is a very young football team.

that can go both ways. Once you're too young to

too young to know some.

be a little bit easier because you're going to be
a better player in the future. But hey, these opportunities

my went my rookie year, we went my second year,

may not get back anymore.

That's I think that's the attitude. The thing is, this
is a very young football team.

They don't have a lot of experience, and I think
that can go both ways. Once you're too young to
know you're young, you know what I mean, Like, you're
too young to know some.

Of that stuff sometimes.

But at the same time, I mean when you're young,
you also usually you're coming off a winning college organization. Right,
you used to win and you wanted high school, you
want in college, and now you got the prom You
used to winning, and so you want to find that.
You either want to find a young enough roster that's
used to winning, or old enough roster.

It's desperate to win.

It's that in between where you had a losing culture,
so you kind of got complacent with them. That's that's
what you want to avoid, and we're kind of constructed
that way.

Back to the playoffs and we went on with the

I would rather we didn't even go through the super
Bowl to get me like that. But later on when
we went back to the playo in ninety six seasons,
starting with that season, you know, well, actually we didn't
make the playoffs. We had a great year that year,
but you know we lost, No, we didn't go and
play We lost though in the playoffs to Jacksonville. But

I was a much different player then than I was
my rookie year.

Like if because I made a lot of mistakes in
that first super Bowl, you know, I mean I missed
the tackles. Yeah, but it's amazing how much progress you
make as you become a veteran in the league, especially
if you're playing the same team, and you got playing
with the same guys, you could make big jumps each
and every year. So I'm hoping that our young guys

make the most of this moment and just say just play,
play your hearts out, because going forward it's going to
be a little bit easier because you're going to be
a better player in the future. But hey, these opportunities
don't come that often either, you know. And you know,
my went my rookie year, we went my second year,

and then we had a drought. I didn't go to
the playoffs anymore for several years, and like, man, I
may not get back anymore.

Then you start get pa though, that you start getting

messed up. Anyway, everybody was irritated with whatever happened with
the uniforms there.

And the throwback well, I'll tell you because we wore
it for the Raiders, remember, and when they got up
ten nothing, I was like, man, they're about to blow
this in these uniforms. We never see these, they burn,
they never go to see them again. Pass came through,
sparked it all back off, and that's that's what we need.
We need to turn around play. We need to turn
around moment here, because it seems like we got to
