Speaker 3 (00:30):
Good morning, Happy Saturday. Jerry Hickey here to discuss nutrition
with you. I'm a pharmacist who's always specialized in nutrition
over the course of my entire career, and there's a
lot you can do to help yourself out using nutrition properly,
using supplements properly, and of course eating properly, a living properly.

(00:51):
But let's talk about these dog days of summer. That's
what they used to call when I was a kid.
This time of year is dangerous. It's very humid, the
dew point is hegh is a lot of moisture in
the air, and it's hot, and it gets exceedingly dangerous,
especially if you're frail or you're elderly, like I'm seventy one,

(01:15):
I'm going on seventy two, so it's not the best
thing for me, even though I'm pretty.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Sure and for my age.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
So what do you do? Of course, you really attempt
to get enough sleep and enough rest, eat properly, you know,
avoid alcohol if you can keep the exercise down right
now when it's too hot, if you don't have a
way you're staying cool, stay out of the direct sun
if you can wear a hat, but you know, once
in a while, tip your cat to release the heat

(01:42):
that's drowing under your hat, but wear a hat to
protect yourself from the sun. To stay out of the
direct sun. Of course, drink enough fluid and eat intelligently,
but that's still not enough for many of us, especially
like if you're in the city, you know, like in
like New York City, or because all of that concrete,

(02:02):
all of that tarmac just just intensifies the level of heat.
So I really want to discuss nutrients that legitimately can
help you out in the heat, and one of them
is creatine monohydrate. I've grown to love creatine monohydrate. I
take it on a daily basis. It's well known for

(02:25):
improving endurance when you do certain physically active functions like
lifting weights or a marathon, et cetera. It's good for
your stamina. We now know it's very good for the brain.
It's very good for all your high energy organs. We'll
go into that a little bit. But creatine first came
to my purview my attention about twenty years ago. There

(02:52):
was an NCAA football team, I forget which one, someplace
in the Midwest, and they were giving their athletes because
it's summer camp, so you know, these people are playing
in full uniform in the summer, a very intense sport,
grueling sport, and it's already hot, so they're going to
overheat very easily. So they were giving them creatine and

(03:14):
a glass of water. Scoop of creatine five grams and
a glass of water, and it really helped them. It
prevented them from becoming dehydrated, so it was keeping them
their body more moist. It was preventing muscle cramps and
muscle aches, which you know that's a symptom of overheating, right,
muscle cramps, And it was helping prevent them from feeling

(03:36):
sluggish and helping keeping them focused and reducing injuries and springs.
So that's when it first came to my attention for
hot weather. And I've been preaching using creatine to people
for well over a decade now for the hot weather

(03:56):
as more information and proof of crew. But at this point,
I'm telling like, everybody over fifty five or sixty, just
get on some creatine. It's magnificent. You can look at
creatine as a conditionally needed supplement. Conditionally required means that

(04:18):
under certain circumstances, you need more of it. And the
current statistics six out of ten Americans are low in creatine. Now,
what is creatine? Well, first of all, our creatine is
not from animals. We make it through a vegetable process.
And when you take creatine, you mix it with water.

(04:39):
You take the creatine. It helps keep you hydrated. It
helps reduce muscle cramping and fatigue in the hot summer months.
So I really I really recommend it right now. But
what it does in the body, the creatine very easily
in our body is stored and converted to phospho. Creatine
and pospho create recycles our energy. It keeps our energy

(05:03):
going all day long. So we expend about one hundred
and fifty pounds of energy one hundred and seventy pounds
of energy every day. So obviously if we didn't recycle
the energy, we'd fade away. There wouldn't be enough of us.
So the energy is recycled, and creatine improves the rate

(05:23):
of recycling and it makes it more efficient to recycle
your energy. So the creatine has coin very defosphom creatine
which is stored in your high energy organism tissues that
in turn keeps ATP coing and ATP is what gives
you your energy. Virtually all of your energy is coming
from ATP. So there is just a really interesting study

(05:47):
an American study four thousand and forty one US adults
followed for a twenty year period, and he found out
if they had even a little bit of creatine every day,
just like one gram. One gram is a thousand second
quarter of a tispoon that at cut their risk of
early death pretty strongly. Let me see if I have

(06:09):
to figure here. I know, I wrote it down somewhere.
It was something like twenty five percent. I mean it
was pretty like pretty dramatic. If you want to see
the study, it's in the journal Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and metabolism.
So the uh, it makes sense because all of your

(06:31):
high energy organs and tissues require creatine to function. So
if you're under stress, getting a little bit more creatine
is going to be valuable for these high energy organs
and tissues. So those tissues include your brain and your
memory functions, your eyeballs, especially your retina, which are the
highest energy cells in the body, your muscles, and of

(06:53):
course your heart muscle, but also your liver, your circulatory system.
So I mean it's reasonable that having some additional creatine
during the hot summer time, the peak time of heat
and humidity, is going to be helpful. If you lack creatine,
if you have low creating intake, you're much more likely

(07:15):
to become depressed because your brain won't function well because
it needs a lot of energy, and you're not going
to have to creating to offer it the energy. Because
there's a creating system in the brain. You're more likely
to have memory loss, especially in older adults, your ability
to learn, your cognitive functions are going to decline more rapidly.
You'll develop circulatory issues, liver issues, and you're just going

(07:39):
to be very low energy. You're just going to be
low in physical energy and mental energy. But your old
cause mortality increases if you lack creatine. So the first
product I want to put on special today is creating.
And there's a great deal. You know, any of the
end by products I speak about, you buy one by

(08:00):
that suggested retail, you get the second bottle free, so
you're getting fifty percent or suggested retail on two bottles.
But if you use the following code, you get an
extra ten percent off. The code is Jerry wor my
name Jerry WR. The radio station is WR, Jerry WR.
So use that code in any way you're dealing with Invite.

(08:21):
If you call them on the phone, say Jerry wor
get to ten percent. Or if you go on the
internet and use our website or on your cell phone
and you order through the cell phone, or you call
because you know you could go on our website and
your cell phone, or you call in use Jerry WR,
get an extra ten percent off all Invite products. So

(08:42):
Creating is the first product I want to talk about.
I actually use it daily. I use it because I
lift weights, I do push ups, I do a lot
of gardening, I do a lot of boating. I do
a lot of things. The boating is through the Coastguard
to auxiliary, which is pretty cool. In fact, I'm very
excited because this Tuesday, I'm actually going out. I have

(09:04):
orders to go out with a Coastguard crew, so that's
really cool for me. But anyway, let's get back to this.
The creatine gives me mental energy for my memory and
for a good mood, and it gives me physical energy. Now,
the second thing I put on special is something called
energy HX, which is a capsule. Energy HX has some

(09:26):
ubique oil in it, which is the active form of
co q ten, which is great for your heart and muscles.
But what's going to get you over the top very
quickly with fatigue is pan x gensing Asian pan x
gensing root. You could call a Korean gensing, you could
call a Chinese gensing, you could call a Japanese gensing.
It's called all those things, but it's all the same thing.

(09:46):
And there's two hundred milligrams of ginsing root aged. It's aged,
so there's a lot of the active ingredient in there.
The active ingredient are called gin sinicides, especially RB one.
RB one is the most active gen sin aside for
your stamina and energy. So the pan ex genzing in
energy HAX. It's a capsule, so some people don't want

(10:08):
to bother with the powder of creatine. Every day. A
scoop of creatine or even a quarter of a tea
spoon of creatine is great for your brain and your
muscles and your energy and your endurance. So just take
a capsule of this in the morning, went your breakfast
or at lunchtime. The pan ex gensing is very helpful
during these times of heat and high humidity for your

(10:28):
energy and your stamina and making you tougher, making you
tougher on these hot, very sticky days. It's going to
help get rid of your fatigue. It's going to improve
your patience because you know, when you're hot and fatigued
and you're all clamiento all you're stuck, to lose your
patience and then people argue, et cetera. So you're going
to be more patient, you're going to be less groggy,

(10:51):
you're going to have more energy. But here's the thing,
it also gets rid of stress, like if you're overwhelmed
or overworked, the gensing is very good for stress. And
here's some other things about genzen This has proven in
human clinical trials this form of gensing because there's different
forms of genzing. This form of gensying also helps improve

(11:14):
your blood sugar control and the use of your sugar
and your blood for energy, and it increases acetyl colin levels.
Acetyl Colin is an over transmitter in the human body
that you need for your heart, you need for your muscles,
you need for breathing, you need for your balance, but
you also need for your memory. So Energy HX just

(11:34):
to sum up, very very very quickly, I'm doing a
short thing on these. I think I could get the
point across very quickly. Energy HX safely helps protect you
during this time of heat and humidity in the end
of July and all of August and most of September.

(11:55):
It safely reduces your fatigue. It safely improves and increases
your energy without making you nervous. In fact, it's very
good for your nerves. You're going to feel calmer and
you're going to feel more clear headed. It'll support your
memory and your blood sugar control without raising your blood pressure.

(12:16):
So here's something Energy HX capsule which gives you strength
and stamina and endurance and helps you get through this
hot weather safely and feeling much better about things and
more clear headed. Yet it's good for your heart, and
it's good for your blood sugar, and it's not going
to keep you up all night. So this is really cool.

(12:37):
And like I said, there is some ubique all in there,
which is the active form of co Q ten you
biq one all reduces fatigue and increases physical performance. And
it's great for your heart and anybody with a heart condition.
This is a very safe product. Anybody would high blood pressure,
anybody with diabetes. This is a very safe way for

(12:58):
you to improve your stamina and energy. It's not safe
to drink a lot of coffee if you have a
heart condition or high blood pressure. Energy HX will not
raise your blood pressure, will not be bad for your heart.
In fact, it'll be good for your heart. It will
help energize your heart and strengthen your heart. So two
things on special so far. I put creatine monohydrate powder.

(13:22):
How much do you need even a quarter of a
tea spoon to a scoop a day? I take a
scoop because I'm very physically active, and very active physically,
so I take a scoop. But the creatine very quickly
within a couple of days, will help improve your stamina,
your strength, your endurance, and your hydration during these hot
summer months, during these humid, hot, sticky months. So I

(13:47):
do start and as great for your brain, it's helpful
for your heart, it's great for your muscles, it's great
for overall energy. And the second one I put on
special to help get you through the hot season right
now is Energy HX capsule. Some people don't want a powder.
Energy HX mixes Asian pan exchencing that's aged for several
years along with ubiquinal. So it's got to be good

(14:11):
for your blood sugar, it's got to be good for
your heart, it's got to be good for your memory.
It's got to be great for your energy, your stamina.
Can you do both the creatine and the pan exchensing
like you're living in Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Street it's
are very hot this time of year. Yeah, do both.
It's not going to hurt you. And once again, the
deal is a great deal. You buy two of any
of these, you get fifty percent off suggested retails, so

(14:33):
you get in half price and if you use the code,
you get another ten percent off. And of course, if
we ship it to you and it's thirty five dollars
or more, Invite pays for the shipping. So if you
call on the phone, or if you walk in to invite,
or if you go on a website Invite health dot
com and your place an order, use this code get

(14:54):
ten percent additional on any Invite product, every Invite product
Jerry wor Jerry Wor. Okay, I have to go to

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Okay, Welcome back, Jerry Hicky Invite Health. Stay tuned. Before
I finished for doctor m and williams Now, I put
greens AcHx and Redschex on special. Greens Achex is vegetables,
red Sachecks is fruits, but it's more than that. So
greens Achex is vegetables, herbs and algae along with probiotic bacteria.

(16:38):
So let's look at some of the some of the
combinations in here. If you take the greens Achex, which
is the best tasting greens on the market by far,
there's a mixture of milk, thistle and ginger, which is
great for your liver health and helpful for your kidney health.
So it is. There's automatically a liver health formula built

(17:00):
into greens HX. You help detoxify you liver and even
heal your liver. And then for your immune system, whether
it's overactive or underactive, there's the algae spiralina, the algae chlorrella,
probiotic bacteria, flax seed powder, royal jelly which is the

(17:22):
food of the queen bee, turmeric, you know, the cercumen,
and Siberian gensing. So if you need help with your
immune system, that's going to be helpful. If you get
run down and it's easier for you to get one
of summer colds, this will help you out. And then
for energy, because I put these powders on special because
they're a great energy tonic, and so people are taking
these powders and they'd rather just stick with these powders.

(17:44):
There's green tea for energy, not caffeine. Green tea loaded
with the green tea, polyphenols, Siberian gensen b pollen, royal jelly,
alfalfa grass, red beet root, wheat, grass juice, powder, spiralina,
and chlorella. That's going to give you energy, that's going

(18:05):
to give you stamina and energy, and don't forget you're
putting it in water or juice, so you're going to
get a lot of energy. You're going to get hydrated.
And then for your circulation, there's apple powder, ginger Acerolla berry,
which is natural vitamin C. You know, acerollerberry comes in
Jamaica mostly grape seed extract or it could be from Barbados,

(18:27):
grape seed extract, red beet root, parsley, oregano, citrus, bioflabonoids,
cranberry and blueberry, rosemary, red grape skin, billberry, cloth, bud,
and other ingredients that are great for your heart in circulation.
So people love the green ste checks. It's constantly, consistently

(18:48):
been one of our best sellers. It's very clean, it's
very fresh, it's super concentrated. I know some of you
are taking green capsules from a different company. There is
zero comparison. This is much more powerful. Well, you're going
to fill an awful lot better on this, and you're
getting probiotics, all these different strings of probiotics for your
immune system, for your digestion, for constipation, for diarrhea, for

(19:10):
stomach cramps. I mean, it's just a great formula. I
also put the redse Checks on special. The red se
Checks is a combination of berries and citrus, fruit and probiotics,
so that one really isn't herbs. And I mean, come on,
it's fruit. It's berries and citrus with probiotics. It tastes delicious.
I mean even a little kid will take the red

(19:32):
se Checks. They're powders. The greens Checks and the reds
a Checks are the powders in a scoop. You're getting
a lot of concentrated goodness. And these are really cleaned.
There's no pesticides in this product. There's no herbicide, there's
no forever chemicals. It's a very clean product. We test
it again and again to make sure it's fresh, that
all the ingredients are in there and nothing else, that

(19:52):
it's free of things like lead and nickel and mercury
and arsenic and all those nasty things. These are great.
Forumlasx is something that anybody will be happy with. The flavor.
You just mixes scoop. I mean when my kids were little,
I used to get this organic pancake mixed Vermont and

(20:13):
I'd put some green tea in it, and I put
the reds HX in it and I'd put a little
cocoa in it, and I'd put a little green sa
checks and they had a really dynamic, healthy breakfast that
was good for their brain and their growth and their
heart and their circulation and their immune system and the
daytime energy. Not that my kids needed help with energy.
Most kids don't. So that's what's on special to help

(20:37):
you get through these super hot days of summer. Creating
Monte hygh Grate powder, Energy HX capsules, or the greens
Chex powder and the red ze Chex powder. These are
really good formulas. I mean, you could speak to any
of our nutritionists, you know, after I'm finished on this program,
you could call up and speak with the nutritionness directly
and get advice. But these are great formulas. These are

(20:57):
really high quality formulas, very clean, very fresh, and what's
on the label is what's in the product and nothing else.
And what's in the product is on the label and
nothing else. These are full disclosure labels. Now I have
time for one more product, so I'm going to add
bone powder. This time of year, bone powder is going

(21:19):
to give you electrolytes, and these electrolytes are really essential
for your energy. Of course, they need a fore your bones,
and they needed to help protect you from cancer. But
you're getting calcium and magnesium in this formula. You have
to have calcium to release energy, so having a little

(21:39):
extra calcium this time of year is a good thing.
And you have to have magnesium so you don't shoot
through your energy all at once. Magnesium evens out your
energy use. So having bone powder, which of course is
great via nerves and great via bones, is also great
for your energy this time of year. Now, what else

(22:01):
do you need? Well, of course you need a little salt,
you need sodiumin chloride. But you know potassium. But people
get potassium. They eat their fruits, they eat their vegetables.
They're getting potassium. So I'm not really worried about potassium.
As long as you're eating three servings of vegetables a
day and maybe one or two fruits a day, you're
getting your potassium. I'm really more concerned about calcium and magnesium.

(22:22):
A lot of people don't get these. There's great research
that both calcium and magnesium lower the risk of us
ever developing cancer, which is good for different reasons. They
do it like you need magnesium to activate vitamin D,
you need magnesium to release melatonin at night. They both
need a fear immune system. And to help prevent cancer,

(22:44):
you need magnesium to store energy for the immune system.
So I mean, obviously that's an anti cancer thing. You
need magnesium to release a whole bunch of different newer transmitters,
and your muscles and your heart, and you're digestive tracted
in your brain and in your eyes, everything functions. I mean,
magnesium has more activities than any other mineral. A clock

(23:06):
close to four hundred different activities for magnesium, that's how
important it is. But magnesium also shoves calcium into your bone.
You only need a certain amount of magnesium. You need
a lot more calcium. But magnesium keeps calcium in the bone.
So what's in the bone powder that's going to build
bone or protect bone, maintain bone. Well, you have vitamin

(23:30):
D to absorb calcium. See, without vitamin D, you can't
absorb calcium. But then you need a chaperone to tell
calcium where to go. That's vitamin K. So you get
vitamin K. You get vitamin D to absorb calcium. You
get vitamin K to shove calcium into your bones. Then

(23:51):
you get magnesium to stitch the calcium into the bone.
That's very interesting. Magnesium stitches the calcium into the bone.
If you lack magnesium, the crystals in your bone expand,
they become crystals, and your bone is easy to break.
Your bone becomes kind of crispy. So you need that magnesium.

(24:13):
So in the bone powder, you also get some silica.
Silica is needed to incorporate calcium into bone, and you
also get a little boron which helps balance calcium in
the body. So you're getting a full complement of ingredients
needed to build and maintain your bone. You're getting the
key minerals calcium and magnesium. Calcium builds a bone, magnesium

(24:37):
keeps it in the bone. You're getting vitamin D so
that you can absorb the calcium from your food or supplements,
and then you're getting the vitamin K which directs the
calcium into your bone, and then the other nutrients kind
of are you clean up. Batteris just to help maintain
proper bone health. So it's a really good product. Older

(25:00):
men need to worry about their bones, well, they need
to be concerned about them anyway, Maybe not worry, maybe
that's the one word, but alder men should take a
half of scoop a day, and older women certainly a
scoop a day. In fact, once you hit menopause, you
really should get on a scoop a day. Once you're postmenopausal,
you really should be on a scoop to day because,

(25:20):
like I said, the minerals and bone powder, the vitamin D,
the vitamin K, the magnesium in the calcium all have
anti cancer effects to some degree. And the magnesium and
the calcium are involved with electrolyte energy and strength and stamina,
et cetera. You need calcium to release energy, you need

(25:42):
magnesium to maintain energy. So today was all about kind
of survival during the hot weather, and I'm just going
to do a quick quick review because not everybody might
have been listening. At the start, I put creatine monohydrate
powder on special. Now people know creatine monohydrate. It's a
very clean powder, it's not from an animal source. We
know it gives you stamina and strength for endurance activities,

(26:04):
physical activities, and that's a great thing. But now we
also know that it's good for the heart. It gives
the heart a source of energy, and it's great for
the brain. And if you lack creatine, your brain becomes sluggish,
you have less patience, chances are you're going to become
nervous and certainly a bigger risk of depression. So the

(26:26):
creatine is great for your brain and your endurance, and
this time of year when it's really hot and sticky,
it'll help keep you energized. It'll help keep you from
becoming cross and and you know, upset, and just keep
you calmer because you're going to have more energy to
function for your brain and your body. Now, the second

(26:49):
one was energy HX, which is a capsule. It's panex gensing,
which is Asian gensing, and it's aged, so there's plenty
of the gen sinicides. Center's in h for over five years.
It's aged about ten years. You want your gency to
be aged at least two years, preferably well like five
or ten. So in any event, this is age gensy.

(27:10):
It's hein gensinicides, which are very dramatic in bringing energy
back very quickly. So if you're really fatigued from the
heat and from the stickiness to humidity, this stuff will
get you in a better place within a day or two.
Without drinking coffee, without the caffeine, it's you're going to
be calmer, You're going to be uh more energetic.

Speaker 4 (27:36):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
It's good for your memory, it's good for your heart,
and it's good for your blood shugar. Then I put
the Greens HX and the reds HX on pressure, which
are great for the immune system. They're great for the intestines,
they're great for deliver and heal and deliver. They're great
for your circultory system, and they're fantastic for energy. The
greens is a mixture of herbs and spices but not spicy,

(27:58):
not hot, but herbs by vegetables, probiotic bacteria and algae.
So you'll get a lot of energy out of green
see checks. And then the red set checks which tastes amazing.
That's really more citrus fruits and a lot of different berries,
a whole bunch of different berries and probiotic bacteria. So

(28:19):
people like to mix those together and it's just an
amazing way of getting your vigor and your energy back
and getting you through the dog days is some of
the hot, sticky days of summer. And then the last
thing I put on special is the bone powder. I'm
out of time, so use that code wr Jerry war

(28:40):
off if you get two bottles of any of these

Speaker 4 (30:10):
Hello and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor
Amanda Williams, Director of Science at Invite Health.

Speaker 5 (30:19):
I welcome you to today's show.

Speaker 4 (30:22):
I know that you just got to listen to the
great Jerry Hickey talking all things creating. I do believe
this morning, and now I've got many things to cover
with you as well. And remember that if you use
the promo code Amanda war for any of the products
that I talk about today, you'll get a buy one,

(30:42):
get one free plus an additional ten percent off. So
do make sure that you take advantage of that, whether
you are stopping by one of our stores, or if
you go onto the website, or if you give us
a call to order up those products that are going
to be on special today. I think I'll do something
a little bit different today as opposed to.

Speaker 5 (31:04):
What I normally do. And that's I'm going to tell
you which products are on Special.

Speaker 4 (31:08):
And you can write them down if you'd like, and
then I'm going to clip through the science behind these
different formulations.

Speaker 5 (31:17):
But I have the super.

Speaker 4 (31:18):
Focus i Q on Special. We have a lot of
interest in this product, and rightfully so. It's such a
wonderful blend of nutrients to enhance your focus and your
attention and your memory and just for all of the
little synapses in the brain. It's just a wonderful, wonderful blend.

(31:38):
And so I'm going to talk about that in some detail.
I have the methyl B on Special. I always think
that this is one to have on a special during
the summer because we know that UV breakdown of folate
is a common thing and we want to make sure
that we have adequate folate throughout the summer months. I

(31:59):
have the Krill Oil Advanced on Special.

Speaker 5 (32:02):
Today. I have the beats HX as.

Speaker 4 (32:04):
Well as the Hair Enhance. I haven't talked about that
product in quite some time, but once again we're into
the summer. The sun damage that can happen to your hair,
you want to be able to protect those hair follicles.
And the Hair Enhance is definitely a comprehensive way to
achieve that.

Speaker 5 (32:22):
Now, outside of those.

Speaker 4 (32:25):
Products, I do want to mention that we have a
wonderful overstock sale going on right now. So if you
go to the website and you click on the special
deals tab, it will take you to that overstock sale page. Well,
I've got some really great news about the overstock sale,

(32:48):
and that is that we have just dropped the prices
even more on certain products. So I encourage you to
go to the site and check those products out. Things
like glutathione is eighty five percent off. The Sterols Plus,
which is a very complete formulation, also at an eighty

(33:12):
five percent discount. So the Sterols Plus is a combination
of plant sterols, and the importance of the plant sterols
really comes down to the way in which your body
transports the cholesterol.

Speaker 5 (33:30):
And we know that many folks struggle with this.

Speaker 4 (33:34):
It can be diet of course, diet induced, but it
can also be hereditary. So having a comprehensive blend that
includes plant sterols along with regies rice, there's cranberry extract
in this to really give you a powerful punch of antioxidants.

Speaker 5 (33:51):
It's just a.

Speaker 4 (33:52):
Great way to give yourself a cardiovascular coverage.

Speaker 5 (33:57):
Now we also.

Speaker 4 (33:58):
Have the l car plus on a big discount on
the overstock sale as well, so I certainly encourage you
to check that product out. Carnisine is an amino acid,
but it's looked at as like the kind of like
the main anti aging amino acid. We know it's wonderful

(34:18):
for brain health, it's excellent for kidney function, for heart health,
muscle health. We partner this up with other nutrients, so
which should not be a surprise to you. If you
have been listening to Invite Health for years, you know
that our products are usually a blended formulation. So in

(34:39):
the el Carnosine plus, we have this partnered with coarsetin
along with routin, so it is a very complete formulation
when it comes to cellular protection and we always want
to do what we can to avoid inflammaging. I was
actually just reading a really interesting study the other day

(35:00):
on inflammaging. I love you, I love that word inflammaging.
They were looking at lemurs. I believe the study was
out of Duke University, but they were looking at lemurs
and they're like, well, why is it that lemurs don't
seem to have the same level of ox stative stress
and systemic inflammation that humans do. So of course we

(35:24):
can look at many different factors. Obviously a lemur is
not a human, but you still have to look at
environmental impacts. And you know, lemurs are exposed to many
of the same environmental factors that we are. So they're
starting to research this to say, you know, is there
some type of a protective mechanism that these lemurs have.

(35:47):
So who knows, maybe we'll find out that they have
really high levels of al carnosine in their system. But
in any event, we know that the al carnosine is
really important for creating this balance and this kind of
this pH buffer so that we don't become too acidic.
We definitely don't want our muscles to become acidic and

(36:07):
build up lactic acid. This is never a good thing.

Speaker 5 (36:11):
If you have.

Speaker 4 (36:12):
Excessive lactic acid that builds up, this can drive the
issues when it comes to muscle cramps, muscle weakness, muscle aches, fatigue.
So taking your alcrnicine plus incredibly advantageous for targeting those
issues and concerns.

Speaker 5 (36:29):
So check that product out.

Speaker 4 (36:32):
Incredibly advanced formulation on.

Speaker 5 (36:34):
A big, big discount.

Speaker 4 (36:36):
So and when you call in, you can always ask them.
You can say, hey, you know which products are on
the overstock sale.

Speaker 5 (36:42):
I want to be today.

Speaker 4 (36:43):
I'm ordering the super Focus IQ, but I also want
to take advantage of some of those other savings that
you guys have going on right now. Or if you
pop into one of our store locations, you can certainly
ask anyone at the store and they will be able
to let you know which products are on that overstock
sale as well. So I'm going to be talking about

(37:05):
many different products today.

Speaker 5 (37:06):
As I mentioned.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
There was a fascinating study that came out of Scotland
looking at the impact of krill oil, which I find
fitting because I'm talking about krill oil today and I'll
talk about why the Invite Health crill oil is so phenomenal.
Not all krill is made the same. We certainly know

(37:32):
this when it comes to many other supplements out there.
Look at the Invite Health coenzyme Q ten for example,
we use kanaka. You can look at our collagen formulations.
We use something called peptan bees. We use these registered
trademark nutrients in our formulations to really enhance your overall
health benefit. But most importantly, the reason why we do

(37:55):
this is because it's based off of the science. It's
based off of the scientific studies that show that this
particular extract is going to potentiate these benefits.

Speaker 5 (38:09):
And same thing when you look at.

Speaker 4 (38:10):
Krill oil, not all krill is sourced the same, not
all krill is processed the same, not all krill has
the same potency. So we use a very very unique
source of krill, and we have partnered up with a
wonderful company who is able to provide us with this

(38:33):
incredibly sustainable form of krill. And the spectrum of the
omega threes contained in our krill oil is second to none.
So there's an incredibly high amount of both the EPA
and DH along with the phosphatityl coline. Remember phosphatitle coline.
That's one of those key fats, so incredibly important for

(38:56):
your liver health and for liver detoxication every single day,
as well as for brain connectivity. It helps to protect
the structure of the brain cells. But it also does
something really unique, which is it helps the brain produce
a seedyl coaling. Well, if you have higher amounts of
acetyl coaling, you're going to do better across all measures

(39:19):
when it comes to cognitive functions, so not just for memory,
but also for focus for attention. I'm going to talk
about the super Focus IQ formulation today as well. But
when you look at the Krill Advanced that we offer,
and we use Superba krill, the Superba Krill is a

(39:41):
very precise krill oil from start to finish, and what
I mean by that is the way in which it
is extracted from the Antarctic Sea and the way in
which it is then processed and put into that capsule
for us. So it has this extreme traceability to it,

(40:03):
and so we can go from every single lot of
our krill Oil Advanced to know exactly where it was sourced,
how it was sourced, the potency. Of course, we always
do third party testing on every single one of our formulations,
but the phosphol lipid complex of our krill oil is,
as I mentioned, second to none, so you're really getting

(40:25):
this superior form to support your heart, your brain, your liver,
your eyes and beyond. And this form of krill oil
has been studied extensively across many different areas of research,
from brain health to liver health, for muscle health as
well as for different areas and sports nutrition, which I

(40:49):
find always really interesting. So this makes me pivot back
to this recent study that came out looking at the
ability of krill oil to actually protect our muscles from breakdown. Now,
this is really fascinating if you look at the big
picture here the way that they were looking at this,

(41:11):
and this was published in the Journal of Obesity, and
this was a randomized double wind placebo controlled trial, so
this is the gold standard of clinical trials. And they
wanted to see if giving individuals who were experiencing significant
amount of weight loss, and this is they wanted to
lose weight. So you think of all the people that

(41:32):
are out there, you know, doing these different weight loss
injections and whatnot. Or say if someone goes in and
has a gastric bypass, they lose a ton of weight,
but then they're complaining so like, wow, I have all
this saggy skin, My muscle mass doesn't seem to be
the same.

Speaker 5 (41:48):
Well, there's a reason for that.

Speaker 4 (41:50):
You know, when you're losing weight, not only do you
get a reduction in the overall body fat mass, but
you can also lose a lot of that lean body mass,
so the muscle mass. And this is certainly something that
many times people don't really realize. And so if you're losing,
you know, a good thirty percent of your lean muscle

(42:12):
mass because of this extreme weight loss, that's a problem.
And so in the Journal of Obesity they recognize this
and they say, well, let's just try to identify different
ways to protect the lean muscle mass as someone is
going through their weight loss journey. And they found that
Krill Oil in particular did a really marvelous job at

(42:35):
being able to protect that muscle, to prevent the muscle
from excessive breakdown. So the people were losing the body fat,
but they weren't losing the muscle mass. And this is
something just for you to think about when you're taking
the Crill Oil Advance.

Speaker 5 (42:53):
It's like, Okay, well, maybe I'm taking this because I know.

Speaker 4 (42:55):
It's great for my heart, or I know it helps
with the hydration of my skin in the summer. I
want to make sure that my skin is well hydrated,
you know, for whatever the purpose that you're using the
Kryll oil. Maybe you've got arthritis, maybe you have you know,
carpal tunnel. I mean, goodness, gracious, Krillo Oil Advanced is
amazing for individuals who are dealing.

Speaker 5 (43:16):
With those types of conditions.

Speaker 4 (43:17):
I always find that krill oil just has this affinity
to get into the system. It's absorbed slightly different than
say fish oil. Fish oil is wonderful if we're you know,
dealing with elevated triglycerides, you know, have problems with our cholesterol.
Kryll oil also very beneficial. But I find that krill

(43:38):
oil just does a remarkable job when it comes to
joint health. So if you're dealing with an achy hip
or an achy knee, or as I mentioned, carpal tunnel,
adding in the kryll oil advanced is a wonderful way
to address that inflammation that's occurring within the tendons, within

(43:58):
the ligaments, giving your muscles, we now know, an awful
lot of support and you're getting that asked as anthon,
that natural as does anthon in that formulation that really
does so much to protect all of the cells in
the body from free radical damage. And many times when

(44:19):
people are taking krill oil, they don't even know that
they're getting this powerful exposure to this natural carotenoid known
as astasanthon, which oftentimes is touted is just being really
good for your eyeballs, but we know it goes you know,
far beyond that. We know that the the asdas anthon
has the ability to go in and protect the brain

(44:42):
cells certainly when it comes to protecting the.

Speaker 5 (44:46):
Muscle cells as well.

Speaker 4 (44:47):
So across the board, the cryll oil advanced excellent choice
if you're looking for a very powerful, comprehensive clean by
the way, very clean.

Speaker 5 (44:58):
We know exactly where.

Speaker 4 (44:59):
It's so, like I said, we have this full trace ability,
the sustainability of how they actually source this, the eco
harvesting that they do to assure that, you know, generations
beyond us have the ability to also have the access
to krill.

Speaker 5 (45:15):
And I think that that matters.

Speaker 4 (45:17):
You should want your grandchildren to be able to use
the same powerful krill oil advance from Invite Health that
you use. And so this matters to us, which is
why we use the krill oil that we do. And
there's a lot of different places where you can get
krill oil and for us, we recognize this, but we

(45:38):
have partnered with the best in the industry to assure
that you are getting the most powerful amount of that krill.
So you get the EPA, the DHA, you get the
phosphatidyl coaline plus that ASTs anthem all in a little
tiny capsule, and the suggested use for that, yeah, is

(46:00):
usually two capsules per day. There can be variation to that,
but generally two capsules per day. We always want to
make things personalized for you, so I do advise that
you go in and you talk with one of our
nutritional advisors because they may say, you know what you
should take three, So always have those conversations. I want
to cover a lot more on today's show. When I'm

(46:22):

(47:21):
invite health dot com. Don't wait, call right now eight
hundred six three two zero five seven to two and
welcome back to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor Amanda Williams,
just talking about the the krill Oil Advanced. As I said,

(47:43):
we have partnered up with the best in the industry
when it comes to our krill oil. We have the
full traceability. I'm telling you not every company can say
that they may offer krill oil, but they cannot tell
you these certifications, the trace ability, the sustainability. As I

(48:08):
mentioned before the break, you should care that generations beyond
you have the ability to get the health benefits of
that krill. And we certainly know that the Superba krill
that we use is just a wonderful source of that
FOSPA title coaling the amount of astixanthem and the just

(48:33):
the cleanliness of this formulation where we actually source it
from the Antarctic. All of these things matter. You know,
all of us can tune into the news and you
see that the oceans are kind of filthy.

Speaker 1 (48:47):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (48:47):
We want to make sure that what we are taking
from the ocean and putting into a capsule is not filthy.
So this is why we go to these, you know,
measures to assure that you are getting just the most
powerful amount. And then the interesting study that came out
was published in the Obesity Journal saying, hey, if you're
gonna lose a lot of weight, not only are you

(49:08):
gonna lose body mass, but you're gonna lose lean muscle mass.
And taking crill oil can help to protect your muscles.
So those are all things that that should matter to you.
Now let me pivot. Let me pivot, and let's focus
no pun intended kind of super Focus IQ. Let's get

(49:30):
right to it. This is one of my favorite products
in our product line formerly known as Cerebral Care. The
reason why is now.

Speaker 5 (49:42):
Called super Focus IQ.

Speaker 4 (49:44):
We want people to understand what this product does for you,
and I have been advising people to use this product
for years and years now, and the reason why is
when I first came on board and Invite Health and
I was looking at all of the different products and
I was so impressed by so many of Jerry's unique

(50:08):
blended products and formulas. And then I came across the
cerebral care and I was like, wow, you know, this
is really impressive. You know, I've definitely seen you know,
fosatitle seering by itself. I've seen alkhar by itself, which
is acetylel carnitine, but this product is blending all of

(50:30):
these new trans together. It has anocetol in it.

Speaker 5 (50:34):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (50:34):
I definitely was well familiar with anocetol. I've worked with
many women who you know, have pcos and anocetol is
one of the go to new trans that you will
turn to for someone who's dealing with pcos.

Speaker 5 (50:48):
But one of the other you.

Speaker 4 (50:49):
Know claims to fame with anocetol is the way that
it works for cell to sell communication, which is really
quite fascinating. I always say it's like, if you think about,
you know, calling someone, let's go old school here, uh,
you know, and you'd have to pick up the phone,
you'd have to dial the number, and then the person
on the other.

Speaker 5 (51:09):
Line would pick up.

Speaker 4 (51:11):
It's a little bit different now with you know, our
Wi Fi driven cell phones.

Speaker 5 (51:17):
But this is what I always talk.

Speaker 4 (51:19):
About, that connectivity, and this is what a nasatol can
actually do for you. It can allow the brain cells
to have this really unique like pathway connection. And the
reason why it works well for in a setting like
PCOS is because it's working via the insulin regulation, so

(51:44):
it helps to enhance insulin sensitivity. So you know, not
to go off track here, but if someone has PCOS,
one of the main issues, so if you have a
woman who's dealing with polycystic ovarian syndrome, one of the
things that we know is a driving force to this
is insulin resistance. So they'll have elevations in free and

(52:07):
total testosterone and they will also have extreme insulin resistance.
So we know that the anocetol can help with insulin sensitivity,
so it makes the insulin more responsive to any rise
in blood glucose. Now, in the setting of brain health,
we can see how the anocetol is directly working to

(52:29):
allow for this structural support of that communication pathway. So
it's like picking up the phone calling someone else that's
what we love about the anocetol in this formulation, and
then you have the acetyl al carnatine. Now this is
like energy for the brain, so el car it is

(52:52):
a modified version of the amino acid carnatine. We know,
carnatine grabs those fatty acids, pushes them in to the
inside of the cell so that they can be made
into energy.

Speaker 5 (53:06):
So it's really kind of fascinating.

Speaker 4 (53:07):
If sometimes I, you know, have to pause myself and
think about how just amazing the human body is. I mean,
just think about that, like, how is it that our
body knows how to use these different amino acids and
the naturally occurring antioxidants in our system. You know, we

(53:28):
come into this world with carnatine in our system, We
come into this world with glutathione and with coenzyme Q
ten in our bodies. But it's just it's remarkable when
you understand like the functionality, the purpose to how these

(53:49):
different molecules work.

Speaker 5 (53:51):
And for me, when I look at.

Speaker 4 (53:53):
Carnatine, it really does kind of blow my mind the
way in which it's working across almost every single cell
function in the body. And I've talked about how if
you have low carnatine levels. This can affect many different functions,
can affect brain health. We have seen the studies out

(54:17):
of NYU that if someone has low blood levels of
acetyl l carnatine, they are more prone to severe depression.
So just knowing that fact alone and then saying okay, well,
let's look at the other reasons. You know that carnatine
is so important in the body energy. Carnatine helps to

(54:42):
facilitate energy because through its action of being able to
push those fatty acids to the inner core of our
celf to mitochondria, then that can be made into ATP.

Speaker 5 (54:56):
Which is what we want right.

Speaker 4 (54:58):
This is why you supplement with coenzyme Q ten. We
want to generate more ATP. We say, you don't want
to drive around town on fumes because eventually you may
have the nicest car in town, but your car is
going to eventually end up on the side of the road.
So we don't want that to happen. And since we're
in the you know times of you know evs too,

(55:20):
it's like the same thing. If your car loses a charge,
forget about it.

Speaker 5 (55:24):
You're not going anywhere.

Speaker 4 (55:25):
So this is why supplementation with carnatine becomes so beneficial.

Speaker 5 (55:33):
So looking at super Focus.

Speaker 4 (55:36):
IQ, we've got the anocetol, so we've got that cell
to sell communication occurring. We have our energy so our
brain can feel peppy and charged. So we have the
acetylol carnatine in this, then we have phosphatityle seering. Now
this is really important takeaway with this formulation of why

(55:56):
that phosphatityle seering is in the Super Focused It many
individuals out there who deal with brain fog, who deal
with ADHD. Maybe it's diagnosed, maybe it's self diagnosed. I've
talked to many folks out there who say, I think
I have attention deficit, Amanda.

Speaker 5 (56:18):
Maybe maybe you know that's possible, But why is that?

Speaker 4 (56:23):
Why is it that you feel you have attention deficit?
Is it because your brain doesn't have adequate exposure to
these key nutrients. I'm gonna say yes, So we can
look at diet. We can of course look at stress,
and this is why that phosphatitle searing is so important

(56:46):
in this formula. Phosphatitle searing helps your body regulate your
stress response. Now, I just talked about krill and that
had phosphatityle in it that's a phospholipid. Well, the sister
phospholipid is phosphatydyle seerin. Phosphatyl seerine also has very similar

(57:10):
actions as the phosphatydyle coaling, one of which is it
helps the body produce higher amounts of acetylcholine, which we
need to have remember for our memory, for focus, for attention,
for being able to learn new things, for our processing
center in the brain. But it also very uniquely has

(57:35):
this finite ability to regulate the HPA access. So that
can be your word for the day. You can go
around town today and tell everyone, I'm working on my
HPA access, which is your hypothalamus pituitary adrenal access. What
in the world is that? That is all of those

(57:58):
connections that happen and from your brain throughout the body
down to the adrenal glands. So it regulates the stress response.
If we have high stress, if you're worried about your
four oh one K, if you're worried about just the
world in general, if you're worried about whatever's going on,
if you just stress yourself out because you just seem

(58:21):
to have high stress, you get stressed out because you're
stuck in traffic. I mean, whatever the reasons are, you're
stressed out because maybe the Yankees aren't doing as well.
Who knows whatever drives your stress. We have to be
able to regulate this, and we know that mindfulness techniques
are one way and everyone should be at this point

(58:42):
in time, it's twenty twenty five, everyone should be trying
to figure out a mindfulness technique that works well for you.
I cannot stress this enough. I have my certification through
the Center for Mind Body Medicine. I myself learned so
much about my own management of once I did my certification.

(59:03):
I never realized I was doing everything for the most
part right. I was eating really good, I sleep well,
staying hydrated, taking all of my supplements on a regular basis.
But my stress management, that's where I was lacking. So
it was through mindfulness. I like to use music. Music

(59:23):
is my thing. That is one of the main techniques
that I turn to. But everyone should find a mindfulness
technique because it does so much to auto regulate your
sympathetic and your parasympathetic nervous system. But we also we
take our super focus IQ. We get that FOSA title

(59:44):
searing and allow that FOSA title searing to give us
that extra helping hand.

Speaker 5 (59:49):
So this is.

Speaker 4 (59:50):
Why I get so excited about talking super Focus IQ
because I have so much experience with this formulation and
the success stories that people have once they start to
use it, and it doesn't take long for you to
start to feel those effects. And for folks who are
feeling a little scatterbrain, feeling like they have brain fog

(01:00:12):
and are just like, ugh, gosh, what can I take now?
What can I take?

Speaker 5 (01:00:16):
Every day?

Speaker 4 (01:00:18):
This product can be your new go to so the
super and it's very easy to use. It's just one
scoop a day and you're off to the races. You're
gonna have that anostol, You're gonna be firing on all cylinders.
You have that fosatitle serene, the energy that's created from
the acetyl L carnatine. I have much more to talk

(01:00:38):
about on this product and other products, but I'm looking
at the clock. I need to squeeze in a quick break,
so stick around with me.

Speaker 5 (01:00:47):

Happy Saturday morning. You know everyone is up and at

(01:02:03):
it ready to go. You want to be focused. You
want to have good brain energy, feel your best super
focused IQ. As I mentioned when I first came on
board it Invite Health. This product in particular really caught
my eye.

Speaker 5 (01:02:18):
I thought, Wow, I love.

Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
That this is all blended together. It's so easy to
use the delivery system because.

Speaker 5 (01:02:26):
It's it's a powder and.

Speaker 4 (01:02:30):
The effectiveness that's most important is the effectiveness. And I've
had you know, folks who I've worked with, or maybe
they have an elementary you know age child who's dealing
with some attention issues and they don't want to be
putting them on the pharmacological options. And I completely understand

(01:02:53):
that that is, you know, it's always a personal individual
choice as to what you're going to do with your
own body and your own you know, decisions you make
that way.

Speaker 5 (01:03:01):
But yeah, I can see why, you know, you.

Speaker 4 (01:03:05):
Would be opposed to wanting to put, you know, an
eight year old or a ten year old on a
very strong medication. So we look at this and we say, well,
this is actually giving the brain the nutrients that it
needs to kind of in a sense go on to
like an autopilot mode so that the connection pathways are

(01:03:27):
actually working. It has the phosphatyle searing, which not only
not only does posatitle searing help with that adrenal access,
so for the regulation of stress. And we've seen study
after study they put people into these high stress environments
that give them posatitle searing whil their stress goes down.

(01:03:52):
To me, the most impressive ones are the ones that
they've done in like college students going in to take
big exams. So I probably can resonate with this because
I tried to be a career, you know, college student.
I have my bachelor's degree, I have a master's, and
I have my doctorate, so I you know, I tried
my best to stay in school as long as I
possibly could, so I get it. I get that feeling

(01:04:14):
of going in for a really big exam, and you know,
sometimes you go in and you're like, I'm not feeling
this one. I'm pretty sure I needed another two weeks
to study. So it can really drive up your your
cortisol levels. And usually college age students do a pretty

(01:04:34):
decent job being able to combat that. Why because at
that age you usually have a lot more of your
natural antioxidants and everything is kind of working a little
bit better. But as we get older, you know, once
you hit you know, thirties, forties and beyond, everything can
start to get a little you know, haywire. So with

(01:04:57):
FOSTA title searing being able to to regulate that stress response,
allowing people to stay more focused. One of the actions
that it's actually doing is it works on neuralplasticity. And
you may say, what the heck is neuralplasticity. Neural plasticity
is the ability of the brain to repair itself. That's important,

(01:05:26):
you know, because many times people think, well, I don't
have like a closed head injury, and I don't have
any type of brain condition. You know, why do I
need to have We all need to repair our brain cells.

Speaker 5 (01:05:39):
Your brain is key.

Speaker 4 (01:05:42):
We want to be able to repair and replace any
of those dinged up and dented neurons in the brain.
This is where phospatitle searing is very powerful. So we've
got the anocetol, which has been studied not only in
PCOS for the insulin regulation. We've certainly seen the studies

(01:06:04):
how anasatol can make its impact on individuals who have
generalized anxiety disorder, anxiety in general, just you know, daily anxiety.
Sometimes people always feel like they're on the anxious side.
So we always want to look at you know, what
can we turn to? And this is where super focused
IQ is the winner. And I said, I have years

(01:06:26):
and years of experience working with this formulation for folks
who maybe do have concerns about memory and they're like,
you know what can I take, Amanda, I'll say, you
know what, add this in you're already taking, you know,
the krill oil advanced add in this Cerebral care AKA
now known as super Focused IQ, and this is going

(01:06:49):
to give you this comprehensive way to make those connections
again in your brain, to feel focus, to feel energy.
And it's not just energy in your brain, it's cetylol.
Quarantine is giving you systemic energy to have the CDP
coaling that added fat, all of these things in totality,

(01:07:14):
and think about this over in different countries outside of
the United States. Oftentimes doctors in those countries turn to
things like CDP coaling to pospatitle searing as treatment options
for folks who are dealing with attention problems, for folks

(01:07:36):
who are dealing with memory concerns. So well researched and
at the end of the day, the main takeaway is
these are all nutrients that are supposed to be in
our system when we have a deficiency or insufficiency, not
enough of something. It kind of makes sense if you

(01:07:57):
have a dollar in your bank and you'd rather have
a hundred.

Speaker 5 (01:08:00):
Well, what are you gonna do?

Speaker 4 (01:08:02):
You go in and you put a deposit in same
thing in your body.

Speaker 5 (01:08:06):
If your body is low.

Speaker 4 (01:08:07):
In something we need to replenish. And that's where this
product super Focus IQ, and I challenge anyone to use
it and then let me know if you don't feel
the difference. It really is such a game changer for
folks who for years have been dealing with attention problems

(01:08:29):
and focus issues. Maybe you do always feel like you
have brain fog, and this is common for both men
and women as your hormonal changes happen. So men going
through andropause, women going through menopause, we can certainly see
the effects that that has on brain connectivity. And many

(01:08:50):
individuals of a certain age will complain about that. They
will say, I feel like I always have just like
cobwebs in my brain. So super focus IQ and you're
processing centers in your brain.

Speaker 5 (01:09:03):
Next thing, you know, you're gonna be like I think
I'm gonna go.

Speaker 4 (01:09:05):
Take an evening college class just because I want to
learn something. And that's a great thing too, lifelong learning.
That's a wonderful exercise for your brain. And there's so
many different things out there, and of course there's things
online that you can do, but lifelong learning, that's something
that should be strived for. We always want to think

(01:09:30):
of your brain as like a muscle, you know, you
want to be able to keep your muscle strength as
you get older. We don't want to succumb to sarcopenia,
as an example, and which is why we're also going
to be taking our krill oil advance to protect our
lean muscle mass.

Speaker 5 (01:09:46):
But we want to.

Speaker 4 (01:09:47):
Work our brain out and learning new things, challenging our brain.

Speaker 5 (01:09:55):
All of these things matter. They matters significantly.

Speaker 4 (01:10:00):
Now. I know Jerry talked about creatine this morning. I
did not have the op. I talked to Jerry a
couple of times throughout the week, but I don't know
if he mentioned this study.

Speaker 5 (01:10:14):
That just came out.

Speaker 4 (01:10:15):
He likely did, but it came out of Virginia Tech
and the Biomedical Research Institute over there at Virginia Tech
was looking at creatine and they said it's not just
for gym buffs, but they were really looking at it
as being this vital energy molecule for the blood brain

(01:10:37):
barrier and talking about how it could help with the
rewiring of the brains. The reason why I mentioned this
is because we have I'm talking about super focus IQ.
I know Jerry talked about the creatine monohydrates, So maybe
you're interested in both of those products. You can certainly
add them together. They're not going to compete with one another.

(01:10:59):
They'll work synergile, so it's wonderful for overall energy for
muscle support, but both are geared towards that brain support.
Then the methyl B this is also a really nice
combination to add in with super focus IQ. Reason why

(01:11:21):
we know we need those activated B vitamins for the
proper synthesis of our neurotransmitters. So if we are feeling
like we have, you know, a little anxiety, low mood depression,
we're dealing with the focus issues and we're frustrated because
of that. We want to be able to produce higher

(01:11:44):
amounts of our serotonin to make us feel better. And
this is where that methyl B can be incredibly helpful
in achieving that. I have worked with many individuals who
have come in to invite health send me email. I've
talked to people on the phone who are dealing with

(01:12:04):
different conditions. I've worked with people who have bipolar disorder,
and once you are on a consistent routine that helps
your body with the nourishing effects of those B vitamins.
Partnering that up with krill oil advanced as an example

(01:12:24):
the difference that people can start to feel. We have
to recognize that B vitamins are not just for energy.
We have to look at all of the critical roles
of B vitamins. So this is why I formulated the
methyl b many years ago. It has the most potent

(01:12:46):
bioactive B vitamins to enhance all aspects of your overall
wellness each day. Very beneficial for the immune system as well.
Many times people don't realize the impact and the significant
function that B vitamins play when it comes to your

(01:13:10):
immune defenses. Now our formulation contains methyl folate, it has
methical bolomin there's vitamin B six in this. We need
to have those two properly break down toxins in the body.
So very beneficial for both phase one and phase two

(01:13:32):
metabolic detoxication that occurs in our system each and every
single day. So for the support of the liver, obviously
we need to have our B six and our B
twelve and our FOL eight when it comes to energy support.
But when I look at the partnering up of super

(01:13:55):
Focus IQ with methyl B, this can be kind of
that home run that people who have struggled for years
with brain fog, focus attention issues, they start to use this.
They take their one scoop a day of their super
Focus IQ.

Speaker 5 (01:14:13):
They're taking their two.

Speaker 4 (01:14:14):
Capsules a day of the Kryloil Advanced, and they take
one capsule a day of that methyl B and within
the first week they're like, I feel like a completely
different person. This is not a placebo effect. You are
finally giving your body the nutrients that it has been
lacking to be able to do the actual pathways that

(01:14:39):
it is supposed to be doing every day. Now your
body can rid itself of those toxins. We're repairing the
brain cells from those dings in those dents with that
pospatidal searing found in super Focus IQ. We're increasing our
serotonin production with that methyl B, and at the same
time we're making sure that in the summer we're not

(01:15:01):
losing folate. We don't want to lose that folate because
of the sun. We clearly can see that UV degradation
is a big issue.

Speaker 5 (01:15:16):
We can see.

Speaker 4 (01:15:17):
The correlation between low levels of folate, low levels of
B six B twelve, and macular degeneration age related macular degeneration.
So this is just one of those wonderful add on formulas.
Taking one capsule of this powerful activated B complex each

(01:15:39):
day can really give you that pep in your step.
But it's doing so much to support the immune system,
the heart, the brain, pretty much every single function in
the body. Plus you get the trimethyl glycine in that
as well, so it'll help your body make additional glut
to thione. We need that glue to thione to fight
off all of those different radicals that we're exposed to

(01:16:01):
each and every single day. So I do need to
squeeze in one final break. When I get back, I
want to talk.

Speaker 5 (01:16:06):
About some beats. The beats HX is on right after
this break.

Remember we have our overstock sale that is happening right now.

(01:17:31):
So I was talking about the METHYLB formulation and I
said that that had trimethyl glycine in that that helps
your body make glue to thione. Well, we have our
glue to thione on the overstock sale, so it's eighty
five percent off, so go check that out. We have
made some some updates to that page. So Sammy, this

(01:17:53):
is just also another side note. If if you're interested
in taking Sammy for mood support or joints support.

Speaker 5 (01:18:00):
We need Sammy for that as well.

Speaker 4 (01:18:02):
But oftentimes people will use Sammy if they feel like
they have, you know, a bit of low mood depression.
You must partner your Sammy with methyl B. Sammy will
not be as effective if you are not taking it
with your B vitamins.

Speaker 5 (01:18:23):
This is so important. Do not forget that. So if you're.

Speaker 4 (01:18:28):
Checking out and you're getting Samy from the overstock sale,
also make sure you are getting your buy one, get
one free on that methyl B. We have the colon
HX on the overstock sale, the fiber anulin gummy. I
really encourage people to try that one out.

Speaker 5 (01:18:49):
Fiber.

Speaker 4 (01:18:50):
People need fiber goodness.

Speaker 5 (01:18:53):
Always give the stats.

Speaker 4 (01:18:55):
You're supposed to get at least thirty grams of fiber
per day, and I need to like queue and some
like sad dramatic music, and sadly Americans only get about
five to ten grams of fiber per day.

Speaker 5 (01:19:12):
And then we all run.

Speaker 4 (01:19:13):
Around and go, hmm, why is there such a high
level of heart disease, Why is there such a high
level of fatty liver disease?

Speaker 5 (01:19:21):
Why is their diabetes.

Speaker 4 (01:19:22):
Why is there obesity lack of fiber. Folks need to
have that fiber. Fiber is not just for bowel regularity.
I don't know where somewhere along the line in this
country we we just kind of partnered fiber solely with

(01:19:46):
bowel movements, and yeah, that's part of it. But we
have to recognize that fiber helps to regulate our cholesterol.
If you're dealing with cholesterol issues. Remember the sterolls plus
is on that over doc sale. But we have to
have fiber to regulate our blood sugar. So the fiber gummy.

(01:20:08):
Take two of those, you get three grams of fiber.
It's an awful lot of fiber for one serving. Now
let's talk about the beats. The Beats is kind of
one of my favorite summertime ones to turn to. There's
a lot of creative ways that you can use the beat,
say checks. I would say that the the go to

(01:20:30):
expert on Beats recipes at Invite Health is doctor Claire.
If you want to get creative in your kitchen with
the Beat sajacks, contact doctor Claire. She has made so
many unique little recipes with the Beat sa chacks. So
maybe you can make some little summertime popsicles with the

(01:20:50):
beat sa chacks. You have the beat root extract plus
that tart cherry extract. I always say that's near and
dear to me because where we source our tart cherry
extract is from Traverse City, Michigan, so from my home state,
and Traverse City is absolutely beautiful. I would say three

(01:21:11):
months out of the air. No, it's beautiful even in
the wintertime. But it's you know, you're up there in
the Michigan is a hand you know, if you have
your left hand out, some Michigan would be or Traverse
City would be kind of up by your your pinky.
And so you're up there at the tip of Lake Michigan,

(01:21:32):
and it's just it's gorgeous and grand Traverse Bay. I
always encourage anyone if you can ever make your way
to Traverse City in the summer, please do so. Such
a beautiful little little lake town. It's actually not really
too little, it's quite large now. But that's where we
source our tart cherry extract. And this is called cherry pure.

(01:21:56):
The cherry pure has been studied in a multitude of
different clinical trials and it has shown to be incredibly
helpful when it comes to muscle recovery. It works as
an anti inflammatory. So if you have muscle aches as

(01:22:18):
an example, we know that dehydration is definitely more common
in the summer, which can lead to muscle fatigue and
muscle aches muscle cramps. So taking a scoop of that
Beats HX each day, giving you the exposure to the
moorncy tart cherry cherry pure extract that we use, the

(01:22:39):
clinically studied cherry extract, this is important. You will find
that this can be incredibly helpful for those muscle aches
and paints. Plus it's making you drink the water. Right,
You're gonna take a scoop of the Beats HX mix
that in with about eight to ten ounces of water.

(01:23:00):
Now we're helping with our hydration number. Staying hydrated is
key if you have chronic dehydration. As we know seventy
five percent of Americans are always walking around chronically dehydrated.
This can lead to problems with low energy, poor quality sleep,

(01:23:20):
inability to focus, all of these different things that we know.
So we look at the beat shax and we know
that the beetroot extract itself very helpful for allowing the
body to produce higher amounts of nitric oxide. That nitric
oxide is key for opening up your blood vessels, which
means you're going to get better blood flow and oxygenation

(01:23:41):
out to the tissues, which also helps with muscle recovery,
but very important for regulating your blood pressure. So if
you deal with at times episodes of hypertension, then adding
in a formulation like beat shax would be very wise.
You may even take that twice a day, one scoop
twice a day. This is when you want to work

(01:24:02):
with one of our nutritional advisors so that you can
have that personalized routine. So we know that we have
many individuals who turn to the Beats HX formulation even
for overall libido and sexual performance. For many men, they

(01:24:23):
find a great amount of success using our beats CHX
formulation because it's once again it's helping with that nitric
oxide release. The more nitric oxide, the more vasodilation, the
better blood flow. Blood flow is key for men who
are dealing with some issues with sexual dysfunctions such as

(01:24:44):
a rectile dysfunction.

Speaker 5 (01:24:46):
So this is why.

Speaker 4 (01:24:47):
We turn to the beats CHEX for a variety of
different concerns that people have. So whether you are an
athlete or you're just one of those weekend warriors and
you over did it, the beats Hax with that tart
cherry extract very helpful with that muscle recovery. The anti
inflammatory effects of the tart cherry extract excellent formulation for

(01:25:11):
folks who want a product that is supportive for kidney
health as well. It is across the board a great
product to add in in the summer. Gives you all
those power antioxidants, makes you feel peppy. Take that along
with that METHYLB that Krill Oil advanced. I didn't get
to the hair enhance, but it's definitely a great product

(01:25:34):
to protect your hair from the UV damage in the sun.
Of course, super Focus IQ. Check out all of those products,
