Speaker 1 (00:14):
Lo Penrose is not here today.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
We are live in San Diego, Mark Larson sitting in
for Lou today and for Leland Conway. And by now
I hope you know our new lineup. There will be
a test at a random moment. Yes, the new lineup
as of last week Monday through Friday is mister Penrose
from three until five, Leland Conway five to seven. There's
truly Mark Larson at seven. And again I always like
(00:41):
to thank both Leland and Lou for being the finest
warm up acts for my show at seven.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
Nicely done.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
And for some reason Conway had this this thing, he
had this urgent need to I think he's taking something
contraband to Lou on the beaches of the Bahamas. So
he will be we have back day after tomorrow. Big
news here as we look at the unfolding news here.
You heard about the ceasefire that has been announced by
(01:10):
President Trump. And this is interesting because Iran's mullahs and
potentates and impotence Eates has been saying the last several
hours like we're cutting off of all communication. Let me
remind you what that means is we cut off the
communication several weeks ago with the very thorough military operations
in Iran, being very careful not to hurt the Iranian people,
(01:32):
and doing things like rescuing not one but two, actually
more if you included the A ten Warhawk issue. But
last weekend with the F fifteen and E retrieving the
pilot and then on Easter Sunday early on getting the
weapons systems operated the Whizzo the other airmen from that
aircraft been a very successful several days for US military.
(01:56):
The men and women who make it happen, many of
them based their family. He's based here in San Diego,
including the USS Abraham Lincoln, which has been doing huge
work over the history making work, and the USS Theodore
Roosevelt headed out of San Diego on Sunday to eventually
relieve the Lincoln. So this is your tax dollars at work.
And for people going you're just being a warmonger. No,
(02:18):
this is called what Reagan said, will peace through strength.
Aircraft carriers are four and a half acres of sovereign
US territory to go wherever we want in the world,
to say we're here, the good guys are here.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Don't screw up.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
So in the last several minutes you heard Jack mention
this at the top, and we had this one that
broke in the last half hour here on Cogo. Trump
has announced the ceasefire and there's been no official response
from Iran yet, but they're a little busy because they
don't have any internet, well one percent of the people do.
And this reportedly came from some emissary via the Prime
Minister up Pakistan, whereas Barack Obama would have said Pakistan.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Remember when Obama went out of his way to.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Say, let's call them the Taliban that did squat, to
make the Taliban stop killing innocent people. So CNN just
a few minutes ago. I mean this again, is Trump
Trump did this this social media blurb on truth social
they do, they call him on truth social truthies.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
Easter Sunday he did that cringe worthy post that said, well,
I can't really repeat it because he dropped an F bomb.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
And you have the the any anybody who hates the
Orange Man one way or another, even when it's beyond rational,
worried more about his use of an F bomb more
than actual bombs have been used and other weapons against
Americans for forty seven years through the Iranian proxies.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
So today he starts the day.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Trump said on truth Social a whole civilization will die tonight,
never to be brought back again. I don't want that
to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we
have complete and total regime change, where different, smarter and
less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionary wonderful can happen.
Who knows all caps we will find out tonight, meaning
(04:14):
at five o'clock tonight, our time, one of the most
important moments in the long and complex history of the world.
Forty seven years of extortion, corruption and death will finally end.
God bless the great people of Iran. And on Sunday,
of course, on Easter. And it was cringey when he
talked about praise.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
Be to Allah. And it's after basically saying you know,
f you.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
And but I'll tell you what he speaks. The way
that the potentates and impotentates do. They have a lot
of bravado, including like I mentioned earlier, when they say
we have cut off all communications. No, we did, and
what else did Iran do today? Because they put out
this information, they somehow got it out to the world.
(04:55):
A lot of shrouded women and some kids waving Iranian
regime flags, circling blocking you know, human chains around nuclear plants, bridges,
military targets, because that's what they do. By the way,
all the talk about war crimes and you got a
(05:15):
bunch of Democrats, they're pretty much mostly Democrats with Trump,
these are war crimes now, they're actually not, because you
look at other other presidents who have had to take action.
A war crime does include in the Geneva Convention, using
human beings as human shields on the battlefield. That's what
Iron's doing today. So right now the networks are saying
(05:37):
Trump announces ceasefire, no response yet from Iran. CNN with
this broke while Jack was doing the news at the
top and the laugh out Loud about this with their bias,
it was Trump backs down, Trump backs down. Now we
hope that this is the case. It's a two week deal.
(06:00):
President announced he's agreed to a two week ceasefire on
the condition Iran reopened the street of horror moves.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
Again. We haven't heard anything from Iran because they're busy.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
They're probably busy just trying to keep whoever the iotole
is now probably the son of the now dead, previous
long serving Iatola, the guy who the CIA says likes
guys and may be incapacitated and unconscious, resting comfortably. So
no wonder we haven't heard. So Trump announces this, the
(06:27):
whole world goes nuts. And I guarantee you you have
people who hate Trump so much. And I'm not here
to defend. I can't defend a lot of stuff he does.
But during wartime, I support the men and women who
are making this happen. I support good over evil. I
support fixing something to other presidents haven't dared to do
(06:48):
or haven't known how to do. Forty seven years of
iron mopping the floor with American resolve. Too many times
thinking back to nineteen seventy nine fifty two hostages, one
of them Dick Morefield, a State Department to employee high ranking,
(07:09):
was from San Diego for those four hundred and forty
four days. I remember the pain that his wife had
and the family had, and what those days were like.
And then Jimmy Carter went in with what was the
first Delta Force thing. Jimmy Carter bless his heart, good
at humanitarian stuff. I met him a couple of times.
He was a nice man if he didn't meddle in
some stuff. That nice guy, humanitarian, not a great president,
(07:32):
but he micro managed everything. I still remember when we
tried under his administration to rescue the hostages in Iran.
I remember one of the I was watching NBC San
Diego at the time whatever it was seven thirty nine
and whatever they were at the time, and it was chilling.
I think about it, I get goosebumps. I think it
was John Palmer, one of those old NBC really good reporters.
(07:55):
The bulletin came on in the evening and it said
an attempt has been made to resk the American hostages
in Iran.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Pause, that attempt has failed.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
And it went downhill, downhill, downhill, until Ronald Reagan came
there and was inaugurated January twentieth, nineteen eighty one, and
he announced, our hostages are coming home. And all the
conspiracy nuts went that's because Bush, yeah, the vice president.
All the conspiracy nuts came out. No, the difference is
bad guys in that part of the world respond to
(08:29):
one thing, brute strength that calls them on their bs.
And I'm doing some very serious Larson editing here because
I so want to use the mother load here. But
I just did our training about the naughty words again.
Just remember, and we have our dump button here and
Kevin Finnerty is on the other one. We know our
system works. Does it good? We checked that in a
monthly at any rate? Others CNN again now on the
(08:52):
bottom third. Trump backs down from threat of whole civilization dying.
Today he was talking about the good Lord. What is
wrong with these people? You know what's wrong with him?
They're invested in crazy. That's why they have no viewers. Accidentally,
they sometimes do something good. I know who knows what's
going on with this. Glenn ig Nazio, who's a major
in the Air Force retired. He's going to join us.
(09:14):
You sometimes see him on the news nations. He's going
to join us right after the break. That's breaking news
for you too, Kevin. He's going to join us in
just a minute. He's been in the whole rescue side.
After we left people in Iran, even though Biden said
I'm sorry. In Afghanistan, even though Biden said, we don't
leave Americans behind, and then we did and thirteen Americans
got killed with that debacle. Glenn and his friends were
(09:36):
in there taking Americans out. After that, he's the real deal.
We'll talk to him coming up next. Big news here
Mark Larson.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
In for Louke Penrod.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Yeah, that's semi big news, but here today till seven,
and same thing tomorrow on news radio six hundred Coco.
The big news that has come out within the last
several minutes is the President Donald Trump has announced with
his looming five pm San Diego time deadline before all
hell would break loose and all.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
The other rhetoric he's used on truth.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
Social there's been a ceasefire, a double sided ceasefire. We
haven't heard from Iran already. We have networks like the
usual bunch of CNN saying on their headline, Trump backs down.
And I'm sure there's some of the members of Congress
out there saying Trump always chickens out.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
You mean, after we rescued our American military heroes from
the down f fifteen, and after the great decisive military victories,
and after what's going on now so far beautifully with
Artemis two, he backs down, He chickens out. I'm not
here to defend Trump, but let's get sensible here. Somebody
who is the most sensible person I know on all
(10:46):
of this kind of military ops stuff is Glenn Ignausio,
a retired major in the Air Force and the special
ops and national security experts. So Glenn, here we go again.
The rhetoric today has been amazing. As the President says
he's suspending bombing for two weeks. Obviously, as much as
the political left has gone berserk on this, this seems
(11:06):
to have made the impact without dropping more bombs. What's
going on here?
Speaker 4 (11:12):
Yeah, you know, great point. And you know, I've always
been a political but I don't think I can find
anything hard enough to bang my head against about hearing
that he check it out. I mean after hearing some
of the threats, I mean even some of the threats
sort of like I think made a lot of people nervous.
But you know, the bottom line is, yeah, I mean,
we showed the dominance. We showed that the navy's gone,
air force has gone. But the point is is even
(11:33):
getting our pilots out showed that it's just completely not
capable for Iran to do something. I think one of
the interesting parts was we were concerned, actually a few
minutes ago, was if Israel was going to support this
or part of it. Israel announced that they are supporting
the United States in this, but the question is that
if they are not specifically called out in the ceasefire agreement,
(11:55):
you know, the Iranians watching every detail. I don't know
if they're going to pull back from attacking Israel and
with that trigger this fire. I don't know a lot
of things to find out.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
Well, it's interesting because once the President announced this on
social media about I don't know, a half hour or
so ago, all of a sudden, we see reports that
there were sirens, you know, alert sirens in Tel Aviv,
and we heard some alerts from fellow you know, allies
in the Gulf region, in the Persian Golf area as well.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
So, and again, how do.
Speaker 2 (12:23):
You view when we we now know as we suspected
last Friday, for example, with the shootdown of the F
fifteen E, it.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
Was somebody who it appears, did get lucky.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
Somebody with a shoulder launched a weapon like an RPG
or something, not exactly the full assault of the Iranian regime.
So once in a while that does happen in military
people go rogue and get lucky at times.
Speaker 4 (12:48):
Yeah, I mean, it's one of these things, you know,
It's funny. We always call it the golden beb. It
just need one bullet in the right place, right. But
I mean, the thing is, and I think this was
one of the things that we've mentioned is you know,
we could take out the big missile systems and everything
that use rate and everything. But one of the things
that like these you know, as most people are familiar,
the stinger. The stingers, they show the launch man portable
air defense man pad that's the turmul here out there,
(13:09):
and those things have a pretty good range and they're
designed to lock on infrared to the seat of our engines.
And that was one of the ones that looks like
that's what took out the fifteen E. And so there's
thousands those. We can't negate everything, and so that still exists.
And I think that you know the same thing, and
you know when we said we destroyed their command and
control and all that. I think one of the things
(13:29):
that's on my mind about the ceasefire is that will
everybody in the Iranian military and the IRGC know that
there's a ceasefire and not do something by access boy
always the thing on the back of my mind, and
I hope that that's understood, that that is a that
is you know, plausible. I just don't want to see
any more shaheeds and missiles going to Iran or especially
(13:50):
the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
So that's that's the big thing of that wet.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
So much of that that kind of rogue activity or
Glenn Agnausea with this the major retired US Air Force
Special Ops expert who is an expert on well all
things rescue as well. And thinking back on what you
just said to those stories historical stories, I wasn't around then,
but back after World War Two, once in a while,
for years, even I think into the sixties, I sometimes
(14:14):
find some guy, you know, on some island somewhere that
that never got the bulletin that.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
The war was over.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
So you know, it might have been ninety years old then,
but they were still they were still fighting. So that's
a problem, especially where only one percent of the people
in Iran.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
Have the internet, right, you know, when when you know
President Trump said something about, you know, civilization is not
it's going to be wiped out. You know, what did
the people in Iran think? But most of them don't
have communications to even hear that. But at the same time,
you're right, is again the comandtic controls decimated. They have
(14:50):
a one million man army and they have two hundred
and fifty thousand in the iro GC. Again, it's just
making sure that the message message distributes accordingly and quickly.
So again it's just one of these things we have
to be cautions about and understand that if somebody pops
something off, you know, like one, that that doesn't treat
the seafar if it's intentional as far as the government,
(15:11):
So let's have some common sense to it. I think
at the same time, all of our aircraft are still
going to be flying, they're just not going to be
dropping anything kinetic as far as any military operations will continue,
but just no bombing.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
Well, meanwhile, we have heard from Iran now and they're
claiming victory. I'm trying to keep this with a straight facer.
They're claiming victory. They say that Iran says they force
the US to accept the ten point plan. Of course,
what Trump is saying here as president like this is
all contingent on them opening up free of any harm
the straight of Hormuz, and Iran says they've achieved a
(15:45):
great victory and forced the US to its knees. It's
also agreed to accept Iran's nuclear enrichment and recognize continued control.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
Over the strait of horror moves.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
They say that the US said keep enriching, So I
don't know what to believe with this, although I know
that they have a record of being full of crap
these leaders.
Speaker 4 (16:06):
Yeah, you're absolutely right. And then again, you know, the
politics and the posturing, it's always what said, you know,
how and what they do behind the scenes are two
different things. I mean, I think every politician says that
wasn't a Reagan that says, you know, how do you
know a politician is lying? Their lips are moving, So
I mean it's one of those things that of course
they're gonna claim victory and you know, we'll see how
that goes. But at the same time, I mean, again
(16:29):
you have to understand, as far as the ego and
how Trump is is how much will he tolerate? So
I hope he's very methodical about how he approaches this,
and anybody can say what they want, but that the
straits of her moves are the biggest thing. And my
understanding is that the oil is actually crashed in prices,
so that's probably a good thing. But honestly, the horror
(16:49):
moves in the uranium is probably one of the biggest things.
And I have to say is I don't know if
Israel's really on board. They want Iron completely, regime change
and gone, but they're going to have to commit to
whatever we just side based on that type of relationship.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
So we'll watch closely the actual behavior, the actions of
Israel and all the rest here. But right now, ceasefire
two weeks ceasefire, Iron acknowledges is they're claiming victory. Of course,
you have people like Senator Chris Murphy out there Democrat
saying this is Trump.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
Chickening out again.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
I'm not sure I make that case now, after what
we've seen rescuing Derman and what's happening over the last
five six weeks here and then with artements going on
a whole different front. Glenna Nazia, Glenn appreciate the inside
as always, stay safe, thank you much.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
It's a little Penrose show.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
Blue is off on a fact finding two or some
beaches somewhere in the Bahamas or whatever, and Leland Conway
is joining him. I think that's the rumor I'm starting
today and tomorrow, so you have me Mark Larson today
till seven o'clock specialization of Coast to Coast where my
show normally is now seven o'clock with a new line
up here on Cogo. In the course, is everybody talking
(18:00):
about Wait a minute, we dodged the big bullet. We're
not blowing civilization away in Iran? Why how can we
pin the tail on? Trump on this? M love to
hear from you, since we were speeding toward apocalypse. That's
what we're told by a lot of different media outlets,
(18:21):
and Trump himself in his latest social media post earlier today,
was saying famously subtly as he does, about what was
a five pm deadline, and we're just you're now twenty
five minutes away from five o'clock. Trump said, a whole
(18:41):
civilization will die tonight. Kind of gets your attention, never
to be brought back again. Talking about Iran. I don't
want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now
that we have complete Capital C and total Capital T
regime change all initial capitals there where different, smarter and
(19:03):
less radicalized minds prevail. Maybe something revolutionary, wonderful can happen
all caps who knows. We will find out tonight one
of the most important moments in the long and complex
history of the world. Forty seven years of extortion, corruption
and death will finally end. God bless the great people
of Iran. Little milder in Trump speak than his Easter
(19:24):
message to the world. I'll been friends on the Easter.
How do you defend this? It's not my freaking job
to defend that. I but understanding Trump speak, I do
know that when he says a lot of stuff, he's
speaking the language of the lunatics.
Speaker 1 (19:44):
That's because he's a lunatic. Mark whatever.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
Love to hear your rationale yay or nay or mushy
middle okay eight hundred and six hundred cogo or go
to the red talkback mic on the iHeartRadio app. You
press that you can speak for up to thirty seconds.
But when he came out with his Easter message to
the neighborhood of that part of the world, it was uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (20:13):
Yeah. Absolutely, But.
Speaker 2 (20:18):
He dropped an easter f bomb and he said Praise
be to Allah, and people said, what is he doing?
Speaker 1 (20:23):
It's Easter, for beat's sake. He was speaking their language.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
I believe I wouldn't have advised him to do it
that way, but you know what, maybe it works. CNN
right now, officials says US pauses strikes at Iron as
Trump announces ceasefire. There's a narrow there's a feeling of
disappointment with some of the national networks because they so
wanted to just say, look what Trump has done. Now
(20:48):
some of the same people, I guarantee, I trust me
on this, I guarantee, there are some people, including in
the Capitol Building in DC, who just hope for failure.
So they and that includes Artemis too, that just come
back and just say, well, we we're gonna snatch defeat
(21:11):
from the jaws of victory.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
Unbelievable. Would you say we have there, Kevin?
Speaker 2 (21:16):
I hear that in the Denise Valley Center. Oh, Denise
Valley Center. Okay, eight hundred and six hundred cogo, Hey, Denise,
are you feeling better? Do you think you think Trump
back down or the whoever's in charge and a round
back down?
Speaker 5 (21:29):
You know, Trump is just being Trump. He's playing forty chests.
As far as they're concerned, we're just infidels, and he's
going to get the upside of it. He's given him
a chance. You know, he's showing hard. My goodness, we
can't trust those people as far as we can from
If the strait opens, then we know we've got something
(21:51):
on the line. But if not, he's going to go
to bombing, and I hope he does.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
Well.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
There's a ceasefire for two weeks presumably if they open
up the Straight of Hormuz. And of course the Iranians
are busy saying, yay, we claim victory, which I think
is hilarious. They said in their statement, from whomever out
of that's from the impotent Ayatola want to be who
(22:16):
we heard was unconscious today and being treated, probably missing
some limbs, he said, quote the enemy, and it's unfair,
unlawful and criminal war against the Iranian nation has suffered
an undeniable, historic and crushing defeat. These people are and
again the Persian people are amazing. We have many who
moved here to San Diego after the Ayatola took over.
Speaker 1 (22:37):
In nineteen seventy nine.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
I mean this idea that they can even get away.
Usually in the un as the Iranian potentates and impotentates
calling everybody else unlawful, in the criminal war. They've been
doing criminal war in all forms, including against US for
forty seven years, as you know, so you got to
find it entertaining. But it's also outrageous and a huge
(23:00):
why so here they are. But the networks are trying
to say Trump.
Speaker 5 (23:04):
Back down, no way, no way.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
All right, then he's appreciate the called eight hundred and
six hundred cogo and Chris Murphy senatorially from Connecticut or whatever.
He's always first on television to say, you know, oh,
it's checking out. It's Taco Tuesday now Taco Trump always
chickens out, that's the acronym. What part did I miss
a memo? When did Trump checking out? When he went
(23:29):
in last year to bomb those sites along with Israel
about a year ago, making it a lot less likely
that the Iranian regime would do what they either claimed
they could do or maybe they couldn't do but they
pretended they could do. When did he back off on
what happened in the last five or six weeks. When
did Trump as commander in chief with our military back
(23:51):
off from leaving no Americans behind? Boy, that's a big change.
How do these people do this in terms of coming
on straight face? They have no answers right now. I
don't want any war going any more than anyone does.
I mean, they're also trying to It's all about politics
(24:11):
right now, and this is all about framing things for
the midterm elections. You know, they're pretending like they care.
On the political left. They are cheering for higher oil prices,
higher gas prices, higher everything prices. Even they should know
they created that during COVID. They know how to do it.
They're cheering for us to be miserable, so we'll embrace extreme,
(24:35):
ridiculous mass transit. You know, go all the way down
the list. They don't like the US being anything special.
There are some people that I will guarantee you if
you get inside their heads. There are some people whose
names might shock you. I just have a hunch based
on years of experience. There are people who don't like
it when the US does big things, if the president
in charges somebody that they loathe.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
Some of these people have the.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
Same PROBLEMBS from nineteen sixty nine and nineteen seventy two,
when we had those Apollo landings, the first one in
sixty nine July Nixon was president that whole time. I
think that made them crazy. It was JFK. They said,
we will go to the moon. We'll send the man.
He said, man wasn't being sexist, just talking the way
we used to talk to Then well, the end of
(25:19):
the decade, we'll deal it with things we haven't invented yet.
That was American exceptionalism, inn Huivos and Hubris and all
of that JFK of those days would not fit in
today's Democratic party at all. Iran claims victory. There's CNN again,
Trump backs down. This is on the screen. Now, Trump
(25:41):
backs down from threat of quote whole civilization dying today.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
They know better.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
They see that as Trump was saying, let's kill all
the innocence, that's not what it was. Civilization talking about
the way things could be. He's basically saying we didn't
go in with regime change, but it's kind of happened,
so okay, so step up. You know, Iran reports were
today they have executed, in addition to the nineteen year
old yesterday or on Sunday dissident who they hanged in
(26:09):
the public square, I think another four hundred that had
not been acknowledged before, just by being resistant to the
Ayahtola and the henchmen people of Hench.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
The same people who came out today.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
And so the enemy, the US and Israel and its unfair, unlawful,
and criminal war against the Iranian nation has suffered an undeniable,
historic and crushing defeat. Look in the mirror, folks over there,
that would be you. You're accurate. It's just not about us.
It is about you. Eight hundred six hundred coco. Here's
(26:47):
another one on LANDA. Trump suspends around, attacks, backs down
on threat to unleash hell. Reagan talked about it will
peace through strength. Don't mess with us. We're the good guys.
But if you push us. What's the acronym now, fo
(27:13):
FA no fofo f around and find out go mess
with us. This is a big time for the US,
which makes us more of a target. Sure, always been
a target. You want to be a shining city on
the hill and then be different. That doesn't mean you're
going to be woosy and back off when the bad
(27:37):
guys want to kill us. Kind of a big, simple truth. Yeah,
but what's the end result. The end result would be
get them to open the strait of hor moves, stop
harming American citizens around the world, treat the neighbors kindly
and don't enrich uranium. I mean, that's a lot of stuff.
Iron claims. No, No, we're still doing that. They may
have to learn the hard way. Maybe at the end
(27:58):
of this two weeks cease fire, we will see Lou
Penrose is not here. He's off on vacation. Mark Larsen
here for Lou, and I'll be hanging in today and
tomorrow for Leland Conway, because the story I'm starting is
that Lou and Leland are on the beaches of the
(28:20):
Bahamas and Lou was whining about no adult beverages available
on Friday because it was good Friday apparently for Monday
or more Monday too. Oh thank you mister Finnity Kevin
Finnerdy joining us here on the show today.
Speaker 6 (28:35):
Yeah, he told me and Conway yesterday that Monday he
was hurting because he's like, I can't get any alcohol
on Monday. It's no alcohol after Easter Monday.
Speaker 2 (28:44):
But do you assume that mister Penrose found a way
being a political operative as he's been his whole life.
Did he find a way just to have his people?
His people are the Italians.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
I'm sure Lou found a way a Yeah, Vido, I
need a little I made a little.
Speaker 6 (29:03):
Something that's not the Lily lou hev no no.
Speaker 2 (29:12):
I was talking about the guy to whom he was speaking, Hey,
little cat, I'm gonna if you like a kneecaps, I
think I can get you a little something.
Speaker 1 (29:18):
It's gonna cost you. You know, it's only it's only business.
You know, it's just a thing we do well.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
And anyway, the new lineup on Koco, other than our
spring break that goes on Forever vacation lineup we started
last week. It's Penrose at three Conway at five, best
warm ups I've ever had for me, Mark Larson at
seven o'clock. But today and tomorrow here between seven and
eight Infinity you had a good time that you got
to doctor Fred Hayes.
Speaker 1 (29:44):
That was very cool from Apollo thirteen.
Speaker 2 (29:46):
That was last hour and you can get that on
the podcast which is posted right after five.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
A little after five.
Speaker 2 (29:51):
Yeah, and we had major retired Glenn ig Nausio special
ops guy who knows all about this now the big
story of the day, which of course I went through
all this show prep today and I'm happy this is
this is the story that has now evolved with Artemis
coming back, Autemius too, splashing down off San Diego if
the weather's good on Friday, about this time of the day,
a little bit after five o'clock Friday. But the fact
(30:13):
that the ceasefire has been announced by the president. Yeah,
I'm just watching some of these networks, and CNN is
doing everything they can to make you feel crappy about this.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
Trump backs down.
Speaker 2 (30:23):
Yeah, Trump announces ceasefire. It says now after threatening civilization
will die. And then a minute ago they had Israel
expressing some concerns. I know what their concerns are. Their
concerns are every time Iran makes a deal, you can't
trust it. I get that this is a little different
this time. This is not under Obama Biden when they said, okay, well,
I'm freezer funds. If you let a few Americans go,
(30:47):
maybe kind of sort of, we'll give you some more
money and then we'll look the other way when you
are rich iranium in richeranium, uranium, uranium confusing with the
orion and Artemis statement says they will coordinate the Strait
of Hormuz passion passage. So okay, good, do we trust them? Well,
they let something. But the biggest concern with Iran now,
(31:09):
and Glenn Agnazio mentioned this major who's retired US Air
Force last half hours said, yeah, the problem is with
the rogue elements.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
It's always a problem in that part of the world.
I've been there. I know this works.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
Just because you're in friendly territory doesn't mean somebody comes
out and gets lucky like somebody did with a shoulder
launched weapon last Friday and when the F fifteen f
came down, but America prevailed. This is a good time
if you can separate those of you who you can't
stand Orange Man bad, if you could just appreciate the
(31:42):
military and our ability the best force for good on
planet Earth. Just absorb that a little bit and stop
trying to find a way to pin the tail on
the Trump. I mean this is but Iron says, they'll
be nice.
Speaker 1 (31:59):
I know right. Reagan was right. We will trust, but verify,
and we will know
