Speaker 2 (00:36):
Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor
Amanda Williams, chief Science Officer at Invite Health, and happy
Saturday morning to everyone. I hope that your day is
off to a wonderful start, and I'm going to go
over some different products in this first half hour before
(00:58):
I turn it over to Jerry Hickey, and he has
many things that he would like to discuss with you
this morning. When it comes to wellness, we want to
be your partner in this, which is why we not
only have our incredibly extensive line of wonderful formulations, but
we also have all of our nutrition experts available seven
(01:23):
days a week. So if you're listening to this show
and I say something and you go, hmm, I wonder
if this is an ideal product for me. I want
to ask a bit more about this. You can obviously
reach out to me directly, but you can also reach
out to one of our nutrition experts. You can pop
on over to Forest Hills today and have a chat
(01:46):
with doctor Claire. She's a naturopathic doctor. She is excellent.
If you can't make it over to her location, you
can certainly give her a call. She is always happy
to help give you that guidance.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
And oftentimes that's what we need.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
It can be a very complicated world when it comes
to wellness, and sometimes you think you're doing the right
things and maybe you need just a little help to
make sure that your routine is exactly designed for your
specific needs.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
So let's get right to it.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
I don't have too much to talk about in terms
of sports today because Michigan's on an off week and
the Tigers. I don't know what in the world is
going on with my Tigers. We were doing so well
and now we're we're really faltering here in the last
few few games of the season, so kind of putting
ourselves at risk of maybe I don't know I'm hoping
(02:47):
that that they'll turn it around in these next couple
of games. But I know that the Yankees won yesterday,
so I'm sure that there's many happy Yankees fans out there.
But I think the Mets they're kind of going through
this thing that the Tigers are just this downward spiral
right there at the end. But in any event, I
want to get into something today that to me is
(03:11):
really important because I continue to see more and more
studies that are coming out, and this is something that
I've been really focused in on in the better part
of the last five years, and understanding the detrimental impact
that microplastics have on the human body, and the realization
(03:36):
that we can't necessarily outrun these microplastics, because goodness.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
They are everywhere.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
I've talked about while they found them in Antarctica, Like
how in the world do microplastics end up in Antarctica.
There was a really fascinating study out of UC Davis
where they've been going and like trolling the waters of
Lake Tahoe, and they found that Lake Tahoe has like
the high microplastic count to any freshwater lake in this country.
(04:07):
And you have to sit there and pause for a
moment and they're like, well, where in the world are
all these microplastics coming from in Lake Tahoe. And what
they're looking at is, you know, people throwing water bottles
into the lake.
Speaker 3 (04:19):
So it's the breakdown of that, and you know.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
The plastic floaties that people are, you know, bopping around
on the lake. And so we understand that, you know,
we as humans, we are playing a major role into this.
But these microplastics, they exist. I've talked about how they
found microplastics in snow and ski resorts. So we have
(04:45):
to do everything in our power to make sure that
we're taking the right nutrients to assure our system the
ability to remove as best as we can these different plastics.
Now we know that the plastics can accumulate in every
single system.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
They've found it in the brain, they've found it in bones.
We certainly have seen.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
It, you know, building up within the cardiovascular system. There
was an interesting report that just came out this week
looking at childhood plastic exposure and how that can be
fueling obesity and infertility and even conditions such as asthma.
And we've always looked at childhood asthma as being very
(05:31):
much an environmental driven problem, and you see much greater
rates of childhood asthma, especially within major cities as opposed
to rural areas.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
But don't kid yourself. Just if you live in a rural.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
Area doesn't mean that somehow your air is superior to
that of a city. Of course, a city is going
to be much more polluted. But out in the rural areas,
you're still tending with many different chemicals, including different pesticides.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
So we have to just do better.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
And the study that came out looking at childhood plastic exposure,
this was out of NYU and the Grossman's School of
Medicine and really recognizing how all of this exposure to
the chemicals and the packaging that release all of these microplastics,
(06:29):
how this is really igniting this chronic inflammatory response in
the system. Now why is that a problem? Well, if
you've listened to me on this show before, you know
that one of the terms that I like to use
is inflammating and what is inflammating that is accelerated aging
(06:49):
brought on because of inflammation. So if we're seeing this
in kids, oh goodness, this is not a good thing.
We already know that the diet is a major factor
when it comes to, you know, problems with childhood health.
So the standard American diet is doing no benefit to
(07:14):
little kids and their brain development and to their cardiovascular systems.
So we just have to do better. Now, we can't
run completely those microplastics, but we can take nutrients like
the organic greens plus, like the probiotic HX, like our
corstin formulation. And what I really enjoy about all three
(07:39):
of those products, especially if we're partnering them up together,
is the multi system benefits that you can yield from
using these different products. So many times, if we're thinking
of cold and flu season, it would behoove us to
(07:59):
use probiotic HX on a daily basis. It would be
incredibly wise to be taking corstin. As we recognize through
decades worth of clinical research on corsetin, which is a bioflavonoid.
It comes from different foods predominantly when we look at fruits,
for example, apples are high in corsetin, red onions are
(08:24):
high in corsetin. So this, once again, eating healthy can
also provide you with natural you know, sources of these
wonderful nutrients. But we know that corsetin has been shown
to be highly effective at helping the body remove different chemicals,
including pesticides, so it's even been studied in the setting
(08:46):
of microplastics. So this is why I wanted to talk
about the corstin formulation that we offer because maybe you
deal with seasonal allergies right now. Corsetin of course is
going to help to regulate your histamine response. Plus it
has vitamin C in it, so that's an added benefit
because we know vitamin C is kind of that number
one go to for histamine regulation. So looking at the
(09:12):
corstin formulation and all the many different utilizations of this,
we can see that we're not limiting ourselves if we
add in corstin. If you go over to Invite Health today,
you go to our website, you order up the corsetin,
and maybe you're thinking of it just solely for the
microplastics and saying, hey, if I start taking corsetin, this
(09:32):
is going to help my system with that targeted approach
to removing those my microplastics. But I also want you
to recognize all the other benefits that go along with this.
We know that the corsetin has a really finite ability
to help the body release nitric oxide, So why is
nitric oxide important folks, well, because we need to have
(09:55):
nitric oxide being released so that we have optimal blood
flo If we have vasoconstriction, if your blood vessels are tight,
that means it's going to require more force to push
that blood through. What does that mean, Well, that means
it's giving you high blood pressure. So think about this.
(10:15):
You know, maybe you're taking the Invite Health corsotin formulation
because you're tired of sneezing because of seasonal allergies, or
you're now concerned with microplastics, but we are actually allowing
the body to produce nitric oxides, so we're getting this
side benefit of blood pressure regulation. We also can see
how corsotin certainly has this natural protective ability as far
(10:41):
as being a very powerful antioxidant to protect our cell
structure and function, which is really very important. We also
can see how corsotin works within the brain and it
actually can help to activate a very powerful natural defense
(11:02):
system in our brain known as nerve too. That's very technical.
You don't necessarily need to know that, but what we
do need to know is that the brain itself is
always trying to protect and we're always exposed to different things,
whether that be pollutants, whether that be you know, stress
that's building up in our system that creates neurotoxins, that
(11:25):
creates neuro inflammation. So the brain itself has its natural
ability to try and protect itself, but when we're inundated
with all of these other things, this can lead to problems.
So by taking the corstin, we're helping with that natural activation.
So we're fighting off oxidative, stress and neurotoxins. At the
(11:46):
same time, we're helping to support our blood pressure. We're
definitely regulating our histamine response so we can say goodbye
to those seasonal allergies. And we also can see the
studies that have shown how corsetin is highly effective at
blood glucose regulation. Now we know in this country that
(12:09):
diabesity is a problem, and you may say, what in
the world is diabesity, Well, it's diabetes that's brought on
because of obesity and metabolic syndrome. So we look at
a product like the corsetin and we can see that
(12:31):
this widely recognized and used and studied powerful flavonoid plays
this really important role in fighting off many of those
effects of metabolic syndrome. So when we're looking at the
excess glucose, when we look at that insulin resistance, when
we're looking at elevations and triglycerides, and being able to
(12:53):
protect our quote unquote bad cholesterol of the LDLs from oxidation.
It's very, very impressive stuff, and I think it's one
of those products in our product line that certainly can
get kind.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
Of passed over.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
We know corsetin is a powerhouse when it comes to
men's prostate health.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
So if you are a mail out there and.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
You're finding that you're getting up multiple times in the
middle of the night and it's disrupting your sleep, which
is not doing your blood pressure or your blood sugar or.
Speaker 3 (13:27):
Anything any justice.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
We need to get good sleep, then we look at
corstin adding in one capsule of the Invite Health corsetin
in the evening before you go to sleep. This can
be incredibly helpful for men who are dealing with an
enlarged prostate. So we can see studies done in the
(13:49):
field of cancer and corsetin. So I'm not going to
get into the heavy details on this, but we just
know that the cellular protection that corstin and actually yields
us is so incredibly impressive, and certainly when it comes
to to bone health and joint health, we can see
how Coursitin is really leading the way when it comes
(14:13):
to allowing for healthy bone turnover and for the protection
of bones. So we look at this and then we
look at a study that came out and they said,
you know what these scientists they over in Brazil, they
were looking at bones and they found a bunch of
(14:35):
microplastics in human bones, and they said, you know, plastic
waste isn't just you know, creating havoc within the oceans.
And most people at this point in time have probably
seen the big, you know, pools of garbage that are
floating around in different parts of the ocean and different
(14:56):
river systems. But they said, this is infiltrating our bodies
in ways that scientists are really now starting to understand,
seeing the vascular buildup of microplastics, now seeing that those
microplastics are ending up in our bones, and is this
(15:21):
going to be the primary thing that's now driving bone
breakdown and leading to greater levels of osteopenia osteoporosis. So
this is why they started to research this because we
know that these microplastics are everywhere, so we can't get
(15:41):
rid of them. But what we can do is we
can say, well, we know Corsetin's already beneficial for bone health.
We know that corsetin has an ability to help the
body with detoxification. I should be adding corsetin into my
daily routine.
Speaker 3 (16:01):
So it is one of.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
The products that I have on special today. And remember
that the products that I'm talking about, so this is
the coercutin, the probiotic Chex, and the organic Greens plus
those are all on a buy one, get one free.
But if you use the promo code Amanda wor when
(16:23):
you call in, or when you go online, or if
you pop by one of our stores and you use
that promo code Amanda WR, you're going to get an
additional ten percent off. Now, if you need to stock
up on some other things that aren't on today's radio special,
you'll still get ten percent off of those. So it's
a win win across the board. And also here's another
(16:43):
little fun fact. We still have our overstock sale going on,
So if you're interested in something like an apple side
or vinegar, you can get a wonderful savings on that product.
And we know apple sider vinegar is a nice app on.
We can see how it helps with natural thermogenesis. Maybe
(17:04):
you're looking to lose weight adding in a couple of
capsules of the apple cider vinegar excellent choice. Also wonderful
for the microbiome. Really helps to create a lot of
homeostasis for our healthy bacteria. So it's a nice partnering
up with the probiotic HX as well. So check all
of those out, and I do need to squeeze in
(17:26):
a quick break. When I get back, I'm to talk
about the probiotic HX and the organic greens. Plus where
do these play a role when it comes to microplastic
removal in the system. We all should be paying attention
to this right now, so stick around. I will be
right back just after this. Listening to this radio show

Speaker 4 (18:43):
Two and welcome back to Invite Health Radio.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
I am doctor Amanda Williams. Of course, anything that I'm
ever talking about on this show, if you want more information,
you can always shoot me an email at Awilliams at
invitehealth dot com. Just wanted to mention one other thing
about the corsetin. I really enjoy talking about corsetin because
(19:15):
of all of its ways that it can help support
our cell health. But in the Journal of Environmental Pollution
they were looking at corsetin being able to mitigate small
intestinal damage that is brought on because of these microplastics.
And nanoplastics. So when I talk about a particular product
(19:40):
on this program and the way in which it's been studied,
you know, I always like to give you the actual studies.
In the Journal of Toxicology Research back in twenty eighteen,
they were looking at the impact that corsenin can have
against BP when it comes to oxidative stress and looking
(20:03):
at the red blood cells and how the corset in
itself can fight off many of those harmful effects. So
it's just it's a great product across the board.
Speaker 3 (20:14):
How should you take it? You can take two.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
Capsules a day, certainly, generally speaking, one cap is fine,
but this is when you want to talk with one
of our nutritional advisors so that you make sure that
you are taking the right amount at the right time
of the day.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
For your specific needs.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
We really like to zero in on personalized nutrition at
Invite Help, and I think that this should resonate with
all of you that we don't want to just kind
of paint with a broad brush and say here, you know,
take this. We want this to be personalized to you
(20:54):
because that's how things work. If we take, for example,
say okay, you have concerns with blood sugar here, just
take our GLUCOHX and not really understand where your problems
with blood sugar are coming from. Understanding what you've tried
in the past, understanding where your blood test results are
(21:16):
coming in right now, then we're doing a disservice. So
we need to understand more about what your specific needs are.
Is this something new that you're dealing with. Is this
something that you've been struggling for many years? In any event,
this is why we have folks like doctor Claire, why
we have Gail over a new Hyde Park, why we
(21:37):
have Archna out at our co Op City location, because
they can give you that personalized nutritional plan and it's free.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Goodness gracious.
Speaker 2 (21:51):
Okay, So let's move on to probiotic HX and the
organic greens plus. So why are these to products kind
of your go tos if we are targeting microplastics. Okay,
let's first break down the probiotic HX. Like I said,
it's already getting into cold and flu season unfortunately, so
(22:14):
you should be looking at the probiotic HAX as part
of like a standard daily routine that you're doing. Many
times people think of probiotics and they just think of
digestive health. But probiotics are doing so many different things
in our system because it's regulating our microbiome. So the
microbiome has a direct connect with brain health, with your liver,
(22:36):
the way that your liver detoxifies, so you yield so
much support when you're using a powerful probiotic like probiotic HAX.
And the way that Jerry formulated this so many years ago,
it really is a testament to him understanding the importance
of this blend of different strains of healthy bacteria. So
(23:01):
we have the lactose spore in this. This has been
shown in human clinical trials to really help to allow
the intestines to take that healthy bacteria in and create
this optimal environment. So we're getting better connection points between
the gut and the brain, and the gut and the liver.
So wonderful to have the lactose spore. And then of
(23:22):
course we use the microback technology in this, which allows
for those healthy bacteria to make their way into the
intestines and do the action that we need them to do.
This is a shelf stable formulation, so it doesn't require refrigeration,
so it's easy for you to take.
Speaker 3 (23:40):
On the go.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
And this is a blend of lacto Bacillus plantarum. It
has bifidobactrum lactics Lactobacillus rhamnosis is. In this formulation we
have the bifidobactrum breve and of course the lactose spore
which is the basillis coagulants. So why did these matters
when it comes to the way in which the body
(24:04):
is targeting microplastics.
Speaker 3 (24:07):
Well, they have studied.
Speaker 2 (24:09):
Individual strains of bacteria, healthy bacteria, and have been able
to really zero in on certain strains as being powerhouses
for targeting microplastics that are building up in our system.
One of those strains is the Lackdobicillis plantum. So if
(24:32):
you're taking probiotic HX, you are getting lacked Obicillis planterum,
which is a wonderful, wonderful thing. So they were studying this.
They were looking at how this very novel probiotic can
absorb and excrete those microplastics, and of course you're still
getting the other gut health benefits that go along with that.
(24:56):
So this is why I always look to probiotic HX
as being part of that routine. When it comes to
the way in which our body can remove or minimize
the negative harmful effects of those microplastics. And remember, folks,
these plastics, they're out there everywhere.
Speaker 3 (25:16):
I mean goodness.
Speaker 2 (25:16):
They did a study back in March the American Chemical
Society saying, you know, it's not just in you know, packaging,
It's not just in you know what you normally would
think traditional exposure of microplastics would be coming from. You
find high, high amounts of microplastics in your clothes.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
So this is oftentimes one of.
Speaker 2 (25:44):
The biggest areas of our exposures coming from the clothes
because remember this, you put your clothes on, if they
have microplastics, it's seeping into your skin, getting into your bloodstream.
We also know that things like chewing gum is another
and so this is what this study was about. They
were looking at how individuals who are regular gum chewers
(26:08):
have a higher amount of microplastics building up within their system.
So we have to just do better. This was a
study that was done out of UCLA, and they said,
we know that the level of microplastic exposure is way
too high, but what can we be doing about this?
(26:30):
While we can minimize, you know, exposure to things like
chewing gum. We can do better when it comes to
how we store our foods not turning to to plastics.
So there are things that we can be doing. We
definitely know this, and we should be working tirelessly to
achieve this.
Speaker 3 (26:50):
And this is where.
Speaker 2 (26:51):
Adding in probiotic HX on a daily basis can be helpful.
This is where the Organic Greens Plus is really to
me a must have when it comes to targeting microplastics.
The Organic Greens Plus with its organic berry blend, with
its organic fruit blend, with its organic vegetable blend, it
(27:17):
has a wonderful probiotic blend in it. Once again, it
has a herbal blend including things like parsley extract. It
has allo milk thistle, things that are helping to optimize
liver detoxification for you each and every single day. There's
spillina in this, there's chlrella, there's green tea extract. So
(27:40):
it's a powerhouse. And it's not just a greens formulation.
It's not just for thinking along the lines of cell detoxification.
This is a prebiotic, a probiotic. It has a post
biotic in it, so across the board it is yielding.
(28:01):
So much support for brain health, for heart health, for
blood sugar regulation, for blood cholesterol management, for healthy fluid
balance in the system, and all at the same time,
we are allowing the body to have exposure to healthy things,
(28:22):
organic healthy things to target those microplastics. Maybe you're sitting
there right now, I'm going, Oh, my gosh, Do I
have microplastics in my bones right now?
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (28:33):
You likely do.
Speaker 3 (28:34):
Oh my goodness, Do I.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
Have microplastics sitting in my blood vessels?
Speaker 3 (28:38):
Yes, most likely you do.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
Do I have microplastics that are in my brain, Yes,
you likely do. So there isn't just some drink that
you can have that's gonna wipe out all microplastics.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
It doesn't exist. But what we can do is we.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
Can start to on a daily basis effectively target these microplastics.
And we do this with the organic greens plus taking
one scoop of that. And it doesn't matter what time
of day you use. It doesn't matter if you start
your day with this, or you end your day with this,
or it's a mid day drink for you. That doesn't matter.
But we want to make sure that we're adding these nutrientsent.
(29:15):
We want to make sure that we have the organic greens,
plus that we have that corsetin on board, that we
have the probiotic HX, and in doing that, we're setting
ourselves up to really have great success in being able
to combat so much of what we do unfortunately know
(29:37):
about our microplastic exposure. So it's a topic I enjoy
talking about. You know, it's kind of a scary topic,
but it's a real topic. And if you have questions,
please reach out to me. Awilliams Invite health dot com.

Good morning, Happy Saturday. Jerry Hickey here for Invite Health Radio.
(31:51):
I'm just to give you in case you're not familiar
with me. I'm a licensed pharmacist with a strong background
in nutrition and biochemistry. That's what I do, and on
this program we talk about nutritional supplementation. That's what we
focus on. And these are super high quality supplements. They're
very pure, they've been tested again and again for quality control, purity.
(32:14):
We use ingredients that have been used in human clinical
trials repeatedly, and that's important. The results of the clinical
trials have been verified because they've been duplicated, So verified duplicated,
that's good stuff. We know these products are safe, we
know how much to give you, and we know what
to expect as far as benefits. So that's really clearly
(32:37):
what you want to have of a nutritional supplement. Now,
all of the products I speak about on the shower
are on special. They're on sale. So if you buy
one of any of these bottles that suggested retail, the
second bottle is free. Plus if the shipping is thirty
five dollars or more, Invite covers all of the shipping costs.
(32:58):
And not only that, but if a few years the
following code, you get an extra ten percent of off,
So don't miss out on that ten percent off, and
that includes even products that are not on special today.
So that code is simply my name and the radio station.
My name is Jerry j R. Ry. The radio station
is WR. So to save ten percent Jerry wor so.

I'm going to start off talking about multi vitamins. There
are several supplements that I really want people over fifty
(33:49):
to be on, and as you get older it becomes
even more important. So I'm seventy one, I think these
are critical supplements for me to be on, and that
would start with a multivitamin. A multi vitamin covers a
lot of things that may be low or missing in
your diet. It's very common for people over sixty to
(34:10):
be low in certain minerals and B vitamins, et cetera.
And if you take a multi, it's just really good
insurance that that's not going to happen. In fact, most
dietitians and nutrition is to recommend a multivitamin to fill
in what's missing or what's lacking actually or what's low
in your diet. So when you take and invite MULTI,
(34:34):
you're getting a lot more than a regular multi. For instance,
you get lutine. Lutine is found in marigold flowers, that's
where we get it from. It's found a little bit
in corn it's found in green leafy vegetables like spinach,
and lutine is important for protecting your memory, but it's
really important for night vision, so you're driving at nights,
(34:56):
you could see for reading, for being on any of
your technology, so your eyes don't get tired, like if
you're looking at your phone a lot or you're looking
at your computer a lot, and it helps with glear
So lutine is really an important nutrient for your eyes
and your brain. It's extremely safe and it's really something
(35:18):
you want to have. And you'd have to eat an
awful lot of spinach to get the amount of lutin
and one serving of our boxed multivitamins. And then there's lycopine.
Micopine is the red stuff in tomato sauce and tomatoes,
So for instance, a serving of tomato sauce, you'd have
to have two ounces of tomato sauce every morning to
(35:40):
get the amount of this red stuff called lycopine that's
found in the invite boxed multivitamins. And lycopine is really
good for protecting your blood vessels and lowering the risk
of heart disease, and it's been shown to lower the
risk of cancers in general, like prostate cancer into a degree,
breast cancer and colon cancer and lung cancer. I mean,
(36:02):
there was a recent review of studies one hundred and
nineteen studies. In this meta analysis that just came out
this February February eleventh, twenty twenty five, there was two million,
seven hundred thousand people included in the one hundred and
nineteen studies, and there was no doubt about it. Light
According to all this data, lyycopede reduced the risk of
(36:25):
developing cancer by eleven percent. Now, if you talk about
you know, there's hundreds of cancers. They're not all one disease,
and some are more dangerous than others. But if you
look at the number of people who develop cancer every
year new diagnosis of cancer, lowering the risk eleven percent
is powerful, and it lowers the risk of cancer related
(36:48):
mortality by twenty four percent according to this very large review. Now,
a multi vinemin in general has been shown to reduce
the risk of developing cancer by eight percent, but we
add the lycopenia there, which gives you an additional advantage
for lowering your risk of cancer. According to human data,
(37:08):
a multivitamin reduces the risk of developing eye diseases in
older people. And if you take a multivitamin long term,
many many studies, including hundreds of thousands of American physicians
and American nurses and American pharmacists, reduces the risk of
having a heart attack. But it also really has an
(37:29):
impact on your brain. There's a number of things in
a multivitamin that are really important for the brain, like
zinc which defends the brain, like vitamin B one that
helps the brain use calories for energy. So there is
a study, the Cocoa Study. I'm sorry to Cosmo study.
(37:50):
I'm sorry to Cosmo study and the Cosmo studies. This
ongoing study with over twenty thousand people. It's been going
on for years. And the research organizations involved with the
Cosmos study are Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital,
(38:10):
Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health, Wake Forest
University Medical School that's in North Carolina. I think it's
roly Durham. The Talb Institute to Talb Institute is the
part of Columbia University that studies headaches and brain diseases
and brain aging and memory loss in Alzheimer's disease. And
(38:30):
there's other research institutions involved as well. So they found
in this Cosmo study, they looked at three thy five
hundred older people. They studied them for three years. Now
they've repeated these results. This is not a one and
done study. They found out it actually improved memory in
(38:54):
older people, especially episodic memory. Now, episodic memory is really important.
That's when you put memories in context, like you remember
the emotions, like were you happy at a wedding? You know,
when was the wedding, Where was the wedding. That's episodic memory.
So you're recalling specific events like somebody's birthday or your
(39:14):
kids graduation or a high school prom, where it was,
who you were with, when it occurred, according to the
timeline of your life and how you felt about it.
And if you're helping episodic memory, it means that you're
helping the medial temporal law of the brain. That's where
(39:36):
the hippocampus is, that's where your memory is constructed. So
that's a really good thing. So when they looked at
this study, Okay, and this is repeated studies because they
had results in twenty twenty two. In twenty twenty four,
it improved cognition It improved episodic memory, a restored executive function,
(39:59):
and older people like keeping control of situations. It slowed
cognitive decline by years by sixty percent, by sixty percent.
I mean, this is really pretty astounding. So I've been
taking the Invite Core Multi. It has all these ingredients
(40:21):
in it. It's a really great multi. You'll feel more
energy within a couple of days using this multi. I've
had a number of people over the years say to me, Jerry,
this is the first multi where I actually felt something.
I actually felt better. I actually felt more vital, more energetic,
(40:42):
more with it, less sluggish. There's many studies showing that
a good, well made multi improves brain health. But once again,
the Invite multis have additional ingredients. So as a women's multi,
where there's ingredients that help with a woman's stamina, her nails,
(41:05):
in her hair, her blood, her blood flow, you know,
circulation and skin health, breast health, and uterine health. And
then there's the men's multi with there's ingredients in there
for heart health and prostate health and blood pressure control.
There's the Core multi that I take. There's the Invite
Performance Multi, which is really something if you need a boost,
(41:29):
like like let's say you're in a competitive sport, or
you play a lot of pickleball, or you do a
lot of hiking. You want to take the performance multi.
Then there's a multi energy powder. So all the multis
are on special. The multi energy powder is a powdered multi.
So if you have any kind of digestive problem, you
have trouble absorbing things, that's the multi to use. Because
(41:51):
it's a powder. That's the one I give to my
wife because she historically has had digestive issues because when
she was young, she had issues. But that's her personal business.
But that's the multi giver, the multi energy powder that
was designed by my good friend doctor Alan Pressman. Now,
if you're diabetic, that's the multi to take. Take the
(42:13):
multi energy powder because there's some pre formed vitamin A,
not a lot, just a little. See people with thyroid disease,
underfunctioning thyroids, and people with diabetes cannot convert beta carotene
efficiently into vitamin A. So when I looked at Pressman's
(42:34):
multi energy powder, I said to hey, that's a good thing.
You put some pre formed vitamin A in there to
help people who are diabetic. And he goes, yeah, absolutely,
and there's lots of vitamin D three for bone health,
and vitamin K for bone health, and calcium and magnesium
for bone health. Because diabetics their bones are like Swiss
sheet cheese. There's a lot of hollow space in their bones.
(42:57):
There's plenty of vitamin B one. Vitamin B one protects
the brain of diabetics from Alzheimer's. It's involved with the
transketolease system, which I'm not going to go into, but
it helps the metabolism of carbohydrates and calories in the
brain to give the brain more energy, which is basically
(43:18):
the opposite of diabetes of Alzheimer's, and Alzheimer's is called
diabetes of the brain, and people with diabetes have a
higher risk of Alzheimer's. So there's plenty of B one
in there. There's plenty of magnesium, magnesium and conjunctual chromium
and vanadium, and vitamin B one and vitamin D three
(43:39):
help control the blood sugar of diabetes diabetics, and they're
all in the product. There's alphalopoic acid for liver health
and detoxification, and there's alcanitine, which further assists breaking down
calories and converting them into energy. So if you're a diabetic,
go with that multi energy powder, or if you have
(44:00):
trouble digesting and absorbing nutrients, go with the multi energy powder. Okay,
I have to go to a break. All of our
multi even that kind of one a day multis. It's
our daily Multi with grape sheet extract. It's a better
version of a one a day multi. They're well on
special today, going o break, Kerry Hickey, invite health off again.

Okay, welcome back here, we hear you. Invite health I
put invites Coco HX powder on special. First of all,
it's really clean. See when you buy Coco in a supermarket,
you don't know how clean it is because they don't
have to test it because it's sold as a food. Now,
we sell our Coco as a nutritional supplement set as
(45:46):
a much higher level of scrutiny, so we check it
for things like lead and mercury and chromium, et cetera,
and all these other things, cadmium, arsenic, you name it.
And one scoop of our Coco has four thousand milligrams
of cocoa bean powder. Four thousand milligrams of cocoa bean powder,
(46:07):
along with five hundred milligrams a black raspberry extract and
two hundred and fifty milligrams a Kiwi fruit because all
of those things help protect your circulation. And our cocoa
is very rich in coco polyphenols known as catakins, which
are great for you circulation. So here's a really big
(46:27):
coco study, and it's really the only study I have
to mention, but I will mention a second one. But
I have to tell you previously, Yale University Medical School
came out and said, hey, Coco helps prevent strokes. Harvard
Medical School came out and said, hey, Coco helps prevent
heart attacks. If these are high quality coco, you can't
(46:50):
get higher quality Coco than the Invite Coco HX powder.
It's going to taste delicious because it has the black
raspberry and the kiwied So this is the American Journal
of Clinical Nutrition. They're looking at over twenty one thousand adults,
almost twenty one thousand, five hundred adults greater than sixty
(47:12):
years of age. The men were over sixty, the women
were over sixty five. I believe forty nine percent of
the participants were women. And they're looking at heart disease
in people given coco or people given placebo over a
five year period. So were they given Coco, were they
given placebo? Coco reduced the number of strokes. It really
(47:37):
had an impact. Coco reduced the number of heart attacks.
Coco reduced the need for coronary revascularization. Now coronary revascularization
is kind of a broad term, but it's like bypass
surgery to restore blood flow in the heart or stenting,
putting in a stent to tube to help the blood
(47:59):
flow through the heart if it's really clogged. It reduced
all cardiovascular events, all of them. All cardiovascular revents were reduced,
and cardiovascular mortality dropped by twenty seven percent if these
people took Coco every day versus not using Coco using placebo,
(48:20):
which is it was a Coco without the poly funerals
in it, a twenty seven percent reduction in cardiovascular mortality.
So that's really important. That's powerful evidence. Twenty seven percent reduction.
I mean that's hundreds and thousands, that's the biggest killer
in the world. That's millions of people worldwide that would
(48:41):
be protected from dye from a storical heart attack because
they took Coco. And who was in this study, Harvard
Medical School Harvard School of Public Health, the Fred Hutchinson
Cancer Research Center that's over in Washington, and Brigham and
Women's Hospital up in Boston. So I mean, these are
(49:01):
real results. Now here's here's a second study. This is
in the journal Age and Aging this week September twenty
twenty five, So September twenty twenty five Age and Aging.
Coco reduced inflammation and people between the ages sixty five
to seventy five. It doesn't mean it wouldn't do it
(49:23):
in younger people or older people, but the people in
the study were between the ages sixty five to seventy five.
So now I just read you a study where cardiovascular
mortality was reduced by twenty seven percent and people who
had Coco every day. So in this study they found
markers of inflammation were dwan dramatically, like HSCRP. So let
(49:44):
me tell you about that, because that's something I get
checked yearly. And my HSCRP is basically nonexistent, which is amazing.
It's like zero point three five one is normal, So
mine is zero point three five, So like it's a
third and normal, it's amazing. Now if it's two, you
have inflammation and the blood vessels in your heart and
(50:06):
everywhere else in your body, including your brain and your kidneys,
et cetera. And the problem is this inflammation clogs the tissues.
It causes a build up of sticky cholesterol, fatty deposits,
and sugars, and you develop coronary heart disease. And if
it's over three, that's really dangerous because that indicates not
(50:27):
only is your are the arteries and your heart clogging,
but it's highly inflamed and there's plaque of vulnerability, which
means it could break off and easily cause a stroke
or a heart attack. So how does the coco ingestion
lower your risk of cardiovascular mortality by twenty seven percent? Well,
(50:48):
first of all, they found that cocoa stabilizes nitric oxide.
So what's that. You know when you have a flat
tire and a bike and you pump air into it, Well,
what's the same thing. Nitric Oxide pops open the blood
vessels and your legs and your arms, and your brain
and your heart and your muscles and blood flows more smoothly.
(51:14):
It also so it's restoring function, functionality to your blood vessels.
And this is true even in smokers, even in older people,
even in people with heart disease, even in people with diabetes.
It works, but it's also reducing inflammation. So I put
the end vite cocoa because it is that time of
(51:36):
year where people like a nice, warm cocoa drink. And
what tastes better than cocoa. And you can even give
this cocoa to your kids. There's nothing wrong with giving
this cocoa to kids. You know, kids are playing in
the baseball field where they spray all kinds of chemicals,
all kinds of pesticides and fungicides and herbicides. Kids are
(51:58):
down by the body us from buses and trucks. They're
walking almost even with it because they're a lot shorter
than us. They're putting, they're in the playground putting their
fingers in their mouth. You want to give them protection.
Cocoa gives protection because it's a powerful antioxidant. Kids are
terrible with antioxidants. They don't like to eat spinach and broccoli.
(52:21):
They're not good with stuff like that. So if you
give them cocoa, they will have that. So you could
You don't have to give them a full scoop. You
could give me half a scoop. They're little it's plenty
and it'll taste delicious. And you put it what in
oat milk, rice milk, regular milk, milk, organic milk, whatever
(52:43):
you want. You know, you can mix it in yogurt
like plain yogurt. You can mix it with seltzer and
make a natural soda. I mean, you could do whatever
you want with it. You could put it in water
and mix it thoroughly in water and freeze it and
make a natural popsicle. It'll still work. The poly funerals
will still be in there. So just like all of
(53:06):
the multi vinamins are on special today, so is the
invite cocoa. I used to cocoa all the time. I mean,
I have it all the time. I don't have heart disease.
I don't have diabetes. I do like to exercise and cocoa.
My two treats that I have. These are my treats.
I don't have cake. I won't even eat birthday cake.
(53:27):
I'll put on my plate and I'll stick my finger in.
I won't eat it. I don't stick my finger in.
But you know I'm not eating I don't eat cake.
I don't eat muffins or anything like that. I don't
eat cookies. My treats are blueberries, blackberries or cocoa, and
I add to cocoa to water or like two percent
(53:51):
organic milk or yogurt, and I'm very happy with that,
very happy. That is my treat. So at night, I
can have some yoga. I'll put a little coco in there.
I'll put some blueberries. That's a really healthy dessert and
it tastes like dessert without all the bad things. So

Okay, Welcome back to Jerry Hicky Invite Health Radio. I
like the bundle things that are related in benefits, so
when I put them on special people have a nice choice,
and in fact, a lot of these things will actually
influence and improve the benefits of each other. So I
spoke about how multivitamins really have an effect on the brain.
(56:00):
I mean, I'm taking a multivitamin to help my metabolism
because I'm older, so I don't burn calories and create
things as efficiently as I used to. My immune system
isn't as efficient, healing isn't as efficient, so a multivitamin
helps restore that. But it's magnificent for your brain. There's
(56:20):
great data that even a okay multivitamin is great for
the brain. So the invite multis are way beyond an
okay multivitamin. They're probably the top doll line. Now in
addition to a multi for your brain, creatine monohydrate and
(56:41):
I have to tell you know, to create creatine hit
the shelves of nutritional supplement stores, health food stores, and
gems in the nineteen nineties, but there's over six hundred
and eighty really good clitical trials on creating creatine monohydrate.
(57:01):
On these trials, don't waste your money on other versions
of creatine that are much more expensive. They don't have
the testing, and they don't perform. When they do have
the testing, they don't perform any better than creatine monohydrate. Now,
creatine monohydrate is not a hormone, it's not a steroid,
(57:24):
it's not a stimulant. It's something that restores your ability
to recycle energy to create energy. So let me explain
how that works. Because I use this every day. When
you take creatine, it's stored in yourself throughout the body,
(57:45):
and it creates phospho creatine. So why do you get
your energy from something called ATP? ATP releases a molecule
of phosphorus and that gives you energy. It's like striking
a match, but then that has to be restored. What
the creatine monohydrate does it speeds up the restoration, the
(58:09):
recycling of the energy by donating phosphorus back to recreate ATP.
So you have a lot of energy. You burn pounds
and pounds of energy every day. You burn less when
you're diabetic, and you burn less when you're older. You
need that energy recycled to be strong, to help prevent frailty,
(58:31):
to help prevent fatigue, to get away from fatigue, and
that's what the creatine does. So it increases your energy
and endurance and your metabolla cuff, and it's very good
for muscle endurance, like when you have these strenuous sports
and exercises. So it increases your strength and your power,
especially if you're over fifty. Especially so like if you
(58:55):
play tennis or pickleball, it'll give you an edge. If
it's a young person playing foot ball, or somebody lifting weights,
or somebody playing soccer, or somebody who runs, or somebody
does like really tough hikes. It's really good for those
people physically, but for all of us over the age
of fifty, it's really good for our brain. It creates
(59:17):
brain energy. Our brain is arguably the highest energy organ
in the human body. To give you an example, your
brain the dry weight is about two pounds. It's very
little of your overall weight and volume, but yet it
(59:38):
uses up about twenty percent to twenty five percent of
the energy from each and every meal. The problem is,
as you get older, it's harder to use that energy.
So when you when you take creatine, it gets into
your brain and it restores metabolism to brain, the ability
to burn energy, the ability to burn cal to create energy.
(01:00:03):
So not only is it good for your physical performance
and your muscle endurance and people over like fifty, it's
really great for mental fatigue. Anybody with mental fatigue, it
should help them. But they've studied in people over fifty
for mental fatigue and it's well studied, it's very safe,
it's very effective. Now, for instance, they found that creatine
(01:00:27):
model hydrate. We'll call it creatine, and one teaspoon a
day is plenty. One scoop a day is plenty. You
don't need more than that. You'll have people saying, oh,
you need five scoops. Forget that. If you do one
scoop every day, it'll build up and you'll be great.
So there was this interesting study that found that people
would sleep deprivation if you gave them creatine that got
(01:00:49):
rid of all those mental effects of sleep deprivation. So
let's say you know for two nights you only slept
three hours a night. You take the creatine and it
gets rid of the fatigue and the fogginess and a lightheadedness,
and it makes you more focused and gives your brain energy,
and he'll spring documentory. Now, let me explain one way
(01:01:12):
creating does this. One way is it's good for it
triggers the formation of oligodendrocytes in the brain. So these
create myelin. So everybody, you might not be familiar with
oligodendrocites because you didn't take biochemistry or anatomy or neurology,
(01:01:33):
and you might not be familiar with myelin, but you're
familiar with electrical wires and insulation. So the electrical wires
are the nerves coming out of your brain, and the
insulation is called myelin, and messages work much faster when
a nerve in the brain is covered or in the
(01:01:56):
spine is covered with myelin. In fact, there's diseases where
people lose milin sheets and they have a lot of
pain and very dangerous like multiple s glorosis. They have
a real problem with their mielin sheathing. So let's talk
about neuropathy. Neuropathy is nerve damage, now nerve damage, and
it's more common than diabetics, right, diabetic peripheral neuropathy. So
(01:02:19):
where's the neuropathy going to happen and the places furthest
away from the brain where circulation might not be as adequate,
et cetera. So when diabetics get neuropathy, sometimes it's in
the hands, it could be in the stomic way they
develop gastroparesis, but it's most common in the bottom of
their feet. So sometimes the bottom of their feet is tingling,
(01:02:41):
sometimes it's itchy, but sometimes there's just pain and burning.
So the neuropathy is partially from a lack of milin.
It's not oligodendrocytes in the body that make myelin. It's
different cells, but it doesn't matter. Creatine triggers the formation
of milin throughout the body, including in the brain in
(01:03:03):
the spot. So one way. I By the way, just
to give you an interesting fact, messages from the brain
through your nervous system travel at two hundred and fifty
miles an hour. Now you're only five six feet twelve, right,
so imagine that the brain message is traveling at two
hundred and fifty miles an hour. That's amazing. But let's
(01:03:25):
get back to this. So creatine helps with the electrical
currents in the brain and the and also with the
insulation of these electrical currents. But it's also feeding the
brain energy and restoring metabolism. So creatine is just one
(01:03:52):
of those nutrients. Another interesting thing with creatine for the
brain before I forget, there's a protein in your brain
called PSD ninety five. Okay. PSD ninety five is involved
with creating synaptic plasticity, connectivity and strength. It strengthens the
(01:04:18):
synaptic connections. So what's that all about. When you think,
when you reason, when you figure things out, when your
memory functions, all of these nerves are kind of working together.
They bundle and they work together. They're firing together. They're
wired together, and they're firing together. The PSD ninety five,
that protein in the brain increases the wiring, the connectivity.
(01:04:43):
So creatine substantially increases the levels of this protein called
PSD ninety five. I'm just I'm not trying to give
you crazy facts. I'm trying to show you why this
thing genuinely is so good for your brain. So the
research use creatine monohydrate, so it restores plasticity in the brain,
(01:05:05):
your brain's ability to adapt and be smart and be
sharp and be aware. It helps the insulation of the
electrical conductivity to brain, the nerves, the axons, et cetera.
And it also strengthens the connectivity in your brain. When
your brain is really wired well and really connected, your
(01:05:26):
memory is much better. And we know that it has
an effect on the hippocampus where you form and hold memories.
So I'm in my heart of hearts, in my heart
of hearts, I really think that creatine monohydrate, along with
(01:05:46):
a great multi vitamin are core nutrients for people over
sixty for sure, but also people over fifty, you feel
they need a little bit more of an edge, which is.
I mean, everybody wants an edge, right, everybody wants it.
So here's what's on special so far. Coco HX, which
is great for your heart. It's been shown to a
(01:06:08):
really good quality Coco if you take it daily, has
been shown to help protect you from strokes, heart attacks
and dying from one of them and even needing bypass surgery.
You're a stunt so Coco. Okay, and we took at
Harvard yell, all these great research institutions. All of our
multi vitamins are on special. We have you can't get
(01:06:32):
a better multi. You might be able to get a
really good multi, just like an invite multi, but you're
not going to get a better multi. So these are
incredible multis. They're all on special. So you know, when
I get off the air, you could call up, or
you can walk into an Invite store or even go
on the website Invite health dot com and converse with
(01:06:53):
a nutritionist real time and you could say, Hey, what
multi should I be on? Or what about the cocoa
or the creatine monohydrate. So these are things I use.
These are things that are substantially effective and beneficial for
older people. Okay, Now, just to squeeze this product in.
(01:07:19):
I've had a friend of mine using CARDILAGEHX. Cardinal JHX,
the ingredient has been used, has been studying the University California,
Davis University Connecticut, University of Massachusetts. It's a real thing.
Harvard Medical School study. It's a real thing. There's many, many,
(01:07:42):
many human clinical trials and dog trials and horses because
horses and dogs also cant arthritis. This really helps people
with arthritis. And I've had very strong reports from people
at arthritic needs who suffered for years where they're pain
went away a way that condition has stabilized, the pain
(01:08:05):
went away. I had that effect. I had a lot
of knee pain on my left knee. I went to
my friend, doctor Jerry Loubliner, who's an orthopedic surgeon of
note in Uptown Manhattan, and he said, well, yeah, you
have arthritis and you left knee. I mean you know, well, yeah,
I had accidents, I did a lot of sports, played tennis,
(01:08:25):
did all that stuff that ruined you knee. And I
start on the cardli JHX and the pain went away
in one month. And one month I was running up
and down the stairs without holding onto the banister in
one month. I'm not the only person who reports that.
We have a lot of clients down to tell you
the same thing. I actually had a woman that told
(01:08:48):
me she had to go down the stairs backwards slowly
because she was afraid her knees would give out and
the pain was so intense. And when she was on
the cardla JHX every day, one tiny little safe capsule
on little There's no drug in it, there's no steroid
in it, there's nothing like that. It's undie natured type
two collagen. It's undi natured type two collagen. When you
(01:09:12):
take one of these little capsules every day. This woman
reported that within two months her pain was gone. I
had this huge guy, a veteran, huge guy, big guy,
nice guy, come in telling me his pain was so
bad he used the cane for years. He said he
hadn't used the cane. I mean, this is his words.
(01:09:33):
I have it in writing. He didn't use the cane
for six months. Once he started to call the jche's,
it took him two months. Because this lady's pain was
so severe, the damage was so bad, and his pain
was so severe, it took two months. But he said
his pain was so bad. When he got up at night,
he had to stabilize himself holding on to his dresser.
He had to hold on to his bureau and work
(01:09:55):
his way over to the bathroom carefully. He and he
actually did a little shoe dance for me, which was amazing.
The guy guy huge. The guy's a mountain, really nice guy. Yeah,
you always beat those huge guys that are just the
nicest guys. My son's like that. He's like a mountain.
He's like six foot one inch of two hundred and
(01:10:16):
fifty pounds, complete muscle and brain and good looks. I
don't know where this kid came from. It wasn't me. Oh,
I shouldn't say that, but in any event, Uh, this
guy did a soft shoe for me, he said, Jerry,
you don't understand. I've had the cane lying in my
(01:10:40):
trunk for six months. I forgot about the cane. It's
been about six months. I forgot about the king. I
haven't needed it. So the Carla je chections type two
undinatured collagen, and it takes the immune system away from
your joints, so you could use it with any kind
of arthritis. You can add it to your medication very
safely roomor toard arthritis, lupus arthritis, soiatric arthritis, or the
(01:11:03):
one that everybody gets, which I had in my left
equal to ostia arthritis. So you can use a loan
or you can use it with your medication. It doesn't matter.
It's one little capsule. All these studies from the University
of Medis, from the University of California, from the University
of Massachusetts, from the University of Connecticut. It's safe and
it works. You take one little capsule once a day.
(01:11:25):
You could take it anytime, as long as you take
it daily. I take it in the morning every day.
I haven't had arthritic knee pain since I started using
the stuff a month into it. Before that, I had
pain frequently, like walking upstairs or carrying packages. And my
knees are very stable. I do knee exercises. I don't
have a problem. I don't have any pain. I lift weights,
I kayak, I HiPE. I can hike, no problem. I
(01:11:49):
don't like to hike more than five miles, like on
a mountain or something, because I think at my age
that's enough. You know, I'm seventy i''ll be seventy two,
But I'll hike. I'll go to like the Grand Tee
Toms of Yellowstone and go into the hills and hike
for five miles by myself. I have no problem with that.
So that my knee doesn't bother me is almost a miracle.
(01:12:09):
You can't say it's miracle, but it's it's science, it's medicine,
it's I mean, it's real. This stuff is real. So

Speaker 5 (01:13:39):
Okay, Welcome back, Cherry Hickey, Invite Health Radio. It's my
last segment. I want to talk about you Biquin alone.
I told you I like to bundle things that are
good for you, So I put the Invite Multise and
the Creatine Model Hydrate on special. They're both amazing for
your brain, well for your heart and your circulatory system.
I put Coco HX on especially, which tastes like cocoa,
(01:14:01):
so you can't argue with that. But it lowers the
risk of a stroke or a heart attack and all
other things with the heart. It keeps the blood vessels clean.
I added, you bickwhen all to that. You biqwhen WOLL
is present in every cell in your body. So it's
in every organ your brain, your eyeballs, your kidneys, your liver,
your pancreas, your muscles, your heart, and it helps you
(01:14:24):
create energy. So UBIQWHENOL allows you to make energy in
every cell in the body. The problem is, you BICKWHENOL
doesn't get made very much. In diabetics or older people,
or anybody with a damaged heart, it's not really present
in their heart like people it const of heart failure
or people have had heart attacks. Their heart has a
(01:14:46):
lot less ubiquenal and the level drops dramatically with age
and certain organs like the liver, the kidneys, the lungs,
the heart, like your heart. The amount of you bick
when all in your heart drops dramatically in your sixties
and seventies, and that's bad news. I mean, that might
be one of the reasons why older people are more
(01:15:06):
prone to heart attacks. One of the reasons. There's other
reasons like clogged arteries. But your hearts pumping blood around
your body one hundred thousand times a day. It never rests.
It's not resting. So if there's less, you bick one all,
which the heart depends on to create energy out of
(01:15:27):
oxygen and calories. See that's what it does. You bick
when all creates energy out of oxygen and calories, just
like an engine, just like an internal combustion engine. Right,
it's gasoline and oxygen. Well here it's calories. That's the
gasoline and oxygen you need. You bick one all for
that to happen. It's kind of like the spark plug.
(01:15:49):
And you bick on all levels drop. So imagine if
you bick on all levels have dropped in your heart
by half. How that stresses at the heart. So it's
no wonder that attacks become much more frequent than people
in the sixties and seventies. So when you take ubiquen Woll,
one of the things you're doing is turning the clock
back on aging everywhere in your body, but especially in
(01:16:13):
your heart. It's like your heart became twenty years younger.
Now it's great for fatigue. So here's a study in
psychology today, which is a fun journal. I mean unless
you need it. But they said ubique wall works better
than regular coq ten. You bickwen wall is the active
(01:16:33):
form of coq ten. Now that's a key statement because
older people have trouble changing coke ten into u biquin woll.
And if you can't change coke ten into you bique wall,
it's not going to work. And diabetics have the same problem.
Diabetics can't change coke ten into ubiquinal, so diabetics and
older people need to be on ubiquen all.
Speaker 2 (01:16:54):
So this is uh.
Speaker 5 (01:16:57):
Older people. And they gave them tests it's in theaterurnal nutrients,
it's internal nutrients. They gave them tests like myth tests
that made their brain exhausted. And when they gave them
you bick when all, it was preventing the brain fatigue.
Now there's a number of studies where ubiqu when all
(01:17:18):
restores energy and gets rid of fatigue. They've seen us
in people on statins, and that's an important point. Statins
take you bickwen all out of your system. So if
you're on a statin, you must take you bique all.
Like a twelve statin can lower ubick when all levels
by thirty percent within the first two weeks, so that's
not good. So you need to take you bick when
(01:17:38):
off you're on a stat. So here's a doctor for now.
He's a famous qudiavascular researcher. He gave all the women
u biquen all and it really boosted their general health,
their energy, their quality of life improved because they now
had the energy to uh go out and like have
(01:18:04):
lunch with their friends, et cetera. And when he did this,
he did this really he does a lot of uh
he's he's actually a molecular geneticist who does a lot
of biological studies on aging and heart health, et cetera.
And when he added ubiquinoal to the diet of healthy adults,
(01:18:26):
it reversed measures of true aging by about four years
within the first three months of years. So it was
reversing aging. And we know that it improves fatigue and
it restores energy. And when he gave ubiquinoral, it's in
the journal Heart Lungen Circulation. When he added ubiquinal to
(01:18:49):
staton drugs to people on statin's like wesuvastaten, semastatin, the
twelve Statton, et cetera, Lavallo, all those drugs. It reduced
muscle pain and brought back their stamina and endurance. There's
a number of studies showing that. By the way, there
was a study out of the University of Sydney and
the University of Melbourne. They do a lot of wonderful
research in Australia, they really do. And they took healthy
(01:19:14):
men who went to the gym. These guys were physically
with it, These guys were in shape. And the men
all went on statins and their endurance dropped, their strength
dropped within the first month. We see this frequently with stattons.
It's not a huge drop, but it's a drop, okay,
(01:19:35):
So it won't matter unless you're playing for you know,
the New York Giants or something, you know what I mean.
So for me, it wouldn't matt that much. But I'd
rather have my energy and my endurance and my strength
and my physical performance. My wife prefers that too. So
they gave half of these men placebo and the other
(01:19:56):
half they gave you bickuin will and within two weeks
their stamina, their endurance and their strength came back. The
difference was noteworthy. So you bick when the wall it's
really important for fatigue and healthy people. It's really important
(01:20:17):
for diabetics. It helps protect diabetics nervous tissue in their heart.
It's really important as you grow older for your quality
of life and your energy and your stamina. It's really
important for people on statin drugs. It's unbelievably important for
people who have damage to their heart. So this is
(01:20:38):
a study from the Medical University of Vienna and Copenhagen
University Hospital, the Department of Cardiology, and it's a two
year study of people four hundred and twenty people with
damaged hearts, and when they gave them you bick one wall,
it kept them alive. It reduced heart related mortality by
(01:21:04):
like forty or fifty percent, and it kept about the hospital.
There's a number to study showing this. So here's the
American Journal of Cardiology and uh it's University of Kansas
Medical Center. And these are people who have damaged hearts.
(01:21:25):
They're on drugs. Two hundred and sixteen people they gave
them a placebo. This is important. Or ubiquen woll and
ubiquenol absolutely improved the strength of their heart. I mean,
there's studies showing that ubiquinal if you have a damaged heart.
(01:21:46):
Ubiquen will restores the ability of the heart to beat
and increases it like fifteen percent, So that means less
huffing and puffing when you want to do so even
for me, like I have a health the heart, My
heart's fine. If I do you bick with all, which
I do every day because it's a sensible, safe, smart
(01:22:07):
thing to do, I'm gonna have more endurance, less huffing
and puffing. So like if I was to just play
around a little bit with a basketball or frisbee or garden,
less huffing and puffing. I'm always gardening. When I garden,
I get carried away and I can easily garden three
to six hours a day because I love it. I
(01:22:29):
love getting loshed out there in the woods and with
the flowers and stuff. I mean, I love it. And
after that I left weights to take a walk. So
I take you bick when all I don't have huffing
and puffing. And like I said, it restores the heartbeat
like fifteen percent. The heart's pumping, so you're physically more
(01:22:53):
with it. So I take you bick when all daily
here's people who should be on your b I mean listen,
if you have a daviased heart, you always talk to
your doctor first. But anybody with a damaged heart is
going to get benefits out of ubiquen al. Every diabetic
is going to get benefits out of ubiquenal. Everybody in
(01:23:15):
a statin really needs to be a ubiquene because the
statins take ubiquine out of the system, and people of
a sixty ubiquinal is just really good for their energy,
their endurance, their stamina, their heart strength. There's a number
of studies from Northern Europe, Sweden and Finland, and they
(01:23:40):
found when they gave older people ubiquenal, when they raised
their ubiquinal levels, it literally was keeping them out of hospitals.
They literally were living longer, literally fewer heart attacks, literally
fewer strokes. I mean it really mental. They had more energy,
they had more like way of life, they had a
(01:24:01):
better quality of life, they had the energy to go
outside and be more active. So here's what's on special
because I'm basically out of time. Coco X. It's coco
It really is cocoa, and it's really clean, and we
treat it as a supplement not as a food, so
it's a very high standard it's kept too, and it's
been shown to cocoa and human clinical trials, has been
(01:24:22):
in major trials, has been shown to help protect people
from strokes and heart attacks and then creating monohydrate. Not
only does it give you physical endurance for your muscles,
it gives you brain energy and it helps heal your
brain and protect your brain cardlage HX for authoratic joints.
It really works. It's very safe. You only take one
(01:24:42):
tiny capsule a day. It has GRASS certification from the FDA,
meaning it's safe for you to use. It's safe for
the public to use, whereas the drugs used for arthritis
like Advil and a leave have black box warnings, which
is the highest level of warning from the FDA. So
qualit chex for your AU threats. You could safely add
(01:25:03):
it to any medication you biquin all for fatigue and
for people on statins and for energy and the heart
and all the Invite multi vitamins are on special. Now
Invite doesn't then now it's the end of the program. Right,
(01:25:23):
But we have nutritionists, qualified, certified people who really went
to school. They didn't just take some second rate course
on the internet. They really went to school. And are
in their sheepskin and they really know nutrition. They are there.
You could call them on the phone, or you could
