alzheimer's, is the blood brain barrier weakens
and it gets leaky, and nasty things are going. It's
the brain and flaming and swelling the brain, and all
the mechanisms break down and events should have Alzheimer's, So
keeping bad things out of the brain is strongly recommended,
and good bacteria help you do that. A little known
effect of good bacteria is detoxifying the breasts, getting chemicals

(53:03):
out of women's breasts. Another little known effect of good
bacteria is protecting the kidneys, getting things out of the kidneys.
Good bacteria help prevent kidney stones because they break down
oxalic acid, and you don't create oxalate crystals and you
don't get kidney stones. People prone to kidney stones is

(53:23):
usually oxalate. That's the most common kidney stone by far,
so good bacteria breakdown oxalic You get oxalic acid in chocolate,
and you get it in a whole bunch of things.
So the good bacteria breakdown the oxalic acid, you don't
get kidney you less likely to get kidney stones. So
they help protect the kidneys. They help detoxified kidneys, They

(53:45):
help detoxify the colon, They help prevent colon cancer. They
help protect the brain by repairing the blood brain barrier.
But the more common things that probiotics do are helped
with the digestive tract. They help prevent infections in the
digestive tract. They can help Chron's disease and collidis. They

(54:07):
can help irritable bowel syndrome. They can help diarrhea and
constipation and regularity. They can help create regularity. They also
you know, some people eat food and their stomach gets
will swollen, they get a little gassy. They help p
even gasiness and bloating and stomach cramps. I mean, they
really have that effect. But a lot of people don't

(54:27):
realize that a good probatic also has an impact on
the immune system. If you take a good probiatic like
the infide probatic a checks, you'll see that your allergies
improve a great deal over time. It takes a couple
of months, so if you had allergies in October, you

(54:50):
start the probatic now, it might be enough time that
your allergies in October are a lot less of a problem.
But on the other hand, they help the part of
the immune system that fights off infections. The winter's coming
flu season starts in generally the end of November start
of December, so if you start taking out probiotic HX now,

(55:13):
it will help the immune system fight off viruses. Especially
in older people, your immune system will become much better
at fighting off infections and possibly even cancer cells because
the probiotic bringback cells that become somewhat dormant, like natural
killer cells and neutrophills that young people have functioning quite

(55:33):
well to help protect them from cancer and viruses and bacteria,
et cetera. But all the people these cells aren't functioning well.
So the probiotics bring back your neutrophills, which is your
most common immune cell, and your natural killer cells. Natural
kilo cells are kind of cells that patrol for cancer
cells and target them and take them out like a
Patriot missile. They're like our own drones of our immune system,

(55:55):
patrolling for cancer cells. So when you take the probiotic HX.
The natural Kilo cells come back online and they become
Patriot missiles again taking at cancer cells. That's really important.
So all of our probatics are on special because all
the infot products aren't special. We have a probatic made
specifically for women, so it helps really detoxified their breasts,

(56:17):
get chemicals out of breast, all those chemicals and plastics,
et cetera that go into women's breasts. It helps detox
find their urinard tract to help prevent your nerd tract
infections by E. Coli, and helps repopulate their vaginal tissue
so they less likely to get vaginal yeast infections. So
that's a really good and you get the other benefits

(56:38):
of the probiotics. That's a good bunch of strains. So
let's go to a break. This is our second break.
We're having our labor Day cell. Excuse me, yeah, labor

Speaker 2 (58:13):
Okay, welcome back, Happy Saturday, Labor Day weekends. Uh. You know,
I've had.

Speaker 5 (58:19):
The joy of having my granddaughter here for the week.

Speaker 2 (58:24):
She's actually leaving today, which is a little bit of sadness.
She lives in San Francisco. She's three years old, and
my wife and I we've been we've been to the
lighted all week. We built a little garden with her.
It's called Zoe's Garden. Her name is Zoe. And we
went swimming with her, and we did all these wonderful things.
We took it to the library and oh, we had
a great time. Now. We taught her the color wheel,

(58:46):
had to mixed colors, which she greatly enjoyed. Okay, let's
get back to work here. The next supplement rebuild you.
I make a powder mix every day. I actually put
four powders into it. I put bone powder, it's food
for your bones. I put active HX, which is food

(59:09):
for your muscles. I put creatine, which is energy and endurance.
And I put collagen, which rebuilds you. So let's talk
about collagen. Collagen is a super valid supplement. Why because
you're made out of collagen. Collagen is the number one
ingredient in the human body after water. You're mostly water

(59:29):
and collagen. Believe it or not, you're mostly water in collagen.
And then you know, you add certain fats like the
quill oil, and you add minerals like calcium and magnesium
and zinc, and that's basically what you are. I mean,
it's just amazing really that we function. We're made out
of these simple things, but we function so amazingly. It's
just amazing, it really is. I mean, there is a god.

(59:52):
There really is a god, in my opinion. In any event,
collagen makes you. It's just amazing. It has this triple
heelix structure, you know, like entwined, and the body can
take that triple heeling structure and adapt it to its uses.
For instance, you can make the valves in the heart,
the filters and the kidneys, the lining of the blood vessels,

(01:00:15):
the barrier, and the brain parts of the brain itself
at a collagen but it's most commonly used in your bones,
your joints, and your skin, hair and nails. So here's
the issue. When you're growing, you make tons of collagen
because it makes you. You have to make tons of collagen,

(01:00:35):
and then things like glucosmin and android and go into
it and your joints to make your joints, or highaluronic
as it goes into it in your skin to make
your skin, or calcium and magnesium and vitamin D the envinamin
k go into it with phosphorus to make your bones.
I mean, it's just amazing. So collagen is very adaptive.
The body's amazing that could take collagen and twist it

(01:00:56):
and turn it and metabolize it and make it into
all the different tissues. So let's start with the most
common use. Your skin, your biggest organ Your skin is
about seventy percent collagen. The rest of it is pretty
much high aaluronic acid. Now, because collagen we make an
abundance when we're growing. That tells you something. We make

(01:01:19):
less and less with time. Once you stop growing, once
you stop developing and your later part of your tunies,
collagen production drops dramatically. Every decade is less and less,
so by the time you're in your fifties, collagen production
is way down. That's why the skin is starting to
look wrinkled, your nails aren't growing or they're breaking, your
hair looks thinner. I mean, it's just your bones. As

(01:01:41):
on our problems you joined, your knee joints are hurting.
They're all made out of collagen. So if you start
taking collagen in your fifties, it's a really good recommendation
from me or anybody in the healthcare industry. So the collagen,
you know, we have nutritist on hand to see if
college it is right for you. But ninety nine point
nine percent of people it's going to be great for them.

(01:02:03):
Virtually everybody listening. There is one connective tissue disease, scleroderma,
where you shouldn't take collagen. That's the only toomic can
That's the only thing I can think of that you
wouldn't take. So it's a rare disease. But the people
with scaloer derma, you don't take collagen. You'd have to
talk to you you're rheumatologist about that. In any event.

(01:02:24):
For the rest of us, it's it's a wonder kind
type of supplement. So for the skin, high ironic acid
attaches to what makes the skin. You'll see the wrinkles
going away and like that creepy skin and the loose
skin and the skin folds. I mean, it's just dramatic.
Our collagen and many of the clinical trials has helped
with wrinkles dramatically. But it helps rebuild you on the inside.

(01:02:48):
So your joint is basically like the hinge on a door,
but the joint wears down with age. And you know
what physical function like playing tennis and stuff like that,
running you break down the joint. I mean, how many
tennis players have knee replacement surgery by the time they're
in their fifties. Abnormal movements, you know, in any event,

(01:03:14):
the collagen that's where the glue husband in KLDROYD and
go to create the cartilage which is the hinge in
your knee or in your hip. So collagen has been
fantastic for people with joint disease, with arthritis, with osteoarthritis. Now,
the other thing with collagen is it's great for your

(01:03:39):
your bones because that's what calcium attaches to. You know,
if you take the bone food, you get all the
things to build bone, but you still need a place
to insert it. So the vitamin D helps you absorb calcium.
The vitamin K brings it over to the bone, sticks
it in the bone. The magnesium anchors it into the bones,
and they're all needed. But it has to have a

(01:04:01):
place to go, which is the collagen. So like thirty six,
thirty seven percent up to forty percent of your bone
is collagen, depending on the source you read, but at
least thirty six percent of your bone is collagen, that's right.
A calcium is So if you really need to rebuild
your bone, you need collagen. If you really need to

(01:04:21):
help with arthritis and you're just taking gluecusm and androit
or advil or relieve or something like that, you need collagen.
And if you want really healthy skin, you want collagen
because it makes your skin. And you'll see a difference
very quickly. Now, the thing is, your nails are made
out of collagen, and so is you're here because there's
similar materials to your skin. They're very close types of

(01:04:45):
tissue to your skin. So the collagen is one thing
I put in my in my uh in my concoction
every day that I put in a shaker and I
just put some water in it and I have I
drink out every day. So collage I put I use
collag xha a scoop, and then I add activ HX

(01:05:07):
because it nourishes my muscles. I don't want to lose muscle,
I don't want to lose strength, so that helps me
maintain my muscle and strength. And then I add So
that's the active HX, bone powder, collagen, and the last
ingredient in that is creatine monohydrate. Creatine monohydrate is for energy.

(01:05:29):
When you drink creatine monohydrate, it's a powder. You can
mix it with anything. When you take creatine and the body,
it becomes phosphocreatine and that creates energy, energy for your heart,
energy for your muscles like if you do exercise or
compete or anything like that, but energy for your brain.
And this is why I'm telling people to use it nowadays. Yeah,
it's great for you muscles, but it's unbelievable for your brain.

(01:05:52):
Creatine is natural to human body. And it turns out
that creatine monohydrate may actually restore metabolism and energy enough
in the brain to lower the risk of dementias that
early sufferers to help prevent it from going forward to
a degree to help restore some semblance of memory and independence.

(01:06:12):
So for me, creatine is great for my brain energy.
I don't lack energy, but every once in a while,
because all the things I do, my brain gets a
little tired. Because I'm always studying, I'm always reading, I'm
always doing things. I'm always doing physical stuff. So every
once in a while I can use a boost. But
I take the creatine every day because it's so fantastic

(01:06:33):
for an older brain. I would if you can have it,
most people can. I would recommend creatine gonnohydrate to everybody
over like fifty to fifty five who needs some brain energy.
You know, if you're sitting on the couch because you're tired,
it's not because your body's tired. It's because your brain
is tired. So if you take a scoop of creatine
and you only need a scoop, you know some people

(01:06:55):
are saying four scoops, two scoops, one scoop, it's all
you need. Is I could tea spot. You will get
energy in your brain. Your brain will perform better. And
like I said, you can mix creatine with anything. So
every day I have this concoction. I put collagen in
there to rebuild me my skin, hair nails, my bones,

(01:07:15):
my joints, even My spinal tissue is collagen, right, because
you're made out of collagen on water basically. Then I
add creatine, which gives me energy and endurance and stamina
for mental performance and physical performance. Then I add bone
powder for obvious reasons bone, and then I add active

(01:07:36):
HX for muscle to maintain muscle mass. So that actually
is a fantastic combination. Okay, I'm going to go to
a break a little bit early. Jerry Hickey. Invite Health,

Speaker 2 (01:08:49):
Okay, welcome back to the program. It's the last segment
of the program. Well, having our Labor Day sale, so
I could speak about any supplement, and only can I
keep it demo four or five supplements. I think for
your heart besides Krill, you biqu when all is. I

(01:09:09):
must have Krill and ubiq win all for your heart.
Krill because it reduces inflammation in the heart, and you
biq when all because it helps it work like a
younger heart. So the heart ages, just like the rest
of us. The rest of our body at ages, and
it's harder for it to do its job, which is
pump blood, pump oxygen rich blood throughout the body. So

(01:09:34):
the heart beats typically over one hundred thousand times per day.
It's unbelievable. And so in ten days your heart pumped
over a million times. So I mean, that's just amazing.
So ubiqu when ALL is at the core of the
heart beat, because it gives the heart the energy to beat.

(01:09:56):
It's part of what makes it easy for the heart
to beat. It takes oxygen food and allows the heart
to use that the product of that to beat. The
problem is you bick when ALL declines in the heart
with age. It declines in different several places in the
body rather dramatically. One of them is the heart. But
of course the heart never rests. The heart has to

(01:10:17):
beat even when you're sleeping. So when you bick win
all levels drop with age, it's a disaster for the
heart because it puts stress in the heart, and this stress,
if it gets bad enough, can lead to a heart
attack or a stroke or arrhythmius, dangerous arrhythmias, you know,
improper beating patterns of the heart, which causes all kinds

(01:10:38):
of problems. So ubick when ALL is the active version
of Cohen's on Q ten. Coens on Q ten is
a very well known supplement, And you bick when ALL
became available no, I don't know, maybe twenty years ago
and I switched to it immediately because older people have
trouble converting coke q ten into U biic win woll.

(01:11:01):
Coq ten is actually you be queen on. You have
to change it to you be queen wall. So before
coq ten works for your heart and your energy, your muscles,
it needs to change into U biquin wool, and several
segments of the population have troubled doing that. Unfortunately, they're
rather large segments of the population. Anybody with a heart

(01:11:24):
condition pretty much, but always talk to your cardiologists before
you take anything. Every diabetic diabetics really need to be
on you biq win wol because it also helps protect
their nerves. It helps protected kidneys, and everybody over the
age of fifty or sixty our ubiquinoral levels have dropped,
especially in your sixties and seventies. So there's many studies

(01:11:48):
showing that when you're give an older person you biquin wall,
their physical energy, their stamina, their endurance, their performance improves.
It comes back, really makes a difference. Can creatine for
your brain energy and you biq one wall for your
body energy. It's just amazing really what the two of
them do. It makes you many decades younger literally. As

(01:12:12):
far as performance and energy and endurance, I'm not saying
that all of a sudden, you're gonna be sixty three
and you want to run a marathon. I'm saying you're
going to be sixty three and you're gonna feel great
and really live up to having a good time.

Speaker 5 (01:12:27):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:12:29):
So you bick one all is great for the heart
and it's great for fatigue. Many studies show this. But
also they've shown that older people, when you give them
ubiqwine all these are studies out of Sweden, Norway, Finland,
when you give older people you bique wall far fewer
heart attacks. And the trend is they live longer. Not

(01:12:51):
only are they more energetic, not only are they more
physically active, and their performance is better. Not only are
they enjoying life life more, but they the trend is
they live longer. And a big trend is they're not
having heart attacks. It's cutting weight because here's the thing.
An older heart in its sixties and seventies. Yeah, depending

(01:13:13):
on how you lived, that heart might be prone to
heart attacks. But if you can make that heart perform
like a forty year old heart. Well, typically forty year
olds don't have heart attacks. And that's what ubiquinol does.
It's giving the energy, metabolism production of the heart. It's
bringing it back a couple of decades. You have a
much younger heart, and a younger heart doesn't trend towards

(01:13:33):
heart attacks. So that's what you do it So ubiquen all.
We have the only coq ten made in America. That's
called ubique all. It's made in Texas. It's the only
active coqu ten. You take it and it's working already.
It's absorbed better than coq ten. It works much better.
I mean, this is the way to go. So I

(01:13:55):
take a little extra because there's heart attacks in my family.
I take two hundred and forty milligrams every morning with
my breakfast, but most people only need one hundred and
twenty mili room. I think, if there's heart attacks in
your and your and your family, and your heart's been
pretty stable, go for the two forty miliroom. It's one
hundred and twenty milligrams. I take two of them. But
this is the ubiquee all used in human clinical trials.

(01:14:15):
It's the real thing. It's not the stuff made in China.
It's the real thing. It's made in Texas. So go
it our ubiqua roll. You won't look back. You're going
to feel better, you're going to do better, and you're
going to be safer, and you're going to be younger. Now.
Res Verritual rest vitrol is a very interesting dynamic antioxygant

(01:14:37):
anti inflammatory agent. It's a really tiny molecule, so it
gets to your your your adrenal glands, it gets into
your thyroid gland, gets into your cells, and it helps
protect them. But I use it because and also it's
very good for your lungess. It's very good for several organs.

(01:15:00):
It's very good for your pancreas, like if you're diabetic,
you want to take respvitual to protect your pancreas. But
it's also very good for your lungs. They've shown in
a number of studies where you give somebody res virtual
and the lungs become stronger. Like older people's lungs perform better.
We tend to lose our lung strength with age, and

(01:15:24):
they've shown it when they give them res vitual, the
lungs become stronger, they have greater volume, greater force. You
just have more wind in your lungs now. But I
take it for the brain because it restores circulation to
an older brain. So what's that all about. Well, all
of us, every adult in America has some level of

(01:15:48):
clogging of the arteries, all of us, one hundred percent
of us. It's just the way it is, between pollution,
sometimes smoking, cholesterol, whatever it is, the American EyeT, sugar,
you name it. But there's arteries in the brain, there's
arteries in the neck that feed the brain. There's arteries

(01:16:10):
in the neck that feed the brain, and these are
crucial because the brain is a super high energy organ
It needs a lot of circulation. The same with the eyes.
So the crowded arteries in the neck are really responsible
for bringing all that blood up to the brain, and
they get stiffened and thickened with age because there's a
little level of It's not heart disease, but the same

(01:16:30):
thing is happening in the arteries in the neck. In fact,
they can look at the arteries in your neck and
predict what's going on in your heart. That's how closely
the tour related. So if the arteries in your neck
are healthy, chances are the arteries in your heart are healthy,
and if the arteries in your neck are stiffened than thickened,
you have some level of heart disease. So what they

(01:16:53):
find is that when they give rest virtual it helps
improve blood floats and these arteries, and the brain gets
nourished better. It's more oxygen, it gets more blood, it
gets more nutrition, and the brain performs better. So the
first study I saw on this came out of Germany,
the max Planck Institute. There's a max Plank Institute down
in Florida, and there's a max Plank Institute in Brillin,

(01:17:16):
and they do a lot of brain research in the
max Plank Institute in Berlin, and they found that when
they gave older people rest virtual people in the sixties
and the seventies, circulation was restored to their aging brain.
Even though the arteries and the neckworth thick and a
little didn't matter. It made up for it, and the
brain got nourished and the organs involved with the memory

(01:17:38):
were becoming healthier again. They were reverting to a younger stage,
a younger age, and memory was coming back. Memory was improven. Literally.
So the most recent study that I've collected on that
is called a resource study out of Australia, a whole
bunch of like a whole bunch of academic research institutions

(01:17:59):
like University of Sydney, University of Melbourne, at University of
Southern Australia, I think the University of Adelaide, so a
whole bunch of them were doing that research. They do
a lot of brain research in Australia, very advanced research.
And one hundred women were given rest for one hundred
and twenty five women were given rest ferritwel for a year,
and one hundred and twenty five were given an act

(01:18:21):
of placebo for a year and they saw a big difference.
The placebo did not help brain function, but the rest
virtueal did. They gave them seventy five milligrams twice a day,
so that's one hundred and fifty milligrams a day. So
we have a two hundred milligram to take that. Because
that study I spoke about previously from the Max Planck
Institute in Berlin, Germany, they used two hundred milligram res ferritwel.

(01:18:43):
In any event, they saw that circulation was restored to
their aging brain by seventeen percent on average. Now, that's
really good. When Harvard tried to put a figure to it,
Harvard Medical School said, circulation. So the brain generally declines
between ten and fourteen percent. Of course, if you're a smoker,
or you have diabetes or heart disease, it's going to

(01:19:05):
be a lot worse. Or kidney disease or maybe room
with toward arthritis, or you know, one of those inflammatory diseases,
circulation will be less. So they found that in the
resource study, giving these elderly women in a rest virtual
supplement restore circulation by seventeen percent, and they really got value,

(01:19:28):
Like they were remembering words better, their cognitive functions were sharper,
their brain was faster, it was just more accurate. Their
memory was improved, it was restored. So I take rest
viritual every day with my lunch. I take certain supplements
with my lunch. Respritual is one of them. So I
take certain supplements at breakfast, certain at lunch, is certain
at dinner. It makes sense out of it. And we

(01:19:51):
have nutritionness that invite where you could ask, hey, how
do I do what Jerry does? Yeah, what's good with breakfast?
What's good with lunch? What's good with dinner. What's good
without food? Now, there's real cause for using a multi vitamin.
I mean, somebody is twenty five, they'll get a little

(01:20:13):
bit of pep out of a multi vitamin. Somebody who's
twenty five will get a little bit of pep. Do
they have to take it, No, because they already have
a good amount of pep. But somebody who's older, there's
big value in a multi vitamin because it does a
lot of things to preserve their health. They've shown what

(01:20:33):
a multi vitamin the brain functions better, memory is restored. Why, Well,
there's a lot of things that a multivitamin. The brain
needs to create energy out of calories and out of oxygen,
like the B vitamins. The B vitamins are critical for
creating energy out of oxygen and food, and older adults

(01:20:54):
usually lack B vitamins. They usually lack B one, B six, four, eight,
B twelve. Very common for older people to lack BE vitamins.
We're not sure why. We're not sure if it's a
failure to absorb them, or if the diet has changed.
Something's going on. But when you give an older person
a multi vitamin, their brain function improves across the board,

(01:21:18):
but so does their physical energy a little bit. But
they've shown that when you give older people a multivitamin,
and many high quality, huge long term studies, well powered
studies like the Physicians Health Study, the Physicians Health Study too,
the Health Professionals Studied, Health Professionals follow Up Study, the

(01:21:40):
Nurses Health Study. They've shown that when you give an
older person a multi vitamin, it helps prevent heart attacks.
Study have to study show that, and study show that
it helps prevent eye diseases. And studies show that a
multi vitamin health prevent cancers. So a multivitamin house prevent

(01:22:01):
many cancers, not prostate cancer for some reason, but many
cancers are decreased when you take a multi vitamin. So
it's good for your vision. House prevent vision problems like cataracts.
It's good for your energy, it's good for your brain
and memory. It lowers your risk of a heart attack,
and it lowers your risk of cancer. So take your

(01:22:24):
multivitamin older people. Multi vitamins are really important. I take
one every day with my breakfast. So the deal is
that we have you can't get a better multivitamin than
the invite boxed multivitamins. We have one for women, one
for men, one for older people, one for athletes, and

(01:22:44):
then the irregular one. They're all good. They all have
additional ingredients for your memory, for your vision, like lutine,
protecting the brain from a stroke, like token triangles, and
it's just lowering the risk of heart disease and certain
cancers like like pen this Royd stuff and tomatoes, and
these are fantastic multivitamins. They come in a little sulufane

(01:23:05):
things that they individually wrap for everyday use. So even
if you're traveling, like you go to Maine for a
couple of days in the summer, take a couple of
put them in your valise, and you're covered for most
of your supplements just by doing that. So we're having

of these have been used to umiciclinical trials. We know
they're safe, we know how much to give you, we
know they work, we know what benefits to expect. We
