(00:00):
Well do it Broncos Country tonight. But with all Brian Nick Ferguson, Grant
Smith better run right out to thekwait Common Spirit Health hotline and bring on
George Sadato from ESPN. Good. How you doing this season? Hey guys?
How are you doing pretty well?I had a lot of interesting comments
coming out over the last I don'tknow, twenty four hours or so,
and I want to start with Ithink Michael Malone. I understand frustration in
(00:22):
the moment. I certainly do,but it's the media's job to ask questions
and sometimes we don't frame them exactlycorrectly. I understood his frustration with a
you know, the twenty points, forty points, two points, it doesn't
matter how big a lead we gaveup, we lost. The season's over.
But he tacked on that you know, stupid ask question there at the
end, and it felt like tome that was you know, I get
(00:45):
the frustration, but that part feltlike it was unnecessary. Oh, I
totally agree, and I like MichaelMalone a lot. I think the last
time I was on with you guys, I talked about how he makes my
life easy in those interviews that wehave to do with the coaches. I
think he's one of the best, that's not the best at it, just
because he gives you real raw emotion, right and honestly gives you good analysis
(01:12):
of his own squad at that particulartime or juncture of the game. So
I say this with the ultimate respect. Yeah, I just think he kind
of botched that one, right,Like particularly the stuff at the end,
As you mentioned, I didn't thinkit was a bad question at all,
to be honest with you, Ithink that as a journalist there you're trying
to capture the moment and you wantto provide as much detail so that he
(01:37):
could give you an essence as muchdetail. And I don't know if this
is true because I wasn't in thebuilding yesterday, but I had heard that
he did it. He did thepress conference fairly quickly after the games,
and you know, maybe that's oneof those where and I know he wanted
to probably get it out of theway, because why does he want to
labor the moment. But maybe aftersuch a tough loss, maybe to take
(01:59):
a moment, you know what Imean, retrospect. And here's the thing
with Malone, Like I said,he's a great guy. He's very honest,
the emotions are part of who heis. He's a coach's son,
so he understands kind of the weightof his words and things like that,
and he's a good dude. SoI don't I don't think that, you
know, I don't think it's likeI'm going to judge him by this moment,
(02:20):
you know, publicly and feel like, you know, I think differently
of him. But yeah, everybodyhas a bad moment. His unfortunately is
you know, trnt of cameras andhe gets replayed a ton. But yeah,
I think it was it was notIt was not the right thing to
do in that scenario of at leastthat's the way I think. So,
George, when you watched that thirdquarter where the Nuggets have been sensational,
(02:43):
especially against the Lakers, different scenariowith the Timberwolves, but coming on that
third quarter, when you look atwhat happened to the Nuggets and they allowed
a twenty eight to nine run bythe Timberwolves. From your perspective, what
did you see that the Nuggets didin the first half that they were not
capable of doing in the second half? Hitting shots? And it's just really
(03:06):
that simple. They missed a tonof shots, and I think because they
missed a ton of shots and thenMinnesota started to see some of them go
in, that just started to swingthe momentum. And then their defense started
to step up because they started seeingshots fall Minnesota that is, And I
think it was just that, likethey it was the perfect storm in regards
(03:27):
to what was transpiring there. AndI thought that they did a much better
job on Jamal Murray, particularly inthat second half and early in that third
quarter. So to me, itwas just that they just didn't hit shots,
and some of them were good shots. It wasn't that, you know,
always just great defense. But that'sthe way it goes. And anyone
not named and I know Joker, look, Joker's great. Like I'm not
(03:50):
going to rip Joker. Joker wasfantastic. He's the MVP for a reason.
Joker Jamal Murray. To me,even with their struggles in the second
half, that's when you need yourteammates. I mean, like, that's
when those other guys not named Jokerand Murray needs to step up well.
And that was sort of the problem. I mean, you look at the
at the end of twenty one pointsby everyone else from the Nuggets combined not
(04:12):
named joke, Atch and Murray.I mean, we talk about the two
main game, but that's ridiculous, especially when you've got guys like Porter,
as Nick's pointed out previously, ona max contract, that's got to be
able to chip something in on thepoint total at some point. Yeah,
and I think, correct me ifI'm wrong. You guys may have the
numbers, but I could have sworn. I want to say his last four
games, he only Michael only.I think Tali twenty five points? Is
(04:35):
that? Does that sound right?Because I believe that's the number that sounds
about right. Yeah, it's justyou can't have And it's crazy because you
know, you saw how incredible hecan be, you know, last year
during that run and even in theseries before against the Lakers, and yeah,
you just can't have that. AndAaron Borden. Look, it's funny
(04:56):
because Tyler Lew said this to me. I said this on the record a
million times. He's always said tome, if Aaron Gordon gets going,
they're unbeatable. And you know AG'shad you know, he's good for a
game here or there. And I'mnot trying to put this on him either.
But again it's the collective, right, you know, somebody needs to
step up in that scenario. AndI think Gordon, you know, they
(05:17):
were doing a great job of bottlinghim up on the boards. He could
you know, he had a coupleof easy bunnies and put backs there potentially
that didn't go in credits to Minnesota. Man, Like, they deserve the
credit they I think Yoki said itbest, like they were built to beat
them, interestingly enough, as youguys know by the architect who built the
Nuggets, right. So yeah,I just think that if I look back
(05:42):
at the Nuggets portion of this, because Minnesota deserves all the credit, and
I think that has got to besaid first and foremost. But I think
there were some missteps beyond what wejust discussed. I think the front office
was a bit misguided in thinking. And Malone alluded to this as well yesterday.
There was a lot on those starters, man, Like that bench was
thin. Could you have brought backBruce Brown, you know, I mean
(06:08):
yeah, probably right, like itjust became a money thing. But I
think that you needed to look atthat bench and realize something needed to be
tweaked there because you were just puttingtoo much on the five guys who I
still think are the best five startersin the league. In regards to the
way they said who's the favorite toone at all? From who remains in
(06:30):
your mind? I mean, onpaper, it should be Boston. You
know, they have the actual experienceof being in the finals, but I
don't know how much I trust them. And you know, even this year
where they've had a cake walk dueto injuries, right whether it was Miami
or Cleveland, they've dropped the gamehere or there they shouldn't have, or
(06:53):
even played in games that were closethat shouldn't have been close, and that
to me worries me. But Ithink we may have seen the NBA Finals
in the series you guys just playedin, because I think those are the
two best teams from a talent perspectivein my opinion, in regards to also
(07:14):
finishing games and playing in tight gamesand understanding what it takes to come back
in games, whereas Boston they've beenat times a bit of a front running
team and when you punch them sometimesthey'll just be like, ah, we'll
get to the next game. AndI don't know how many you can't really
do that that often at this pageof the Year, you know. I
(07:38):
mean, look, you can makethe case that Denver didn't even look locked
in early in this series, andthen they had to try to win four
out of five and they almost pulledit off because they've got that championship experience.
But still we're not able to doit. And you just can't give
away games in this league at thistime of year. So that's part of
the reason I don't trust them,But certainly from a talent perspective, they
(08:01):
should be the favorite. Speaking oftalent, when you look at Anthony Edwards,
I mean, obviously this is theguy is u. I mean,
he's a vibrant, he has alot of personality, he's very athletic,
He's proven that he can score fortypoints, fifty points. But when you
look at the landscape of how theNBA is built around so many superstars,
(08:22):
is he becoming the new face ofthe NBA? You know, Nick,
I hate that question, and I'msorry. It's not your fault. I'm
not trying to Mike Malone, youokay, or Michael Maloney, I just
because you know, question, there'sjust so many guys, you know what
I mean that you can pick from. You know that I hate to say
(08:45):
that this one guy is the face. You know, so look, this
last generation had two guys in myopinion, you know, this last era
had Lebron and Steph Curry in myopinion. And I think that, you
know, I think Joker has becomea face of the league, you know,
certainly after winning a champions ever winningthree m vps. So you know,
(09:07):
I think Shay will be in thattime, shags Alexander. I think
there's a lot of guys to choosefrom. Is Anthony Edwards in that conversation?
No question? Does he have areally fucking personality. He's got a
bit of a throwback personality. He'skind of old school. He curses a
lot. You know, he's gota great smile. He loves to play
(09:28):
ball. He wants to play alleighty two games. He says it out
loud. Yeah, he would bea great spokesman. And he's you know,
he's an American born player, right. I think that, you know,
it doesn't matter to me, butI do think that stuff matters when
you're dealing with the country at large, right, because there's no language barrier,
(09:50):
they're more relatable. They're speaking youknow, he's speaking his first language,
unlike a guy like Luka Doncic forexample, to me, who could
be a face of the league. His play is incredible. I mean,
he's like Lebron, Jerry Wes,Larry Bird all rolled into one, you
know what I mean, like ina lot of ways, so you know,
and even magic you know, withhis passing ability. So but you
(10:11):
know, he's right, and hespeaks English very well, but it's not
his first language. He can't emotin the way that Anthony Edwards can because
he's born and raised in the UnitedStates, right. So guys, and
I say this as someone who's Hispanic, right, like I you know,
my parents knew English, but itwasn't their first language, so they had
(10:31):
to think before they spoke, right, Whereas it's very natural for Anthony Edwards
to be fun and this engaging personalitybecause it's his first language and we're in
America. So again, I lovethe international aspect of the NBA, but
I think that that plays a smallrole into it too, beyond his incredible
play. But I think that what'sbest for the NBA is the totality of
(10:58):
having guys like Anthony Edwards and LukaDancic from Serbia. I'm sorry, no
for Serbia from gosh, what countryis he's from? It just just I
lost it now anyway, But jokersfrom Serbia, right, Lavinia, right,
Miyama from France, right, Like, there's guys from all over the
(11:20):
world. That place is sport. It's the most global sport we have that's
not soccer. But I guess that'sa long way away to say that you
have a lot of guys that canbe the face of the league, including
the guys just mentioned a second agoin Victor Woman. Yeah heg Slovenia.
If I remember correctly, I could, yeah, okay, yes, ye,
anyway, it was one of thoseI knew it was one of those
Baltic countries. Yeah, they changed, So I mean, you never,
(11:41):
you know, I try to keeptrack of all those that the world has
changed since, you know, inthe last twenty years, since since I
graduated high school, I can't keeptrack of the maps has totally changed,
the land mass is the same, all the names have gotten troubled. And
English is my first language and Istill mess it up sometimes. So,
uh, that's said a lot abouth I guess probably me, But whatever,
George, we really appreciate the timeofce evening man. You got it
(12:03):
guys anytime, have a good night. Absolutely take care George ESPN. We
come back. We got an NFLsix pack. Rocks Country to Night,
Welcome back to it, Broncos CountryTonight, Benjamin Olbrden, Nick Ferguson,
Grant Smith here with you. Iapologize my voice is uh is going sound
like garbage? Yeah, not likethe band either that she had a good
(12:24):
voice. Shirley Manson. You knowwhy that band was called garbage? Why
because the the guys in the band, the producer musician. Originally it just
created some some music or whatever, and he just h took that and put
it in a file called garbage. And then later on when he recycled the
(12:46):
songs and put it, you know, for Shirley Manson come in and sing
them. That's just what stuck.So that's what they got. It's a
great tidbits why they get called garbage. There you go, and with that,
here's the NFL six pack. Timefor the NFL six path. I'm
gonna train the last year that Ican't sit at inside information you can't find
anywhere else. No. Six thetop six NFL headline. What Broncos will
(13:09):
begin the season with out linebacker DrewSanders, the second aar linebacker, tore
his achilles early in the off seasonprogram. The injury occurred before the draft
in late April, and Sanders alreadyhas undergone surgery to repair it. The
hope is Sanders can return sometime beforethe end of the season. He will
is most of the twenty twenty fourseason. Broncos drafted outside linebacker Jonah Ellis
(13:31):
in the third round, who willjoin John Cooper, Baron Browning, and
Nick Benito at outside linebacker. Sanderswas a third round pick last year.
Began an inside backer before getting movedto outside backer midway through the twenty twenty
three season. Played all seventeen games, so actually on two hundred and fifty
eight defensive snaps two hundred and ninetyseven special teams as a rookie, total
twenty four tackles, one tackle fora loss and a bumble recovery. Is
(13:54):
this a big blow for the DenverBroncos. Yes, it is. From
i'll say depth standpoint and thinking thatthere were some expectations for Drew Sanders this
upcoming season, how well he wasgoing to transition from inside linebacker to the
outside linebacker rush position now and forcesother guys to step up the level of
(14:18):
play and take over. This iswhere players have an opportunity to make a
name for themselves. Unfortunate that Drewfinds himself in this situation going into his
second season, but this is alla part of playing in NFL. Sucks
for Drew Sanders development. I don'tknow that he'll have a huge impact on
the Broncos overall, but the specialteam's aspect of it certainly does. Got
(14:39):
to raise an eyebrow. See whosteps up two Gerrid Males said, Kay
Shawn Body is here. We'll waitto hear from the NFL on the gambling
investigation. Patriots wide receiver kasehean Bodywas arrested in January in Louisiana on a
felony charge related to alleged illegal gambling. Confirmed it is investigating, but until
(15:01):
the Patriots here otherwise the league they'reoperating as if he is eligible to participate
in OLOFS. Who's a work NewEngland head coach Drameo said to Day he
was on the field for their OTAsand the Patriots haven't heard from the NFL
what the status of the investigation isthat right now he's out here. We'll
wait to hear from the league goingforward. Besides her doing a good job
for us, losing of state Policesaid in January that he faces one felon
(15:22):
account of computer fraud when misdemeanor countof gaming prohibited for persons under twenty one,
after an online gambling company gave informationto law enforcement that resulted an investigation
finding that he had placed more thaneighty nine hundred bets between April sixth,
twenty twenty two and May seventh, twenty twenty three. He turned twenty one
on May seventh, twenty twenty three. It would have been illegal for him
(15:43):
to place sports bets in Louisiana beforehe turned twenty one. Police indicated that
he may have placed bets on EllisonFootball while he played for LSU Well Cayson
Boute as his name is called lookman. This is a very difficult situation
because, I mean, the leagueover the past few years have had issues
(16:06):
with current players in the NFL asfar as the gambling policy is concerned.
Now you have guys on a collegiatelevel doing it and possibly gambling on this
home team. Hopefully that's not thecase. But this is an issue.
You had to figure this as thoughit was going to be a major one
when you're watching others, you know, Bill fortunes offer games that you play
(16:29):
and you are not authorized to dothe same thing. So there's these rules
that still need to be vetted andplayers need to know. Look, just
because someone else is doing in theleagues might be doing it themselves. The
way the rules are put together, you're not allowed to do that. So
it's unfortunately, hopefully this doesn't derailanything with this guy's career before it even
(16:51):
starts. Yeah, he was placingtwenty three bets a day, literally placing
like that's a bet every hour,even while you're sleeping. That's got that's
that's a habit. That's that's theproblem, and you want to make sure
you find a way to nip itin the bud before things get out of
hand on this professional level. GmBL E R three Egels wide receiver DeVante
(17:18):
Parker announced his retirement. Receiver DeVanteParker signed a one year, one point
two million dollars deal with the Eaglesthis offseason, but he won't play it
down for his new team. Announcedhis retirement tonight. I think I want
to see my four kids spend qualitytime with them. I want to be
there for them whenever I can.Parker, who's thirty one, played nine
NFL seasons after the Dolphins drafted himfourteenth overall in twenty fifteen. Played seven
(17:41):
seasons with Miami two with New England. Finished his career three hundred and sixty
nine catches, fifteen hundred and sixtysix yards, twenty seven touchdowns. He's
gonna take things slowly, Parker toldAdam Schefter when he was asked what was
next for him. Broncos fans mayremember Devonte Parker is the player who beat
Pats or Tan in the New Englandgame this past season that we got to
(18:06):
bring up pos stuff. I'm justtrying to That's maybe where there lingering memory
of Jontay Parker is. Do wecan't like if Dante Parker was a guy
who's drafted, it was high housefor him. He's drafted fourteenth overall back
in twenty fifteen, didn't really liveup to where he was where he was
selected, although he had all thetalent in the world. Do we care
that he's you know, sign aside a big contract and not playing at
all. I don't think we careabout it in that sense. But here's
(18:29):
what I was saying. The factthat he is thinking about moving on and
his kids and he's playing nine yearsin the league, that's kind of flowing
it up. And then that's nota point where guys started really looking at
their lives, what they accomplish, and sometimes there's more important things than football.
Then kudos to him man for havinga nine year career and now he
gets to walk away, to getfrom the game on your own terms,
(18:51):
on his own terms. Four nuRavens won a Super Bowl squadra his Smile
in their lineup, and now hisson will a chance to make a positive
impact on the team's fortunes. Couldhear a Smle tried out for the team
at the rookie mini camp, andthe Ravens announced his signing today. He
did not announce any other roster moves. The Smile is now a receiver like
(19:11):
his father was, although he playedquarterback in Villanova to kick off his college
time. Caught eleven passes after switchingpositions in twenty twenty one and had sixteen
catches for a buck fifty six whileat Samford. The last two years,
the elder Ismael had one hundred andninety one catches, twenty eight hundred yards,
eighteen touchdowns, and three seasons withthe Ravens that included their Super Bowl
thirty five win over the Giants.I don't know that he has a realistic
(19:37):
shot. I mean he has achance, but I mean realistically speaking of
making a fifty three. But howcool is that that the Quadrismo's son gets
the this come in, goes torookie mintiicamp tryout, makes the team out
of rookie mini camp. How coolis that? I think it's sweet.
Man, when you can follow inyour father's footsteps, then you gotta think,
man, this kid Watts his dadplay, wanted to be a part
(20:00):
of the game, and the bigone. I mean he's much larger than
his dad. I mean he's sixsix, yeah, big, huge,
huge, talking it. So youhope that maybe he can find a place
on the team, maybe playing specialteams and just kind of cut his teeth.
But it's always great when you seethese stories. A guy play for
a particular team and then his soncomes along and he's part of that same
team or whatever capacity. So Ilike the story for this, We've we've
(20:23):
seen a lot of that, maybenot on the same team, although Joey
Porter juniors, oh Safety, wesee a few of those over the years.
I just always find those, findthose pretty cool. Five We got
to kick her. Hold out kickerEddie Piero has been away from the Panthers
throughout their offseason work. As absencecontinued, his team's first OTA activity began
(20:44):
today. Panero's in the final yearit was current deal with the team,
and head coach Dave Canalis said hehasn't had any contact with the kicker about
his decision to not participate in theteam's voluntary work. Nanaro was twenty five
and twenty nine on field goals seventeento twenty on extra points in twenty twenty
three. I have not talked tohim. Alis said of the Anthony Zzuti
of USA today that we're just focusingon the guys we have. I'm glad
(21:04):
we have Harris and Leavis here sowe can actually go through our field goal
field goal block period. So justreally focusing on the guys that are here.
I'm sure Eddie he's got a planfor this whole thing. I'm a
signed with the Panthers, after goingundrafted out of Missouri, hit a sixty
one yard field goal to be casestatus time expired. During the twenty twenty
three season was an old American andtwenty twenty one. If you're a kicker
(21:26):
holding alk, why did you sayit like that? The US kicker.
I'm gonna be honest, there's thereare more kickers than there are kicking jobs.
And if anything, that's spring footballhas taught us that there's, uh,
there's plenty of untapped talented kickers outthere. What are you doing?
What are you doing? This guy? I mean, Eddy Pinero is not
(21:47):
even like like a phenomenal kicker. He missed three extra points and went twenty
five to twenty nine on field goalslast year. Said, I know it's
not traditional to year about a kickernow reporting to OTAs just talk does to
sound glamorous, but he feels asthough, hey man, I'm not being
recognized for my love productions. Andthis is the only way that players in
this position could actually kind of planttheir flag into sand. And so he's
(22:12):
doing it like if he's a runningback, we're going like, yeah,
man, get your money. Butif you're kickers, like you know what
you need to be there. Heused to he's a kicker. He's a
kicker. Well wait a minute, what is he doing in o tas anyway?
But really, literally, the coachjust said, he's like, I'm
glad we have Harrison MeVis here. That's a name that I so we could
(22:33):
actually go through our field goal andfield goal block periods, field go and
field goal block. You can dothat without actually having a kicker. Just
get lining guys up, because Imean, what are you really taking account
for. I mean, you're notreally gonna miss the kicker in OTAs anyway.
I'm just I'm just I'm just sayinghe's important in the fabric of financial
(22:56):
conversation for what he does on thefield, but in the grand scheme of
things. I mean, you canrun through Drew's at this time of the
year without having him in practice.I guess you just don't like kickers.
I mean, I don't mind thekick. The kicker. He was on
a two year contract, uh inthis coming season for twenty twenty four.
(23:17):
He's got a two point five milliondollar cap number for a kicker, so
he buys against kickers. That's nota sticker. I mean, you count
for more than one percent of thecap, Like, why can't he get
paid? Why can't the kick getpaid? Doesn't he have to be good
before that happens. Well, apparentlyhe must think he's good enough. This
is not like, this is notlike justin Tucker's holding out here or something,
(23:37):
Man Eddy Piero, Like he'd beenon like ten teams and you finally
got to kick for one and thenall of a sudden you wanted more money.
Get out of here six. Speakingof more money, Fanatics makes a
bold, risky move in suing MarvinHarrison Junior. Harrison Junior made news over
the weekend both by not attending theNFLPA Rookie Premiere and getting sued by Fanatics.
(24:00):
It is a risky move by Fanatics. They need to be one hundred
percent sure that they're one hundred percentright, because if they lose this one,
good luck establishing and maintaining good relationshipswith the players. And even if
they win, other companies that arecompeting with Fanatics will say be careful being
doing business with you. They'll sueyou. The mere fact lawsuit was filed
leads to a plausible conclusion that Fanaticsbelieves with very high confidence that they are
(24:22):
right, that Harrison is wrong. That the binding term sheet that drives this
case isn't provided, however, makesit impossible to assess whether all the material
items were reduced to writing and sign. Plenty of contracts start with a term
sheet and end with a long formwritten contract. There could be a contract
long before a long form contract issigned, as long as the term sheet
contains all the material items. AndI don't know if you've been over this
or not, but basically this comesdown to whether a binding term sheet is
(24:45):
a binding contract overall. With thisconflict, which between Harrison and Fanatics,
it emerged after the draft, sparkedby Harrison's failure to sign with the NFLPA
licensing deal that would allow Fanatics tosell his his Cardinals jersey, and it
came ahead this weekend by him notgoing to the NFLPA Rookie Premiere and more
significantly, getting sued for it.A copy of the complaint is out there.
(25:10):
You guys can read that online. There's an unredacted version, but basically
it alleges that Harrison entered into afully binding, enforceable contract to provide finaction
with certain things and then didn't doit well, this be toll the honest
about the situation. Throughout the entiredraft process, Marvin Harrison Junior hadn't participated
in too much of anything, Sohow could or should anyone be really surprised
(25:33):
about the situation. And this, potentially if Fanatics loses, it definitely opens
up the floodgates as far as athletesin twenty twenty five to say, listen,
we are signing over rights deals toyou to sell our jerseys for I
guess, I guess a negotiated amount, but we feel as though we should
be paid more than that. Soit would open the door for more revenue
(25:56):
for these players. And you knowwhat, I'm always pro player, So
if if this situation opens the doorfor that, then so be it.
But let's see how this plays out. Basically, this is an agreement or
disagreement between both parties and the FANTISand Marvin Harrison. Fanatics claims they had
a deal for him to do autographtrading cards and that kind of stuff.
Harrison contends that he does, andMarvin Harrison's senior asked to for a copy
(26:19):
of the binding term sheet. Fanaticsprovided it and then he replied by allegedly
saying we do not have a dealwith fanatics and then went on Pat McAfee
and leaked that they didn't have adeal even though they had that signed agreement.
So that stuff. Who could takecare of a court? But did
you ever have any issues with likethe signing cards and all that kind of
stuff? I know, like I'sgonna Steve about this because Steve had an
(26:40):
exclusive thing he's got to do.Did you ever have like any any issues
with any I know you had theone deal with the Nike thing, right,
did you have an issue I didhave a deal with with Nike where
they pulled my sponsorship because I tapemy shoes in consecutive weeks. But I
had a lots of good reason.I had a high I mean, okay,
(27:00):
am I gonna be loyal to Nikethe sponsor or my team and my
teammates. And I chose my teamand my teammates, so Nike you pulled
the deal. It feels like thereshould be verbiage in your contract. If
you have an ankle sprayin need yourankles taped that you would think so maybe
you could spray paint a swoosh onthe tape I try that. I say,
can be spray paint, it canbe drawn on. They said no,
(27:22):
they wanted to see the swoosh, and I was like, I do,
man, my high ankle spray feelslike a broken leg. But you
won't let me take my shoe.I take my shoe. They pull a
contract man, but you obviously knowit will as you're wearing the Nike you
hat right now. Yeah, Imean I have to hat, so I'm
not just not like I'm not goingto wear it fair enough, fair enough.
(27:44):
I uh yeah, Surprisingly, Ihave no uh apparel merchandising deal.
I'm still waiting for our two showersand carrot cake shirt. Yeah, we're
uh, we're working on that. That's that, believe it or not.
I have a whole like Spiel thing, that's that's going on. We just
need to get that. There's there'sa couple of things I got sitting there
that they just have to get donehere in the next couple weeks. Where
the Tim Jenkins Elite hat, that'sthat's a great question. That's a Tim
(28:07):
Jenksins thing. That's not a Benjaminall Bright. Now. I'm still waiting
for my Broncos Country Palao and myJenkins Elite hat and my invitation to the
new Jenkins mansion. Yeah, Ilook, I purchased purchased through the website
a Jenkins Elite long sleeved T shirtsix years ago. I guess I won't
hold my breath, so no,I I just loved him though, well
(28:29):
I would say I love giving Timyou know what about that, just because
you know it's something to hold overhis head. Everything. He's like,
you notice, Nick, you wantto talk about the the as real quick?
Yeah, I know, I knowwhen we look at the poor sports
scene that I guess in motion overthe past a couple of days with the
Abs and the Nuggets, I wasthinking about the Avs and them moving forward.
I mean, they got some toughdecisions this off season Valna Chuski and
(28:49):
what's what they're gonna do about thatsituation. They let Nods and Kadre walk
to keep Valve and Valve has hadhis issues off the ice, and I
think, you know, everyone needsto pray for Valid that he can get
through those. But another thing isGabe Lendscott. I mean, Gabe hadn't
played in two years. He hasthe same neat issue that Lonzo Ball is
(29:10):
dealing with and Lonzo hasn't played intwo years, So what is it?
Joe Sachek and Jared Bennard, whatare they going to do? Because you
can't keep hoping and wishing things aregoing to turn around with Gabe and keep
him on the team because I mean, I think he's only five years into
his eight year deal for fifty sixmillions, So the teams are going to
(29:30):
have to make some tough decisions asfar as you know Lendiscott's future. But
if he's not going to be around, I said, look, man,
as tough as it going to befor a guy who was the leader of
this team, let him fly andthen try to pick up some other players
and make the abs much better.Yeah, I mean you kind of have
to. I mean, he,you know, an eleven year career prior
to all that. So and thenwe all though you know, vowsishoes as
(29:53):
well. To me, this isLebroncos contry night right here on ka,
I'll be they fercus some grand Smithsall right for this. I'm not trying
to make them along, you stupidasked questions. Diabetes
