In 2021, EvergreenHealth became the first health center in the Pacific Northwest to offer a novel chronic low back pain treatment called Intracept. The minimally-invasive procedure targets a specific nerve inside vertebrae three, four or five, permanently deactivating it. And the results are promising – “Most patients can expect about fifty percent relief,” said Dr. Yung J. Lee, DO, a specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at EvergreenHealth.
