Speaker 3 (00:32):
Hello, and welcome to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor
Amanda Williams, Director of Science at Invite Health, and happy
Saturday morning to everyone. I have many different things that
I would like to go over before I turn over
the microphone to the wonderful Jerry Hickey. He is coming
up at eight o'clock today and he has many different

(00:56):
things he would like to discuss with you today as well.
I just like to always remind everyone that our stores
are open seven days a week, so you can stop
by and have a chat with one of our wellness advisors.
You can go over to Forest Hills and have a
nutrition consultation with doctor Claire if you would like to

(01:18):
do that today she is available, and if you can't
make it over to one of the stores, you can
always give us a call and we're happy to patch
you through to speak with one of the nutritionists. Or
you can sign up for a day in time that
works well for your busy schedule and one of our
nutritionists will give you a call. So that's a free service.

(01:39):
It's an invaluable service, and I definitely encourage you to
make sure that you take advantage of that because we
always like to zero in on personalized nutrition at Invite Health.
And I say that with joy because many times in
just overall medicine, people try to generalize conditions and when

(02:03):
you're dealing with a particular maybe a symptom, maybe it's
you're just feeling tired all the time and you're trying
to figure out why. You know, of course people can say, well,
I'm just try and get more sleep, maybe that'll solve
the issue, but you really have to understand what's going
on with you and what nutrients you can be taking,

(02:24):
along with what other dietarian lifestyle modifications that you need
to make. And this is why having one of those
free consultations can be so incredibly advantagious. Because at the
end of the day, we want this to be very
personalized for you, so make sure that you reach out
today to doctor Claire over in Forest Hills and get

(02:48):
that experience that I'm always talking about here on this program.
The other thing that I want to mention before I
get into today's product specials is we are also having
our overstock sale. So with that being said, we have
some really wonderful savings that you can take advantage of

(03:08):
on that overstock sale. So you can find all of
those products listed under the specials tab on the website.
So I encourage you to take a look at those.
I think I mentioned one or two of those last weekend,
including apple cide or vinegar, which is a great add
on just for a powerful antioxidant, but we know it

(03:31):
has some really nice thermogenic properties to it, so for
fat burning, so great for skin health summertime, So apple
cide or vinegar. We also have the Gluta HX, which
to me is just an amazing formulation that contains dimethyl glycine,

(03:51):
so it helps the body produce additional gluta thighone, which
is key for not just liver detoxification, but overall sell detoxication.
So this is an incredibly advanced detoxication powder that we offer,
and it not only is beneficial for daily detoxication, but

(04:11):
incredibly helpful for immune health as well as for digestive
health and for proper fluid balance. And usually in the
summertime people can notice maybe that you're retaining a little
extra fluid. So this has a nice blend of parsley
and spinach extracts in that which can really be quite

(04:34):
useful when it comes to the removal of excess fluid.
So do check that product out. It has a way
protein isolate in it. Of course, the dimethyl glysine, which
has been studied extensively for all of its ways in
which it is required for different functions in our body.

(04:57):
It's not just for making glue to thione certainly can
see how it plays a role in neurotransmitter synthesis, so
for mood balance and immune health. It's just a overall
great nutrient to have in your system. And we know
that as we get older, dimethyl glycine levels sometimes they're

(05:17):
not as high as they should be, and this has
even been linked to being a causative reason for type
two diabetes. So low dimethyl glycine levels have been linked
to type two diabetes development. So glued to HX. Definitely
check that product out. Maybe you have concerns with fatty

(05:39):
liver disease, or you just overall metabolic health. Maybe you'd
just like to do seasonal cleanses. The GLUTA HX is
a wonderful go to formulation and the scientific research just
I want to stay on this product just for another moment,

(05:59):
just because it's so impressive. They looked at how dimethyl
glysine can actually alleviate overall metabolic dysfunction that's associated with
fatty liver disease. And when you look at a study
like that and you say, wow, just taking this one
molecule can help to improve everyday function of my hepatocytes,

(06:24):
my tiny little liver cells can work better just because
I incorporated in dimethyl glycine. Yes, we can see how
it has been shown to have anti inflammatory effects for
certain skin conditions. So they looked at dimethylglysine supplementation in

(06:44):
the setting of dermatitis and they could see how it
was able to actually lower the amount of inflammation that
was occurring. That was published back in twenty twenty three
in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences. So just across
the boarder, there's so many very interesting clinical research trials

(07:04):
that have been conducted with dimethyl glycin, which you get
a very good amount when you are taking the Gluta
HX formulation, so do check that out. On the overstock sale,
you can mention that if you happen to call in
to take advantage of one of today's product specials. And
remember today's product specials, it's a buy one, get one free,

(07:27):
plus you get ten percent off when you use the
code Amanda Woer, So definitely great savings there, and then
you can stock up on some Gluta HX and support
your liver and your immune system along the way. So
now let me turn to today's topic. I have three

(07:48):
different products that I have on special today. I have
the Macula Advanced HX, I have the al Car with
Ala and then I also have the Multi Energy powder.
So thinking of energy and how many folks complain about
you know, I just don't feel like I have the

(08:09):
same pep to my stuff that I did ten years ago.
Is there something I should be doing?

Speaker 2 (08:14):
Well?

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Yes, there's usually many different things we have to look
at your diet, you know, are you getting the right nutrients.
Are you taking a multi vitamin multimineral every single day?
Do you get adequate exposure to antioxidants such as dimethyl
glycine in the glue to AHX that can help your
body fend off all of the different oxidative stressors that

(08:39):
can occur from just environmental pollutants. You know, just going
about your day, you can be exposed to things that
can be harmful to your cells. So we look at
the multi energy powder because it's a powder first and foremost,
so it's gonna kind of force you into drinking more water.

(09:00):
You're going to take a scoop of that and add
that in to about twelve ounces of water, and so
you're having a higher intake of that fluid. Now that's
key because we know in the summer we are much
more prone to fluid loss just because of higher humidity
levels and temperatures. And we know that chronic dehydration is

(09:23):
just across the board a massive problem in the United States.
Estimated that upwards of seventy five percent, if not higher,
of Americans are chronically dehydrated, which can lead to problems
such as elevated blood pressure, problems regulating your blood sugar
throughout the day as well as feeling lethargic, muscle aches,

(09:46):
just overall sense of just yuck. And this can be
because you are chronically dehydrated and then of course if
your diet is not even coming close to scratching the
surface of where you need to be for your micronutrient
and take along with the vitamins. This is why taking

(10:07):
the multi Energy powder is a really nice way to
not only get that full spectrum multi vitamin multimineral, but
to also get powerful amino acids to help generate up
higher amounts of cell energy production each day. It has
carnatine in that we know that that carnatine can really

(10:29):
help with taking the fatty acids that are hanging out
on the outside of the cell and it kind of
pushes it to the inside of the cell so it
can be made into energy. And this along with RNA,
so it has the actual ribonucleic acid in it, which
is beneficial for your immune system but also to create

(10:51):
a higher amount of energy for you each and every
single day. So it's a really nice way to kind
of kickoff your day. Has a registered trademark blend in
it called Enzo farm plus. The Enzo farm plus is
basically it's a digestive enzyme that is incorporated into this formulation.

(11:16):
So when you're supplementing with the Multi Energy Powder, not
only are you getting your daily multivitamin multimineral along with
those powerful amino acids including glutamine and carnitine. So glutamine's
very helpful for intestinal health and digestive health, but it
also contains this enzofarm plus. So as you are eating

(11:40):
your foods throughout the day, we're going to be incorporating
in a higher amount of amylase, protease, lipase, hemicellulase to
aid your body in breaking down the different carbohydrates and
proteins and fats that you are taking in. So, hands down,
if we're thinking of a summertime multi vitamin, the Multi

(12:03):
Energy Powder is a wonderful consideration for you. And I
have this conversation, I feel like on a weekly basis
with folks who say, but Amanda, I don't really need
to take a multivitamin because I eat really healthy, so
I don't. I think it's unnecessary, And I always say, oh,

(12:23):
I wish that were the case. Unfortunately, because our foods
are not what they once used to be for a
variety of different reasons, including lack of proper mineral and
vitamin content coming from the soil itself. Many Americans walk

(12:45):
around every day not only in a state of chronic dehydration,
but also in a state of micronutrient insufficiency. So you
may not technically be deficient in a said vitamin or mineral,
but the love are too low for your cells to
actually function at their peak performance. So this is why

(13:07):
they multi energy powder is a really nifty way to
get those nutrients in every day to in a sense,
force yourself to drink more water because you're gonna have
to mix this in with water, and then you're getting
this wonderful blend of all of these power antioxidants. There's

(13:28):
a wonderful bromoline added into this, and bromolain so beneficial
not only for digestive health, but also for targeting inflammation.
So perhaps you're dealing with some joint inflammation or low
back pain, this is a great way to get that

(13:49):
added coverage. We know that bromolaine's been studied and shown
to be as effective as the nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs,
so you're taking something that comes from the stemach of
a pineapple, and you're yielding all of these powerful benefits.
So multi Energy powder, this is something I encourage you

(14:10):
to check out while you can get it and I
buy one, get one free plus ten percent off with
that code Amanda Woer So check that product out and
it tastes really good. This is my go to for
summertime multivitamin. When you're using this product, you kind of

(14:31):
understand why it's called multi energy because as you start
to supplement with this, you really do get this improved
sense of well being and you do have a heightened
amount of energy that's being produced, but it's in a
non stimulant way. So as you are taking this, you're

(14:52):
going to see that you feel like you can do
more things throughout the day that maybe you can go,
you know, walk an extra flow height of stairs as
an example, so if you can always take the stairs
over the elevator, I suggest doing that because it's good
for your health. So you know, always push yourself. Remember,
wellness has to have many different moving parts, so it's

(15:17):
not just I'm going to, you know, take this one
supplement and that's the solution. We have to look at
everything in totality. We have to look at the diet,
we have to look at your exercise. Exercise can mean
different things for different folks. This is why we do
take that personalized approach. Now, going and working out in
a gym is not for everybody. We understand that Andvite

(15:41):
Health I'm one of those people. I'm not going to
go to a gym and work out. It's not my thing.
So this is why we always encourage you to go
in and have a consultation. You can go talk to
a naturopathic doctor like doctor Claire, who can give you
that guidance, sound advice as to what you can be
doing each and every single day to improve upon your

(16:03):
wellness goals. And if you have a particular health concern
that you're dealing with, she can also help you with that.
And you can reach out to any of us at
Invite Health if you do have questions. But these are
the services that we offer. So I definitely say if
you have not ever had the opportunity to meet with

(16:24):
one of our nutritional advisors, that you take advantage and
you do that and do it today. So stop over
at Forest Hills, have us sit down with doctor Claire
and check out that multi energy powder along with those
other products that I mentioned like apple cider vinegar and
glue to HX, which are on that overstock sale. So

(16:48):
I do need to squeeze in a quick break. Stick
around with me. I will be right back just after this.

welcome back to Invite Health Radio. I am doctor Amanda Williams,
Director of Science Invite Health. I certainly hope that you
stick around after the eight o'clock news because you've got
Jerry Hickey coming your way, and he's got some very

(18:10):
exciting things to be talking about with you today. I
would like to continue talking about what we can be
doing to support our health on a regular basis. Sometimes
people overlook the importance of eyehealth until something goes haywire.
So we have a very comprehensive formulation called Macula Advanced,
and the Macula Advanced is a blend of the key

(18:33):
vitamins and minerals that are needed for your eye to
be able to age gracefully. There's many different things that
can occur throughout our lifetime that can affect visual acuity
and the ability to see good at night is a
big complaint that I hear. I hear a lot of

(18:54):
folks go, oh, I don't like to go out, you know,
and drive after it's dark because I just don't see
as well as I once used to.

Speaker 4 (19:02):
Well.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
Part of that reason is because as we get older,
redopsin which is the light absorber in our eye, the
level of that adoption begins to go down. But we
can actually build that back up, and we can do
that through taking different nutrients, including things like your carotenoids

(19:23):
and powerful berry extracts. So when you're looking at the
macula advance formulation of what's actually contained within this power
eye supplement is you're getting the bilberry fruit extract, you
get cases fruit extract, You're getting loutine and xia xanthin
and lycopene, all of these powerful carotenoids and powerful berry

(19:49):
extracts that contain the key constituent that help the eye
itself rebuild that red So if we can build redops
and back up, that can help us with improve visual acuity,
especially in dim or low light environments. So driving at night,

(20:11):
going into a dark or dim restaurant as an example,
where people say, I can't read this menu because you
know it's too dark. Things that you didn't experience, perhaps
when you were twenty years old, but now you do
when you're fifty. So these are the types of comments
that come up on a regular basis when I'm talking

(20:32):
to folks and they say, well, you know, I've heard
that if you take you know, just vitamin C alone,
that's enough for eyehealth. Is that true? You know, do
I need to take additional vitamins? Well, yes, we know
vitamin C is definitely important for your retinal cells to
fight off the ox state of stress. But we know

(20:54):
that those carotenoids play an essential role in being able
to fight off UV exposure. So from the suns or
into summertime, we want to be able to fight that UV.
But we also know it's very beneficial for basically combating
the blue light exposure that comes from your light emitting
devices like your cell phone and your computer. This also

(21:17):
contains in it anisetyl system, So the reason we have
NAC in the Macular Advance formulation is to help support
healthy tear production. Many times people will complain about dry eyes,
so when you're using Macular Advanced, unlike any other eye
vitamin that you can find in the market, this actually

(21:39):
targets dry eye, fights blue light from not only the
sun but from your light emitting devices, and is nourishing
the optic nerve and all of your retinal cells as
well as targeting the lens of the eye. So having

(22:00):
vitamin A and vitamin C and vitamin E in this
formulation along with that ancetyl system which makes it such
an incredible formulation. Not to mention, we add in that
Billbury extract in the cases for extract, the lutine, the
xeosanth and the lycopene, all of these nutrients in totality
for enhanced vision support. And when we are in a

(22:30):
mindset of just being reactive to a particular symptom, for example,
that's not always the best thing for us. So I
always encourage people be proactive, especially when it comes to
your eyehealth. Make sure that you were taking a powerful
formulation like Macular Advanced each day, even if you're taking

(22:52):
one capsule a day, it's much better than to not
have any exposure to these nutrients at all. So partnering
this up with the multi energy powder and then having
your MAC advance is a really nice team to give
you a higher amount in a sense protection from the

(23:16):
harmful UV exposure that can come from the sun itself.
And many folks do spend a significantly higher amount of
time out in the sun. So but you want to
do that in a safe way. You want to make
sure that you have energy that you can get out there,
you can do your exercises, you can you know, feel

(23:37):
the warmth of the sun on your skin. But you
also want to be able to be protected from the
harm of that UV exposure, especially for your eyes. So
of course wearing you know, the right sunglasses, polarized sunglasses
is incredibly advantageous, but you also want to be going
a little deeper than that. You want to be able

(23:59):
to make sure that you're eyes are protected from the
inside out as well. Many times we try to approach
things in just like a topical manner, and like if
someone has dry skin, for example, they think, oh, I'll
just put some lotion on because my skin is dry,
not thinking oh, maybe I should try and hydrate from
the inside out with increasing the amount of Omega threes

(24:20):
that I take on a daily basis, you know, stopping
by Invite health and taking some fish oil. These are
the things that we always want to be proactive in.
So summertime we want to make that combination, that connection
between Macula Advanced and that multi energy powder. And then
finally I have the lcar with Ala on special. I

(24:41):
cannot say enough about this particular product. It's acetyllel carnatine,
which is a very powerful amino acid that's partnered with
alfalopoic acid, which is one of the body's most important
in dodgenous antioxidant pot acids. So important because it helps

(25:02):
to stabilize our other antioxidant levels, so it helps maintain
healthy vitamin C levels, vitamin E, coenzyme Q ten. Supplementation
with the combo of l CAR with ALA can be
very helpful for brain connectivity, for regulation of blood sugar

(25:27):
as well as for energy production, which is why when
people are using our l CAR with ala taking their
two capsules every morning to start off their day, they
start to see a noticeable difference. And we know that
acetyl carnatine as well as alfalopolc acid have both been
studied in the setting of mood support. Such a fascinating

(25:49):
study that came out that was that multi center study
many years ago looking at patients who had major depressive disorder.
And this was a study that was done over at
Rockefeller University in conjunction with Duke University and Infort So
just as well as the Karolinska Institute over in Sweden.

(26:13):
So it was a multi institution study, but looking at
how carnatine levels. So when they tested out the blood
levels of acetyl carnatine and patients who had treatment resistant
major depressive disorder, they could see this direct link. So
low levels of a cetyl carnatine in your system led

(26:34):
to greater degree of depression. So this is what's always fascinating.
And sometimes people come into invite and they say, oh,
I want to start taking the alcar with ALA because
I have concerns with you know, nerve health and I'm
a pre diabetic or maybe I'm a type two diabetic.
I want to make sure that i'm you know, targeting
those glycation reactions or when the sugar starts to affect

(26:56):
different things like your nerves. So you start using the
LCR with ALA, and the next thing you know, you're like,
you know what, I have less pain, I feel better,
I have better mood, I feel less anxious. These are
all the things that we know in the Diabetes Care
Journal back in two thousand and five, so twenty years ago,
they did a double blind, placebo controlled trial where they

(27:20):
looked at a cedyl carnatine supplementation in patients who had
chronic diabetic neuropathy, and once they started to supplement with
acetyl carnatine, their pain level went down, their nerve health
started to improve, so they were actually getting regeneration of

(27:41):
the nerve tissue itself. So across the board, l CAR
with ALA is so helpful for cardiac function, for immune
system function, for the way in which your body responds
to elevations and blood sugar. And then when you look

(28:02):
at the overall nervous system and targeting the central nervous system,
enhancing the brain and the connections in the brain, helping
to energize the brain, improving upon memory. This is why
the LCAR with ALA has remained one of our most
popular formulations because once people start to use it, they

(28:25):
really can see a noticeable difference. So that's on special
today along with that multi energy powder along with the
Maculate Advanced. So make sure that you take advantage of

Get ready for tomorrow's nutritional science Today right here, right now.

Speaker 4 (30:22):
Good morning, Happy Saturday. Welcome to another edition of Invite
Health Radio. I'll be your host. My name is Jerry Hickey,
and it's always an honor, it's a privilege to be
speaking with you, and we talk about the best of
the best of the best of nutritional supplements. So my
background is biochemistry, nutrition, pharmacy. I'm a licensed pharmacist, have

(30:43):
been for decades, been doing this radio show for decades.
Now I want to start off talking about probiotics. Now,
probiotics the definition it's bacteria. You could take that support
and improve your health. That's generally the definition of probiotics.
And research shows that if you take a probiotic supplement,

(31:07):
you really need more than one strain of bacterium. You
need multiple strains for it to work better, and you
need at least a billion of each strain. So I
took that into account when I created a probiotic for
the immune system, and a probiotic for weight loss, and
a probiotic for women and the core probiotic probiotic HX,

(31:28):
which is the one I take. I took it to account. Hey,
we need billions of strains, billions of cells of these
bacterial strains, we mean need more than one. It's been
a lot of due diligence going through the data. There's
five different strains and they really work, and they really
have benefit and they're really safe. So the reason I
bring up probiotics now, Well, first of all, you know,

(31:50):
there's the general things you would expect from any probiotic.
Better digestive tract health, better digestion, less gassiness, less swelling
of the after eating, you know, less bloating, digesting your
food more efficiently and effectively, in fact, even absorbing the
nutrients better. But probiotics have a twofold effect on the

(32:14):
immune system. They make the immune system better regulated and
work more precisely and work stronger to protect you and
prevent infection and possibly even cancer. So let's talk about that.
There's a good amount of data now that a good
probiotic mixture helps decrease your reaction to allergies. Mine basically

(32:39):
have gone away. I have a little bit of allergy
reaction in the fall, but nothing to speak of. Like
you can hear, my voice is a tiny bit husky
right now. I mean, my yard is loaded with leaves already,
and we've got so many flowers and trees and all.
So it's kind of a miracle that I'm not all
stuffed up and have a headache and I'm not dizzy,
because that's how I used to act. I used to

(33:01):
get so dizzy. I used to get such a bad
sore throat, such a headache, such sinus problems, so much fatigue,
so much tummy upset that I thought I would have
had the flu. That's how bid my fall allergies were.
Now they're not even They're so minor. It's nothing. All

(33:22):
I do is get a husky voice and maybe once
every week I sneeze. I'm not kidding you. It's been
that good. And the strange that are very helpful for
allergies seem to be the strains that are also very
helpful for making your immune system more protective against viruses
and cancer. So like lack of Pascillus mnosis, lack of

(33:43):
Pacillus plantarum, by feet of Bacterium animolus subspecies lactics, they're
all in the probiotic checks. They're very good. So let's
talk about while the allergies. How quickly should the probiotic
help youralogies if it's going to help at all, If
it's designed well, and the bacteria are alive, like in hours,
they're guaranteed to be alive. That's why we call them

(34:03):
colony forming units. They're guaranteed to be alive and thrive,
and they will. They will survive your digestive tract, your
stomach acids, and your digestive enzymes and still be alive
and work for you. If you get these and they're
helpful with your allergies, you should start to see the
allergies improve. Within about six weeks, it'll really start, I mean,

(34:27):
really mean something. And within two or three months your
allergies will just fade, like dramatically. I mean, it's just amazing.
I don't have dog and cat allergies anymore. I don't
have food allergies anymore. I used to be loaded with allergies,
and back then we didn't know that you basically developed
allergies because you were missing healthy bacteria and the intestines.

(34:48):
Because the healthy bacteria train the immune system to ignore
things that do not harm you. So one thing is
that probiotics help control your allergies. The second thing is
probiotics help you master fighting off viruses and infections of
all sorts. So let me give you a little info

(35:09):
on that you'll have better neutrophill function and better neutriphilled control.
Neutrifills are also called polymorphon nuclear leukocytes. They're your most
abundant immune cell, and they work really well in young people.
They really protect young people from all kinds of infections,
but they really start to fail us in our late twenties,

(35:32):
and by the time you're in your sixties and seventies,
they're just not working. That's why the flu and other
infections become more dangerous. These master cells are not working.
So neutrophills are I guess you'd call them frontline immune cells.
In other words, they respond rapidly to any infection, and
they just don't work well in us older people. So

(35:53):
when you get like the Electiveascillus rhamnosis and the Electiveascillus
plantarum that are in the envite probat hx, the nutriphills
work better. They're better at fighting infections. But the other
thing is they're controlled better because one of the problems
with older people is the immune system does a terrible
job of fighting off infections like the flu, and yet

(36:16):
it harms you. So when you get the probiotics, the neutrophills,
these really important immune cells become strong enough to fight infections,
in fact better at fighting infections, but they're less likely
to harm you, like harm your lungs or your brain,
et cetera. But besides making nutriphills work again to protect

(36:37):
us from COVID nineteen and the flu, it also helps
protect us from cancer. A cell that's really important for
protecting us from cancer are natural killer cells. Natural killer
cells are always vigilant, and they respond quickly to infections,

(36:58):
and they respond quickly to cancer cells to abnormal cells.
But the natural killer cells, even though we have them
when we're older, they're not working well. And many studies
show that the probatic strains I put specifically in probatic
hx within a week or two, reload the natural killer

(37:21):
cells with more cockexin and more interferre on gamma, and
this makes them stronger for killing any virus and for
killing cancer cells. Now, if you want to see a
study on this, there's one in Frontiers and Immunology from UCLA.
But the natural killer cells are also better regulated. So

(37:42):
if you go in our probiotic today, within a week
or two, you'll be better at fighting off the flu, colds,
even cancer. And that's really important because our immune system
starts to fail us at fighting off virus like a cold,
or like COVID nineteen or like the flow, and fighting

(38:04):
off cancer as we grow older. So it's really important
to put that power back in your immune system now.
An unexpected benefit from probiotics, if it's the correct strains,
is they help protect you from kidney stones. They break
down the oxalate in food like strawberries and cocoa and
things like that, and you're less likely to make a

(38:26):
kidney stone. But also they help prevent the kidneys from
getting damaged. In general, they're very helpful with kidney function.
Probiotics are also good for calming you down, and of
course probatics have all those wonderful, wonderful effects for your
digestive tract now, so I put the probiotics on special

(38:51):
our probatics. Even though I do refrigerate them. They do
not require refrigeration unless you're in some really hot place
like Arizona or Florida, you know, like Miami or something.
Then I would refrigerate a lot of things that I
don't refrigerate up here in New York. So probatics can
help with your diarrhear, your constipation, your swollen belly, if

(39:15):
you get swollen after a meal. They can help you
with gasiness and bloating like I just said, and digesting
your food. This is an interesting thing. The strains of
probiotic in the probatic HX create butyrate, and buterrate is
made in your colon, and buterrate helps protect you from

(39:37):
colon cancer. It helps cells in a colon from going bad.
So probatics do help protect you from developing colon cancer.
The second thing is buterrate helps you absorb minerals. Minerals
are generally absorbed in the upper digestive tract like the
stomach and small intestine, but once they get past there,
they usually go out with your poop. You have enough

(40:00):
buterrate in your colon and you're large intestine, you might
quote your large bowel, you'll start to reabsorb the calcium
and the magnesium and all these other fine minerals. That
are so important to us having energy and being strong.
Now to buterrate has another effect too. Besides helping digest
minerals and absorb minerals, besides helping prevent colon cancer, they

(40:23):
help repair and protect your brain. See buterate. A little
bit of the buterrate that healthy bacteria make in your
colon seeps into your blood stream, and that little bit
migrates to the brain and in the brain, in fact,
it might even go through the lymphatic system from the
intestines directly into the brain. And what it does it

(40:45):
re develops your blood brain barrier. More on this slater
when we talk about respirtual because that sound special too.
Your blood brain barrier is this extra barrier of protection
to keep nasty things out of the brain. But as
you get all it gets leaky and bad things get
into the brain, and this can lead to depression and anxiety.

(41:06):
It can lead to insomnia, it can lead to Alzheimer's
if it's bad enough. I mean, it's just not a
good thing. So when you take the probiotics, the strange
we have in probiotic HX, they will take good foods
and create butyrate. The butrate helps you absorb minerals. The
but rate health prevent colon cancer, and the buterrate helse

(41:28):
protect your brain. So that's all good. Now let me
just say this. We're back to our code where you
get an extra ten percent off. So I just spoke
about our probiotics. We have a probatic for women, we
have a probiotic for the immune system. We have a
probiotic HX which does all those things. It's just going
to help everybody. And if you buy two bottles of that,

(41:48):
you get fifty percent off suggested retail fifty percent of
suggested retail on two bottles all weeken. Now, if we
ship it to you, you'll get free shipping because it's
over thirty five five dollars. But here's the thing. When
you place the order, mention this code and get an
extra ten percent off, So you're getting about sixty percent off,

(42:10):
if not a little bit more, because we're also absorbing
the shipping. So the code. Now, you use this code
whether you go into the stores, or you call on
the phone, or you order through the intranet Jerry wor
so that is. I don't think that's available through our
other distributors like Amazon dot Comtcenter. So you'd have to

Speaker 4 (43:42):
Okay, welcome back, Welcome back, Jerry Hickey, Invite health Radio.
I'm a reget I'm a licensed form. Just now, un
let's just threat the nation all fifty stamps and all
the territories. There you go. So let's talk about reuss virtual.
Rest verritual is called a phital elexin, which is something

(44:04):
that protects fruits and vegetables and plants from viruses and
from mold and things like that, and it turns out
to be very protective in US humans. So rest virtual
is a tiny, tiny molecule. So it's one of the
few antioxidants that readily gets into our adrenal glands and

(44:25):
our thyroid gland and helps protect them. There's research that
helps protect the pancreas. Your pancreas is under a lot
of stress if you smoke, or if you drink alcohol,
or if you have a really big belly, or if
you have diabetes or pre diabetes. Here pancreas is under
a lot of stress, and you don't want to develop
pancreatitis because that increases your risk if you do that

(44:47):
multiple times, it increases your risk of pancreatic cancer. So
rest verritual is an anti inflammatory agent in the pancreas,
which is good. I like that. I like that additional
benefit of protecting my thyroid and protecting my pan chris,
of protecting my adrina glands. Research shows that res vitral
is very good for the lungs. It improves our maximum

(45:08):
lung function, which suffers as we age. We have less
breath less wind, they say, as we grow older, and
rest vitul helps restore that. But I take rest viritul
every day with my lunch for my brain. I'm taking
it from my brain. Res Verritrol is vaso active. It's
probably the most vaso active supplement, which means it supports

(45:32):
and improves circulation circulation all over the body, but especially
to the heart and especially to the brain, which are
two key areas for good circulation. I mean, you want
good circulation for the heart, and you want good circulation
to the brain. So Georgetown, Georgetown University, Georgetown Education, they

(45:53):
said that res vitrol restored the integrity of the blood
brain barrier in Alzheimer's patients, patients whose brains most protective
barrier is not working. So the blood brain barrier. I
mentioned it before with the probiotics, the blood brain barrier,
because you need all the help you can with the
blood brain bearer. The blood brain barrier is this extra

(46:14):
tissue in the brain that acts as a protective barrier
to keep nasty things out of the brain. And as
I've said a hundred times, that nasty thing in you
toe might be a little irritating, but that same nasty thing,
if it got into your brain, could kill you. So
the brain has to be protected. So it has this

(46:35):
barrier called the blood brain barrier, and through most of
your life it's pretty solid and protective. Unless you've had concussions,
or maybe you smoke, or maybe you're an alcoholic, or
maybe you're smoking a lot of marijuana. These things would
affect the blood brain barer. But for most of us
it's pretty good throughout most of our life. But as
we grow older, it gets leaky. There's gaps in the

(46:58):
junctions and it's not easy to repair. So things that
inflame the brain and make the brain swell are starting
to get into the brain. They're leaching into the brain,
and as they leach in the brain, the blood brain
barrier gets worse and worse. The gaps get bigger and
more frequent, more abundant, so more things are getting into

(47:20):
the brain. Eventually, the brain swells enough that you can't
detoxify the brain anymore. It's called the glymphatic system. The
glymphatic system is where this cerebral spinal fluid literally at night,
washes your brain and rents his aptoxins that built up
in the brain the day before. So when Georgetown and

(47:43):
a whole bunch of other academic research institutions gave people
with Alzheimer's rest viitual, it was repairing the blood brain barrier.
And when it repaired the blood brain barrier, this started
to block toxic substances or pro inflammatory substances from seeping
into the brain. And as a result of this, swelling

(48:06):
of the brain went down and the brain was able
to rinse itself out again at night, when you're go
into deep sleep, this happens. That's why you want to
sleep enough at night get rid of toxins. So the
plaques that were involved with Alzheimer's, the messed up proteins
that were forming them, were getting rinsed out of the brain,
and these people were improving. They were improving. It actually

(48:31):
slowed down the cognitive decline of the patients with Alzheimer's. Now,
now I don't expect to develop Alzheimer's. I mean, I'm
seventy I'm all. I'll be seventy two in February, and
I'm still learning very easily, so I you know, and
I could spit all this stuff out without taking notes.
So I don't expect to develop Alzheimer's. But you never know,

(48:55):
and it is a dread of disease. And I want
to keep my blood brain barrier functioning well. So I
take the probiotics and I eat good food, and I
also take the rest virtual but I take the two
hundred milligram. I'm going to cite two studies now to
show you why I take the two hundred milliger We
have a twenty five milligram respritrol that's our original. We

(49:18):
have one hundred milligram respviritual that's the second one we made,
and then based on new studies, I made a two
hundred milligram res viritual because I want evidence before I
make something. But we protect these rest rituals from light
and oxygen because both of These close the rest fritual
to decay. So if you have a liquid respritual or
a powdered rest ritual, that's not going to be effective

(49:39):
because it's broken down. So you want it where it's
protected from light and oxygen. Like we do now, we
also add things that research shows improves the benefits. It
amplifies the benefits of the rest viritual. That would be
corstin and grapeseat extract. They're in there with the respritual.
So our rest virtual was going to work really well. Now.

(50:04):
A study that came out of Germany from the Max
Planck Institute. There's a Max Plank Institute down in Florida,
there's a Max Plank Institute in Berlin, Germany, and the
original ones in Berlin, Germany, and they worked with one
of the first medical schools in the world, suit University
Medical School and hospital, and they found that when they

(50:28):
gave older people in their sixties and seventies rest vitual
two hundred milligrams a day, their brains worked better, They
were sharper, more focused, and their memory was coming back.
It was improving. And they found out why because they
were doing these very powerful scans, these imagings of what's

(50:50):
going on. Circulation to the brain was restored. See circulation
to the brain declines with age, and that's bad because
the brain is getting less oxygen, less nutrition, less energy,
and eventually that affects meritabolism in the brain, which can
increase the rate at which you lose memory and cognitive

(51:12):
functions and even increase the risk of dementia like Alzheimer's dementia.
So when they gave these people in their sixties and
seventies two hundred milligrams of rest virtual every day, circulation
was restored to their brain. That's why I called it
vaso active, vaso blood flow active. It's working, and the

(51:33):
organs involved with memory, like especially the hippocampus, were regrowing
to a young, healthier time and rewiring and getting more
wired and connected to the other parts of the brain
again like the interntal cortex and the pari hippocampal dentate gyrus,
which we're all involved with memory and knowing where you

(51:55):
are and what you're doing, et cetera. So giving rest
Virtual to these elderly people was improving the supply of
oxygen and nutrition and calories and everything to the brain.
Just what the brain needs because the brain is a
super high energy organ so it needs more of this
than most of the other parts of the body. And
the brain was functioning well and cleansing itself better and

(52:17):
better protected and less inflamed, and blood was flowing better,
and these people it really helped their memory. So now
fast forward a couple of years and there was a
resource study over in Australia, a whole bunch of universities
like the University of Sydney. These people in Australia do

(52:39):
a lot of brain neurology research. They do a lot
of memory research and a lot of neurology research, and
a lot of sports research too, by the way, So
let's get back to it. So the resource study, they
had one hundred women on rest viritual one hundred and
fifty milligrams a day and one hundred women on inactive

(53:00):
sebowl per a year. And it was a crossover study.
And what they found was on the rest virtual circulation
improved by seventeen percent, which just about perfectly offsets the
decline and circulation to the brain that occurs with older age.

(53:21):
So people in their fifty sixties and seventies, less blood
is reaching their brain, so they start to lose memory
and brain function, and they get more fatigued, et cetera.
They're more inclined to have things go wrong in their brain.
So that typically happened somewhere between ten and fourteen percent.
So the rest Virtual one hundred and fifty million ms
a day restored circulation on average by seventeen percent, perfect

(53:43):
blood flow to the brain, and their memory improved. Their
learning improved, remembering words and names and figures improved. I
mean that is super duper. That's what I call super duper.
So rest virtual restores the protective barrier of the brain
called the blood brain barrier resp Firatrol restores circulation to

(54:05):
the brain. Res ferratrol's anti inflammatory in the brain because
long term inflammation in the brain, what we call chronic inflammation,
contributes to brain diseases or minimally will cause cognitive decline
and memory loss. Respirtual also does something very interesting biologically biochemically.

(54:25):
It triggers something called certoines. These are proteins around the
body that repair brain tissue and the brain. They're repairing
brain tissue. So it has a lot to be said
for res vitrol. I take the two hundred milligrams with lunch.
I take certain things at breakfast, certain things at lunch,
certain things at dinner, and I take it at lunch.

(54:45):
First of all, because I took some nice antioxidants with breakfast.
I take some nice antiocotants with dinner. Respiratrol is a
great antioxidant, especially for the eyes and the brain, the lungs,
the pancreas so i'll and the heart. So I like
to take my lunch so I get that coverage all
day long or powerful antioxidants. So it's a great supplement

(55:07):
for people over fifty. I don't know how much it
would do for someone under fifty, but if you're losing memory,
or you're over fifty, or you're diabetic or something along
that line, you really want to protect your brain. If
you have heart disease, kidney disease, you really want to
protect your brain. I would get on some respritual. I'm
seventy one going on seventy two, so I take it

(55:28):
from my brain specifically. Okay, let's go to a break.
Our probatics are on special. By the way, the probatics
and all these products are free of gluten, they're free
of wheat. I mean, these are really safe products. The
word gluten scares a lot of people. I don't have
a problem with glutent, but some people do. So all

(55:50):
these are gluten free or rest ritual and the probiotic,
and they're great products, and they're really high quality. And
the thing would Invite is they really practice what they preach.
They test these again and again to make sure it's
the correct ingredient, to make sure there's the amount in
there that's on the label, to make sure nothing else
is in there, to make sure they're fresh. I mean,

(56:10):
these are great products. And the thing is, you know,
at the end of the hour, I'm off the ear.
But it doesn't matter because Invite has all these nutritions
there and you could check what I say with these
nutrition as say, verify it validated, you know, and they'll
help you out. You could say, hey, listen, you know

(56:31):
my immune system is not working well because I'm getting
colds all the time. You know, is it my iron
or do I need a probiotic or do I need
a nuclear time These people are there to talk to
you and help you, So get in touch with them
and don't forget if you place an order mention. Jerry

Speaker 4 (58:12):
Okay, Welcome back to the program. Jerry Hicky for Invite Health.
By the way, I've been a license barbers since since
nineteen seventy eight. Wow, okay, let's get back to it.
This is the time of year. I really like to
talk about green tea. Green tea, if it's made correctly,

(58:39):
has these polyphenols, these really protective substances. They're in the
cannekin family. There's a bunch of them EGC ECGC, but
there's a more important one. The EGCG is the most
important one, and in our green tea products, it's abundant

(58:59):
and all of these fantastic ingredients, these constituents, especially the EGCG.
So I don't talk much about green tea and cancer,
but there's definitely data on green tea and cancer. Now,
the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews is highly respected in

(59:21):
the medical world. They review diets, they review drugs, they
review nutritional supplements. So they're reviewing studies. So they don't
do a study. They'll collate all the studies and look
at them and see if something is real or not real.
So in twenty twenty, they worked with the University of

(59:43):
East Anglia, Norwich Medical School, University of Modena, University of Naples,
and Boston University School of Public Health, and they said
in their review based on eleven studies that green tea
may read used the risk of prostate cancer by fifty percent.

(01:00:03):
Now there's deadly prostate cancer in my family. I'd rather
not have it. So every day I brew green tea
every single day, and then I add the green tea
liquid to it. I take two or three squirts and
I added to my green tea. So now it's like
three cups of green tea. That's what I do every

(01:00:23):
day to protect my prostate. Now, in the same review
by the Cochrane Reviews in General, based on one thousand,
one hundred participants from one hundred and thirty one studies
with good quality evidence that lacked bias, green tea reduced

(01:00:45):
the risk of cancer overall by almost twenty percent. So
across the board. In this review of one hundred and
thirty one studies, one million, one hundred thousand people included
in the studies, a little more than any. Green tea
reduced your risk of cancer and reduced your risk of
developing cancer by twenty percent. Now, if you take it

(01:01:10):
to account all the cancers, that's millions of people who
would be protected from having a cancer diagnosis every year
if we all drank green tea. So he's green tea
and breast cancer. Now, this is the National Cancer Institute website,
the National Cancer Institute. It's taking place at the University

(01:01:33):
of Minnesota. They're responsible for the research and they're talking
about this is the title. This is the title from
the National Cancer Institute. Green Tea and Reduction of Breast cancer.
So here's the rationale. Why's the National Cancer Institute the
University of Minnesota interested? Green tea extract contains ingredients that

(01:01:55):
may lower the risk of breast cancer. They're called connetkins.
Now they're doing more advanced research. The first study they
did already said hey there's something here. No, these are
human studies. So now they're doing a phase two study.
They're doing a more advanced study on older women, older

(01:02:17):
women with breast density, too much breast density, because these
women are prone to breast cancer, because green tea likely
reduces the breast cancer and these women who are at
a higher risk of breast cancer. Now, when I looked
at many, many studies of green tea over the years,
it's seeing that green tea reduced the risk of breast

(01:02:38):
cancer by nineteen percent. That's a lot of women, you know,
you might say on nineteen percent, let's say it's a
lot of women that would be protected. Breast cancer is
very common, but it also in stage one breast cancer
also had a trend for preventing a recurrence of breast

(01:02:59):
cancer that was really pretty strong. So what about men?
What about prostate cancer? And population based studies of millions
of men green tea, So places where they drink green tea,
the people who drink green tea in like Cambodia, Thailand, Japan, China,
et cetera, they are less likely to develop prostate cancer

(01:03:20):
versus the men in the same places who don't drink
much green tea. Because you're not going to do a
green tea study in Dublin, Ireland, they don't drink green
tea that much. There's not enough people in Dublin, Ireland
drinking green tea, so you have to do your green
tea studies in places like Japan where people actually drink
green tea, and you look at people who drink very

(01:03:41):
little or don't drink it at all, versus the Japanese
people who do drink green tea. And they saw in
these population based studies that the people who did drink
green tea, the women had a lower risk of breast cancer,
the men had a lower risk of prostate cancer. So
here's the journal Cancer Research, and they're looking at men
with high grade pen pen is prostate intra epithelial neoplasia.

(01:04:04):
So prosthetic intra epithelial neoplasia means that the cells are
already changing and can go into the prostate cancer process.
In fact, approximately thirty percent of all men with high
grade pen will go on to develop prostate cancer pretty quickly.

(01:04:24):
So high grade pen is prostate epithelial neoplasia, intra epithelial neoplasia,
the men already have changes that may go into cancer
and about thirty percent of these men, so thirty out
of every hundred of these men with this condition will
develop prostate cancer. So they gave some of these men
green tea capsules loaded with the good stuff that's in

(01:04:47):
our green tea capsules, or they gave these men lookalike
capsules but it didn't have green tea in it. That's
called the placebo. Now, the men on placebo, the forecasted
number of men went on to develop prostate cancer. Thirty
percent of the men thirty percent, so that's thirty out

(01:05:07):
of one hundred went on to develop prostate cancer. Whereas
the men on the green tea only three percent went
on to develop prostate cancer. So if you look at that,
three hundred men out of a thousand would high grade
pen three hundred men out of a thousand would go
on to develop prostate cancer. But if they did enough
green tea, only thirty would go on to develop prostate cancer.

(01:05:32):
That's a huge difference. Now, they took six hundred milligrams
of green tea capsules every day. Now, to be honest,
our green tea is stronger. So they took six hundred
milligrams of green tea every day. Our green tea capsule
is five hundred milligrams, but it's loaded with the ingredients
that you want for your prostate or your breasts, so

(01:05:53):
you only need one a day. You only really need
one a day. So let's talk colon cancer. I think
the strongest evidence for green tea against cancer is for
prostate cancer, breast cancer, and colon cancer. But in general,
they're finding green tea reduces to risk of cancer by
almost twenty percent. So he's green tea and colon cancer.

(01:06:16):
It's a meta analysis. It's from the journal onco Target.
The journal is called onco Target, which is about cancer
and weird cells in the human body, mutated cells. So
they did a meta analysis of twenty nine studies one million,
six hundred thousand people. In women, there was a thirty

(01:06:38):
two percent reduction in the risk of colon cancer if
they drank green tea, and men it was less, maybe
it was twenty percent, but in women it was thirty
two percent. I mean, that's huge. So we all want
to do green tea because it does have some ability
to help protect us from ancer. But let me give

(01:07:01):
you some more stuff on green tea. Green tea breaks
down amuloid. Now that's really important for people from the Caribbean.
People with African heritage from the Caribbean tend to build
up amuloid in their hearts. So they've done studies on
green tea. The most important ingredient in green tea, EGCG
broke down the amyloid that would build up in their

(01:07:22):
heart that leads to a Caribbean style of heart failure.
But amuloid in the brain is Alzheimer's. When there's one
kind of amuloid in the brain and emuloid doses in
the brain, you get Alzheimer's. And they've shown in study,
have to study after study that green tea helps protect
people who have a bigger risk of developing Alzheimer's genetically,

(01:07:46):
and also it helps to get the plaque creating amuloid
out of the brain. There's a lot to be said
for green tea and brain function. Now, if you look
at the research from Harvard Medical School and Yale Medical School,
they'll tell you that green tea helps protect you from
heart disease, which I believe is probably true because the

(01:08:07):
ingredients in green tea are very strong and you know,
it's pleasant. Green tea is soothing, its relaxing, and it's easy.
You know, it's delicious so so. But I use a
couple of squirts of our green tea liquid to bring
the green tea polyphenos all the way up. So I'm
not having one and I do this from my wife too.
We're not having one cup of green tea. It's like

(01:08:28):
we're having three cups of green tea in one cup. Now,
let's talk about viruses, because green tea a lot of research.
Green tea protects us from viruses. And we're going into
flu season. You're on a blank and it'll be November,
and November is flu season. That's why I spoke about

(01:08:49):
probiotics before. If you start taking probatics now, within two weeks,
your immune system will be better prepared for fighting off
the flu. I can't a flu shot. I react terribly
to the flu shot. So I just depend on green
tea and I don't get the flu. I take probiotics

(01:09:10):
and I take green tea. So here's eight studies. It's
a review of eight studies. It's in the journal Molecules.
It's about five thousand people. In these eight studies, green
tea really cut the risk of the flu. It cut
the risk of flu a little over a third. Now,

(01:09:34):
This didn't matter if you brood green tea and drank it,
or if you gargled with green tea, or you did
a green tea supplement, as long as it was a
high quality, fresh green tea supplement. So there are ways
that green tea does this. Now, green tea also interferes
with the SARS covid two virus. The Sar's covid two
virus is the virus that closes covid infections COVID nineteen.

(01:10:00):
What it does with the Sours covid two virus, it
works differently in the flu, and I'll tell you how
it works in the flu in a couple of minutes.
But with Sores covid two virus, they have a spike protein.
It looks like a spike sticking out from the virus,
and that allows them It punctures sort of a whole
in our cells and allows the virus to get into
our cells to infect us. So when you drink green tea,

(01:10:24):
it interferes with the spike protein on the Sours covid
two virus. The coronavirus, you know, the covid virus, COVID
nineteen russ a coronavirus, but it also inhibits mpro mpro
is the main viral protease. A viral protease allows the
virus to multiply and infect you. So it's inhibiting the

(01:10:45):
COVID nineteen virus in a different way than it inhibits
the flu virus. It inhibits the flu virus by interfering
with things like hemic glutenin and neuraminidase. Hema glutent glutenin
and neuraminidase is what allows the flu virus to attach
to your cells and invade the cells and multiply and
infect you. So green tea really has a good ability

(01:11:10):
to protect you from a flu infection, the common cold,
most common cold infections, and also COVID nineteen infections. So
it's great to start drinking green tea now. And you
need more than you think. One cup won't do it.
You kind of need three cups a day. So if
you take the green tea drops and you add two

(01:11:31):
swirts to your cup of green tea, it's like having
three cups all at once. It makes it really easy.
So our green Tea liquid is on special. There's thirty
servings in there, equal to about sixty cups of Green
Tea and the Green Tea Capsule which is super concentrated.
That is super concentrated, So they're all on special And

(01:11:52):

Speaker 4 (01:13:02):
Okay, welcome back. I hosted the flotilla party from my
Coast Cardo Auxiliary flotilla last week in my backyard. But
what a great group of people I really shout out
to other people are fix I'm Tarya cure for loneliness.
Enjoying the Coast Cardo Auxiliary. You'll teach people how to boat,
you'll make sure they're safe. So you're doing really good,

(01:13:22):
positive things and you're going to meet a lot of
good people. I mean, my wife loved these people. She'd
never met him before. She said, a great group. I
really enjoined us. Okay, let's get back to work here.
I had a friend last week who has a big belly. Okay,
he's fat, he's got a big belly, and he can't
go on the drugs he can't. They're GLP one agonists.

(01:13:45):
They work like the GLP one enzyme, so you know
the names, trulicity, ozempic. He said he didn't want to
go on them because he has a history of thyroid problems,
and is evidence that these things increase your risk of
thyroid cancer. I don't know in everybody, but in some
people it increases risk of thyroid cancer. But it also

(01:14:07):
increases your risk of pancreatitis. It looks like pacrititis is
inflammation and a pancreas, which you're going to hate because
it's painful as anything and you're gonna be nauseous and everything.
But it also increases the risk of pancreatic cancer. That's
one reason why pancreatic cancer is more common. And diabetics.
Is it the drugs or is it the diabetes? So
I told them about Phase two because he was asking me, listen,

(01:14:30):
I've got to lose like thirty pounds. I'm terrible at dieting.
What can I do? And I said, well, I'll help
you get your appetite under control. I said, a probiotic
is a start, because when you have good, healthy bacteria,
you tend to be less hungry as a trend, so
probiotics are on special today. But I also told them

(01:14:50):
about Phase two. Phase two is a legitimate carb sugar blocker.
It blocks an enzyme a family enzymes called alpha amyase.
So here's what happens. You're eating a piece of cake.
You don't magically absorb the sugar. It has to be

(01:15:10):
broken down by an enzyme called alpha amylase. The phase two,
which comes from a particular bean called Faciolus vulgaris the
white variety. The phase two attaches to alpha amylase. That's
why you take it before you eat, and then you
break down less sugar less carbohydrate. And this helps you

(01:15:33):
control your appetite, but it also helps you lose fat.
It controls your appetite because you're getting less calories into you,
so eventually the body gets disciplined that you don't need
all those extra calories that you think you need. So
he didn't want to go on a GLP one agonists
like theozipic or the troulyicity or what's another one, right,

(01:15:56):
belzus because he's afraid of pancreatitis, I would cancer. Now
some of you might be coming off GLP one drugs.
You might be coming off your ozmpic, or maybe you're
finished with your diet. And you know what happens. When
you finish a diet for about two or three months,
you have lost weight. Then you slowly but surely start

(01:16:19):
to gain it all back, maybe even more. It's called
yo yo yo yo dieting. Right, it's a big term.
It's a common term. Take the Phase two now. The
face has been research at the University of Rochester, at
the Mayo Clinic. I mean there's real places that of
research this product. It's safe and it works. Okay, you

(01:16:40):
take the phase to like, take two capsules about five
or ten minutes before you eat, and it'll have time
to break down, be released from the capsule and attached
to the starts digesting enzymes. So then when you eat
a starch like whole wheat, bread, like cereal, like rice,
like a potato, like a root vegetable like a carrot,

(01:17:04):
like peas, you absorb a sugarfron and over time this
will lead to better blood sugar control, a more disciplined appetite,
and inches off your waistline. I have about forty letters
from people who've lost significant fat. And the beauty of

(01:17:27):
it is you're not losing muscle. You're losing fat. You know,
when you go on a diet, you're losing some fat,
but you're also losing water weight and you're losing muscle.
With the Phase two, you're only losing fat. That's all
you're losing. So if you're coming off a diet, you
might want to take the Phase two every day before
your biggest meal to help keep the weight off. But

(01:17:48):
if you need to lose weight, take it before each
meal and you will lose weight. So the Phase two's
on special. We spoke about probiotics, doats on special, the
green teas on special, and the rest virtual is on special.
I just I have a couple of minutes left. I
want to talk about creatine monohydrate. Oh, before I go
to the creatine monohydrate. Phase two for weight loss is

(01:18:13):
not a stimulant. It's not dangerous. It doesn't speed up
your metabolism, it doesn't increase your heart rate, it doesn't
raise your blood pressure like a lot of drugs will.
It doesn't increase the risk of pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis
or thyroid cancer. It's only going to block some sugar
calories from being absorbed so you can lose weight. So

(01:18:37):
it's a really safe, beneficial way of doing it. And
if you've already lost weight, you don't want to regain it.
You don't want that tell me to grow again, So
take it like before dinner every day or before breakfast
to keep the weight off so it doesn't return. And
if you try to lose weight, take it three times
a day, take two capsules before each meal, three times

(01:18:57):
a day. Now, it's very safe. It's not going to
hurt you. Now. Creatine monohydrate, it came out of gems,
and usually things that come out of gyms is scary stuff,
but not creatine monohydrate. It's very safe and it really
works to increase your physical endurance and your physical performance.

(01:19:21):
But my physical endurance and my physical performance is fine.
I don't take it for that reason. I'll tell you
why I take it in a minute. But if you're
taking it for your muscle and for performance, take it
after you exercise. And the reason for that is because
your muscle fibers are open and it's easier to get

(01:19:43):
the creatine into the muscles. It'll get more in there faster.
So why does it help muscles. For the same reason,
it's going to help your brain, which I'll explain in
a minute. When you take creatine monohydrate, it's quickly metabolize
into something called phospho creatine, and phospho creatine recycles your energy.

(01:20:06):
Your energy is in a form of something called atp
which you work through very quickly, but you can recycle it.
We always recycle it, but you'll recycle it much more efficiently.
If you take creatine and you only need one scoop
a day, you don't need like some people are saying
two scoops, four scoops. That's ridiculous. One scoop of day's
all you need. And when you take it, it gets

(01:20:27):
into the muscle and it keeps the energy going, so
you get a better workout, or you perform better at
something like tennis or running or lifting weights or rowing,
you know, like like kayaking, et cetera. But I take
it for the brain. My brain doesn't really shut down.
I can talk about complex things from the second I
wake up to the second I go to sleep. That's

(01:20:49):
just how I am. My brain races, I mean my brain.
One of the reasons why my handwriting is sloppy is
my brain is working a lot faster than my pen
so I can stop and just write slowly. My penmanship
is great, but I'm generally writing while I'm thinking, and
my penmanship is horrible. Oh, most people whose penmanship is

(01:21:12):
horrible is because their brain. Like a doctor, their brain
works vested in their pen So my brain is ridiculous.
And yeah, that's a nice thing, because nothing else in
my body works very well. So it's nice that something works.
But the thing is that I require a lot of brain.

(01:21:32):
Your brain requires a lot of energy in the first place. Okay,
and here's the thing. A lot of people are inactive.
Their body's fine, their body has a lot of energy.
Their brain is tired, their brain is fatigued. Research shows this,
this is real. If you take creatine monohydrate, this stuff
I have on special today, which doesn't come from animals,

(01:21:56):
it's from vegetable fermentation. There's no animal product in here.
If you take our creatine monohydrate, it's vegetarian and one
scoop a day will give you really good brain energy,
which of course benefits your memory. There's a lot of
research now that creatine and people who are vegans or vegetarians,

(01:22:24):
when you give them creatine, it's great for them memory.
But people like me, I'm a carnivore. I eat anything. Okay,
I'm a carnivor. I admit it. Some people will hate
me for that, but that's how life is. People like me,
If I take creatine, it gives me brain quickness, focus,
and brain energy. It's really tremendous. So if you're like

(01:22:48):
fifty and you're becoming an active and you're making love
to your couch and you're watching TV all day, don't
become your couch's best friend. Take the creatine and you're
gonna see, hey, I really do have some energy. I'm
going to go out and have some fun. I'm going
to get off the cast. I'm going to go out
and mix it up with people and have a great time,
or get on the pick a bowl cord, or take

(01:23:09):
a walk on the beach, whatever you want to do. So,
but I did say that creatine also has value for
your muscles. It really does help improve physical performance and
physical endurance. So that's great stuff. So here's what's on
special today and all of these things. If you buy
