Speaker 1 (00:00):
Rattler is hip and we'll be sacked.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
And that was Nick Bonito. And that, by the way,
is five straight games the Bonito has had at least
a sack.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
Yeah, fellas, Okay, A sports show had a chance to
catch up with Nick Benito today and we wanted to
give you a chance to listen to that interview.

Speaker 4 (00:17):
Nick, thanks so much for your time. You're on with
Dave Logan, Alfred Williams, and Ryan Edwards.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
How are you, hey, guys.

Speaker 5 (00:22):
I'm doing well.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
It's been fun watching you play.

Speaker 6 (00:24):
Man.

Speaker 7 (00:25):
I gotta tell you know, I've been a fan since
you were a rookie. I've seen you do some pretty
amazing things as an edge rusher, as a former edge
rusher myself. It's just, uh, it's just really really cool
to see you out there playing. What are you thinking
about before that moment of impact when you are rushing
to pass or what goes through your mind? Don't jump
out outsides beat them with the speed? What's going through

(00:48):
your mind?

Speaker 5 (00:49):
Just you know, always going through like the pass rush,
playing throughout the weeknd, you know, just feeling the tackles
out throughout the game.

Speaker 6 (00:55):
So really just knowing what you.

Speaker 5 (00:58):
Know, I can beat them with and just having counter
in the back of my head that I know that
can work against them to eventually either pressure or you know,
sacking the quarterback. So just a different pass russ progressions.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Hey, Nick, when you I think you would probably know
your game better than anybody. And so from when you
first came in the league, what two or three things
have you most improved upon in your mind in terms
of being a pass rusher.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
I definitely think just knowing how to study tackles, knowing
what they like to do, knowing what type of sets
they're giving you, knowing what type of hands they're going
to give you, and just kind of just practicing that
throughout the week, honing it down. And you know, also
just you know, knowing what moves I like going into
games and just doing that really, I mean, always to
get off is the most important thing, but just learning

(01:48):
to study tackles and knowing what they like to do well.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Listening to Cody Barton, who won AFC Defensive Player of
the Week this week, said that one of the things
he loves about this defense is everybody gets a chance
to eat. So when it comes to the rush, when
it comes to the guys on the defense making plays.
How important is that to you, to the guys out
there that you know everybody's going to get an opportunity
to really shine.

Speaker 6 (02:09):
Yeah, just normal.

Speaker 5 (02:10):
We have a bunch of dogs, man, I mean just
from top to bottom. You know, everybody's out there trying
to make players. Everybody's out there trying to have fun,
whether it's at the d line, you know, us rushing together,
us being disruptive in the run game, you know, just
trying to play any opponents back there, and the DBS
linebackers being stingy, and coverage coming down here when need be,
and just doing all those things. And you know, it's

(02:31):
just real fun when you got a bunch of guys
that just want to go out there and just make plays.

Speaker 7 (02:35):
So well, who's the guy on the team that just
gets everybody hype? I mean before the game. I just
loved playing with Steve batt Water. He was a guy
that just got everybody hype before the game starts. On
this team, who is that guy that starts.

Speaker 6 (02:50):
To fire easily?

Speaker 5 (02:51):
Malcolm Roach. He's always talking through throughout the game, before
the game, after the game, when he's at home, whenever.
He's always talking, just trying to get his hype. So,
I mean, he's definitely the guy that you know, whether
it's playing music before the game, we're just trying to
hype us up.

Speaker 8 (03:07):
He's always that guy we're talking to.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Nick Benita really having a great year as an edge
pass rusher for the Denver Broncos. A final question for me,
I mean, you were here last year obviously, so is
advanced Joseph Malcolm Roach is in an addition, John Franklin
Myers another edition. But but you know, the defense, it
calling games, it looks different to me, and it just

(03:29):
feels different from the booth.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
What what what couple of things sort.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Of stand out to you is maybe reasons why, or
maybe I've misstated that. Maybe it's it doesn't feel that
different at all.

Speaker 5 (03:41):
I definitely just think it's you know us, you know
a lot of the guys that were here last year
just being comfortable and knowing the system again coming back
into this year, just having that you know, that same language,
same coaches, stead having that familiarity and then obviously with
the new guys that are coming in and you know,
also helping out and in the way as well, Like
you said, JFM Roach, those guys just coming in just

(04:04):
you know, add into what we were already building last year.
So just that familiarity, I feel like, what's helping this
out a lot.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Last one for me, you have Bryce Young now with
the Carolina Panthers, who's going to be starting?

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Did it help at all knowing that early in the week?

Speaker 4 (04:18):
And again I heard France Joseph yesterday you sort of
talking about it in terms of the scheme is the
thing that you pay attention to, but the tendencies from
one quarterback to the other.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Did it help knowing early in the week that it
was going to be Bryce Young?

Speaker 5 (04:29):
One hundred percent. Especially with a guy like Bryce, like
number one pick. He's obviously has a lot of talent
and can make a lot of things happen, whether it's
with its legs or just you know, trying to throw
it down the field. We know what he's capable of,
and it definitely helped that. You know, we're able to
know early in the week so we can have a
good game plan for him.

Speaker 7 (04:47):
Nick, The last thing I have for you is that
every year when you go into training camp and you
go into the season, you go with a work plan
on to improve one area of your game and I'm
quite sure you had the exact same epiphany at some
point that this part of my game needs to improve.
What was that one thing that you really worked hard

(05:07):
in the offseason, training camp and up to this point
to really improve on your game.

Speaker 5 (05:12):
Yeah, definitely just helped me, like just being in the
weight room and just you know, getting stronger, just so
I can, you know, be able to play the run well. Definitely.
I want to be a guy that can always have
to be on the field, and I feel like that
was a big emphasis for me going to the offseason.
So just trying to get stronger, to put a little
more weight on and I can be able to play

(05:33):
on early downs and help the team. It was probably
my biggest emphasis for sure.

Speaker 6 (05:38):
Nick.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
Really appreciate the time. Best of luck on Sunday, Man,
thank you, good luck out there.

Speaker 5 (05:41):
Yes, sir, thank you guys.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Appreciate it and appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
Nick Bonito, that was big al Dave Logan, Ryan Edwards
interviewing Nick Benito earlier today. Funny the last answer there
where Nick Bonito says that he wanted to be a
contributor on early downs because he has been a bit
of a pass rush specialist, where Coop has kind of
been the guy, especially on early downs who can set
the edge in the run game, and Nick wants to
evolve his game to get those things.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
It's the non glory part of being a pass rusher.

Speaker 9 (06:08):
Well, for me, that is Nick Benito trying to speak
truth to power and speak to the coaches who pretty
much dictate who's going to start that he feels as
though he's going to be in every down or he
is an every down player, and he wants them to
know that, like he can make plays, positive plays on
early downs and get the opposing team and turn a

(06:30):
long situation.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Well, I look forward to continuing to see him doing that.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
The fellas also had a chance to catch up with
star corner Pat Certain coming back off that concussion.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Here's that interview as well. How you feeling, man, How
you feeling.

Speaker 6 (06:42):
I'm feeling good. Definitely had a better headspace now, obviously
had these two weeks to myself to be able to
go through protocol.

Speaker 10 (06:53):
And obviously get healthy during the time.

Speaker 6 (06:55):
That's the main thing about it, getting back healthy, getting
back right, so to be able to get out there
and perform at the end of the day. And I'm
glad to be able to get back out there on
the field. Very blessed to be, uh, you know, taking
advantage of the opportunity for sure.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
You know, I was thinking back in Alan I played
in the league, and it was it was a different
era for sure, and you take shots as a receiver,
and and you knew when it was the kind of
shot that you know was was one of those that,
as we used to say, cleared your head when you
went down in that game, did you know immediately like

(07:36):
something was was off for you?

Speaker 6 (07:41):
I knew at the time that obviously something wasn't right,
because you know, you don't really you can't really get
a necessary till pretty sure on what the symptom is.
But I hit my head pretty hard on the ground,
and watching back on it, I've seen to play in

(08:04):
my age, just sort of hit the ground to a
point where the impact caused the concussion to happen, so
and my momentum carried myself towards in my head that
way on the ground.

Speaker 10 (08:19):
So it's something that honestly I was able to be
like sit back and look back on and be thankful
for the training staff and everybody to come out down
the field and sort of see what's wrong and being
able to get.

Speaker 6 (08:37):
A good analysis on it and routed a concussion because
I've always go back out there. It could have probably
been worse at the end of the day. So yeah,
at the end of the day, I'm thankful that the
trainers were able to recognize what was going on and
gave me out of the game.

Speaker 4 (08:53):
Kind of like it was last week. We didn'tet a
chance to talk to you before the Saints game. But
just like last week, missing the top two wide receivers
the Carolina Panthers, without Deontay Johnson, without Adam Feeling, how
does that impact the way you guys prepare for what
the receivers and the responsibilities are gonna look like.

Speaker 6 (09:11):
Yeah, obviously it's a it's a I want to say
that I said a different focus, Bob see personnel change.
So obviously we don't know where players gonna be lined
up just I mean a lineup like this on film
yet two veteran receivers out there, So it's gonna be
a lot different than what we've seen on film. But

(09:33):
the main thing is we gotta know, we know and
prepare the right way at the end of the day,
and we're fully capable of knowing that, and uh, yeah,
I think we got a good game plan installed and
I'm ready to get after it, you know.

Speaker 7 (09:48):
Pat, You know, there was a time when when I
was playing in the league, we had the second most players,
uh in the NFL, and they were from the University
of Colorado.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Man.

Speaker 7 (10:01):
For you, Uh, it's got to be really cool. Almost
every week you see a guy from Alabama. Uh, and
you must remember times were playing with them and and
and how great that was at that bond and and
to see them every week or opponent every week, it's
got to be special. Were you and Bryce Young at

(10:21):
Alabama together?

Speaker 6 (10:24):
Yeah? Me and Bryce had a one year senior together.
It was a freshman me and my junior, so my
last year there. Uh yeah, uh we we had experience
for that one year and that year we won the Natty.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
So it's pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
But what what is that like? Man?

Speaker 7 (10:40):
Every week when you see those guys on on on
different teams when you are playing them, is it is it?

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Is it pretty cool?

Speaker 5 (10:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (10:48):
It is pretty cool to see like everybody's growth from
our collegiate days to where they at now. And it's
honestly very cool to see in the run the league,
a Lotabama guys out there playing at an elite level
and playing at a high level each and every week.
It's like every time I see something on the TV

(11:10):
regarding Alabama player making the plate, and uh, that just
goes to show you what we built out, you know,
the last few decades of Alabama football, the tradition, in
the history behind it, it means more than just extra
and those but you know that brotherhood is forever eternity brotherhood,

(11:35):
you know what I mean. So it's good to.

Speaker 10 (11:37):
See those guys bough at a high.

Speaker 6 (11:39):
Level, but also knowing the type of relationships we have
off the field is even better.

Speaker 4 (11:45):
Love that it is down time for the Children's Hospital
Colorado kid Caster question is presented by your Colorado Buick
GMC Dealers, Colorado Buick GMC pro supporters of the Children's
Hospital Colorado Foundation.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
This week's question is from Emma.

Speaker 6 (11:58):
Oh em that's a great question. Uh, my idol. Shoot,
I'll probably say my dad and my mom and John.
I just believe both aspects they've helped me get to
where I'm at now. You know, seeing them raise me,

(12:18):
seeing them get me game. You know, each and every
day from a young age and being able to try
to carry on the things that they taught me later
on in life. I'm very thankful for them. And yeah,
those two of my idols for sure.

Speaker 5 (12:32):
Man.

Speaker 6 (12:33):
Uh, my parents have formulated my success at the end
of the day. And uh they always keep me grounded, Uh,
keep me at a sharp level at the end of
the day. And I can't thank them enough. So those
two are my idols for sure.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
All right, well now I need to call my parents
after the show. Thank you for that.

Speaker 4 (12:52):
Pat appreciate the time as always, man, Best luck on Sunday.
Will chat with you next week. Good luck, Thank you
all appreciate it. I appreciate it. Such a good dude.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
Kerry Sports with the interview of patser Tan and he
seems in good spirits, like a guy ready to get
back out there on the field.

Speaker 8 (13:09):
Yeah, I mean after you had some time off. I'm
not gonna say much need to time off.

Speaker 9 (13:14):
After what took place with him in the Charges game,
he's I mean, you know, invigorating. You got a chance
to see his teammates finished the game against the Charges,
very disappointing.

Speaker 8 (13:25):
But then go out on Thursday night and perform well.

Speaker 9 (13:27):
And when you're a competitor and there's an expectations for you.

Speaker 8 (13:31):
You want to get back on out there on the field.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
Yeah, I think he's a he's a guy. I mean,
he's certainly that type of guy who.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
Has to be out there on the field, you know
what I mean, Like you have that mentality like like
my brothers are out there playing, what am I doing
sit back here at that house. Like you could hear
the lament in his voice when he talked about having
to observe he didn't travel, you know, just sitting there
watching the New Orleans game on TV.

Speaker 8 (13:52):
For me, it's the competitive spirit he has.

Speaker 9 (13:56):
It's similar to being around to bailing that capacity. You
know how good they are individually, but that competitive drive
seeing it every day in practice.

Speaker 8 (14:09):
Watching them work.

Speaker 9 (14:10):
And I'm sure PS two would never say this, but
I'm sure he watched those games and said to himself,
I would have made it play here or there. And
that's the thing that drives players crazy because you look
at games and you say, well, maybe I would have
been a game changer. And don't get me wrong, the
Broncos defense played well last Thursday, but to him, there

(14:35):
was more juiced to be to squeeze out of that
particular game, and he felt as though he could have
been a major factor, even maybe getting the offense started
faster by scoring points himself.

Speaker 8 (14:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
I mean it was funny because up until recently, Patzertann
was the only Bronco the first half touchdown because of
his pick six. He was the only player with the
first half touchdown.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
That was nuts. We had it break, we come back.
We had picked some games this weekend. Broncos Country Night
back up for this.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
Thanks to Kerwy Sports let us run their big video
pats are ten interviews. You guys can always find that
stuff at Kewicholarado dot com. Youve just any segment of
Broncos Country Tonight, you can find that at Broncos Countrynight
dot com, Slash podcast or rev each podcast, Apple, it Tunes, Spotify,
totally free and out of my Heart radio app. He
gets taken for Granted podcast, which has the Ken Solomon
episode out. Now, I believe I saw a notification on it.

(15:29):
Grant's nodding, I said, so I did see a notification.
I'm not insane. I have to double check myself because
I'm like, did I did I really see that? Or
did I I just think I saw that uh Ken
Solomon of course was Rocky the mascot of the Nuggets
for a long time. Got some great stories there. That
is already cued up for my drive home so I
can listen to it. Take for Granted podcast. We are
gonna pick some games for this weekend. You fellas ready,

(15:53):
Let's start with the Cardinals and Dolphins. This game, this
line has been moving all over the place. Line money
just came out on the Cardinals as I'm looking here.
Cardinals at Dolphins started off Cardinals plus six.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
Now they're getting plus four and a half.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
This is one where they're talking about two potentially coming back,
all that kind of stuff. The line has moved all
over the place. Fifty six percent of bets but only
forty six percent of money on the Cardinals right now.
For understarted forty eight and a half, down of forty six,
seventy three percent of bets fifty two percent of money
on the over in this That's a pretty big disparity
on the money line.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
This one is fascinating.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Sixty nine percent of tickets are on the Dolphins, sixty
five percent of bets are on the Cardinals in this one.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
These are two teams that are tough to figure out.
Don't know what the Dolphins are gonna look like with
Tua back the Cardinals. Some weeks they show up, some
weeks they don't.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
I'm gonna take Arizona even though they're going to the
East Coast for an early game.

Speaker 9 (16:47):
What's say you, gentlemen, Well, I say that I am
going to go with the triumphant return by Tua. Tongue
of Bloa, who say, you know what? Basically bet on me.
I'm a bet on myself. And this works well for
Tyreek Hill and Jay Luau, who have thrown under the
radar of the past couple of weeks because Tour has

(17:08):
been in the game.

Speaker 11 (17:08):
Yeah, Tyreek couldn't have been more excited with the announcement
of Tua's return.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Let's hope he stays healthy. I like the Dolphins in
this one as well.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
I guess I'll sit out there on a limb on
my own the Jets at the Patriots.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
I just want to started off with the Jets. Lay
in four and half has come all the way.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
Out to minus seven seventy six percent of bets eighty
nine percent of money on the Jets in this one
over understated the same at about forty one. Most of
the bets here seventy nine eight percent of the money
on the over. On the money line, everybody's on the
Jets ninety one percent of best, ninety two percent of money.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
I am also on the Jets at the Patriots.

Speaker 9 (17:39):
I'm gonna take the Jets as well, because when I
look at Drake may and granted they played against Jacksonville
last week and.

Speaker 8 (17:46):
He started to mount somewhat of a comeback.

Speaker 9 (17:48):
But the issue is the Patriots can't really do too
much well.

Speaker 8 (17:53):
They can't rather the ball, they can't throw the ball.

Speaker 9 (17:55):
So I'm gonna go with the Jets finally getting a
win and trying to rebuild that marriage between you know,
DeVante Adams and Aaron Rodgers, because let's be totally honest,
you just can't afford another loss.

Speaker 11 (18:09):
Yeah, if the Jets want to stay in the playoff
picture at all, they've got to win this game. I
will be interested to see how the Patriotry spawned after
we talked about it earlier this week, Drod Mayo go soft.
That'll be interesting. But I like the Jets in this one. Yeah,
I think we're all there as well.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Falcons at the Buccaneers. The Falcons started off this one.
Excuse me.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
The Bucks started off this one as one point favorites
and now they're two and a half point home underdogs
to the Atlanta Falcons. Sixty two percent of bets seventy
five percent of money on the Falcons in this one
over under started at forty four, it's up to forty
five and a half. Eighty percent of bets, seventy one
percent of money in the over all the money line,
fifty six percent of bets on the Falcons, seventy one
percent of money on the Falcons.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
It looks like a lot of people.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Are not feeling the Bucks at home with Mike Evans
and of course God went out.

Speaker 9 (18:53):
Well, how can you feel any of that, especially known
as though to a Baker, Mayfield's primitive weapons are not
going to be in the lineup, So of course you've
moved all your hips to Wars Kirk Cousins and the Falcons.

Speaker 8 (19:07):
And by the way, the Falcons got b John Robinson.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
They gotta get hit back in the end, Zione, Yeah,
and I think they will this week.

Speaker 8 (19:13):
I need those fantasy points very well.

Speaker 11 (19:15):
My fantasy team taking a hit with Chris Godwin going out.
They played a heck of a game earlier this year
when the Buccaneers had all their weapons. I think the
Falcons win this one again.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
This one's interesting me partially because Bucky Irving is a
little hurt too for the for the Tampa Bay Bucks,
so you're without your second probably your best running back,
which your number two back. Your leading receivers in this
one figured to be Startling Shepherd and Jalen McMillan.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Kate Otten figures to get a lot of work as well.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
I'm struggling to bet against the Bucks though Baker Mayfields
the NFL.

Speaker 8 (19:43):
What is there for you to struggle against Baker Mayfields?

Speaker 9 (19:46):
The NFL been passing such coach Herm saying it was
a fittestions guy named mandra who could throw it and
catch it best. On my check, Baker Mayfield.

Speaker 1 (19:55):
Is a managem I'm looking and his middle name is indeed,
no give me. I'm gonna take the Bucks in this one.

Speaker 8 (20:02):
I am.

Speaker 3 (20:02):
I'm gonna take the buckskins and pothons at all, just
to just to put one of you guys just crawl there.

Speaker 1 (20:08):
Titans at Lions.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
This one has the biggest spread of the week, not
the Broncos and the Panthers.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
The Titans are getting eleven and a half points in
this one, and still ninety one percent of bets, ninety
six percent of money on the Lions, laying eleven and
a half. The over under on this started forty seven
and a half. It's said forty four and a half, ninety.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
Five percent of bets, eighty nine percent of money on
the over on the money line, ninety eight percent of bets,
ninety six percent of money on the Lions in this one.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
The Lions aren't home. I am taking the Lions. I
don't need to give you anything else because the Titans stink.

Speaker 8 (20:40):
Well, he's the greatest part about it.

Speaker 9 (20:42):
I mean last week when the Lions faced the Minnesota Vikings,
I thought for sure the Vikings were going to just
kind of tear things apart. But you know what, Jarret
Golf is getting those MVP conversations and.

Speaker 8 (20:56):
That narrative is starting to fly around.

Speaker 9 (20:58):
So against the different Detroit Lions, it's just like being
going against the Lanta Falcas.

Speaker 8 (21:04):
It makes no sense.

Speaker 11 (21:05):
You could bet this line up to twenty points. In
my opinion, I'd still take the Lions. Lions are gonna
roll in this one.

Speaker 3 (21:12):
Yeah, they're starting Will Lews so this feels like this
feels like that makes it worse for the Titans somehow.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
Packers at the Jags.

Speaker 3 (21:20):
This game started off Packer one point favorite, now the
three and a half point favorites on the road, eighty
six percent above the tickets, but only sixty six percent
of the money.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
On the Packers in this one.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
They over under started forty six up to forty nine,
seventy percent of best, sixty nine percent of money on
the over. On the money line, everybody's on the Packers
ninety five percent of bets, ninety eight percent of money
on Green Bay.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
Man, this one's tough you going on the road like.

Speaker 8 (21:42):
That the Jags.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
I man, I don't think the Jags are very good.
I still struggling with this one. I'm gonna ahead and
take the Packers, but I'm gonna say that in the
back of my mind there's somebody saying, watch out. This
is one of those ones the Jag steal.

Speaker 9 (21:53):
See. I don't understand why you struggle with matchups like this,
where you look at where the Jags are just happened
to stay in London another week and guess what they
got a w against Drake May and the Patriots, Bravo, bravo.

Speaker 8 (22:06):
But you got John Love coming to town.

Speaker 9 (22:09):
I think maybe the struggle with you, Ben, because we
know historically you don't like love anything associated with it.

Speaker 8 (22:15):
So I'm not like you.

Speaker 9 (22:17):
I'm gonna take the Packers, and I'm gonna take the
Packers to win big.

Speaker 8 (22:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
I think I agree with Ben on this. This one's
scary to me for.

Speaker 11 (22:24):
The Packers, especially with the rate that Jordan Love has
been turning over the ball.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
But I still think the Packers win this game.

Speaker 8 (22:31):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
Sorry, I was just taking a moment to look at
the overall pickum standings where I.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Can't even to find you guys here. That's weird, okay,
Peddy Wey Coles. The Texans.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
This one's at four and a half, eighty percent of bets,
eighty four percent of money on the Texans MNUS five
over under started forty eight down to forty five, and
I have seventy eight percent of bets and sixty five
percent of bets on the over, ninety four percent of
tickets and ninety five percent of money on the money line.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
On the Texans. I love the tech since this one's
a fant that Richardson is starting. Give me Houston, bro.

Speaker 9 (23:03):
The way I look at this, I mean going back
to last week when the Texas played on the row
at Green Bay.

Speaker 6 (23:09):
C J.

Speaker 9 (23:09):
Stroud didn't do anything as far as the passing standpoint,
but he didn't really have to because he's just turned
around and handing the ball to Joe Mixon. That's gonna
be the same recipe for Senday's game against the Coats
came into Texans.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
Yeah, and I think c J.

Speaker 11 (23:20):
Stroud's going to bounce back in a big way this week.
He doesn't lose to the Colts. He's not going to
lose to him this week.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
Texans row looking at the Ravens and the Browns.

Speaker 3 (23:30):
Browns will be starting Jameis Winston in this game at
Homes started off Ravens minus one at the Ravens minus
eight and a half, eighty six percent of bets, eighty
one percent of money on the Ravens over under state
pretty stead. He started forty five and a half out
of forty four and a half all the eighty eight
percent of best, ninety percent of money in the over
or the money line, ninety eight percent of bets ninety nine.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Percent of money on the Ravens. This feels like a
trap game for me.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
This is a Nick Chubb is back, You're getting a
better quarterback and Jameis Winston out here.

Speaker 1 (23:54):
This one feels another one like it's like it might
be a little.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
Bit uh tricky. I like the Browns deathly to cover
that eight and a half winning outright, I just can't
quite click the button I'm going with the Ravens.

Speaker 9 (24:06):
See, I know why you quite can't quite do it,
because you know, you just had that vision of Jameis
Winston eating dog's and.

Speaker 8 (24:14):
That's not gonna work out this time because.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
It's gonna make me eat an all.

Speaker 4 (24:18):
Last.

Speaker 8 (24:19):
Okay, So Chub is.

Speaker 9 (24:20):
Coming back, and Shub is a prolific running back within
his own right, but he's just coming back. But Dereck
Henry has found a group, So how would you go
against that Baltimore Ravens defense Dereck Henry and lamar Jas is.

Speaker 1 (24:31):
One of those my favorite movies, How Henry got his
group back.

Speaker 8 (24:33):
Yes, it's to Baltimore Ravens for me.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
Baltimore Ravens for me too. Man, their offense is just
two darn good.

Speaker 3 (24:39):
We moved to the last game of the early slate,
Philadelphia Eagles at the Cincinnati Bengals started off plus three
out of plus two and a half.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Well, the Eagles are the underdog here on the road.

Speaker 3 (24:51):
Seventy one percent of bets though, eighty three percent of
money on Philly in this one over under state steady
of forty seven and a half the entire time, seventy
three percent of bets, sixty four percent.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Of money on the over.

Speaker 3 (24:59):
On the money line, fifty seven percent of bets are
on the Bengals, fifty six percent of money on the Bengals.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
I like the Eagles in this one.

Speaker 9 (25:07):
Yeah, Grat, I see the looker on your face. So
I'm sorry, No sky online Chilly here.

Speaker 5 (25:14):
Uh.

Speaker 8 (25:14):
The Bengals are gonna make it really interesting.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
But Philly.

Speaker 8 (25:19):
And AJ and Saquon this is too much power man,
Sorry for you.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
Come on, man, they don't have pound their groove. They're
back in at Joe Burrow.

Speaker 11 (25:29):
Fourteen touchdown passes to two interceptions, Jamar Chase and T Higgins,
rolling Bengals are.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
Gonna win this game at home.

Speaker 3 (25:35):
Grant, much like the man on his T shirt right there,
says this aggression will not stand there.

Speaker 5 (25:42):
Bills.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
He does the Bills? Think you on the Seahawks in Seattle?

Speaker 3 (25:47):
This one started off minus three still minus three bills,
sixty eight percent of bets, sixty nine percent of money
on the bills, minus three over under forty six, eighty
two percent of bets, sixty eight percent of money on
the over, on the money line, everybody's on the bills,
eighty five percent of bets, eighty five percent of.

Speaker 1 (25:59):
Money on buffalo.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
I think that this is one of those games the
Seahawks could sneak away with.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
I'm gonna go at the Bills here.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
Would not surprise me at all to see the Seahawks
take it to him at home, though.

Speaker 9 (26:09):
No DK metcalfe expected in this game, so that's the
weapon taken away from Gino Smith, who has been really
impressive up to this point. But it just seemed like
another week for Josh Allen and the Murray Coopers who
get reacquainted in.

Speaker 8 (26:23):
The end zone. So I'm gonna take the Bills.

Speaker 11 (26:26):
Yeah, if DK metcalf was playing in this game, I
think I would like the Seahawks. But talking about great
quarterback play, Josh Allen having the heck of a year,
no interception not far this year.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
I like the Bills on the road. I hope that
works up too. I do have Josh Allen as my
fantasy quarterback on every team that I have.

Speaker 3 (26:42):
Saints at the Chargers, the bakup, Saints limping to Los Angeles.
This one started off Chargers minus three. It's out the
Chargers minus seven.

Speaker 8 (26:50):
It's funny.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
This is pretty split on the betting though, fifty four
percent of bets on the Chargers, only forty five percent
of money on the Chargers, and this one over understarted
forty four out of forty one. All the bets on
the over on that eighty two percent of bets seventy
seven percent of.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
Money on the over.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
On the money line, everybody's on the Chargers ninety percent
of bets, seventy two percent of money. There's some sizeable
sharp bets on the Saints in this one for whatever reason,
but I'm on.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
The Chargers at home.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
Boo.

Speaker 8 (27:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (27:14):
This was very tough one for me because when I
look at both teams and the injuries, the Saints are happening,
but hey, they're getting healthy at the right time, and
the biggest thing for me is that.

Speaker 8 (27:25):
Their defense being a veteran team.

Speaker 9 (27:27):
They couldn't stop in those bleed last week against the
Denver Broncos, and now they're faced against JK.

Speaker 8 (27:31):
Dobbins. Give me the.

Speaker 1 (27:32):
Charges, yeah, Spencer Ratler are still starting.

Speaker 6 (27:35):
For the Saints.

Speaker 8 (27:36):
Yeah, give me the charge, sab I enough.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Probably the most fun game of the slates, certainly when
a lot of people are gonna be paying attention to
rookie QB one, rookie QB two bears at the Washington
Commanders and the Bearers are a road favorite in this one.
Minus three, sixty percent of bets on the Commanders, sixty
percent of money on the Commanders, hoping Jade Daniels will play.

(28:00):
He did practice a little bit today, has been banged
up over understarted forty four and a half out of
forty three, eighty three percent of bets on the over,
sixty five percent of money on the over, on the
money line, fifty eight percent of bets on Washington, fifty
nine percent of money on Washington or Jade Daniels plays,
make mine Washington.

Speaker 8 (28:15):
Well, see, I.

Speaker 9 (28:16):
Don't believe Jane Dane is going to play in this
game because Anna Peters, their GM knows that they drafted jayde.

Speaker 8 (28:22):
Daniels for a reason. He's used the future.

Speaker 9 (28:25):
What sacrifice him right now, this early in the season.
So I'm gonna go with Kayler Williams. And is this unfortunate,
this whole rivalry that the NFL built up first versus second,
We're not gonna see.

Speaker 8 (28:38):
I'm gonna go with Kayla Williams wants to gain any Bears.

Speaker 1 (28:40):
Yeah, I don't even think it matters if if Jade
Daniels plays or not. I think it helps them.

Speaker 11 (28:44):
But I think Marcus Mariotta stepped in last week and
did not miss a beat.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
They've got a culture building over there in Washington. I
like the Commanders who win this game. I do too.
Panthers at your Denver Broncos. We'll get back to that
one in a minute. Chiefs at Raiders. So it started
all five and a half.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
Now, the Chiefs are nine and a half point favorites
on the road, eighty three percent of bets on the
Chiefs only fifty seven percent of money at nine and
a half, though over under started forty seven, down to
forty one and a half, eighty six percent of bets,
eighty three percent of money on the over. On the
money line, everybody's on the chief ninety eight percent of bets,
ninety seven percent of money on Kansas City and this one.

Speaker 1 (29:18):
I like Kansas City on the road. That nine and
a half cover, even like that well, even.

Speaker 9 (29:24):
With the addition of DeAndre Hopkins, and that's gonna be
kind of a slow burn as he breaks it gets
up to speed as far as the Chief's Office is concerned.
I mean, you can't really count against the Chiefs to
this point because they've been winning with their defense and
all they need is a tear drop of offense. And
they're definitely gonna get that against the Raiders.

Speaker 1 (29:45):
Just a tear drop, Just a tear drop.

Speaker 8 (29:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (29:47):
And I put DeAndre Hopkins sliding him into my starting
lineup on my fantasy team this week because I think
he gets in the end zone. Andy Reid loves getting
those new guys a touchdown. Give me the Chiefs. Give
me the Chiefs by probably twenty.

Speaker 8 (29:58):
Meaning this twenty who thanks going out down to the lambo.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
Once you go all the way out there, I think
they figure out their offense this week.

Speaker 3 (30:05):
Cowboys at Niners. Niners three and a half point favorites
at home. Betting pretty split on that fifty two percent
of bets on the Cowboys, sixty one percent of money
on the Dallas Cowboys over under started forty seven, stayed
pretty much the same. Looks like forty seven and a
half juice to plus one hundred and seventy six percent
of bets, seventy percent of money.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
On the over, and this one on the money line. However,
for Mondy, he's on the Niners.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
Eighty eight percent of bets on the Niners, sixty two
percent of money on the Niners. Looks like there's some
sharp action here, a lot of sharp action on the Cowboys.
There's plus four minus three and a half number of kickers. Really,
what's killing people is, like I said, the betting is
actually tilted to the Cowboys on the spread, but on
the Niners it's unanimous on the money line.

Speaker 9 (30:43):
Well, I mean, these two teams have a history for sure,
but we look at Dallas. They're having their injuries and
they can't run the ball that well. Dak is still
trying to find a second and third receiver and they
can't really get after the quarterback.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
Man.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
Dude.

Speaker 8 (30:58):
They miss Dan Quinn and the forty nine has got
some injuries of their own.

Speaker 9 (31:02):
But I trust Kyles standinghan and being able to be
really creative with the guys you have, And is it
possible could see him see make the return this game.

Speaker 8 (31:11):
If he does, it would be great. Even if he
does it, I'm still going with the forty ninety.

Speaker 11 (31:15):
Yeah, Micah Parson's messing. I think his third straight game.
I like the Niners and that's one at home.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
Yeah. Same here, giants at the Steelers on the Monday
night game. Let Bruss cook And while.

Speaker 3 (31:29):
He's cooking out there, we're eating uncrustables back here in Denver.
I got the Steelers in this one, even at minus six,
eighty three percent of bets eighty five percent of money
on the Steelers over under started forty two and a half,
all the way down to thirty six and a half.
Whatever the opposite of fireworks are. That's what this game
is expecting from the betting side of things.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
Ninety percent of.

Speaker 3 (31:44):
Bets, fifty nine percent of money in the over on
the money line, and everyone on the Steelers ninety eight
percent of bets, ninety eight percent of money on the Steelers.

Speaker 9 (31:52):
I would put all my money on the Steelers, and
I don't really bet he goes when you look at
the Giants, look at Daniel Jones and how how ill
prepared he looked at times. Yeah, it's gonna be very ridiculous.
Some goal with Russ Emma Steelers.

Speaker 1 (32:05):
Let Russ cook baby Steelers win again. Panthers Broncos. I'll
watch that on the other side, us in the Broncos country. Night.
