like to continue talking about what we can be doing
to support our health on a regular basis. Sometimes people
overlook the importance of eye health until something goes haywire.

in good medical journals. Lacking creatine increases your risk for depression,
and it does it substantially. It increases your risk of cancer,
which is real relatively new findings. If you lack creatine,
you have a higher risk of cancer and you have
an earlier expiration date you could die prematurely if you

lack creatine. That's what the research are showing. So I
take it. It's safe. I take it generally after I
exercise because your muscles open up and it's easier to
get the creatine into your muscles because your muscles love creatine.
But if I'm not going to be doing some kind
of intense exercise that day, because maybe I'm going to
school or something, because I go, I actually go and take.

Like two weeks ago, I went to Sunni State University
of New York Maritime College and took a whole day's
course seven hours on boating safety, et cetera, and on
reading charts and doing navigation and plotting navigation, et cetera.
So you know, you take creatine before you get your

proven if it's real or why. So let's go into
the real consequences of low creatine. And I'm telling you,

if you're over seventy, if you're over sixty five, you're
making less creatine. So you're prone to these things because
you just basically lack creatine and a swall amount of
creatine every day and it tastes great. A swall amount
of creatine every day is going to reverse this stuff.
Brain fog. Your brain has a tremendous amount of energy need.
Your brain's functioning all the time, and when you take

creatine it clars. If your brain fog, it improves your
cognitive functions. It's good for your memory, physical fatigue, mental fatigue,

bit of a sad story. Very quickly a friend of
mine moved to San Francisco about five years ago. He
used to live in Manhattan. I used to see him
all the time. He was a good friend, and he
moved to San Francisco because his two granddaughters were in
San Francisco and his health was declining. Now, mind you,

this guy didn't take care of himself and he didn't
want any advice from me. He just wanted to do
He's an adult, so you live your life the way

in your kidneys, and in your heart and in your lungs.
So it's called HSCRP. HSCRP if it's elevated, triggers plaque
build up in your heart's uteries. And if it's too
high to CRP, it's a harbinger for stroken heart attack

because that plaque becomes unstable and they could flake off
and cause a stroke heart attack by causing a clot
so krill will lower something called HSCRP. HSCRP if it's
slightly elevated, is clogging your hearts leading into hardening the arteries.
You know, coordinary heart disease the biggest killer in the planet,

lowering a dangerous fact called triglycerides. Triglycerides are normally used
for muscle energy. You make them out of sugar and fats.
The problem is a lot of us eat like a lumberjack,
but we don't exercise like we're lumberjacks. We sit behind
our computer or we sit on the couch across from
our TV set. We're not getting that kind of physical function.

So we're eating all these calories. We're making excessive triglycerides.
Triglycerides quickly clogged the arteries in your heart. They invade

a heart doctor or a heart nurse to get it
to start again, because you'd have to be in a hospital,
because you're not if you experience a sudden stop in

your heart function, you're not going to be around long
enough for the ambulance to get to you. Very few people,
very few, I think only ten percent of people survive
that if you get a heart seizure and your heart stops.
So taking fish rolls or eating fish, or taking krill

by forty percent. So that would mean about one hundred
and thirty hundred and forty thousand Americans would not suddenly

when I start out in pharmacy in the nineteen seventies,
nobody came in with neck pain. It was very rare.

not do enough research on back pain. Okay, they're doing

part of the brain called the hippocampus very important. So

they found out they estimated back then that a young
person going to sleep and they sleep a full seven
or eight hours, can create six hundred new memory cells
every night. Now that's amazing because by the time you're fifty,
that means you've replaced every one of your original memory cells.
That's how many memory cells they created. The problem is

our ability to create these memory cells as we grow
older past the age of fifty declines. So me, as
a seventy one year old male, if I sleep seven
hours at night, I'm not gonna foster the growth of
six hundred memory cells. Maybe I'll do two hundred. That's
not enough to keep up with the number of memory
cells you're losing because you're losing memory cells every day.

That's just how it is. So if you do the
