Speaker 3 (00:37):
Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor
Amanda Williams, Chief Science Officer at Invite Health. Happy Saturday
morning to everyone. I am with you for the next
thirty minutes before I turn it over to the fabulous
Jerry Hickey, and he will be sharing many different things
(00:58):
with you when it comes to health and nutrition. But
in this first half hour, I thought I would zero
in on holiday gift ideas because guys, it's right around
the corner and we have so many great products obviously
within our product line. But when it comes to holiday gifts,
I always say, give the gift of health, and at
(01:21):
Invite Health, we have been inviting health into your life
for oh the better part of over twenty five years now.
So we have some products that I think are just
amazing when it comes to the holidays. So maybe you
have someone in your life who is not big into
(01:41):
taking dietary supplements, but you want them to be healthier,
or maybe this even applies to you. I want to
talk about three different products that make a lot of
sense during the holidays. We know that holiday stress is
a common thing. You're running around, you're trying to take
care of everything, You're still you know, working, doing all
(02:04):
the things that you do each and every single day,
and then you have the holidays piled on top of that.
So what can we be doing what makes sense when
it comes to holiday stress, well, stress management. So diet
plays a big role into this. Paying attention to what
you're eating every single day certainly can make a big difference.
(02:26):
And then we also have to look at stress management techniques.
I'm very big into mindfulness. My go to is listening
to music. So whenever I'm feeling a tinge of stress,
I bust out my favorite songs and I give myself,
you know, good five or ten minutes just to decompress.
(02:46):
So this is something that I definitely encourage you all
to incorporate into your world. This is something that was
missing from my fairly healthy I would say routine that
I did every day, the mindfulness component. That was the
one thing that was missing. So we have some products
that I think really pair up nice for holiday stress.
(03:10):
At the same time, they're also really great for energy
and for the immune system. And so I'm going to
talk about green TTX, cocoa HX, and rodiola.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
Guys.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Rodeola is such a quick go to. It works right away.
It's not like you have to build it up over time.
So if you're feeling like you're a little lethargic that
you're dragging as the holidays are approaching, turned to Rodeola extract.
Rodeola is an adaptogenic herb. But one of the things
(03:42):
that we know about rodeola is not only is it
wonderful at regulating the body's stress response through the HPA access,
so that's the hypothalmus pituitary adrenal access, but the other
thing that it does in a remarkable way is it
helps to drum come up energy for you. And it's
(04:03):
a non stimulant energy, which is great because you don't
always want to have to be turning to, you know,
a real strong cup of coffee. Right, So we turned
to rodeola, and we see how rodeola has been studied
extensively through the years. Initially it was studied in that
setting of like sports nutrition, because there were so many
(04:26):
athletes that were using rodeola extract for recovery after endurance
training and allowing their body to be able to bounce back.
Now think about this in the setting of you know,
very seasoned athletes and doing that type of endurance training. Well,
(04:47):
on one hand, it's very very good for you, but
on the other hand, it certainly can drive up stress
in the body, and that stress certainly can lead to
a compromised immune system. So always leaves that opportunity for
a pesky pathogen to find its way into your system,
which we do not want to have happen. So when
(05:09):
we're taking rodeola, not only can we help our body
bounce back if we are doing a heavy exercise, but
say you're not an exercise person and you're just running
around like you feel like a chicken with your head
cut off during the holidays, and you just feel like,
oh my goodness, can I keep up with this? This
(05:31):
is where rodeola can be so helpful. And we know
that rodeola has been studied in the setting of chronic
fatigue syndrome and fibromylogia and has been shown to be incredibly,
incredibly helpful. So when you are thinking of holiday gifts,
maybe you know someone, maybe you have a coworker who
(05:54):
has a lot on their plate, maybe you have a
family member who has a lot on their plate and
you know that they're stressed out. Turn to rodeola. Think
about giving the gift of health this holiday season. And
we know that rodeola quickly can fight off fatigue. It
gives you this nice sustained energy and as I mentioned,
(06:15):
it doesn't take long to work, so once you take it,
you immediately feel those effects and think of all the
wonderful things that's doing. It also has natural antioxidant properties
to it as well, which is a win win because
it's helping to fight off ox dative stress and free radicals.
So looking at all of the clinical research through the
(06:37):
years and how expansive this has become, how it's really
kind of jumped out of that lane of just sports
nutrition and they have now dove into how rodeola can
target conditions such as chronic fatigue and things like post
traumatic stress syndrome, which was a really fascinating study individuals
(07:00):
who had PTSD who were finding that they were in
a very low energy state that when they were giving
them Rodeola extract, not only did they have a overall
boost or an increase in their energy output, but it
really helped with the stabilization of the mood. So Rodeola, guys,
this is definitely one of those go tos during the holidays,
(07:23):
and right now it is on a buy one, get
one free, but if you use the promo code Amanda Woor,
you're gonna get an additional ten percent off. So it's
already a great price, but to get that additional ten
percent off, So stock up on your Rodiola, give it
(07:43):
out to your friends, to your coworkers, to your family members,
and it's a really great way for kind of the
introduction into the world of supplementation because it's one of
those nutrients. Like I said that it works very quickly. Now,
what's the best way to use our Rodeola extract? Generally speaking,
(08:08):
I usually advise that you take one capsule in the
morning with breakfast and then take another capsule in the afternoon.
So a lot of times in the afternoon people start
to feel kind of that crash. Now there's a variety
of different reasons as to why that can be. We
can look at, you know, the impact of diet for sure.
(08:28):
You know, after you have lunch and then you feel
a little sleepy, So taking Rodeola around lunchtime great idea.
You don't have to take Rodeola with food. So I
do get that question quite often, like, well, do I
have to take it with a meal? No, you certainly
do not. You know, you can have your Rodeola with
you and take it whenever you feel like you need
(08:51):
that extra boost of energy. And like I said, it's
a it's a non stimulant, so you're not going to
feel like the jitters from that, which is really key
and it really helps with like I said, mood stabilization.
Many times in the holidays, you might be happy because
it's the holidays, but you're also finding that that stress
(09:14):
and sometimes the expectations maybe you're putting on a big
holiday event, and that can really start to kind of
drag you down. We don't want this to happen. And
when you're taking Rodeo extract. We can see not only
is it helping to encourage that nice, sustained energy for us,
(09:36):
but it's also helping to protect yourselves from the damage
that can be brought on because of chronic stress. Remember,
chronic stress can lead to burnout. Burnout is not a
good thing. We never want to get to that point
of burnout. I did a podcast years ago really kind
of talking about the difference between what is chronic stress
(10:00):
and what is burnout. And for many years they used
to always look and say, you know, burnout only exists
in the medical field. It's only doctors that get burned out.
I mean, that's nonsense. Anyone can get burned out. Anyone,
regardless of your occupation, you can experience burnout. Once you
(10:21):
get to burn out, your coping mechanisms are so down
in the dumps, it's really hard to come back from that.
And so we don't ever want to walk down that path.
So if you are feeling that way, if you are
feeling like, oh my gosh, one more thing I have
to do, please turn to the Rodeola extract. You will
(10:42):
find it is absolutely amazing and you can certainly take
two capsules at once if you really feel like you're dragging,
you can go ahead and you can take two of
our caps at the same time. You're going to be
able to tell from the first time that you take it,
you're going to be able to feel that nice, sustained energy.
It's kind of like many people will describe it to me,
(11:05):
like you know, I started taking the Rodeola Amanda, and
I did. I noticed a difference. I felt a little clearer.
I felt like my thoughts were clearer. I could focus
more and think about why that would be. Remember, it's
working as that adaptagenic herb through that hypothalmis pituitary adrenal access,
and so it's regulating your adrenal response in the way
(11:27):
that cortisol is being released. It's helping to fight off
neurotoxicity and neuro inflammation, and at the same time it's
giving your cells, the inner core of your cell, the
ability to push out energy. So I cannot say enough
about Rodeola. It is by far my favorite adaptagenic herb,
(11:51):
and I encourage you to look at this one during
this time of year, help your body regulate that stress
response better and think about it as a wonderful gift
idea or someone that you care about that you know
is incredibly stressed out. Stress management has to be part
(12:17):
of your wellness journey. If you leave that part out
of the loop, as I mentioned myself, I had left
that out of the loop. It affects every single system.
When most people think of stress, they're thinking of cortisol. Well,
(12:38):
we know the impact cortisol can have. Excessive cortisol certainly
can throw off your blood sugars. It can certainly make
your fat cells a little puffier, which is not ideal.
But we know it's affecting everything else. It's affecting neurotransmitter release,
so your serotonin that makes you feel happy, even gabba
(13:01):
that helps you stay calm. We know that stress, chronic
stress will lead to problems in every single system. It
disregulates your body's ability to manage inflammation. So even that
(13:22):
COX one Cox two pathway where so much of the
inflammatory cytokinds are driven up, gets kind of thrown off kilter,
which we don't want and just to think we can
take something as simple as rodeola which can help to
counteract all of that. The rodeola extract for those who
(13:42):
are working out excellent for those who are not working out.
Excellent for those who are stressed to the max. Excellent
for those who have been already told by their doctor
that they have chronic fatigue syndrome where they're dealing with fibromyalgia,
this is a wonderful product for you to turn to
and during the holidays when stress levels can reach their peak.
(14:06):
We don't want to compromise our immune defenses and allow
stress to have this opening. So any little bug that's
out there, and I know that you know this is
that time cold and flu season where you want to
make sure that you are being incredibly proactive into what
(14:26):
you are taking every single day so that you can
help to avert getting sick, being home for a few
days in bed, feeling horrible. We want to be able
to avoid those things. And Rodeola Extract is a wonderful,
wonderful choice. So that's on a buy one, get one free.
(14:47):

(17:24):
Happy Saturday morning. Goodness. We are only just what twelve
days out from Christmas Holidays. Dress is a real deal thing, guys,
So rodeola extract, please turn to that Coco. Let's talk
some Coco HX, This product that Jerry put together so
many years ago, such a fan favorite, especially during the
(17:47):
colder months, because it's such a tasty way to pack
a punch of antioxidants into your system by sipping on
a nice hot cup of coco. But you can use
this many other ways too, you can. I'm one of
my favorite ways to use our Coco HX is I
added into plain organic yogurt and then sometimes I put
(18:09):
some berries on there and some granola. Very very tasty
that way. Doctor Claire, she's kind of a the recipe
expert at Invite Health with all of our different formulations,
so she's got some really nifty ways to use Coco
HX and make little fancy little desserts and stuff. So
you can always ask her as well. But let's talk
(18:33):
about this brand new study that just came out King's College,
London and they said scientists have uncovered a surprising link
between dark chocolate and slower aging. Yes, tell me more.
I want to know how do we slow down aging?
And this is actually published in the Aging Journal, and
(18:57):
they were looking at the how theore So the obromine
is the the active constituent that is found in coco,
so coming from the dark chocolate. And I always tell folks,
if you're going to eat chocolate, not milk chocolate, you
want to be using the dark chocolate. The higher coco
(19:18):
count the better. Now, when you're using coco hax, you
don't have to worry about that because that's all that
you're getting. You're just getting those powerful cocoa flavanols. And
so they were looking at this in people's blood. So
I love blood analysis studies. I just they're in my
wheelhouse of I just find them incredibly fascinating because your
(19:39):
blood doesn't lie to you, and you can see so
much when you're doing blood analysis studies. So the team
that set up this particular study, they were looking at
groups of individuals and those who you know, higher intake
(20:02):
of coco dark chocolate in their diet, and then they
were looking at their actual age and then their cellular age,
which I love, love love studies like this, So you're
looking at the chromosomal age and then you look at
your chronological age. And they could see this direct correlation
(20:22):
that the individuals that had much higher intake, and clearly
they could depict this in their blood of that theobromine level.
Those who had the highest intake in the highest levels
of theobromine had a better score when it came to
(20:42):
their age. So looking at the chronological age, looking at
the chromosomal age, which is so incredibly impressive. And this
isn't something that's new to coco, anything that we already
didn't know, but just to see another study that continues
to reinforce this, and they said that the theobromine really
(21:04):
stands out among the other coco flavionols that they were assessing,
and they were looking at that biological age and looking
at those telomeres and how the telomeres the encaps of
your chromosomes. How we know that those shorten as we
get older. And to be able to see this powerful
(21:24):
impact that the cocoa had on slowing down the aging process.
Need I say more, get yourself over to invite help
today and get your cocoa AHX because not only is
the taste absolutely amazing, and it's packed with those power flavionols,
Plus it has other antioxidants because Jerry Hickey formulated this product,
(21:48):
so of course he added other things into it. So
there are some fruit antioxidants in this as well. But
when you're taking the Coco AHX, you're just having that
lovely taste of that coco in so many wonderful ways
for you to use. This. Coco has been studied quite
extensively through the years for all of its many health benefits.
(22:12):
We know it's a powerhouse when it comes to its
antioxidant ability to fight off free radicals. But we also
can look at studies conducted with those coco flavonols as
what's found in the Coco HX, and you can see
just through cardio metabolic testing how it can help with
(22:32):
lowering markers for inflammation see reactive protein regulation of Homocysteine.
Incredibly impressive studies out there. And the brain the brain
studies on coco is impressive once again, so the ability
of those coco flavanols to cross that blood brain barrier
(22:53):
and to slow down the aging process in the brain.
That's also another plug when it comes to supplementing with
our Coco HX. And when you start to break down
all of what is in our cocoa formulation and you
look at the fruit and the vegetable extracts that Jerry
(23:17):
pumped into this, it leads you down that path of
having a super charged antioxidant formulation that is targeting daily detoxification.
It's helping to facilitate the ability of your cells to
respond to stress. Once again, holiday stress Sipping on your
(23:41):
COCOAHX very very good idea. And once again, this is
on a buy one, get one free, but if you
use that promo code Amanda Woor, you get that additional
ten percent off. And to me, the coco HX this
is a really fun product to to turn to for
holiday gift giving ideas. Who doesn't love chocolate, guys, So
(24:06):
to give someone something that is so packed with so
many antioxidants, that has so much science and research backed
behind it, so we know how effective it is. The
efficacy of our coco HX is second to none. And certainly,
(24:29):
at the end of the day, if we can take
a product that allows for ourselves to age more gracefully,
helps to support our heart, our brain, our immune system,
we should be turning to that. And so that's why
I like the COCOHX as a holiday gift idea, not
(24:50):
just for your friends, family members, coworkers, but give yourself
that gift of health as well. So finally I have
the green TTX because we know the power of EGCG,
so the epigallo catechin gaylate the claim to fame of
(25:12):
green tea. Why green tea has been studied through the years. Clearly,
teas have been around for thousands of years, and we've
always recognized that there's a lot of medicinal benefit to
sipping on tea. But when you actually pull out the
catakin from that te which is what we have done
with the Green TTX, you get this power punch of
(25:34):
that EGCG. It is organic, it's decaffeinated, It naturally contains theanine,
which we know theanine helps our body produce more gabba,
which helps to keep us calm. So you see the
win win for using green TTX during the holidays, because
(25:55):
it's helping with the stress response. It's certainly giving us
that layer of protection for our immune system because we
know that the catkins themselves, they help to coat the
back of the throat. So maybe you're jumping on the subway,
maybe you're getting on the bus, and someone on that
bus or subway, probably more than one people are coughing
(26:18):
and sneezing, and you think, oh goodness, I hope I
don't get that well. If you have your green TTX
on board with you and you are sipping on your
green TTX on a regular basis, this is what you
can expect. You can expect that your immune system now
has this added partner to be able to fight off
(26:40):
things like the common cold and influenza. And this is
the way green tea has actually been studied, so many
studies on the effectiveness of green tea when it comes
to influenza and other viruses, including rhinovirus, which is what
creates the most common cold. And we know that EG
(27:01):
is regulating that immune defense. It is helping to give
your immune cells that extra support, which is so incredibly
important during this time of year. And besides the fact
that we know it's great for that, we can also
see all the other ways that having green TTX, and
(27:25):
the way that you use this is you take two
full droppers, you add that into about four to six
ounces of water. You can heat that up. It's not
going to somehow affect the potency of the the EGCG.
It's still going to be very very strong even if
you warm this up. But this is something that you're
getting so many additional side benefits that go along with it.
(27:48):
It's not just for the immune system, it's also helping
to do a master class in regulating inflammation because one
of the things that we know about green tea is
that it can help to turn off this switch in
the body known as HMGB one. HMGB one, when activated,
(28:10):
will make inflammation go like a wildfire in your body.
We know that green tea can actually turn that off.
So for all of the many ways that sipping on
your invite health green TTX can support your immune system,
think of all the other ways that it is helping you.
(28:31):
And we also know that green tea the EGCG has
been shown to be a powerhouse at helping your fat
cells burn. So the natural thermogenic properties of green tea
is just another great reason to add this in for
yourself and for your friends, family, and coworkers during the holiday.
(28:56):
All of the many benefits of green ttx. It's on

Speaker 2 (30:48):
Welcome to Invite Radio. You're about to receive responsible, life
changing information on health and nutrition. You'll hear from Invite
professionals who are leaders and targeted and anti aging nutrition.
Get ready for tomorrow's nutritional science to right here, right now.
Good morning everybody, Happy holiday season, Christmas, Hanika, whatever you celebrate,
(31:09):
it's all here right now. And it's such a cool
time of year. Now. Invite is making four our followers, etc.
People who like our products and our message. Invite is
making the holiday season even much brighter. They're giving away
to store. Now, that's not completely accurate. Giving away to
(31:33):
store usually means you're selling your things, your items at
such a low price it's unsustainable. However, Invite has found
a way to make this sustainable. They can give you
super low prices on extremely high quality nutritional supplements. And
it's all due to this new man in town, a
(31:54):
new sheriff in town named Alan. Alan is this young,
super dedicated, super hard working guide. I joined Invite in
the past several months and he's a genius with the
Internet and with pricing and the economy, et cetera. And
he figured a way of cutting costs in a very
(32:17):
humane way. They didn't. It's not like they let people
go or they're getting cheaper ingredients or anythink. They're getting
really high quality ingredients that I've been used in human
clinical trials that are really safe and really help you.
Really have benefit, but they figured a way to make
the prices really low, especially on the Saturday morning WOOR
radio program. So you only hear this if you listen
(32:39):
to this show. And starting in January, this program is
going to be an hour and a half. Again, we
historically were an hour and a half going back several years.
So here's how it works. Every product that I discuss
on this program, or that doctor Amanda Williams describes on
(33:03):
her program, is fifty percent off suggested retail on two bottles.
So anything I speak about today, I'm going to speak
about res er twell, I'm going to speak about college,
and I'm going to speak about really wonderful, very useful supplements.
Every product I speak about, if you buy two bottles,
you get fifty percent off suggested retail. But it gets
better than that because on orders that we ship that
(33:25):
are thirty five dollars or more, we pay the shipping
and if you mention a specific code, you get an
additional ten percent off any invite product, even the products
I don't speak about on this program. Now that code
and it doesn't matter if you go into the store
or if you call on the phone, or you go
(33:46):
into the website and order on the website, or order
three your cell phone, whatever way. Type in Jerry my
name j E R Ry Woer and you'll get an
extra ten percent off on any product, including Today's specials.
So Today's Specials, you buy two bottles, you get fifty
percent of suggested retail you mentioned Jerry wor and you
(34:10):
get an extra ten percent off on any invite product
now and so thank you allan for achieving that. So
let's get to work. Let's talk about res veritrol. This
is something I take every morning. I take two hundred
milligrams every morning with my breakfast because res veritul technically,
(34:30):
if you spoke to a botanist, not a nutritionist or
a medical doctor. To a botanist, it's called a phyto election,
a fhido election protects plants, and specifically it protects them
from drought, mold, heat, you know, fungi, bacteria, viruses, and
it kind of does the same thing for us, especially
in our brain. Res Veritrol acts as a fido election
(34:54):
in humans by blocking the effects of toxins in our brain.
Now that's really important. Anybody who smokes, anybody with diabetes,
anybody who's had mini strokes or stroke anybody over the
age of fifty. There's more and more toxins. And I'll
explain whine a little while. There's more and more toxins
leaching into their brain and killing brain cells and muddling
(35:14):
up their thinking process and damaging their memory, et cetera.
Res veritrual protects the brain from these toxins, and it
does it by affecting certain survival genes, which is very interesting.
But res virtual is a very tiny, very complex molecule
which has two ends that protect you, kind of like
a head and the tail. So this very tiny molecule
(35:36):
gets into your brain very successfully, gets it to your
thyroid glind, It gets a to your lungs, It gets
a to your adrenal glinds, you know, your stress glans.
It gets it to your pancreas. It gets it to
your hearing apparatus and your eyes and the blood vessels
in your heart, and it protects each and every one
of these organs, which is not something easy to achieve. Now,
(35:58):
one of the ways rest acts as a final election
a protector from plants. It stabilizes and rebuilds our blood
brain barrier. I don't know anything else that does that. Well,
there is something else that does that to a degree.
It's called alphaalo poet acid, which we're going to talk
(36:19):
about as the next supplement. We're going to talk about
something called alcohol with ala, which is also terrific for
the brain. And I take both of these every day
because they work in conjunction to protect key parts of
the brain. And you're hearing, so let's get back to it.
Our blood brain barrier is a barrier that very successfully
prevents toxins from getting into our brain. So it's a
(36:42):
barrier so the things in our circulation, the things in
our bloodstream can't easily get into our brain. And it
works throughout our life. But when you get older, it
starts to get leaky, and there's more and more of
poor actors, bad substances getting into your brain, confusing the brain,
muddling thought, causing roadblocks for all kinds of brain activities,
(37:06):
including your mood and your memory, and actually causing the
death of brain cells. I mean, this is what you
see in things like Parkinson's disease, muscular certain dystro fees.
You see this in Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
All these toxins getting into the brain and they just
ravage the brain. So rest virtual stimulates repair cells on
(37:28):
the lining of the blood vessels specifically within our brain
to repair and maintain a blood brain barrier. There was
a multi center, double blind, nationwide study and they found
that rest virtual is safe, absolutely safe in older people
like me. I'm going to be seventy one in February,
(37:50):
and rest virtual strongly reduces inflammation in the brain. And
it does this by rebuilding the blood brain barrier partially.
That's one of the major ways it does it. It
also does a reinstalling circulation to the brain. So for instance,
Georgetown University did a big study on that, Georgetown University.
(38:14):
It was a multi centor study and he found that yes,
it absolutely repairs the protective mechanisms in the brain that
keeps tuctions out of our brain because these mechanisms fail
us as we get older. And when you look at
Alzheimer's or when you look at other forms of dementia,
(38:37):
it's minor leakage, minor damage to these protective barriers in
the brain called the blood brain barrier. Minor damage over
time we call that chronically. Over time allows things to
get into the brain that really damage the brain and
you have a build up of a plaque and you
have a destruction of the brain, and then you lose
(38:58):
your marbles, your cheese slides off cracker. So it's a
very subtle thing that takes years and it destroys the brain.
The rest ritual can help counter that, and that is
like terrific info. So there are things that cause major
leakages in the brain, like alcoholism and strokes, but many strokes, diabetes,
(39:20):
high blood pressure that's not controlled, too many bed fats
in the blood like triglycerides, and super high cholesterol. All
these things affect the blood brain barrier and you start
to get things going into the brain that do not
belong there. And rest Viritual can counteract that. And that's
a major reason. That is the reason why I'm taking
rest Viritual. That is the reason why I take rest
(39:41):
Viritual to support and rebuild my blood brain barrier so
toxins don't get into my brain. So twenty years for
now my brain is still working. But the other thing
about rest Viritual, the second incredible effect on the brain
is it's vaso active and specifically it's say it has
cerebral vascular functions. So cerebral vascular means it affects the
(40:04):
circulation in the brain. That's what that means. So the
first study I saw on that was from the Max
Planck Institute over in Germany, and they took people in
their seventies and eighties and they were using these super
powerful MRIs. They used contrast agents with the MRIs to
(40:27):
show up the brain and they gave so they were
functional MRIs, super powerful, super sensitive MRIs at a brain,
so it's an image you could see what's going on
in the brain. So they gave these older people two
hundred milligrams of trans rest virtual and I'll get to
that in a minute. What does that mean. They gave
these people two hundred milligrams a trans res virtual every
(40:48):
day for six months, and it had a fantastic effect
on the brain. The brain. They could see that inflammation
was declining, they could see that circular was permeating the
entire brain much better, but specifically the parts of the
brain that make you you like, your cognitive functions, your
(41:09):
ability to understand and retain and remember and flesh out information.
So these people's memories improved. Now that's not the only
study along that line. But it was so amazing when
I read that that right away I made a second
res virtual and the old days we only had one
(41:31):
hundred milligrams of restual. I said, you know what, the
match Plank Institute, they're super smart. They have a place
in Florida too. They're not just in Germany. They have
a health place down in Florida. And for all you
people that go to Florida in the winter and listen
to me from Florida, We've got a huge listing audience
in Florida, Texas, Florida, all over the place. In any event,
(41:55):
they did this reshows study in Australia and it was
over the course of two years. It was two hundred
women in total that were either on rest viritul or placebo.
So they were all eventually on respirtral, they were all
eventually on Placibo plus was inactive substance, so you could
compare things. Nobody knew who was taken to rest vitrol
or who was taken to placebo. So two hundred women
(42:17):
in total because of two years switching to product, and
they found that rest virtual restored circulation to the brain
of these aging women, these postmenopausal aging women by seventeen percent,
which is amazing because Harvard research shows that circulation to
the brain general the declines between ten to fourteen percent
(42:37):
in the general population. Now it's worse than smokers, it's
worse in diabetics, it's worth than people who've had strokes,
et cetera. But this was amazing. So rest fvitul does
two things in the brain. It defends the blood brain
barrier and helps rebuild it, and it restores circulation to
an aging brain. Now I mentioned resvirtual before, and that's
(43:01):
a really important point. We only use trans respritual. There's
two forms of respritual in nature, cysts and trans. The
trans one is the one that protects the lungs and
improves breathing, and older people are people what we can lungs.
The trans one is the one that protects the pancreas.
The trans so that's really important. If your diabetic diabetes
(43:21):
puts a tremendous workload on your pancreas, you want to
protect it with res virtual. It's the transform that's good
for the brain. That's the one you want. So when
you purchase the respvitual from invite to twenty five milligram
or the one hundred milligram or the two hundred milligram.
It's only trans respirtual the one that really works. But
it's better than that because res virtual is also damaged
(43:43):
by sunlight or any light, even an incandescent light bulb.
It's a very sensitive molecule. And so they get the
green stuff out of vegetables and then pregnate that in
the capsule. But oxygen also damages res virtual, So if
you're getting restvirtual drops or rest virtual power, it's not
doing anything for you. It's it's already decayed. As soon
(44:03):
as the oxygen and the light's hitting that powder of liquid,
it's decaying. It's not working. That's why you know red
wine has a little respritual, but once you open a cork,
that res ritual has gone in a day or two.
So the respritual is protected by from oxygen because there's
a super tight weave in these vegetable capsules, so it's
protected for light and oxygen. But it works better because
(44:27):
the scientists, like the Agricultural Department, et cetera, all these
brainiacs found that respritual works better if you take the
things that exist in fruits and vegetables alongside the respritual
and you put it together. So we take the quercitan
and and the oligomeric promento cyanosides that exists in these plants,
(44:48):
and we put it in a resviritual product because it
amplifies the benefits of the respviritual. So you can't get
a better rest viritual than the invite because it has
not decayed. It's still functional, it's protected from light oxygen,
and it has these other ingredients in it, the OPCs
that's the aligomeric proenthess andodens and the quersaton that improve
(45:10):
its it's benefits that amplify its benefits. Okay, let's go
to a break I take one every day with my
breakfast from my brain. Health. Will be right back.

Speaker 2 (46:17):
Okay, Welcome back, Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, wonderful time of year,
Happy New Year's, whatever you celebrate. All to join the
world too. I have so much going on. Last night
I had friends over, I had a party for the holidays,
friends who I love. Tonight, I'm going to my one
of my son's houses and there's going to be a
whole crew of people there. It's just so much going
(46:37):
on right now. I'm seeing my family like crazy, and
my friends. Oh, I have so many friends. I didn't
realize I had so many friends. It's kind of hard.
It takes up at the time having that many friends,
I mean close friends. Okay, let's get back to it.
So rest Ertual take it for your brain. I take
it with my breakfast because I take the car with
(47:00):
Ala in the middle of the day, and I take
the Buyer Curcuman five locks in at dinner. They're not
on special, but the but the res Virtual is on special,
and the alcohol with ALA's on special. And you know what,
I'll throw in the Buyer Curricument five loxtion. Let's make
I mentioned it. Let's throw it in. That'll be on
special too, Biocurricuman five box. So I take the res
(47:21):
Virtual with breakfast to repair my blood brain barrier and
to restore circulation to my aging brain. I take alcohol
with Ala in the afternoon and I'll explain why in
a minute, because it's on special today. And I take
Buyer Kirkman five lox in at night with my dinner
because it's amazing. It restores your ability to create new
(47:42):
memory cells, just like a young person, so you always
have some memory cells that are working. It's amazing. It's amazing.
But we're not getting into the Bier Kirkman five boxing
on this program, I don't think because there's so many
other things I really plan I'm talking about. So let's
talk about alcohol with ALA. Now, ALA has a slight
ability to repair the blood brain barrier, but not as
(48:04):
much as res virtual. So alcohol with ALA is acetyl
l carnotine. It's actually an acetyl conatine and alphalopoic acid,
and these things work together to generate energy in the brain. Now,
this is important. Some neurologists who study Alzheimer's and help
(48:25):
Alzheimer's patients call Alzheimer's type three diabetes. Type three diabetes.
Type one diabetes is when you can't make insulin. Type
two diabetes is the one people typically get when they're
overweight and inactive in eating bad foods, and type three diabetes, apparently,
(48:45):
is when the brain can no longer sustain energy production
and it just sizzles out. It fizzles out. Not sizzles out,
it fizzles out because it can't create energy out of sugar.
Sugar is what gives your brain energy. It's not protein,
it's not fat, it's sugar. In Alzheimer's and even in
(49:06):
aging brains to a less much lesser degree, metabolism feels
and in this part oftabolism, we're talking about generating energy
out of sugar, and they found out when you gave
people alcohol with Ala, you restore the ability of your
brain to create energy out of your food, and that's
(49:27):
rather amazing. I'll tell you three or four side benefits
to alcohol with Ala before we go any further. The
henry Ford Health System in Michigan, especially in Detroit, use
alcohol with Ala along with res viitual to help hearing
loss caused by loud noise. You know, like what happens
(49:50):
to soldiers or people who work with Jackhamers, et cetera.
Or people who worked in the subway all their life
and they or they're musicians, they've lost hearing, or people
who are on the radio. We lose hear on the
radio for certain reasons. So the henry Ford Health System
gives alcohol with Ala and rest viritual to help restore
(50:11):
hearing and to help get rid of Tonight's and they're
getting benefits out of it. So one thing you can
use alcohol with Ala along res ferritual, which you're both
on special today, is if you have ringing in the
years Tonight's. A second thing for alcohol with Ala is
it does restore metabolism. So you'll see that maybe five
or ten pounds of belly fedal go away and you'll
(50:33):
regain about ten pounds of muscle because muscle does have memory.
The research shows muscle has memory. It's easier to get
muscle back if you already had muscle. Well, that is
getting it back, isn't it. It's easier to form muscle
or reform muscle if you already had muscle on you'll losso.
So alcohol with ALA kind of takes the fatal if
your bellying, converts it into energy, and it takes some
(50:56):
of your food and converts it into muscle. So that's
a good one. Now for the brain, it's a winner.
Here's a study and the journal plus one, a great
American journal, and they said, uh, I'm not going to
read you the title. It's like a big long technical sentence.
But what they're saying is alcar declines, the worse your
(51:18):
brain health. In other words, an older person has less
alcar in their brain than a young person. But it's
not pethologic, it's not a disease. They just have less
so they have less brain energy. But then when you
get to frank memory loss like mild cognitive impairment where
you could still function, but you're not functioning well. So
(51:40):
you can still drive somewhere and go shopping, et cetera,
and probably bounce your checkbook, but you're having trouble with
your memory. They have a lot less alcar and a brain.
And then when you look at dementia or Parkinson's disease
or something along that nature, a huge drop in alcar. Okay,
So we're gonna put that aside because that only that
only makes it a association. But here is causation. This
(52:03):
is like a step up. This is the journal Nutrients
recently a whole bunch of academic research institutions, and what
they said that studies explore the use of alcar and
patients with dementia. Now, sadly, in America we only believe
in drugs. Okay, when you go to a place where
(52:25):
Alzheimer's patients, they only believe in drugs. But in these
studies in other countries like Italy and England, etc. They're
showing that alcre really benefits the brain of people with dementia.
In fact, they actually did a meta analysis of something
like twelve studies in people with dementia and they found
giving them alcar has a true benefit. Physically, they function better. Mentally,
(52:50):
they functioned better. It's easier for them to get dressed,
it's easier for them to get to the commissary and
no where to go to eat their lunch. It's easier
for them to have a conversation to actually remember, bring
things better. But what they're finding is the alcar slows
down dementia. Now, dementia can progress very rapidly. So you
could see somebody with dementia this week and they know
(53:12):
who you are, and you could see them three months
from now and they have no clue who you are. Well,
they found that the alcore slowed down dementia like a
year or two. Now, there's other things you can mix
in with that. You could speak to our nutritionnis and
that's the beauty of dealing with invite. We have nutritionists
on hand every day. So after this radio program, if
(53:32):
you say, you know, Jerry spoke about things for people
with dementia, I'd like to know what else he spoke
about alcol with ALA and respirtual What else can I give?
And those people are there and they have a great education,
and they're dedicated and they're friendly and they're kind and
they help you for free because Invite pays them. Because
Invite believes correctly so that we should have qualified degreed
(53:53):
nutritionists to recommend the supplements for you because the supplements
are so important, They're so key to survive on health.
So take advantage of that. Seven days a week there's
a nutrition as you could speak to an Invite act.
You don't get that anywhere else. Come on people with
real degrees. Yeah, you could go into any health foodstore
and they'll have somebody there that read a book or
thinks they know something, and Invite they really know something.
(54:16):
So deal with Invite. These are super high quality products.
They clean. Most of them have been used in Newman
clinical trials that have publish the medical journals, which gives
us different forms of evidence. It tells us, hey, they're safe.
How much do we give and what can we expect
out of the benefits. And we know this because this
(54:37):
is what we focus on, the real science behind nutrition,
not the fairy dust, the real science. So and by
the way, I hope they change the ads to reflect
our new way of selling new things on this program
and it's only on this program on the Saturday morning
on wr OAR every Saturday morning. Any product we're discussing,
(54:59):
you get fifty percent off suggested retail if you buy
two bottles. So if you buy two bottles of rest
Virtual or two bottles of alcar with Ala, you get
fifty percent off suggested retail. And if you mention a
following code, you get an extra ten percent off. She
getting almost sixty percent off if you throw in the
free shipping for products over thirty five dollars. For sales
over thirty five dollars, you're getting over sixty percent off.
(55:22):
So if you use this code, you get an extra
ten percent on any invite product. And here's the code.
It's really simple. It's the radio station and my first
name Jerry WR. Jerry Wr. So it doesn't matter if
you go into the stores, if you call on the phone,
if you go on the internet, make sure you type
that in or make sure you mention it when you
(55:42):
speak to us Jerry WR, and you get that extra bonus.
You get that extra discount. So alcr with Ala prevents
deterioration of your brain at resource physical function of the brain,
even in people with some level of dementia, So it
protects the brain to bring can use sugar again because
sugar is the fuel for the brain, and this helps
prevent cell death and the burgeon the burden of confusion
(56:07):
in the brain. But it actually clicks your mood up
a whole bunch of levels. Al Car and Ala work
as antidepressants because they make the brain work again, and
your mood's going to click up a whole bunch of
levels because of the energy. You're gonna wake up feeling
(56:27):
much happier if you use alcohol with ala. I'm telling you. So.
The thing is that alcar with ala are both natural
in the human brain, but once again, the level declines
with age. We're just putting it back in the brain,
that's all we're doing. It's very safe for you to take,
but take it away from food. It'll get into the
brain more efficiently that way. So with my breakfast, I'm
(56:49):
taking rest virtual from my brain, but i also take
a multi vitamin and I'm also taking krill oil. They're
all good for my brain. So at breakfast, I'm taking restarchual.
At lunch or around lunch, but not at lunch, I'm
taking alcohol with ala maybe half an hour before lunch,
and then at denner I take to Bo Kirkman five blocks,
(57:11):
so I'll put all three of those on special today. Okay,
let's go to a break schare you're here, you invite health.
Don't forget you're getting a much better deal on this program.
Now mention Jerry woor and not only do you get
fifty percent off retail on two bottles, you get an
extra ten percent off. We'll be right back.

Speaker 2 (58:26):
Okay, welcome back. Once a week, typically sometimes twice a week.
I have this bunch of health professionals, not a meetful lunch,
pharma system, medical doctors, and we get together, you know,
we text each other and we just meet down in
Northport at one of the restaurants down there, and we
(58:48):
have a light lunch and we discuss health. So on Monday,
last Monday, we met No Tuesday, I'm sorry, we met
down Tuesday and and Hagen Bakery but they have real
food there too, Copenhagen Bakery. We meant last Tuesday. I
call these guys by dock buddies because in the summer
(59:09):
we meet in the dock in Northport and we sit
there for an hour to and discuss health, et cetera.
So a couple of the pharmacists there and when the
doctor said, so many people are sick right now, do
you have a tip? Because they know I know nutrition, okay,
because they're always asking me about nutrition it's very fulfilling
when you're sitting down with a couple of medical doctors
and pharmacists and they're rescuing me what to use for
(59:30):
nutrition fiir clines, So I said, take nucleotides. So I
want to put nucleotides on special today because so many
people have these coffs and colds and lung things right now. Pneumonia, walking, pneumonia,
it's actually nucleotides and nucleosides. It's a supplement. We call
it nucleotides. So these are molecules that make up your
(59:51):
nucleic acids. They rebuild us, they make your RNA, your DNA,
et cetera, and they make energy. So the nucleotides give
you energy immediately for your immune system. Your immune systems
involved with healing, so this is important. Like if you
had surgery or you're going into the hospital or something
and you're in a week in state, the nucleotides give
(01:00:12):
you the energy for healing and fighting off infections. So
that's important because all of us have to fight off
infections in the winter, but also recovering from an infection.
So let's say you're starting to get sick, you want
to take nuclear tides. Now, I take two every day,
kind of like a tonic, Okay, just for protection, to
give energy to my immune system. Because people are sick
(01:00:34):
all over the place. I mean, that's just how it
is in the winter, right, So I take two a
day just for protection. But if I start to get sick,
then I up it till like five twice a day
for let's say two days, and it just pushes that
infection away. Now, if somebody came into me and said, hey,
I'm sick, I got the flu, and I want to
go on vacation, I'll say, hey, take take five or
six twice a day for like three days. It'll help
(01:00:55):
you tremendously. And it really does. So it boosts the
energy for your amus une system to help protect you
basic immune health, basic immune nourishment. So at the root
of it, nucleotides are an immune system tonic. Help you,
help defend you from development infection. But if you already
(01:01:17):
have an infection, help you get over it quicker, help
prevent it from getting to bid. Now, other benefits of nucleotides,
they repay you digestive tracts, so like if you add
a like irritable ballos in rome or Chron's disease or
collidis or something. This can help heal the digestive tract.
They're a quick source of energy if you're really fatigued,
they help heal a wound, they help with infections. I mean,
(01:01:37):
that's really what they are. So if you're in like
a fragile state or people whore sickle around, you get
on it. One of the ways that the nucleotides work
is they boost immune system function in your digestive tract.
Now that that means a lot seventy five percent or so,
approximately seventy five percent of your immune system takes place
in your digestive tract, and the nucleotides directly stoked the
(01:02:01):
health of these immune system cells. Okay, so let's move on,
because I just want I wanted to add that because hey,
I got a couple of these friends, and I told them, hey,
give these to your patients, and if their patients are listening,
they could get a good deal. Today. I also put
melatonin on special today. Personally, I take melatonin. I'm a user.
(01:02:27):
Melatonin is released from cells throughout the body. It's released
from immune cells and digestive tract cells, but a lot
of the melatonin in us is released from this organ
deep within our brain called our pineal gland, and it
reacts to light the amount of light. So they call
it the nighttime hormone, etcetera, the sleep hormone. So as
(01:02:49):
it gets darker, when it goes to dusk, you start
to release more melatonin. Now it doesn't knock you out,
it allows you to sleep. It's not a sleeping pill
per se. It sets up the time where you go
to sleep, but it's very effective. The research shows that
the rest veratrual restores what we call which is very important,
(01:03:12):
which is great for anti aging and preventing disease, your
circadian rhythm of the cells throughout your body. All your
cells have a rhythm, you know, morning night et Saturday afternoon,
and the melatonin is key to restoring your circadian rhythm,
which is overall health. I mean, it's at the qure
of health. It's just a tonic for the entire body.
(01:03:35):
So I take melatonin a half an hour before I
want to sleep, and it's amazing because what was happening.
I was only sleeping four or five hours, which is
no good for my brain, my bones, my immune system.
And I'll explain that in a minute. So I went
on a melatonin invite and I fall asleep within twenty
minutes because I take it strategically. So twenty to thirty
(01:04:00):
immense before I want to sleep, and I sleep. I'm
not kidding you. Six hours would be saying it lightly.
I'm sleeping seven to eight hours a night, very RESTful sleep.
Now why is that important. You're reducing inflammation in your
brain at night, and melatonin is key to that because
(01:04:21):
the inflammation muddels your brain, causes depression and anxiety, contributes
to all kinds of brain diseases and dementias. So the
melatonin is triggering a decline in inflammation in your brain.
But it also balances your immune system. Melatonin. Every immune
cell basically requires melotonin to function. They require vitamin dnay
require melatonin to function properly. So the melatonin pulps the
(01:04:45):
immune system. So yeah, and that way it's anti cancer,
anti viral, antibacteria. But that's also when you build bone.
You're not building bone in the daytime, you're using up bone.
You build bone when you're sleeping. Melatonin is the key
to building You could build bone simply by taking melotonin. Now,
(01:05:09):
the other thing is it repairs your digestive tract. Melotonin
is key to repaying the digestive tract. Digestive tract cells
actually release melotonin. So it'll help you with gird you know, reflux, heartburn,
it'll help you repay your intestines if you have bleeding
of something. But you also rewire your brain at night.
You rewire your brain, you learn at night, you store
(01:05:30):
memories at night, you create new memory cells at night.
You need melatonin to do that, and melotonin. Here's what
it really does. It helps people with insomnia. Now, insomnia
doesn't mean you're not sleeping. It can some people don't
sleep at all, but that's very dangerous. Insomnia might mean
(01:05:50):
you can't fall asleep it takes you an hour and
a half to fall asleep. Or insomnia might mean you're
not sleeping long enough. Or insomnia might mean you wake
up in the middle of the night for three hours.
That's all in some So melatonin is shown in many
human clinical trials to help with these sleep problems. Here's
the problem melatonin. Of course, it's release declines with age,
(01:06:15):
So I mean that's really why I was only sleeping
four or five hours a night, which is not good
for my brain. It's not good for my bones, it's
not good for my immune system, and it increases your
level of pain the daytime, your chronic pain. So when
you take melatonin, it helps with daytime pain. It helps
your immune system find off infections and even to a
degree cancer. It helps recreate a healthy young brain and
(01:06:37):
keep the brain going. So you know the bodies complex.
It's not one thing that does everything for the body.
And it also builds your bone and it repits it
digestive track. So I put our melatonin. We have real melotonin,
and it's super accurate the dosage. So when our melatonin
says three milligrams, it really is three miligrams. So I
wanted to put the the melod tone and on special,
(01:07:01):
and I want to put the nuclear tids on special,
even though I'm not going to put that much effort
into discussing what they do. Now I'm putting something else
on special. I have a friend who's a a really
good actor. He's in You've seen him a hundred times
in the movies. Okay, you've seen this guy one hundred times.
(01:07:23):
But I'm not mentioning his name because I didn't get
permission to mention his name, but he's a very good
friend of mine, and recently I met him and his
wife in Santa Barbara, California, and I had lunch with them.
We spent two or three hours together. We've been meeting
for lunch in California and Manhattan, New York for years,
for I don't know, twenty years. So he's a good
(01:07:45):
friend of mine. I guarantee you've seen him in movies
because he's been in the biggest movie. And he caught
me up Tuesday, as a matter of fact, before I
went out with my doctor and my pharmacist friends. He
called me up Tuesday and he said, Jerry. So it
was very early because he's called from Santa Barbara, which
(01:08:06):
is possibly the most beautiful city in America other than
Saint Augustine in Florida. Saint Augustine in Florida is gorgeous,
but let's get back to it. So he calls me
from Santa Barbara early in the morning over there and
he says, you know, I'm stressed out about something. Well, yeah,
living in California can do that. So he said, I'm
(01:08:28):
stressed out about something. What do I take? And I said,
take el theanine. He goes, that's what I was going
to ask you. So I put al theanine for my
body on special today. This is very self serving. Al
theanine comes out of the tea plant. Later on, althenine
is converted to something else in the tea plant. So
(01:08:50):
once you know, once you have like a green tea
and black tea, you're not really getting much el theanine,
but al theenine calms the brain. So this friend of
mine wasn't having trouble sleeping because he lacks melatonin. He
was having trouble sleeping because he's stressed out about something.
So like, let's say you're a cab driver in Manhattan,
(01:09:13):
or you drive a limousine and you're all stressed out.
It's the holiday season. Everybody wants to get to the
airport and go visit their family and all, and you're
stuck in traffic. L theening gets rid of that frustration,
the nervousness, the anxiety, the jitters, the spilkys and old
Yiddish where the spilky's the shakes. When you live in
New York, you know, you know all words from all
(01:09:35):
these different languages. But in any event, it gets rid
of the shakes. It gets rid of nervousness, so it
calms to print. It gets rid of the noise. But
you could still be creative, like when I have to
write an article or create a supplement or sometimes doing
a radio show. If I'm stressed out, I'll take an elthening.
L theenine one hundred milligrams gets rid of stress. It's
(01:09:57):
gone and went out the window. It's gone within ten minutes,
and then I'm calm and I could focus and be creative.
Now I'm really good with handling stress, so I rarely
take l theeniinge. But if you're stressed out and it's
it's making you nervous and you can't focus on things,
or you know you have to do twenty things at once,
(01:10:20):
take an Althenian. It'll calm down the brain and help
you focus. It'll help you with your creativity. So let's
say you have to switch tasks real quick and you're
really stressed out about the list. Test taking health theening.
It's not happened for me. It always works. One a
day is enough for most people. But at night, if
you need help sleeping because you're nervous, take two. And
(01:10:40):
by the way, it helps the immune system indirectly want
When you're stressed out, you really stress type hormones called
they're relayed to quarters well their cortisol and other critical steroids.
They suppress the immune system. So if you're stressed out,
it's easy to get a cold or the flu or
covid or whatever I have out there. Take the theening,
(01:11:02):
get ready to stress. You stop releasing the stress hormones
and your immune system is free to protect you. So
there's a lot of side benefits to all these supplements.
Now I want to mention it again, we had this
amazing deal. Like I said, in a way, we're giving
away to store thanks to Alan. I mentioned who he
was in the start and how it's working. Every product

Speaker 2 (01:13:17):
Okay, welcome back. That's the last segment of the program.
I'm glad you could join me today, and once again,
everybody enjoyed the holiday season. Very Christmas, Happy Hanuka. They
start the same Christmas in the first day a Hanukah
are the same date this year, which I that means
a very late hanuku, doesn't it. I mean, I don't
remember that happening before in my lifetime. It must have,
but I don't remember. Okay, let's get back to it.
(01:13:38):
The last thing on special on this program where you
get this terrific discount, huge discount, I mean huge discount.
Collagen that's been used in human clinical trials. Collagen that's
been used in trials in Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Italy, Australia,
(01:14:02):
and the United States, all of these countries have used
my collagen in their studies. It comes from a French
Italian company. It's called PEP ten five thousand. This collagen
makes you. You're mostly collagen and water. That's what makes you.
Collagen and water. Everything else is minor. The amount of
(01:14:26):
calcium in your body, the amount of sulfur in your body,
the amount of other ingredients in the body compared to
the amount of collagen and water is almost insignificant. Believe
it or not. So the second leading ingredient and the
human body is collagen. The problem is we make less
collagen every decade, and that leads to wrinkles. That leads
(01:14:48):
to like your hair thinning and acting wiry and old
and flyaway, creepy looking skin, you know, wrinkled skin, and
your nails not growing. But it also affects you bones,
your brain size, your blood vessel wools, the valves in
your heart, and your kidneys, your skin and your joints.
All of these are made out of collagen. There's a
(01:15:10):
number of studies now when they give collagen the older people,
the brain size increases.
Speaker 1 (01:15:15):
Well.
Speaker 2 (01:15:15):
If collagen is the second leading ingredient in the human body,
it stands the reason that collagen makes up part of
the brain, and they've shown that when they give people
collagen older brains that are shrunking a little bit, they
regrow to a much younger time, a much younger period
in their life to but the memory also improves. It's
(01:15:36):
like part of your memory cells are made out of collagen,
and as you make less collagen, the cells literally shrink
and they don't function as well. And when you take
collagen they plump up and become healthy neurons, healthy brain
cells again, and memory actually improves. So you know, all
(01:15:58):
these things are reporting from the brain, and the art,
the pancreas delivered, the kidneys. They're so complex. Your skin
is complex. Collagen makes all these tissues. Okay, your heart's
made out of collagen. You knows your ears everything. So
if you break it down, collagen makes up seventy percent
of your skin. Now, our collagen has been used in
(01:16:20):
about fifteen skin studies. Our peptan B five thousand that
has been used on about fifteen skin studies. Here's what
they find. It gets rid of that creepy look, you
know when the skin gets kind of like powdery looking
and kind of see through and you could see the
blood vessels and the wall. It gets rid of that
creepy look because the skin is actually regrowing, it's getting thicker,
(01:16:42):
and this fills in the wrinkles, It pulls the wrinkles apart.
You know, these wrinkles are like crevasses, crevices that have
formed over time to the skin damage and you can't repair.
And because you're not making enough collagen in your thirties,
your footies, your fifties, like you did when you were
ten and twenty. That's the truth. So when you take
the collagen, it's getting of wrinkles, it's getting ready to
crapyr skin, and the skin traps moisture again. Because you know,
(01:17:06):
you hear about highaluronic acid with the skin. The skin
is basically water high aaluronic acid and collagen, but mostly collagen.
So the collagen traps the haluronic acid and that in
turn restores the moisture and the texture to your skin.
And your skin's going to look twenty years younger without
even going to a spa. Just taking collagen, your skin
(01:17:28):
is twenty twenty five years younger. It'll get rid of
like seventy percent of your wrinkles. There's no doubt about it.
Collagen has amazing benefits for your skin. Now water two
tissues that are basically skin, your nails and your hair.
So your hair looks a lot thinner because there's less collagen,
so it's got that old flyaway look. You can't colmon
and styli, et cetera. You take the collagen, you'll see
(01:17:51):
your hair filling it. Every single strand of your hair
is thicker, and it's got resilience. Now it's got body
to it, and how's it growing again? Probably more important
to you your bones. I mean, you break a hip,
you're in trouble. You break your femur, and your hip
(01:18:12):
painful months and months of physical therapy. That's dangerous. People
die from hip from fractured hips because they get blood
clots and strokes and infections and weaken and they lose
muscle and strength and coordination and elasticity. So collagen literally
(01:18:32):
makes you bones, because that's what the calcium and the
calcium hydroxy appetite and the magnesium and the zinc and
everything attached to create bone. So your bone starts out
as a matrix like like this very complex cobweb of
tissue that is made out of collagen. Collagen makes ninety
(01:18:53):
percent of that matrix. And then when you eat good
foods or take good supplements that have the ingredients like
the calcium and the boron and the zinc and the magnesium,
et cetera, and the phosphorus that fills in the holes
and the matrix, and you have bone. So if you
don't have collagen, there's no place for your calciin to
go to. So if you really have to rebuild your bone,
(01:19:16):
you really have osteopenia which is some bone loss or osteoporosis,
which is dangerous bone loss, Collagen has to be part
of that treatment. You really have to have collagen now.
So collagen is thirty six percent of your bone. Calcium
is I think thirty five percent of your bone. So
you need collagen for your bone, but also joint health.
(01:19:42):
If you look at the research on joint pain, like MIT,
which is one of the toughest. MIT and Caltech are
super tough places to go to school. Right, MIT did
this long term study of collagen. So the first thing
they gave people collagen with arthritic knees, and they saw
(01:20:04):
the pain was going away over like a two year period.
So then they invited them back. They were consistently taking collagen,
and they saw that it stopped the loss of joint tissue.
It was preventing the loss of joint tissue, because when
you have arthritis, you lose more and more your joint tissue.
It gets worse and worse, and eventually you need knee
replacement surgery. So the first thing they saw was the
(01:20:25):
collagen was getting rid of knee pain. The second thing
they saw in the follow up study was collagen was
preventing further erosion of joint cartilage. And then they invited
them back again and they actually saw some reversal of
the damage. In other words, the cartilage simply by swallowing collagen,
the cartilage was regrowing to an extent. So why would
(01:20:50):
that be true. Why could it possibly be true? Why
is it plausible? Because collagen makes your cartilage. So what's cartilage?
The joint is where your bones come together, like in
your knee or your hip, or your thumb, your thumb,
your wrist, et cetera. It's where the joints come together,
(01:21:10):
and covering the end of the bones is this slippery, protective,
hard stuff called cartilage, so that the bones don't bang
together and break each other down. So collage is the
slippery stuff that allows you to extend your knee and
walk up steps, et cetera. When you have arthritis, the
cartilage has broken down and you have beer bone, and
(01:21:34):
the bones are crunching together and literally it's like shards
of glass or pieces of sand, and the joint is
it could become exceedingly painful. So sixty seven percent of
that cartilage is made out of collagen. And the research
shows that when you give people with arthritis collagen, and
(01:21:55):
we have collagen used in many of these human clinical
trials for the bone, for your joint, for your skin,
hear and nails, for brain health, for your spine, because
your spine is made out of college your spine, The
entire spine, the facet joints that hold the spine in place,
the disks that cush in the bone, the spinal bones,
(01:22:16):
and the spinal vertebrae them suffer are largely made at
of collagen and water. So you need the collagen. If
you have pardon me, you know, the dry air makes
you like a little husky voice. You need the collagen.
If you have a back problem or if you're losing
(01:22:40):
bone or your skin is kind of wrinkled in aging,
or your nails aren't growing, or your hair is brittle
and thinning. But you need the collagen for your joint pain.
And Manny studies show simply taking collagen is enough for
people at mild to moderate joint pain to get rid
of joint pain. But it's also stabilizing the joints so
it doesn't get worse. It's bringing back the range of motion.
(01:23:04):
How much you could ben you need without pain, like
walking up the stairs without pain, getting rid of to
a degree swelling, soreness, getting rid of soreness and stiffness,
you get out of bed, eas you're in the morning,
your knees and a stiff I'm running out of time.
So we have collagen tablets. We have two collagen powders,
and we also have collagen gummies for those who like gummies.
(01:23:27):
Invite has collagen gummies because some people just don't want
to swallow a pill or a powder. So our collagen
is on special and this is real collagen. It's it's
it's it's very clean, it's very pure. It's been used
in human clinical trials to the published of medical journals
throughout the planet in all different medical journals. It really
works for your bones, for your joints and joint pain,
(01:23:48):
for your spine, for your skin, you hear your nails.
And as a side benefit, it's great for your brain
because your brain's made out of collagen and water. I
mean that's basically collagen water and fish walls are pretty
much what you range made out of collagen water infisials.
So here's what's on special. But the special is really
kind of crazy, wonderful, great discount. It's a great holiday discount,
(01:24:12):
but it's every time I'm on the radio or doctor
