Speaker 4 (00:31):
Happy Saturday. Welcome to another edition of Invite Health Radio.
I'll be your host. My name is Jerry Hickey. I'm
a pharmacist that has always specialized in nutrition, with a
great deal of training going into that. Now we're having
a special sale this weekend. So today and tomorrow, you
buy any Invite product, you get two bottles at forty
(00:53):
percent off suggested retail. So you buy any Invite product,
every Invite product, you get forty percent off suggested retail
on two bottles. Now, if we ship it to you
and it's thirty five dollars or more, Invite pays the
shipping cost. So that's a really big deal. So I
could talk about any product I like, so I talk
about what's near and dear to me. Normally through most
(01:18):
of the year, I take the Invite Core Multi, which
has a lot of special ingredients in it that protect
my eyes and my brain and my heart, and it
is on special because all the Invite products are on special.
And then we take the Core Multi and we add
different things to it. So we have a men's Multi
and a women's Multi, so they all have the ingredients
(01:40):
of the Core multiplus additional ingredients specific for men, or
it's more specific for women. But this time of year,
I like to switch to the Invite Performance Multi because
it helps safeguard you from stress, from a bad mood,
from an infection. It's just a stronger multi. It's you
(02:04):
can't get a better multi. You cannot get a better multi.
So this time of year I switched to the Invite
Performance Multi. It has additional ingredients. You know, we're going
into a time of year where it's more gloomy in
the daytime, less light, longer nights, so it affects people's mood.
(02:26):
This product will help safeguard you from a poor mood.
The additional ingredients. We're also going into a time of
year when there's a lot of infection spread because infections
do better in cold weather, especially when people are packed
tightly together inside buildings. So these ingredients make you tougher,
(02:48):
make your immune system improved. You have better vigilance with
your immune system against infection, better resistance to infection. But
also of that fatigue you get because your house is
so dry with the heat coming up, that's fatiguing, because
you're fighting the cold air all the time, that's fatiguing.
(03:10):
This stuff will help restore your energy, your endurance, your stamina,
your productivity. You're just going to have a much better
day if you switch to this multi vitamin now. So
I'm actually placing an order right after this program and
instead of the Invitecore multi on getting the Invite Performance.
(03:31):
So it has all the ingredients you normally get, plus
two very special ingredients. One of them is an herb
called Rodeola Rodeola rosea that has been many human clinical trials.
Rodeola increases your votwo max, your wind your ability of
(03:56):
the lungs to take in oxygen during physical performance. That's amazing.
Having a good VO two max is a sign of
healthy longevity. Healthy longevity. We want to make you as
healthy for as long as we can. Rodeola helps with that.
It'll help prevent muscle damage when you exercise. Muscle damage
(04:19):
is much more common in the winter because you tend
to be stiff, plus you tend to be dehydrated, so
it's easier to damage your muscles. The rodeola will help
protect your muscles after exercise. It'll increase your time to exhaustion.
In other words, if you're riding a bike or playing
indoor pickleball, you could go longer and faster, so it
increases your time before you get exhausted. It increases your
(04:43):
performance time, so if you're trying to do something, you
do it better, you do it faster. But rodeola also
really has It's proven to help you handle physical stress
from the cold air, from infections like the fluent colds
and sinocidis and air infections, etc. And it helps you
(05:06):
handle the mental stress you get in the winter from
maybe being more isolated, being more stiff, having more aches
and pains, being more fatigued, cold air, short days, lots
of darkness. It'll help you handle that. And it's definitely
anti burnout. It's definitely anti burnout, so if you have
a lot going on. It'll help you venture from getting
burnt out, It'll help you handle stress. It's amazing what
(05:29):
it does for stress. It just gets through the stress,
It gets rid of fatigue, and it improves your physicality.
So when I created this product for professional baseball pictures,
I put Rodeola in there knowing it was good for
us older people and all athletes, including weekend warriors and
(05:49):
people who go to the gym three times a week,
et cetera. But I added a second ingredient. It's called glycodin.
Glycodin is sod from a it's from a melon, and
it's actually absorbed by humans. And what does SOD do.
SOD is your first responder. SOD is something that you
(06:11):
release if something is damaging your brain. It protects your brain.
Or like God forbid, you're having a heart attack, your
heart releases SOD to help prevent the death of heart
cells to minimize the damage. Or if you had some
kind of poisoning, or if you had an infection, you
release SOD to protect your liver, to protect your heart,
to protect your brain, to protect your blood vessels, here
(06:34):
your arteries, to protect your muscles. It's just an amazing
they helps protect your liver from alcohol and sugary foods.
It's just amazing. It's just amazing. So when you get
the Invite Performance you will notice a big improvement in
your energy, your endurance, your physical performance, your mood is
(06:57):
going to click up. Many levels going to be protected,
SOD levels dropping the brain and heart with age. You're
putting them back in there with the Invite Performance MULTI
because you need this to protect your heart and brain
and you have less of it with age. Now let
me tell you the other things that are in the
Invite Performance MULTI. You know, you get the ingredients that
(07:18):
any MULTI would have, like to B one and to
BE six and all that, but you get a special
form of B twelve called methical balmen. Why because methical
baalaman converts to all the different forms of B twelve
like callbamamide. So it creates B twelve all over the
body for your nerves and your muscles and your energy
(07:39):
and your endurance, but also creates B twelve in the brain,
which is something lacking in older people. The methical Baloman
is a form of BE twelve that easily enters your
brain and it's already active. It doesn't have to be activated.
If you lack B twelve in your brain, they're going
to think you of Alzheimer's disease. That's the truth. If
(08:00):
you lack B twelve function in your brain, it resembles
Alzheimer's disease and you will create nerve damage in the brain.
So we put methyic obelumin there for athletes and for
older people. Athletes for their heart and muscles, older people
for their brain. We put active folate in there. Most multivitamins,
(08:20):
if not all, have folic acid. Ours has methyl tetrahydro folate,
which is the active folate. Because not everybody can activate
folic acid. Most folic acid is made by this not
very good factory in China, not very sanitary, not inspected
by the FDA. I mean, how are they going to
(08:42):
get there? The problem is if you can't take the
folic acid that comes from China and convert it into
the stuff and the invite multis and the invite performance,
you can't protect yourself from cancer. You need this from
the get go to protect yourself from cancer. When you're
in health thin like pollution like cigarette smoke, when you
(09:05):
have certain viruses, when you have too much sun all
of these things trigger changes to your DNA that leads
to cancer. If you don't have the proper form of folate,
you can't protect yourself from that activity. So the proper
form of folate is in the inviteperformance. Now, not only
(09:27):
will it lower the risk of cancer, but it lowers
the risk of heart disease, and it also is needed
to prevent Alzheimer's. If you lack methyl tetrahydrofolate, which many
Americans do because they can't take the folic acid in
their one a day type multis and convert it to
methyl tetrahydrofolate. If you can't convert it, you can't protect
(09:48):
yourself from Alzheimer's because something in your brain will increase.
That's like a toxic solvent called homocysteine, and homocysteine basically
kills your brain cells. It leads to depression, and if
it's too high, it'll lead to Alzheimer's. So when you
get the nfiperformance multi, you're getting this methyl tetrahydrofolate that
(10:11):
blocks homocysteine in the brain, which will if your homosysting
gets high, it will lead to Alzheimer's. Now, what else
do you get Besides the active B twelve and the
active folate, you get lycopene, the tomato red stuff. If
you get enough lycopene, it's very good for your skin.
It helps keep the skin young because it protects it
(10:32):
from ultraviolet radiation from the sun. But it also is
very strong in protecting your circulation in your heart to
help lower the risk of heart disease. It also is
very good for a man's prostate. It helps prevent the
prostate from swelling and may actually reduce the risk of
advanced prostate cancer. So you get lycopene, great for the skin,
(10:52):
great for the heart, and circulation great for men's prostates.
You also get lutin disease into lieutenant zu is. Antin
come from food and they into the brain and the
brain grabs them because you need it to shield your memory.
And if there's enough left over, it gets into your eyeballs,
(11:14):
which protects your eyeballs from different diseases and helps you
see better at night, and helps you see better when
you're driving in bad weather and inclement weather, and helps
you see better if you're on computers all the time.
It helps protect your eyes from blue light. So the
problem is as we grow older, it's hard to absorb
luten and zeus aantin from our food, so we're not
(11:38):
getting enough to shield the eyes because the brain will
grab it all. There's barely enough for the brain. There's
none leftover, so for things to get into the eyes,
they go through the brain, so if the brain needs them,
it grabs it. So by the time you reach your sixties,
the amount of lutin and z is antin that you're
absorbing from your food things like spinach and broccoli, is
(11:58):
not enough to get to the eyeballs. There's barely enough
for the brain to protect your memory. So we put
enough luten disease anton in there to protect your memory,
to protect your brain, but also to reach your eyeballs
and help protect your eyeballs. So this is an incredible
multi You will feel more energy, you will have better endurance,
you will have a better mood, you'll have better resistance
(12:20):
to infections, It'll help you handle stress. It's just a
fantastic It's great for your eyes and your heart and prostates.
It's just a great supplement. It's great for exercise. We
call it performance because we originally made it for athletes,
but I knew it would be great for people over fifty,
and I know it would be great for people in
the winter, and I know it would be great for
(12:41):
people who like to go to the gym and really
get an effective workout. So the Invite multis are all
on sale, but right now, because we're going into that
time of year where people start to get sick, I'm
going to switch to the Invite Performance Now. I'm going

Okay, welcome back here, we hicky for invite Health. We're
having our forty percent off sale.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
You biquin a wall or you be queen? Will your
pronunce it? Either way? I take it every day. The
studies out of Finland, Sweden and Norway on older people
people over fifty, people over sixty, people over seventy, people
over eighty, even people of a ninety, they do much
better on you bick win walls. If they get you
(14:43):
bickuen wall, they have more energy, more stamina. They have
more energy to get outside and do things and live
their life and enjoy themselves and get their work done.
But they also have fewer heart attacks and on unhealthy people.
Proves this point. There's a number of studies, a lot
(15:09):
of them are American where when they give people with
damaged hearts could be heart failure, it could be after
a heart attack. When they give people ubiquenol, they're less
likely to have more heart attacks, they're less likely to
be hospitalized. They do much better, They have more wind,
they have more energy, less fatigue. This is sensational. Now
(15:36):
there's a number of studies showing that ubiquinol improves your performance.
A lot of you were on statin drugs to lower
your cholesterol because maybe you're diabetic or you have heart disease.
Statin drugs take ubiquinoil out of your body. So there
was a study from the University of Sydney and the
University of Melbourne. A couple of these studies. When they
(16:00):
put well trained men well trained meaning they go to
the gym, they're pretty with it, they're pretty strong, they
can play tennis, they can run, et cetera. When they
put well trained men on statins, their power declined, their energy,
their wind declined, their stamina, it will declined when they
(16:21):
put them on you bick when wall, So they stayed
on the statin to lower their cholesterol. When they put
them on you biq when wall, their stamina came back,
their endurance, their energy, their strength all came back within
two weeks. So that's an important lesson for anybody on
a stanton drug. But the effects on performance go well
(16:44):
beyond that.
Speaker 5 (16:46):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
There was a study not very long ago that people
on bicycles in a gym and a controlled environment and
a lab, when they put them on ubiquin wall for
several weeks before the exercise, they had better endurance, they
(17:07):
performed faster, they had a greater level of performance. These
were young, healthy people, and I remembered this amazing study.
It was one hundred young athletes out of Germany who
were competing to participate in the summer Olympics in London.
(17:28):
So these are elite athletes. They were young, they were
like in their early twenties, and when they gave them
ubiquin wall, it literally improved their performance time, their stamina. Now,
for us older people, you bick winall will give us
the energy to go outside and be active, like to
(17:49):
meet our friends for lunch, to go boating, to take
a walk on the beach, to go play with the
grandkids and spend time with the grandkids and watch the
greend kids. They get things done in the back yard.
Whatever it is, ubiquin all will restore that energy. It's
good for exercise, it's good for fatigue, It's been proven
(18:10):
to be great for your heart. Here's the problem. As
you get older, levels of ubiquen will and the heart decline,
and the heart's pumping blood like eighty times a minute,
one hundred thousand times a day. So if there's less
ubiquen all and you need ubiqwen all to create energy
(18:31):
out of your food, let's discuss that. You know, I
didn't even go to the basic because I'm assuming everybody
listens every weekend. They know what ubique all is. You
bique all, So forgive me. I'm going to explain. Now.
Ubiquen all is the active version of cohen'son Q ten.
That's an important point because not everybody can activate classical
co Q ten. If you can't activate it, it won't
(18:52):
do anything for you. You're wasting your money taking it.
So who can't activate it? Anybody with diabetes cannot activate
COQ ten. They do a terrible job of activating it,
and people over fifty start to lose their ability to
activate coq ten. They can't change it into ubiquinal. If
they can't convert it to ubiquinoal, it doesn't work. It's
(19:14):
not going to give them energy and power and protect
their heart. So once you hit like fifty five, every
year you have less ability to convert coke ten to ubiquenol,
So you really should start switching to ubiquenol. First of all,
it's absorbed much better than coq ten. It's just naturally
absorbed ten times better than coq ten, and it's already active.
(19:36):
And our ubiquin wol is the only cohens n q
ten that's made in America. It's manufactured in Texas. It's
been proven in human clinical trials to protect your heart,
give you energy, to give you endurance. So as we
grow older, we have less ubiquenoal. It's harder and harder
for your body to convert food into energy. So taking
(19:57):
ubiquenol restores the ability to convert food into energy. Because
of that, you have more energy and more endurance. But
because of that, the heart's under less stress. The heart
becomes younger, it's working like a younger heart. Now young
hearts don't have heart attacks, it's older hearts. So it's
very reasonable that the studies show that people on ubiquen wall,
(20:21):
older people especially have fewer heart attacks and fewer hospitalizations,
and they're more active, they and more with it. It's reasonable.
These are reasonable findings because ubiqu when all is restoring
your ability to convert food into energy, so that takes
stress off the heart. If the heart is missing ubiquen wall,
it's harder and harder for it to pump. It's under stress,
(20:41):
so things could go bad, like a heart attack or
an arrhythmia. So giving somebody ubiquenol help shield the heart
from damage and from arrhythmias and things of this nature.
It also improves your exercise and your physical performance. It
gets rid of your fatigue. I mean, it really is
very good. They're now finding that you bick when all
(21:03):
reverses your age, your biological age. That's an important thing.
Chronological age is the calendar. So being sixty, biological age
is how old your body truly is. So you could
be sixty and have severe diabetes, but your body's really
(21:26):
like it's eighty five, or you could be sixty and
eat well and exercise and take you bick when all
in a good multivitamin and your body could be like
at forty five. What do you want? So when they
talk about longevity science, they don't mean you're going to
live forever. Nobody lives forever. But it helps you get
to your maximum lifespan in a very healthy manner. It's
(21:48):
called a health spent. We want to improve how long
you stay healthy. You know a lot of people are
sick from the age of forty to when they pass away,
which is said to say, wouldn't you rather just be
firm a couple of days before you pass away? That's
what we're aiming at. So they're finding that you bick
one wall reverses biological aging somewhere between four to nine years.
(22:12):
If you eat a good diet and you take a multivitamin,
you eat your fish and everything, and you get your exercise,
you get enough sleep, you socialize, you practice mindfulness, and
you take you bick when all your body's going to
be much younger. I see this all the time. I
can get up off the floor without using my hands,
(22:33):
and I'm going to be seventy two. I could sit
on the floor and get up very easily. I'm always
on the floor with my dog's wrestling them and playing
with them. A lot of my friends look at me
and say, if I get down the floor, I can't
get up. That's the difference on lifestyle choices. When you
get your exercise, when you could get enough sleep most
(22:55):
of the time, when you eat a pretty wholesome diet.
Nobody's perfect, but you try and take certain supplements, it
makes a huge difference in how you age. So that's
where're trying to make you age better. So for the winter,
switch to the Invite Performance Multi. Get out of your
ubiquin oil. It'll improve your your your power, it'll improve
(23:17):
your stamina, it'll improve your fatigue, it'll help protect your heart. Okay,
now what about protecting the brain. Well, that's where krill
and fish shaws come in. That's where krill or fish
shows come in. Or eating fish. You can eat fish, salmon,
you know, haddock, cod, halib it, good fish. So they
(23:40):
just did a This is in the journal Lipids and
Health and Disease this August couple of months ago. A
month ago, uh, six hundred thousand blood samples. Almost everyone
is low in fish oils. They have too much of
the other kind of oils, not enough fish oils, which
puts you at risk for or brain health issues and
(24:03):
heart disease. Now, fish oils, regardless how you get them,
if they're good quality of fishoils, like the invite fish
wil capsule, the invite krill or eating good fish, they've
been showing to reduce inflammation in the heart and help
prevent dangerous arrhythmias that could be life life threatening. There's
a lot of data on there, it's true. But the
(24:24):
thing is they now show over the past ten years
that fish oils are incredibly important for the brain. A
great deal of your brain is made out of fat.
And you want to write fat in there, Not the
fat from butter, not the fat from you know whatever,
candy and cake and chocolate. The fat from fish is
(24:47):
the most common fat in the brain, and previous studies
show that the fish oil fats lower your risk of
Alzheimer's disease and all other dementias, your risk pretty strongly.
Now there's a new review. So many people are lowing
fish oils compared to other oils. There has to be
(25:09):
a balance, and most people lack that balance. Even though
they might take a little bit of fish oil or
eat a little bit of fish, there's not enough fish
oils versus the other fats, and that puts you at
risk because that makes you really inflamed. It's bad for
the brain, it's bad for the eyes, it's bad for
the heart, it's bad for your bones, it's bad for
your muscles. So adding the fish oils or the krill
is a way to prevent that. So a new big
(25:31):
review that just came out September nineteenth, a, oh.
Speaker 6 (25:36):
What do we say?
Speaker 4 (25:37):
Hey, it's the Stunt of October. A new review that
just came out September nineteenth on twenty seven thousand people
over the age of forty that fish oils make the
brain perform better. It's really really important to get a
good fish oil. Our fish oils are pharmaceutical grade. There's
(25:58):
no mercury in there, and there's no forever chemicals in there,
and it's very fresh. And our krill oil, you cannot
get a better krill oil. Every morning I take too
crill oil with my breakfast. Now this is in addition
to eating fish. My wife is an She really should
(26:18):
have been a chef. But when she makes fish. It
is so delicious, And of course the trick is to
get really fresh fish. It can't be really fresh fish.
And out here in Long Island, near the north shore,
it's very easy for us to get very fresh fish.
But in any event, I still take two krill every morning.
So the krill lowers my risk of sudden cardiac death
(26:41):
and dangerous arrhythmias. The krill lowers my risk of Alzheimer's
and other dementias. I know it's good for my bones.
You need a fee of bones, you need a fee
of muscle health. It's just the way it is. It
gets fat out of my liver. Krill especially gets fat
out of my liver. But it's very good for my
memory because krill has some ingredients you don't find officials.
(27:03):
It has phosphatites like phosphatyitle seine and phosphatyl coling. These
get into the brain and create brain cells. These get
into the brain and allow memory to function. These get
into the brain and allow you to seed the brain
with new memory cells. When you exercise, or when you
(27:25):
take a nap, or when you go to sleep at night,
you are capable of creating new memory cells. But the
level the ability to do that declines with age. When
you take the krill, you're getting ingredients in it that
restore your ability to create new memory cells. And when
you do that, you form quanditatve reserve where part of
the brain goes on working regardless of what else has happened.
(27:45):
So Invite is having a special sale. All the stuff
I just spoke about I take. I take the ubique
off of my heart and for my endurance. I take
the krill for my memory and for my eyes and
the preven rhythmias. So between the croylln to you bick
with all, I'm helping prevent a HAATA tech. I'm taking
the Invite performance now so that I can handle the
(28:06):
cold weather, I can handle infections better. I have more
stamina and energy. We're having a forty percent off shell
by two tenty of any Invite pocket forty percent off.

be able to bite off any of the common cold
viruses that are out there and circulating around in the environment.
So definitely we have many products when it comes to
immune health. I'm going to zero in today on joint

(31:01):

into the real thick of things with the fall season.
This is many times when people will reach out to
us and say, you know, my knees starting to really
bother me. Maybe it's a change in weather, and indeed
there is something to that. So I thought I would
zero in on some of our joint health formulations for
(31:23):
you today and talk about why they can be so
beneficial for many folks out there. They struggle with pain
and discomfort, maybe in the knee and the hip. Maybe
you wake up every day and you have a sore back.
So I'm going to talk about some of the products
that you can turn to that can really give you
that support that you likely need. So I will be
(31:45):
getting into all of that, but don't forget. We have
to buy to get forty percent off sale going on,
so you can stop by any of our stores take
advantage of that, go to our website, invitehealth dot com,
or give us a call. And at the same time,
we still have products that are on the over stock sale,
so you can stock up on some extra savings while
(32:07):
you're checking out with the fall by to get forty
percent off sale. Now, I want to talk about the
combination of different nutrients comes to targeting joint inflammation.
Speaker 6 (32:17):
Joint pain.
Speaker 5 (32:18):
We have some really wonderful products within our product line
that people do really well with when it comes to
joint problems, and we certainly understand that joint health. A
lot of people are dealing with this. I mean, there
are millions and millions of Americans who have arthritis. Now,
osteoarthritis is the more common form of arthritis. You have
(32:39):
rheumatoid arthritis that's going to be very much so autoimmune
and solely driven by the immune system.
Speaker 6 (32:45):
But keep in mind that.
Speaker 5 (32:46):
Osteoarthritis as well has that immune system component to it
because it is the over response of the immune system
that drives up all of that inflammation. So understanding that
osteoarthritis itself is a very degenerative joint disease is key
(33:08):
because oftentimes, I think that people only correlate rheumatoid arthritis
with joint destruction, and they look at osteoarthritis is just
pain and inflammation within the joint and oftentimes just associate
it with maybe wear and tear, and that's certainly not
the case. We know that there are many different risk
(33:29):
factors for osteoarthritis as we get older. Clearly that's one
risk factor. We can look at the wear and tear,
you know, based off of you know, the physical demand
within the joint over the course of many years, or
if there's any type of joint trauma or injury, but
we can also look at you know, being overweight or
(33:50):
obese as being a problem as well. Now, the issue
is is that the traditional approach to managing the inflammation
and the pain within the joint usually always comes down
to end sets or the non steroidal anti inflammatory medications,
and there's never any lifestyle modification that goes along with that.
(34:12):
So if someone presents to their doctor's office and they're
complaining about joint pain, their doctor's usually going to say, oh, well, here,
just take some over the counter ibuprofen, or perhaps they
do give them a prescription end said or even something
a bit stronger, but they never talk to them about
the lifestyle modifications, including the exercise component to that, and
(34:37):
including the dietary changes that are so incredibly warranted to
keep that inflammation at bay. And I do think that
this is probably one of the biggest missteps when it
comes to arthritis management within this country. So we know
that if we're eating a pro inflammatory diet, that's not
going to really help our problem too much. We want
(35:00):
to make sure that we are consuming a diet that's
very high in omega three, fatty acids, you know, good fiber,
high antioxins, wonderful vitamins and minerals. So what am I
describing the Mediterranean diet. We definitely want to limit our
exposure to any of those pro inflammatory foods, those high
sugary foods, the saturated fats. We need to make sure
(35:23):
that even if we have an excessive amount of joint
inflammation and joint pain, that we are still pushing ourselves
to exercise because mobility within the joint is.
Speaker 6 (35:34):
Key to this.
Speaker 5 (35:35):
It's very easy for us to avoid things that you know,
either create discomfort or just in general or not enjoyable
for us. So it makes sense that a lot of
folks who do have arthritis they try to limit the
use within the joint. But what we actually want to
be doing is the oposite. We want to try to
be moving that joint. As I always say, when it
(35:58):
comes to joint health, there's many moving parts, and we
want to make sure that we are targeting all of those.
We know that there are so many different natural interventions
that we can be utilizing and I'm going to go
through some of those today for targeting not only the
structural functionality within the joint, but also for many of
the symptomatic issues. And the main symptom is that pain
(36:21):
and inflammation. So we know that we have a variety
of different nutrients that we can turn to. But when
it comes to osteoarthritis being the most common form of
arthritis and most common reason as to why people go
and seek out support from their doctor, this is an
area that we have to be definitely proactive in terms
(36:46):
of understanding that it's a comprehensive approach, including those lifestyle
modifications that you don't want to just be solely reliant
upon end sets, which we know that the long term
use of those types of over the counter medications or
even if it's a prescribed and said can lead to
long lasting damage within the body, so whether that be
(37:09):
you know, worstening of kidney health.
Speaker 6 (37:12):
Whether that's GI issues.
Speaker 5 (37:15):
So we definitely don't want to be heavily reliant on
nonstidal anti inflammatory medications, but we have to understand how
the joint itself is actually working and understanding that the
joint is where you have two or more bones that
are meeting, and then you have the cartilage, you have
(37:38):
the synovial fluid, you have your ligaments, your tendons, and
we have to be able to address all of those
different components when it comes to the complete management of arthritis,
and you have to be able to be aware of
it and not ignored. As with anything in the body.
(37:59):
If you start to recognize that your joints are feeling
a little bit more stiff, maybe it's in your hip,
maybe it is your knee, perhaps it's your shoulder, you
want to be proactive to that. You don't want to
just say, oh, well, maybe it'll just get better over time,
because this is not the case. We know with joint destruction.
This is a progressive condition, so it will continue to
(38:19):
get worse if we do not make those changes in
terms of your diet, exercise, and getting those right nutrients
in now. As I mentioned, most people, their biggest complaint
is the pain that is associated with this, But keep
in mind there are other symptoms that can present outside
(38:42):
of pain that our clear indications that the joint itself
is having problems. Buckling of the knee is a very
very common one, so that should clue you in that
there is significant damage that has occurred underneath within the
joint space. And this is why those structural supplements are
(39:05):
going to be very, very beneficial for you. And when
we think structural supplements, we're thinking along those lines of
the collagen and the hyaluronic acid, all of those different
nutrients in combination. Because we have to be able to
control the continued progression of that joint destruction. We want
to try and stop that in its tracks so it's
(39:26):
not getting worse, and we want to be able to
allow the joint itself time to actually be able to
heal itself. So a lot of different things that we
have to be considerate of. For many people who have arthritis,
they don't even have a clinical diagnosis of arthritis. They
just know that they have, you know, arthritis in their knee,
(39:46):
not that they've ever talked to their doctor about it,
or you know, their doctor says, oh, yes, I've done
this full assessment and yes, you definitely have arthritis. Most
people can just put two and two together and say, yeah,
I have inflammation and pain in my joint, I obviously
have arthritis. Certainly, there there are different ways that they
can do an actual diagnostic exam, you know, doing things
(40:09):
such as MRIs for example, to really see the significant
level of damage done within a joint. Ultrasound can also
be used to visually check the you know, any inflammation
that's occurring, or assessment of that synovial fluid that's the
gel like cushioning within the joint space. But we also
(40:29):
have to recognize that there are so many other factors
that can play a role into this. There's hormonal implications
when it comes to joint health, whether someone has thyroid dysregulation,
whether that's Hashimoto's hypothyritism, subclinical hypothyritism. We can certainly look
at diabetes and the hormonal issues within diabetes that can
(40:52):
lead to worsening of joint pain and joint destruction. But
we can also look at hormonal changes that occur in
both men and women going through ANDREW pause as well
as menopause. So we have to look at all of
those moving parts. I always say when it comes to
(41:13):
joint health, so we can really zero in on where
you're going to get the most support coming from your nutrients.
So this is why I put this combo of three
different formulations on special for today because I do recognize
that when it comes to dietary insufficiency of antioxidants and
(41:34):
key vitamins and minerals, most Americans are.
Speaker 6 (41:36):
Just not getting what they need.
Speaker 5 (41:38):
So I have the REDS HX on special today, so
I'll get into all the details on the REDS and
why this would really be a good option for anyone
who is considering a comprehensive joint health supplementation routine. We
have seen the science on how diet impacts the joints,
(42:00):
and we understand that those powerful antioxidants coming from fruits
and vegetables really can provide a lot of support to
someone who is dealing with significant amount of joint inflammation
and pain. So we want to have those fruits and
vegetables in the diet, but we also want to make
sure that we are getting those added benefits of those
high antioxidants coming from the REDS h axis is certainly
(42:25):
key to that. Regulation of inflammation in the body is
so essential, and this has to be accomplished through a
couple of different mechanisms. Number one, it has to come
from the diet, but number two, we have to be
able to support the immune system. So with the REDS HAX,
for example, you're getting that probiotic blend, So that's going
(42:45):
to help with the approach when we think about gut
health and how gut health drives inflammation throughout the entire body.
So you know, you wouldn't think that, oh, because I
have some bad bacteria in my intestines, that that's why
my joints are more inflame. But that's certainly the case.
So we do need to be aware of those things,
(43:06):
and this is why we have to always look at,
you know, what are the best nutrients to regulate that inflammation.
So I'm going to be talking about biocircumen five locks
in today as well, because that is another key area
that inflammation control in the body is essential if we
(43:27):
want to be able to get a grip on arthritis.
If we are not targeting the inflammation, we are not
helping to support the immune systems regulation of that inflammation,
You're going to continue to have problems. Which is why NSAIDs,
for example, are temporary fixes for someone who has arthritis.
(43:47):
It's not doing anything to stop the progression of the arthritis.
It's taking away the symptom of pain and maybe lessening
the localized inflammation. For a or blurb in time, but
it's not doing anything for that long term management or
control of the arthritis. So always keep that in mind.
(44:10):
For a lot of people who have lived off of
en ZEDs for many years to combat their joint pain,
I always ask, well, has it ever gotten better? You know, no,
it's not because you haven't made any of the other changes.
You haven't done anything to structurally try to support the joint.
You're not doing anything when it comes to you know,
changing your diet, you know, maintaining healthy weight. So we
(44:32):
have to take that very comprehensive approach if we want
to gain that upper hand and get success when it
comes to the management of arthritis. So now that we
have this all kind of set in place, set in motion,
we know that we have to be able to recognize
(44:53):
that our diet influences the inflammation. We have to recognize
that non use are being sedentary can also make things worse.
I often say sometimes we have to push through that
discomfort in order to maintain that mobility. And that's a
difficult feat for someone who you know it hurts, but
(45:14):
you will find that the more that you continue to
support the joint and the musculature around that joint, the
better off you will be in the long term when
it comes to not only the use for that mobility
component to it, but also for the management of the
pain aspect of that.
Speaker 6 (45:34):
So sometimes we.
Speaker 5 (45:35):
Do have to push ourselves through that. So I broke
down today's product specials based off of kind of that
complete approach. So looking at these structural components, you know,
supporting the cartilage, the collagen structure the bone, looking at
(45:57):
how we can help to fend off additional oxidative stress
damage within the joint, and also looking at that straight
regulation of inflammation. So I'm going to go through and
kind of bullet point out each of these different formulations
into why they would be beneficial for you having them
(46:18):
as part of your routine. So what I'm gonna do,
I'm going to take a quick break. When I get
back from that break, I'm going to talk about our
flex HXI is one of those combination formulations really geared
towards that structural aspect of joint support. So I will
be right back just after this. Welcome to Invite Health's

That number again, eight hundred six three two zero five
seven to two. Invite health, Get healthy, Stay healthy, and
welcome back to invite Health Radio. So now let's get
started with the flex acheck. So we think about overall
support of the joints. So it has collagen, and so
(47:50):
we know the importance of collagen. We know that as
we get older, collagen levels start to diminish and the
replenishment of a highly absorbable form of collagen is key.
So it has hydrolyzed collagen in this yielding you five
grams five thousand milligrams. It has bromolane, which is one
(48:12):
of my favorite little proteolytic enzymes, does a wonderful job
when it comes to going through and targeting low levels
of inflammation that oftentimes linger around the joints, and so
it's that inflammation that drives up that pain sensation. We
know that bromolane really really beneficial. We also know that
(48:34):
bromoline has been studied in terms of its effectiveness when
they compared it to an end set and showing the
efficacy of bromolaine compared to diclofenac, which comes with its
own many different side effects. So the power of bromolane
when it comes to easing inflammation as well as easing
discomfort has been shown in clinical trials. This also contains manganese, copper,
(49:02):
and condrayten And of course most people have probably heard
of glucosemine and chondroyten, and you use the combination, and
why would someone do that, well, because we know that
they make up those underlying components to our joints. So
kndroyit in itself is a major component of cartilage and
it really helps to retain the fluidity within the joint.
(49:27):
So once again, as we get older, if we are
lacking in these things, if they start to wear away
and we're not doing anything to replenish them, you can
then see how you can get that spiraling out of
control with worsening and worsening of your joints. So combination collagen, manganese.
Speaker 6 (49:47):
Copper, bromelaine, chondroyiten.
Speaker 5 (49:51):
So I want to talk a little bit about manganese
because manganese sounds like magnesium in many ways, but manganese
is a interim and it is very important for many
different functions in the body, one of which is the
way that manganese helps for the manufacturing of superoxide dismutase.
(50:17):
So you have manganese superoxide dismutase, and this is the
principle antioxidant in the mitochondria.
Speaker 6 (50:26):
So when we think.
Speaker 5 (50:27):
About oxidative stress, we know that oxidative stress is directly
correlated with joint dysfunction. Having that manganese will help with
that superoxide dismutase production, which is why we have this
in the formulation because oftentimes people look and say, well,
you know, how is it that manganese is really you know,
(50:50):
helping the bones or the joints.
Speaker 6 (50:53):
So that's one component.
Speaker 5 (50:55):
The other thing that we know is that manganese works
as a co factor for enzymes known as glycossal transfer rases. Now,
the glycosal transfer rases are important for the synthesis of proteoglycans.
So we think about proteoglycans, we start to think in
(51:15):
that setting of you know, our chondroit and our glucosamines
and being able to support the cartilage as well as
the bone. We know that when it comes to wound healing,
for example, manganese plays a role into that too. Oftentimes
we talk specifically about zinc and vitamin C, but we
(51:36):
know that manganese also plays a role into this.
Speaker 6 (51:40):
So we look and we say.
Speaker 5 (51:42):
Okay, well, now I understand why we have that manganese
in there.
Speaker 6 (51:47):
Then we think about copper.
Speaker 5 (51:48):
We kind of get into that pathway of you know,
cross linking of collagen and why that certainly becomes an
important factor. We've I will talk in depth about collagen
on another show and all of the different ways in
why collagen is important. But We know collagen is in
the flex HX, but what I really want to kind
(52:09):
of zero in on is chondryten. And the reason why,
as I mentioned, I like to talk about how certain
nutrients do more than what we even realize, and kendryten
happens to be one of those nutrients when we think
about arthritis enjoint inflammation. Clearly, chondroyten and glucosamine have been
(52:34):
shown to be kind of those go to nutrients, but
we also realize that it's doing this through a couple
of different mechanisms, which is why this is an important
takeaway when understanding the ins and outs of kondriyten. Clearly,
(52:56):
we look at, you know, the studies that have shown
kondriyten is as good as taking an end set, taking
your ibuprofen, any of those things when it comes to
knee arthritis. Then this was published in the Annuals of
Rheumatic Diseases, and we know they've done significant studies. They've
compared kondryten versus celebrex, and we know celebrex comes with
its own unwanted cardiac side effects where kondryten does not.
(53:21):
And they were able to replicate in clinical trial that
kondryten was as effective in targeting the knee pain as
celebres without all of the negative side effects. Now here's
an interesting thing we think about the mechanisms of kondrayten.
(53:44):
This is why I wanted to talk about this. Clearly,
we know that the COXWECOX two pathways are directly associated
with inflammation within the joints, but we also know that
one of the driving forces of systemic inflammation is nfc
a beta or nuclear transcription factor cappa beta. Understanding that
(54:06):
NF cappa beta is associated with all of these different
inflammatory diseases, including cancers, and what they were able to
see was that kendrayten possesses these anti inflammatory properties by
targeting or down regulating NF cappa beta.
Speaker 6 (54:26):
So this is why I thought it.
Speaker 5 (54:28):
Was important to kind of cover that and explain why
utilizing kendroyten goes far beyond that of just joint health.
When we think about systemic inflammation. If we have something
that is not only beneficial for our hands, for our knees,
(54:52):
for our shoulders, your hips, when it comes to the joints,
but it's actually downregulating NF cappabata, then we know that
we are getting that systemic benefit, and all of these
things in combination make a huge difference when it comes
to our overall health and wellness.
Speaker 6 (55:13):
So oftentimes when looking at.
Speaker 5 (55:18):
Different nutrients and saying, Okay, I do I wake up
every day and you know my hip purse or I
wake up every day and my knees just stiff as
can be, and what should I be utilizing? Well, we
can clearly look at, you know, how do we replenish
things that we know are loss So having collagen on
board definitely first choice.
Speaker 6 (55:37):
And then we want to.
Speaker 5 (55:38):
Target the low level of inflammation that's continuously driving up
that pain every day. So the hence are bromoline. And
then we say, well, we want to make sure that
we have adequate antioxidants, so hence are manganese. And then
we say, well, we want to make sure that we
are going a step beyond that of just regular inflammatory response.
(56:00):
Are kondrayten. So the chondrayten itself is going to replenish
to help to support that fluid retention within that joint,
within the cartilage. We need to have that, we need
to restore that. But we also know that that kondroyten
is doing many different things beyond that, including down regulation
of NF kappa beta. Very very powerful stuff there. This
(56:23):
is what has made this flex HX formulation so incredibly
popular since we launched this product, because once people started
to use it, they're like, oh my goodness, like what
a difference. And you know, perhaps they were using collagen
before and found that to be very helpful, but it's
this combination of the different nutrients that really seems to
(56:45):
hit it out of the park when it comes to
that complete joint support when we're looking at those structural
components once again. So it is a really wonderful formulation.
I definitely encourage you to check it out. If you
know someone who has arthritis who's always complaining about their
their joint pain, and you know they're living off of
taking advils and your motrons or whatnot, do make sure
(57:10):
that you let them know about and be sure to always,
you know, take advantage of the fact that we have
our nutritional experts located at every store. If you can't
make it into the store, we have the option of

We know that there are many different things that we
can be doing. You know, the dietary modifications are so
(58:51):
essential to this, and I want to talk in some
detail about just why that's so important, talk about the
reds HX, tie that into why having high antioxiant nutrients
is so beneficial when it comes to joint health.

To Invite Health Radio.
Speaker 5 (01:00:15):
I am doctor Amanda Williams, and I'm going to talk
about the reds ajax. This is wonderful just for daily
use to cover those gaps where you know that you're
not getting a high enough intake when it comes to
fruits and vegetables, and we know that most people fall
well short of the recommended amount each day, which is
one to two cups of fruits per day and two
(01:00:37):
to three cups of vegetables per day. But by utilizing
the reds you may not be yielding that fiber component,
but you are certainly going to be yielding all those vitamins,
minerals and powerful antioxidants. And we want to protect our
joints from ox dat of stress and the reds ahax
can be a wonderful way for you to heighten up
your body's antioxidant capacity with the use of things like
(01:01:01):
carrot root extract and cranberry extract and tartcherry extract. There
are so many There's forty different fruits and vegetables contained
in the reds HX, and of course the wonderful probiotic blend.
We know the probiotic blend in this is a combination
of lactobacilla strains and Biffidobacterum strains that really help to
(01:01:25):
optimize our immune system. And anytime we can take in good,
healthy bacteria for the recolonization of our microbiome, the better
we can get a grip when it comes to regulation
of the immune response, which also means you're inflammatory response. Now,
(01:01:45):
this has a AORAC blend in this. It's actually a
registered trademark blended combination of different nutrients that contains EGCG
from green tea. There's corctans that powerful bioflavonoid complex and
that has pomegranate extract in this, broccoli extracts, so some
chryciferous vegetables. And we know that the more that we
(01:02:09):
can have these nutrients on board, the more that we
yield those benefits that come from those nutrients. And you
can look at just the science of this, we know
that when it comes to dietary considerations for the management
of arthritis. Having a anti inflammatory diet is essential. And
(01:02:30):
part of what helps to support that anti inflammatory diet
is the higher intake of those high antioxidant foods.
Speaker 6 (01:02:40):
And I always advise.
Speaker 5 (01:02:41):
You know, strong adherence to a Mediterranean diet and avoidance
of sugary beverages. Don't fool yourself just because it's a
sports drink and it's you know, they think, oh well,
I can just have this you know, sports drink too
to rehydrate myself.
Speaker 6 (01:02:57):
Definitely not a good idea.
Speaker 5 (01:02:58):
You know, you want to avoid any of those sugary juices,
the you know, sodas, pops, any of those things. You
want to eliminate completely out of your diet because they
will make things worse. And I can't tell you how
many people I have seen where you just look and
you know that they've got arthritis, they're overweight, and they're
sitting there drinking a soda and you just you know,
(01:03:21):
shake your head saying you're making it worse. But unfortunately
a lot of people don't recognize the true impact that
those pro inflammatory foods and drinks are actually having on
their long term health outcomes. And that's something that we're
still trying to break through and get more doctors to
be able to understand that and explain that to their patients.
(01:03:46):
But let's look a little bit about the redshex, this
powerful combination of all of those fruit and vegetable extracts
along with the probiotic blend. We know that there is
a direct relationship between total fruit and vegetable intake and
self report knee pain. How do we know this because
in the Journal of Nutritional Health and Aging, they actually
did a study where they were talking about knee pain
(01:04:08):
being one of the most common symptoms that's associated with
osteoarthritis and how much of an impact that knee pain
actually has on quality of life of someone who's dealing
with arthritis. So they wanted to see if people had
high intake, a high consumption of fruits and vegetables and
those powerful carotenoids, all of those key antioxidants, if that
(01:04:32):
would help when it came to eliminating their knee pain.
And through this particular study, they had close to seven
thousand subjects who all had osteoarthritis of the knee, and
they assessed their dietary intake of fruits and vegetables, and
they found that those who had self reported the highest
(01:04:55):
intake of fruits and vegetables had better management of their
joint in inflammation, so the knee inflammation and the knee pain.
Speaker 6 (01:05:04):
This is key.
Speaker 5 (01:05:05):
They said, our findings suggests that the intake of whole
fruits and vegetables can help to improve pain and older adults,
so we know that it's a direct relation. So this
is why having the redshex as an added on on
top of what you're eating in your diet is an
added on benefit because we know it's those powerful antioxidants
(01:05:26):
and those vitamins and minerals contained in fruits and vegetables
that really do so much when it comes to the
improvement of those clinical outcomes. Now, we've also been able
to see from other scientific studies the beneficial role of
antioxidants when it comes to the different pain assessment parameters.
(01:05:46):
And there was a study done in rheumatoid arthritis patients
where they looked at their intake of those powerful antioxidants,
the vitamin c's, the vitamin A, key minerals zinc, magnesium,
and the determination was that with higher intake of these
powerful antioxidants, once again, better management of the symptoms of
(01:06:09):
their arthritis. So the sciences out there we know that
there is definitely a correlation between the intake of good
healthy foods, high antioxidant nutrients and this negative correlation with
the arthritis. So higher intake fruits and vegetables, less inflammation,
(01:06:31):
less pain because of arthritis. The Nutritional Research Journal just
this year came out and did their reports that an
increase intake of those nutrients coming from fruits and vegetables
was negatively related to the risk of arthritis, osteoarthritis and
the development of those pain associated conditions that we generally,
(01:06:57):
you know, just kind of chalk into ourritis in general.
So you have to pay attention to the foods that
you're eating, and you have to pay attention to the
supplements that you are taking. Which is why I include
this red Zchex formulation into a daily supplementation routine for
anyone who is dealing with a lot of systemic inflammation
(01:07:18):
in particular within their joints, because you would be amazed
by how wonderful having this high amount of those antioxidants
can be when it comes to that targeted approach to
the regulation of inflammation. Now, also keep in mind, you're
getting a lot of carotenoids in this formulation, so you're
(01:07:40):
going to be gaining that benefit when it comes to
the support of eye health, when it comes to your
brain health, and of course for that nice glowing look.
Speaker 6 (01:07:51):
To the skin.
Speaker 5 (01:07:52):
And this is kind of one of the most important
things that we hear back when people start to utilize
the reds HX is you know, I've been using this
product for a couple of months now, and I can
really see the difference in my skin.
Speaker 6 (01:08:09):
My skin seems to have this nice, healthy glow to it.
Speaker 5 (01:08:11):
Well, yeah, because we're regulating inflammation, we are supporting the
hydration of the skin from the inside out. All of
those powerful antioxidants really help to tamper down the exposure
to UV coming from the sun and that damage that
can be brought on. So we do know that for
(01:08:32):
many people once they start to use the reds HX,
the skin benefit is one of the fan favorites. Let's
just say, now, I get a lot of questions. There's
another product that's out there on the market. They do
a whole heck of a lot of advertising, and it's
fruits and vegetables in capsules, not going to name the product,
(01:08:55):
but most people probably know what I'm talking about. And
I have a lot of people that reach out to
me and say, oh, you know, I listen to the
show and this guy was touting that, you know, this
is the cure all for everything, and it's you know,
one of the bottles is just for vegetables, the other
bottles for fruits. It's not all that it's chalked up
to be out. It will be one hundred percent honest
on that. Each one of those formulations has roughly about
(01:09:18):
ten fruits and vegetables in it.
Speaker 6 (01:09:20):
Ours has over forty. And the other thing is is.
Speaker 5 (01:09:23):
It comes down to quality. It comes down to potency.
It comes down to that comprehensive blend that we are
using in red Zchax having the added benefit of those probiotics.
So there's not a comparison. I get that question a lot. Well, Hey,
I heard about this, you know product over here.
Speaker 6 (01:09:42):
Is this comparable to.
Speaker 5 (01:09:44):
The red Chax One hundred percent, No, not comparable, not
even in the same ballpark. You got the minor leagues,
you got the major leagues, and the invite Redschax is
definitely in the major league category. The most comprehensive formulation
that you can take when it comes to a fruit
and vegetable extract, along with having the healthy added Lactobacillus
(01:10:04):
and Biffidobacterum in that product. So remember, diet makes a
difference when it comes to the regulation of inflammation in
the body. If we add in the REDSHX, we are
gaining that added layer of support and protection when it
comes to joint inflammation.
Speaker 6 (01:10:23):
I know a lot of people wouldn't think.
Speaker 5 (01:10:24):
Of REDSHX when it comes to the management of your arthritis,
but it certainly would be a key one that I
would advise anyone who's dealing with arthritis to consider as
part of a daily supplementation routine. And then keep in mind,
you're gaining all those other many benefits that go along
(01:10:44):
with those powerful nutrients that are contained within the formulation itself.
So what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna take a quick break.
When I get back from that break, I want to
talk about bio Curcumin five locks and why that product
is our number one formulation in the product line, how
it works when it comes to targeting joint pain and inflammation,
(01:11:06):
and how one would use it properly to gain all
of those benefits. So I will be right back just
after this. Welcome to Invite Health's forty percent off fall sale.

Speaker 6 (01:12:16):
To invite Health Radio.
Speaker 5 (01:12:17):
So let's continue our discussion here on joint health and
what we can be doing so. I have mentioned before
the break bio Kirkman five locks, and this is the
utilization of two different registered trademark formulations that really is
very targeted when it comes to inflammation. This is kind
of what has led this product to be our number
(01:12:39):
one formulation when it comes to joint pain or any
type of chronic inflammation or pain that people are experiencing. Now,
what's really unique about this product is not only is
it two different registered trademark forms. So the one is
bio Kirkman which we use BCM ninety five that is
the registered trademark form of the kurcuminoids. The other component
(01:13:03):
of this product is the five LOX and the five
locks and is a registered trademark form of Boswelia extract.
Both we know are incredibly powerful for targeting that main
inflammatory pathway. So you have the coxwe COX two and
the lox pathways. So Boswelia in particular is very geared
(01:13:24):
towards the locks or the lipple oxygenase pathway. We have
seen through the extensive research done on Boswelia extract since
all the way back in the nineteen seventies where they
have really seen the power of Boswelia or Indian Frankinson's
(01:13:45):
when it comes to being a anti inflammatory nutrent, we
understand just from the science when they've done comparative studies
with boswelia versus an enset or ibuprofen, just how unofficial
that boswelia actually is when it comes to stopping or
(01:14:06):
impeding that inflammation process from occurring. Now, what's lovely about Boswelia,
unlike an end said, is we don't have to have
those concerns with the long lasting damaging effect to the
kidneys or to gi issues that go along with the
n sets the non steroidal anti inflammatory medications. So we
(01:14:29):
know that the Boswelia extract is a powerful targeter to
that COX one COX two as well as the lipooxygenase pathway.
So with that controlling of the inflammatory cascade in the body,
when people utilize this formulation, they really can start to
see those benefits in a relatively short.
Speaker 6 (01:14:50):
Amount of time.
Speaker 5 (01:14:52):
And not only is the Boswelia extract incredibly supportive for
someone who's dealing with arthritis, whether that be of the
arthritis version or the rheumatoid arthritis version, but we also
can see how beneficial Boswelia extract is for respiratory health.
And so I have a lot of people who you know,
maybe have pulmonary fibrosis or COPD, chronic bronchitis, and this
(01:15:20):
is oftentimes one of those nutrients that I will add
into their routine, the black seed with rosemary extract along
with the Biokirkman five locks. And because understanding how much
that Boswelia can do when it comes to the regulation
of inflammation within the respiratory airways, it's really very impressive
(01:15:41):
now looking at its benefit when it goes beyond that
of joint health or respiratory health. This is where it's
really very impressive because now we've been able to actually
see how both Biokirkman and the five locks and have
been shown to be incredibly beneficial when it comes to
the health of your heart as well as to the
(01:16:02):
health of your brain. And they've done studies looking at
how the five locks in formulation can actually help when
it comes to athersclerosis, So any of the plaque build
ups within the vascular system, and think about why that
would be well, this is a very strong targeted anti
inflammatory herb. So if we are utilizing this, say for
(01:16:27):
our joints, think about the added benefit that we can
get within the cardiovascular system as well, and then we
look at the curcumen, and we certainly understand that the biocurcumen,
this BCM ninety five that we are using, has been
studied in numerous human clinical trials to show that it
is upwards of seven times more absorbable than a standard
(01:16:49):
tumeric or curcuman formulation. And this is key because kirkumen
is very prone to being degraded very easily as it
gets into the stomach. So if you're just taking a
standard you know, turmeric extract, the likelihood that say you
start off with two hundred and fifty milligrams, the likelihood
that that two hundred and fifty milligrams makes it into
(01:17:11):
your bloodstream not that high because the majority of it
will be broken down through the action within the stomach,
and once it's introduced to those stomach acids, a lot
of that does start to break down. When you're using
BCM ninety five, this is not the case because the
BCM ninety five in our formulation is the direct oil.
(01:17:32):
And this is really very impressive to think that the
extraction process of the tumoric root itself has gotten so
advanced that you can actually get down deep into that
root and find just those oil extracts, and that's really
very impressive. Or before, you know, you were using kind
(01:17:52):
of more of the outer edge of that curcumen and
the the real fine powder, and you would be lucky.
The deeper you went into the tumoric root, the more
oils you could obtain within the powder itself. But now
we can actually extract out just the curcuminoid oils, and
(01:18:15):
this is what the BCM ninety five is so targeted
at doing. So we can see how the science on
BCM ninety five has become quite advanced through the years.
You know, initially a lot of the focused studies were
in that setting of being anti inflammatory and targeting joint health.
But now we actually see how the amount of those
(01:18:37):
curcuminoids that make their way into the bloodstream really help
even with the support of blood sugar regulation, so for
the setting of insulin resistance type two diabetes. Really very impressive.
How the biocurcumen formulation that we offer is quite impactful
to so many different systems. And I think that when
(01:19:00):
people are utilizing our formulation, like I always say, maybe
they come in and they say I want to use
the Biokirkman five locks because I have a lot of
joint pain. They start to use it, but then they
start to see all these multiple other benefits when it
comes to cardiovascular benefits with the regulation of inflammation throughout
the cardiovascular system, and clearly the multi targeted benefits when
(01:19:22):
it comes to brain health. And we know that the
advancement of clinical research and trials with the BCM ninety
five have even shown it to be very beneficial when
it comes to memory and cognitive function as we get older.
Speaker 6 (01:19:38):
So if we're dealing with.
Speaker 5 (01:19:40):
Inflammation hence arthritis, clearly we know the Biokurcuman five locks
and is going to be our go to nutrient for
really getting that under control. But then we also have
to say, well, in taking the Biokirkman five locks, and
I know I'm also getting the brain health benefits, I
know I'm getting the cardiovascular benefits and the respiratory bet fits.
(01:20:00):
And what's really quite fascinating is back in twenty fourteen,
they did a study showing that people who were using
the BCM ninety five on a regular basis, maybe for
their joint pain, they started to see this significant reduction
in their LDL cholesterol, so the bad cholesterol levels started
to come down just through continued use of those curcuminoid oils.
Speaker 6 (01:20:24):
And I think that for.
Speaker 5 (01:20:26):
Many people who maybe are dealing with arthritis and they
have they fall into that category of having joint inflammation,
having metabolic syndrome, blood sugar issues, elevated triglyss rides. Having
the Biokirkman five locks and as part of their daily
supplementation routine is so much more than just for their
(01:20:48):
arthritic pain.
Speaker 6 (01:20:49):
It is really helped systemic inflammation.
Speaker 5 (01:20:52):
And I think that that's key because you know, we
have to look at our body as everything interconnected. So
if we have inflammation in the joint, we also have
to probably say, well, if we have a high level
of inflammation going on in my knee, does that mean
I also have inflammation that's occurring in the brain or
inflammation that's occurring in the cardiovascular system. And we cannot
(01:21:13):
be avoidant to that. We have to recognize that this
is likely the case. And having a formulation such as
the Biokurcuman five locks and really takes it to that
whole nother level of comprehensive systemic support. And this is why,
as I mentioned. This particular product, the Biokirkman five locks and,
(01:21:37):
continues to be one of our most popular products within
the Invite Health line because when people use it, they
can see the difference. They can see the many ways
to which this formulation is helping to create more balance,
that whole body balance, not only just targeting the inflammation
(01:21:59):
within joint spaces.
Speaker 6 (01:22:00):
And for a lot of people who get.
Speaker 5 (01:22:02):
You know, arthritis in the shoulder, problems with tennis elbow
for example, there's a lot of different things that rotator
cuff injuries, hip problems. There's so many ways to which
inflammation can drive up pain in the body, and those
are the common areas where when people will come in,
(01:22:23):
they will you know, talk to a spot that you know, hey,
I have a lot of rotator cuff discomfort or pain.
What can I be utilizing in the Biokirkman five locks
and is always going to be the number one formulation.
But you know, just as kind of a recap when
it comes to arthritis, when it comes to inflammation in
(01:22:44):
general in the body, we know that there are many
different nutrients that we can be turning to. We know
that the very first place to start is.
Speaker 6 (01:22:51):
Always going to be the diet, and we.
Speaker 5 (01:22:53):
Cannot ignore that we have to eat our way out
of a lot of the problems that we have created.
So adherence to a metatranean diet first and foremost, staying
physically active.
Speaker 6 (01:23:07):
You have to kind of.
Speaker 5 (01:23:08):
Work through that discomfort even when you do have very
stiff or inflame joints. The more that we can keep
those joints moving, the better mobility that we will have
long term. And then we can add in formulations such
as the flex HX looking at that reds HX to
heighten up our antioxidant and our free radical fighting capability,
(01:23:31):
and then the biocurricumen five locks and so check all
those out. And remember, if you're not exactly sure which
products are best suited for you, you're not alone. Many folks
