(01:03):
thing that I always like to do is I would
like to get the new guys in here, give them
a little chance it will be rolled down, and do
a segment of the role.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
So I challenge Zac to come up with a segment last.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Night and without further ado, mister Segers, you may take
it away.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Yeah, I thought, you know, in the Halloween spirit, let's
do some Broncos trick or treat. I'm gonna throw a
series of Broncos situations at you. You tell me if
you know this is gonna be a sweet treat for
the fan base or a trick being played on us.
First one here, Broncos have a sixty two point five
percent chance to make the playoffs according to DVOA and

(01:34):
a bunch of other simulation models. That's sixth best in
the AFC right now, ahead of teams like the Chargers, Bengals,
et cetera. Do you think these Broncos having great chances
at the playoffs?

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Is that a trick or a treat. I'm gonna rate
that three wet blankets and that's going to be a trick.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
I think that's tough. I think the next three games
are a very tough stretch for the Broncos. I think
you'll be back under five hundred at that point. The
key here is the Baltimore game. If you managed to
catch a team that's got a hobble of more Jackson,
you get a win there that could change everything. But
right now I find that a little bit unlikely. So
I think it's going to wind up being a bit
of a trick on the fan base. But there's nothing

(02:11):
wrong with being competitive down the stretch. Certainly, hope and
optimism are things that this team could use. Certainly, I mean.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
The path or the path also gets easier. You know,
there's the three games that everyone's circling that's really hard.
But you also have the Colts, the Browns, another game
against the Raiders. You have that Week eighteen game against
the Chiefs, which you bask right now the kids.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
They Chiefs are terrible football team.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Well, but it should be a preseason game basically, unless
something crazy happens with them. So I think you should
be able to write the ship even if these next.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Three games go pretty rough for them.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
All right, next one here for you the Denver Broncos
defense is allowing the fewest yards per play of any
NFL team since twenty fifteens No Flies On. The actually
are tying twenty fifteens No Flies On in the twenty
thirteen legion of Boom in terms of f us yards
per play in this current CBA era. Is this historic

(03:06):
defensive dominance in spite of them playing the sixth easiest
schedules schedule of offenses.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Is that a trick or a treat? A little bit
of both. I believe that the defense is quite good.
I don't know if they're going to finish at the
end of the season number one in those in that category,
but they certainly are gonna finish top five in that.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
So I'm gonna say it's not a trick.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
But they have had the benefit of getting to play
the Spencer Rattlers and the Bryce Youngs of the world,
so I'm not exactly going to label it as a treat.
Maybe this is like it's getting candy corn. Technically it's candy,
but you try to pot it off on your other sibling.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
I like that. That's good. Bo Nix has improved accuracy.
He's been bottom five all season in terms of CPOE
completion percentage over expectation. Last week top three in CPOE,
just dramatically more accurate, better footwork.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Is that a trick or is.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
That a trick brought on by the Carolina defense or
is it a treat?

Speaker 1 (04:07):
I think it's a little bit of both.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Bo has been improving week to week, so certainly that's,
you know, watching him improve and watching him get better.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
I think that's a treat.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
I don't think that he's going to be number one
every week, so I think that's a bit of a trick.
But I do believe that he has passed the first
few games of it being too fast forward. There's still
there's still elements where he's a bit nervous and needs
to settle down. There are still things he needs to
improve this game, his footwork is based and all that
kind of stuff. But I'll call it a treat because
I do believe that Bonex is going to continue to

(04:36):
improve throughout the season.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Wow, what blanket Albright turning over a new leaf here?
Love to see it. My blanket was thrown in the dryer,
Lamar Jackson.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
We know he's missed these back to back practices with
growing problems as you've been reporting reported by the team.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
I think is back knee problems.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Is his lack of availability or maybe him coming into
this game a little wounded. Is that a trick being
played on the Broncos or a treat that might make
this game a lot more winnable.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
I think that he's going to play, and I do
believe that he's going to be, you know, a go,
and they've got all kinds of ways to numb you know,
a lot of that kind of stop. My question is
how much is are they going to utilize his legs
in this game because you've got such a quick turnaround
on Thursday night against Grant Smith Bengals. So I think
for me, again, I hate to keep splitting it here,

(05:24):
but I would say that it's a trick in the
sense that he's going to play.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
If he can play, he's going to play.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
But it's a treat in the sense that it kind
of sort of maybe positions itself as not having to
face a full three D, three dimensional Lamar Jackson and
maybe getting the cardboard cutout copy here if he's forced
to sort of stay in the pocket and throw the football.

Speaker 3 (05:50):
I love it, and Broncos country is getting pretty excited,
you know, at the playoffs, potentially wanting to see their
team buy at the deadline. You've also been throwing out
Baron Browning, Greg Dolcich when Sun got mentioned this week
is a name to potentially watch Broncos country fans that
are wanting to see this team active at the trade deadline?

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Are they in for a trick or a treat? I
I mean, it depends on what you want. I don't
believe this team is movie Courtland Sutton. As a matter
of fact, that report came from a very very dubious source,
the same person who made up rumors that they were
trading pats Er Tan back in the draft, from some
some webs of sports Wikipedia y.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Or whatever they hell the websites called.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
I don't even know it is some Yeah, that the
sourcing on that is is maloney. As far as them
being sellers, I mean, I would suggest that Baron Browning
and Greg delstics are very much in play if if
teams want to come get them.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
That doesn't necessarily mean the Broncos are just gonna give
them a way.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
I mean, Greg Delsticks could probably hit be had for
him sandwich, But Baron Browning you know that they're content
to keep him on the rotation the rest of the year,
let him walk, you know, at the end of the
year if need be, and you know, who knows, if
he's not as productive as for instance, John, maybe able
to get him back cheaper than expected.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Although I do know that Baron is.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Seeking Premiere edge rusher money and hasn't really had that
productivity right now. I don't know that they're necessarily going
to be buyers. I think if the right pass catcher
at the right price were there. But a lot of
the things that are suggested out there are are fallacies.
David jok who's not even up for trade, either's t Higgins.

(07:23):
So those two scenarios which have been mentioned in Broncos
Country don't really make a lot of sense to me
because those two teams are not trading them.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
I wishful thinking versus reporting.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
You know, I do believe the Ravens would be amenable
to moving one of their tight ends potentially, but it
would cost you probably a little more.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
And you want to pay.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Kyle Pitts was getting shopped by Atlanta, but they seem
to have sort of pulled him off the market as
he has been an absolute monster, a stud the last
few weeks.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
So I'm going to again another mixed bag.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
I would say, if you want the Broncos to move
on from a couple of players, there probably is the
scenario which that happens if you want there to be buyers.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
Less so, but I still think it could happen. All Right,
that's pretty solid there. And then you kind of alluded
to the situation going on at Edge. Nick Benito experiencing
a career year, you know, just tied the von Miller record.
John Cooper also experiencing a career year, just racking up
the sacks, racking up the pressures. They both look great.
Is Benito and Cooper? That Benito and Cooper pairing looking

(08:19):
like the future for the Denver Broncos at Edge Rusher
a trick or a tree.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
Well, I would say, I think you're forgetting Jonah Ellis
in that mix. I think they view Benito and Ellis
as the premier pass rush portion of it, with Cooper
being able to fit into the rotation do some do
pass rushing and be able to set the edge in
the run game. Benito has has stepped his game up
and he looks like he's going to be the other guy.

(08:44):
The question is, you know, is Cooper going to be
Are you gonna pay John Cooper and make him the
guy on the other side?

Speaker 1 (08:50):
And then Ellis you know, kind of hits the rotation as.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
The Shack Barrett as it were, to the DeMarcus Ware
and von Miller of the other two. And I realized
him invoking some names that were premiere pass rushers. But
you get the idea in terms of the rotation there.
So I think those three are probably the rotation.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Going forward that would make a lot of sense. Something
that's been surprising for me with Beno. He's playing seventy
percent of the run snaps since Browning returned from injury,
which he's learned.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
How to set the edge and that's been a big thing.
Benito was a pass rush specialist when he got here.
He's a complete linebacker now.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
And that's what they need, especially if they're going to
give him an extension next top season or the one
after that.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
Alex forsythe these last few weeks.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
Has brought some stability to the center position.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
After it was a real hurdle with Luke Wattenberg in.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
There is that new found stability at the center position
with Alex fortscythe a trick or a tree.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
I believe it's a tree.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
I was always dubious of the functional strength of Luke Wattenberg.
I called him fetch because he felt like they were
just trying to make that happen and it wasn't working.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
And yeah, that's a mean girl's reference for you. I
don't like Muguattenberg. What's that? Sorry, I was saying, I'm
not that young. I know, mean girl, let's go on.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
I like Luke Wattenburg, don't get me wrong, but I
felt like that forsyth is the better player, a stronger
player at the point of attack. Uh, and a person
that you need in there because bow knicks can't have
you coming through the a gaps. It moves him off
his game. He gets off his base and that's where
he's ugly looking.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
You know.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Throws come from when he gets moved off his spot.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
He is a mobile guy, but he's to be set
to throw the ball as good throwing on the run.
When he's running, he's good to run the ball, but
he's not as good throwing on the run. And so
I believe forsyth Is is the better fit. I believe
he's stronger at the point of attack, and I believe
that's a treat.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Music to my ears kind of tying in there, the
importance of the importance of the offensive line, the a
gap and whatnot.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Quinn miners having maybe.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
The worst year of his career, at least the worst
since the butcher Berry was around.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Locker after yeah, no kidding.

Speaker 3 (10:52):
After signing that massive extension this offseason.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
When Denver, when Broncos Country looks.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Back on that extension in a year or two, rather,
are they going to be looking at a trick or
a treat.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Fatherly a retreat.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Quinn is a great player, but I do think there
is a tendency to relax once you get that first
especially big money. Once you get first big money in
the NFL, there is sort of a tendency for players
to have sort of I don't want to say a
down year, but they sort of relax because that you know,
it's just like somebody that's you know, you know, motivation, right,
but you feed them and they're a lot less motivated.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
They're they're you know, fat and happy. Right.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
That's to say, I don't want to invoke that because
of the position that Quinn plays in the belly thing,
But you get the idea is there's there's sort of
a contentment that comes with getting that sort of stuff,
and maybe you're not as hungry as he used to be,
and you've got to kind of rediscover that. We've seen
it time and time again. Players get paid, the production
comes down a little in that it sort of rebounds.
I believe Quinn minus will be fine. I believe you'll
you'll see him back to his and I think he
knows it. But I think there's sort of a tendency

(11:45):
to get like that, whether you you intend to or not.
And I think that I think it'd be fine going forward.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
Love Dear, They definitely need him. Adam Troutman had a
crazy game this past Sunday, recorded twenty six percent of
his total production in Orange and Blue.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
In that last game.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
Is Adam Trubman coming out of nowhere bringing some production,
some actual usefulness to the tight end position this past week?
Is that a trick or a treat that might stick
around for a few weeks.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Well, Adam Trumptman's going to be here, but I don't
know that the production will be blessed. His heart watching
him run after that catch where he was going as
fast as he possibly could and it looked like he
was running in slow motion underwater. It was something we
were joking about that last night with Steve Attwater and
Nick Ferguson where they were like, could you have caught
him as Oh, I absolutely caught him. Now I would

(12:37):
have tackled him, But I absolutely would have caught Adam
Trumpan on that play. You know, blessed his heart and finally,
what a good game and if the tight end room
as a whole, the production that they got in that game.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
But I don't think that.

Speaker 2 (12:48):
I think if you were counting on Adam Trumpman to
put up those kind of numbers every week, you're probably
in for a lot of disappointment.

Speaker 3 (12:54):
Yeah, he's averaging, but prior to that game averaging not
even ten receiving yards per game. He's averaging nine point eight.
I believe when I ran the numbers on it just
absolutely ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Justins or not.

Speaker 3 (13:04):
Maybe the most pleasant surprise of this Denver broncos he's
at least one of them for me.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
Comes out of nowhere.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
Off the practice quite has been you know, a key
part of replacing Alex Singleton has played really really good football.
In my opinions, he's going to get paid this upcoming offseason,
or at least it seems. Is his sudden arrival at
linebacker for the Denver Broncos a trick.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
We're a treat. I think it's a treat.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
I think that you know, a lot of times guys
can languish behind someone even though they're a good player
for a variety of reasons. For Surnad, there's been multiple injuries,
and you know, it's just situations where he was behind
other people, whether that was Josie Jewel or Alex Singleton,
Cody Barton, whatever, he just didn't have the opportunity to
make his mark, and then when he got that opportunity's

(13:49):
taken full advantage of it. So I think it's a treat.
I think he's a good player who was underrated because
he just wasn't getting in the rotation, and now that
he's there, he's showing he's capable of doing it.

Speaker 1 (13:59):
It reminds me of a young Nick.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
Ferguson, a guy who wasn't given his opportunities until he
was and then showed he belonged.

Speaker 3 (14:06):
That's a great comp for the whole uh E F
out story love it?

Speaker 1 (14:10):
Uh? Where's my next twenty here?

Speaker 4 (14:12):
Sorry?

Speaker 3 (14:13):
Uh for wide receivers, excuse me, they've been so impressive
this year uh Uh or mixed reviews.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
I guess that's probably the right way to put it.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
There's there's been some high highs, uh, some low lows.
You know, Troy Franklin seeing a lot of production Devon
Valley or at least a lot of snaps Devon Valet
seeing a lot of production.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (14:32):
Is that new youth movement in this Denver Bronco's receiving corps?

Speaker 1 (14:36):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (14:36):
A product? Or is that a trick or retreat? Well,
it's the way it's gonna go.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
You know.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
I warned when Sean Pate was hired that the way
that this roster was constructed was going to be changing
quite a bit. Sean Payton usually has one receiver that
he pays, and the rest of him are pretty uh,
pretty cost effective. That's where they save the money. They
pay a lot on the offensive line. They'll pay running backs,
mid tier salaries, they'll pay a quarterback, but they as
far as receivers go, they generally pay one guy and the
rest of the murcata on first year deals.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
I imagine that's the way it's going to be.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
I like what we've seen out of la Franklin has
a long way to go in my opinion. To me,
he's getting a lot of snaps, but got to learn
to catch a football, you know. I mean, we saw
this out of camp where he struggled to beat the jam,
he struggled to catch the ball he was dropping. He
dropped one of the court I think it is Jared
Stidam pass perfect ball into the corner of the end
zone forty yards.

Speaker 1 (15:24):
He just dropped it, you know. And we've seen that
now in a couple of games.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
So I will say that the movement as a whole
is happening. So treat the production needs to catch up
with that for guys like Franklin.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
Love to hear it.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
And then last one for you here Zach Allen having
this borderline defensive Player of the Year season. He was
a very very good player before, but you know, out
of know where it looks like an All Pro, one
of the best players in the league at his position.
Is this newfound development him taking the leap a trick
or a treat.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Well, I always been a good player, I think vance
Joseph identified the talent in him and brought him over
specifically because of that matter of fact, that decision to
bring him over in hey him was helua paying Draymont
Jones here as well. So I think that Zach Allen
is simply on the trajectory that he's been on the entire time.
I think he's been on heralded because of the nature
of the position that he plays. But he does a

(16:14):
very good job. I've always been a huge Zach Allen fan.
I think you only like him because you share a name,
but you know, it's whatever. That's the only reason Grassmith
likes Grant Hill, So it's you know, it's whatever, and
explains my love for bet Afflex Batman. But I think
that at the end of the day, Zach Allen is
a treat and it will be a treat four years
to come.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
Perfect. Well, thank you very much. I thank you very much, Zach.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
That's Zach Seegers, our new associate producer board Op And
like I said, get your chance to get some some
b world take ownership of a segment. Here we come back,
We're gonna go around and do a little pick em action,
So get your get your picking hats on there, guys,
we're gonna pick these games this weekend.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Brockos Coutry Night rolls on it for this.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
Normally we do the NFL six back here, but we're
gonna do a little bit of a NFL pick them run.

Speaker 1 (16:58):
Down the slate. Grant's got to look at that.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
He's got the hype background music already.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
I'm ready. Are you ready? I love well?

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Since you're ready, let's start off with your Cincinnati Bengals
Raiders taking on the Bengals.

Speaker 1 (17:09):
Line hasn't moved a lick. Bengals minus seven in this one.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Sixty seven percent of bets, sixty six percent of money
on the Bengals over unders gone up one point, started
forty five out the forty six forty six and a
half the Bengal Where you're looking, seventy eight percent of bets,
ninety one percent of money on the over in this one.
The money line, everybody's on the Bengals ninety seven percent
of bets, ninety four percent of money. I like Cincinnati
to win. I like Cincinnati to cover in this one
OO day. They're definitely gonna cover.

Speaker 5 (17:34):
I can't believe they lost last week against the Eagles.
Thought they were gonna win that one. Joe Burrows looking great.
We got to get some stops on defense. Let's go Bengals.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Yeah, Bengals are playing great football right now. The Antonio
Piercera is in utter disarray in Las Vegas.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
I think they're melting down at Bengals win and cover.
Never hire.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
The interim Patriots on the road against the Tennessee Titans.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
This one started off Pats plus three.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
Now it's pass plus three and a half six of bets,
sixty four percent of money on the Patriots. And this
one over understarted forty one all the way down to
thirty eight bet sixty three percent of money though on
the over at thirty eight, uh, thirty percent of moneys
on the under on that, that's that buggles my mind.
On the money line, fifty nine bets on the Titans
on the money line here, but sixty percent of money

(18:20):
on the Patriots here. The Titans have already kind of
been in fire sale mode, moving on from certain players
as they realized that their summer load up was not
exactly what they were anticipating.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
Here.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
I kind of like the Titans at home in this one.
Drake May little banged up, give me Tennessee on the
money line.

Speaker 1 (18:36):
I'm not bothering with the spread.

Speaker 5 (18:38):
Yeah, this is in the matchup of who cares at
all about this game other than Patriots fans.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
I'm not even sure who's announcing this game on television.

Speaker 1 (18:48):
To say it's the Jason mccordy specialist.

Speaker 5 (18:51):
We own the paper the Broncos used to get. I
don't know who's going to win this game. I like
the under just like most of the public, but I'll
take the Titans.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
I'm rolling with the Patriots here. I think Drake May
has shown some really nice things. I think to talk
about coaching staff's in disarray. I think Brian Callahan's looking
like a one undone deal.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
I think he'll get another year either way.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
But they loaded up this year thinking, you know, we'll
surround Will Levis and see what happens.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
And it has not happened. Saints at the Panthers.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
This game started off Saints minus one, is all the
way out to Saints minus seven. Biggest line move of
the week fifty four percent bets sixty eight percent of
money on the Saints here over under started forty and
a half up to forty three and a half seventy
six percent of bets, but only forty six percent of
money on the over here, sharp action on the under
in that one. On the money line, everybody's on the
Saints eighty two percent of best seventy seven percent of
money on the Saints. I do like the Saints, and

(19:40):
this we're supposed to get Derek Carr back. Not messing
with the spread on this one until I see how
the Saints' offense starts to work with him back.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
But I am taking the Saints out right. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
The Panthers are just a tire fire of an organization too.
Right now, I just give me the Saints. I think
they roll. They seem to be taking their foot off
the gas, so I wouldn't be surprised if they let
this one.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
But the Panthers are terrible that anyone should beat them.

Speaker 5 (20:03):
No, I think the Saints win this game. They can't
be the bottom of the NFC South. With how bad
the Panthers are. With Derek Carr back, I think their
offense is going to look a lot better.

Speaker 1 (20:11):
Give me the Saints. Cowboys at Falcons.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
Falcons were plus one to start minus three. Now Cowboys
have fifty seven percent of bets and sixty five percent
of money on them, though at plus three over under
started forty eight out to fifty one and a half,
seventy five percent of bets, eighty four percent of money
on the over. On the money line, everybody's on the Falcons,
seventy four percent of bets, seventy eight percent.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Of money on the Falcons. I like the Falcons in
the Sweet at Home.

Speaker 3 (20:37):
Yeah, I love the Falcons in this one Cowboys. I
just that defense is problematic. It was bad before dan
Quinn got there, and now it's bad after dan Quinn
got there. This Falcons offense is going to roll over him.

Speaker 5 (20:47):
Yeah, and this is a game that the Cowboys have
to win if they want to salvage their season. But
I just don't see it happening. Man, give me the
Falcons at Home. Yeah, their defense is terrible. How dare
you besmirch the name of dan Quinn, Sir? I compliment
it was bad before they got there, oh bad? And
after he got there? Okay, I think you're saying it
was bad while he was there.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
He was saying that during the day and Quinn era,
I got it that all the other time.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
We just don't besmirched the name of dan Quid on
this show.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Dolphans at their riffles, Dolphins at the Bills.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
This was started Dolphins plus three, It's out, Dolphins five
plus five point five, seventy one percent of bets, eighty
three percent of money on the bills, mighty six over
unders started fifty one down to forty nine, seventy eight
percent of bets, ninety four percent of.

Speaker 1 (21:29):
Money on the over.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
In this sort of the money line, everyone's on the bills,
ninety two percent of bets, ninety one percent of money
on the bills.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
I like Buffalo in this one, even with Tua back.

Speaker 3 (21:38):
Yeah, he went out in that Buffalo Miami game the
first time around, and it's easy to forget about now.
Buffalo was crushing Miami when he went out of that game,
and that was the one down in Miami.

Speaker 1 (21:49):
So I give me, give me the Bills here.

Speaker 5 (21:51):
Not so fast, my friends, to a revenge game. He's
going to be sliding all over the field when he
runs the ball.

Speaker 1 (21:59):
Did you hear the crowd cheer for him last week
when he slid? Yes?

Speaker 5 (22:02):
I hope that hoping the best are two A. Hoping
he stays healthy, and I like them to get a
big divisional win on the road this weekend.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
Chargers at the Browns.

Speaker 2 (22:12):
A Chargers start off plus three and a half, now
they are minus one and a half. But the money's
all over here on the Browns. Sixty two percent of bets,
sixty six percent of money on Cleveland plus one and
a half over under started forty three and a half,
down through forty one and.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
A half, ninety two percent of bets, eighty percent of
money on the over.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
On the money line, sixty seven percent of bets on
the Chargers, but only fifty four percent of money it
appears with the sharp baction is all on the Browns.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
At home here, which I agree with with Jamison there.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
It's just is mind blowing to me. I feel like
the Browns can't keep getting away with this. I feel
like Jesse pink Mett. How how do they keep bringing
out these also ram quarterbacks and never losing a game?
Give me the Chargers, They're the better team.

Speaker 5 (22:50):
No, Jameis Winston gonna be eating them Dubs once again
this weekend. Resurgence of the Cleveland Browns. Anybody butt Deshaun
Watson plays well for them recently. I like the Browns
at home and mostly because it's going to help out
our Broncos when the Chargers lose again.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
You're hoping go break their bad tendencies and find a
way to win. Commanders at the Giants. This would start
off Commanders plus one and a half. Now it's minus
three and a half, eighty eight percent of bets, ninety
two percent of money on the Commanders minus three and
a half over under forty two out to forty four,
eighty three percent of bets, seventy eight percent of money
on the over, on the money line, ninety five percent
of bets, ninety percent of money on the Commanders.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
Give me the Commanders in a route.

Speaker 3 (23:27):
Yeah, this Giants team is scoring fewer points per game
than the Joe Judge Jason Garrett era Giants.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Give me, Yeah, give me the Commanders. Yeah, Commanders, just
keep on rolling. Man.

Speaker 5 (23:39):
I knew that things were going to turn around there.
I did not think it was going to happen this fast.
But man, going to seven and two on the year,
Go Commanders.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
We don't disperse the name of dan Quid on this show.

Speaker 2 (23:51):
Coach Logano garrendabs hey, he does Bears at the Cardinals.
Cardinals tough team to figure out this year. Whatever I pick,
it always goes the opposite way. Cardinals started off plus
one and a half. Now there minus one, fifty three
percent of bets, seventy percent of money on the Bears
on the road on this one, over under started forty
six and a half, down to forty four and a half,
eighty five percent of bets, the seventy six percent of
money on the over on the money line, fifty three

(24:13):
percent of bets on the Bears, but sixty six percent
of money. Looks like a lot of sharp action on
the Bears in this one. I, however, I'm taking the
Cardinals because whatever I pick with the Cardinals it goes
the opposite direction.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
Is that I'm going to go to the opposite direction. I'm
taking the Bears.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
I think that defense is, you know, up there with
the Broncos among the best in the league, and Kiler
william should bounce back against the bad defense.

Speaker 5 (24:33):
I think no, I think that. I think the Cardinals
win this one at home. I think Caleb Williams is
going to have a tough week, and I think Kyler
Murray's got his call of duty.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
Playing time in black. Op six is out.

Speaker 5 (24:43):
It is out, and he looked good last week on
at three lease week, so I've got even more faith
in him this week Cardinals.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
So I got to check and make sure it's not
out a double XP weekend. But I'm right out there
with you on that one.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
Grat guys, Jags at the Eagles. This one started off
Eagles minus three and a half out to Eagles. Might
have seven and a half, seventy five percent of bets,
seventy three percent of money on the Eagles in this
over understarted forty seven drop the forty five and a half,
eighty four percent of bets, eighty one percent of money
on the over. On the money line, everyone and their
mother are on the Eagles, ninety eight percent of bets,
ninety nine percent of money on Philly.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
I like Philly to win, I like Philly to cover.
I like Philly to get Doug Peterson fired.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
Ooh, I think that could happen, Nick Sirianni. Ever since
he got on the real hot seat, yelling at fans
and whatnot, this Eagles team has.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
Been red hot.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
They seem to be looking like the twenty twenty two Eagles.
Give me the Eagles.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (25:30):
If they look quite as dominant as the twenty twenty
two version of their team, but they are finding ways
to win games.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
And how bittersweet would it.

Speaker 5 (25:38):
Be if the Eagles crushed the Jaguars this weekend and
Doug Peterson loses his job. I think you're right. I
think that may happen. Eagles were all big time in
this one. Puts Doug p out of his misery. Rams
at the Seahawks. This one started off Seahawks plus one
and a half. It's plus one.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Now you can find some Rams minus point five, couple
of places if you want to. Sixty three percent of
bets fifty nine percent of money on the Rams as
the visitor over runners only gone up a point. Started
off forty six and a half out the forty seven
and a half, seventy percent of bets, fifty five percent
of money though on the over on the money line,
sixty eight percent of bets, eighty nine percent of money.

Speaker 1 (26:11):
On the Rams.

Speaker 2 (26:12):
Sharp action on the Rams, sharp action on the under.
In this one, I like the Rams on the road.
What say you give me? Give me the Seahawks. I
think these are two very similar teams offense. First, you
know it is some holes on the line, some holes.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
On the defense. They give me the Seattle own field advantage.

Speaker 5 (26:28):
Yeah, these two, these two teams are hard to figure out.
But with Poka Nakua and Cooper cut back with the
Rams and it looks like they're not moving anyone. Sean
McVay wants to keep this team together. I think the
Rams find a way to win in Seattle on the.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
Road, Lions at Packers. Let's want to start off.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
Lions plus one point five is now Lions minus two
and a half. Sixty seven percent of bets, fifty two
percent of money on the Lions over under started forty
nine to forty eight and a half, now eighty four
percent of bets, ninety seven percent of money in the over.
Everybody expecting fireworks here on the money line, eighty five
percent of bets on the Lions, sixty eight percent of
money on the Lions.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
Kind of like the Packers at home.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
This will be the first game this season Jared Goff
played outside a dome.

Speaker 1 (27:08):
That's good, race act, I did.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
Not know that that's a good In spite of that,
I don't like an undomed Jared Goff, but I like
a beat up Jordan Love even less.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
I think this Lion's team looks excellent. Give me the
Lions in this one. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (27:21):
Man, the secondary for the Lions just turning the ball
over at a crazy rate. They got two guys that
are in the running for Defensive Player.

Speaker 1 (27:27):
Of the Year.

Speaker 5 (27:28):
In my opinion, I like the Lions on the road
and they just assert that they are the top team
in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
I'm I'm here for it. We'll see what happens on
that one. Would love to see a couple of touchdowns
from Jordan Love though, so.

Speaker 5 (27:39):
The first time I've got for Jordan Love and something
so starting to believe in love.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
I need to get Nick Ferguson on the fight.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
I do not believe in love.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
In love after Love. It's a Halloween trick.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
The Colts at the Vikings Sunday Night football. Joey Buttaflacco
going to be taking on Sam Darnold in the Minnesota Vikings.
This one start off Colts plus one out, the Colts
plus five and a half, seventy percent of bets, eighty
two percent of money on the Vikings in this one
over under hasn't moved eighty two percent of bets. Probably
sixty one percent of money on the over in this one,
and then on the money line, everybody's on the Vikings

(28:11):
ninety six percent of bets, ninety three percent of money
on Minnesota. I do like Joe Flacco to improve the Colts. However,
I still think the Vikings are the better football team.
Minnesota wins at home on Sunday Night football.

Speaker 3 (28:22):
Yeah, the Vikings are a powerhouse and the Colts are
a deeply flawed team. I mean we're a bad pass rush,
they're struggling on offense. Even with Joe Flacco. They're better
with Flaco.

Speaker 5 (28:31):
BET's still gonna list when the Vikings have lost two
in a row right after they're five and oh start,
I believe so you Yeah, they don't lose this one.
Vikings at home, they get back to their dominant ways.
I'd love to see Sam Darnold have a big game,
and I.

Speaker 1 (28:44):
Love Joe Flacco.

Speaker 5 (28:45):
Loved them with the Browns last year, but I don't
think they find a way to win this one.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
We're going to rematch in the Super Bowl.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
A couple of years ago, Bucks taking on the Chiefs
on Monday Night Football. Baker Mayfield and the Bucks out
to plus nine. At this point, fifty two percent of
bets fifty three percent of money. Only the Bucks on
the road there over under started forty seven, dropped forty
five and a half eighty seven percent of bets, ninety
four percent of money on the over, on the money
line ninety one percent of bets, sixty four percent of money.
Though on the chief sharp action on the Bucks here,

(29:12):
I like the Bucks to cover the plus nine.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
I like Kansas City to win. Yeah, agree.

Speaker 3 (29:16):
I don't think you can trust Kansas City to blow
anyone out or win a game confidently right now, So
definitely would take them to cover. That said, I don't
think the Bucks down all those offensive weapons are gonna
have enough.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
Yeah, Mike Evans still out right.

Speaker 5 (29:29):
Evans and Godwin both out and as Bucky Irving now is,
he loves, He's questionable, but he will play. I like
the Bucks to cover, But man, Chiefs are going to
win and be eight to zero when we play him,
and I think that actually is a better thing for
us than the Bucks losing this week.

Speaker 1 (29:44):
I would rather have a comfy Chiefs team that I'm
motivated will come off to you.

Speaker 5 (29:47):
I'm more nervous about the Ravens game this week after
they lost last week, so I think the chiefs.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
Went at home, and finally the Broncos taking on the
Ravens right here on Kawa Sunday morning. Dave Logan, Rick Lewis,
Susie Warden with the call will open things up. I
believe seven a m with gambling and fantasy shows as
we are wont to do.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
I will be here.

Speaker 5 (30:10):
That's me groaning and having to be in at seven eight. Hey,
Zach Segers will be there right with you.

Speaker 1 (30:13):
Well, yeah, well we'll step together. Welcome to the jong.
I'll see you guys at nine am.

Speaker 2 (30:17):
Yeah, you'll get to sleep in properly. Work on that
musty mustache coming in at nine eight.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
You know, hey, it's getting thick man. That is Broncos
taking on the Ravens.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
This one opened up at ten and a half, the
Broncos getting ten and a half. The Broncos already down
to getting eight, and that continues to climb by watching
money pour in on the Broncos right now at that
plus eight number, fifty six percent of bets, sixty percent
of money on the Broncos plus eight. It opened at
forty three out to forty six and a half, eighty
four percent of bets eighty five percent of.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
Money on the over in that one.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
On the money line, everybody's on the Ravens at ninety
three percent of tickets, but only sixty one percent of money.
A lot of sharp action coming in on the Broncos,
probably some arbitrage betting there too. At plus three fifty.
I like the Broncos to cover. I'm not sure about
the win just yet. We'll see what Lamar Jackson does.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
Yeah, I got the Ravens winning this one.

Speaker 3 (31:06):
I think it's close, like twenty seven twenty four. Bronco
should be able to cover. I think that spread is
really disrespectful of the way this defense and offense has
been playing recently.

Speaker 5 (31:15):
Yeah, I think it all hinges on how healthy of
a Lamar Jackson we get, because when him and Derek
heny Henry are both healthy and you don't know where
the ball is going to go in the backfield, they're
a nightmare to defend. But I like the Broncos to
cover in this game. I think we're going to get
a not full healthy Lamar Jackson. Just see how healthy
he is and how much he can move around. I
like the Broncos to cover, but ultimately this is going

(31:37):
to be a loss in the Ravens win.

Speaker 2 (31:39):
But this comes down to the health Lamar Jackson, the
ability to stop Derek Henry. At the end of the day,
Henry is a runaway freak trade. He's on pace to.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
Go over three hundred yards rushing.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
Excuse me, three hundred carries for the season, on pace
to get over two thousand yards finished with eighteen rushing touchdowns.
He's a menace at thirty years old, a load to
bring down. He has two of the fastest runs in
the NFL over twenty miles an hour this season, and
when you're going twenty plus miles an hour at that size,
forced his mass times acceleration. Brothers like there's Like I said,

(32:11):
it's a runaway freight train. The enduring memory of Derek
Henry against the Broncos to me will be with little
Bryce Callahan, who was exactly my size, squared up and
brought him down and I was like, oh, oh okay,
all right. Of course, Bryce Callahan healthy for half the
season as he always was, but when he was in
man had some courage.

Speaker 1 (32:31):
That absolute dog.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
One of my favorite Broncos of this past rof air
that was the Ryan Tinehill game right where they made
the flip from Mariota.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
It was the lock injury game. It wasn't that one.
It was the lock injury game.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
Brought a note of Driscoll against the Steelers the next week.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
It's really saying something, but I think Jeff Driscoll has
to be the most forgettable of all the postmanning.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
Quarterbacks the league. Or so, yeah, he's still in the league.
What position is he playing? A tight end? Man? Quarterback? Oh,
Jeff Driscoll.

Speaker 3 (33:04):
You know, if one of your backup quarterbacks doubles is
at tight end, it's pretty concerning, unless it's taste in hell.

Speaker 2 (33:09):
I guess you know what TV plays well, I mean
I can tell you, but you know what team plays were.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
Oh, I think I do. Is it? Is it his
Cincinnati Bengals. It is not. He was there. He was
there previously. That fact thanks where he got converted to
wide receiver before he came here.

Speaker 2 (33:22):
And he guesses, let's say the New York Giants close
the Washington Commanders, oh, and.

Speaker 1 (33:31):
Some wins at least this year.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
Picking up the dubs. He is a quarterback, wide receiver
and tight end.

Speaker 5 (33:36):
We need to get coach Pegana on the phone and
find out a way for them to get him in
the game plan.

Speaker 2 (33:40):
We also need to get the secrets to the anytime
touchdowns so we can bettle on these poffting off this
knowledge from coach Pgana. We got to get him on
the on the show here soon. We had thanks to
Rick Lewis who joined us earlier. Mike Cliss, of course
I enjoined us earlier.

Speaker 1 (33:54):
Promo he used new book.

Speaker 2 (33:55):
