Speaker 1 (00:00):
Big news today is a Broncos campus elevator Mike Burton
designated as Josh Reynolds to return from the ir Ronco's
replacing the grass field again out there at Empower Field.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
They've done a pretty good job of that.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
I think ownership's done a really good job of, you know,
make sure the field, the playing conditions for the players
are are in good shape, and you know, and good
for them for uh, for being attentive to that.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Several things I want to get to here.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
We got the seabuff men's basketball short show tonight two
attack about Law said about his post interception tackle that
he wouldn't do anything differently. We've already talked about this
a little bit, but I cannot believe the the sort
of cognitive dissonance the Touas seems to have with his

(00:51):
traumatic brain injuries.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
He basically tossed caution to the wind Monday night, throwing
himself in the path of linebacker Christian Roseboo after throwing
an interception. He asked today what he saw when he
watched the tape on film. They said, quote, I would
say it didn't feel as bad as what it probably
looked like, or it may have looked like when we
watched it, our coach had said that he sort of

(01:14):
need you in the head, and then he said, you're
just out there playing football. I didn't necessarily feel that.
I wasn't going to jump out of the way for
him or run out the sideline potentially score. So you
got to make decisions. I should never have thrown the
pick of the first place, So that's it. Asked if
he would do anything different in a similar situation, said quote,
I wouldn't do anything differently.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
I'll make the tackle. That's what I've got to do.
It's just so concerning.

Speaker 4 (01:38):
I mean, it's one thing to, you know, come back
to the NFL and not want to force the guy
to retire.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
I think we can all get on board with that.

Speaker 4 (01:46):
But I mean, you've got the Guardian caps, You've got
you know, not leading with your head to make a tackle.
There's ways to protect yourself or at least minimize the risk.
And it seems like he more so wants to prove
how invincible or not fragile he is well, and.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
That may be part of it.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
It may be a coping, coping mechanism, a degree of courage,
just stumber.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Recklessness, I don't know, but he seems to know.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
It almost is like that Tua is accepting the concussions
are just a matter of fate, right, and that they
can't be avoided. It's all predetermined, and it's I mean,
that's obviously not the case. Players have the ability to
at least minimize blows to the head, and Tua certainly
does not appear to be in line with that line
of thinking whatsoever. I don't understand how the people around
him are not getting through to him on that. It

(02:32):
just it just does not seem that the way that
he responds that he understands what comes of these things.
We have empirical data on this, and I don't I
guess I just don't understand how he continues to put
himself and what anyone else would consider unacceptable risk to

(02:54):
continue to have these kinds of injuries.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
I don't understand he's out there playing.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
What insurance provider is signing off on that at this point,
you know, it was crazy.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
He's got a wife and kid, you know, like and
beyond empirical data like the NFL honoring Junior Sea with
the Hall of Fame not that long ago. I don't
know how you can have all these examples in front.
I can't imagine being the wife of him and the
mother of his kid. I would be a screaming at
him every day. I feel like, just do not be
doing this thing.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Yeah, I mean it's.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
It just seems like unnecessary risk going to his part.
We'll continue to watch that and do all that the Broncos.
We talked about this earlier. Designated wide receiver Josh Reynolds
four return from injured reserve team aounts today open his
twenty one day practice window. Reynolds practice for the first
time since injuring his finger against the Raiders in Week five.
He was eligible to play in week eleven if the

(03:48):
Broncos activate him before Sunday's game. On October eighteenth, while
already on the injured reserve Reel's, of course, was shot
in a left arm the back of the head while
leaving a gentleman's club in the early morning hours. Renolds
was not seriously injured, but coach Sean Payton said after
the incident that Reynolds was pretty shaken up. Police arrested

(04:11):
two men after the shooting. Burr Charlesworth and Luis Mendoza
faced multiple charges.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Including attempted murder.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Reynolds is twelve catches for one hundred and three yards
and a touchdown in five games. The Broncos have, for
those keeping track, designated six players thus far the season
four return from ir leaving them only two more designations
during the regular season. Simultaneously, the Broncos also announced today

(04:39):
that fullback Mike Burton has been signed from the practice
squad back to the active roster. That was a procedural
move largely expected when they released him and then signed
me back in the first place, Broncos had an open
spot on the fifty three and were not required to
make a corresponding move.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Also for those asking, Burton.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Spent the past two weeks on the Broncos practice squad,
was elevated for the week nine and ten. Has appeared
in all ten games for the Broncos this season. Burton
had reached his maximum three game day elevations, prompting them
to sign him back, which is like again, it was procedural,
large expected, as they've done this sort of roster juggle
to maximize call ups from the practice squad and keep

(05:19):
the roster intact as it balloons with injury, and like
I said, the designation.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
They've only got two guys they can bring back from
ir now after bringing back Josh Reynolds.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
Which is concerning, you know, because this team is trying
to make a playoff push and now you know, you
can't afford many injuries to key guys, even if they're
you know, only month long injuries and something they could
maybe return back to for a wild card game.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
You got to be really careful with how you manage
that the rest of the way.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Yeah, you absolutely do. And that's that's the thing. I mean,
you don't want to use those up. You can't take
them with you. It's just like timeouts with the half, right,
you can't take them with you. But you've got to
manage that situation so that you're you're bringing guys back
that adequately.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Impact what it is that you're trying to do and
stretch runs make sure. I mean, what if you know,
an offensive lineman goes down another one and you've got
to you know, you've got to make an adjustment there.
So you have to be judicious with those things who
you bring back. A lot of people talked about Tyler
Bde potentially coming back. I'm not sure i'd make that move.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
You know, you get you get to week seventeen, Week eighteen,
you've had no no injuries or any of that.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Then all of a sudden we look at that. But
I'm not sure I would do that.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
I'm not sure I would put this roster at risk
of not being able to bring someone back off ir
if you have a short term injury over the next
two to three weeks.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
Certainly, and even beyond that element of it, do I
want to start stealing carries away from this Marvin Min's
experiment or this Adric Estimate experiment. Beatty was a really appealing,
you know, a curveball in week four, Week three, when
the Broncos run game was was totally stuck in the mud,
and he seemed to maybe provide some spark. I think
what we've seen from Estimate is more exciting than what

(06:55):
Baty showed, and I don't know, I think there's better
ways for them to explore.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
I agree with you.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
As to saying I think I think you've got the
running backs that you need, I mean Estimate and the
roles that.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
They need to be in.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
Now, something I talked about in this show for the
last two weeks UH is moving Estimate to more of
an early down roll and Javonte to more of this
samaj role from last year.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
You know, you don't want to take away Javonte's carries.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
I'm not saying you're limiting him to to that work
that Samaji had last year, but the role, uh, he's
probably better suited for, you know, estimate is more of
a battering ram where Javante is a little bit more versatile.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
And then of course you got mcgloffley just got that
extra gear.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
You can sprinkle some carries in and kind of see
if you can get anything. And then we saw the
Mims experiment as you as you alluded to, I'd like
to I don't know that I like Mims lining up
at the backfield. I would like to see, you know,
you get him on some jet sweeps or some bump
passes U you know, that kind of stuff to stretch
the field horizontally, especially against the team like Atlanta that
doesn't rush the passer well and kind of is old
on defense.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
They're not very fast on defense.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
You know, you've got what four or five players there
that are over thirty years old. They're their best pass
rusher outside of Grady Jared as kateen Ellis that showed
else's brother, which you know, I guess that's a storyline
nobody's really talking about coming into this game, is that?
And then you know the other storyline that nobody's really
talking about coming to this game, And I'll get them
more on it later, the Kirk Cousins angle.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
You know how Cousins was almost a Bronco. The Shanahan
thing replaced in vance.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
We'll get to we'll get to some of that a
little bit later, but it feels like that that's a
that's a.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Storyline, that's that's going ignored right now. But the the
Falcons defense, he's I mean, you.

Speaker 3 (08:30):
Hesitate to call somebody slow, but they're slow, Like, go
watch the Tate.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Their defense is slow. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
Well, I mean Nate Lammon's the key piece for them
on defense, and Colorado fan Shuel. As great as Nate
Lammon was, you know, sideline the sideline range was not
his specialty.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
The whole front seven I think is really underwhelming.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
This should be a week where the Broncos are able
to run the ball pretty efficiently.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
If if what we saw last week carries over any.

Speaker 4 (08:53):
And even beyond that, I think they should pass the
ball pretty well a j and Terrell's pretty great, but.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
He's liable to give up. It feels like one big
play week.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
And Justin Simmons, I think is still a solid safety,
but he's not the guy he was here in Denver
in my opinion.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
Well, yeah, I mean he's still good and Jesse Bates
is still very good. They have good safeties in Terrell,
but outside of that, it's there's not much of the second.
I do believe this should be a big bonux passing day.
If it's not, then there's there's an issue. And in
terms of running the ball, run the ball outside, they're slow, Matt,
you know, I mean, like I said, they got a
bunch of guys that are that are in their thirties
and they're washing the tape. They're slow, Matt. Judaan has

(09:28):
not been what they paid for or what they wanted
when they went out and got him. You know, Grady
Jarrett is still dynamic in the middle. But this should
be a game where you can run the ball outside.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
Yeah, the edges don't scare you at all.

Speaker 4 (09:40):
That that Matt Juwdon trade is the Patriots getting some
most to New revenge on the Falcons.

Speaker 3 (09:44):
Yeah, maybe that's what there you go, A good poll,
good poll, That's what I'm here for.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
Yeah, I love that Zach Seger's back there behind the glass.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
Bears have anue offensive coordinator, Thomas Brown, but Caleb Williams
remains the team starting quarterback as they head into Sunday's
game against the Packers. I want to report yesterday there
were some veteran Bears players who would prefer that not
be the case. Williams didn't address that report directly during
a Wednesday press conference, but he was asked if he
feels he has to the complete support of his teammates

(10:12):
at this point.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
In the season.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
And we have said, yeah, I think these guys are good. Well,
we talk about it. I think I got full support
from him. I've gotten calls or texts, people coming out
to me with this situation that just happened, coming out
to me saying we got your back, We're with you,
that kind of thing we have said. He hopes to
move to Thomas Brown as the OC provides a little
more explosiveness for us at an offense, and they want
to ensure that no one starts calling for a quarterback change.

(10:35):
Obviously in Chicago for those who don't know. There were
Bears players who went to Eberflus and Polls over Shane Waldron.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
And some of them wanted a wanted a coaching change.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
Mark Silverman of Wadal and Sylvie on ESPN one thousand
there in Chicago posted a piece of insight to Twitter
saying that after talking to a few people with knowledge
of the situation, players went to coach Matty Eberflus and
GM Ryan asking them to make a change at the
offensive court, at which they did a number of players
who lobbied for change wasn't specified, but as apparently enough
to make something happen. In September or tight end, Mercedes

(11:10):
Lewis told Jay Glazer a Fox that multiple players went
to Wolden directly asking for him to coach them more aggressively.
Silverman's tweet had won more wrinkle, saying quote, there have
been a few veteran players requesting that Tyson beagent starts.

Speaker 4 (11:28):
Yikes, I mean going from this guy getting Andrew Luck
Trevor Lawrence level hype to I mean, you're nine games
into his career and a non zero portion of the
locker room wants Tyson bagent in there over him. If
I was a Bears fan right now, I don't know
how I couldn't have the oh my god, it's happening again,
feeling like it really feels just cursed.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Yeah, that part's certainly a do is.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
If it's true, you know, then you know, might not
go away, especially if the elevation to Thomas brown Is
as offensive coordator doesn't make an immediate difference in the
performance of startingquarterback Kayla Williams.

Speaker 2 (12:01):
Even flu was told reporters.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
On Monday that Williams remains the starter and really, despite
any of all changes that the Bears may make, they're
not going to be benching or otherwise giving up on
him anytime soon.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
They spent a number one pick on him.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
The offseason objective likely what we need to find a
head coach, was a plan for getting the most out
of the quarterback who arrived with such great fanfareer the
promise of being the franchise's first franchise quarterback.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Since probably Sid Luckman. If you're a Bears fan.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
You know it's sort of been a mixed back because
you had this sort of schism in Chicago where you
had people who wanted to keep Justin Fields trade the
number one pick for all these other picks, assuming somebody
would have even done that deal, and then you know,
continue with Justin Fields, which was never going to happen.
But and then we saw what little they got back
in return for Justin Fields Fields. It was semi successful

(12:52):
with Pittsburgh the offense only average twenty points a game.
It's averaging thirty two points a game with us back there.
But and no, that is in no way a direct
shot at you, mister Seegers. I'm just stating numbers for
no particular reason. They're also three and zero with Russ
as the starter as well.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
I mean it's I think they made the right move
in drafting Caleb Williams.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
I think we all saw the tape and we think
that Caleb can be something in this league, whether or
not he was getting over hyped coming out, and Jayden
Daniels probably maybe you should have been the pick. But
calling for Tyson Bagent is the fundling to me, because
if you've watched Tyson Bagent play, who's calling Tyson Bagent
isn't calling for Tyson Bagent to get out there and play.

Speaker 4 (13:34):
Yeah, I don't know what he gives you that Caleb
Williams doesn't at this point.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
I just.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
Do you think the concern or the fear that these
players are reportedly having warranted. I mean, I know it's
been up and down and there's been some ugly moments,
but to me, it feels like this is a rookie
in a rough situation with questionable coaching. I wouldn't be
thrown in the towel on him. Yeah, So it's interesting.

Speaker 3 (13:59):
I wonder, you know, you always have to wonder about
the veracity of these reports and whether or not it's
it's actually true, or whether somebody's getting some run by
throwing something bombastic out there on social media.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Always a possibility.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
But if veteran players are calling for Tyson bage and
are they seeing something in practice Williams just bad in practice?

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Is that something that's going on. Because you look at
this and a lot of these, I think you can
pin on the fact that the offense is kind of dated,
and then they had an offensive line it was not
capable of holding up to execute that. It wasn't like
Williams was.

Speaker 3 (14:31):
Scrambling around trying to buy time a lah Russell Wilson
then working himself into sacks. Williams is getting from progression.
You know, read to read to read. Now he's had
some inaccurate throws. You go back and watch the tape
and you can see some maniacurate throws. But he's getting
sacked a lot. Because he's getting sacked a lot, there
are guys that aren't open. I mean, Keenan Allen is
slower than molasses in January. At this point, you have

(14:52):
DJ Moore, but you're not really using him the way
that you should. If you got to use DJ Moore,
he should be the third option on low high reeds.
You let him work in self open and then you
take the deep shot. He's not a primary option. He's
the go to option when the other stuff breaks down.
That's why he was so successful with justin fields. Stuff
would break down, they just tell me to get vertical
and go go get in the ball. Or they'd run
screenplays designed to poppy mopen and take advantage of, you know,

(15:13):
his ability with the ball in his hands. So you know,
if you're Chicago, I think I would not be hitting
the panic button at all. I would not put anything
into a lot of these reports until I you know,
until this season works itself out and they're going to
be making changes after the season anyway, you're going to
see new coaching, new coaching there in Chicago.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
But to that point, is this an appealing job?

Speaker 4 (15:32):
You know, Bears ownership is a fairly shaky group relative
to the rest of the league.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
Caleb Williams.

Speaker 4 (15:39):
It's kind of a Trevor Lawrence thing where you have
this super hyped up prospect, but then year one goes
so bad and then there's a coaching vacancy. Is this
going to be a really appealing job and Eberflus is
the fall guy?

Speaker 2 (15:49):
Or do you think there's some hesitations now? Well, people
who take the job will want to know about the culture.
Are they picking their own GM or they saddled with Poles?
And I say saddled with Poles? I mean he hasn't
a bad general manager. What you getting out of that?
What does this job entail?

Speaker 3 (16:02):
I mean, if I'm a guy who's gonna go coach
the Bears, I'm probably wanting a pretty high salary and
I'm probably wanting a multi year guarantee.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
You're probably looking at, you know, as somebody who's who's.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
Asking for a four or five or six year contract
to go coach there, because you know, it's there's some
things that you don't have to turn around. The good
news is, you look like you've got already made offense
more or less. Your draft picks are back. You're not
under the Carolina thing anymore. Well, your picks are gone.
You're getting your draft picks back. Salary cap situation is nice,
and the defense has got some players. So I you know,

(16:33):
I don't think that Chicago's as bad a job as
you necessarily make it out to be. But as far
as the rest of it goes, I think that I
think that you know, it's there's appeal there. I think
you want some guarantees for yourself, but I think that
there's there's appeal to that job.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
Yeah, I mean, I think there's definitely some appeal to
that job. Like you said, you've got the weapons there.
I think the defense has looked great all this season.
Maybe some a lot of that's Ebrafluce, but I don't know.
I think a lot of it's the defensive talent. It's
a pretty talented squad. It seems like the big work
with this team, so long as you can figure Caleb
believes out is the offensive line, and if you can
get that to a functional level.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
You think this this team can really start rolling. Yeah,
I think so. And that's that's gonna be the thing.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
It bears keeping an eye on no no pun intended
as far as as far as that stuff goes.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
I you know, I don't, I don't. I don't know that. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
I would go into this thing asking for like a
six year deal. I mean, that's that's the way to
ensure that you're going to get three years and be
able to have a chance to imprint your vision.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
The one thing if I am a coach going in
there to that point is uh, you know, I I
really want, you know, some assurances if I'm being saddled
with a GM that might be on the hot seat
the moment I.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
Take the job. Yeah, that's the other thing.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
I mean, you don't want to put yourself in a
position where you take the job and you've immediately placed
expectation on yourself.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
You want to minimize the bar as low as you can.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
So that's that one thing I do want to talk about.
You know, the Broncos. Everybody talks about the Broncos defense.
Are they even the best defense in their own division?
We've talked about Kansas City's defense being pretty good, the
Chargers can be the first team since the nineteen ninety
New York Giants to hold their first ten opponents all

(18:29):
under twenty one points. They can be the first team
since nineteen ninety at thirty four years to hold all
of their first ten opponents under twenty one points.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
The Chargers can do that.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
The ninety Giants obviously won the Super Bowl behind a
dominant defense led by Lawrence Taylor or dated by Bill Belichick.
That defense held its first ten opponents to less than
twenty one points, a start to the season that has
never been repeated at hea'st not yet. If the Chargers
hold the Bengals tough task under twenty one points on
Sunday Night, they'll be the first defense that has held
every opponent to twenty points or less three ten games

(19:03):
of the season since those nineteen ninety New York Giants.
The most points the Chargers have allowed this season was
twenty that was their Week three loss to the Steelers.
Chargers have given up seventeen points three times, sixteen once,
ten ons, eight ons and three onces added up, and
through nine games of Chargers have allowed just one hundred
and eighteen points and nine games at average of thirteen
point one points allowed per game. That is by far

(19:25):
the best in the NFL this season. The sixty three
Chargers obviously in the thick of the AFC playoff race.
While quarterback Justin Herbert gets most of the attention, the
dominant defense in Los Angeles really is what sparked the
turnaround and head coach Jim Harball's first year. We talk
about the last three games on the schedule, Cincinnati, the Chargers,
and the Chiefs. To me, Cincinnati is a more winnable
game of the three. Although you just had a great

(19:46):
performance against Kansas City, you're hoping you can pull that
in a win here. The Chargers are good, They're really good,
and they're getting there. I don't think they're being talked
about as much as they should.

Speaker 4 (19:57):
I fully agree with Jesse Mencher is doing and Jim
Harbo there's all his flowers, absolutely, but what Justin Minch
is doing on that side of the ball is outstanding.
He is taking the same talent that Brandon Staley coach
to being you know, the worst or at the very
least the bottom three defense in football, and he's making
it tall. The stats you just shared a historically great unit.

(20:17):
And it's not you know, some of it's getting more
out of these pieces. But I don't think that these
are amazing pieces. It's it's both at the end of
his career, Mac at the end of his career, James German,
James at the end of his career, and he's just
hodgepodging him together with all these rookies, and the rookies
have become elite impact pieces. It's just amazing coaching and
maximizing of talent. I fortunately for the Broncos. I hope

(20:40):
and think he won't be in LA that long.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
Well we'll see.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
I see Harball, well mintor no, horrible, That's what I mean.
Harball is doing a head of a job there and
they are. So it's not I mean Bosa, it's whatever.
But you're getting bud Dupre You're ringing, you know, you're
you're ringing stuff out of bud Dupree at this point.
Khalil Mack, you know.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
And then the Tully and I always been of his name,
Toupuluatu has.

Speaker 3 (21:03):
Been somebody that has been a major contributor. Honestly pushed
Bosa almost out of the starting role there on the
defensive line. Morgan Fox poona Ford. You know, they're doing
pretty well there. And then on the back end Elijah
Molden has looked really good as well as Derwin James has.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Been a bit of a you know, kind of a
chess piece for him.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
They you look at this Chargers team and they're the
one that scares me the most. I know, there's six
and three right now. They're undefeated like Kansas City, but uh,
the Chargers are a very very good, complete football team
on offense. They're not they're not throwing the ball over
the yard or anything like that. They are coming out

(21:39):
here and punching you in the mouth repeatedly with the
run game, and we saw it. We may have had
games in which the scoring disparity was greater. You look
at Baltimore and I get it, we got we got
run out of Baltimore. But I don't think any team
punched the Broncos in the mouth the way the Chargers

(22:03):
did this year.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
And they did it here at Denver, no way they
I think that was maybe the worst bow Nicks has
looked in some ways. You know, the first two games
are ugly. The fourth game you're you're playing in a
tropical starm that one. He had gotten his sea legs
under him some and I mean he looked lost for
the first three quarters of that game.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
He was averaging two yards per attempt I think in
that one.

Speaker 4 (22:24):
And now that we've got a bigger sample to work
on and you can go back to, you know, week
five or so, that performance really sticks out as an
outlier where Nicks was especially lost.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
Yeah, it was.

Speaker 3 (22:36):
I mean, it's just all over the place, I to me,
And you know, I think a lot of people would
probably say that Baltimore was the worst loss, or maybe
Kansas City the way they lost, But to me, the
worst loss was the Charger because they just came in
an out physic. They just out muscled you, and then
they took their foot off the break and we sort
of made the score look respectable in the end when
they came back, because it was like twenty four to
nothing or whatever, and they made it look respectable.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
They made it twenty four to sixteen.

Speaker 3 (22:56):
I think at the end of the game, but it
was not as close as twenty three to sixteen, that's
what it was.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
As close as the final score in that one.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
I mean, the Broncos scored all their points from ten
oh six left in the fourth quarter where they were
clearly in prevent and trying to, you know, kind of
just preserve the game.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
They charges took their foot off the gas and the
third So see you Buffs.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
