Speaker 3 (00:31):
Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor
Amanda Williams, Chief Science Officer at Invite Health, and we
are having our Black Friday, Buy one, get one free
sale going on at Invite Health. So please stop by
one of our store locations we are open seven days
a week, or you can go to our website invitehealth
(00:54):
dot com, or you can give us a call and
we will be happy to answer any question that you
have and of course assist you along the way in
your wellness journey. I have many things that I want
to talk to you about in this short half hour
when we are focusing in on all of the wonderful
(01:15):
savings that you can take advantage of during the Black Friday,
buy one, get one free sale. And I want to
start off with some new things that are in the
news this week. The Radiological Society of North America was
looking at how muscle mass is incredibly important when it
(01:36):
comes to the way in which our brain ages. Now
this is important because you've heard me talk about circopenia
on this program before, which is age related muscle mass loss,
and how we want to do everything in our power
to prevent that. We don't want to get frail as
we get older. And we also talk about how diet
(02:00):
it is very important and having an adherence to a
Mediterranean diet really can help to maintain brain volume as
we age, which is also very very important. So scientists
discovered that more muscle and less hidden abdominal fat are
linked to younger biological brain age, and so the more
(02:22):
visceral fat that we have, then they could see this
acceleration of brain aging, while muscle mass offered a protective effect.
So this is a very very important study that just
came out, and researchers over at the Washington University School
of Medicine in Saint Louis, Missouri, we're looking at this
(02:45):
they were looking at muscle mass and brain health, and
I think that this is a very important connection and
there's a reason why we should never overlook the ability
for us to age gracefully, and that happens on a
couple of different fronts. Now, luckily for you, we have
(03:07):
a formulation that really gets to the heart of this matter,
and that is the active HX.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
This is a.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
Powdered formulation that we offer an invite and it contains HMB,
which is hydroxymethyl butyrate, so it's called active HX and
it contains HMB. Now, HMB is a natural breakdown of
the amino acid leucine, and we know that it's incredibly
(03:39):
important to maintaining the balance between muscle breakdown and the
restoration or the build up of muscle mass. So when
you look at muscle breakdown, that's called catabolism, and then
you look at a nabolism which is going to be
the build up of that muscle mass. What we know
(04:00):
on that science level is that HMB levels go down
with age and this is a direct correlation with the
loss of lean muscle mass as well as with strength.
So numerous studies have been conducted on HMB, and as
a matter of fact, they did a meta analysis back
(04:22):
in twenty fifteen, so we're looking ten years ago with
seven different clinical trials, and they found that individuals who
supplemented with HMB preserved muscle mass much more significantly than
those who did not, And not only were they able
to kind of scathe off the cyclopenia or that he
(04:44):
related muscle mass loss, they really could see a significant
shift in overall muscle strength as well. So this is
a key reason why we have active HX in our
product line, and we know that and that you know,
we start losing muscle mass once we're about forty years old,
(05:06):
and we typically lose about eight percent of our muscle
mass every decade, So that percentage of muscle decline or
muscle loss starts to accelerate the older we get. So
by the time we hit seventy years old, we're really
on this fast track of losing muscle in a significant way,
(05:29):
which can then increase the risk of fractures and falls.
We don't want this to happen now, looking at this
study that just came out out of Washington University School
of Medicine and that connection to brain health, this should
really make you say, what can I be taking advantage
(05:50):
of during the Black Friday buy one and get one
free sale. Well, Active age X is one and the
other one would be to partner that up with Krill
Oil Advanced. Are krill Oil Advanced is a powerful Omega
three fatty acid use a very specific krill oil. So
we are partnered with a company called Acre Biomarine and
(06:15):
they actually just got done conducting a study showing how
krill oil helps to preserve muscle strength and so for
individuals who lose muscle mass when they're trying to lose weight,
this is a common thing that they found that supplementation
with krill oil helped to significantly maintain muscle mass as
(06:39):
well as muscle strength. So why do we use this
specific krill Well, it is for a couple of different reasons.
Number one, the sustainability, because we want people in the
future to be able to yield those benefits of krill oil.
So the sustainable sourcing of this krill and the potency
(07:04):
of the krill is the two reasons why we have
partnered with Acre Biomarine and the Superba krill that we
use in the Krill Oil Advance. There is a significant
amount of scientific studies that have been conducted with the
exact krill oil that we provide you in the Krill
(07:26):
Oil Advanced Formulation across a multitude of different health concerns
from cardiovascular health to brain health, to maintaining muscle mass
to skin aging. We know that the power of krill
is quite quite potent. Now, what makes this form that
(07:49):
we use really so different than a standard krill oil
that you would find is the amount of total omega
threes that you're holding from this the EPA and the
DHA along with the natural phosphatityle coaling. And that's key
because that phosphatyle coaling will help our body with not
(08:10):
only detoxification and liver support, but also for the production
of acetyl colin, which is a very important neurotransmitter that
is associated with our memory and with cognition. So this
is kind of a pivot to another study that also
just came out this week where they were looking at
(08:31):
a common nutrient deficiency silently harming young individual's brains. And
so they were looking at how younger adults, especially here
in the United States, who are overweight. Remember by the
time we hit twenty thirty we will have over fifty
percent of Americans classified as obese. So they were looking
(08:55):
at younger adults who had higher levels of inflammation, had
indications of a stressed out liver, so the start of
fatty liver disease. And they were looking at the amount
of inflammation that was actually occurring within the brain and
they found that low coaline levels were closely tied to
(09:15):
these associated changes with the neuroinflammation, the systemic inflammation as
well as that fatty liver. So what's the solution here?
While researchers at Arizona State University are looking at coaline supplementation.
So this is a win win across the board because
once again we're zeroing in on targeting inflammation which we
(09:38):
know our omega three fatty acids do, supporting brain health
which we know our omega three fatty acids do, but
also the ability to get exposure to coalin. And we
know that the kryl Oil Advanced formulation that we offer
at Invite Health has this really powerful amount of these
natural pospholipids. So when you're supplement with the invite Health
(10:01):
Crilloil Advance, this is what you're getting. You're getting a
powerful amount of omega threes plus that fospholipid, that phosphatidyl coline,
along with the naturally occurring caronoid which is known as astaxanthin.
Astaxanthin is a potent antioxidant, and so when you look
(10:22):
at the different krill oils that are available out there
on the market, you can't say that those krill oils
have that same power amount of actual omega three partnered
up with the phospholipid at that same level along with
that asdasanthon. That all has that backing of years of
(10:45):
scientific research and studies conducted on that. We continue to
see the extensive amount of clinical trials that are being
done with kryl oil and the exact kryl oil that
we are using in the frontiers of nutrition. They were
looking at how krill oil has this very promising effect
(11:12):
when it comes to skin health and skin disorders when
you're looking at things like XMN psoriasis, and they started
to really decipher how the antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties
that are associated with krill oil are helping to soothe
(11:32):
and heal the skin from the inside out. And so
they did once again a meta analysis of multiple clinical
trials on kryll oil use and skin health and those outcomes,
and they could see the direct link between higher intake
of krill oil and promising outcomes when it comes to
(11:56):
improvement in skin health overall. So when we looked at
where should we be sourcing our krill oil from, it
was in a sense a no brainer to partner up
with Aco Buyer Marine because we recognize the way in
which they have gone to great lengths not only in
(12:17):
terms of the sustainability and the sourcing of how they
actually get that krill, but the true potency of the
krill oil to which they are making so and the
trace ability that's also important for me. We always like
to know exactly where that krill is coming from. The
(12:38):
testing of that krill every single batch, we can narrow
down and decipher the exact harvesting location and that actual
spectrum of the omega threes and the phospholipids, plus that
asd is antheon. So it is something that for me
is really a deciding factor for you to line seeing
(13:00):
this particular krill in our formulation and then the science
that is really showing the way in which that krill
oil is creating just this positive effect through every single system.
So whether you're thirty years old and you're concerned about
brain health and aging brain or high blood pressure, or
(13:23):
if you're dealing with insulin resistance or the start of
fatty liver disease, using the kryl Oil Advanced is going
to be your go too. If you have dry skin,
using Krill Oil Advance is going to be your go too.
And just as the study before that looking at why
(13:43):
it is that the loss of muscle mass as we
get older is so detrimental to the health of our brain,
this is why we look at the act of HX
with that HMB, which is the hydroxy methyl butyrate, and
the true powerful impact that HMB actually has on the
(14:06):
way in which we maintain muscle mass and muscle strength,
but also the way that that can in turn help
our brains age in a much more graceful way. So
during the invite Health Black Fridays that you definitely want
to be stocking up on active HX as well as
(14:26):
that Krill Oil Advanced. So I have more than I
want to to cover with you, but I do need

(15:53):
I am doctor Amanda Williams. We are having our Black Friday,
buy one, get one free sale, so every single product
in the Invite Health product line is on special right now.
So I just talked about the active HX, which is
the powdered formulation of HMB, so that is hydroxy methyl butyrate.
(16:16):
We know the power of HMB in terms of supporting
our muscle mass as we get older. Remember once we
hit about forty years old, we start losing muscle mass.
We know the connection between loss of muscle mass and
an accelerated aging process within the brain. We also know
that loss of key fats, those omega three fatty acids,
(16:40):
and the loss of phospholipids, the phosphatidyl coaline that can
also accelerate brain aging. So they've done studies looking at
individuals in their thirties and forties who are overweight, and
they can see that low levels of coaline are linked
two loss of brain volume. So what's our solution. We
(17:05):
take active AHX. We take Krill Oil advanced. Everyone should
be taking krill I think krill oil has so many
different powerful effects for the human body. Now we also
offer fish oil too, so I should say everyone should
be taking an Omega three. So let me clarify that
(17:27):
everyone should be on an Omega three fatty acid every
single day. Should be part of your daily supplementation routine.
Hands down, this is just something that we all need.
We do not get enough Omega three fatty asses just
from our dietary intake alone, which is why when they
test blood levels of an average American, you can see
(17:51):
that your Omega six count is significantly higher than the
Omega three. The ratio should be like two to one.
The average Americans ratio is about twenty to one, which
is why Americans walk around at this heightened state of
chronic inflammation. Not good at all because it's making every
(18:12):
single system in the body struggle and work even harder.
So taking eur omega three, I can talk about skin health,
brain health, heart health, immune health, GI health, you name it.
Eur Omega three fatty acids are so important. I personally
love the cryl oil advance because I like that added
(18:33):
benefit of having the phospholipid that phosphatitle colin in that
plus getting that powerful chrotoid that asd is anth and
also really good for not just brain health, but for
eye health as well. So a standard everyday routine needs
to include a comprehensive multibiem in multimineral, of which we
(18:55):
have many for you to choose from. We have our
Core multi vitamin, the Men's, the Women's and the Performance
Multi and all of those have a very similar spectrum
as far as the the B vitamins that they contain,
so they have the activated B vitamins, is a wonderful
(19:16):
natural vitamin E spectrum in it, so you're getting builth,
the takafrols, and those toka trianols. It has a built
in I support, so you're getting those other key caronoids,
the lutine, the lycopene, zeaxanthin, and then when you look
at the Performance multivitamin, you get the addition of Rodeola extracts.
(19:39):
We use a trademarked rodeola called Rodeo Life and that
is shown to help to encourage sell energy production, so
it kind of gives you extra little boost without giving
you that caffeine jittery feeling. And it also has a
very powerful and important an high oxidant known as SOD
(20:03):
or super oxide dismy taste, which is really important for
your cardiovascular system and maintaining healthy blood vessels, so something
we should all be concerned with as well. So while
it's called the performance multibiman, yes, it's great for those
who are out performing, whether on stage or on the
(20:25):
field or on the court. It's also a great daily
multi vitamin for those who have kind of that low
energy states, maybe you're dealing with diabetes or high blood pressure,
heart disease. This is a wonderful daily multi vitamin. They're
so easy to take because they're in a packet, so
every day you take one packet, ideally after you had
(20:48):
your breakfast, but if it's easier to take it at
dinner time, that's fine as well. But it really gives
you this comprehensive support at that cellular level, and you
get all the those keylated minerals, which is what makes
our multivitamins once again very unique. Now we also have
the Men's multi which gives support for prostate as well
(21:10):
as hormone balance and libido, and then we have our
Women's multivitamin, which gives a extra level of support for hair, skin,
and nails, and for hormone balance, so do make sure
that you check those out. But that should just be
part of a daily supplementation team. Is a comprehensive multivitamin multimineral.
(21:33):
Then we want to look at what else should we
be taking, well the omega threes, so you can utilize
our fish oil or you can use that krill oil advanced.
Then we also want to make sure that we have
the key source for energy, which is that ubiquinol. So
(21:53):
we have our ubiquenol with NADH. That's like a double
whammy effect for recharging your It's like putting premium fuel
into your vehicle. That is the go to for sell
energy each and every single day. So it's not just
for heart health, it's not just for brain health. It's
(22:16):
for all of your cells in your body, including for
skin health and your immune system. So important that you
include coq ten ubiquinol into a daily supplementation routine. So
we've done our daily MAULTI that we're going to be taking.
We have our coq ten ubiquinol with that NADH, which
(22:39):
is a vitamin B three and it really helps to
regenerate that energy pipeline for all of your cells, and
then we have to include that omega three fatty acid. Now,
most people will also need additional vitamin D and magnesium
because we already know about ninety percent Americans don't have
(23:01):
adequate vitamin D intake and about seventy five percent of
Americans don't get enough magnesium. So those should just be
kind of go tos for your daily supplementation routine as well.
But now I want to pivot to our l car
with ALA. So this is the acetyl l carnatine with
alfalapoic acid. Why are those two so important? Well, acetyl
(23:23):
ol carnatine is kind of a modified version of the
amino acid carnatine. So it's for cell energy. I always
say it's like the taxi driver that picks you up
and takes you to your destination. That's what carnatine does,
is it picks up those key fatty acids and it
drives them to the inside of the cell so that
they can be made into energy, which is a great thing.
(23:46):
So they work in synergy with your coenzyme Q ten UBIQUINL.
Then it has alfalopoic acid in it. Alfalopoc acid is
one of the bodies most important antioxidants to fight off
free radicals and ox state of stress. And it really
is a power antioxidant when it comes to blood glucose regulation.
(24:11):
So why would we partner these two up, Why do
we put the alkar with the alphalapoc acid. Well, we
just look at the science and we can see that
the combination of alfalapoa acid with acetyl l carnatine has
been shown time and time again to be kind of
(24:33):
the power duo for our body when it comes to
anti inflammatory antioxidant properties. And they did a really fascinating
study many years ago was published in the Medicine Journal,
and they looked at giving individuals who were dealing with
(24:54):
sciatic pains. This was younger individuals that for whatever reason
ended up with sciatic discomfort. So the sciatic nerve is
like the major nerve that runs from basically your butt
all the way down your leg. And they found that
when they gave them acety al carnatine with alphalopolic acid,
(25:15):
they had a statistically superior improvement compared to the placebo
group when it came to not only just pain and
quality of life, but when they were looking at the
fundamental aspect of just movement. You could see that the
group that was taking the l CAR with ALA, they
(25:36):
felt better, but they were also moving better because what
it's actually doing is it's recharging those nerve cells that
was allowing for more rapid healing and having the alphalopolic acid,
and that was taking away a lot of the oxidative
stress that was occurring within the muscle tissue itself. Now
we can go way back in time and look at
(25:57):
the combined treatment of alfhalopolc acid with a cyl carnitine
on cardiovascular functions. So they took a group of individuals
who had high blood pressure and coronary artery disease, and
they found that when they gave them this combo of
the LCR with ALA, they could see once again a
(26:19):
drop in their blood pressure, which is a win, but
also improvement in the endothelial function, which is the cells
that line the blood vessels. So they said, what a
lot of this was coming from was that the level
of mitochondrial dysfunction or the way in which the cells
(26:40):
were not working correctly, that once they started this combo
of the LCR with ALA, they could start to see
regulation of blood pressure and improvement of the overall vascular tone.
So we look at alcar with ALA as being kind
of our go to product in our line for those
(27:01):
who are dealing with nerve issues, blood sugar issues, blood
pressure issues, and of course because we have that acetylated form,
it can actually cross the blood brain barrier and help
with the recharging and the refueling of your tired, fatigued
brain cells. So just to kind of recap what we
(27:25):
discuss thus far, with the use of acetylol, carnatine, the
use of krill oil advance, the use of active HX,
those three products alone can do so much when it
comes to helping support a healthy aging process. Remember this
(27:45):
starts in your twenties, thirties, forties. You don't want to
have a reactionary approach to anything in the body. We
always want to be proactive, so we always want to
be thinking ahead. What can I do to keep my
cells energized, What can I do to maintain my muscle mass,
(28:06):
What can I do to support brain volume so that
my brain ages in a healthy fashion. So this is
where those products partnered up, of course with your comprehensive
daily multivitamin that we offer at invite Health, and I
encourage you to check those out. Go to our website

Welcome to Invite Radio. You're about to receive responsible, life
changing information on health and nutrition. You'll hear from Invite
professionals who are leaders and targeted and anti aging nutrition.
Get ready for tomorrow's nutritional science today, Right here, right now,
good morning, Happy Saturday. I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving,
and I hope you're getting some time offs you can
(30:50):
relax and see your friends and family. We're having a
great time. I saw both of my sons and it's
just wonderful. And any event invite. We are having our
Thanksgiving supersale. They're calling it a super sale, and it is.
These are super high quality supplements. They're very clean, they're
very well made, very honestly made with a great deal
(31:13):
of integrity. You get fifty percent off, you buy two bottles,
you get fifty percent off suggested retail. It's it's throughout
the whole internet, you know, the whole website, or in
the stores or if you call on the phone, and
if it's a thirty five dollars order or more, invite
pays to shipping. So it's really big savings. So it's
(31:35):
a Thanksgiving super sale now, which gives me license to
talk about annie supplement. So I generally talk about supplements
that like, really have an impact, really have a benefit
that is rock solid, anchored in science, acted in a
lot of great science that's published in pay reviewed medical journals.
So let's start with rests A veritual. Now, this is
(31:59):
very interesting. According to many experts, our human body has
about six hundred miles of blood vessels, veins, arteries, arteriolos.
So our body has about six hundred miles of blood vessels,
but more than half of these are in your brain,
two thirds of them. Four hundred miles of blood vessels
(32:22):
in your brain, showing you how important circulation is to
your brain. Your brain is a super high energy organ
the metabolism is off the chart, and if you don't
have good circulations in the brain, not a good thing
because cells start to suffer and die, and this affects
your cognitive function, your memory, and your risk of those
(32:46):
older age related diseases of the memory and of the brain.
So unfortunately, basically all of us have a decline in
circulation to the When Harvard tried to put a figure
to it, they canvass thousands of Americans and they compay
in age groups and the degeneration of circulation. They said
(33:09):
it was somewhere between ten to fourteen percent. Now, of course,
and that's to drop the percentage drop in circulation to
the brain, which is a bad thing. However, it's going
to be worse in diabetics it's going to be worse
than smokers. It's going to be worse in people with
severe heart disease. It's going to be worse possibly in
people with high blood pressure, depending on how well they're
managing it. So there's a lot And also even if
(33:31):
you're exposed to a lot of ear pollution and flames
your blood vessels, it stiffens them and thickens them. It's
not a good thing. So this is where rest viritual
comes in to play. Rest vitual is what we call
vaso active. It supports great circulation and many studies rest
(33:51):
virtual restore circulation to the people's brains. Now, circulation to
the brain has already declined. By the time you're in
your forties or fifties, it's already decreased. So there's quite
a few studies, quite an archive, quite a livery of
studies showing as virtual restore circulation to the brain and
(34:12):
people in their forties, fifties, sixties, seventies, eighties and beyond.
So here's two of those studies. Now, mind you, there's
a lot of these studies. I love this one. It's
the Neurocure Center of Excellence for Brain Research and the
Max Plant Constitute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences. They're
both in Germany, and they wanted to see the effect
(34:35):
of rest viritrol and overweight older people, because when you're
overweight and you're older, that's two strikes against the circulation
in your brain. So they wanted to see does it
affect brain function? Does it help memory? Now, the participants
either took two hundred milligrams of resveratrol every day for
(34:56):
twenty six weeks, so half a year, while another grow
a matched group as far as age et cetera, took
a inactive placebo. The use of rest viritul a significant
impact on the ability to remember words compared to placebo.
A significant increase and functional connectivity of the hippocampus. Now
(35:20):
that's really important. The hippocampus is the part of the
brain where you shove memories into when you're learning something new,
where you form memories, where you organize your memories, where
you store your memories, and what they mean by an
increase in the functional connectivity, the hippocampus has to be
connected to other organs in the brain, like the interntal
(35:43):
cortex and the dentate gyrus for it to function properly
for your memory. So all of that was really good.
So here's an even bigger, better study. This is a
very recent study. It's called a Reshow study. It was
a two year long study and one hundred and twenty
five women on res vitual for a year one hundred
(36:03):
and twenty five women on placebo for a year. All
of these women at the start of the study were
forty five to eighty five years of age, so at
the end of the study they were forty seven to
eighty seven years of age. So here's the crazy thing.
This is unbelievable. Res Virtual restored circulation to their aging
brain by seventeen percent, so it's basically totally offsetting the
(36:27):
declineate circulation to the brain that accompanies the natural aging process.
Res Vitual increased cognitive performance like the ability to remember,
the ability to learn, the ability to organize by thirty
three percent. They had a third improvement a third of
their cognitive function improvement compared to what they were before
(36:49):
the res Virtual. It improved their verbal memory. So like
you're listening to me now, verbal memory If you can
remember some of the stuff I'm saying, that's verbal memory
and had a real impact on the verbal memory. Their
brain worked faster, they had greater accuracy in spitting out information. Now,
(37:09):
there's a lot of data on this. There's a lot
of data on rest ferritrol and memory and circulations of
the brain. It really works. I take it every day.
I take it with my lunch. I take other things
with breakfast. So I take two hundred milligrams of rest
fritrail every day with my food. Now why are rest
(37:31):
virtual versus another company? Well, this is real rest virtual.
It's natural rest ritual. It's derived from plants grown in Texas,
the Great State of Texas. It's manufactured in New Jersey.
It's in a capsule that protects the rest frituil from
oxygen and from light all light, because any light deactivates
(37:53):
rest ritual. Oxygen causes it to dk and scientists found
that certain things found in plants were resprituil. We amplify
its benefits, make it work better, So we put these
into products. You're getting some grape seed x crack and
you're getting some cursit. The These are really good things
on their own for your circulation, but adding them to
rest friritrol bangs it right out of the ballpark. Just
(38:15):
hits it right out of the ballpark. It's great supplement.
So and by the way, there's a second huge benefit
for the brain rest fritrol. It restores the health of
the blood brain barrier. That's really important for me to say.
The blood brain barrier is extra insulation in the blood
vessels of the brain to keep nasty things out of
(38:37):
the brain. Because these nasty things in like your big toe,
they're not going to do anything, but these nasty things
getting into your brain, some of them can kill you
or just destroy part of your thinking in your memory.
So the blood brain barrier gets a little leaky with age,
and rest firritrol restores the health of the blood brain
(39:00):
to keep nasty things out of the brain. Georgetown University
led that research because they were studying rest fviritual on
people with Alzheimer's disease, and it really had a benefit.
They saw that when they gave people res virtual over
the course of the year, people with mild and moderate
Alzheimer's that they're thinking actually improved. They were actually more
functional physically, like they were more independent, Like it was
easier for them to get to the messhole to eat
(39:22):
their food. It was easier for them to get dressed,
it was easier for them to say hello, I mean,
it all worked out well. So if you could do
that for them, imagine how much rest Viritual can protect
your brain and my brain. So take that rest virtual
if you're over if you have diabetes, take a rest
virtual because it will help protect your kidneys and your
(39:43):
lungs and your heart and a lot of organs and tissues.
If you're overweight, tech res virtual because it offsets a
lot of the things that go wrong when you're overweight.
Because when you're really overweight with fat I'm obviously not
talking about muscle, you get all kinds of inflammation that
comes up your brain and your eyes and your heart,
et cetera. So you don't want that. And for anybody
(40:04):
really over forty or fifty, get on the rest vitul.
All of our respirtual products are on special. In fact,
all of our products are on special because we're having
a Thanksgiving sale. Now, when you talk about an aging brain,
it's not just circulation to the brain and the health
of the blood brain barrier, both of which are getting
benefits from taking rest virtual. Circulation to the brain and
(40:27):
the health of the blood brain barrier to keep histy
things out of the brain. It's also something called influm aging.
As we grow older, and we don't understand why this happens.
But as we grow older, inflammation increases in our bodies.
We don't know why. I mean, there's a whole bunch
of hypotheses, but nothing's been proven. But it's been proven
(40:50):
that inflammation increases. And of course the inflammation is not
great for your heart or your circulatory system, or your
kidneys or anything. But it's a disease asked in the
brain because inflammation in the brain really ages the brain
and really gums up the function of the brain, and
really damages your memory and kills brain cells and increases
(41:12):
the risk of all those diseases like Alzheimer's disease and
Louis body dementia and vascular dementia and Parkinson's disease and
anything else you can think of that's due to aging
and bad things happening to the brain. So to counteract
inflammation of the brain, krill oil. It's what I take.
(41:36):
I take it with my breakfast every morning. I take
it with my breakfast every morning. If you want to
know what I take and I'll tell you why too.
Just send an email to Invite Health and ask him,
you know, why is Jerry's protocol? Why does he take
these supplements? And I'll send you my full range of
what I'm taking right now because it changes with age.
(41:59):
What I take now is the same thing that they
took when I was fifty. So if you want to
find out what I take, contact Invite, send them an
email and I'll make sure that they have a list
of what I'm taking. Okay, send them an email and
I'll give them a list of what I'm taking. So now,
Krill oil. Krill oil has been proven absolutely without a
(42:23):
doubt to decrease inflammation in the brain, in the human
brain and the human heart and the heart at lowers
something called HSCRP, which is a proxy for inflammation in
the heart. Normal levels of CRP are one or less.
If it's two, you're clogging the arteries of the heart,
(42:45):
and if it's three, you're at risk for a stroke
er heart attack, because not only are you clogging the
arteries of the heart, but that pluck that you're building
up from the cholesteroil is highly inflamed and it can
break off and close the stroke heart attack. So first
of all, the krill lowers that inflammation in your heart
very strongly, and we'll get back to that in a
couple of monuts. So I have to go to a break.
(43:06):

Speaker 4 (44:08):
You know, it just came to me that everything I'm
talking about on this program, we're dealing with the Thanksgiving sale.
But everything I'm talking about, I'm taking. But I take
more than what I'm talking about on this show. Okay, So,
krill absolutely without a doubt lower's inflammation in your heart.
(44:28):
And they found that. Yeah, let's talk about the heart
real quick, because here's fish walls in general. So it
could be krill, it could be fish wells, it could
be eating fish. For separate studies, if you can raise
the fish wells in your heart a fifty reduction and
(44:54):
southern cardiac death risk. Now this is in the general circulation.
This in the journal JAMA, Journal of the American Medical Association.
So here's a bunch of studies, Journal of the American
Medical Association. If you raise the amount of fish oils
in your heart a big drop and the risk of
(45:15):
sudden cardiac death. Sudden cardiac death kills about three hundred
to three hundred and fifty thousand Americans each year, and
it is exactly that they keel over and they're gone.
So a forty two to fifty reduced risk. I will
take that. I take my krill every morning when my breakfast,
I take two capsules because it has very absorbable fish
(45:36):
oils that are not broken down that will go to
my heart and protect my heart. So krill lowers inflammation
and the heart to kind of inflammation that triggers the
stroke or a heart attack. Krill lowers your risk of
sudden cardiac death. Krill lowers your risk of stroke. This
(45:56):
is one hundred and eighty three thousand people, twenty nine
prospective studies. Now these studies are from Canada, Australia, Northern Europe,
all these different countries in Europe like Germany and Denmark, Japan, Sweden, Spain,
England and Ireland, the United States. Okay, so I mean
(46:19):
this is real, one hundred and eighty three thousand people,
twenty nine perspective studies. It's in the journal Stroke that
if you raise your fish oil levels it strongly reduces
your risk of a stroke. So take your krill, or
eat your fish, or eat good fish like salmon, or
(46:40):
take fish wills, but do one of them. One of
them is important to do. I pick krill because there's
other benefits the grill because krill. Krill not only cleans
inflammation out of the heart and reduces your risk of
sudden cardiac death and reduces your risk of a stroke.
Krill also cleanses your liver. It gets fat out of
(47:02):
your liver. Anybody with diabetes or pre diabetes, or who's
really overweight, they have fat in their liver, okay, Or
if you drink a lot of alcohol, there's fat in
your liver. So and in fact, even if you're breathing
in pollution, there's probably fat in your liver because breathing
in that pollution is not a good thing if you're
doing it every day. But krill protects your brain cells.
(47:23):
It's converted into a host of protective metabolites that shield
your brain cells from dying. But it also rebuilds your
brain cells because it has all the things that make
your brain cells. Phosphatides, coaline, serene andocetol, ethanolamine, fiss oils,
and astxanthem they're all in the krill. Now let's talk
(47:45):
about coling. Colin is something really important for your brain.
It's considered a B vitamin. Technically it's a B vitamin,
but coalin is really hard to absorb. Into the brain
the kind and this is why I'm taking krill specifically
because this phosphatydle coling. Krill is loaded with phosphatytle coling.
(48:10):
So not only do you get all the fish weels,
you get the phosphatytle coling and a phosphatylel coling gets
into your brain and the phosphatides make the brain cells
and keep them alive, and the colin is converted into
acetyl colding. So what does acetyl colin do in your brain?
(48:31):
It does amazing things in your brain. Acetyl Colin feeds
the brain with new brain cells. It's called cognitive reserve.
So what does that mean. You're born with a certain
amount of brain cells, but they die and they have
to be replaced. And a young person, if they exercise
and take a good night's sleep, they'll make about six
(48:51):
hundred new memory cells every day. But all the people
we lose that ability, so exercising and sleeping older people
is really important. But you still need the ingredients to
make the brain cells. Krill gives you the ingredients to
make the brain cells, but it's more than that because
it allows you to create a setyl colin. A setyl
(49:14):
coling triggers the release. It's part of the system that
triggers the release of nerve growth factors like brain derived
neurotrophic factor that stimulate the conversion of stromal stem cells
into memory cells. And these memory cells are new, they're clean,
they haven't been tainted by depression. That's one of the
(49:35):
reasons why krill helps with depression. The fact that's why
it that's why a lot of antidepressants seem to help
with depression, because you're creating new cells that haven't been
tainted by depression. So they're not just restoring chemicals, they're
also triggering the formation of new brain cells. But krill
and exercise and sleep help you create new memory cells
(49:55):
because the krill releases the phosphatyle coling, just how the
colon gets into the brain and it becomes acetyl colon.
The acetyl colin triggers to release a brain derived or
a trophic factor when you're sleeping or when you're exercising,
and this creates new memory cells. And these memory cells,
once again have not been touched by depression and have
(50:17):
not been touched by the plaque that leads to Alzheimer's
and other dementias. So even if you have plaque in
your brain, your brain can go on working because you're
creating new, healthy, not damaged memory cells. So this is
really important. So most Americans lack coaling in their foods,
So we're talking about coling for grill right. Lacking coalin
(50:40):
leads to severe fatty livid disease, heart disease, fatty heart dementia,
muscle damage is schemic stroke. So when they looked at
all the people twenty two hundred people between ages seventy
to seventy five, those who consume more coalin, and you
could do that by taking the krill. It improved that
(51:02):
cognitive function and it protected them from memory decline. It
protected them from memory and decline. So krill helps protect
your brain from inflammation. Krill helps protect your memory cells
from dying. Krill helps you create memory cells, it helps
them function, It helps restore your memory. It helps you
(51:24):
create a sealed colling for your memory and for cognitive reserve.
I think it's a very very good supplement for people
over forty. Just like the rest verritual, they're both great
for the brain. The krill also is good for your
liver and your heart, so there's a lot of benefit
(51:45):
to that. Now I could talk about any supplement because well,
we're having our Thanksgiving sale, so I'd like to talk
quickly about the immune system. I mean, if you can
make the immune system work really well, it kills cancer cells,
it kills bacteria, bad bacteria, it kills viruses, it kills
(52:11):
all kinds of nasty things. Now here's the reason why
I'm bringing up the immune system. Tis the season, you know,
and cold and flu season. So some of you have
gotten a flu shot. Here's the bad news. They had
to figure out which flu it was. I don't know,
(52:32):
maybe a year ago, six months ago. The problem is
not their fault. They got the flu the dominant flu strain. Incorrect,
the dominant flu strain right now in the United Kingdom,
in Ireland, in Japan, and in our neighbor Canada. So
it's going to be on the way here is uh
(52:55):
subclude k H three and two subclue K that's going
to be the dominant strain. And it's a new strain.
It's not covered by the immunization, so it could cause
more severe illness and more severe complications and wind up
more people in the hospital. Now, is it worth getting
(53:16):
a flu shot. A lot of people get mad at
me because I'm not against immunizations. But too bad. I
go by the science. I don't go by some talking
head on YouTube. For some people, a flu shots really important.
I mean, if they have severe diabetes and heart failure
in all, it's really important for them. So even though
(53:36):
it doesn't have the subclade K, the H three and
two subclade K, which is probably the dominant strain in
the United States this year, it still wakes up the
immune system. But what do you do anyway? How can
I help myself fight off this new flu string. I
can help myself fight off every flu string, and all
(53:58):
of you people, a lot of you did not get
the flu shot. I can help you fight off every
flu string, every coronavirus strain, every covid, every bacterial strain,
because we can help restore your immune system to good
working order. Not overdoing exercise, but getting exercise is great
for the immune system. Getting sleep is great for the
(54:19):
immune system. And if you're not sleeping, taking a small
amount of melatonin at night helps restore your immune system.
Things like a multi vitamin A great for the immune
system because you need zinc you need copper, you need
vitamin D, you need a whole bunch of things for
the immune system. You even need iron. But the best
(54:40):
thing you can drink to help prevent the flu is
green tea. In fact, I'm drinking it right now when
we go to breaks, I'm sipping on green tea. So
what do I do? I want about four cups a day,
So I brew green tea twice a day. First of all,
I love green tea. I love green tea a lot
more than I like I like coffee, but I love
(55:02):
green tea. So I brew two cups a day for
my wife and two cups a day for me. And
then I take the liquid and I put a couple
of squirts in there. And that's like having a bunch
of cups of green tea, because every squirt is like
a cup of green tea. As far as the things
done a good for the immune system. So there's a
lot of data on green tea, some of it from
(55:23):
the United States, some of it from Japan, some of
it from Germany. Like in Japan, when they had kids
drink little cups and little thimble sized cups of green tea.
You don't want to give a kid too much green tea.
When they gave these kids little little thimble sized cups
of green tea, I cut down on the flu by
like fifty percent diagnosed by doctors. I cut down in
(55:44):
sore throats, coughs, and colds. The kids weren't absent from school.
They might have wanted to be absent from school, but
they weren't sick, so they had to go to school. Now,
they did a study in the United States and health
healthcare workers one hundred and ninety nine healthcare workers. Now,
healthcare workers, people are coughing on them, people are sneezing
(56:06):
on them. When they gave them green tea, it cut
way back on a number of healthcare workers who got sick.
They did a similar study at the University of Florida, Gainesville,
and when they gave Americans green tea, even young Americans,
it cut way back on the incidents of colds and
sore throats and sniffles and the flui, et cetera. Way back.
(56:26):
There's a whole bunch of there's a big library of
data on green tea and viruses, and people who do
green tea fewer colds, fewer cases of the flu. Now
it seems to weaken the viruses on contact. So when
(56:47):
somebody sneezes on you, there's millions and millions of millions
of viral products, viral bodies entering your eyes, your nose,
your mel or on your hands. You know, you get
later the immune system has to tech. What the green
tea does it helps emmune system meant to attack because
the green tea on contact with the viruses prevents them
(57:07):
from getting into your cells and sticking out to your
cells and invading your cells and propagating increasing in number.
The green tea weakens the virus flu viruses, all the
flu viruses. It weakens all the flu viruses and many
of the coronaviruses, you know, the ones that cause covid
That weakens them, and cold viruses and quote viruses. It
(57:27):
inhibits the enzymes like neuromendation heemaglutenin that the flu viruses
need to infect you. It weakens them. They can't infect you.
It makes it harden than to infect you. It's kind
of like, you know, putting a coating on your cells.
Really now. The second thing that the green tea does
it stimulates the effectiveness of gamu delta T cells to
attack and kill viruses and bacteria. So due to green
(57:52):
tea twice a day throughout flu season, because there's a
nasty flu on the horizon that is not really covered
by our immunizations. It's to a three N two subclade
K subclade K, so do it now. Two other things
that'll help your immune system nucleotides. Nucleotides is energy for
(58:15):
your immune cells. Nucleotides are capsules. If I feel myself
getting sick, I'll take like five of them twice a
day for two days. It knocks everything out of my system.
That just knocks the infections out. I've got a grand
kid on the way on the East Coast. My two
granddaughters are over in San Francisco, so I don't really
get sick from them because I don't see them all
(58:37):
the time. But now I've got a boy coming in
April on the East coast, which means I'm going to
get a lot more colds. So I'll keep the nucleotides
on hand for my wife and me, and it'll boost
energy and the immune system. The immune system gets active
quicker and it kind of demolishes the infections. So get
the nucleotides. Keep it in your house. Some people take
(58:58):
three a day or two a day, just preventatively. I
don't normally do that. I just wait until I'm starting
to get sicken, and I'll take like five twice a
day for two or three days until the infection goes away.
And when i come back from the break. Because we're
going to a break because we're having our Thanksgiving sale,
I'm going to talk about probiotics and immune system. I'll
(59:19):
be right back.

Speaker 4 (01:00:20):
Okay, welcome back to the program. Hope you're enjoying the show.
I hope I'm giving you some good info. I mean,
I am. I know I'm giving you good info.
Speaker 3 (01:00:27):
I hope you liked you.
Speaker 4 (01:00:31):
I spoke about nucleotides, which is a tonic for energy
for the immune system. So if you start to get sick,
dose up with some nucleotides, it'll rev up the immune
system and it'll be able to at a faster rate
go after the infection. And the faster the immune system
can get activated to go after an infection, the weaker
(01:00:52):
the infection becomes less sick. You get. It's that simple.
And then I said the green tea. Now, if you
don't want to drink the green tea, to taste of
green tea, so I like to drink it. If you
don't want to drink the green tea, we have a
green tea capsule, and basically you could take one a
day during Caledon flu season because a lot of studies
on infections were done with green tea capsules, not just
(01:01:13):
green tea gargling or drinking green tea. So if you
took one of our green tea capsules every day, that
would help you fight off infections. So that's on sale,
because everything's on sale all the infire products. Now probiotics,
it's a quick booster for the immune system. I recommend
you get on probiotics right away, right now, because within
(01:01:34):
a week or two, your immune system will be much
better at fighting off infections, possibly even cancer cells like
some of the cells that probiotics have been shown to
improve the function of because these cells weaken with age.
So that's why all the one of the reasons, a
(01:01:55):
major reason why all the people are more likely to
get cancer, a severe flu infection that can wind them
up in the hospital, et cetera, and so on and
so forth. So you want to bring the immune system
back to its good function of a younger stage in life,
an earlier stage in life. So when you take the probiotic,
and this is important for some reason, we don't know why,
(01:02:17):
but many studies show our bacterial strains and our intestines
change with age and we have fewer of the beneficial
bacteria and more of the problematic bacteria that can increase
your risk of disease in a number of ways. So really,
people over sixty, they really need to be on a
probiotic or all kinds of fermitted foods like kefer you know,
(01:02:42):
stuff like that. So you have to do something to
get good bacteria in you. I tend to do a
lot of things. I have real Greek yogurt, organic Greek yogurt,
I take the probiotic. I mean, I'm doing a lot
of things. I like Asian fermented foods all the time,
(01:03:03):
so I've done a lot of things. You know. I
cook a lot of Asian foods. I like to cook
Asian foods. I'm a good cook, by the way, so
my wife is even better cook, so I usually defer
to her. But I like to cook. I like to cook,
and she loves when I cook because the food turns
out good.
Speaker 2 (01:03:21):
You know.
Speaker 4 (01:03:22):
Don't forget, I'm a chemist and cookies all about chemistry.
Let's get back to this. Probiotics bring back neutrophills, so
what's that all about. Your number one sell in the
immune system is called a neutrophill, and neutrophills are like
a blunt weapon against all infections. Every infection. If it
(01:03:43):
doesn't belong in your body, day attack it. If it's
alive and it doesn't belong in your body, they attack it.
So neutri phills are very active and kids and teenagers,
but they become less active in your twenties. So why
would that be Because you've been proposed to a lot
of infections by the time you're in your mid twenties.
(01:04:03):
So now you have antibodies. So the antibodies start to
take over. They're more specific for infections. So if we
can bring back the nutrophills, all of these new infections
are held in check better. So all the people have
plenty of nutrophills. They're also called polymorphonuclear leukocytes. All the
(01:04:23):
people have plenty of neutrophils, but they're not working. So
if we can get them working. So I said that
there's a new strain of flu this year, the H
three N two subclade K. That's a new strain. Okay,
that's not really covered by our immunizations. So if you
can make your nutripills work better. It doesn't matter if
(01:04:45):
you have the antibodies already. Well, it's always good to
have the antibodies. I don't want to put that message
into your brain. It's always good to have the antibodies.
But if you don't and the neutrophilds are working, it
gives the subcl K and strain of H three N
two less of a chance to be dangerous. So when
(01:05:05):
you take the probiotic HX, there are strains in there
that stimulate within the first week or two the function
of the nutrophills, so any new infection that comes along,
your body is better equipped to handle it. That's why
new infections are so dangerous in older people because their
neutrophils don't work well anymore. And it's the nutrophils that
(01:05:26):
handle new infections, things that you have not been infected
with before.
Speaker 2 (01:05:32):
But also.
Speaker 4 (01:05:34):
There's another kind of immune cell that the probatic will stimulate,
and it's the strain by Phinobacteria animolus subspecies lactis that's
going to do this. It's called a natural kilo cell.
Natural killer cells are bridge cells between the neutrophills and
when you make antibodies, it takes weeks to make antibodies,
(01:05:56):
So you don't want a space where the nutriphills become
fatigued and you don't have the antibodies yet, because then
the infection could get ban again. They could get ripped,
roaring dangerous again. So you have these bridge cells like
natural killer cells that bridge the gap between nucrophills becoming
fatigued and the formation and activation of antibodies. So it's
(01:06:17):
going to stimulate natural killer cells. But natural killer cells
also have a kind of memory. Neutrophils don't have a memory.
They just are a blunt weapon against low infections. The
natural killer cells will recognize the flu again and again
and again and attack it. They have a kind of memory.
But they also are one of the major cells that
track down and kill cancer cells. So one of the
(01:06:39):
reasons why older people like myself are more prone to
cancer and many people listening in the audience, is because
the natural kilo cells are not working well. Within a
week or two on the promatic HX, the natural killer
cells will become much more active. So here's the three
things I'm telling you for your immune system right now.
Because they're expecting in this new flu strain to be
(01:07:01):
the dominant strain in the US, and it can be
quite dangerous for some of us. Probatic HX one a day.
That's all you need nucleotides. If you start to get sick,
take five twice a day and drink the green tea.
Drink the green tea. Brew a cup of green tea
twice a day and put a squirt of our green
tea drops into it, so that'll equal four cups. If
(01:07:24):
two cups a brewed green tea and two squirts is
four cups of green tea. So do that. That's really
good practice. You're kidding me, of course, I'm doing it. Now.
I can talk about anything because we're having a sale.
So I'd like to comment on the multi vitamins very quickly,
(01:07:48):
because I think that it's a fundamental thing. It's the
basis for all your nutrition, especially in older people. All
the people. We can't absorb zink so much from food.
We can't absorb loutine from food. You need that for
your brain and eyepalls. You need to zinc for a
lot of things, including your immune system and healing. You
can't absorb a whole host of things very as good
(01:08:14):
as you could before. When you were at a younger
stage from your food. So taking a multi will buttress
that and you'll have enough of all these critical nutrients
because you need these nutrients for everything. It's very common
for all the people to be low and folate, which
helps prevent dementia and cancer, is very common. For all
the people to be short in B twelve, what you
(01:08:35):
need for nerve health and to prevent dementia is very common.
And to make red blood sells. By the way, it's
very hemoglobin. It's very common for all the people to
be short. And a lot of B vitamins what you
need for metabolism. And in case you don't know it,
Alzheimer's is kind of like diabetes of a brain. Some
people call it type free diabetes. So it's a lack
of metabolism in the brain. You need these vitamins from
(01:08:57):
metabolism in the brain. You need these vitamins to help
prevent cancer, to help prevent heart disease, to help prevent dementia,
to help prevent eye disease, to detoxify chemicals out of
body by delivering kidneys. I mean these things are don't
make energy out of your food. I mean these nutrients
in a multivitamin are just really important. So these are
the proven benefits of multi vitamins in older people. Now.
(01:09:22):
I don't know at what stage you're older anymore. We're
younger today than our parents were at the same stage
and older people, consistent use of a multivitamin has very
strong protective effects. For instance, consistent use helps prevent a stroke.
Consistent use of a multivitamin helps prevent the stroke. Consistent
(01:09:45):
use of a multi vitamin helps prevent a heart attack.
There's a lot of data on this. Consistent use of
a multivitamin and older people helps prevent coronary heart disease
to number one killer in the world. Consistent use of
a multivitamin helps prevent cancer. Consistent use of a multi
(01:10:06):
vitamin helps reduce your risk of eye disease. Consistent use
of a multivitamin helps reduce your risk of memory loss.
And consistent use of a multivitamin really has an impact
on your memory. It really has an impact on your memory.
I mean, there's studies in every age group, little kids,
(01:10:29):
college students, middle aged people, older adults, men, women, doesn't
matter at all age groups. There's benefit from taking a
multivitamin for the brain, for the function of the brain,
and in older people it's not just function of the brain,
it's protection of the brain. So we have really I
(01:10:53):
don't think you can make them better multivitamin than what
Invite offers. Before I go into it, let me go
to a break. Okay, Well, having got Thanksgiving special, it's
a big deal. Take advantage of it. These are really clean,

Speaker 4 (01:12:07):
Okay, welcome back. We're having our Thanksgimming special. You heard
the deal over the ad. I forgot to mention about probiotic.
There's no wheat in there, and there's no gluten in there,
there's no milk in there, and there's nothing like that.
It's really free of alligens. You get billions of bacteria.
You really just need one of our probatic a day,
and all five strains give an array of benefits constiapation, diarrhea, bloating, gasiness,
(01:12:33):
better digestion, better brain health. We'll talk about that in
the future. Maybe next time I'm on, I'll talk about
the impact of probatics on the brain because it's really fascinating,
but it's technical and it takes time, and we don't
have enough time because I'm in a less segment. But
the promatic is a great formula and you only need
one today. Now, the multivitamins, why do you invite multis Okay,
(01:12:54):
so multivitamins lower risk of cancer, eye disease, memory loss.
They give you brain energy, They lower the risk of
stroke and heart attack. They do a lot of good things,
right if you take it consistently, not if you take
one now and one six months from it, but if
you take it all the time. There's great data on it,
hundreds of thousands of people in these studies from really
good research institutions, published in reliable peer reviewed medical journals,
(01:13:20):
so it's really there. Our multi has the form of
folate that everybody can use, methyl tetrahydrofolic and the reason
for that is the correct form of folate folic acid.
Most MULTI vitamins have the folic acid made in a
factory in China, and a lot of people can't use
that efficiently, so they can't protect their brain from Alzheimer's disease.
(01:13:44):
When you activate folate folic acid, if you can activate
it and change it into methyl tetrahydrofolate, that's the active form.
It protects you from Alzheimer's and it protects you from cancer.
So we put that methyl tetrahydrofolate instead of putting fulllid gast.
We put the methyl tetrahydrofolic in our multis. This way
we know it's helping everybody. And then we put a
(01:14:06):
form of B twelve. If you lack B twelve you
can have nerve damage, but if you lack B twelve
it looks like you have dementia. That's how important it
is for the brain. And yet really fatigue because you
can't make hemoglobin. So we put a form of B
twelve in it that everybody can use. It's called methacobalument,
and it changes into all the other forms like obama
mine and halicalblument, et cetera that you need to function properly.
(01:14:30):
So and there's real loutin in there for marigold flowers.
Lutine is really important for protecting your eyes and helping
you see better like sea better when you're driving in
the rain or the snow 'orre at night. See better
when you when you get up at night to go
to the bathroom, see better in low lights, see better
when you're reading something, see better when you're on a
computer house prevent eye fatigue and eye strain and damage
(01:14:52):
to the vision. It's really an important nutrient. So that's
in there. There's lycopena in there from tom tomato alio
resin from Israel. It's a very high quality product and
the lyycopene helps protect the arteries in the heart, and
it's great for your skin. But it's also fantastic for
men's prostates, and it's protected for women's breasts. So this
(01:15:16):
is a great multivitamin. I mean, there's no other multivitamin
I've ever seen like this Multi. You will feel the
energy the second day you go on this multipleer. You're
not gonna feel the first day. It takes about two days.
But by the second day in the Multi on the
Invite Multi in the boxes like the Invite for men,
the Invite for Women, the Invite Performance, the Invite Core Multi,
you take that, You're going to feel a difference within
two days. I've never seen any of the multivitamin where
(01:15:39):
people feel the differences. That's how good equality this multivitamin is.
I've been taking it for years. I've been taking it
since twenty five years now, twenty five years. Twenty five
years I've been taking this multi. It was originally put
together by a whole bunch of medical doctor researchers in
(01:16:00):
the University of Maryland, the University of Arizona. Even Andrew
Wild was involved in Creaminess. You all know Andrew Wild
is a great guy. I know Andrew. Now, collagen. Collagen
is really a key nutrient that rebuilds you. So let's
talk about this. Collagen is a type of protein, but
(01:16:23):
it's very specific for the human body. You're made out
of collagen. It's the number one ingredient in your body
other than water, because what do you know, has to
make your spinal fluid and your blood and all that,
and your eyeball fluid and then moisture in your skin.
So there's water in the body and collagen. Those are
the two major ingredients in the human body. Water and collagen.
(01:16:47):
So collagen has this really interesting triple helix structure that
allows it to morph into different things. That's why collagen
is good for your joints, it's good for your bone,
it's good for your skin here and nails because it's
very changeable because of a triple heeling structure that takes
(01:17:07):
on all these different personas. Basically, so collagen has been
shown again and again and again to really help with
knee pain. It's safe, it's easy to tape. Our collagen
is from a French Italian company. Most of the collagens
(01:17:29):
on the market are from China, and some of them
are terrible quality. I'm just being honest. Nothing against China,
but the collagen coming from China is crap. A lot
of it is crap. I'm sure some of it is good,
but I just don't use Chinese ingredients in my products
because there's so much. There's so many bad ingredients coming
(01:17:49):
from China, so I get around it, which is a
lot of work. So you know, we're getting our ingredients
from places like the United States, Canada, Australia, England, Germany, Italy, France.
That's where we're getting their stuff from. Now Japan, we
do get stuff from Japan. Our collagen is a French
(01:18:13):
Italian company. It's super high quality. So why is it
really good for your knee paint? So here's Frontiers and Nutrition.
A very a study from last month, the Heavier Study
and people at arthritic knees. It's a randomized double bline
placific control human clinical trial and these are people between
(01:18:34):
forty to seventy five with real knee pain and they're
not allowed to use drugs in the study. Giving them
collagen really reduced their knee pain. It really improved their stiffness.
It really made their knees work better, like the physical
function improved, And there's a reason for that. Collagen gives
(01:18:56):
strength to the cartilage in your knee and it makes
the cartilage more flexible because sixty seven percent of the
cartilage and your knee, the stuff that's affected by arthritis,
is made out of collagen. But it also is a
docking point for your glucosamine and chondroyt and MSM, that's
(01:19:17):
what they meld into. So sixty seven percent of your
knee joint is collagen. So that's why it's really good
for your need. Now where else is it good for
your bones? About thirty six percent of your bone is collagen.
It makes the matrix. The matrix is the starting point,
kind of like the web that your bone is made
(01:19:39):
out of. So collagen makes the matrix, the organic matrix
of your bone, and that's what the calcium goes into
to stiffen it into the bone. So if you don't
have collagen, there's no place for the calcium to go to.
So you can take all the calcium envitamin D you want.
If you don't have collagen, it's not going to help you.
(01:20:00):
And many studies show that when you take collagen, you
build thicker, stronger bones that are more resistant to breaking,
more resistant to fractures. There's many studies on a hip bone,
you know, the thigh bone, So it's not just joint pain,
it's also bone that it's good for. Now, I said,
collagen makes you right, well, it also makes your skin
(01:20:24):
about seventy five seventy six percent of your skin I'm sorry,
seventy percent, seventy percent of your skin is collagen. The
rest is high aaluronic acid. That's basically your skin high
aaluronic acid and collagen. If you don't have collagen, there's
no place for the high aluronic acid to anchor into,
to hold the moisture into your skin. And there's been
many studies on our collagen, like the University of Rochester
(01:20:48):
looked at bone health, Mayo Clinic looked at joint pain.
A whole bunch of researchers in Japan, in Korea, in Brazil,
in England and Germany and in Italy looked at our
collegen for skin skin health because yeah, that's a big complaint, right, wrinkles.
They found that when you gave our collagen people made skin. See,
(01:21:10):
you're not making as much skin because your skin's made
out of collagen. So if you're not making collagen, you
can't replace damaged skin. So you have wrinkles, you have discolorations.
Right when you take the collagen, the skin is more lustrous,
it's it's you could pinch, it's it's more you know,
it's stretchable, it's elastic and strong, it's younger. The discolorations
(01:21:32):
go away, the wrinkles go away. They found that giving
our collagen very quickly gets rid of fifty sixty seventy
percent of your wrinkles, deep wrinkles, of fine lines, and
like loose skin, it rebuilds the texture the skin. The
skin is tougher. I mean, it's just it reverses aging
(01:21:52):
going to skin dramatically. But you're here, and your nails
are also made out of collagen. When you take the collagen,
your nails could grow without breaking. And your hair gets
thicker and it's not flyway. You know all the people are.
Our hair looks thin and it's flying away and you
can't do anything with it. Your hair looks thick again
because when there's less collagen, you can't make the hair
(01:22:14):
and your hair. It kind of shrivels and it gets thin,
and it just doesn't look good. You look like you
have more hair, because indeed you do, because every single
strand of hair is thicker and healthier and more lustrous.
So our collagen, all of our collagen products run special.
All of our products run special. So I spoke about
rest ferratroil, I spoke about Kriller, I spoke about college,
and I spoke about stuff for the immune system, mixing
(01:22:36):
the probatics with the nuclear times and the green tea.
I spoke about our multison. Why you should be on
our multese very quickly. You bick one one or you
be queen o wile. You can pronounce it either way.
I've had people correct me, but you could pronounce it
either way. You be queen. A wall is kind of
like that battery that keeps the pink bunny going, that
ever ready battery. But what it does, It keeps you going.
(01:22:59):
The problem you bick when all levels drop with age.
So what is ubiqwen all? It's active coenzy q ten.
It allows you to use food for energy. Your heart
gets more energy, so that takes a strain off the heart.
That's why they show that people who have had damage
to the heart, when they give them you bit one wall,
(01:23:19):
when they raise, you bick when all levels. This is
real data. They're fewer heart attacks, they last, they're not dying.
It's keeping them out at a hospital. When you give
somebody with a damaged heart you bick one wall, you're
helping prevent heart attacks. You're keeping them alive. And they've
shown even with older people. When you give older people
(01:23:42):
you bick when all it helps them with fatigue, it
helps them with energy, it helps them with lethargy, it
helps them exercises, gives them the energy to go outside
and enjoy their life and meet their friends, et cetera.
But it's also preventing strokes and heart attacks. And these
older people, there's study after study after study provenness. So
you bick when all is active. Coke tent coq ten
does nothing for you unless your body can change it
(01:24:04):
into you biq one woll. The problem is once you
hit your forties or fifties, you've lost some ability to
convert coqu ten to you bick one wall. So I
think by the age of fifty or fifty five, you
should switch from coq ten to U biq one all
and every diabetic has this problem. Also, diabetics cannot convert
coke tent to U biq one all. So every diabetic
(01:24:25):
should be taking ubique all. Even if they're ten years old,
they should be taking from ubique. It's really important for them,
really important for their health and protection. So when you
take the ubiquin ol, which has been used in many
human clinical trials published in medical journals, you get more
energy your heart. If you're an older person, it rejuvenates
(01:24:46):
your heart. Old hearts have heart attacks. Young hearts don't.
So if your heart becomes twenty years younger, it's a
lot safer for you. So take our ubique all. Listen,
we have new tes tritionnist on hand. You could go
into the store, you could call on a phone, you
could go on the website. Interact with these nutritionists because
(01:25:06):
there might be things I didn't cover today, of course
there are are. There's so many things to cover. So
after I'm done having to sale, you take advantage. These
are clean products, they're well researched, they're high quality ingredients.
Everything in the product is on the label, et cetera.
Take advantage to speak to the nutritionist. God bless have a
great thanks rest of thanks you having weekend, the.
