The so-called “Fake News” outlets-such as MSNOW, CNN, and others- continue to emphasize that if Lawyer George Conway wins, President Trump may face significant challenges and opposition from Conway. Additionally, many celebrities were reportedly stranded in South America during the Maduro raid while trying to return to the United States. Mark takes your calls! Mark interviews Fox News Legal Analyst Gregg Jarrett. Former President Biden allegedly offered a substantial reward, around $25 million, for the capture of Maduro. Could Secretary of War Pete Hegseth be a contender for this operation? Gregg explains the legal aspects of Nicolás Maduro’s indictment by the U.S., clarifying that the military’s actions did not violate international law, despite claims from some media outlets.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Bat to Marshamo on wor.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Well, what's the day to day Tuesday? I've already went out.
I'm worn out already. I've been off for a couple
of weeks. This is exhausting. Two days in a row
of this, this is you see. Yeah, you get out
of shape, you know you. Yeah, But we'll get back
into it five days a week. We got lots to
get to this hour. Actually, I got thousands and thousands
of pages of stuff here that I wanted to talk

(00:30):
about that I never got to mention. But we'll get
to it all before the week is over. We try
to be like a pipeline to the real story. You know,
if you're watching fake news, you get bombarded with all
this nonsense. The CBS Evening News, as we mentioned yesterday,
it's getting a little better. They're cleaning up their act
a little. It's still partisan, but not as much as

(00:51):
the other networks. They're cleaning it up. They're getting a
little more heading towards the center. They'll never quite get there,
but they're getting closer to it. A big mix up
yesterday on the CBS Evening News. It was great to watch.
They didn't seem to know what story they were going
to next. The guy finished the Maduro story. The new anchor,
good looking guy, I can't remember his name. I think

(01:15):
they're trying to copy David Mewer. That's the most successful
evening newscast in fact, in many weeks, it's the number
one show in all the television and even primetime. So
I think they're looking for that formula. Real good looking,
a mannequin sort of a guy, keep the graphics, everything
moving real fast. That's what they're going to try. So
they finished the story Maduro, and then he thought they

(01:37):
were going to the Mark Kelly story, but they put
up a different graphic and then he stops right on
the eggs. Wait a minute, which story were we on?
And they're talking to him in his earphone and everybody's
getting confused. They tell him which story. He goes to that,
but the graphics still come up something else. But he
handled it pretty well. He handled it pretty well, he said,
first week, everything's going crazy. It's okay. It actually went

(02:01):
viral that clip. It's pretty good actually, because they may
have even done it deliberately, because it gets a lot
of attention that there's a new anchor that when people
see a clip like that everywhere. It's good promotion. It's
better than any advertising you could buy. But we try
to bring you the straight story, like here's the real facts,
here's what's really going on. Here's what they don't tell

(02:22):
you in fake news. They just leave a lot of
stuff out, you know, like when it comes to Maduro,
they don't tell you. You know, when Schumer says, how
this is the most outrageous, illegal, most crazy thing anybody's
ever done, they never point out on any of these
fake newscasts that for ten years Schumer has been calling

(02:43):
for this. Every Democrat, Pelosi, Schumer, Elizabeth Warren, everybody you
can name, they've been yelling and screaming to get rid
of Maduro, to take them out, to remove all screaming
about it. And they're just children. They're just childish. Now
that it happened, they act like they hate it. Then
they make up all this it's a violation of international law.
They never tell you there's no such thing anywhere as

(03:04):
any international law that the United States has to follow
international law. Where is this international law coming from? And
then they tell you the War Powers Act. This has
nothing to do with the War Powers Act. If you
wanted to go to war. First of all, you know,
if you went to war, you don't have to follow
the War Powers Act. But that's really what it's for.
If you decided to go to war with the country.

(03:27):
It doesn't apply to quick two hour military operations. It
has nothing to do with that. You don't need any approval.
Here's Mike Johnson.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Despite the claims by some of my colleagues, under the
War Powers Act, there is no requirement for prior congressional
approval or prior notification. And in fact, in this case,
the intelligence was so sensitive the conditions had to be perfect.
There was no predetermination of when exactly it would occur.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Yeah, it's a top secret. You can't you're gonna trust
that with Hakeim Jeffries. And then this Schumer, you know,
with his new glasses, he gets all bent out of shape.
You see the glasses fogging up. He gets mad.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
I did not receive any assurances that we would not
try to do the same thing in other countries. And
in conclusion, when the United States engages in this kind
of regime change and so called nation building, it always
ends up hurting the United States.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Well then, why were you calling for it for ten years?
For ten years, you've been demanding it. I give credit
to CNN. They had that awful Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy
on last night, who's such a hypocrite on this that
they actually on CNN they actually confronted him with it.
They put up his statement from like a year ago
calling for the immediate capture and the ouster of Maduro.

(04:47):
It was such a flip flop. They even confronted him
about it, and he didn't know what the hell does
say getting rid of Maduro. It's a great thing. Here's
Stephen Miller.

Speaker 5 (04:54):
And as a result of that cooperation, the people of
Venezuela are going to become richer than they ever have before.
Co The United States is gonna benefit from this massively
in terms of economic security and military cooperation kind of narcotics,
counter terrorism, and every other dimension of our security.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Again, I don't know what the hell he was doing
with drugs. Why would Maduro get involved with drugs. He's
sitting on twenty percent of the world's oil. Is seventeen
trillion dollars worth of oil right under the ground there.
All you'd do is take it out, and you could
be the whole country with all that oil. They could
all be Saudi princes, they could all be oligarchs, everybody
in the country. It would look like a Dubai. It's

(05:34):
easy to do. Just fix the infrastructure and start pumping
the oil. There's three hundred billion barrels there underneath. So
the other thing the fake news does, besides leaving out
ninety percent of the story so you don't get the
full picture, they create these myths, these narratives. You know,

(05:55):
like Marjorie Taylor Green had a big fight with Trump,
not that he had much to do with her. I mean,
met her a couple of times, but he had really
no connection with her. Once in a while they be
together at some event or something, but very little connection
to Marjorie Tayler Green. She got mad, they got no
fight about something. She anyway, she quit, She's leaving. And
you'll see these stories all over fake news. Maga torn apart.

(06:19):
There's a rift in MAGA. All the Mega's torn apart
by this nobody in MAGA. There are some people like
Marjorie Taylor Green, but it's a bunch of people away
over there, has nothing to do with MAGA. It's like
Steve Bannon will criticize Trump. Remember Steve Bannon. He's still around,
but you'll see Civil War and Mega. Steve Bannon has

(06:40):
nothing to do with the most of MAGA. If you
go in the cabinet room with Rubio and Scott Bessant
and Doug Bergham, they're not they're not thinking about Steve Bannon,
they're not worried about it. Nobody cares. It's like this
guy George Conway. You remember George Conway. Was that a
thing called the Lincoln Project. You remember how he went

(07:02):
after Trump. He had been married to the great Kelly
Ann Conway, but then they broke up when he went
insane literally, insane politically, and he's been attacking Trump. Remember
that Lincoln Project where they really went after him, all
kinds of made up nonsense. So now Conway is coming
to New York. He's gonna run for the seat. Is

(07:25):
it Jerry Nadler's seat. Jerry Nadler's not running for reelection.
He's decided to leave Congress and just devote full time
to eating. So a Conway will run for the seat.
Now he doesn't live here, He lives in Maryland. He
used to live here, I don't know, ten years ago,
fifteen years he lived here, but he's been living in Maryland's.
I don't know how he run for this seat, but

(07:46):
he's gonna do it. So if you watch the fake news,
the MS, Now Morning Joe, fake stuff, all they keep
talking about is if George Conway wins, it'll be an
incredible thorn in the side of Donald Trump. He'll be
owing after Donald Trump. It'll be an incredible at tax
on Donald. No again, nobody in that cabinet room cares

(08:08):
about George Conway. If you mention the name, they'd look
at you. You have to describe him for two minutes
before they remember who the hell he is. No matter
how much he attacks him, it can't be any more
than he's already been attacking him. And it doesn't mean
anything to them now. And let's say he had that
congressional seat and used it to attack Trump, Well, it'd
be the same thing as Nadler. Nobody was a bigger
critic than Nadler. It means absolutely nothing, nothing to Donald

(08:33):
Trump or MAGA or anything. But they build it up
like it's some big problem. And then there's this pole
that they released today, one of those aps. Something Reuter
is some fake news poll about seventy five percent of
America is not happy with capturing Maduro. They're against it. Well,
if you look into the metrics of the pole, it's

(08:54):
totally rigged, totally slanted. The question is all wrong. They
used the wrong group, the wrong the wrong this the
wrong time. And it was before anybody knew anything about
it was as soon as it happened a couple days later.
Everybody's had it explained to them a million different ways.
So if you did a real poll with the right

(09:15):
demographics and the right metrics right now, you'd get a
whole different reading. Hey, a lot of celebrities got stranded
because of the Maduro raid. When they did that operation
down there in South America, they closed the airspace for
a long distance because they didn't know where those planes

(09:36):
would have to go and get out. They closed airspace.
And this was the final days of the Christmas break,
the weekend Saturday and Sunday. So when they closed the airspace,
a lot of people could not get off there. You know,
some people go to these crazy islands down there, like
Saint Bart's and all those places. So all these celebrities stranded,

(09:57):
they could not get out airspace closed their planes couldn't
take off though. They're all yelling and screaming and complaining.
Imagine complaining, I mengine, you're a millionaire celebrity. You're complaining
that you had to spend an extra two days at
Saint Bart's. This is a big, big problem to them,
but they all got out eventually. Speaking of celebrities, too

(10:19):
many documentaries, there's too many documentaries. There's one. I forgot
to tell you about this, but you should watch this.

Speaker 6 (10:26):
You know.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
Fox Nation is a Fox twentieth century Fox. They started this.
It's their streaming service. It's called Fox Nation. It's got
a lot of great shows. But they just came out
with the Sinatra documentary. I told you about this about
four or five months ago. Maybe it was six months ago.
I'm in the documentary, but that's when they were filming
the whole thing. But it's called Sinatra. What's it called

(10:50):
Echoes of an Icon. I'm not crazy about the title.
But it's a great documentary. It's two parts, two hours,
and then there's an additional a bunch of segments that
you can watch. But it's phenomenal and they spent a
fortune on it because they have all the rare clips
and recordings and film clips tv clips. You gotta pay

(11:13):
to use all these clips, and they spent a lot
of money. But it's on Fox Nation. Fox Nation. You
have to have a subscription, but they're pretty cheap, the
subscriptions to Fox Nation. And you'll love it. They got
a lot of great programs. But sign up for Fox
Nation and then search for Sinatra Echoes of an icon Sinatra,
just tyke in Sinatra, and this documentary will come out.

(11:35):
I'm in it. I'm all through it, and there a
lot of people are in it. But when it first
was released, I just wanted to watch it for a
few minutes because I just want to see what I
look like in it. I mean, to be honest, I
could say they spent a lot of money lighting the thing,
in the set and the whole thing. They just want
to see how it looked. So I was just gonna
watch for five minutes just to see if I look bad,
I look good at it. Just watch for five minutes.

(11:57):
I ended up watching the whole two hours. I couldn't stop.
It just moved. It's got all kinds of rare footage,
all kinds of stuff. You'll love it. So it's on
Fox Nation. Now. The other thing is there's too many
of these documentaries, the Chevy Chase documentary. Everybody's talking about
the Chevy Chase doc I like Chevy Chase, but do

(12:17):
you really want to spend two hours studying this guy's life.
I mean, I'd like to watch a movie of his
or something like that, or an old Saturday Night live clip,
But do you really need to know everything about this guy?
And there's nothing that interesting. The part everybody's talking about
is how well, how bad he could be. He yelled
at the director. She was a woman, and he said
something about you're not quite he yelled at her. I

(12:39):
hate to break it to you, this goes on all
the time in movies, in broadcasting, in television. All of
your favorite stars, even the nicest people in the world,
who are really nice people to work with, every so
often something goes wrong and they start yelling at somebody.
Is he in the control room? You've been doing this
a long time. You've had a host yell at you, right,
it happens. There's some guys that aren't so nice, you know,

(13:02):
Like I miss it was just cursing and screaming and
yelling every break, every time there was a commercial, you'd
yell at everybody. I mean, just always yelling. Bob Grant
could be a pain in the neck to be around.
I'm trying to think I'm editing myself. But even the

(13:24):
really nice guys, the nicest people in broadcasting, they're the
finest people you could ever know. They're nice to everybody,
they're generous, warm. Once in a while, something goes wrong
on a show and they'll start yelling at somebody. It
happens in everybody, everybody. It happens in every TV studio,
in the nicest house, but something goes wrong sometimes you know,
you're sitting there in the green room and all of

(13:45):
a sudden you hear some yelling something when somebody screwed
up something. Those that's yelling. It goes out all the time.
So but they make it. They make things up in
these documentaries that aren't that important. They build them up,
and some of them because if they're not that interesting,
you've got to make up some stuff like this to
make it more interesting. Hey, Jimmy Kimmel is back, but

(14:10):
not really, not really. They know the show stinks, they
know nobody's watching it. The network wants to get rid
of them. They just renewed it for one year, which
is the biggest insult in the world. Standard renewal, standard
new contract is five years. You get a five year contract. Now,
there's some people, some hosts that don't like five year
contracts because it favors the company. They lock in for

(14:32):
five years at a certain price. So some people like
three year contracts that we can keep getting more raises.
But there's no such thing as a If you get
a one year extension means they have no faith in
you at all, and it most likely means they're going
to get rid of you, because if it's only a
one year extension, they don't mind paying that off. So
that was the biggest insult to Kimmel. And now that

(14:53):
he's back, they're cutting back on stuff like you know
they have a musical act every night, Well they're now
cutting that down to like one night a week because
it's expensive to do the musical act. It costs more
money production wise and everything. And prediction they'll cut back
on live shows. They've already done that with the Tonight Show, Colbert.

(15:13):
You know, they're no longer five nights a week. They
do like four shows a week and run a rerun
on the fifth night, so expect that with Kim Well,
expect these shows to go to three nights a week
and two reruns per week. Hey, we'll take some calls next.
Eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten is
the number. Eight hundred three to two one zero seven

(15:36):
ten is the number. Hey, Wegman's getting a lot of flak.
They've announced it in New York. They're collecting biometric data.
You know, when you walk in the store, they're scanning
your face, They're scanning your eyeballs. I guess a lot
of stories do this, but for some reason in New York,
Wegmans is announced they're saving this data and a lot

(15:58):
of people aren't going to shop there right now. Say
I'm not chopping there anymore because I don't know. Let's
say at Wegmans they had a picture of your face
and your eyeballs. How damaging is this? What would you
even be worried about the people of it? I'm never
going in there again. Are the same people that put
their face in their eyeballs up on Instagram ten times
a day, but nobody can figure out why they're doing it.

(16:19):
They said it's a security thing to identify any possible
threats to I don't even know what that means, and
that would apply to every business and every store in
New York. But they don't need to do it. They
haven't reversed it yet. They're getting a lot of flack.
I guess they're waiting to see how much of a
drop in traffic they get as a result. And why
just Manhattan. It's a strange thing, but I think deep

(16:44):
down you're going to turn out they're collecting this data
because it's going to be valuable commercially somewhere in the future.
You know, right now, every business been collecting your email,
your cell phone number. That way they can bobarde you
with ads or something. This facial record nition stuff. Somewhere
in the future, it's going to be used for marketing
or spam or that kind of stuff. Hey, we'll take

(17:05):
some calls. Next eight hundred three to two one zero
seven ten is another.

Speaker 7 (17:10):
Gets in access to Mark by setting a pre set
in the iHeartRadio app for his live show and his podcast.

Speaker 2 (17:18):
Now back to the month simone show on w o R.
Let's hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to George
and Boston. George, how you doing?

Speaker 8 (17:30):
Mayn man Danny is the biggest plumlord. The city of
New York is the biggest real estate holder. Oh I'm
sorry about that, but may and Man Danny is the
biggest thumblood.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
You've already heard that bumblood. But again, why the echo?
Are you in a tunnel or something?

Speaker 8 (17:47):
No, why are you making chokes?

Speaker 2 (17:49):
I'm trying to be I'm not begging jokes. You sound
like those in the tuck of a call or something.
So anyway, let's go to uh Wagner in philadelp You Wagner,
how you doing?

Speaker 6 (18:04):
Good morning, Happy New Year. What we're gonna do with
this tomorrow? Man? This new mayor for New York. He say, oh,
I'm not called the preceding our president to complain about it.
He's not agoing. Oh what he'd be doing this this

(18:27):
dental christ liberal unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
Yeah, no, no, you got to what you're saying. But
I give mom Donny credit. It's a smart move to
call the president. Not that the president's listening or cares,
but he'll play along. Uh. And the reason that Mom
Donnie will do that makes him look more important. You know,
he's twelve years old, just got elected mayor. He's never
had a job. You know, he's like a little tiny

(18:51):
character right now. But I'm calling the president to consult
with him on the Maderia makes him sound important. Uh.
First term the president, I had a special Presidential Secret
Service cell phone that he used, but this time around
he still got that. But he has his own private
personal cell phone, and he's been given the number out
to everybody, every journalist, everybody at CNN, everybody at the

(19:14):
New York Tate. He just gives the cell number to everybody.
And there's a lot of people that text him, and
you know you'll see them on CNN. They're a White
House reporter, but they're not that important. And now you're
right after the Maduro rate. They called him and talked
to him, so it makes them feel important, and I
think he kind of enjoys it thanks hearing from all
these people all the time. So we mo'm Donnie. He

(19:35):
gives it to everybody. When you're in the Oval office,
you have my cell number. Here, take my number, call
me whatever you want. It makes them feel good to call.
Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn.

Speaker 6 (19:44):
Vincent, how you doing, Mark? I'm okay, Mark? During your
first how I heard a caller, uh speak about the
new fire commissioner. Well, it seems to me like the
mayor hired Newman's body double from the Seinfeld Show as
the new fire commissioner. You see this runway model the EyeT.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
Yeah, she does look like it's a she, right.

Speaker 6 (20:09):
You tell me, man, I mean looking Well, it seems
like with these socialists that they have to pick the
most iconic, iconoclastic figures they could find, uh, to represent
the show that they're really down for the struggle. Mark

(20:29):
speaking about the flawless execution of the Maduro extraction. Uh,
there is some great videos on YouTube. I don't mean
people with their cell phones out of their balconies, uh,
taking shots of when they were, you know, attacking the compound.
Somebody actually reversed engineered all of the uh, the Navy

(20:55):
and the Special Forces moved and there's a great video
on it. They showed all the reasons why they used
specific jets to do certain parts of the operation. The
helicopter formation was perfect circle.

Speaker 2 (21:11):
That sounds interesting, but it's probably only sixty percent accurate
because it's whoever it was was guessing it a lot
of stuff.

Speaker 6 (21:17):
Well, yeah, perhaps that's right, but it was really interesting.
They did show you the mock building that they made
of the palace where Maduro was living, and very good.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
I mean, the trades, flawless military execution and obviously the
CIA doing better work than ever getting an intel Mack.

Speaker 6 (21:40):
I can't wait until they make the movie about this this.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
Oh no, no, no, no, that won't be a movie. It's
a Republican president. If it was a democratic movie, it'd
be a ten TV specials.

Speaker 6 (21:51):
I say that they could make you know Baron Trump.
They could use that age aging technology, the aging software
to make them look old. They could make Bernie Sanders,
they could dye his hair, make them grow a stash
to make you.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
Yeah, that stuff doesn't work. Go look at the irishman
with de Niro. They've used the digital technology. Instead of eighty,
he looked like seventy two. It didn't make that much difference.
But Vincent, great call, Thanks for calling. Hey. When we
come back, Greg Jarrett, the greatest legal expert of all,
will be with us next. What's going to happen to Maduro?
And what is this? It's against international law. We'll ask

(22:28):
the legal expert in a moment on seven to ten,
wor always.

Speaker 9 (22:32):
A step ahead of the news.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Here's more Marks imone on seven to ten.

Speaker 7 (22:37):
Wor Well, let's turn down to the greatest legal analyst
of all, Greg Jarrett. You can read his latest column
foxnews dot Com. Also Greg Jarrett's books highly recommended Trial
of the Century in the Riveting Legal Trial book You'll
ever read, and his latest book, The Constitution and Other
Patriotic Documents, very important book you should have in here library.

(23:00):
Highly recommended. Greg Jarrett.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
How you doing, Mark, I'm fine, Thanks for having me on.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
No, let's get to this Maduro stuff. It violates international law,
it's illegal, it's against the Constitution. Is it any of
those things?

Speaker 10 (23:16):
No, it's none of those things. And the people who
are saying it are either profoundly stupid or they know
it and they're lying. You know, every president since World
War Two has ordered military action without congressional consent because
short of declaring war, presidents don't need prior approval from Congress.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
It's written in the Constitution, Article two, Section two grants
presidents is commander in chief inherent power two direct military
strikes unilaterally. And you know, I hear some people you
violated the.

Speaker 10 (23:54):
War Powers Act. Well, read the War Powers Act. It's
not a prohibition. It is a reporting requirement, you know,
notify Congress within forty eight hours of taking military action,
and the resolution itself admits that the president has that right.
The president also.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
As I point out in my most recent column, has
another authority. It's called the take Care Clause. It's in
the Constitution, Section two, section three, actually the Constitution. Under
that document, the president is duty bound to faithfully execute
all laws. And so what does that mean.

Speaker 10 (24:37):
Well, effectuating the arrest of a wanted fugitive is enforcing
all laws, capturing that person, bringing him to court to
face justice, seeking a prosecution, and punishment upon conviction. All
of those things the president is obligated to do. And look,

(24:57):
if Joe Biden had done it, these same Trump critics
would be cheering instead of denouncing President Trump. They only
condemned prompt Trump because it's Trump, and that's all they
stand for, really, is just opposing everything he does. If
the guy cured cancer, they depose it for some invented reason.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
Now he's in federal court, federal charges, federal custody. If
it were local, if it were Alvin Bragg of with
local charges, he would be out already right with the
no cash, no base.

Speaker 6 (25:31):
Yeah, he probably would.

Speaker 10 (25:34):
Look take a look at the superseding indictment. It is
one scary document. If you're the defendant, they have the
goods on him. The document trail alone that they've accumulated
is enough to convict. And then you've got cooperating witnesses,
some of whom have already pled guilty as Maduro's co

(25:58):
conspirators in US courts, and you have highly incriminating tape recordings.
You put all of that together and it spells conviction.
And you know, you have to understand the Department of
Justice spent the better part of a decade meticulously gathering
the evidence against Maduro and his wife and all of

(26:20):
his cronies. They looted the Venezuelan government. They did a
lot of it through drug trafficking, murders, torture of women
and children, a whole host of despicable crimes that falls
under the category of narco terrorism. So, you know, I'm
always reluctant to say it's a slam dunk case, but

(26:41):
you know, if I were in Maduro's defense attorney, I'd say,
what do you got to help the United States? So
that we can play let's make a deal.

Speaker 2 (26:52):
Huh. So he does have attorneys now that are working
on this. Is that their only hope make a deal.
There's no actual.

Speaker 1 (26:58):
Defense loud look, I mean they're going to pull the
usual stuff.

Speaker 10 (27:04):
That norie Get pulled his. You know, he has a
very good lawyer, Barry Pollock, and you know he'll do
what Noriega's lawyers to challenge the capture and arrest and
the status.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
Of Maduro, claiming a violation of due process. Oh, it's
a violation of international law, whatever that means. And you
know they'll argue the US has no jurisdiction to prosecute him.
They'll assert, you know, head of state immunity can't do it. Well,
Noriega tried to pull that nonsense and it didn't work.

Speaker 10 (27:41):
It failed miserably. He was convicted, mostly because the Supreme
Court has said, we don't care who you are or
how you got here into this courtroom. You know, we
treat poppers and potentates alike.

Speaker 2 (27:57):
Well, it's not good for him if you watch fake
news all you keep here. It's a violation of international law,
international law. Where exactly does this international law come from?

Speaker 10 (28:08):
Well, it's pretty much imaginary. One of the things they
point to, as you know I noted in my column,
is that, well, there is this United Nations Charter, section
two parentheses for that says, oh, you can't violate another

(28:30):
country's sovereignty. But read on and you see there are
exceptions to it.

Speaker 1 (28:36):
One of them's you know, active defense on behalf of
another nation.

Speaker 10 (28:42):
And you know, here, when you know you're flooding metric
tons of cocaine in the United States, poisonous drugs, you know,
the US has a right to defend itself. And you know,
this guy Maduro was the head of a narco terror
some cartel that was doing all of this. So you know, look,

(29:06):
as I said on the air over the weekend, the
United Nations is a feckless organization. And the UN.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
Charter has only one valid use to line the bottom
of a bird cage.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
Yeah, the UN is that organization over there on First
Avenue and forty fifth. They have no actual authority.

Speaker 10 (29:24):
Over anything, do they No, they have no enforcement authority.
No serious person ever pays attention to anything they do.
And besides the United States has veto power and the
UN Security Council, and so you know, whatever they tried
to do, would get vetoed. You know, I've never quite

(29:46):
understood how the UN has lasted as long as it has.
You know, maybe the intention was good, as it was
with the League of Nations that never got off the ground,
but in practice it's utterly worthless.

Speaker 2 (30:01):
Yeah, make sure you go read Greg Jared's column. It's
up at foxnews dot com.

Speaker 6 (30:05):
Hey.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
You point out in the column Joe Biden had offered
a twenty five million dollar reward for Maduro's arrest. Who
was he thinking would arrest him?

Speaker 1 (30:14):
Yeah? Yeah, I mean, you know, and when Biden was
running in twenty twenty, he excoriated Trump for doing nothing
about Maduro. And then, of course Biden took office and
did nothing about Maduro except put a bounty on his head.
Chuck Schumer stood on the floor of the United States

(30:34):
Senate when Trump was in office the first time around
and railed against him for not getting rid of Maduro. So,
you know, in the second term, Trump does exactly what
Schumer demanded, and Schumer then, you know, denounces Trump for

(30:54):
doing what Schumer insisted that Trump should do. I mean,
these people are knucklehead. It's in there, you know, the
ultimate and hypocrites.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Hey, is somebody entitled this twenty five million dollar award?
Can Pete Hexith put in a claim for it? Or
Donald Trump?

Speaker 10 (31:09):
I think when the military acts and law enforcement acts,
it doesn't really apply.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
But you know, I don't know who knows.

Speaker 9 (31:18):
Trump may say, hey, I get the reward and we're
going to distribute it to members of the military. Well,
I don't object to that. Those guys are the best
in the world. You know, the Delta Force and all
of the other American forces that carried out this incredible
raid without injury to any of our military personnel. Truly remarkable.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
Well, you read the column. It's a great column. It's
up at foxnews dot com. Just look for Greg Jarrett's
column and all of his columns there. Make sure you
get his books, the latest book, The Constitution and Other
Patriotic Documents. It's a book you should have in your library. Definitely,
you can go get at it.

Speaker 10 (31:59):
Well, I'm going to send it to Chuck Schumer.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Might come as a surprise to him. Apparently when he.

Speaker 10 (32:04):
Went to law school he skipped constitutional law.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
Yeah, well, it's a good idea. Somebody buy it and
send it to Chuck Schumer. It would be a good idea.
Greg Jarrett, the best legal analyst of all. Thanks for
being with.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
Us, my pleasure. Mark, take care, all.

Speaker 2 (32:19):
Right, take care. Fascinating stuff. Yeah that you'll hear this
for the next week. You'll hear it on the Sunday shows.
Coming up this weekend, you'll hear the violation of international law.
Now there you go, the best legal analyst of all.
There's no such thing as international law. Hey, don't forget.
Coming up at noon, it's Buck Sexton, Klay Travis. That's

(32:41):
a great show. You'll learn a lot of stuff. Every
day twelve noon. Then you got and everybody's back by
the way from vacation. You got the most listened to
radio show in America, Sean Hannity three o'clock. You got
Jesse Kelly at six, and everybody loves the new Jimmy
Faylas Show every night nine to midnight. Very good, funny
show X nine to midnight. Right here on seven to ten.

(33:03):
Wr here's more, Mark Simone on seven to TENO. Well, hey,
we've got a lot of stuff. We didn't get to
Marty Supreme. Great movie, go see it. Marty Supreme doing
a big business at the box office. But you'll love it.
I knew the real Marty Supreme. We'll talk about it tomorrow.

(33:24):
Mark Kelly military demotion, reducing his rank in his retirement vent.
But the guy is sleazy. Senator Mark Kelly's the guy
trying to stir up trouble in the military. And it's
not unusual to do that to somebody. Democrats did it
to Ronnie Jackson all because he was a Trump supporter.

(33:44):
They demoted him in retirement. It happens, but we'll get
to that tomorrow, and a lot to get to tomorrow,
So don't miss tomorrow's show, and don't go away. Buck
and Clay are coming up next with an excellent show.
They'll be here right after the news and thanks for everything.
Thanks for listening. Seven ten w o R.
