Speaker 3 (00:31):
Welcome to another edition of Invite Health Radio. I'll be
your host. My name is Jerry Hickey. I'm a nutritional pharmacist,
and there's always an honor and a privilege to be
speaking with you, and it is indeed. The holiday season.
Thanksgiving is coming this week, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful holiday. I'll
be at my son's house. But we're going to make
(00:52):
some really cool appetizers to bring there. We'll surprise them with.
That'll be a nice time. Seventeen people, three babies. We
should have a good day now, so I hope you're
all looking forward to a great Thanksgiving. We're having our
holiday sale, Thanksgiving Sale. It's on right now. Sorry, just
clap my hands. I apologize. Every Invite product is on sale.
(01:16):
Every single Invite product. You buy two, you get fifty
percent off suggested retail. So it's a good deal all
Invite products. You buy two bottles of any product, you
get fifty percent of suggested retail. And of course, if
they ship it to you and it's thirty five dollars
or more, they paid shipping, so that's a big deal.
(01:38):
So I love these sales. I can talk about any product.
I generally talk about products I use personally. Cartilage HX.
Cartilage HX is for sore joints, and that's all it's
for it. It's not for anything else. It's undernatured type
two collagen derived from natural cotage, and it's really clean
(02:01):
stuff that's been used in a lot of human clinical trials.
It's been studied at the University of Connecticut at Stores,
It's been studied at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell,
has been studied at the University of California at Davis
and other institutions as well. What the cardla JHX does.
And I have to tell you, I do not have
any knee soreness because of his supplement. I have arthritis
(02:24):
in my next in my left knee. I can walk
six miles and not have pain, So that's rather remarkable.
It's a decoy for the pain and the inflammation of
your joint. So all you need is forty milligrams a day.
Is this tiny capsule that's really easy to swallow, and
once again it's specific for your sore knee, your sore joints.
(02:45):
And what they found the most recent research, and it's
backed up by other research, does it twenty percent drop
in something in the urine called CTX two. Now that's
very important because that means it's preserving your joint tissue.
It's preventing further erosion of joint tissue. There is no
drug that prevents you from losing knee joint tissue. There
(03:08):
is no drug that prevents you from losing joint tissue.
The CARDOLAGEHX prevents you from losing joint tissue, and very
quickly you get a resolution of pain and stiffness, you
get an improvement and mobility, but it's preventing further loss
of joint tissue. So that's rather remarkable for a tiny
(03:31):
capsule that's one hundred percent safe that's one hundred percent
made in America. The FDA gave it GRASS certification, which
means it's safe for anyone to use. When Harvard did
the original research, Harvard Medical School and Harvard Medical Center,
they found that even in people with very severe authritis
(03:52):
called rheumatoid arthritis, it was great for reducing pain. So
if you have a joint problem and you want to
that's completely safe. It's been proven to be completely safe,
that works, that has tremendous research behind it. Take the invite,
Carla JHX. I've been taking it for years. My knee
has not gotten any worse. In fact, I think it's improved.
(04:14):
And that's what the research shows that there's an actual
a slight increase in joint health, but the pain goes
away without using any of the dangerous drugs. Like if
you use advil every day, I don't know if you're awareness.
Not only can it cause kidney damage, increase the risk
of cataracts, affect your hearing, and cause a bleeding stroke,
(04:36):
but it can damage your heart. It can raise your
blood pressure. My mother's doctor will not allow her to
use advil for her back pain because it can raise
her blood pressure. So here the Carla JHX safe and effective.
It's a form of collagen. It actually works in the
stomach and intestines. You don't even absorb it. What it does,
(04:57):
Like I said before, it's a decoy for It pulls
the cells, the cells that destroy your joint and close
that pain and the stiffness and that sharp edge pain,
that wicked pain that you get. It pulls those cells
away from the joint and instead of attacking the joint,
they attack this capsule. And it's just amazing how effective
(05:20):
this stuff is and how safe this stuff is, and
how it's just wonderful. It'll it'll really help and be
safe for you. Now, as long as we're talking about collagen,
we have a different type of collagen on special too,
because all of the Invite products are on special. It's
a combination of type one and type three collagen. And
(05:42):
this makes you you're made out of this stuff. It's
called collagen HX college XHA. We have it in powders,
we have it in a gummies, we have it in
a tablet. It's a great formula. I take it every day.
My wife takes it every day. You're made out of collagen.
It's the number one structural ingredient in your body. It
(06:08):
is so important to you. And in your late twenties,
when you finish physically developing, collagen production starts to decline
and it drops about one and a half percent per year,
So there's a big difference every decade in the amount
of collagen you're making. And because collagen makes you, you
(06:32):
wind up with sore joints, because the cartilage in your
knee is sixty seven percent collagen. In fact, that's what
things like lucosamine and kondryten adhere to to stop pain.
So simply taking collagen on a daily basis helps protect
your knee joint and your hip joint, but also your skin.
(06:56):
Your skin is seventy percent collagen, and when you lack collagen,
the skin literally starts to fold over and stick together.
Things like pollution and alcohol and smoking and the sun
damage it and you develop wrinkles. And our collagen has
been used in many studies. Are going to in a
(07:17):
minute to help with wrinkles, to help with your skin,
to help with sword joints. So your skin is seventy
percent collagen, and as collagen production declines, you start to
get sun damage on your skin like discolorations, et cetera.
Your skin becomes creepy, your skin becomes dry, you develop wrinkles,
and about eight human clinical trials show that our collagen,
(07:41):
which is not from China. Some of the Chinese collagens
are not well made, their inferior. This is a superior collagen.
It's made by a French Italian company, so it's not
Chinese collagen. Some of the Chinese collagens have had real problems,
so this is real clean stuff. It's not Chinese, it's
(08:01):
a French Italian manufacturer. Seventy percent of your skin is
made out of it, and about eight human clinical trials
show that when you use our collagen, wrinkles can decrease
literally by fifty or sixty percent, and you start to
see the difference within the first month. But at the
same time, it's correcting joint pain because it's helping stabilize
(08:24):
your tissues because, like I said, sixty seven percent of
your joint cartilage is made out of collagen. But what
about your bones. Your bones have a good amount of
calcium and phosphorus and a little bit of zinc and
some other minerals. They need a place to attach to
and what they attach to is collagen. Is this collagen,
(08:45):
this specific collagen. So when you take collagen, it helps
prevent bone loss because the calcium has a place to
go to anchor onto. So in other words, bone is
thirty six percent collagen and then the other things attached
to the collagen. So the collagen makes the matrix that
all the other things attached to. And they've shown that
(09:09):
if you want to treat bone loss, it's not just
calcium and vitamin D and vitamin K. You need collagen
because you need a place, a structural place for the
calcium to go to, and the calcium fills in the
holes and solidifies it into bone. So and also thinning
here as you grow older, every single stread to hear
(09:32):
thins ten to twenty percent, and your hair gets fly
away and it's hard to manage and it looks thin.
When you take the collagen, it fills in again. Your
hair is much more manageable, it looks a lot younger,
and your nails will grow because you nails are mostly collagen.
I mean, collagen makes the makes your brain tissue. If
collagen is the number one structural ingredient in the human body,
(09:53):
you're mostly liquid and collagen. That's what you are. Liquid
and collagen. Liquid's like you know, like like spinal fluid
and blood and lymphatic fluid. That's what you So you're
a mixture of them, and collagen that's what you mostly are.
So parts of your brain are made out of collagen.
(10:14):
Your spine is made out of collagen, Your joints are
made out of collagen. The valves in your heart, your
cartilage and your connective tissue, your ligaments and tendons, sterol, collagen,
the line of your blood vessels, the filters in your kidneys,
it's all collagen. So as collagen production declines with age,
starts to hurt you. So taking collagen helps what you
(10:37):
joint pain and your joint health. It helps what your wrinkles,
so your skin, your hair, and your nails and your bones.
So it's a really great supplement to take. And I
want to talk about collagen because I'm talking about things
I take. I take these things. I take cartage HX
for my joint pain, and I don't have joint pain,
(10:58):
like I said, I can. I typically walk four four
and a half miles every day, but I also cycle,
I lift weights, I do push ups, I do stretching exercise.
I every day I exercise. I I do balance exercises.
It's really important because I'm over seventy. You know, you
(11:19):
want to you want to stay flexible, you want to
stay balanced. You and and and what happens when you
exercise and you rebuild yourself, You build brain tissue too.
You build brain tissue. So I mean it's all good.
It's all really good. So we're having our uh our
(11:40):
Thanksgiving special and all the invite products. If you buy
two bottles of any product Carla JHX collegeen Rest Ferritual,
you bick with all whatever it might be, you get
fifty percent of suggested retail and if it's thirty five
dollars or more, they ship it to you. It's free shipping.
That's a great deal. Now, I just mentioned rest Ferritrol.
That's something I take every day too. I take that
(12:02):
with my lunch. I take the Corda JHX with breakfast
because I want to be able to walk. I don't
want my left need to hurt me. I take my
collagen generally after I exercise because it's easier to get
into our tissues after exercise. I take the rest viritual
with lunch. Now, rest virtual comes from various things. There's
(12:22):
a little bit in peanuts, and there's a little bit
in the skin of red grapes, and there is a
little bit in berries, but not enough to make a
real difference to your health. Because rest viritual is what
we call vaso active. It boosts circulation, it restores circulation,
especially to your brain. So let's talk about that. The
(12:44):
blood vessels leading to the brain have a significant flow
of blood through most of your life, but they thickened
with age, and circulations to the brain generally declines ten
percent fourteen percent. And that's bad because the brain is
a super high energy organ It needs a lot of
oxygen and blood and nutrition and calories. And to get
(13:06):
that there, you need store worth supply of blood from
a healthy circulatory system. But all of us, our circulation
declines with age, all of us. Rest vitual has been
shown to perfectly offset the drop in circulation to your
brain that occurs because of aging. Now, of course, the
(13:27):
drop in circulation is worse if you're a smoker, if
you're an alcoholic, or if you have uncontrolled diabetes or
severe heart failure. So those people really need rest virtual.
Now I'm only going to go into one or two studies.
There's the Reshare study. The Reshore study was a two
(13:48):
year long study. You wound up with one hundred and
twenty five women on rest virtual for a significant amount
of time on one hundred and twenty five women on
a placebo instead of rest firtuil for significant amount of time.
All the women at the start of the study were
between the ages of forty five to eighty five years
of age, and it was done in a randomized, double blind,
(14:09):
place of controlled human clinical trial. So it's a state
of the art, gold standard human clinical trial that was
written up in medical journals. Rest Virtual absolutely restored circulation
to these elderly women's brains by seventeen percent on average.
Now that's really important because it seems that Alzheimer's may
(14:31):
be more common in older women than older men. Hard
to prove these things, but it seems to be that way.
So in these elderly women, rest virtual restored circulation to
their brain by seventeen percent on average. Now did this
have an impact, Yeah, of course it would. Rest virtual
improved cognitive performance by thirty three percent, their ability to think,
(14:55):
their ability to gauge information, their ability to study, Their
ability to remember their a building solve problems improved by
thirty three percent. Their verbal memory, So I'm telling you
something now, that memory improved dramatically, but their brain worked
faster with greater accuracy. Now that's an astounding finding. So
(15:16):
in other words, I'm giving you some high quality information.
I'm hoping it's based on research and a lot of knowledge,
a lot of studying, a lot of research. So I'm
giving you information. Ability, your ability to understand what I'm
saying and collate it and remember it. That improved dramatically
(15:37):
with res Virtual. Okay, I have to go to a break.
We're going to a break. We're having our Thanksgiving sale.
We're going to talk a little bit more on res
vitual when I come back, Cherry Hicky Invite Health, I'll
be right back.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
Okay, welcome back, Cherry Hicky. I was just talking about
res Reverturol before we went to the break, telling you
about the great Thanksgiving sale and bunch. Having Georgetown University
Medical Center proved dot res retul your brain as you
grew older. That's really important. So not only does it
restore circulation to the brain, but it shields the brain.
(17:08):
How does it shield the brain? You have this protective
barrier to keep things out of your brain called the
blood brain barrier. It's like extra coatings, extra insulation inside
of the blood vessels that allow things to get into
the brain, and this keeps nasty things out of the brain.
But as you get older, like everything else, the tissues
(17:30):
and the blood brain barrier a stiffen and they decline
and function, and they start to get little leaks and
things get into the brain and inflame the brain and
damage your memory and damage your mood and can increase
the risk of anxiety and insomnia, depression, and other nasty
things that you don't want. So Georgetown University Medical Center
(17:50):
and their research on Alzheimer's patients proved not only did
it help the Alzheimer's patients, but it also restored the
health of the blood brain barrier. Now I'm talking about
a two hundred milligram res friritul. Here, we also have
one hundred milligram and we have a twenty five milligram.
They're roll on special. All the INFI products are on special.
(18:12):
Why do I picked a two hundred milligram for myself. Well,
there was a study. The original brain memory study that
I saw came from Germany from different research institutions in Berlin, Germany,
and what they found was when they gave people in
(18:34):
their sixties, seventies, and eighties, when they gave them two
hundred milligrams of rest ritual every day, they saw a
circulation was restored to the brain. So that was the
first study I saw. This has gone back years. That
was the first study I saw with circulation to the
brain being successfully restored by taking a rest virtual supplement.
So circulation was restored to their aging brain. And because
(18:59):
of that, the organs and the brain involved with memory
and problem solving and knowing who you are and knowing
where you are, et cetera, all did really well. And
we're getting restored to a more youthful anatomy and physiology.
They were growing back to a younger size, and they
were working better, and they were rewiring and reconnecting. They
(19:22):
sort of swallow these powerful imaging tools of the brain
and their memory improved. Their memory absolutely improved. And there's
a lot of study showing us. So I take rest
virtual every day to protect my brain by restoring the
health of the blood brain barrier, to keep nasty things
out of my brain because they don't belong in there,
and also to restore circulation to my soon to be
(19:45):
seventy two year old brain. Now other benefits of res virtual, well,
it is good for lung health. Like I tell people
with pneumonia or you know they have lung problems, take respvitual.
It makes the lungs a little bit stronger, helps the
vmax and other things. You breathe better. It's an anti
inflammatory in the lungs and it's also great for an
(20:11):
antioxygant in general throughout the human body because it's really tiny,
So it gets it to your thyroid gland, it gets
it to your retrinal gland. It gets into all these
little organs and tissues and a helps protective from the
aging process. So that's all good. Now, res virtual is
damaged by oxygen and by light. So how did invite
it around that? Well, I was the would have got
(20:32):
around that. I found a company that uses robotic arms
to make the rest virtual, so there's no oxygen in there,
there's no light in there. And then I took the
green stuff from vegetables and worked with a lab down
in Greenville, North Carolina, to impregnate the vegetable capsule with
(20:52):
the green stuff from vegetables. That shields respvitual from light.
But I also wanted to amplify the benefits of rent,
so I swaw through the research that res vitual worked
better in the presence of grape seed extract and quercitin,
things found in certain vegetables and certain fruits, so I
added them. So your rest virtual is going to work,
(21:13):
and it's going to work better because it has these
additional ingredients and it's protected from light and oxygen. So
the resk virtual two hundred milligrams rest virtual two hundred milligrams.
Take one every day with your lunch for your memory,
and you'll thank me for that. So all of these
things run special because we're having the Thanksgiving sale. So
(21:35):
I would be remiss if I didn't talk about ubiquin
wall or U be queen wall. You could pronounce it
either way. Many of these things you could pronounce several ways.
Ubiquin Wall is the active version of Cohen's on Q ten.
Collins on Q ten was discovered like fin to sik
like I don't know, eighteen ninety nineteen ten over in Japan,
(21:59):
and it allows you to use calories for energy. It's
like a battery. It's like that averready battery that keeps
the pink money going. That's what it does for us.
So you need energy to convert food into energy, and
that's what you bick when all does. You bick when
(22:19):
all does exactly that. So you bick with all is
great if you have fatigue. Now I'm seventy two. I
can't tell you that I have the energy I had
when I was a young man. But I have pretty good, consistent,
solid energy energy to go gardening. I like to have
a cup of green tea after that, but didn't go
(22:41):
lift weights and have another cup of green tea and
then maybe ride my bike. You know, I keep on
going and don't sit in the couch. I'm not watching
of you. I'm moving. So why you bick win wall
instead of coq ten Because a lot of people can't
change coq ten into ubique wool. And unless they make
that conversion, unless they metabolize coke ten and too ubique wall,
(23:07):
it's not going to do anything for them. So who
can't convert it? Well, you really start to lose the
ability to convert coq ten to ubiq one wall cut
in your fifties, so it really becomes important, like like
by the age of sixty to change from coke ten
to u biq one all and uh diabetics of any age,
(23:29):
and it's every kind of diabetes type one, type two.
They cannot convert coke you ten to you u biq
one wall. So every diabetic, even if a ten year
old diabetic, should be on ubique all. Some of them
not to ubiquinel. So ubiquin all is great for people
over fifty. I'm going to be seventy two soon. Ubiquino
(23:49):
is great for diabetics because they can't make ubique one
and that's one reason why they wind up with kidney problems,
thinking problems, energy problems, problems, nerve damage, and et cetera,
so on and so forth, including heart problems. So diabetics
need you biqwhenol people over fifty is certainly over sixty,
(24:13):
they fail to make it enough ubiquinal. It's great for
athletes of any age. I mean they've shown our ubiquinal
even in Olympic athletes, improves their gain. It's very important
for people on statins. Statins inhibit your ability to make
ubiquin all. So you might have cokey ten, but you
can't turn it into to ubiquinal. And when you give
(24:37):
people on statin's ubiquin al. You restore their stamina, their energy,
their endurance. I have to have some small muscle pain.
You help the muscle pain. But it's also really important
for people after a heart attack. They've proven that when
you raise ubiquinoal's after a heart attack, you prevent people
from dying. You prevent future heart attacks. And it's great
(24:58):
for people with heart failure, it's great for people with
high blood pressure. It's really important for all these people.
And we have a ubiq one w all one hundred
and twenty milligrams. That's the one I take. I take
it with breakfast because it's good for energy, so I'm
not going to take it with dinner. I'm going to
take it with breakfast, right, But we add NADH to it,
which is cohenzide one. NADH further improves the ability of
(25:21):
ubique will to create energy. But NADH is also great
for your brain, so it has additional activities and NADH
recycles you biquen all. That's why it's in there. So
this is a really important supplement, a very important something.
I take one every day with my breakfast for energy.
Now I'm running out of time. I'm only doing the
(25:44):
half hour shift. This morning, Amanda Williams will be doing
the hour after me. Next week I'll be doing the hour.
We'll reverse it. Amanda will do the half hour. I'll
do the hour. But what's important I is we're having
a big sale and we have great supplements and ares
nutrientss on hand. After I finish the show, Amanda comes
on for an hour. So I finished the show. There's
(26:06):
three minutes of news that Amanda comes on, Doctor Williams,
and then we don't end there. You could call Invites
seven days a week and ask for a nutritionist to
get guidance so we don't disappear after the radio show.
We're ready to help you. Now there's something else I
take that's out of the norm. It's krill oil. A
lot of people take fish oils. That's good, that's excellent,
(26:29):
or they eat fish that's also good, that's also excellent.
But I take krill. I do eat fish. I just
had black sea bass two nights ago. Oh my goodness.
I take krill every morning with my breakfast because it's
more than just fish oils. First of all, the fish
oils and krill are not broken down in the intestines,
(26:53):
and they're really well absorbed because they're attached to things
that shield them from your digestive juices, So you get
a lot more fish oil. That's why krill capsule could
be somewhat smaller. You get a tremendous amount of absorption
of the important fissual ingredients in krill because they're protected,
they're shielded from your digestive juices. But you get additional
ingredients that are really important for your brain. You get
(27:18):
phosphatidle colding. That's incredibly important. Phosphatidle coling gets into your
brain and it helps make the outside of the brain
cell right, but it also gives the brain cell the
ingredient needs to function and the ingredient it needs for
your memory. Because the phosphatitle coling releases something called coaling,
(27:40):
a B vitamin in your brain. Coling is hard to
get into the brain, but the coaling and krill gets
into the brain and it's changed into a seedyl coaling,
and that's what you need to remember things. You need
a seedyle coaling to remember what I'm saying and to
learn and to solve the problem is aceetyl coling levels
(28:03):
drop with age. So when you take krill oil, you
reinstitute the ability of the brain to create a setyle colling.
So acetyl colling allows you to remember things, to learn
things and remember them. But it does something else too.
It allows you to create new memory cells when you
exercise or when you go to sleep at night. This
(28:23):
it allows you to release something a nerve growth factor
called brain derived neurotrophic factor BDNF. BDNF allows you to
take strong stem cells and convertiment to memory cells, something
we didn't know you could do like fifteen years ago,
but now we know you can do it. So when
you take krell at helsewor memory logic learning problem solving
and also creating new memory cells, I'm out of time.
(28:45):

always say sometimes, you know, we take for granted our
(31:18):
health and we get into a very reactionary mode. We
wait until something goes hey wire or off the rails
before we take action on that. So we want to
do better and we want to be thankful for our health.
And even if you are dealing with a health condition
right now doesn't mean that you can't overcome. So that
(31:39):
is what we do at Invite Health is that we
help you help yourself. And during our sales is a
perfect time for you to not only think of yourself,
but to think of others. And I love the green
TTX as a perfect gift to give away this Toular product.
(32:01):
As you all know because you've been listening to to
Jerry on this program for so many years, that product
is a hot ticket item, not just during our buy win,
get one re sales, but during this time of year.
And it makes a lot of sense as to why
that would be the green TTX when Jerry formulated that
so many years ago, such a clever and unique way
(32:23):
to really get the power of green tea and the
EGCG that's the powerful catkins in that and to deliver
it in such a unique and powerful way. It's organic,
which is a wonderful thing, and it's decaffeinated. But I
also I'm going to be talking about caffeine in just
(32:44):
a moment because there's a really interesting study that came
out with caffeine and a FIB. So I want to
tell you about that. Back to green TTX and why
this is perfect for you and to give it away
as a holiday gift to someone that you want to
share health and wellness with. So it's organic, it's decaffeinated,
(33:06):
very powerful amount of the EGCG, so that's the epigallo
cadokin gay late and that as a natural lemon flavor
to it, and it naturally contains fiennine, So it helps
to keep us nice and calm with holiday stressors upon us.
(33:27):
Maybe you're traveling, or you're going to be traveling, maybe
you're hosting a big holiday event, and while that may
be exciting, it can also bring about stress. So sipping
on your green TTX every day is not only beneficial
for your immune system, because we know that those catkins
(33:48):
they help to coat the back of the throat. So
as you're sipping on that, that's a wonderful thing because
maybe you pop onto the subway and someone's you know,
coughing and creeping, or you get on a plane and
you don't want to pick that up, whatever funk the
virus they're dealing with, you don't want to have that.
So we know that the power of green tea when
it comes to our immune system, and the many different
(34:11):
studies that have really honed in on just how those
catkins in that green tea work to enhance our immune defenses.
So this is why I love this product during this
time of year. It's wonderful year round. Don't get me wrong,
because even in the summertime, you know you mix your
(34:32):
your green TTX. I always advise using two full droppers
into it. Depends on your taste. I like it to
be a little bit stronger and a little bit more bitter,
so I'll put three to four ounces of water, but
some people want to do six ounces. That's fine. But
in the summer you can add ice to it. In
the cooler temperatures, you can certainly warm that up. It's
(34:56):
not going to somehow degrade the potency of the the EGCG,
so you can feel free to do that and you
get all those wonderful health benefits. We also know that
on top of it working as an immune system booster
or supporter, and also beauty from within, so it has
(35:17):
the vitamin C in it, and of course the green
tea itself very helpful for our skin health, so we're
helping our skin from the inside out. We have the
theenine in that to help keep us in a happy,
positive mood because the theenene helps to release gabba. And
of course we definitely like the added benefit that it
(35:43):
works as a natural fat burner. So we know that
green tea has these really powerful thermogenic properties to it,
so it goes in and it kind of like communicates
with your fat cells and it's like, hey, you know,
you're a little bit too puffy. You need to start
to get on that treadmill and work out. So the
(36:03):
fat cell itself kind of in a way starts to
melt away. So that's that thermogenesis. So that's a really
wonderful thing. So you get all these great benefits from
just taking two full droppers of that green TTX. And
maybe you know someone who's not into their health necessarily,
not into supplementation, this is still a great way for
(36:27):
you to give that gift of health and wellness during
this time of year because it tastes really good, it's
packed with all of those power nutrients, it's clean, it's organic,
and you know all of the ways that it can
help our system. But let me go back to this
study because I was just looking at this and I'm
a huge coffee drinker. I love my coffee. Now I
(36:53):
will say I drink healthy coffee. Now, I didn't always,
you know, back in the day, goodness, gracious, I did
not drink a healthy cup of coffee. I think I
had more like just sugar with a little added you know,
splash of coffee in it. But that was when I
was like an undergraduate. You know, that was just kind
(37:15):
of the thing back then. But I know a lot
of folks still like to load their coffee up with,
you know, the flavored creamers and sugar. You want to
try to avoid that. It just drives up inflammation. It's
not ideal. So I drink organic black coffee, so I
don't add anything to it. I'm very focused on making
(37:38):
sure my coffee is organic. So there's a lot of
pesticides out there, folks, so you want to try to
minimize your exposure to any of those chemicals. We already
know we're in a h an over abundance of chemicals
in this world and all of the different pollutants that
we're exposed to on a regular basis. So you can
(38:00):
make smart choices, please do so, and that starts off
with choosing organic coffee. So, but this study was really
kind of fascinating because there's always been the common I
guess let's just call it misconception, and there's many of
them in the world of medicine, like vitamin K being
(38:24):
one of those. Anyone who's ever been put on a
blood thinner has been told don't need a salad because
it's gonna thin your blood out or it's gonna create
a problem with your medicine. That's not the case. I mean,
even University of Texas School of Pharmacy was like, hold up, No,
people who are actually on blood thinners do quite well
in terms of stabilization of their their blood viscosity or
(38:47):
the thickness of the blood when they're taking vitamin K. So,
you know, there's a lot of misconceptions out there, let's
just put it that way. But when it comes to caffeine,
this is something that I even you know, was taught
this going through the ranks of medicine in my medical training,
(39:08):
that you know, someone who has a heart condition or
if they're dealing with atrial fibrillation high blood pressure, that
they need to avoid caffeine in coffee at all costs
and they should be just drinking decaf. Now, are there
individuals out there who you know, have maybe a sensitivity
to caffeine. Of course, but this is not as common
(39:29):
as one may think. But this study that just came out,
and this was published in JAMA So JAMMA is the
journal of the American Medical Association, and they were looking
at the impact of coffee, caffeinated coffee on individuals who
(39:49):
had a trial fibrillation or a history of like atrial flutter.
So when the heart rhythm itself goes a little squarely,
and we know that that happens because of the electrical
conduction system within the heart. And just a little fun
fact on that magnesium. I always say this magnesium. Guys.
(40:10):
If you know someone who's dealing with APHEB and they're
on a blood thinner now as told by their doctors
for the rest of their life to prevent a heart
attack or a stroke, and they're not taking magnesium, they
need to be on magnesium. We all need magnesium. We
know seventy five percent of folks out there don't get
adequate magnesium. And it's needed for over three hundred different
(40:32):
functions in the body, one of which is helping to
regulate the electrical conduction system of the heart, which regulates
your heart rhythm. So I digress. Anyways, let's go back
to this study published and Jamma looking at individuals with
a history of a trial fibrillation or a trail flutter,
(40:54):
and these are actually individuals who went under the procedure
known as electric cardioversion and where they kind of zapped
the heart to get it back into normal rhythm. So
they were tracking these individuals, so they had half of
the group taking, you know, coffee, drinking coffee every day,
(41:16):
and then the other half they said, okay, no coffee,
no caffeine, and they tracked them for six months. Now,
what was really fascinating was that at the end of
this trial, the individuals who had coffee in their daily routine,
caffeinated coffee had a actual reduction in the a fib
(41:45):
or a trio flutter, where the group who consumed no
coffee actually we saw more frequency. So it was really
quite quite a positive thing for those coffee drinkers out there.
But they said coffee itself increases physical activity, which is
(42:05):
known to reduce a trio fibrillation. They said caffeine is
also a diuretic which could potentially reduce blood pressure, and
in turn, because we're lowering blood pressure, it lessens the
aphib risk. So, and we also know that coffee contains
different properties to it that work as antioxidants that can
(42:30):
target oxidative stress occurring within the cardiac muscles. We also
know that the chlorogenic acid within coffee can have some
anti inflammatory properties, which is good for your overall vascular system.
So as a result, the researcher says these results were astounding.
(42:54):
Doctors have always recommended that patients with problematic aphib minimize
their coffee intake, but this trial suggests that coffee is
not only safe but likely to be protective. So that
is my stitch on coffee. But we know that when
it comes to heart health, there's many things you can
(43:16):
be doing. I know you just heard Jerry talking about
our coq ten. Our ubiquenl with NADH is such a
unique blend. It's a liquid delivery form. We use kanica
that is the most well researched of any ubiquenol that's
out there. Remember, there's a big difference between supplementing with
(43:40):
ubiquin known ending in ony and supplementing with ubiquinol. So
ubiquinol's in its reduced antioxidant form, so the body can
utilize it much more readily and give us that layer
of protection, which is one of the properties of coq ten.
And it's not just an antioxidant, it is also an
(44:02):
energy supplier. So the form that we use this well researched,
well studied form and it's made here in the United States,
which is also very important. So Conica is a Japanese company,
but we actually do the Conica from Texas, so it's
(44:23):
really quite quite interesting and I really enjoy working with
the Conica folks. Had mentioned. A couple of weeks ago,
I was at a big expo and I had an
opportunity to actually go to one of their presentations, but
also just to catch up with with some of the
folks that I know over there at Knica, and they're
(44:43):
always doing some really creative clinical studies on the Conica
that we use. And you know, not just for heart
health and for blood pressure support, but for brain health
and just for the anti aging benefits of coq ten
that Kanica that we use partnered up with that NADH
(45:07):
is a one two power punch for all systems in
the body. So if you're not taking coq ten, you
need to be. I would say anyone pretty much over
the age of twenty five should be looking at taking
coke ten as part of a daily supplementation routine. And
you cannot come across a better ubiquenol delivery system and
form than what we offer in our ubiquenol one twenty
(45:31):
milligram with that NADH so I do need to squeeze
in a quick break stick around. I'm gonna cover a
lot more products that are on our Thanksgiving buy one,
get one free. I will be right back just after this.

(46:57):
is right around the corner. Folks want to be able
to enjoy the holidays not be stressed out. I talked
about the green TTX, how that's just such a wonderful
option because it's giving you the power of the EGCG
you get the natural theanine, and that another great study
just came out looking at the benefits once again of
(47:19):
theanine and how theenine can actually cross that blood brain
barrier and it helps to enhance the release of GAB.
But that's your calming neurotransmitter. So they were looking at
different randomized, placebo controlled trials that were assessing the effectiveness
of theorine when it came to the calming properties, but
(47:41):
in particular you know how it can be helpful for sleep.
And one of the things that they determined was based
off of and I believe there was about twelve different
studies that they were assessing. Based off of those data
points that came from all of those studies, they found
(48:02):
that supplementation with anywhere from two hundred to five hundred
milligrams of day of theanine was a really effective way
to support healthy sleep. And they were looking at this
in not just an observational way. They were actually looking
at this in terms of the the brain waves so
(48:24):
with the sleep pattern itself. So the reason why I
bring this up is because we do have a standalone
al theenine product. So this is another great one. If
you're gonna be traveling, if you're gonna be around you know,
family that stresses you out, stop I invite today tomorrow
or open tomorrow too and get some theanine. So it's
(48:46):
just it's a wonderful thing. The thing I love about
theoring is it's a wonderful product to always have on
standby because you just never know why and you're gonna
feel stressed out, and especially if you don't practice good
like mindfulness techniques. It's something I've learned along the way.
(49:09):
I was doing most things pretty good as far as diet, exercise,
obviously my supplementation routine because I have if goodness gracious,
if you guys could see Jerry and I should do that,
we should both like take pictures of like how many
supplements we take on a daily basis, and we both
(49:31):
kind of do the same thing as far as like
having a rotation, like there's certain days that I take
certain things. You know, every day I take my standard,
which of course is my multivitamin that when I change
up during the summer, I'll use the multi energy powder,
but during this time of year, performance multivitamin is my
(49:51):
go to. Of course, the ubiquenol part of my daily routine,
Vitamin D, magnesium, pro bile and krill oil, so those
are my every day must have, and then I play
around with all my other supplements so rizveritrol, max, grape
(50:12):
seed actually, I mean bio Kirkman. There's so many different things.
So it would be interesting if we both just took
pictures of everything that we take. But we both feel
really good. So, but this is something that I was
not good at. I was not good at my stress
management and I did a certification course I've mentioned this
before through the Center for Mind Body Medicine. I was
(50:32):
doing that actually to help my medical students when I
was teaching. So they're like, hey, you know, doctor Williams,
let's have you get certified in this because it'll be
really helpful for all the stressed out students. I was like,
sure thing, and then I walked away from it learning
so much about myself and the way that I handled stress.
(50:54):
So now I have my go to things, you know,
whether that's music therapy. You know, just listening to some
of my favorite songs for ten minutes can just alter everything.
Going out into nature makes a huge difference, you know,
taking in nature study after study, continue to impress upon this.
We know that it works. So but during the holidays
(51:18):
in particular, stress can pop up. You know, maybe you're
going to the grocery store to get everything for your
Thanksgiving dinner. You're like, why are there such long lines?
I'm you know, I'm in a rush theanine. So if
you have your bottle of invite health l the inine,
you take that. And what I love about it is
(51:39):
that it's not a supplement that you have to continuously
take and have it build up in order to see
those benefits or the effect of that. You notice it
right away. So if you're going to be traveling, you know,
take your theoring. If you are traveling and you're like, oh,
you know, I'm not sleeping well in this hotel or
(52:00):
wherever you're staying, make sure you have your theening take
a higher amount before bed. It can really help to
improve your sleep. So of course you get natural theening
in the green Tea TX, but if we want to
increase that amount to really support that sleep cycle, then
I would definitely get the the standalone el theenine on
(52:22):
top of that. So, thinking of the holiday coming up,
I thought, you know, let me talk about some of
the products that kind of tie into Thanksgiving. So cranberry, So,
cranberry extract. This is such a great product, not just
(52:42):
for urinary tract health. And of course this is how
cranberry has been touted and rightfully, so thank goodness, after
you know the decades worth of research out there, we
can see how cranberry extract really does make a astronomical
(53:03):
difference in individuals who get recurrent urinary tract infections. There
was a study that was published in the Cochrane Database
Journal and they were doing a meta analysis, so they
populated data from twenty six different studies and they were
(53:25):
looking at individuals who were in the test group taking
cranberry extract, and they could clearly see that the cranberry
extract makes a substantial difference. Now, how is it that
it's working, This is oftentimes the question. Well, cranberry itself
(53:47):
has many different active properties and constituents. Most famously were
thinking of UTIs as going to be manos, so d manos.
What that manos does is it creates this very slippery
what's the best way to put it, a slippery environment
within the inside of the urinary bladder, which is a
(54:10):
great thing for you, not a great thing for bacterias
like E. Coli, which is the most common type of
bacteria that creates a urinary tract infection. So it's like
a giant slipping slide basically for the bacteria. So the
bacteria is doing its darndest to try and hold on
(54:31):
to your bladder wall, and that's what's creating the problem.
This is what's creating the infection itself. So the manos
that the cranberry extract naturally has, it creates this very
slick environment so that bacteria just slides right on out,
which is great because we don't want it hanging out
in us, right, So this is one of those potentials,
(54:54):
but we also know that it has many other active
constituents in it. And the nutritional spectrum of cranberry. So
a lot of folks will be having cranberry for Thanksgiving,
and everyone has their own unique family recipe for their
their cranberry sauces. Some people, you know, do it old
(55:16):
school and they just buy a can. But in any event,
what I would say is that cranberry itself has this
really great amount of powerful antioxidants. This is part of
the reason why we have cranberry extract not just as
a standalone for targeting bladder health and urinary health, but
(55:37):
we also have cranberry extract added into our Cholesterol Defender formulation.
So the Cholesterol Defender, remember that is formerly known as
sta All's Plus. It's the plant sterols with the beta
glucans coming from oat. It also contains REGIESE rice and
then it has cranberry extract. So what the cranberry your
(56:00):
extract is in that product for. And it's a powder
wonderful way to address you know, elevations and LDLs and triglystrides,
but it's there to keep your cholesterol protected. We don't
want cholesterol to become oxidized. When it's oxidized, it's dangerous.
So this is why if you're looking at that product.
(56:21):
If you're looking at cholesterol defender plus, that's why the
cranberry is in that. But there are many different active
constituents contained. So when you're looking at the different anthocyanins
and the phenolic acids, the flavenols, there are many within cranberry,
(56:42):
including allagic acid. And this is important because allagic acid
has been in a way in the news as of recently,
because there's a big wing of researchers out there once
again looking at your lithene a. Now, ural lithen a
is a compound that's actually produced by our gut bacteria,
(57:04):
but it's doing that only in the presence of allagic acid.
So allagic acid is found in foods like cranberry and pomegranates.
So why does that matter, Well, because the urrolithene a
that the bacteria produces, So you eat your cranberry or
(57:26):
you're taking your cranberry extract from Invite Health and that
goes in and it stimulates your healthy bacteria within the
microbiome to produce urrolithene a. Now, urrolithene a has been
studied extensively for its anti aging abilities. What does that mean?
(57:50):
We know that it has very powerful anti inflammatory effects,
and we know it's very beneficial for muscle health, so
even for targeting circle PA and for overall just regulation
of a healthy inflammatory response. So can you get eurolithene
(58:12):
a if you don't take cranberry extract or if you're
not consuming actual whole food cranberries every day or eating
pomegranates every day. No, because the only way for your
gut bacteria to produce the eurolithen a is if it
has exposure to allagic acid, which is what is in
(58:34):
our cranberry extract. So maybe you're taking the cranberry extract
because you say, well, yeah, I've had a history of
UTIs or for men who have you know, prostatitis. So
if you have prostatitis or history of prostitis or even BPH,
you definitely want to make sure that you're not overlooking
that you're just focused on the prostate, that you're not
overlooking your bladder health. So this is why cranberry so helpful.
(58:59):
But at the same time, we're getting that allagic acid
which will help your microbiome kick out your light the
a which works as a natural anti inflammatory. So it's
a win win across the board. So we just got
a brand new batch of cranberry extract in so this
is a perfect time for you to stock up on that.
(59:20):
Best way to use the cranberry extract. If you have
a history of urinary tract infections, I would consistently take
two capsules per day. If you don't and you just
want the benefit of that allagic acid for the anti
aging properties, then taking one capsule per day is completely sufficient,
(59:40):
very clean source, very powerful. All of those different anthosygnins
and those phenolic acids, so many different benefits. And most
people are not eating cranberries on a daily basis. This
is just something that we know, but they the st
on cranberry. Like I said, initially, it was always in
(01:00:02):
that world of uti s because of the manos. So
the manos creating that slippery slope inside of the bladder,
we also know it does a great job of doing
that within the gut. So for individuals who have a
past history of any type of like bacterial infection within
the stomach or gas stritis, taking cranberry attract also a
(01:00:24):
nice way to target that because we could once again
create the slippery slope within the stomach lining so that
any bad bacteria doesn't want to adhere, so H Pylori
being the big dog in that. So H Pylori is
a very very problematic bacteria that can lead to ulcers
(01:00:46):
in the stomach as well as stomach cancer. So see
all the different utilizations here for your your cranberry, but
they've gone even a step further. I'm looking at the clock.
I need to take a break. When I get back,
I want to tell you about a really fascinating find
on cranberry extract and the connection between cranberry supplementation and
(01:01:10):
brain health. So you don't want to miss this, so
stick around. Remember we have the Thanksgiving buy one, get

right around the corner. What can you give someone that
you love or maybe you have to go to an
office party they're doing one of those what is it
the White Elephant gift giving? Think about things like green
(01:03:00):
TTX are daily multi vitamin, Our daily multivitamin by the way,
this is very exciting. So our daily multivitamin was in
a tablet form since its inception. It is now in
a capsule. So for those of you who are looking
to give the gift of wellness, having a clean daily
(01:03:24):
multi vitamin to give to someone, maybe with their little
bottle of green TTX, just saying I would be happy
if someone gave me that. If they said, here, here's
a gift, some really nice green t extract and a
multi vitamin, I'd say, you know what, That's better than
some strange lotion that has quote unquote fragrances in it,
(01:03:48):
because then I'm just putting chemicals all over my skin,
and then that's going to get absorbed into my system
and then my liver goes, Oh goodness, here we go again,
more clutter that I have to deal with. But I
want to talk about this Cranberry study that came out,
and this was out of the University of East Anglia.
They were recognizing how Cranberry, I said, initially, was always
(01:04:14):
just kind of in this wheelhouse of research when it
came to urinary tract health and fighting UTIs, and then
they said, well, we see it's really beneficial for cholesterol
management as well, and how it not only protects the
cholesterol from oxidation, but in turn it's actually helping to
(01:04:39):
stabilize the cholesterol levels. Then they took it another step
further and they said, well, since it has these powerful
anti oxidant and anti inflammatory properties, is it possible that
all of these anthocyonons and phenolic acids, these powerful antaxins,
(01:05:02):
are they crossing the blood brain barrier And if so,
is this something that we should be looking at as
far as cognitive support. Sure enough, they found that when
people were supplementing with cranberry extract for twelve weeks, they
had improved memory, they had enhanced blood circulation to the brain.
(01:05:31):
And this was set up as a placebo controlled trial,
which meant they were getting better oxygenation, better glucose the
brain requires that, and of course improvement on memory. So
this is why I love to talk about these products
(01:05:51):
because you've probably been in to one of our stores.
Are you been on our website? You're like, okay, yeah,
they have cranberry extract. But I don't have a history
of UTIs what would I take cranberry extract for. I
don't know. Maybe because it has allagic acid and it
can help your microbiome produce your lighting a maybe because
(01:06:13):
it's supportive of cholesterol. Maybe for your brain. So just
those side benefits, So that was something that I wanted
to mention. The other thing is most folks when they're
doing like the their Thanksgiving meals, onions are involved somehow
right onions into the stuffing. Onions are going to be
(01:06:37):
part of the meal in some way, shape or form.
We know that onions partner well with garlic. So maybe
me think about garlic extract and the garlic that we offer.
Our aged garlic extract has once again these multi modal
(01:07:02):
benefits to them. When you think about garlic extract, many
folks think circulatory health, and you should be thinking of
your vascular system. Beneficial for blood pressure, but there's many
other ways in which garlic is incredibly supportive to our
(01:07:26):
entire system. We know cold and flu season. There has
been an extreme amount of clinical trials done on the
use of aged garlic extract when it comes to its
immuno modulatory properties and supporting the immune system. So if
(01:07:49):
we're taking the aged garlic extract for our blood pressure,
for example, we're also supporting in turn our immune defenses.
So the history of garlic, you know, we can go back.
It's kind of like with it, and this is always interesting,
like mushrooms. We talked about mushrooms last week. That's another
thing mushrooms. Stock up on your Mushrooms h X during
(01:08:13):
this buy one, get one pre sell. It's that eight
mushroom blend. All of the ways that the mushroom itself
has those immune supporting properties beneficial for brain health as well.
But you look at the history of some of these
different things that we offer in our product line, when
(01:08:35):
you go back and you look at garlic's use as
a medicine throughout the globe for thousands of years. Same
thing with cranberry, same thing with mushrooms, same thing with tea.
So you're starting to see this little pattern here of
(01:08:56):
the Invite Health products and Hippocrates let food be thy medicine.
So what we have done is we've been able to
take these different food items basically and we put them
into these powerful extracted forms so that you can yield
(01:09:18):
those known benefits and clinically studied benefits in a simple
delivery system. So whether you're using our cranberry extract capsules
or mushrooms HX capsules, you're taking that green TTX, there's
many different ways that these nutrients can support your health.
(01:09:42):
Now all the way back, way back in the day,
they used to to look at garlic extract for not
just digestive health and immune health, but also for sexual performance,
which I remember the first time I was reading some
(01:10:02):
of these studies, I was like, what, I didn't know
this about garlic extract and for reproductive health. So these
are some of the things that nature provides us, and
we have been able to, you know, take from nature
and put that into these powerful formulations that we offer.
So you're thinking about your your holiday meal, and maybe
(01:10:26):
you're already getting a little nervous because you say, oh,
I always start to overeat, and Thanksgiving is when it
kicks off. Last week I talked about our phase two formulation.
So Phase two is the clinically tested and verified form
(01:10:47):
of that white kidney being extract in the way in
which it works to block or slow down the absorption
of those carbs. So start thinking about your Thanksgiving plate
and say how many carbs are gonna be piled up?
You know, you have the dinner roll, you've got the stuffing,
(01:11:10):
you have your potatoes. Maybe you have two or three
different potatoes because you have the sweet potatoes and regular potatoes.
So we start carving everything up. And this is remember
I talked about this last week, this is what makes
you tired. It's not the turkey, it's the carbs. So
if we take our phase two before we have our
(01:11:30):
Thanksgiving meal, there you have it. You'll make your way
through the meal unscathed. So definitely think about that one.
Phase two. And this is another product once again where
it doesn't require you to build up over time. So
I always say keep this handy. You never know if
you're gonna be going out to a restaurant something like that.
(01:11:54):
You can take your Phase two and that's how it's working.
It has that kind of that immediate action. So Phase
two is a great thing to have on board during
the kickoff here to the holiday season. And speaking of kickoff,
a lot of football games today. I was able to
see the Wolverines squeak by Northwestern last weekend. We have
(01:12:19):
to get past Maryland today. So Maryland is always a
tough one for us as well. Every team is tough,
and goodness gracious, the Big Ten now there's eighteen teams,
so it's no longer Big Ten, but I like it.
I like that we have our West Coast teams in
the Big ten now having USC and UCLA and Washington, Oregon.
(01:12:41):
It's kind of I like that. It just steps up
the competition not just for football, but just across the
board for every sport. So I'm always excited about that.
And I'm super excited because the Olympics are coming and
that is literally just like a couple of months away.
(01:13:01):
So I've been watching a lot of the Olympic, like
pre Olympic, like the trials and things like that, so
it's always exciting. How watch figure skating. The other day,
I was watching curling. I love curling. I know some
folks think, like, how could you sit there and watch curling?
It's really exciting if you actually start to pay attention
to like how it works. It's like there's some talent there.
(01:13:24):
There's definitely some talent in the sport of curling. So
I am going to be super pumped up come February
with the Olympics. Now, let's continue on with our Thanksgiving
buy one, get one free sale. So we've talked age, garlic, cranberry,
We've got our mushrooms covered, so all of these things
that we could maybe say, yeah, this could be part
(01:13:46):
of a Thanksgiving meal, but we can take these things
in a supplement form and yield all of these multitude
of benefits. Now, I also want to talk about the
Purple HX because this is another one of those products
that I think is a great idea for a gift
(01:14:06):
giveaway and the power of all of the different Barry
extracts in that same thing with the oranges. So if
we're just still thinking of like fall colors, the purples
and the oranges and the greens, so any of those
powdered formulations that we offer are a really nice way
to give someone an introduction into the world of wellness
(01:14:30):
and dietary supplementation. So I'm going to talk about a
few of those different products, but I'm looking at the
clock and I realize I must squeeze in one final break.
Remember we have our buy one, get one fre sale.

(01:16:13):
and welcome back. Now. Let's talk some powders. We have
many different super food powders in our product line. I
love when people try these out during a buy one,
get one free. So I had mentioned the purples. This
one's great a lovely taste to this pact with not
(01:16:36):
just fruit extracts, but there are also vegetable extracts in
this as well, and it contains carnatine. Carnatine helps your
body generate energy, very beneficial for kidney function as well,
so that your kidneys, the way that your kidneys filter
through that requires energy, folks, and that one of the
(01:17:00):
main sources of energy that your kidneys tap into is carnatine.
So you're taking your purple's HX, so you get the
carnatine in this, you're getting toringe, which is really important
for all of the excitable tissues, so for your heart
and for your brain. And it's just loaded with those
(01:17:20):
deep dark like purple and blue pigmented fruits, so blueberry, billberry, BlackBerry.
So we know that those powerful antioxidants with all of
their flavonols and anthosynins, they can cross the blood brain barrier,
so very helpful for focus, memory, attention, all of that.
(01:17:45):
But we also know that they are really good for
your eyes too, because they all contain that C three
G which is signed in three glycoside, and that is
required for the redopsin. That's you're light absorber in your eye.
So I like talking about Purple's HX. I always go
(01:18:05):
back to that study that was done many years ago.
It was a randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trial that
they looked at and it was published in the Nutrition
Neuroscience Journal. But they gave people blueberry extract and then
they did MRIs, so, you know, prior to having the
blueberry extract, they did a functional MRI, looked at brain activity,
(01:18:29):
then they had them consume blueberry extract, and then did
a repeat MRI, and all of the researchers were like, wow,
that's pretty impressive. You could see the areas in the
brain that were being activated in such a positive way
by just the inclusion of blueberry. So all of these
(01:18:53):
you know ways, and you kind of get across the
board coverage when we're looking at these different powerful fruit extracts,
these Bury extracts from heart health and overall circulator circulatory
health for blood glucose support, for you know, cholesterol management,
(01:19:14):
as well as for brain health. So that's a great
product to consider during this time of year. Of course,
the beats HX beats when Cherry formulated that many years ago,
I knew it was going to be a winner right
from the right from the jump, because you know the
(01:19:36):
amount of the beetroot extract that he put into that
and then partnering that with the mount Morncy Tart cherry
extract and it's the registered trademark form called Cherry Pure.
So the combination of the two work really great together
to help the body generate more nitric oxide. So the
(01:20:00):
more nitric oxide that is released, the more vasodilation that
you get, hence the better blood flow, which is why
this product is so helpful when it comes to blood
pressure support for men who are dealing with some vascular
issues that is now affecting you to a certain degree
aka a rectile dysfunction. So the Beats HX really just
(01:20:24):
a powerful formulation. And we know that the Tart cherry extract,
the form that we're using, the Cherry peer this has
been shown to have very powerful anti inflammatory and analgesic
properties to it. What does that mean? It takes away
that inflammation and it targets the discomfort if you have
sore achy muscles or sore achy joints, and of course
(01:20:47):
with joint health, you guys already know biocurricumen five locks
and that's going to be your go to. But just
as another side note, another great product that we have
have is our Tumeric with ginger. So the reason why
I want to mention that one is the Tumeric with ginger.
(01:21:08):
This is one of those products. Once again, have it
in your cabinet if you have you know, kind of
a strained back, sore, you know, achy muscles, little headache,
anything like that. The turmeric with ginger very fast acting,
and having that ginger is also very beneficial for digestive
(01:21:29):
health and beyond, So the two in partnership. So having
these two root extracts, you have the tumoric root extract,
plus you have the ginger root extract. Very great for
the immune system, very targeted for discomfort and whether that's
discomfort within the skeletal muscle system or for dealing with
(01:21:54):
any type of GI discomfort. So definitely think about that one.
Maybe you have you know someone in your family that
you know is continuously turning to things like ibuprofen and advilt.
We want them to stop doing that because we know
the long term negative effects of chronic use of those
(01:22:15):
non steretal anti inflammatory drugs, so we want to have
a alternative. So the tumeric with ginger, that's a really
nice product to consider. That's one that I always like
to have on hand. Same thing with bromolaine. I always
think having bromolane on hand because you never know if
(01:22:35):
you're gonna get a little bit of that, especially after
Thanksgiving dinner you have a little bit of gut discomfort.
Bromolane works as a very powerful digestive enzyme, So if
you do feel kind of that heaviness in your gut,
take like two of our bromolane caps. Does a great
(01:22:58):
job at going in and helping the body break those
food items down. And it's also great too if you have,
you know, twist your ankles something like that. We know
that bromolaine has been studied head to head with some
of the nonster anti inflammatory medications out there and has
(01:23:20):
shown to be highly effective, which is why you even
see now like plastic surgeons who advise that their patients
take bromolaine prior to surgery and then of course posts
up because it helps with the healing process. It really
minimizes the inflammation if someone's going in and getting like
rhinoplasty or nose job. Bromoline so so incredibly helpful, helps
(01:23:44):
to kind of take away the inflammation that can happen
within the sinus cavities. And what's really fascinating is how
effective it is at minimizing bruising. So if you have
to go and have like dental work done anything like that,
take your broma lane because not only does it target
(01:24:06):
the inflammation in that localized area, but it can also
mitigate the that bruising effect. So just all the fun ways.
And once again, guys, that's coming from pineapple. So think
of all the things that we're discussing today. You know,
mushrooms and green tea and garlic and berries and beets
(01:24:30):
and tart cherry, all of these things that come from
nature that can provide us such a significant amount of
health support. So and sometimes it can be overwhelming because
you hear Jerry talking about products, you hear me talking
about products, and you go, well, they all sound pretty good.
Which one should I take? This is when you want
(01:24:52):
to talk to us. This is when you want to
reach out and ask those questions when you say these
are the health concerns that I currently am dealing with,
or these are the medications that I'm taking. This is
my current supplementation routine. Am I doing this right? Should
I be adding something removing something? Sometimes less is more.
(01:25:16):
So this is why you want to reach out to
one of our nutritional advisors so that they can help
give you that guidance so that you're investing into your
health the right way, so that you are taking the
right products for your particular health needs. What I take
is going to be different than what Jerry takes, and
(01:25:39):
what Jerry takes is going to be different than what
someone else takes. So we would like to personalize your
supplementation routine. Guys, I gotta go. Make sure you take
advantage of our Thanksgiving buy one, get one freesale. If
you have questions for me, please reach out A Williams
at invitehealth dot com and until we speak again, be well.
