Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, I guess it's time for another exciting episode of
Off the Air, the weekly podcast from the Lynch and
Taco Morning Show here on one O one one w
j r R in Orlando. I'm Pat Lynch. Hello Taco Bob.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Good morning Pat, and welcome to the Big Boss mand Rick.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
Yeah, it's been a while since I've been in here,
Rick Everett podcast. Anyway, we had a we had a
hallway meeting earlier during the show this morning, during the
live show this morning.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
And you are a very, very busy guy. You're not
just responsible for this radio station w j r R,
but you're a higher up in the company. You have
an enormous amount of things on your plate and radio
stations to deal with, not just here in Orlando, but
all over the state. And felt like, uh, yeah, we
needed to make a connection here because we're getting a
(00:50):
lot of questions about stuff that ultimately we need to
go to you to get answers for got it all right,
most notably Earthday birthday and don't spitchint this or anything,
just be straight up with listeners. We obviously did not
do birthday birthday this year, and we told them exactly
why we didn't do it. And if you don't recall it, well,
(01:11):
there really weren't any bands available that we could get
and still charge a reasonable concert ticket price.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
Yeah, none that we considered headliner status, true headline.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
They were already booked at most JR type bands already
booked for Welcome to Rockville. And we love our partners
at Welcome to Rockville. It just happens that our shows
are within close proximity of each other.
Speaker 4 (01:32):
That's right.
Speaker 5 (01:33):
And you know, when you're looking to put these show
together too, these bands are not cheap anymore, and so
you got to look at the math. How many bands,
how many tickets will this band sell when you're putting
them on your show?
Speaker 4 (01:43):
And the math just didn't work for last year or
for this year, I guess, obviously.
Speaker 5 (01:47):
But so being that we did not do it this
year after thirty years of doing birthday Birthday, I think
we've done it for thirty one years. We missed the
COVID year obviously, but then we still did it in October.
So we had to go start from scratch with our
company to position to present in a case to bring
(02:08):
it back.
Speaker 4 (02:09):
And why what makes it?
Speaker 5 (02:10):
What makes us think that this year can be any
different than the next year coming up in twenty twenty six,
can be any different than twenty twenty five. So it
wasn't easy to get approved, but we have been approved.
We are working hard to get some bands lined up
right now.
Speaker 4 (02:25):
We got offers out. We are planning to bring it back.
Speaker 5 (02:28):
You mentioned Welcome to Rockville, which are great partners of ours,
and they've also they've sponsored birthday Birthday in the past.
You know, they do their show in May. We've always
been in April. This year, we're going to back it up.
We are going to do it in March.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
Well that's new information.
Speaker 5 (02:42):
Yeah, So we got a date on hold in March
at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, same place we've always done
it for the last seven eight years. Great venue, great
partners over there as well. So it's going to be
the third weekend of March.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Actually, we might might look out it might be even
a little cooler. It's not cold, but potentially it could
be cooler.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
Yeah, that's why I said.
Speaker 5 (03:04):
Compared to April, when that's when it seems like the
heat really starts to impact Florida. So that is the plan.
March twenty second, I believe, is the date we have
on hold. We've got offers out. We're just waiting to
hear back because bands are making plans. You know, we've
got a lot of competition, so they're throwing in our
competition and it's not walking to Rockville. But other of
our partners as well are throwing a lot of money
(03:25):
at these bands. So it makes it difficult for us. Again,
because we are a radio station produced event. We're not
a We don't have a big company producing this event
for us, like like a like Nation or age.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
Now let me let me stop you right there, because
that's a question that we try to be as straight
up with the listeners as possible.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
About everything.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
You said. Well, because we're not a big well I
Heeart is a big company. But here's what you need
to understand. Yes, and Rick, stop me if I'm wrong
on any of this or off target here. The birthday.
Birthday is budgeted locally to our radio station, out of
our budget. Here, it's not the company stepping up going hey,
you know we're gonna throw like iHeartRadio Music Festival money
(04:07):
behind your little show at Orlando. It doesn't work that way.
Speaker 4 (04:10):
No, it doesn't.
Speaker 5 (04:11):
And you've got to show a return on investment to
our company, and it has to go through a lot
of approval, of approval all the way to the top
in New York City to get approved.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
And then we also at the same time with that,
have to be cognizant of what our goal is and
that's to put on a solid one day show at
a reasonable price for you.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Yeah, because it's Earthday birthday, it's the station's birthday. But
the station wouldn't be around, like we've said over and
over without you, the listeners, who we make it as
doable as possible.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
Rick.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
By the way, when you said return on investment, well
I did sales. That's called roi ye.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
Learn something in today.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Okay, So March twenty second is if this goes as planned, Yes,
will be the early start date for Earthday Birthday twenty
twenty six. Yeah, artists to be what we Yes, we
know some of the ones that he is put in
bids for and their bands you like, yeah and would
probably want to see.
Speaker 4 (05:10):
And that's going away. This year too.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
Didn't only affect Orlando, affected our sister station in Tampa,
our our sister station in Jacksonville. Because they route, we
route together, and that's how you do these shows. To
get the best bang for your buck is you have
to write the bands. Florida's out of the way for
most bands and most tours, so you've got to have
a couple, at least a couple of dates in Florida
to make it worth their while.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
That's why a lot of times bands start and finish
tours in Florida.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Yeah, and for the record, I just looked, Actually, that
Saturday is March twenty first, is it?
Speaker 4 (05:39):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Okay, yeah, so mark Saturday. Okay.
Speaker 2 (05:42):
I just don't want somebody to miss hear this and go,
oh sh the birthday birthday.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
On a Saturday.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
It is definitely the Saturday. Okay, thank you, Bob.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
Third weekend of March. Thanks Bob.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Well, I remember when I was playing with certain bands,
which I won't mention.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
He has a special phone too that has like not
only weather, but a calendar in it.
Speaker 2 (05:58):
Oh sweet, But I digressed. When I was meeting with
certain bands pitching them birthday birthday this year, I do
remember that date in my head. I'm thinking, yeah, it
was twenty first.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
Yeah, I'm glad you caught that. Hope the offer sheets
are right.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
Certain we're looking at this year's calendar.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
Sure, we can do JR. Our birthday Birthday, it's on
a Sunday.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
I will say that the play is going to be
a different layout, it's going to be a different type
of event. We're gonna sort of reinvent how we do
the event. It's gonna be good. It's gonna be better
in my opinion. But yes, so we got a lot
of different things we're working on.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
So are our our sister stations out at this point,
it's just us, No.
Speaker 5 (06:35):
It would be we was still We're hoping that Tampa
can also be back in the mix again. It goes
back to routing and maybe not all the bands that
play on Earthday Birthday. Since we're outside and our shows
a lot longer, we have a lot more bands than
Tampa and Jacksonville do.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
Right.
Speaker 4 (06:47):
Jacksonville's venue only holds four thousand people.
Speaker 5 (06:50):
It's in Augustine, tamp Tampa's indoors, so it's more of
an evening show. They do it a little bit of
an outdoor show, free show before the doors opened, but
it's they may have five, say, six, seven bands.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
We have twelve, thirteen, fourteen bands. We have multiple stages.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
So sweet, okay, Well, thank you for the update on that.
And while we got you, we thought we'd give some
feedback to you. We were, you know, at fish Lips
last week for the pre party before we did the
fishing trip, and Bob and I were thrilled when we
saw that there were BW Bob World Order t shirts
that had been produced and we had them in the
(07:27):
prize bucket. And to say they were wildly popular is
an understatement.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
Taco, Yeah, probably ran. We had to actually tell some
people that that one were like, hold off for a second,
we have to give this one, this one. But they
were going like hotcakes, man.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
And we had listeners who were like, even though we
were out of them, they were like, can I buy one?
Is there a way I could buy one?
Speaker 4 (07:48):
Of?
Speaker 1 (07:48):
The Bob World Order has blossomed into something much more
than either of us ever envisioned. So say, what do
you think on that?
Speaker 5 (07:56):
Is?
Speaker 4 (07:56):
Yeah, we could do. That's easy. It's easy to do.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
All right, Well, you mean do you think at some
point we could have them available on.
Speaker 3 (08:02):
The website, maybe as early as next week in all
sorts of sizes, And yeah, absolutely, and.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
We're still giving them giving some events. Obviously, we just.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
Not everybody can come to an event and you know,
some people have no problem paying whatever it costs to
get a T shirt these days, we want so that
is going to be something we're gonna be able to do.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
Yeah, cool, love it and thank you again. I mean
Pat started with the thank you, but thank you again
for the b w O T shirts and more b
w O stickers and coozies.
Speaker 5 (08:29):
Yeah, badass or right there, andies guys are they're a
little different.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
Than No, they're cool because they have b w O
in the station logo. Yeah yeah, so it's like, yeah,
it makes more sense.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
And I'm pretty sure they fit a cold beer this
time than.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Seltzer can Ultra right culture exactly drink right right right.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
Okay, so that's cool. Uh is there anything else the
listeners have been asking about that that while we got
the boss here to take advantage of this time on
the podcast.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
Yeah, real quick, uh Rick, we will be out at
events and the paramour Brown and I are are teaching
the listeners how to stretch them before so you could
put your actual beer in there. Yeah. I was like,
all right, listen, it's it was good.
Speaker 5 (09:18):
I want to mention a cheap plug right here for
an event that we brought back we haven't done in
a long time. That's called w j RS After Ween Show,
which we're going to be doing at the west End
Trading Company on November one.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (09:28):
Great guys over at the west End. I hope to
do a lot more with them. They do the Hurricane
Party every year. But the Haunt, and if you haven't
checked out the Haunt, go to YouTube, put in the Haunt,
check out the song dead to Me. They got a
new single coming out to Also, Gargamel is going to
be on the show and a new band we just
added that has not been announced yet, so you're hearing
it here first as a band called Velvet Chains.
Speaker 4 (09:48):
So check them out on YouTube. You know you'll get
a feel for them.
Speaker 2 (09:52):
I heard Gargamel and I was I said to how
to go dude? Game is playing?
Speaker 1 (09:57):
No way even heard that name of a law.
Speaker 5 (09:58):
And you're also going to be able to wear costume.
Now we're not going to do the costume contest because
Weston's got a big Halloween.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
You could just stay in your costume from the night.
Speaker 4 (10:06):
Before, you know, come down and see us. It's Halloween weekends.
Speaker 5 (10:09):
You know people are gonna be dressing up's gonna be
Halloween parties everywhere, so that's that's what it's called after weens,
so you'll be able to wear a costume to the
event and uh, the Hunt and it's one of my
favorite new bands right now.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Dude, Thank god Halloween's on the weekend this year and
then we'll have it on Saturday next These last few
years when it's been in the middle of the week,
that just sucks.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
It's like just deflating. But uh yeah, thanks again to
pulling them at west End. Yeah, good people over there
and Dom always Yeah, Dom's busting his ass over there.
Speaker 4 (10:36):
He is while on tour. Yeah, with the Supervillains.
Speaker 1 (10:41):
Can we help you with anything? I know you've got
a lot going on in your world. We try our
best to stay off your radar and out of your
out of your complaint file.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
Just keep kicking ass and keep the complaints from coming in.
Speaker 1 (10:51):
We're good.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Okay, you might have go out and one came in today.
Actually you have a checked email yet, would we screw up?
Talk about it right now?
Speaker 5 (11:01):
You guys are low maintenance, so I appreciate that because
not everybody.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
Is any names wink wink.
Speaker 5 (11:08):
But no, thanks for the time I'm glad and I
will hop hopefully I've been for soon. I mean my
goal is to help to be able to go and
sell and announce the show no later than October.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Hey, can we get a producer? Just ca I'm just kidding. Sorry,
that's a little behind the scenes here.
Speaker 4 (11:25):
Rink ever it everybody, Rink every appreciate it.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
Basically, if you know rock radio in the Southeast, if
you travel or anything, that's that's the guy right there
in charge of it.
Speaker 4 (11:34):
Thanks guys.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
All right, Rick, there he goes, I'm gonna switch the
camera to.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
Multi Okay, while you're switching cameras. When when you asked him, hey,
is there anything that anything else you want? I thought
he was gonna say, yeah to sign your contract.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Oh you haven't. Uh, you haven't committed to continuing your
your work here with us.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
No, not that I'm just we're uh, you know.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
No, I don't. But there's something I don't know because
the last time I went through this process it really
was kind of a one way straight is I just
but if any of you have.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
A workaround, I haven't seen him to be honest, Okay, right,
we apologized or clear my throat. There you had something
that you saw that you were going to bring up,
and I'll be damned, I think I wrote it down.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
Oh no, I also have something here that I saw
this morning, and I thought the timing would be perfect
to ask you about this.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Okay, do we want to do that or do we
want to do this.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
The Batman guy? Oh, we need to mention that clown. Yeah,
Cape Coral. So this story floating around here, guys burglarizing
a house in Cape Coral and the homeowner caught him. Yeah,
grown man, grown man. The homeowner was wearing Batman pajamas.
Speaker 2 (12:54):
Grown Man, and yes, the full leg and arms like
a kid would have on Batman. And Pat looked at me.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
Like under roosts style man.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
What he said, what grown man sleeps in bat And
I looked at him, dead dead squirrels, said, people like Gamble,
our old producer.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Yeah, I mean, did he say he wears pajonas.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
I don't know about that. I imagine not, But if
he does, I guarantee you it's like teenage and Ninja
muting turtles or something cool like that. Because he was
he was always into you know, Conic books and all
that stuff.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
And I just I'm sorry. I just you know, you
you sleep nude, which you've volunteered, and that's fine, it's great.
And part of the reason why we no longer share
hotel rooms if we have road trips, well.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
I have ball issues, is why. Because if I don't
sleep properly.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
And I just get straight up tankers, that's it. And
then uh, for those two or three nights out of
the year where it's actually legitimately cold, I do have
like some flannel you know, bottoms that I can can
go to. But dude, I don't think I've owned a
pair of pajamas since I was probably six. Yeah, I'm serious.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
It has been a long time for me, probably about
the same and I maybe, yeah, probably six or seven.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
And if I was if I was to go all
of a sudden, you just go, you know, I'm gonna
start wearing pajamas, it would probably be those kind that
you see like uh, dudes in movies waring. There's no
Batman or or you know, superhero stuff. It's just like
the color scheme there, and they're very you know, like silk,
you know, yes, exactly what I'm built for comfort man,
(14:39):
not speed.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
I could just picture pat with like you know, night
shoes on with like with a pipe in his hands,
and by the hearth silk pajamas.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
Perusing through the day's paper. So I think, nice little,
nice little whiskey going.
Speaker 2 (14:57):
Okay, night Cap says, thing, you're the robber. Now he's
all over the news that not only is the grown
man in the batman pajamas, not only he apprehend you,
he probably kicked your ass.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Yeah, you have to go to jail with that thought.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
Yeah, yeah, it's going around. It's all over the news.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
That's funny. That is funny. Okay, And I don't know
if you had anything else, but I saw this this morning,
and the timing on this, like I said, just lines
up with something you just went there. You have two daughters.
They're both in college. This younger daughter is off to
college for the first time this year. Yeah, and you
already shared the whole nightmare of moving her up into
(15:40):
North Florida.
Speaker 2 (15:41):
And then when I did talk about that nightmare, my
older daughter chimed in and said, because I was saying
it's an unforgettable move in story, she goes, nothing will
top mine. I forgot it wasn't only that her what
you might call it refrigerator college refrigerate tumbled out of
your troubled and rolled down a hill and blew apart.
(16:04):
Also she was involved, I've forgotten a seven car pile up.
Speaker 1 (16:07):
Remember that's right on the turnpike. Or seventy five.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
It was seventy five whatever.
Speaker 1 (16:13):
All right, here's my question. Did either of your daughters
before or now or currently did they stay in a dorm? Yes?
Speaker 2 (16:21):
They my it's kind of most kids do their first year.
So yeah, my younger ones in a dorm right now,
perfect loves it.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
Did you spend twenty thousand dollars to customize the dorm
to her liking? Look who you're talking to now, I
already know the answer that, but this is apparently this
is now very commonplace as parents are sending off their
children to their first year, and it's usually happened with
(16:50):
female Oh yeah, of course, you know kids twenty grand
and I see this, and my first thought was, who
in their right mind is going to spend twenty thousand
dollars to gussie up and customize a dorm room for
a college student. If you've got that kind of money,
why aren't you just buying them a condo to stay
(17:12):
in during the school year or a really nice apartment.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Yeah, a condo that the guy, the student, boy or
girl whatever can live in for the four years at
school and then you can keep it and rent it out.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
I have a friend who did that twenty thousand dollars
in up stupid, you know, outfitting a dorm room. So
it's like, you know, all the amenities of home, but
away in your college dorm. Je's lapee.
Speaker 2 (17:42):
Mine got a broken cabinet because it flew out of
the back of my truck, so she just has drawers
and I unloaded stuff out of the truck and then
started to help and went on my merry way to
the football Fantasy foot ball draft because the wife knew
of what the day was before that was breaking down
(18:04):
and everything else.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
I remember, I'm trying to think when when it was
time for me to finally move and out of the
house and off to college, which was up here. Uh
there was It was like, I don't know, the week
of and my mom took me and who is going
to be my roommate to bed, bath and beyond, and
I probably bought about, I don't know at the time,
(18:27):
probably three hundred dollars worth of shit that I didn't
even realize I was going to need towels, plunger, every
the basic crap. And you know, a mom knows, because
just mom knows. That's part of mom's deal. And only
well I don't need any of this stuff, why she goes,
just buy this stuff and trust me on this, and
away I went, and sure as hell, you know, we
(18:49):
moved in and we had the basics of what we needed.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
Frying pans, silver ware plates.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
Twenty thousand dollars, uh huh, dorm room. And that's not
the cost to stay in the dorm room. That's to
outfit this thing and customize it to the liking of
your little sweetie.
Speaker 2 (19:07):
And some could say, well, Bob, if they have big
money enough to do that, don't call him dumb. They
obviously did well with whatever they you know, do for
their job and growing up they made wise decisions. But
instead rent a condo or.
Speaker 1 (19:23):
A really nice apartment or whatever, but.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
A condo and then you rent, you have it four
years for your kid, pays itself off in no time
because then you flip it to either your next kid
or their friend. Yeah, that's the Jeffie's parents did that
for his sister for four years years yeah, and then
he went he runs the fantasy football trip and then.
Speaker 1 (19:44):
You've met at me came in here.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
He works for the Booze company. Yeah, but then his
his sister went up as you straight through and then boom,
he lagged in and he rented it. So it worked
out tonight.
Speaker 1 (19:58):
You see f Scott fro Era two.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
See what they're made of this year. We're not expecting
a ton because we understand it's a bunch of new players.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
We did this morning during the sports page with the
bulldog might be ankey. Just take a wild guess at
what we think UCF's regular season record will be this season.
And I want to tell you, being UCF a lumps,
I want them to do well. I like Scott Frost.
I wish he had never left the first go around.
He probably wishes to some extent he never left the
(20:28):
first go around too.
Speaker 2 (20:29):
But there were family reasons and all that.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
I just see this time him being faced with an
enormous amount of challenges, namely seventy new players starting from
the ground ups from scratch, and really not hearing a
whole lot of anything locally in the news about anything
you see a football wise, And I'm not quite sure
what to make of that.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Well, I can tell you this, I trust him rebuilding
a team way more than that last guy who just
had to rebuild the Dame smells On gusmells On and
the Gustus left town.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
Yeah, for Tallahassee.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
He's like, nah, I can go to an assistant coach,
other or whatever it is.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
So that's why I based on that lack of information,
having to rebuild literally from scratch, and this being the
second go around, I have very very low expectations, although
I just want to stress I hope I am wrong.
That's why I'm predicting four and eight as the say
you said, you think they're gonna be five hundred, six
(21:33):
and six.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
Yeah, I had six and six, but then Bulldog picked
before me and said six and six.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
I'm like, ah, come, but it's it's gonna be interesting.
Is the full college season really gets underweight tonight and
then this weekend. I know we had a handful of
games for week zero, but full Thursday night slate of games.
There's a bunch of games Friday, and then of course
Saturday and a couple on Sunday as well. The in
state teams all have got interesting situations going on. We
(21:59):
just talked about. You see f Florida, who after last
year almost the fans of the team early on wanting
to literally burn Billy Napier at the stake, have high
expectations as they started to turn things around last year
and really show signs of life. And you know with
DJ Lagway, he's a little nicked up to start the season, true,
(22:22):
but hell of a he is. And they've got a
lot of powerful weapons. But that schedule, that's sec schedule. Man.
They got like the toughest schedule in the country. And
then there's Florida State. Florida State had a dismal year
last year. Their fans are expecting the world like miraculous
(22:45):
turnaround in one season. I don't know about. They got
Alabama on Saturday.
Speaker 2 (22:52):
That's an immediate ass weapon in my eyes.
Speaker 1 (22:56):
If Florida State plays Alabamma and loses, but loses and
is in the game and keep it close, I think,
uh Norvelle's okay initially yeah, but if I want God forbid,
if they get blown out of the building by like
thirty points or something, that drum beat is going to
(23:17):
start and it's not the.
Speaker 2 (23:21):
You know, you know, what I'm saying, what about Kines,
because I know they lost their QB.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
They got great QB. They got Carson Beck they took
from Georgia. Oh yeah, but does he have anyone to
throw to The Hurricanes lost all their wide receivers last year.
It's all new guys and uh Beck's issue last year
at Georgia he had lost some of his key targets
to the NFL and he had a little drop off
(23:47):
before the injury. So supposedly he's rehabbed. He's looked great
in camp, but not really not going to know anything
until they get on the field on Sunday night against
Notre Dame. So that's no walking apart.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
At least it's University of Miami, so there's cash down
there for players.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
Well, there's all the big big programs have the nil money.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
Now, especially that private school though.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
But you're gonna, you're gonna, We're gonna learn a lot
this weekend about how realistic expectations are about you know,
the main big teams here in the state.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
All I know is it just feels really good to
say football and this weekend in the same sentence, no doubt,
no doubt.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
And then before you know if the pros will be
getting their deal going. So all right, uh, get ready
for Labor Day weekend. Hope everybody has some fun stuff planned.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
Don't worry. We're here tomorrow.
